Closes/crashes on iPhone. Current version closes when first launched on iPhone. After 1-2 attempts app stays open, a real pain of trying to get off a quick email or check your calendar.

Horrific. This app is probably the worst instant messenger client on iOS. Phantom messages come in, then when you auth to the server it refuses to connect because it’s busy. Meanwhile, this never happens on the desktop. Horrific.

Works!. Ok, after a troubled history, this application works well now! Kudos to the devs, it's obvious that some very hard work was done.

Bring back BBM product managers. This app blows. Blackberry fell behind but worst of all doesn’t even know how to keep its good legacy stuff. I hate using this for work.

Atrocious App, BlackBerry is the worst. When it works, it’s reliable but when it doesn’t, it’s absolute trash. It’ll just keep looping - trying to connect then retry after another 60 seconds. Absolute trash. I could use this app too and it is super unreliable. This goes from working to not working randomly and completely unpredictably and they don’t seem to care to fix it.

Tha latest version never worked for me. It was fine till it was good connect they changed it to blackberry connect and I am unable to use the app. Keeps saying no connection. The email works fine but they are getting paid each month from my company to not deliver on a service

Worst messaging app ever!. I often get notifications that I have received an invitation, but when I open the app, no message appears. Then I hear from people that they tried to send me a message, but received an error saying I was unavailable to receive messages at that time. WTH?!?! This makes it appear to my colleagues that I am not working. How is that GOOD?

No more notifications. What happened to notifications when I get an IM? Why even offer this if your IMs go into a black hole unless you have the application open all the time.

Getting error - application not authorized. Some how I’m unable to install getting error application access denied contact your IT administration

Doesn't Connect. My company has started to roll this out to select individuals on the leadership team. We use good for enterprise and Lotus notes IM client. This app doesn't show anyone active on login. It will show the correct availability status if and only if they change their current status. Other times you can IM an active person and they will not receive your Instant message. Once they IM you - then you can communicate. The app is absolutely having problems establishing the initial connection the the Instant Messenger system... Needs work either internally or with good - but this shouldn't be hard stuff.

Constantly need to redownload. authentication error every day. Have to redownload it constantly. Disappointing.

Difficult to connect. This app is convenient, but once a person is able to log on. Sometimes it connects right away and sometimes it takes hours or just doesn't connect at all. Defeats the purpose of having the app. And yes my connection is fine especially if I'm able to connect to the blackberry work app and others, but not this. This one always gives me issues. Please review your app and provide a sufficient update as it seems many are having a connectivity issue and issues with taking way too long connect. Thanks.

Doesn’t Connect. The chat doesn’t connect, just loop in “not connect, retrying”

Horrible step backwards. My company left Good App and BB Connect to BB Work and BB Connect. What a horrible horrible horrible interface. Each of these BB apps have their own password. No single sign on. BB Connect is NOT interfaced with biometric login. You have to manually enter your cryptic password EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THE APP!!!! Not just once for the day. Good App has ability to authenticate and verify logins. BB Work and BB Connect do not. BB totally falls down. Every time i am out of office and have to look at my texts I have to open my password vault write down the password and manually enter it. This is ludicrous. BB Connect blocks user from copying and pasting from Keychain and third party password vaults too. Obviously not well thought out. So BB you think this is secure? I have to dumb down my password so I can remember it. Folks. Avoid this app if you can.

Same review as the other most recents. It won’t connect. Tried upgrading phone, restarting, reinstalling blackberry UEM and work again. Still won’t work. My IT can’t figure it out

So good now. This app has improved a lot. It’s much better than it used to be. And to be completely fair my connection problems were because IT screwed up our servers, and IT turned off all the useful stuff like fingerprint ID. Everyone tell IT about your problems. Don’t blame B.B. it’s probably ITs fault.

Constantly Crashes. Have to reinstall at least once a week. Locks up and doesn’t authenticate or asks for a new key.

Doesn’t work with IOS 13.3.1. This app will not work at all with IOS 13.3.1.

Connection is touch and go. May connect, may just circle. Doesn't matter if you are connected to wi-fi or 5G

Not Dependable. I’m working from home for almost two months now due to COVID-19 and this app has not been helpful at all. It continuously disconnects my chat if I look at another app for even a second. Even if I’m only checking work emails via another app from same developer It’ll sign me out. I can’t only have the chat app open at all times. I need to have it open in the background while I work through emails or other work apps if I step away from my laptop. Very unfortunate, especially during these work times when we’re very focused on helping our clients through small business loan applications that have lost everything. Very unfortunate!

Still Junk. Even after updates, this app is basically useless. Now the app freezes after logging in (which continues to randomly disconnect) so its dead in the water. I grow tired of the back and forth between my company IT and Good pointing fingers at each other, when I clearly can prove a problem. To any CIO’s looking for a mobile solution...AVOID! Your employees will thank you.

