Payout Time is Horrible. This app has everything a regular Sportsbook would have. Nothing makes this app stand out more than a FanDuel or DK. After the $200 intro bonus, it’s back to a regular app. My major issue with this app is the timeline to receive your withdrawals and the customer service. Although it says 24 hours when you submit your request, the process takes much longer. I am now going into day 5 of not receiving my withdrawal. When reaching out for assistance, despite the 30+ minute wait (if you time out you have to start the wait over again), I get the same response. They are reviewing my withdrawals and the funds will be released shortly. I would rather use a sports book where I get my funds immediately or Monday morning after the weekend. Unless you really want the $200 bonus, save time and use a different Sportsbook.

Incomprehensible bad; should be removed from the App Store. I’m not a big gambler, and I only play when I get free Monopoly money. So maybe I’ve just happened to use this app at times when it’s not working correctly. But it’s never really been fully usable for me. An example: when placing a bet, using credits from taking a survey, I typed in my amount and then hit the switch to use credits. Prior to telling it I wanted to use credits, it gave me the option to bet. Once I selected credits, it said I needed to deposit money, despite showing my credits balance right there. This isn’t a consistent problem; that exact function had worked correctly a few minutes before. I know these apps have to have a lot of security and whatnot built in to comply with regulations, and that all that probably causes problems they can’t predict; but this is a really pathetic attempt. And this isn’t exactly an app problem, but it’s worth noting that the rules for what you can and can’t parlay are entirely arbitrary and not in line with any other sports books. Update: this might actually be the worst app I’ve ever used! There are so many things that work in the exact opposite of the way they should. It’s unbelievable that this was made by people who get paid to design apps.

What else would a sports fan expect?. Leave it to ESPN to deliver a top notch product as they recently launch a betting platform that offers everything one could want in a sportsbook. The network that sports fans have relied on for decades finds themselves with a winner after launching wagering platform. I’ve been involved in sports gambling for my entire life, growing up in Boston I was exposed to sports wagering when other kids were learning to tie their shoes and believe me when I tell you they have taken the best that other sports book offer and rolled it into their own sports book platform that is extremely user friendly and quite generous with lines and new user sign up bonuses. I’d highly recommend ESPN bets to anyone willing to listen.

Customer service is a joke and they don’t pay out your winnings. I was playing a game called Super Sic Bo on their live dealer page. The dealers name was Ronald, the dice read 2-1-6 which if anyone attended a math class, equals 9. The dealer called it an 8 instead and my $5 bet was considered to be a loss. Had I not screenshotted the dice totaling 9 I would be screwed. At first the support person I spoke to tried to tell me that I was wrong… they literally believed what their dealer said and only when I presented the screenshot did they start to apologize. I have spoken to numerous people and have been told that someone will reach out to me about this issue. Over a week has passed and I haven’t received a single word from anyone on their team and I still haven’t been paid out my winnings. If you value your money and want to play a game in which trained professionals are operating it, literally go to any other site.

Please avoid. Better sportsbooks to play at. I started using ESPN Bet day one since they launched. They had a lot of great and interesting promos that were enjoyable. I have played pretty much every single day since i created my account. You would think there would be some level of loyalty from a company you spend money with, right? Wrong. Make sure you never win because if you do this company will IMMEDIATELY do everything they can legally do to “close” your account. They remove you from all promos citing “abuse”. (I didn’t know using promos offered every day is abuse. In that case i guess everyone who uses promos daily are abusing). They will limit all your bets to $5 max winnings (essentially useless). Lastly, they will give you no road to recovering full functionality from your account. With so many other sportsbook competitors — take your business elsewhere unless you would like to do donate your money to ESPN. They are not in the business of taking wagers, they are in the business of taking donations from their customers. Shame on them. I have won $849 all time. That is all it took for ESPN to say “hey we dont want your play”. Loyalty is not rewarded, it is punished by ESPN Bet. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to place your sports wagers.

Worst app and fraudulently deleted my account. After noticing the app since November of last year, I decided to try betting on the app yesterday. When attempted to use my debit card it didn’t process and I remembered it’s because ESPN Bet had not updated my address to my current address. I contacted customer service after realizing that and provided a copy of my utility as they requested to show proof of my current address. The rep Cierra H told me that the request was submitted and that I would receive further information after the request has been reviewed. I checked my email today, and was told my account was suspended due to not wagering responsibly. I barely used the app when I did use it, and asked for further information as to how this decision was made and was told all the information was in my email which was vague and as I previously stated, without providing how they determined I was wagering irresponsibly with an app I hardly used that only got suspended after requesting them to update my address. Still no response with additional information. Seems like they are fraudulently deleting accounts, because they bit off more than they can chew. ESPN should stick to reporting news about sports, and stay out of the big dogs game.

Deceitful Criminals. Placed a halftime/full-time bet for the superbowl. Nowhere within the bet did it state that overtime was excluded. I would have bet a tie if this was stated. I should have won $150 on this bet. When I contacted customer service, I was told that it’s in their terms. They sent me a link that did not work and essentially told me, “sorry about your luck, thanks for your money”. I spoke to three people as I did more research and got the same response, every time. I would have placed this bet on a different platform. At this point it’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Deceit should not be allowed in a gaming platform.

Worst casino app on iPad. I have played many online casinos connected to various physical casinos, and this one is one of the worst for the iPad. As I use my iPad when playing, I cannot speak about the phone or computer. First, the selection of games is so limited compared to what you will find on Borgata, MGM, BetRivers, etc. And among the limited options, many would not even load. So I was limited to playing a select few. Of the ones that did load, I had to rotate the iPad physically, as well as click the “rotate“ icon several different times in order to get the game to fill the screen in Landscape. And this had to be done every single time I selected a new game. This app is meant only for a phone, but you have that option to enlarge it with the double arrow icon. But even so, it was such a poor experience, and incredibly unenjoyable. Yes, I did play Dash and lose — more than enough to determine that I will never be back to this app. It was such an incredible disappointment. The original Hollywood casino hat was not that great either, but at least it functioned and played smoothly. The one positive note I will give is that, after your original sign-up – which require you to provide your drivers license, and a facial scan— the withdrawal process was very quick and easy, compared to some of the others. Perhaps because the bounds was so small, but nonetheless, it was approved, and appeared in my PayPal account very quickly.

