Up your game. The site is clumsy and difficult to navigate - also, for those living in the developing world where data rates and download speed are expensive and slow, you can offer a non- video content option would also help

Israel does not get a live feed. Very disappointing. A while back we had a live feed but now we do not get it.

Almost there, overnight tournament breakdown?. This app is great, full of videos and stats. Everything you need to know, except a current bracket breakdown. Being in a different time zone, then most of these games, I want to wake up in the morning and have an easy breakdown on the home page of the matches that happens over night. I don’t want to piece it together through many videos.

Awful. No complete schedule.. If you want to see the full schedule of matches, you'll have to get a paper program because this stupid app doesn't tell you.

Poor video selection. Lack of live video is a problem. And then videos of games already played is terrible, none available or if they are it’s many days later. REALLY wish I could switch back to ESPN+

App needs work. Like the idea but its not terribly user friendly. I click “mens” but i seem to get womens & gobs of ads to sort thru to get what i really want. I was finally able to get to mens match ups!

This app is useless. This app is useless as all it does it try to revert to the game and not allow the person to get the information on the rugby series. They should do away with it as it is useless and poorly designed

Can’t figure out location. I’d give this app a better review if they knew the difference between Los Angeles and San Francisco. If they confused Sydney and Melbourne or Dublin and Liverpool, I’m sure they’d try to fix that.

Great app, great coverage.. This app lets me watch one of the most exciting sporting events on the planet.

Love 7s Not the app. Only place I can get info on the spot about 7s. Wish there was more written reports and injury updates. I do t watch the videos since I found ESPN+ live stream and has all the games on that app.

Former player, hard to keep up. While I’m trying to stay up to date with rugby goings on, this app feels so decentralized, without streamlining the latest info for someone who is trying to get back into the loop.

Hard to navigate. Really find this app frustrating. It's very busy and one had to search for results. I would like to see all the scores of any current events on the home page. Or at least a matches tab. Terrible to navigate to scores and schedules of any current events

Video Geo- Blocked. I enjoy the sport so so much but I can't watch it and HSBC is limiting the country from watching it. I was able to watch Dubai with a struggle but now it's saying that it is blocked in my country. I appreciate how HSBC at least has reviews of the game but I'd love to be able to watch the sport live like option says. How can I follow the action if I can't even access the live stream. I love the sport but the app isn't allowing me to follow with it.

Missing Somethings from last year but still good. Overall improved reliability and more user friendly to find results, schedules etc. I am disappointed the Pool tables no longer have point differentials since they are critical to separate teams (especially on the women’s side where 2 third place teams make the quarters!). If they fix this, then 5 Stars. 4 for now.

Video. Videos don’t work on my app!?

Update your website. Your website still shows the 2019 schedule, no updates on when, where or who is playing. What does 2021 look like? Pretty embarrassing in this day and age to simply abandon communicating, especially with someone like myself who is new to following the sport of sevens.

Difficult to navigate. It should not be so difficult to simply find the overall standings of teams in the tournament. It is great that there are so many videos, but that too could be easier to navigate.

Love the App!. Responsive, auto Alerts/Updates, full view of all required info: Schedules, Live scores, results, Stats, news, team info, etc Highly recommended!!!!

Great app...need notifications. This is an amazing app to keep close watch on the HSBC 7’s series. I would highly suggest downloading. Saying that...does anyone have trouble with notifications? I have them set up correctly in the app and my phone, but I still don’t get any. I had the same problem at the beginning of last season, but it started working about half way through. Any recommendations??

Where did the full match replays go?. I used to use this app to watch the series as we don't get consistent coverage in the US. I went to watch the first stop in Dubai and I can't watch a match. Where did that feature go?

Women’s Full Match Replay?. I’m not sure if this is just for me, but I’m able to watch men’s matches just fine, but there are no full replays for the women’s matches. Kinda disappointing as I wanted to keep track of both sections in the series. Also a button to stop, start and rewind the videos would be nice for the next update :)

It can't be that hard. The IRB sevens has been marked with great rugby and hopeless Didgital media from the start. What people want are : 1.scores, and 2. Game times. It can't be that hard.

Great handy app. Great app to keep up to date wth RWC games. Great to see at a glance where teams were in the competition and related news stories too. Wouldn't mind having 'possibles' teams listed in the quarter finals and semi finals slots as the tournament progresses so you can see at a glance without having to go and look for them. I also had trouble with the default calendar reminders which were set for 15 mins before each game. Couldn't seem to cancel these and was woken up in the early hours of the morning on more than one occasion. Otherwise a fantastic app!