Totally unstable. I have to delete and redownload this app at least 3-4x per week because it craps out. It will even “lose” my access key right in the middle of an ongoing conversation. How can that happen?!

Everyone Offline. After the update it now shows all my contacts offline when they are online.

Not compatible with iOS 13!. You can’t message anyone in iOS 13. You can simply see who’s online and change your status.

Logging In is the worst. Its so hard to login!

Good app, but.... In the last 2 updates, the ability to use the microphone as a way to input text has not functioned properly. You can press the microphone key and it will bring the proper screen, but then the app quickly closes it and you are back to the keyboard. Please fix this for iPhone 6 users.

Horrible. I have no issues getting to the email portion. When I try to go over to the chat BB Connect, I get a message saying it’s authenticated to a different user. What?!

Buggy. When the app works, it's ok. But it's not been very dependable for me. Often times the app seems to log me offline when I close the app. Sometimes it wouldn't let me log in at all. Recently it said I was logged out, but I was still getting notifications and new messages.

Stopped working. The app fails to sign on and gets into a retry loop over and over. And I know it’s the app being problematic, because Blackberry Work seems seems to work every time. Please fix this bug!

Everyone is Still Offline. Why is this still an issue when people have been complaining about it for months? If I can’t see who is online why am I using this? It completely defeats the purpose.

Connect Stuff. Sub par to say the least. Practically created an Apple ID to give to this app a 1 star rating. Could be better!

Worst Business App... Ever. The tittle says it all. BB Connect is simply worst business app... ever! There are si many problems to list. You receive notification of messages but then you cannot connect to the server to retrieve the message. Worst is the people messaging you receive a message that you are online but the messages were undelivered although they were delivered. And on and on.

Terrible BBerry software - just go out of business already.... Notifies you of old connect sessions you have had on your pc days after the fact. This app is poorly programmed without common sense of what a user would want. Needs more settings / notification options. Further logging frequently takes minutes on strong connections. Frequently even when you log off or exit the app via IOS it still pulls in notifications of conversations you are having on your PC. This is terribly annoying when going between working at your desk and conference rooms in the same day. BlackBerry is just such a joke. They pull back to concentrate on software and even that is subpar.

Unchained from my desk at last!. Please add fingerprint login authentication! Standing on the subway while trying to type a password every time I get pinged, is a fall on top of the other passengers just waiting to happen.

Can’t connect!!. I’m totally frustrated. The email portion works great but the connect is horrible. I haven’t been able to connect in 2 weeks now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times still nothing. Even worse my online status was stuck in available-mobile and I didn’t even have the app installed at the time. What in the world is that!!! Please fix as my job requires travel and I need to connect when appropriate. Not good to be unreachable or appearing available when not!!!

Marginal at best. The app is only useful when it's not needed. For example, I'm driving and I get a connect notification. I pull over when I can and would like to respond but there is no message listed....or how about when you login and everyone is "offline" or you appear offline to everyone else..another gem of a feature. It typically works decent on WiFi... Which is when I don't need it since my laptop is open and running the desktop app. From an enterprise data isolation view it works fine. From a, "I'm just trying to do my job" it's a miserable failure. It doesn't do its job and only makes mine more frustrating.

Notifications Now Interrmittent. I used to get notifications when I would get an IM, even if the app is running in the background, but now that happens intermittently. It’s been like this for a couple months. I assume a new update or something? I have an iPhone X. This app is pointless if I can get reliable notifications.

Offline Contacts. While it shows me active, all my contacts show offline. No solution to fix this?

Updated version broke my good connect connection. It seems that the new updated version broke my connection with my "Good for Enterprise" account. I am not able to login into the Good Connect anymore. It keep asking for email address and IT key. I am following my IT directions to uninstall and install the application again but so far no lucky. Any suggestions?

Not Worth the Download. This app should not have been published for consumer use. It does not work the majority of time and what good is an app that is not reliable? Unresponsive and unstable, equals an unusable product.

Can’t connect. Defeats the whole purpose of having this app on my phone when I can’t connect. IT said to uninstall and reinstall but still doesn’t work. Terrible product.

Randomly disconnects.... Very poor app that is unresponsive and inconsistent. Will not allow me to connect randomly despite the IM service working perfectly on other devices. Do not count on this app for business communication.

Good launcher is annoying!!. Please add an option to disable the new launcher feature. I am now forced to move the good launcher bubble to get to menus and icons, since there is no single "good" place to stick this thing. Just add a new icon to the menu bar. At least I could ignore that.

Lost productivity and patience. If you can somehow miraculously get it to connect with someone else, you'll be lucky if you exchange 5 messages before it drops a few of them just for good measure. I thought that my congressman held the record for working the least amount of time but this program may take the gold. If my IT department is reading this, you should be ashamed.