Den of Thieves. I’ve already had problems with them in the past. Going out of town to another state where the app should have worked led to their 2FA not working. Meant I couldn’t bet on thanksgiving. Now, they advertise both a profit boost and a bonus bet for SGPs with +400 odds on the army-navy game. Nowhere on the offer page did they say these two were incompatible. I opted into both and didn’t receive the bonus bet when I lost. I contacted support about this and they told me it was my fault and wouldn’t help me. Frankly, had they given me my bonus bet and explained not to do it again, I’d have been fine. As it stands, I’ve pulled my money from the platform and they’ve lost a longtime customer who’s gambled almost $2000. I’ll be going to DK or Fanduel, and I recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

Absolute worse app for live betting. They change the odds every 5 seconds so you can’t place live bets. I’m not even exaggerating the odds will literally go back in forth from -350 to -375 every 5 seconds in a soccer game. You hit place bet it loads for 5 seconds tells you the odds change to accept and place it again. You do that it loads for 5 seconds and tells you the same thing. There an option in your setting to auto accept odd changes even that doesn’t work. It just constantly does little -25 point moves and tells you the odds changed.

Excellent platform, pick this site over DK anyday!. Well in just a few days of playing on ESPN Bet, I kind of wonder why anyone even uses Draft Kings anymore?? I think it’s bc DK has a social media page where individuals and groups can share bets and make money, but as far as overall betting odds, payouts, cash outs, etc. ESPN has DK beat by a mile! I love how ESPN gives you the option to adjust the lines and their cash outs are siestas better than DK’s, especially in the beginning of a parlay! I haven’t been on this site long but so far so good. I will be placing a large amount of my bets with ESPN and will be utilizing DK for the large lotto picks I find thru the Social page. If ESPN ever opens a social page on their site, I will prob switch to them completely!! Congrats to ESPN for being #1. Keep up the amazing work!!

Awful Quality & Customer Service. I signed up for an account on November 16th and still have not been able to access the app. I've been stuck on the identity verification part ever since. I uploaded my license, took a selfie, and yet they still can't verify my identity for some reason. The customer support gives you the same bogus scripted line every single time and the problem never gets resolved. I was told it would be within 48 hours, and we are now approaching ONE MONTH, and my identity has yet to be verified. It almost seems as if they're intentionally freezing people out until the bonus bet promo is over, which is a bad way to run a business in my humble opinion. If you have not already signed up, I highly suggest you find another sportsbook for your gambling needs. If I could rate it at zero stars, I would.

Over Before It Began - Terrible. I’m not new to sportsbooks. I regularly use Draftkings and Fanduel, and I’ve enjoyed those apps a lot. I saw a commercial for ESPNbet and thought I’d sign up. I signed up for an account but after attempting to login the app displayed an error message saying my account was suspended. I have no idea how my account can be suspended when I haven’t used the app even once. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back- it’s been over a week. It’s obvious their looking for suckers rather than responsible betters. And judging from their UI, it’s as if they’re just trying to emulate other sportsbooks rather than offering anything new or unique. Don’t bother signing up and sign up for one of the more serious sportsbooks. I expected more from such a juggernaut in sports, but maybe a sportsbook was just a bridge too far.

Took my information won’t let me sign in. My wife was looking forward to getting into gambling during football. ESPNbet asked to have her driver license scanned and took her last four digits of her SSN. When she tried to log in the message reads that they are trying to verify her identification. That was over a week now and when I try to call I’m on hold for over an hour then I get hung up on. That happened more than once. My wife also tries to talk with someone thru chat and after a long period of holding I get a hold of someone who tells me she is on top of the list and that is all the information that they have at the moment. She asks what else they need to verify and they don’t respond. They just took all her information and won’t even let her sign in to her account.

The worst withdraw process. I did not save my Visa info for future use so cannot withdraw to it. Since i did not use Venmo or Paypal i cannot use them for withdraw either, AND they do not support one of the largest online banks Chime! The only way to withdraw is to make another deposit! It is sad that the 3 other offshore sportsbooks that i use are more fair in this process. So i will deposit, save card, withdraw and close my account. Bye! Follow-up: I am still not pleased about the above, but in all fairness, after adding card, saving it, redepositing, then rewithdrawing, it was paid within minutes. Others have taken 6 hours-24+ hours. So kudos for that.

Casino is a scam. I haven’t won anything in a whole year and I’m so far from enjoying the casino playing video blackjack. It’s a scam entire thing is a scam. And I’m smart enough to realize it’s a scam now so I’m not playing any casino games or going to any casino. Because for some reason, it’s the only scam in the world that still has an empire because people are aware to play is there’s a risk. So that’s an excuse to slay alive as a business. People are aware of the loss they may have but they do it anyways. And lose, but it’s a scam. Stop handing your money over to the casinos. You guys and myself just hand money over but you wouldn’t hand something over to a homeless person or someone that needs like $20 bucks irl but you’d hand over your money to a casino. I’m making better decisions. I’m not going to make the casino suffer. Because there are thousands of people to replace what money they would lose from me quitting because it’s a scam.

Screwed out of $104. So today I deposited some money went to play free bet black jack put 4$ in the perfect pair circle and as the time was running down it pulled back my $4 perfect pair bet even though that was the first side bet I put money in. I also put in in the HG3 and 21+3 but those bets stayed. Well take a guess what happened two ace of diamonds came out 25x what would’ve been my $4 bet and it would’ve payed me $104. I contacted the live support he admits that on their end for some reason only partial of my bet went through he gave me a reference number so I could look out from espnbet to contact. But forget that I contacted them in live chat and there not gonna honor the mistake made by their partner evolution games or whomever. So that’s it for me. I really got screwed by their partner evolution blackjack and it’s just seems ironic to me my first hand I put $4 for perfect pair and they pull the bet away and it comes out an exact pair so I will never use espnbet ever again. I’m not some big time spender but I bet my fair share and it won’t be with them ever again

Horrible. I have had the most frustrating time with this platform. First off, my account is currently locked. I have been in touch with support more than 4 times and I have emailed the locked account team and have not received a response. My account was supposed to be unlocked after 3 business days and it’s been a week. I was told I have received an email as to why, haven’t seen it. I was told they had it resent. Still haven’t seen it. The chat representatives are wholly useless (this is not their fault). My most recent chat representative literally disconnected without helping me at all. This is by far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with customer service with any company. This was all spurred by a simple address change. An address change that I am not able to do myself and that is the most complicated and unnecessary process I’ve ever encountered.

Withdrawal and request issues.. Overall the app isn’t bad. Different props from the rest of the apps out there nice odds really no complaints about the betting itself. Now here’s the problems. Deposits are made with ease and no issue. Withdraws say they will be processed in 24 hours. Well it’s been 48 hours and nothing. I’ve called multiple times a beep or two happen and then the line is disconnected. There is no live chat option anywhere but the email I received when I withdrew my winnings and online says to use the live chat which there is not. I’ve emailed still nothing back I was very satisfied at first but between the little to no customer service and my funds still not being processed I’m starting to steer away from the app back to FanDuel or DraftKings. I hope they fix this issue because from what I’m seeing this seems to be an issue for many people. If they can fix the issue of communication or slow payouts overall I say this app is a solid 4 start. Until then for me it’s a 2.

