Trash app. Often freezes and I have difficulty forwarding emails with attachments. Does not continuously update. For example, if you haven’t clicked on your “sent” folder in a month, you get the pleasure of watching it load all of your sent emails for several minutes. Worst of all. It demands you re-enter your password almost constantly. I would understand a mandatory unlocking once every few hours, but really? Within minutes? Bottom line: Trash sustained because it is a legacy service / monopoly.

No Longer Receiving Push Notifications. I have been using this app for about 1.5 years now and it has been working fine. However, recently, Blackerry Work has stopped providing me with push notifications. My company IT is useless, but after reading some of the reviews on here, it may be a Blackberry Work app issue and not an IT problem. Fix this ASAP.

Worthless app that somehow only gets worse. Started getting the infamous lack of notifications glitch that many other reviewers have discussed. That causes real issues at my job because I’m on call 24/7 and responding to urgent emails 20 minutes late is unacceptable. In an attempt to solve the issue, I downloaded the most recent update. Now I can’t log on at all. I just see the blackberry work logo for a full minute and then the app crashes. Utterly baffling. Email apps are at the bottom of the totem pole in terms of technical complexity and yet BlackBerry still manages to screw it up. Excited for the company to go bankrupt.

Touch ID implementation failure. The latest Blackberry “feature” is the app now, I assume, times out versus closing itself as I find the next time you reopen it it goes straight to requesting your special password (yes the PITA one) versus prompting you for touch ID or Face ID input. So you have to close the app and restart it to get to the friendlier ways to open the app. Corporate email administrators find a better choice than this app. It is terrible and is getting worse.

Sync is extremely slow. With new upgrade the sync is extremely slow. App does show the total unread emails count (badge notification) but then when App is opened it takes while to even download the headers.

Iffy at best. This app is not very good. Functionally it have calendar and email and uses contacts, however it is better suited to be used as a reviewing tool, not as a temporary laptop even on the go. This app requests for a new password every 2 weeks and i change it. The app closes constantly and randomly when in use. Would not recommend!

Notifications are NOT working!. I only have one basic function for this app...to display notifications for incoming email. Epic fail. Notifications stopped working the night I was on call and thought it was odd nothing was coming through. Luckily I checked manually and did not miss anything important. Uninstall/reinstall fixed it for a while, now the same problem is back and the fix I did last time is it working! All settings are correct. PLEASE FIX THE ASAP!!!!!

Horrible. These BlackBerry apps are a plague to modern devices. Slow, poor interface, randomly logging me out, unable to paste passwords and text gets wiped from fields if you switch to another app and back. Do corporate IT and end users everywhere a favor and discontinue these atrocious apps.

Notifications Suddenly Stopped. Can’t seem to find or get basic app support for for Blackberry Work. Notification badges stopped suddenly and I can’t seem to get the issue fixed. My company’s IT desk doesn’t know what is causing the issue. I tried reinstalling the app, wiping my iPhone (ouch), reloading the Work app, but nothing has worked. Apple says it may be related to a new version of iOS but Blackberry hasn’t seemed to have caught on to it yet. No badges or notifications for new emails. Sudden problem that developed about April, 2020. Hello?

Had to take my word back. Latest version is amazing fast especially on the new phone.

Slow. This used to work fast, had no problem starting up and getting latest emails and calendar updates. Few months ago it started being very slow, and it’s getting worse. Very long time to connect, and it reconnects every time you return to it after briefly going to another app like zoom. Please fix! Used to be 5 star, it was a lifeline.

Log out issues. Literally the worst app I’ve used. Randomly locked out even though the password is correct. Then that locks me out of my work account which is another huge issue. I’ve reset my password no less than 50 times (not an exaggeration) in the last month. When it works, it works fine but, when it doesn’t it’s a nightmare. I would NOT recommend. If you have to use it good luck.

Been decent but latest update ruined it. It’s been decent with this app with enough capabilities and speed, but the recent update seems to have completely bricked the app. Email notifications come through, but you can’t see the preview anymore. Once you open the app, takes forever to load and show the content of the email. First thought it’s my employer who’s having issues with their server, but app is working who haven’t updated to latest version yet

Why can't you view your own emails?. It is inexplicable to me why Blackberry has designed this app so that, when clicking the up and down arrows to scroll through an email chain, not only does it skip right past the emails that you have sent, it's impossible to view them as the main email you're looking at in the chain. This ridiculous oversight means that if I ever want to reopen something I've sent that someone has replied to, I have to exit the main chain in my inbox, navigate all the way to "sent mail" and find it there. Shoddy design all around.

