Please add Application Guidelines…. …Clarifications, and Trials. This app is solid, but it seems like there is great potential for making it easier to find and learn about the Application Guidelines, and other items related to the law that are on the website.

Ref and player. This app is just like having the book in your hand. It's helped me solve quite a few disputes. Some of the videos are pretty helpful too.

Quiz with no answers is useless. A wonderful resource but if you take the quiz where are the answers to your questions? Did I miss something

Make an IRB rugby video game. Make the IRB rugby union/league version of Fifa soccer. Team up with a video game production company. There should be all the same features and a choice between rugby union and league

We had issues....version 1.1 fixed that!. Application crashed on my old 2G iPhone. Version 1.1 too care of that issues and now works like a charm! Thanks for listening!

Great App - but a couple of tweaks needed. Easy to use and well laid out. Works off network as a reference. Only things extra I’d ask for are: 1) allow to swipe left/right to get to the next law, and/or have a next/previous link at the bottom of each law. 2) have option to download the video clips to a local cache to enable offline review. A possible extra section which may be good to add would be to add the law application guidelines (eg the decision making framework for high tackles) and the recent clarifications of law (both these sections are on the IRB site)

Referee signals. It would be nice if on the Referee Signals tab on the secondary signals if they would include if the listed offense would be a PK, FK, or scrum etc. just so we could easily relate the two. Not sure if that is possible with each signal or not.

Great app explains everything.. I had so many questions when I started playing. This is a great app for beginning and seasoned players.

Videos have trouble loading. Most of the videos will not work. It tries to open the video but the screen stay white, then returns back to the previous screen. Otherwise, a must have for the serious player/referee/fan.

2012 Update?. Love the app but a 2012 law update would have been stellar, especially if it was released prior to 2012 or shortly thereafter.

Top rugby app. I can't praise this app enough. Does everything it says and more. The videos are an excellent bonus as well. Makes it easy to clear up many of the little things one would normally miss. If that isn't enough it's FREE!!! Can not complain about that or any part of the app. THANKS

Fantastic app!. This app is an extremely useful tool not only to referees, but also coaches, players and spectators! Works really well with video demonstrations too! Well to the creator!

Great App. Fantastic for players and referees, shows all laws like the book does, also does not require internet connection. As a referee myself it is good for on the go and the quiz also keeps my skills up to date. One thing, should be able to see which quiz questions you got wrong. Otherwise a great app

Quiz answers. Great app. Covers all laws. Would be great if quiz would show which answers were right or wrong, and give correct answer to help user.

Thanks for the ref hand signals!. What a great ap! Now I can figure out what's going on over the other side of the field in live games. I love that they have a video demo and everything. The ap is nice and easy to use too.

Could be easily improved. Good except large pictures at the top of each screen take up half the screen. They don't scroll with the text. So you end up scrolling twice as often with text only ever visible in the bottom half of an already small screen.

Good App. I am new to rugby and have found the app to explain the rules well. The videos are also useful but the app closes when the video is done (iPad).

Good but.... It's good, except for some videos that we can't watch because they never appear. If that problem is resolved, the application will be very useful, easy to use and complete.

Perfect. It is easy to find any law you want quickly, is missing nothing, and has never crashed on me. A perfect app.

Not updated with 2019 Changes. App says it has the 2019 changes included. However, 20.15 has not been revised as well as others.

A must have. As an official this is a must have! The law book is in my kit bag. And this app goes round the word with me. Plus videos are an added bonus that you just don't get with a book.