Worst app ever stick to Fanduel & DK. Yesterday I talked to customer service about depositing money , I couldn’t because my address was different from my ID. So I did the live chat only to be brushed off by saying use a different card payment. How can I , when all my cards have my current address link to them . So I was able to talk to another agent, Tamekia was very sweet & helpful where she sent me a link to upload a bill or some type of bill with my current address/name. Plus uploading a selfie with my ID under my chin . Tamika said it would take 24 hours for my account to be active . Only for me to leave a bad review & now my account is Suspended for “Gambling Problems “ hahahaha sound like they can’t take criticism & i took my money to another sport betting app & WON last night . Don’t waste your money !!!!!!!!!!

Read the fine print. So it appears when you sign up you get 50 free spins plus you can redeem your losses up to 1000$ in the first 24 hours. Truth is you spin to see how many spins you get. I got ten. I also always limit my deposits by the month. I did that and lost 60$. You can only get your money back by playing more money. So do they really give you your original money back? Yes if you spend quite a bit more money. But if you have a monthly limit like myself you can not add money to try and get your money back because after 7 days they basically erase it from your account. No thank you. Thank goodness I didn’t go crazy and lose 1000. There are a lot better on line gambling apps out there. I encourage people to look around and always limit yourself.

PLEASE READ.. ESPN Bet has a promotion titled “WEEKEND LOSSES INSURANCE” This promotion entails receiving 10% of your net loss that incurred during the weekend (paid back to you in CASHBACK) Over the past weekend [and I have records of this :)] I deposited, wagered and lost over 1,000. Likely more. This alleged “cash back” never appeared in my account. Upon contacting ESPN bet they claimed I had a net loss of $0. HMMM? How does that happen when I haven’t retained the $1000? ACCORDING TO MY CALCULATED STATEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS MY CASH BACK SHOULD BE AROUND $140. As I previously stated I have RECORDS OF EVERY TRANSACTION in my statements. EVERY DEPOSIT AS WELL. ESPN BET, does not like to show transactions via app. This option has never worked for the full duration that I’ve used this app (since last year) BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT PROMOTIONS ESPN bet advertises because you will never receive the funds promised after spending money on this fraudulent app. Highly disgusted and this is my last day as a big spender on this app! BACK TO CESARS AND MGM I go!

Trash app. I recommend using FanDuel or DraftKings. The fact that the app won’t give you live stats and when you reach out to the live chat, they say it’s due to a third-party is wild. And then the live chat just gives you some legal copy and paste it almost seems like they’re not responsible for any errors, and don’t really clarify. Also on top of the live stat issues, it doesn’t give you the option to see your progress regarding how many yards you need to settle your bets. So you have to basically do your own research. Lastly because of this delay of live coverage. I didn’t even get the option to cash out if I wanted to which it was a bit annoying as well. If it’s my money that I’m waging I should have the option to cash out if I feel that my bets aren’t going hit. this app is a poor excuse to try to keep up with its competitors

Live betting is worse than pulling teeth without anesthetics. This book was horrible to bet with when it was managed by barstool. Then they put some lipstick on the pig by changing a few colors and calling it ESPN bet. Load time is horrible, lines that aren’t real, or are past post, show as if they are real lines… and the only way to find out if they are real lines or not is to try betting them, and seeing if the bet gets rejected. That’s not a strategy for customer retention, it’s a strategy for giving customers an aneurysm. Like most regulated books, Winners are of course not welcome. I would like to sincerely apologize for beating you guys and winning money, but maybe hire a competent trading team instead of kicking out anyone with a pulse. You can skin a sheep many times, but only slaughter it once. Stop focusing on attracting degenerates and kicking out sharps, and start focusing on operating like a market maker. You will lose market share in the long run to offshore bookies and books that allow sharp action if you keep this up. However, I would like to congratulate ESPN on managing to get away with a great App Store bot farm operation. Everyone knows that getting 40,000+ 5 star ratings in the 5 days they’ve been open is TOTALLY authentic.

I like it buttt. I really enjoy this app a lot I use it very often but I think you should be able to pick however many points you think they’ll score instead of having some players where you have to pick 25 points or more you should be able to chose any amount from 5 to as high as you want with any player and it would really get wayyy more people joining if you gave out more bonus bets if someone plays a lot or if you haven’t made a bet in a couple days give them a 10-20$ bet to get back on and keep it going. Also you can offer a higher bonus bet to refer people and you will make a lot more people determined to refer people. Just my opinion.

Worst App I Have Ever Used. Without getting too much into the interface and how behind they are, this is the worst customer service I have ever used and that is saying something. It all started because I added money to this app trying to qualify for their free bets in which they have the worst and misleading bonus bet system in an already shady industry. It’s a scam to make you bet a lot, frequently, in a short period of time (disgusting and shameless). Then I go to withdraw the money and it’s claiming I don’t have a card in there (I did it’s how the money got in the account). You then can’t add a card, Venmo, PayPal or anything to withdraw the money. On top of this their customer service robot is laughably horrible and doesn’t respond to questions you answer, and then they made me wait forever for a phone call. All that to have a withdrawal that continues to get cancelled. Could be the worst company I have ever seen.

I WAITED ALL THIS TIME FOR THIS?!. They’ve been hyping up their new betting sportsbook for awhile now and finally it came and it’s a dud. If I could give it a negative star I would. Im still stuck on trying to get verified. I did everything right when I signed up and still am waiting for my ID to be verified. What’s worse is I can’t get any answers. Tried emailing support and they never got back with me. Tried calling but could never get to talk to someone. It’s always nobody is available so leave a voicemail and someone will get back with me soon. Of course they never do. And the live 24/7 chat. I wait for a long time and twice I got to chat with someone and got two different answers. Then other times I’ve waited a long time to chat the session just randomly ended without me chatting with someone. So again I’ve waited all this time for this to be an epic failure so far. If I’m going through all of this just to get verified I’m afraid what I’ll be going through IF and I mean IF I finally get verified and start betting. Talk about ESPN Bet making a very bad first impression.

Sit around miss sporting events. So I signed up 1/11 thinking that’d be enough time to be verified to be able to bet on the playoffs, like the rest of the of sports betting apps. Missed wild card weekend. Mind you the pitch to get me to sign up was “sign up and bet on the nfl playoffs” well with a pitch like that you wouldn’t expect to be missing the second week of the playoffs. Then the support lines are about as useless as useless gets. You have a tv show on a national broadcast network strangely enough also has ESPN In the title. I haven’t heard much good and now having a terrible experience. So I’m just a little confused as to what’s the issue?