Blackberry work question. Is current version IOS 13.5 or higher? Being told requirement now for work.

Email stopped working with last update otherwise great app. I have used this app with much success for 6 years through my company. I heavily rely on the email. Unfortunately the latest release 2 days ago broke my ability to pull email from apple iphone. Uem controls in place, no changes. Work starts loops a bit then closes. I still at least get calendar notifications. 4/18 still broken for a week

I'm not getting any notifications!. The app stopped pushing notifications on any new email for months and I have to enter manually to check if any emails received. I contacted my IT department and they did a reset an provide me with a new Access Key but nothing happened. Fix your notification issues please!

Impressive how bad an email client can be. A very consistent bad experience. I bet in 5 years no one will be using this app. It is a shame. Constant issues with authentication. Fake security that only makes your life worse. Issues with notifications. Very slow.

In App conference calling is bad. Recent change has made the app recognition of conference call number and associated ID non-functional. It effectively requires user to manually enter the conference ID. It is not useful in a “thumb effects” environment. Please fix!

Notifications stopped working. After the latest release notifications suddenly stopped. I tried everything to fix and reading reviews it looks like others have this issue. Please fix ASAP! This is the most important feature of this app!

No Calibri. Latest update deleted Calibri from the custom fonts. Odd decision given that that’s the default for Outlook… Definitely some glitches overall, but found the recent unexplained deletion of Calibri (while keeping fonts like Courier) quite upsetting.

Are they still in business?. Seriously, it’s hard to imagine that a company intentionally designed an app that works as bad as this one. I can only assume that they’ve been hacked - and they are refusing to pay to get their systems unfrozen. Otherwise, they are setting a new standard for complete incompetence.

Manage Synced Folders option disappeared. The "Manage Synced Folders" option disappeared after installing the latest version, now I can't choose the subfolders that need to be synced. I have to go into each folder and refresh each time to check my mail..!!

Customer service non existent. After one update the app started having massive performance issues. Submitted multiple tickets for the past 3 months together with logs and got no response. All my colleagues are having same issues. We finally figured that we can reinstall the app to solve the issue.

Typing lag with the introduction of iOS 14. Love the app but the latest iOS update causes the typing on the ipad pro with the magic keyboard to be way out of sync. I am usually done typing and have to wait for the text on screen to catchup. This is not the case in any of the other apps. Kindly address with an updated app!

It should be better. I’ve been using Blackberry Work for years. Prior to that I used actual Blackberry devices. Honestly they were great, in 2008. But then they stopped developing. I get that it’s secure and companies have the architecture, but the email client tool is so so. The search function is very good but that’s it. Tasks are awful, calendar is ok. Shouldn’t we able to expect a better suite by now? Why don’t they give up and sell to MicroSoft. It would be so much better to use office. Again not great but better. Even better would be if Apple bought them. It’s time for this relic to vanish.

Password does not work half of the times. Password does not work half of the times I tried to log in. It is the same password that worked a couple of hours ago. Does anyone have the same issue?

“The Request Timed Out”. If you’re ok with the above phrase, then this app is for you! You will see this message over and over again even if you have 4 bars on your phone. This app is so bad and so slow to respond, that productivity suffers greatly by just wanting to open the application, if it opens at all. If that weren’t bad enough, someone at Blackberry thought it was a good idea to put a cartoon type party scene (complete with a saxophone player and two people dancing) with the message “The request timed out” only to add salt to the wound of frustration. Flee this app...

Love this app. It works on all my devices and notifications from new emails and mtg reminders.

Password issues. I was forced to change my password and have not been able to sign back in since. When I “forgot password” it prompts an access key from my work email, and the key provided does not work. Why can’t Work be like every other app on my iPhone and either allow password saving or to use a third party Authenticator like Google? One headache after another.

Does the work. Able to get all my work done on my personal iPhone, that’s all I’m asking for. If it’s not working for you then maybe go see your IT and spend some time with them. Only had a bug once with notifications not working for half a day, IT solved it for me... Also love faceID, no more passwords!

