This app needs a serious update. This app started off working well. It seems to get worse and worse every IOS update. It’s now virtually inoperable. Please update.

Trash. Like many others on here saying how buggy and slow this app is, I’ll just be another to back that up. The only reason why I have this app is for work and I can’t operate anything without it. Can’t wait for someone else to come out with another better app. Crashes at least 10-20 times a day. Load times take forever. Buggy as all get out. Should I go on? Devs, get your act together and update this app. Make it more streamline. At least you could update things so it doesn’t look like it’s from the era of iPhone 2.

Buggy, unstable, slow as heck. These guys have barely touched an old app from the past. Yes it runs on the latest OS, yet has actually become worse over the years. Many of the bugs have not been even considered. They seem to develop everything in house. The sad part is, they are 100% a mission critical software company! They can’t even make a solid basic iOS app. Crashes very often. Bugs with logins. Slow as molasses now to actually see an account, or to change status or make edits. Adding, changing, editing contacts or zones has always been flaky, and is still very very unreliable. You can make changes to critical data in a database, yet you can’t rely on it to work, and have to check back to see if it worked. As I often have made a mess when the app just won’t do what it’s says it supposed to do. I totally need the app for my work, and it is a huge benefit, to use it is also a frustrating, stress provoking experience. And they clearly don’t care, despite the big money they charge to maintain and support the main software this works with. They keep adding bugs too, and clearly don’t notice or care as they simply don’t fix it. They don’t even update this app often at all. Sure they have added things, and have added more bugs. Can’t see the account number on the main account screen anymore, rather critical. Can’t see older history on the app. Editing is maybe 50% reliable. Auto fill options are totally limited. Making certain changes is destined to crash the app. Scary making changes. Love how now and then I login and see data from some other part of the North America that has nothing to do with me. Can even mess with their customers info! Scary. I’m sure they are quick to blame the provider. Which is a joke as they are 100% of this functionality. Wow, even looking at their mobile website looks like software from the 90s. A retro looking mobile website! I have no choice but to use the app, or switch to another provider that isn’t stuck with this developers software. That’s a huge issue, probably why the my get away with this crap.

Ehhhh. It works when it wants to. I’ve noticed when changing between 5g and LTE it will crash. Then when you’re on a stable network or Wi-Fi it still crashes. Why does it crash so many times? Is ot a big or something y’all can fix?

1 feature missing.... I would love to have a favorites list, or at least be able to select from a list of the last 10 accounts I have viewed, rather than having to start a new search every time I log in. Other than that this app is excellent! Thanks!

SIMS pocket is Not working on my iPhone 13pro. I did an iOS update to 16.0 and now SIMS pocket is not working please update as this app is critical to our industry!

Technician. Great app, easy to work with and saves time. No more calling the central station for signals received! My customers love receiving monthly reports on site right to their printer. Great Work Guys!

Need to fix. Need to make it where we can continue the "out of service" status without having to actually put the account in service then take it out of service. Other than that it is a really solid app. Saves a ton of time.

Tech. Unable to put system on test because it does not scroll down to the DONE button. I'm only able to put on test using my ipad in portrait mode. If ipad switches to landscape the app screen will freeze. Screen is also frozen in landscape on iphone (4s). There is not enough contrast on screens when choosing from customer lists making it very hard to read when choosing a customer. 2 versions later (Version 5.3) still not fixed.!

Best of the best. Saves hundreds of hours in time on the phone with the cs! Worth every penny

Crashes. Crashes on me all the time. I have to delete and redownload everytime I want to use it.

Was 10 stars. Was a 10 star app, removing auto login was a major feature loss. Please put the feature back for full 5 stars. With auto log out still working, I must log in many, many times per client on a call when testing. I have many clients a day. My device does not have the finger print option.

Garbage. I am stuck to use this app with my company’s monitoring station and we hate it. It’s a completely useless app. It will barely put systems out of service for us. You have to try 3 or 4 times. Finally just giving up and calling the station. It’s basically a waste of our time

Works A lot better NOW, +1 star. Latest version v4 works much better than previous below. So it seems they are trying to improve the user experience on iOS. Thx! With no response ever from App Support (shame!) I started giving feedback to my Stations Director who subscribes to SIMS support. Did this help, not sure, but they represent many of us versus just each of us one by one. Older version review <=v3.8 comments: Can get work done on my iPhone5, but the latest version makes it so much harder to login with no TouchID support (iPhone5) and the fact that memorized username and passwords do not work well at all anymore. Password field freezes, and you have to press login, get a failure, then renter username and password. A lot harder than before. No app support internally. App support on App Store gets error 404. For Professional Software, this is a very buggy release. Better regression testing needed before release. Maybe even a new product manager! SIMWARE has never responded to tickets entered. It looks like a black hole. Not really a professional image one would expect. C'mon guys - lets get it together!!!

Need update. Crash and not be able to login (not mu phone its a brad new one) and the historic in « event » habe to be more then 10 lines... when you have 15+ zones to test its barely impossible to do it with the app.

Update Works Well. Very handy app. It continues to work well after update. I'm running iOS 6 on iPhone 5 Updated 10/17/12 Today's update gives full screen on iPhone 5 & works well, but it appears that landscape view of reports is no longer available, which was handy for a larger font, on the iPhone. Perhaps they will adjust that ... Hopefully! Updated 02/05/13 The Nov. 17, 2012 update still doesn't have landscape view for reports, making it difficult to read on the iPhone. Landscape view would be very beneficial especially on the iPhone 5 with it's longer screen. Funny, they disabled landscape view just when the latest hardware would have made it more beneficial. Updated 04/25/2013 Glad to have Landscape view, of Reports, back as of an update or 2 ago. It's nice on the Longer iPhone 5 screen.

Lacking. SIMS needs to think a lot bigger. This app is little more than a front-end for SIMSweb. For a start, how about activating iOS notification functionality?

Still issyes with dark mode. Im still having the same issue with dark mode cannot see the time to put accounts on test.

On test setting buggy. It takes me several minutes and 10-20 attempts to put an account on test. Use to always work first try, not sure why you have to fight with it now

Locking up. After downloading this app in demo mode it locks up can’t do anything. Also how do you add a second monitoring station info.

Can’t believe I paid for this even though I’m an Armstrong dealer…. The Touch ID/ Face ID doesn’t work. I can’t see the time options to put account out of service, it all blank so I don’t know how long I selected. Freezes and crashes frequently. I can’t believe they charge money for this app.

Tech. Nice app,works well, be nice if you could have more than 1 station working with this.other than always changing your info or have it on another device.even if it was a paid app would be nice

Frequent logouts and no Face ID. I frequently got logged off the app and can’t use Face ID anymore. When I am doing condo inspections it is very frustrating.

sim app. i have to have my iPad in a standing position to work... i work with mine on its side.. also, after trying to put a account on test.. it kicks me out of the system... has some good old fashion bugs in it that need to be fixed..

Please Fix. Face ID login for iPhone is mediocre at best. Works every 10 logins or so. Please add option to see if an account is Cancelled or Active For $15 I expect a much more quality app - very poorly executed

Bugs. It was pretty good at one point but then I accepted the latest update and it all went down. I even restored the entire phone and still can't get id saver to work, so I have to log in with ful password every few minutes. It also crashes due to invalid arguments regularly.

Bug??. App crashes when trying to access Maintenance tab. Only on the iPad, use it on Samsung device and it works.