Good app, Horrible customer service. So I just joined the app recently and they gave me bonus bets after my first bet settled , which is amazing. I placed 4 bets and I won two bets. One over $1,000 and one over $500. I requested a withdrawal and i have been waiting 4 days for my money and worried i will not get it. When you contact customer service they just say that there isn’t a time frame and due to the excitement of the app they are working to process withdrawals. How is there no time frame when it said my withdrawal would be reviewed within 24 hours. 24 hours turned into 72 hours + of waiting. Then what makes it worse is that i told them i wanted to use that money to pay for something and was told it would take 72 hours and after that chat my account was temporarily suspended for my “well being” . All I want is the money I earned because I took time into placing those bets to win money for myself to help myself out.

Satisfactory betting platform ( Compared to some trash ones). ESPN BETS is decent and periodically gives out awesome bonus bets that help reimburse you for the losses that you take quite often due from glitches and lagging to the app completely freezing that always happens during the absolute most critical time of many different types of bets such as high stake multiple leg parlays with decent cash out options right as your bet is about to go to “stuff”(🤬) if you don’t immediately accept the cash out option. Thank you ESPN Bets for your kind conscience policy and tactics. 🙂

Simple and organized. Very user-friendly with enough information and stats to help make a decent bet without having to use a secondary app and also runs great promotions and on top of all that being able to watch the game that you bet on even if it’s not in your local area is a perfect perk that should be promoted more so that people are aware of it because once I learn that I switched over to mainly using this app. And being able to link to my fantasy teams and get suggestions for Beths, based on the players I have is a nice

Terrible Customer Service. I had a terrible experience with agent Valencia M. While I understand she was going by the book and doing her job she was not able to assist me with my situation….I opted into the risk free Bears bet(didn’t win) and she said it wasn’t opted in from the system on her end…I clicked the opt in button from the email which took me into the app and even looked for the opt in button and there wasn’t one so I assumed I was opted in from the email(I clicked on the button)…she could not put the points into my account. I asked to speak to a manager and she did not escalate either….terrible customer service even if she is doesn’t see it in the system she can clearly see I was not lying about the situation(I sent screenshots as well) and even if it is not a glitch(it definitely was) she should still honor…never using this app again and I advice everyone else to use another Sportsbook

Real review from real gambler. Would give 0 stars if possible. This is not a real sportsbook. They’re frauds. If you lose, you can bet however much you want anytime all the time. If you EVER win, even once, you get limited. They’ll limit you even if you’re down hundreds or thousands. All they want are losers that donate money to them. That’s not a real sportsbook. Real sportsbooks use sharp money (or money from accounts that are consistently profitable) to shape their lines and draw action on the other side. It’s called risk management. Maybe hire someone that knows something about that if you’re going to call yourself a “sportsbook.” I had not even placed a single bet and I was already limited to $100 or less on main lines. What an absolute JOKE. Hit 1 (one) single TD scorer prop on a straight bet and instantly limited to $10 or less on TD scorer props. Again, what a JOKE. Not to mention the absurd made up rules this “sportsbook” has when it comes to pushes in parlays. Why anybody would risk their hard earned money on this joke of a “sportsbook” I will never understand. Use their promos and leave. We need to collectively leave these jokes of a “sportsbook” like ESPNBet until they all go bankrupt or develop themselves as the title of their business claims them to be — a sportsbook — which they are not.

SCAMMERS. They have Billions of dollars in profit but can’t get real time api’s the API’s are lagged behind live games 10 min, they hold off bets that will win based on ai parameters eliminating sharps from their game plans… all in all all Sportsbook have thier hand are all in on one of the most corrupt businesses in the world.. why do they block every trade I try with a error message … because they don’t want you to win… fix the glitches that don’t let you place bets all live games should be liquid like a market in stocks… also they have no bonuses like FanDuel . Also they have gimmicky UI buttons that are so badly coded that ai could fix this in 20 seconds but no that’s how you know they hire people they control to make things not work on purpose because I’d help the people not the profit of the company based on coded lies.. I see and when all see they will see why they shouldn’t have lied

Would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst sporting app I have ever dealt with. From the time of attempting to register I had issues. I was unable to upload documentation to confirm my identity so they locked my account. I finally got in it, used a debit card to deposit and withdraw and I was required to verify it, stupid but I did it anyway. They hardly had any good promotions so I deleted it. About 6 months later I decided to try it again. At this point my account was locked because they stated they needed further documentation to prove my identity. I had gotten married and changed my last name so I had to reach out to customer service to get an email to upload all the documentation again. Did that. My previous debit card on file had been hacked so I added a new debit card and made a deposit. Everything was fine. Then I try to make a withdrawal and two days after requesting it I receive an email that I need to take a selfie with the old and new debit card or upload a copy of my bank statement. I reached out to customer service and they refuse to give me my money back, on the SAME card they took it from, without the selfie or statement. This app isn’t worth the amount of work and personal information they seem to need on a very consistent basis.

Horrible Sportsbook 🤡. I would definitely never recommend this sportsbook to anyone. They gave me a $5 bonus bet for linking my ESPN Bet and ESPN accounts recently, and I used it on a straight bet that I got right and paid out $5 since the odds were +100. I’m not really into making bets that are very risky, so I wanted to just withdraw the money. Oh, but come to find that you have to have at least $10 in your account to withdraw anything! Because of course, they want you to risk everything with another bet and to lose everything. What kind of a sportsbook does that?! And do you have any idea how much this sports book probably profits? Yeah, sure, it’s only $5. But if it’s only $5, you should be able to just withdraw what you’ve won and not be forced to bet again against your will. I’d rate this app zero stars if I could. This sportsbook is an absolute joke! Do better, ESPN Bet!

Almost There. The app is solid and I love that you can bet on players NOT getting a TD in NFL. One thing I would like to see fixed…I deposit to my account on an as-needed basis. And often I will compose a bet, then make my deposit just as I’m about to place the bet. What should happen is the deposit button at the bottom of the bet should convert into a Place Bet button. But today it doesn’t. You need to click off the screen or sometimes remove the bet entirely and re-compose it just because the button doesn’t convert. Fix this from a user experience perspective and you’re there. Thanks!

Don’t download this app. Impossible to deposit, you can’t change any information manually you have to take a picture of it all which seems sketchy. Customer support is useless, they don’t help at all, they just copy and paste all the same reply’s. I’ve been trying so hard to give this app my money and they won’t take it. Tried multiple different ways to deposit including via bank transfer, debit card, Apple Pay. If I’m going to hand over such sensitive information like my social and connect directly to my bank account I should be able to deposit but I still cannot. It’s been 24 hours of failed after failed attempts to deposit. I’ll be deleting this app and never looking back. FanDuel is superior, even betmgm is better cause at least you can deposit money. This app is the least user friendly I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time trying to get on this Sportsbook. There are infinitely better options. ESPN bet should be avoided at all costs.

