What is chairgun elite ballistic tool app? This is a smart ballistic calculator for long range shooters. It helps shooters calculate hold overs, and scope settings necessary for long range shots. Works with large caliber and airguns. Available for iPhone, iPad, iPod and Apple Watch.
This app is using temperature, altitude, humidity, atmospheric pressure, distance to target, target speed and direction, coriolis effect, slope angle, cant and your rifle configuration for calculate optimal vertical, horizontal and lead corrections.
Features:
• Can use G1, G2, G5, G6, G7, G8, GA, GC, GI, GL, GS, RA4 and even custom drag-functions (built-in editor), and can calculate trajectory without using ballistic coefficient!
• You can select reticle from the list (around 2600 reticles! including reticles from Carl Zeiss, Nightforce Optics, Kahles, Vixen Sport Optics, Premier Reticles, Primary Arms, Schmidt and Bender, SWFA, U.S. Optics, and Vortex Optics) and see holdovers at any magnification (see list of reticles supported here http://jet-lab.org/chairgun-reticles )

This method allows you to calculate the range of distances for which shooting is possible in the following way: For example, you turn the vertical adjustment turret 1.2 MRAD (the value is individual for each cartridge) down on the sight and on the grid the mark, for example, 4 MRAD begins to correspond to a distance of 400 meters, and the mark 5 MRAD - 500 meters. And so on. That is, the MRAD grid turns into a BDC grid. Not bad. Pretty decent app. But it doesn’t have my reticle for my vortex razor. I sent a message to the developers and still have heard anything back.
Vortex Strike Eagle Scope 3-18x44 not available. I love the app so far! I need you to add the “ Vortex Strike Eagle Scope 3-18x44 EBR 7c MRAD please.
Must for any shooter. I use mine for my rim fire rifle with lots of different cartridges and it is basically spot on at 250 meters for me.
Paid for nothing, deleting it. I found that this app was not user friendly at all. Everytime it asked me to enter data, I had to "skip" then go back and enter it. Doesn't work with my Nightforce scope very well. It tells me how many clicks to move up or down for the distance I am shooting and it was always off. We entered my info into my friends app who has the same scope and it is dead on accurate, gettting me shooting out to 1,000 yards. Just wish I didn't waste $12 on this.
App looks good. App looks good but eh y am I not put in 1:16.5 for the test rate, it changes it to 1.5 and removes the :16???
Saves ammunition. Very accurate if you enter the correct information for the ammunition and your scope information. At 200 yards using my CZ457 with SK High Velocity Match, it called for 5 MRADS UP, it was a hit but a bit too high, went down to 4.8 and it hit center. Highly recommend it.
Well done. So far the application look great! I am fairly new at all this but I have compared it to my notes on shooting 100, 300, 400 and 500 yards and it us spot on. Had my scope and factory load in the database. Nice very nice :)

Satisfaction. I love the app. There r a few things about it that I don't understand and there is no expansion. What the heck is zero offset? And I couldn't find my particular scope. But otherwise it's a fantastic app.

Still waiting…. Bought this app weeks ago. So much here to love, but after two messages via app support to add my vortex scope, I’ve had no response from developer & latest update still didn’t include the scope. This app was not cheap, and I cannot use it yet. So far, a waste of money. It’s shame, I was really wanting to use this over the other apps available. If they update and I can use it, I’ll be a happy man