Work slow to respond while typing with iPadOS 14. It is extremely difficult to type email (perhaps more) while using Work. The app responds extremely slowly while typing—meaning that frequently I will have finished typing a long sentence while the display is working the 2nd word. I have not observed this problem outside of the Blackberry apps.

Feature Request for Improvement. Feature request to improve app functionality: Please build in a multiple signature feature that can be either based upon an internal or external recipient domain. When sending to external parties, I have to remove my mobile, private line, etc. Understanding it’s two different systems, but Outlook allows this. Please incorporate. Thanks.

Notifications work but can’t open to read emails. Been happening for a month now, idk if it was from an update but I’m definitely logged in and getting email notifications even with titles showing up but can’t actually open and read them, it just keeps asking me to login and spins forever and just errors out.

No email notifications. Latest update does not allow Push notifications to come through. It does not push sounds or badge number. I even had my work tech support try to help and deleted and re-added app. I’m on most updated version of iPhone as well. Looking forward to a fix to this ASAP.

slow to update. This is a commercial app, so the developer probably doesn’t care too much about the app rating, since it is very difficult for the user (company) to change vendors. However, over the long run, if this doesn’t improve, I hope companies take the feedback from the users (us) to switch to a better email system (office?). So the best thing to do is to complain to you IT folks, in addition to writing reviews! IOS update last week, the majority of apps had day 1 updates to be compatible with IOS. Why was the last update for this app a month ago??? This is not a free app, it’s a commercial app that is very important to users. Please fix this! I also have the external keyboard lag issue.

Not working with iOS update. So love this app. Keeps me I touch with work so I don’t have to carry my iPad all the time. Hasn’t worked since last iOS update. I was hopeful for a fix but still has not come thru. What’s up guys. Get on it.

I hate this app. I wish my company would find a different option. This application has a horrible interface. Worse, it constantly has issues with passwords and the only solution my company has is to uninstall the app and start over which takes much more work than a normal application since it’s through my employer.

Crashing right on start-up. The last update was crashing on iPhone 7, current IOS, right after starting. I had to reinstall to make it work again.

Can’t type. For a few months now, there is a serious lag (5-10) seconds between typing a word and the actual word showing up. It is maddening. A 10 second email response is taking 2 minutes to type. It is wasting so much of my time each day.

Notifications suddenly stopped. I’ve used this app with no problems for 2-3 months then overnight my notifications stopped working. I tried everything to get them back but nothing worked. I see that several people have had this issue, has this ever been resolved?? This app is unusable without proper notifications.

Hours with tech support & it still doesn’t work. This rating should be 0 Stars. After downloading the app 3 weeks ago (and about 10 deletions, reinstalls, installing on 2 additional devices, with WiFi , without WiFi, etc), BB Work will not open. Each time, I receive an error message that the connection failed. It would be great to get work email on my phone. Evidently it won’t be with this app.

Doesn't load emails. Regardless of whether I'm on LTE or high speed home wifi messages take forever to load. Just says updating or connecting but doesn't finish. Despite multiple updates to the app this issue has remained for a LONG time.

Email no longer works. App automatically closes when I open it to view email. Can no longer access my business email. I saw other reviews fir the same thing. I hope this will be corrected soon.

Notifications Stopped Working. Don’t know what has happened in the latest update but notifications have stopped working no matter what the settings are.

Easily the worst app in history. I’ve been forced to use this for years now because of my company. It literally never works. I’ve had it on 5 different iPhones now, didn’t work on any of them. Countless versions, doesn’t work. Emails load MAYBE 50% of the time. App crashes constantly. This company deserves to be bankrupt.

E mail stop working. Two days ago my e-mail stopped working, it is offline. I saw a message pop up on my I phone when trying to open system offline.

Awfully slow app. When you first launch the app, it takes over 2 over mim just for the spinning to stop. Then another 2-3 minutes for ‘Connecting…’ and another 2-3 minutes for ‘Updating…’ When you finally think it is done, the mails are slow to open and there’s a terrible lag when typing. It used to be great when it was the Good app. Now it’s useless. Why are corporates still sticking to this junk of an app. They want this to be the default app on smartphones. No way anyone is going to adopt it.

Doesn’t Connect. Since last update it doesn’t connect upon first opening app. Need to close it at re-open for it to connect.

Overheating?. Every time i log in, my phone(iphone7) seems to start overheating. Otherwise not bad

Constantly freezes after iPhone X update. Constantly freezes now. Wasn’t a very responsive app to begin with but it is now unusable.