I’d download a different sports book. There promos are very few and the few that are there don’t work. They don’t really care about you like other books do. I know books just want your money but typically it’s a give and take this book is just a take and take. I just think there are other books out there that are better. The customer service people are nice and like all customer service it takes awhile to get online with one but after u get on with one it takes forever to get responses. I’ll be sitting there on top my game responding like lightning McQueen and then I wait 5-10 mins for a response sometimes. It’s just annoying. Then bonus bet was a winner was not paid out and I thought great I’ll talk to them easy fix. Well after 40-50 mins it couldn’t be fixed cause it was a winner. Then I asked for the bonus bet back and again 20 mins and finally got the answer no. The numbers may be exaggerated but it felt this long in all honesty. I deleted my account and never turned back and would recommend to do the same.

Absolutely ridiculous. The app itself wasn’t bad at all and I was learning how to actually bet with the bonus bets that you get upon one of the new player promos. Before the bets were even closed the account was permanently suspended and customer service is stating that the decision cannot be undone. Stole from a grandmother!!. Hey guys just a heads up hear be Safe with this App!! From my experience they will completely ignore you and don’t keep anyone up to date . my grandmother had her account suspended and mind you that she is in her late 60’sss !!! She spent hours reaching out three emails but they were all the same . She would get a link and that’s when I had to get involved and see it for MYSElF because the poor women was trying for HOURS!!! It should be a crime to have people like her have to worry about loosing her 500$. And started gambling after her husband died because he used to be obsessed …she’s a retired old lady and somehow ESPN bet is cold hearted and unestablished enough to ignore people without concern … She continued until the was to tired to keep it up smh she…. it’s a sad and corrupt world we live in be careful with this one guys !!!! Account Locked, Won’t Mail Funds. I’ve been in touch with customer support multiple times attempting to entirely close my account after they locked my account and prevented withdrawal. I still have not received my account balance. A simple mistake of signing in while on a VPN caused them to require ID verification. They shamelessly farm this out to a third party, creating a lack of trust, and have corresponded with me over the old barstool domain, which at this stage may be of differing ownership. They expect stringent IT practices of their customers, but this isn’t reciprocated. Avoid unless you want robbed. Update: I was prepared to capitulate to their requests. I finally received confirmation that the 3rd party verification link received via email was legitimate through support chat in app. Today I see my account is closed (which we agreed to months ago coupled with mailing of my balance). After months of effort I’m tired of talking to support. I just want my account balance, which I still don’t have, and question if I’ll ever see. 2nd Update: I reached out to support, and the balance mailing request has been made again. Will keep prospective customers updated through this review.

Irritated Customer. The agent who I spoke to told me to check the promotions page periodically to get a bonus bet but I told him I check every single day for different promotions to get a bonus to bet with. It’s the same promotion everyday “refer a friend” WE DONT WANT THAT PROMOTION and us customers don’t care about that. With a big Sportsbook like espnbet who makes tons of money off customers I shouldn’t be asking agents every time I log in to add a small bonus bet. Great base - we can build on this!. I am genuinely impressed with how smooth this app runs- most of the time. Signing in is startlingly fast. The screen transitions are quick and smooth as well. I love how much information is available on the main screen for leagues- having the record and standing information with out going to another screen is great! Wishlist improvements: -Make bets collapsible in the “my bets” screen so I don’t have to scroll through my whole 20-game parlay to see my next bet -make it so I can click on a bet to add the legs to my current bet slip if I want -add a round robin option for parlays -I experienced significant lag scrolling down the college football games while games were in progress -add group chats like DraftKings so I can share bets and chat with my friends. -I’d like a $1 fast add option on my bet slip. Starting at $5 is too rich for my blood most days. -it would have been nice to be able to bet my $200 promo in whatever increment I choose rather than $50 at a time. This was very disappointing. But I like the app!

Worst customer Service Ever. My experience with ESPN Bet has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. My wife and I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for the past three weeks, and despite numerous attempts to resolve it, the situation is still unresolved. We did not know using the same debit card for deposits was against the rules until our accounts were suspended. Once we were informed, we both admitted the mistake and assured them it wouldn’t happen again. Despite this, both of our accounts remain suspended. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, and every time I’m told the issue is "under review," and I’ll be notified by email. I’ve submitted all the required documentation they asked for, yet there has been no progress. What makes this situation even worse is that they are holding onto money in our accounts that we can’t access or withdraw. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like this, especially considering ESPN is such a huge company. The lack of clear communication and the inability to resolve a simple issue is unacceptable. If you’re thinking of using ESPN Bet, I strongly recommend you reconsider, especially if you value customer support and access to your own funds. Try Bet 365, DraftKings or FanDuel instead.

Great, but interface could be better. I like the odds and promos, but the interface could be much easier to use. For example, if I wanted to place a basketball parlay on an individual’s points, rebounds, and assists, they’re all in one massive column with every other player on both teams (as well as every other player prop), making individual props much harder to track down. FanDuel, on the other hand, has the props in a horizontal column, allowing bettors to filter the props so you are only seeing the ones you want to find. Another promo I’d like to see is bettor-selected odds boosts (DraftKings offers many options) rather than just the ones ESPN preselects.

WORSE COMPANY EVER. ESPN bet may have one of the laziest and worse support teams I have ever seen. I got a check a year ago went to cash it a few months after it was sent out. The bank of espn bet canceled the transaction saying the check was stale. For months I informed them about this and they constantly tried to tell me I had already cashed the check which was entirely not true. I told them I have info to show them they had been wrong but they never listened or reached back through email as they said they would. Finally after at least 100 different support chats I sat in explaining I got help from one person. They checked my stuff sent, and saw how wrong they where after I had been reaching out to support for 4 months. They never reached back out through email like they claimed they would. Finally after I reached out again I was informed they sent the check, but it doesn’t end here. They claimed to have sent the check but it’s been over a month without it coming in mail. I want to give it a 0 star but I cannot.. This is by far the worst app I have ever encountered off all sports betting apps. This app I have waited over 1 MONTH, yes 1 month to verify my account. They told me they would have it done for a day, days go by I wait in the chat for over in an hour in multiple occasions, finally someone that works for them told me they would manually do it. Days still go by nothing, now it has been a month, I went into the chat for the 15th time just for them to give me the same result. No help just sending me to someone else. I never leave reviews I never rate anything but this is by far the biggest joke off an app. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANY OTHER APP.