Crap. Easily the worst application I have ever used. Takes approx 10 min to log in each morning and today it chose to give up after 1 hr. It’s the 5 month in a row that I have connection issues. No incentive to fix!

Horrible not "Good". App never connects. When I receive a notification of a new msg and open the app, the app stops working and I have to restart it several times just to make it work. It crashes more than a dozen times a day and very rarely connects. Maybe it's the way my company has administered the app or something but since the last update, the app has been unusable. Wish I had my old bb where internal IM worked great.

Complete garbage. Don’t waste your time. Never connects. Unstable comms. Blackberry putting out garbage like this is why your company is slowly dying off.

Stopped working.. 4/27/17 App completely stopped working. Says there was an update. Fine see that there is one available. Error: "Application blocked. Library version 3.1.0.405 is not permitted. Update this application or enable this version in the compliance policy." 4/20/16 With being often on the road in my position this app working correctly is a critical factor to daily success. Please fix this app as it has been unable to connect since last Friday 4/20/16. I have in uninstalled it several times including uninstalling the Good for enterprise app the drives it. iPhone 5s

Won't connect. Since the most recent update, the app won't connect consistently. I have to keep restarting my phone for it to work.

Update Killed App, Won't Connect. March 10th update killed Good Connect. App doesn't connect, gets stuck at the spinning wheel/loading page. Tried deleting all Good apps, restoring phone, reinstalling Good apps. Crap.

Logs me out every couple minutes!. I like the app except I am constantly getting logged out when using in my iPhone6s for no reason and prior version never did that. I am missing chats because of this. Tech support is unreachable.

Great little app. For those who understand security, yet another GOOD app that enables productivity but alleviates risk of security threats for IT.

Requires front facing camera!. Tried to install this onto my iPad and it says I need a front facing camera. This is an instant messaging client! To not just disable that feature versus completely disallowing you to use the app is really poor programming.

Awful- makes phone crash. Please fix the bug!! Every time I use good suite, crashes my phone! Awful, will be deleting soon if not fixed.

Your IT department chose wrong. I'm sure the only reason you are using this is because company mandated it - there is no way you'd continue using it by choice. This app completely breaks mobile seamless experience for the end user for what they call security features.

Not retrieving my messages. The app does not send a banner when someone sends me a message or email on iOS10

Doesn't display message notifications when app closed. The app does not display message notifications when the app is closed. Notifications are only displayed when the app is opened which makes it not useful at all.

HTML Code. When receiving messages I’m seeing the entire HTML format code along with the message. It’s very hard to find the actual message.

No longer works. No longer works with using Good For Enterprise to authenticate User. Keeps asking for email and access key; whereas before, it would delegate the user authentication with the Good For Enterprise app.

No longer works. App just updated, now it stopped working. Wont sign in

It worked until I couldn’t log in. All BlackBerry suite apps work except for this one. The QR code and access code failed despite I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times.

New update breaks app with Good Work. Latest update breaks authentication connection with Good Work... Requires specific code, cannot use Good Work to authenticate again. Have tried to uninstall Good Connect and reinstall, but still won't use Good Work to authenticate.

App won't connect. Please update asap- app no longer connects since most recent update- shuts down every time it tries (kernel panic?).

Great App. Already works with 9.1 if your IT allows it.

Cannot pair with Good for Enterprise. Access key doesn't pair with Good for Enterprise. Useless.

Horrific user interface. Extremely difficult to see what IMs are new versus what IMs have already been viewed. I hate this app. Amazing how blackberry can make things more difficult than they need to be.

BLackBerry and Apple both Get - F. The app crashes iPhone frequently. BB gets F as it didn't test the app and Apple gets F for passing this app. Company like BB deploying such a buggy app - just unbelievable.

Slow down. If going slow and having connection issues is more secure, then this app must be WAY secure.

Typical Pin Issues. Set aside a good portion of your day to get in to the app. The same problems that haunted the GFE app haunts this as well. Only this time I was still not able to solve the issue. Good luck.

Update messed up functionality. App was updated this morning and now it won't connect. This is a critical app that I use for my job and now it won't work appropriately. Fix this version ASAP...

Stopped Working. I loved this app until the recent upgrade and it no longer loads.

Pathetic!. Slow to connect, disconnects, takes long to recieve an 'IM' after notification is received. Just not ready for corporate professionals on the go.

Junk. Poor implementation of a chat app. Nearly every time I go back to the app after having switched to something else, it goes into an endless loop of trying to reconnect and I have to kill and restart it to get it to reconnect.

Needs Lots of Work. Logs me off without notice and often. Can't be trusted. Fails to login (often). No group chat... Like has been done for decades in other chat programs.