Extremely unstable. I literally have to reinstall this app and register again every two weeks because it will crash and refuse to open. Never happened with the good old Good app. By far the worst app I’ve ever used.

Became a lot worse under BB ownership. It was ok but under Blackberry ownership it has been a lot worse. Avoid at all costs. Whatever security it offers comes at the cost of loss of productivity.

Are you testing this at all?. Seriously, fix the bugs. 1. Menu at bottom of email view is either completely off screen or half off screen. Restarting app has no effect 2. Slow sync of emails 3. Interface hanging /unresponsive

Bug's life. This could be a very good app but on the iPad it keeps crashing. It crashes frequently when you have a pdf open and you have to keep trying to reopen the PDF or sometimes the app itself. This is very frustrating when you are in a meeting and working using a large document. If this is fixed it would work well. Works ok on the iPhone with no crashing but this is no good for working on in meetings.

Needs Face ID. Inefficient having to type a complex password every time you open the app.

Hopeless- won't stop beeping. Keeps beeping for every email no matter what the notification settings. Had to uninstall it. How hard can it be to make that work? What normal person wants a sound notification for every email?

Pathetic. I am on latest iPhone 12, with updated OS and updated app version. Still the application fails to load and crashes. It takes 15-20 mins for it to sync like 200 emails. World is going to next gen speed and Blackberry to legacy systems. Time for corporates to look for better solution.

Terrible!!!!. You need to be a software engineer to log in to this thing. I absolutely hate this ap. It sucks so bad. The company must have got a good deal. Not user friendly at all. It makes you think you are logged in and then once all info is entered, it blocks you right before log in. Hey blackberry, fix this or quit!!!

Issues getting emails. I get the push notification right away, but the app only connects sometimes to the server to actually download the email. Please fix it.

More features please. Always getting better, but please add Archive quick action (swipe) for emails, like iOS native Mail app.

Password managers not compatible. This app promotes the use of insecure passwords by not supporting password managers or even copy/pasting of passwords. It forces you to use a password you can remember, which is bad security practise.

Cant refresh. This version had problems. Cant refresh my inbox to see new emails. Having Identical problems on my ipad and iphone. I run this app on both. Even stranger, I an still receiving new email pop up notifications, but when I goto the inbox, new messages will not refresh and display.

Poor connectivity. Seems to require too many manual refreshes of your connection, and there are too many instances of not being able to connect. This app is not ready to support professional users as it is not dependable enough.

Too Many Notification Outages. Lots of things to like about the app. But a HUGE issue is the unexpected notification outages. All of a sudden, no emails. Life is good. Only to settle in at the desktop to discover many that were missed.

App very slow on iOS 12. The app was pretty stable and fast before but it became very slow after updating to iOS 12. Please fix it ASAP

Update killed message count. The update has stopped notification count

Keeps crashing arbitrarily. This app is not stable. Every few weeks the app just opens and closes right away. Blackberrys only recommendation is to delete and re-download and activate. In my opinion this is not a solution. This has been going on for the past 3-4 builds with not rectification to the app. Please fix!!

No interest in feed back. It is apparent that the developers have no interest in customer feedback. App crashes 2-3 times on iPhone 6. Old emails come in every evening followed by multiple false notifications. Poor interface for viewing all emails. Calendar worked better before BB took over.

Good, but could be better. It is just plain weird that you can move emails between folders but you can’t create a new folder. Seems like a big gap?

Need finger print authentication. Like the new colour scheme and the product works well. Please integrate fingerprint authentication...if I can access my bank application with my fingerprint I should be able to access my work email with my fingerprint.

Notification issues. iPhone continually vibrates in random cases when notifying of meetings. Even with notifications off. Often times kills battery due to continuous vibration.

Two steps backwards. I have used Good for years and quite liked it. I am not sure what prompted the upgrade to the new "Good Work" app, but the new version is a massive step backward from a user experience point of view. E-mails are supposed to be delivered real time but in actual fact, the delivery is random. Some of the time I receive e-mails in real time while at other times it may take hours for e-mails to come through. The notification feature is equally random, I have been notified that I have 18 news messages only to open the app and find 3. I review them all, close the app and immediately receive a notification that I have several new e-mails. I re-open the app only to find out there are no new e-mails. Then there is the worst feature of all... When you do open the app to read your e-mail, it takes an eternity for the messages to load. I will continue to use the Good Work app because it is the only way for me to access my work e-mails, but make no mistake, I am only using it because they (Good and my employer) have me as a hostage. This app feels like a step back to the days of dial-up internet - AOL anyone?