Poor user experience. I’ve used ESPN since it took over for barstool and it’s was an okay experience, but more recently, I was using the bonus spins promo and noticed that they stopped appearing. A couple of my buddies were seeing them but they stopped appearing on my account. I reached out to support and they said they were not invite only, but they then contradicted themselves and said that only “certain” people could get them which felt discriminate. Feels like a poor user experience especially with March Madness about to start. Never have this type of experience on Fanduel or Fanatics, so I guess I’ll be heading that way from now on.

WARNING THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU OUT OF BONUS BETS. ESPN Bet offers a bunch of “bet $10, get a $10 bonus bet if your bet loses” promos, which is great right? Except they will randomly decide not to issue the bonus bets you earn. YOU HAVE TO TAKE SCREEN SHOTS OF EVERY SINGLE PROMO AND EVERY SINGLE BET YOU MAKE UNDER THE PROMO - EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even still, I have had ESPN Bet sit there and tell me I didn’t opt in to a promotion immediately after I showed them a screen shot of the exact date and time I opted in to a promotion. Their customer service agents are completely useless. I genuinely don’t know if they can even read. I will be filing complaints with the gaming commission every time they try to scam me out of bonus bets from now on.

Discriminatory practices at ESPN bet. Espn bet has limited the amount I can wager stating they have right to because I only bet on college baseball and that’s a small market. When asked why other folks around me can still wager $2500-$7k on that small market (no other markets) the host gave the dumbest shallow explanation. “Because maybe their history allows the higher wages”. Today I withdrew my funds and will be escalating this complaint. You can not make folks bet on sports they’re not familiar with and you can not choose who you will allow to wager larger sums of money because you feel like it. It’s sad this country can’t handle successful black folks that can afford play with the big dogs.

Disney is shameful for this. A 2022 academic study in the peer-reviewed journal Frontiers in Psychiatry showed that among those with gambling addictions, between 7 and 30% of individuals have attempted suicide. A whopping 22 to 81% have been found to have suicidal ideation. I was on the Corporate Strategy team at Disney that negotiated this deal with Penn and tried to warn of this risk to ESPN fans, but was dismissed. Shame on Disney for putting ESPN fans at risk like this. It’s a far departure from the Disney that innovated in the late 90s to make Disney Cruise Line one of the rare cruise lines without casinos onboard. The company’s greed has manifested in not just ever diminishing creative output but now a disregard for its own fans. I’m thoroughly disappointed and ashamed to have been associated with this project.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. If you only plan on losing this book is perfect for you! The deposits go smooth as silk. Withdrawals seem to not exist. Don’t bother with the live chat, they’ll talk in circles suggesting you click buttons that don’t exist and if you ask to speak to a supervisor they’ll terminate the chat entirely. My only option left to retrieve my money is the bet opposite sides of the same game at ESPNBet and a functioning sportsbook like Draftkings, Fanduel, BetMGM, Bet365, or even Caesars (they have their own issues but they do allow you access to your funds) until the money is “moved” out of ESPN and into another book, losing the vig along the way of course. Don’t download it. Don’t make a deposit. Total joke. Zero stars

Mostly good with a little bad. All in all this is a decent sports gambling app. They give me different types of bets that I can’t find anywhere else. The only reason I give it 4/5 of 5 is because it seems glitchy at times. Ex. I’ll build a parlay and then it will say parlay cannot be combined but it won’t specify which leg needs to be removed. Also, when I try to bet with no funds in my account, I will go add funds and it won’t refresh my bet slip to show I have funds so I have to rebuild the entire parlay.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I’ve used draft kings and bet mgm… this right here is the worst of them all. I wanted my billing address changed? Good luck… they have the incorrect phone number for me..? Couldn’t access the app for weeks. Legitimately horrid. I tried to use the app and couldn’t even deposit money as they said my billing address was incorrect when it literally was not.

So many other options. Since ESPN merged with Penn and have taken over and brought this site stay far far away there are so many other options out there for you if you don’t mind getting paid who knows when if you do get a withdrawal request then this is the site for you otherwise all the other options out there I have gotten paid out within 2-3 days max. Here they are just saying that they’ve had so many new people sign up. I find that very odd because the site was already up and running now. Did they get more because of ESPN I’m sure they did but all of a sudden the operations don’t operate, so is it ESPN or is it Penn. Either way just do yourself a favor and use one of the other options.

Trash app waste of time (use bonus then delete). Can’t change address or deposit. Can someone tell me why it takes weeks to change your address? Signing up and depositing should not be this big of a hassle. Are they hiring?. Made a withdrawal days ago the email says 24 hours. (This is not true) customer service then said 72 hours due to delay(this is also not true). Now after 5 days customer service doesn’t even know how long it will take. lol amazing that the deposit still works instantly. Maybe one day they’ll hire a complete staff for now there are other apps. ESPN should’ve picked a better casino to sell the name to.

Worst Major Sportsbook. On top of all of the other issues with their accounts that I and others have faced, this book literally has the worst betting options around. SGPs are a joke with about 3 options to choose from for many major market games. How am I supposed to use the boosts that I am given without betting a silly massive underdog bets to meet the odds minimum. For being associated with a major sports media company and being one of the last to the market you’d assume that this app would have figured out what the others got wrong, but you’d be WRONG. Add bet/market options to at least compete with the other books because I have withdrawn all of my funds and won’t be coming back until it’s a decent app.

Rigged Odds. This is the most insane addition to rigging I’ve ever heard and it came from the help chat. I’m betting on the Brown and Texans game and combined receiving yards and catches in a parlay for Nicko Collins and David Njoku but the slip kept saying I couldn’t combine markets. Very confused because everything I picked was under the parlay tab, chat tells me that the odds makers aren’t allowing receiving yard and catch combos for this game and for me to pick different wagers. This is why FanDuel will continue to be superior because they actually let you bet on what you want to bet on with way better alternatives. Your odds makers are saying you don’t want your betters to win. I hope this saves future bettors, use their bonus bets and then move those over to your other apps.

Went through 5 support clowns and 5 different reasons why I won’t get it, previous Barstool customer (terms state new ESPN customers are eligible), other states you will get some money back up to a 1000 when you lose. I lost a bet Thursday and received no such bonus. Idk about anyone else but this would be considered false advertising for this promotion and I do not expect to use this gambling app again and intend to tell everyone they will not honor their own promotions.

Extremely Slow Payouts. Beware! Whereas payouts with most other Sportsbooks process to your account same day or next day, you will wait an extremely long time for any payout from ESPN Bet. My first withdrawal took 5 days to be approved and hit my PayPal. The second one is currently on Day 3 with no update yet. If you try the 24 hour chat feature, you may end up waiting in line for over an hour just for the support person to tell you that they will send you an email when it is reviewed and approved. As soon as I finish playing through my new customer bonuses, I will likely wait until this facet of the app improves before using them again.

