Truly killer app for productivity. Can't imagine life before this app. Now I have access to all my files anywhere I am. Love the built-in annotations and file searching. Works reliably, even gives me offline access to folders.

Not compatible with iOS 14. Uh oh. Blackberry released a “Critical Issue Advisory” that Workspaces DOES NOT WORK with iOS 14 and WILL NOT UNTIL SEPTEMBER? And their recommendation is to not install iOS 14 until Workspaces is updated. I note that iOS will probably be at 15 in October... From the notice: “Due to a compatibility issue, BlackBerry Workspaces for iOS version 10.0 (and later) and BlackBerry Workspaces for Android version 10.0 will close unexpectedly on iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and Android 11 devices. When this occurs, the user is returned to the home screen of the device. Resolution This issue will be resolved in future software releases which are currently scheduled for September. BlackBerry recommends that customers upgrade to the new versions of the BlackBerry Workspaces Dynamics apps (version 10.0.1x) when they are released. After upgrading the apps, customers can upgrade their devices to iOS 14, iPadOS 14, or Android 11.”

Don't waste your time!. I downloaded this app to have a shortcut to my online class documents and IT DOES NOT WORK! It attempts to open then it just closes out to my home screen. Deleted it and tried all over again about 8 times. I'm giving it a 1 star only cause we have to make a selection. Otherwise it would be a fat zero star. Very disappointed.

Great. The software is very good but needs bookmarking or should allow user to return to page where they left off as long as App is open in multitasking. Once this is integrated it gets a 5.

Horrible. You can't read your documents because there is your email plastered over every page.

Secure Enterprise File Sharing Solution. This app is a great compliment to the WatchDox secure file sharing solution. It allows access to my sensitive files on the go from my iOS devices.

Not so great. This program has had nothing but problems since I installed it. First it would not save my highlights or annotations. Now, after the upgrade it will not let me open the docs on my iPad. I don't know if I am an isolated case but I have spent way to many hours working with their tech support for this to be viable. Nothing was ever resolved to fix my issues. I use this program for school text books, it is required.

Crashing won't open. I download app it goes to start screen but does not stay open it crashes!?!? Any help?? It works good on iPhone 5 but not on iPad mini

Worthless app.. I was hopeful when I saw the update this morning. STILL crashes instantly after opening.

Still not working. Was really excited to see this update come out. I thought they would have fixed it so the app would actually start. Very disappointed to find out it still does not work. Crashes right as you start the app. Will update this review as soon as its fixed, but for now 1 stars. Please fix. I really need this :(

Does not open. Even after latest update, this app just does not open at all. Broken on iPad and iPhone.

Good app. I love the new upgrades except when you use the yellow highlighter it's to dark and you can't see the words under the highlighted word. Can you please fix

Watchdox is crap. Crashes every time I try to open a folder. Useless.

Crashes on loading. Unusable app, crashes on loading screen. Tried to reboot, closed all open apps, cleared memory... Nothing works. iPad2 iOS 5.1 and iPhone4s iOS 5.1

If you can't view the document then why create the app?. This app does not work. It gives me the option to save for offline viewing but nothing happens to allow me to view it on or off line. Uninstalling...

NEEDS I PHONE 5 support !!!!!. The Screen resolution is too small. I cannot use this app on my iphone 5. Screen size on the iphone 4 is the only reason why i never bought an iphone. Please PLEASE MAKE THIS APP IPHONE 5 resolution size !

It doesn't start up. It would be wonderful to use this app for school but the app will not even load to the main menu. I paid for my books already. Please fix the app.

Recent update crash. Please update again. The recent update isn’t allowing the app to load on my iPad Pro.

Awesome App : Easy and Secure. If you want complete ease of use AND you want to be able to control your documents anywhere on any device then this is the app for you. I use it on iPhone, iPad, MBA OSX and my Windows 7 virtual machine on my MBA. It let's me sync documents automatically across all four devices, no intervention on my side. It let's me send those documents securely and retain control of them after they arrive, so I can decide at any time who has access and what they can do, even after I have sent the documents. It allows me to publish a secure workspace or data room so I can share documents for collaboration. And finally, it lets me edit and annotate any document securely on any device, whether I have the app or not, even streaming for example, Excel to my iPad if needed. It doesn't get better than that. Simply awesome!! The best productivity tool I have.

Doesn't even start.. I'm trying to get watchdox to work on my ipad1 but I can't get past the loading screen.

Horrible, Zero stars. This is one of the worst apps I’ve used for viewing documents. It crashes every time I try to search within a document and you have to sign in every time you want to use it. I only got it because it was required for a class but I would never recommend this to anyone.

Customer Support.. Mine initially didn't work, but a quick email to customer support helps out a lot. Now it works perfectly.

Works. Is marginally less annoying than using WatchDox over the Internet

Awful User Experience. Edit functionality is just a Remote Desktop session to a windows box. Not at all touch optimized and useless if I'm on a slow or flakey connection (which happens all the time when I travel).

Needs fixing!!!. When I first installed this program it worked very well. However since they updated it they wrecked the highlighting feature. You have a solid block of yellow. Can't see through it. Please fix. Additional color options would also be nice.

Don’t waste your time. Forced to use this system by the company I work for and all I have to say is it’s pointless, slow to load if it does, can’t use off line even if documents saved, absolutely useless

I may as well use paper. This app has become useless to myself and anyone else in the large company I work for. It has become commonplace for procedures to not be checked before a task, because of the horrible search functionality and regular freezing/crashing. Who coded this rubbish? The solution for myself is to download all of the files, use a PDF editor to merge all of the files and search the one large document on a separate PDF reader app. What a holistic business solution workspaces has provided us. #worstspaces

Not able to share to workspace from the photos app. Great app, however I cannot share from the photos app to Workspaces as it does not show up as an option.

Annotations. The ability to annotate with a stylus or the keyboard would be extremely useful eliminating the need to print whole work books.