App doesn't work. It is always in offline mode and no matter what I do I'm unable to pull my emails.

The worst app I have (mandatory). Can’t use FaceID. Can’t sync contacts to device. Slow. I’m forced to use this. Everything in this app let me think that the people who works at the company behind this app are 50 years old and more. I hate it.

I would give a 3 or 4 stars but .... 1. The Blackberry work team seem to think that copy and paste within the application is insecure rendering the application almost unusable for pro/power-user use cases. 2. Why do I have to type in my password every single time to sign in???? And why does the FaceID sign in feature almost never work????? You don’t even support keychain passwords. It’s good enough for bank apps, why not for you blackberry. 3. Many of the design decisions of the overall applications are inexplicable: - No rapid way to navigate between emails and calendars... A feature that every other email client seems to have already mastered. It could take up to 6 click to get to calendar in this app. -No easy way to save document attachments locally on the device, in other document apps or iCloud Drive. - On top of the concern mentioned above regarding opening documents and attachments in other applications. Blackberry seem to think that not providing us with an appropriate document opener within the app is appropriate response to the aforementioned limitations. PDF files are always out of whack, any ms document e.i. Word excel and PowerPoint are not compatible. - Importing documents to create an attachments are done in a convoluted way as if to discourage anyone to use that feature. -It seems that blackberry has completely ignored the available Apple APIs for gestures and swipes on the screen to navigate applications. Causing any one-handed use of the application to be extremely hard. - And even if the application provides any of the aforementioned messengers they are so on discoverable or obscure that it is as if they weren’t there. This is coming from an avid mobile power- user. For your quest of supposed security, dear Blackberry, you have made an application that is neither secure nor functional because of all the workarounds we have to use to get work done. CONGRATULATIONS! YOU PLAYED YOURSELVES. Blackberry please get your act together. You’ve gimped almost every good feature and API Apple provides. An application like this one would’ve been borderline acceptable six years ago. Come on guys...

Crashes. Unusable! Crashes whenever I try to open outlook calendar!

iOS 12.1 update. App Still does not work since ios12.1 update and crashes every time I open it. I need to turn off automatic os updates bc updates to this app trails weeks behind and is unusable each time

Does the trick...when it’s not crashing. This app meets the functionality that I need for work but it crashes several times a week and I have to reinstall it every time.

Not user friendly. I am usually self-sufficient with technology, I set everything up for my family at home, help people at work, but this app is just awful to use. When there are problems with it (often) there is always an hour long procedure with the tech help line of uninstalling and reinstalling apps, multiple times (which is a pain because every activity in Blackberry work apps is a separate app), restarting the phone multiple times. If you want something that is frustrating, takes a lot of time to troubleshoot every couple of months and makes you want to break your phone, get Blackberry UEM.

Poor version- slow/lags. Limited background refresh. This is a poor release.

Constant connection and Sync issues. Regardless of the connection type or signal quality, this app keeps losing its connection to the server. Basically the only way to restore is to close he App and restart. Happens daily. Real pain

Not user friendly. Overly complicated and slow. Slow to update often requiring closing the app and relaunching. Jumps between all sorts of screens. Feels like it would be quicker to type our links into Safari then wait for them to load through Access. Took over an hour on the phone with IT to migrate from iPhone 7 to iPhone 8.

Good became terrible with Blackberry. I don't know how but Blackberry made what was a great "Good App" into a very bad app. Ever since Blackberry took over Good, it is no longer "Good" but a rotten "Blackberry"

Email Notifications not generated. Hi developers, Seeing this issue for last few weeks, but meeting notifications are generated. Email notifications are working before. Please look into this issue.

IPhone X. This app does not support the iPhone X screen display size. I gave it 3 stars.

Very nice but please add this!. Needs reminder time setting for appointments. This would be a good opportunity to add 2 of them like Calendar for iPhone instead of 1 from the old Good App.

Notification issues continue!. Notifications of new messages are sporadic at best. If I can't rely on it sometimes, I really can't rely on it ever. With each update I expect that this will get resolved, but each time I'm disappointed.