Needs a lot of work. Totally agree with the other poor reviews. The developers of this app should be ashamed. Slow, frequent crashes, can't find schedules or results. Pretty pathetic really. Update: nothing much has changed. Just been looking for overall standings between events. Can't find them. Can't see anything much. I've figured out why this app gets such bad reviews but such good star ratings. Most people must think 5 stars is the lowest rating, 1 star is the highest rating.

Very very complicated.. This app tells me everything except how to simple see which teams are playing each other and where and when. It’s full of fluff. All tip and no iceberg. Plenty of sizzle but no sausage. Get back to basics guys.

Unavailable to watch. I live in Australia and I cannot stream the 7s live so ridiculous !

Loss of access. Why am I being denied access for geographic reasons when I am in Australia trying to follow the live NZ 7’s action. I spent the last two years in Cambodia loving the App but now I am in Australia I am denied access - very disappointing..

Abhi. The app asked me to register before I can watch the games live. I tried registering multiple times but error occurs. Surprisingly it happened to my cousin a couple of months earlier.

Good but fiddly. This app gives you everything you might need to know about the RWC, although some parts (like the menu system) are a bit fiddly. Still, it's much better and more fully featured than a lot of sports apps out there; Tour de France app, I am looking at you. Now if only they would stop badgering me to answer obscure trivia questions every time I start the app. Still, it's better than being bombarded with betting advertising like on the Cricinfo app.

Show me results!. Just a newsfeed of videos I can't watch. First and foremost I want to see results and upcoming matches, I'm still searching

Terrible App. It is impossible to find the most basic information such as a schedule or the results of the games earlier in the day.

Really hard to find all the scores. I find this app hard to navigate and to find the score of games that have been played already. It is good for ‘what’s coming up next’ and to see select video highlights but that’s about it. And what is ‘take a selfie’ all about - seriously. This app needs a major rethink.

Watching online. It was so much better when we could just watch the games online. Finding the game link is so much more of a headache than It used to be with all the damn TV options etc.

RWC 2015. Loved the app which kept me right on track throughout the World Cup

Hard to find answers to the obvious questions. As a web site used to find game times,'pools, and access, it is awkward and slow and difficult to use. It's mapping is terrible.

Unhelpful and terrible navigation. Consistently evert year this has been a really challenging app. Very difficult to get to the basics like the draw and full schedule. Though I think last year it got better. Now it’s been complicated by combining with the women’s games so maybe no one told the app maker. The good news is it’s way better than the website which actually doesn’t have the key info at all.

Pardon me?. Trying to check the schedule for tomorrow’s Vancouver matchs. App says next Event in Edmonton in 6 days 17 hours. Matches haven’t even started yet here in Van. Found the listing for Vancouver, it’s got the dates but no info. Everything I needed took 30s in Google. Apps a waste of time.

Geo blocking - Get real. This tournament is in Canada, why would it be Geo blocked here. There is no other source available in Canada, TSN (all of them), sports net and CBC sports are not carrying this.

To much, by not enough.. 2017’s app was way better. Navigating through the app is very confusing. Almost to much information, yet missing heaps more information. Players and theirs stats would have been nice. I’ve used the website more then the app. For this I’m giving it a one ⭐️

HSBC 7's App review. Used to be a lot better when they were live streaming without geoblocking. Doesn't even give you replays of the matches from the day before. Disappointing.

Latest Rugby News. It’s a wonderful app keeping me up to date with the latest rugby news and game schedules.

Search for games. Need to make it easier to find LIVE Scores and updates. I always find I need to search through the app to find live scores.

Convoluted. There is no doubt that there is lots of info in this app but it has the makeup of many apps, in that it seems to be designed by people that either don't use the app or don't understand those that do. It is very convoluted and confusing, making it very difficult to find what you're looking for. Not unlike the World Series Sevens website, to be fair, so at least they're consistent.

WHat happened to Landscape?. I think the app was OK. The one frustration was it not being able to switch to landscape display on my iPad.

Did the job. Like a pro the end!

Complicated to find whole schedule. I seem to be having trouble finding the whole schedule for both men and women on one screen on the app. I have to go from men’s screen to women’s screen to find the times of all the matches and don’t see the start time for the Saturday matches.

Rugby. Overall a good app, could have made it easier (for me) to quickly find scores and fixtures. I found them each time but they should have been on the log in page.

Even a USA Rugby fan loves it. Thanks for making such a great app for the 2015 Rugby World Cup. Even though my team lost all 4 of their matches, I still enjoyed how the app kept me updated on all the matches, the playoff matches and the final championship match. Brilliant!

Top Shelf!. Wonderful app for RWC 2015. Excellent articles, pool page is perfect! The audio streaming is one of the greatest aspects of the app. Only improvement would be to have a CONCISE schedule by date in a tabular form (you have to scroll quite a bit to find the match dates) that is also downloadable. Otherwise spot on stuff!