It’s mediocre right now. What I like about the app is it has a clean interface and is much easier to read and navigate than apps like DraftKings. It also offers you sports/teams that aren’t available on other betting apps. What I don’t like about the app is that it’s very glitchy especially on the first week of its availability. Often times I have to add stuff to my bet slip and then take it off just so that it will accept my bet. And also, they need to add a fully supported iPad app for those of us who don’t want to look at a small phone screen.

It's okay. Needs work. I used this while traveling and it was adequate. But do not count on getting your deposit match back. It releases at 5%. Which is ridiculous and not close to competitors. Mine is pretty much lost since I wasn't able to play through in a weekend which I suspect is the design. The free bets were fine and did not require you to have your first bet settled which is nice. Also there is no live stat tracking and the continual login is annoying. If I had to choose I'd just do fd or dk unless you are a new customer.

GREEDY & SHADY. We have been using these sportsbook apps for awhile now & it’s so funny how you get your bonus bet within seconds any other time but when they know there’s not a lot of popular sports in a few days, they literally hold them for their benefit! It’s blatantly obvious! They take your money in seconds but when its convenient, they hold the bonus bet for 72 hours & then have the nerve to tell you that YOU only have 2 days to use it (after waiting 3 days on them to credit it)!! They also took months to verify my identity on top of it all which was the entire end of a season. I’m too good of a customer for this treatment.

Player prop progression. Show real time player prop progress during games on wagers made. Make stat slide bar to see current stat progression in real time like FanDuel has. Makes it easier to see how close you are to winning or what you need to happen to win or lose the wager. For example I take AJ Brown for 80 yards in a parlay, if I look at the bet ticket, show how many yards the player currently has during the game and what’s needed to hit that leg of the ticket. Worst Betting App. I tried making an account during the NFL PLAYOFFS and my account still has yet to be “verified” and it keeps telling me I have to wait and they will email me when it’s done. I’ve looked up other peoples reviews and they said to email ESPN, well I did and all they did was tell me to wait. Well it’s been weeks and I’m done waiting. I’ve used FanDuel, DraftKings, Bet365, and BetMGM. They have all SEAMLESSLY worked, but this app has given me so much trouble and wasted so much of my time and now it has me wasting EVEN MORE TIME by writing this review. I am so done with this app and I have yet to even use it, that’s how bad it is. STAY AWAY! 0-stars if I could

Sportsbook is good. Casino is not good.. Sportsbook is good but the casino part is frustrating. I just gamble for fun and usually do $1 slots and the app is not fun. I have played on and off over the past 6 months and I think I have walked away once with a win. I am sitting on about a 75% return of what I have bet, when the games are supposed to be around 94% or 95%. There are far better casino apps out there, DraftKings and Fanduel, that provide a better chance of winning. I don’t expect to win all the time and honestly do expect to lose overall as it is truly entertainment but it is not fun when you lose 95% of the time.

Bonus Spins. I was previously super excited about this app. It seemed to function well and it had a decent user interface. However, lately I’ve been getting notifications for Bonus Spins, which is awesome, right? Wrong. Every time I get the notification and then head in to the app, it doesn’t load at all. It also states that the spins are only available until a certain time, which is fine, except for the fact that the app doesn’t load and you lose that opportunity. Not a fan at all.

NEVER AGAIN!!!. Let me start off by saying that I have never before written a review for an app. When I first downloaded this app, I was met immediately with issues. For one, they require you to take “selfies” and then when you upload a photo of your ID, they mess up with inputting the correct address and when you contact support, they ask you to send even more “selfies” and then ask you to provide billing statements, proof of income, etc. it felt very scammy and just weird the entire way. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism and customer support skills is honestly disappointing. I expected more from ESPN, I will never make that mistake ever again.

Technical errors. I was impressed with this app but there have been many “technical errors” happening. Each one stops the game and makes you reload it and when you’re playing fortune 88 or carnival cow, you lose ALL your coins you managed to earn towards free spins, ect and in turn you lose ALL the money/progress you had in each game so far! Waiting for someone to resolve this issue and refund what was lost due to their technical errors. Update: they don’t see any issues with their games so if you play and you get errors and lose all you progress/money, they will NOT care!

An Actual Honest, Human Review. Honestly, it could be so much better. It offers no alternate lines, which is what most of my parlays consist of, the layout is decent, however, making parlays just feels like a slight nightmare. Often times I find it telling me that certain selections cannot be combined. For example, I could select LeBron over 2.5 threes, D’Angelo Russell under 2.5 threes, and AD for 10+ REB (which probably wouldn’t hit right now), it will not allow me to place the bet. It’s just frustrating. They offer free spins and the first promotion isn’t bad at all. There’s just a lot more they could’ve done to make this better

Timing. Timing is important to me! Your locator program is the best I’ve experienced! Also, it is phoned friendly. The only thing I would like to see would be more options. Again, I emphasize your locator program is the best I’ve experienced. Never honor their promos. Once in a while sportsbooks will have an internal error within their system and promotion funds are not credited. However, with ESPN Bet, they NEVER EVER honor their promotions. You can opt in and follow all the terms and conditions with No Sweat Promotions, but you will not receive whatever promo credit you are owed if you lose. Then after wasting lots of time contacting customer service, they will fight honoring the promotion to the end while using unethical tactics like flat out lying. Everytime the lie is, “you didn’t opt into the promotion”, but when I show them screenshots of proof of opting in - the reason changes to a “system error”. This sportsbook cannot be trusted.

Beware of fees & charges when making deposits!. As a responsible user of gambling apps for several years, this is the first time I have been charged numerous fees for making a deposit using my credit card. After discussing the fees with my credit card company, they kept pointing at ESPN for choosing to treat deposits as cash advances for making a deposit. what's worse is that every credit card company will charge daily accrual of interest depending on how much you deposited. so let's say you deposited $70, you will get hit with at least five dollars in fees + some daily "cash advance" penalties from your CC company. I have withdrawn any winnings I had, and deleted the app. you have better options out there.

Garbage. App is trash. I don’t believe for a second it has 4.9 stars from actual ppl that use it. To do anything you have to submit a bunch of paper work and then wait days for them to get back to you. I understand the process to sign up with all your documents that you need, but to just change a address takes a week. If you win money of off any of the bonuses that they give you they suspend your account and you have to fight to get the money.

Great app. I’ve played this app for about two months. I’ve had no issues depositing money, nor any issues taking my winnings out. Lots of slots to choose from. There have been plenty of days that I played for very little cash, days that I won big, and days where my money went very quickly. It’s just like playing in a casino minus the smokers and other stinky people, and the miserable slot button bangers!