One of the Worst Apps. BlackBerry work has to be one of the worst apps I’ve used in my life. You have to have a separate app to authenticate you. You want chat? Separate app. It’s slower than Good which I didn’t think was possible. Takes 3-5 minutes to get new emails on startup. Good still works for a few more days so I haven't deleted it because I’ll open Blackberry work, wait for it to decide I’m “offline”, switch over to Good and have the emails show up just fine. I honestly didn’t think you could get worse than Good. BlackBerry work is far worse. The design is some of the worst I’ve seen on iOS. There is a floating action button that is actually floating. Rather than coming up with a good design they decided “let’s put major functionality into this button which the user has to constantly move around because we don’t care to figure out where to put secondary functions”. It now takes 2 clicks to go to my calendar rather than one. And if I need to hit a different view than the default one? Well then I have to move the FAB out of the way so it is then in the way of another part of the screen. After all that they decided to use a large part of the bottom of the screen to put text that simply tells me how many unread emails I have. Thanks, I couldn’t see that from how many unread are at the top of my list. This could have been a great place to put a real tab bar.

Garbage. Most annoying horrible application to use. No one would use it if it was not a corporate e-mail mobile client. Can only hope it will be gone soon.

Very annoying glitch. Every time I quickly exit to use another app (Messages, for instance) then go back to Blackberry Work, the email I was reading is gone, replaced by the title screen, then the inbox. I then have to scroll to the spot where that specific email was just to load it again. This isn't a logout situation, so why can't the app just stay where it was? Extremely annoying.

Awful. This is a terrible app; it makes my top specced 2018 iPad Pro crawl even after I’ve used it. No pencil support. Generally awful integration with Outlook at my work. My company can’t get away fast enough.

Very slow to load and delay receiving email. It very slow to soar and delay in getting email. A few minutes at least compared to Good email. The interface is also chaotic when opening chat and access and calendar. It keep switching between apps and very hard on the eyes

Takes forever to connect. Super unfriendly interface and always takes 2-3 minutes to connect and download. Even after I had just connected.

App keeps on freezing. Its a giant mess especially for a corporate email app. Creates an immensely frustrating experience if you cant read your emails after 5 attempts.

Does not sync. Not reliable - will not sync emails consistently.

Works well apart from an annoying issue.. For some reason, push notifications are disabled by default when activating some iOS devices. However, once you enable them, the application seems to work quite well.

Thumbprint a great idea, shame it's barely used. Why add the thumbprint for a password but ask for the typed version 9 times out of 10?

Works ok. Lock screen and app notifications don't sync read/filed emails until you actually open the app. Gets worse with each update.

Please discontinue this app so my IT department is forced to stop using it. Seriously. I’ll pay you. Stop. This.

Garbage. Absolute garbage. Slow, buggy. Separate apps for everything with no integration between each app (mail, chat, browser). Mail app horrible to use. Drafts randomly deleted or cleared out of content. Absolute shame people are forced to use this for work.

Works Amazing!. In the latest version I get my work emails faster then I do on Outlook, and the security and authentication is great! Such a great secure app!

Inexplicably Terrible. I don’t know why I’m writing a review when we all know we are forced to use this through work. I keep having to reload it as I keep getting randomly locked out the app without no explanation. So frustrating.

Horrible!!!!. Not sure what happened but the past few months it’s all but useless. Majority of the time I’m unable to get in as it clocks endlessly. If I do manage to get in it’s incredibly slow and scrolling is impossible and it’s jumpy. Considering I use this for work it’s unacceptable!

Latest version is horrible. I never had any problems with Good Work until the latest update. HUGE decrease in speed and the LAG is unbearable. New update needs to come out asap.

Zero Stars. Useless app since it crashes every time I try to use it. Been that way for months with no fix, even when deleting and adding. Awful.

No email notification. It suddenly stops giving email notifications. Tried reinstalling and restarting the phone. Nope. Had to be on call on the time so this is not helpful.

Uninstall and reinstall. Every couple of days I’m having to delete the app and reinstall the app because it locks up and won’t connect.

Garbage. The app crashes repeatedly, on old phones and new. Completely unreliable. I have to delete the app and reinstall at least once a month. Doesn’t recognize faceid and I have to input my password every time I access the app.