Geo blocked :-(. Geo blocked so you cant watch games in Hong Kong! Come on Hong Kong is a stop on the 7s tour and you cant get the permissions to have it run in Hong Kong!!!!

An App for the game played in Heaven!!!. Great in-depth match reports that take different views from the normal that I get from other sites. Great interaction between social media and traditional news sources for content. The radio feed was a God send for us who didn't want to pay for the games as we couldn't afford to mortgage or homes to watch our teams live. Overall, great app with tons of interactive features that offered so much!!

The bar is now set High. Loved everything about this app. Extremely easy to use. Great coverage here in the US. PLEASE continue your most excellent work by creating a similar app for Super Rugby 2016, the Currie Cup, Guinness Pro, the Six Nations; basically anything rugby. Coverage in the US is non-existent. Thank you for making my first RWC an awesome experience.

Better than the website.... Much better and compact than website. Saved time and provided easy access.

Good not great. Quiz at start up was annoying but score lines were good and stream of articles and video excellent. Streaming of match radio broadcast was great! (When it was the current match - sometimes it streamed replays).

RWC 2015. Loved the app, used it on the front end of the World Cup while in UK and on the back end here in the states. The radio feed was magic. Never heard rugby that way. Navigating wasn't always easy but I made the most of it.

Great Rugby app.. Yes this app was great, did everything and more from an official World Cup app. The radio commentary was very useful for everyone that could not see the games on tv, there was a lot of info supplied and the video highlights were great. Not so sure about that quiz that pops up every time you open the app. Thanks IRB.

Great App!. This rugby World Cup app is been a godsend for rugby fan like myself who lives in the United States. I've loved being able to follow matches the rugby World Cup radio as well as being able to see match highlights.

All i needed to know about RWC. All I needed about what happened and what was coming next. Any time I needed anything on RWC would go to app. Very simple really and useful.

Great App for keeping up with RWC. This was a godsend for those of us in the States. It's ridiculous that US television doesn't cover rugby and that in order to watch the World Cup it cost a fortune. This app was great for keeping up with scores, updates, and listening to matches. I would listen to a match on the app / radio feature on my way to play a match. Great app and would like to see it be a permanent rugby app so that those of us in the US can have easy access to rugby. Cheers!

Life-line App for rugby lover. Great app with so many fun features. A true life-line for someone not in the UK & getting patching coverage elsewhere. Loved the live radio - the commentators were so excited! Will happily tune in again and again.

Clean app. I don't use all the features but it has what I want for live coverage sans video. Greatly enjoy the live radio coverage. See you in four years.

Lifesaver!. So helpful. It's hard to find rugby in the states and I can listen to matches just fine on this. Navigation takes a little while to get used to.

Life saving app. I now live in the states and they don't broadcast ANY of the games. This app is great bc it syncs all the games to my calendar and gives me a notification 15 min before each match. In-app it shows all game replays within an hour or so after ending and a live play-by-play feed along with audio broadcasting. Obviously it's not the same as seeing the match but its the next best thing!

Excellent. Helped me to keep me posted about all the games, schedule and results. Coverage was excellent and highlights always helped to know about the games I missed. This app and the work the Marketing department did just brought the World Cup to a new level of promotion and advertising. Congratulations

Great first attempt!. This app was ONLY source for rugby updates during World Cup 2015 in London. It was well done and provided SOMETHING for vast majority of those fans in US and elsewhere that couldn't get TV coverage. With the ever increasing number of cord cutters, lets hope that IRB pays attention and allows all matches to be accessed via internet. The NFL and MLB are already going that way. Negotiating with ESPN is of little value as the next generation wont be cable or satellite TV subscribers. The ability to make in app purchases of individual matches would make this app invaluable in 2019!

Results please. Why is such a struggle simply to get a “RESULTS” tab. Hard work! Not user friendly.

Probably the best app I've used. If Heineken made apps.....the updates, replay options, interviews and all the rest make this an awesome app. It's easy to use, and has just the right mix of fun and the serious stuff. Good job!

Almost perfect. I love the app. I've been able to keep up with Wales and everyone else from all over the world! But... In game action gives me the time (like 2:04 PM) but I want game minutes (64m). Fix that and it's perfect.

Does the trick. This app does precisely what I need it to do - keep me apprised of upcoming game times, and in the know about pool standings. As for live-streaming audio from games, I'm in an area with less than ideal wifi, or phone speeds. Because of that, I have no idea how good that part of the app actually may be. For that reason, and because I find it abominably slow to load (again, possibly because of the craptastic internet/3G services), I'm giving this four stars.