Ehhhhh 🤷🏻‍♂️. While the app is very easy to use, not giving Live cashout options is a massive downside to it. Along with live tracking of bets being shoddy at best. Most bets take a very long time to actually payout on wins especially player props which is ridiculous considering they could just link it to the stats tracker on the normal ESPN app and give live tracking for bets in the bet slip. Lastly, I'm a soccer fan and the bet options for soccer games is minimal and you're unable to parlay many options such as player props for most games. Take notes from better apps like Bet365 and Fan Duel.

USE A DIFFERENT BETTING APP! Read!. So my family member and I were recommended this APP. We both had issues with deposits being taken from our bank account and not showing up in ESPN Bet account, debit and instant transfers. Tried three times, no account balance reflected those same deposits, however my bank account was charged all three times. My family member managed to get the funds in the betting account, and when he placed his bets he did not receive the free bet credits. Please use literally any other betting app. I usually use Caesar - they have instant bank transfers (withdrawing from your betting account) to a debit card. Kind of nice if you win and want the money back asap.

Zero Customer Service. My account has been locked for over a year now. Reached out to customer service multiple times and never heard back. There’s funds in my account that are now locked from me and I can’t even do a transfer. I tried to reach out again recently and still haven’t heard anything. I was provided no explanation, no reasoning or justification for the account being locked. I’m inclined to believe it was due to my use of VPN, but it was inadvertent and I forgot to turn it off prior to logging in. But to receive absolutely no response after multiple attempts? Why should anyone entrust this entity with their money? It’s quite apparent that customer service is non-existent with ESPN Bet. Stay away!

Can’t cash out nor place bets on time.. Had a cash out option but when I went to cash out there was a connection issue out of no where. Then cashed out for way less than I would’ve if it actually worked. Then took 2 hours to submit a bet, they tell you delete the app then re install and check your WiFi and cellular data like you aren’t aware those could be the issue. It’s just been a horrible experience ever since it’s came to North Carolina. Hopefully they fix the problems cause I would be winning more money instead of running into a problem every time it’s time to place a bet.

Best online site ever!. Love the ease and simplicity of making wagers on this site! Leave it to ESPN to know how to do things “all things sports”! Believe me, I know what is good and not, I’m on all the big 3 sites. ESPN has a variety of wagers with more than fair and accurate odds! Plus, I received 4x $50 BONUS bets with my deposit of only )10!! Also, I loved the extent the security they go to setting up my account…Drivers license verification, SSN, Face recognition… just first class all the way!

A good start. I think that ESPN should be involved in everything sports including betting. The app needs to catch up to the competition as far as functionality though. Not being able to actively track players prop bets and team scores by slider or indicator other than win/lose at the end of the game isn’t the most impressive. Either way I like the bonuses even though you have to bet the whole amount. I like the odds and the variety of bets as well. So yea. We need a ESPN commentator to set it apart from the other apps. Cashout options. This app has been great. Easy to use and have won multiple bets. Only complaint is they haven’t seemed to get their “cashout” right. I’ve never had a Cashout option on bets. Even ones where I hit everything but one bet and that bets game hasn’t started or it’s currently going. I would have cashed out if given the option but never an option on any bet ever so far. Won some anyways but lost some too. Wish they’d get the Cashout going like the other sports betting apps.

Registration takes months!!!!. When registering with ESPNBET you will need to verify your account. With that you will need to send a photo of yourself holding a valid ID. The processing of this has taken more almost 2 months now. I’ve messaged ESPNBET once a week and they say the same thing everytime. “Just be patience your being processed.” UNBELIEVABLE. I have an account at every single sportsbook you can name and not a single one was like this. (Although FanDuel has an identical process that did take about 2 weeks) Just be prepared to wait a good amount of time to use this book. It looks like a great place to bet (if I could access the betting part) and it does have pretty solid lines from what I see on other apps.

Trash company. I was up on my bet and tried to cash it out. All of a sudden the system crashed and it was down for what they called as site maintenance. I was not able to cash out my bet while in play. By the time the system miraculously came back online my team was down and I was no longer able to cash out absolute fraud site. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was just for them to hold onto that to avoid cashing out. Placed one bet with them enclose my account out as soon as he told me they weren’t able to help me solve my issue. There is so many better options out there stay away from this trash company.

Bad Faith ‘First Bet Reset’. I bet on plenty of the apps, and this is a new low. I made a large first bet with the understanding I would receive a first bet reset if the bet did not hit. When my bet did not hit, I waited but did not receive the first bet back in bonus bet credit. I contacted the support team, who said there is a clause in the user agreement that states you cannot combine first bet reset with any other offers. However in the app they pepper you with “20 percent profit bonus” offers when you make your first bet, which they claim negates the first bet reset. This whole promotion is done in bad faith trying to hide behind vague legalese just to not pay. I would rather use any other betting app.

Great spotsbook. Honestly, I was only using one particular Sportsbook app (not this one) and had no intention of getting more. However, a buddy told me that ESPN blows the other ones out so I gave it a shot. To be honest, he wasn’t that far off. There are tons of free bets, great promotions, and to be really nerdy, the user interface is very appealing and easy to access. I would recommend this to both new betters and experienced ones👍🏼

ESPN Bet Review. As someone who uses sports betting as a major source of my income, the promotions to reel you in were worth it. As far as the App is concerned, it’s less than appealing to the eye to say the least. Still, when shopping for lines I don’t mind overall. A few big discrepancies in odds so far compared to FanDuel or BetMGM. Immediate withdrawal too was nice to see. They will definitely be keeping my business for the time being. At the very least, stat corrections should pay out if it’s ESPN who missed, as opposed to DraftKings

Wow. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Please don’t be like me and play the online casino games, they are a complete sham. The amount of crazy things that happen, in blackjack especially, are actually sad and I cannot believe the lengths all these apps go through to rob people of everything they have. As if they don’t make enough money as it is. They always claim that they’re heavily monitored but unbiased sources, but there is actually no way that this is true. I’ve played countless hands of blackjack in casinos or hosted games with friends before, and I have not seen anything of this caliber. The only redeeming quality of this app is the immediate payouts if you’re actually betting on sports.

Simply Inferior To Other Services. Maybe you can get past the lack of daily promos that other betting services provide. But the cashout feature is a joke. Rarely offered and when it is, you select it and it fails. Over and over again. The other issue is withdrawals. They promise timely review on requests, within 24 hours. This is not happening. They took $2500 out of my account days ago have yet to authorize the withdrawal. Why put up with these headaches, when other services don’t have these bugs??!! Good luck contacting customer support. You will endure lengthy waiting periods, because surprise they have lots of unhappy customers. I fell for their initial deposit offers, but I am hopefully going to get my money back and leave.