Terrible formatting. Pictures in email are too large and make it impossible to see text, no way to resize

Keyboard problems. The BlackBerry Work app seems to have issues in iOS 14 and iPad OS 14 when connected to an external keyboard (tested with both a Smart Keyboard and a third party Bluetooth keyboard). While typing does work, each keystroke is delayed to the point that it makes typing impossible.

What did you do with the notifications?. Your user guide refers to notifications that no longer exist within your application. Why do you never test your releases before making them public? You behave like children coding in their parents’ basement. Try some professionalism just once.

Not Good for Bursiness. Notifications stop working all the time, they come and go which is terrible. App blinks and closes itself.

App has performance issues in IOS15. It’s been a while that IOS released and no update to this App. Has so many performance issues after IOS 15 upgrade. Please release a fix soon. Very slow in updates.

Need to restore Calibri to custom fonts. As another user mentions, prior versions of the app permitted Calibri as a custom font. Please restore this functionality, as it allowed emails to essentially mirror Outlook.

Unstable and slow. Recently app has become unstable and slow. Frequently unable to load new messages or change folders.

This app is crap. It seems like Blackberry turned their failing handheld device into a poorly designed app. Nothing is intuitive. Does not integrate well with other software. Buggy and often does not work. Corporate America should have better.

E mail stop working. Two days ago my e-mail stopped working, it is offline. I saw a message pop up on my I phone when trying to open system offline.

Not synched since last 2 months. The app has not synched since last 2 months. I don’t know whether I should uninstall it since I am losing mobility with this app. Very bad support.

Cannot view text in dark mode. At least with emails from Jira, any modifications are not visible in dark mode. Presumably that text is still in black? Or some really really dark hard-to-see color. Please fix! Thank you very much in advance!

Crashes consistently. This app is simply awful. It crashes on startup, it’s exceptionally slow and it doesn’t sync properly to my Ms Outlook. It used to work fine, within the last 3 months it became garbage.

Connection error. This application doesn’t connect to my mail from work for some reason. Nor doesn’t want to run a diagnostics check, it takes forever.

Great if it works. App won’t open with Face ID or password login. It acts like it wants to open but quickly goes back to main screen for iPhone.

No notifications. The only notifications I get is if it is a calendar notification. I need to know when I’m getting emails. All my settings say I should be getting them and I even deleted and reloaded the app. Still not fixed.

Terrible keyboard lag on iPad Magic keyboard. When using iPad magic keyboard the lag is painfully bad - it wasn’t always this way...started happening after a recent update and I see other people commenting the same thing. Keyboard works perfect for all other apps.

A Pitiful Excuse For Secure E-Mail. If you are considering this for an organization or company email- save your employees and skip BlackBerry. Poor customer service for product resolution leads to multiple days in ‘Offline’ mode. Not reliable- look elsewhere.

An app for the 1990’s. So unbelievably slow to load emails - and have you ever tried clicking on a link which might as well be like sending a fax . . .

Keep getting logged out. I am repeatedly logged out and asked for a corporate password - even though I know the right password it only allows me back in 1/5 times. Not being able to get into my work email is very anxiety provoking

Reading the clipboard. Why is this app reading the clipboard on login? Under iOS 14 I’m getting notifications that it’s pasting from the clipboard after I enter my password. It shouldn’t be doing that.

horrible. this app is awful. I continue to get an error message that enrollment failed even after requesting several access keys and redownloading multiple times. very frustrating

Most Recent Update on iOS 16 Broke the App. The body of emails no longer load; the messages appear blank and you have to force close the app to fix the problem - but then you read one email and it happens again. Needs a fix ASAP.

Emails freeze. This was a great app until the latest update. Now my emails take very long to come up and update. If not, it crashes.

This App is Useless. I am required to use this app for my job, but having to delete and re-install it every single time I need to synchronize to receive new emails is for the birds. Surely, there has got to be a better way than this!

New version- locked out!. I actually think it’s been a pretty good app, been using it for quite a while. It updated during the night, and now I get “Application Blocked”. Guess who has to make a 40 mile commute this morning because he suddenly can’t access his email.

Super lag after iOS 14 update. I only use this app because work forces me to for email connectivity. Since updating to iOS 14, there’s a very long delay when typing emails on my iPad Pro gen 4. The app is bad enough, now it’s almost unusable.

I guess it could be worse but not sure how. No notifications, random extended offline periods, etc. BB needs to admit defeat and spin the app off to another more capable developer.
