Never show how much data is left. Must be by design so you go over. Terrible app. Shame on you rogers
Too hard for customers. You guys should be more flexible to customers not until they decidedto leave you guys then you start calling up and down for cheap offers .
Slow. App is fine but works so slow I'd rather take the time to get out my laptop, start it up, and sign on there. Also function-ability is awful.
Not happy with this app at all!!! Fix it. Awful app. Hard to navigate. Not user friendly at all. Hard to set up. Figure it out. It’s been like this for years. The service is also too expensive. Ohh, and the tech support isn’t friendly at all. Very stubborn and not willing to respond to simple requests. Should be zero stars. I’m trying to use the app now and it’s down for maintenance. What a joke!!!

Great service. So far, I have enjoyed their service but some of their employees need retraining.
Poor functionality. Poor functionality, especially when you consider the pricing of Rogers services compared to other operators.
UNABLE TO LOGIN. Always back to the login screen.
Automatically change language to France. It changes the interface language into Franch automatically at the first launch time and no options can be use to change language to English . I’ve try sereral times!

Unsolved glitch. I’ve been using the Rogers app for a while to pay my bills but 95% of the time that I want to pay my bill (cuz I finally can!) the app doesn’t work. It rarely ever lets me enter the security number at the back of my card. It rarely ever works (emphasis on “rarely”). I wish I was exaggerating. I used to not mind; I would turn off and on my phone, close the app, download it on my iPad, redoubled it on my phone, and just try to somehow temporarily fix the problem but now I’m tired. I’ve been using this for 2 years and they still have not figured out a way to fix a simple bug. It’s hard to believe that they probably have a whole software department designing these online services and they can’t fix this. I could probably get my little brother to code fix this instead. Fix it!
Not user friendly to use this app.. 1. Disconnecting frequently 2. No log off option . Even I checked many places, could not find log off. 3. Screen navigation also not user friendly.
Frustrating. Just installed and when I sign in it keeps signing me out and prompting to sign back in. I thought the website with frustrating with pages not loading so I tried the app but it's even worse.
Terrible. This is the perfect app if you don't want to see up to the minute data usage... or see anything regarding your account, frankly. IF I manage to navigate to the section that shows my account information/ data usage (which crashes about 95% of the time), it shows out of date information. It shows that I have data remaining when, in fact, I have already gone over half a gig! And now I'm stuck with the overage cost. Thanks, Rogers for this POS app. I guess I'll just have to visit your website. Too bad that shows out of date information too. But at least it doesn't crash :/
Good but needs more work. Every now and then for some reason it logs out .... I have to sign in again over and over again. Been this way for about the last 3 years.

Crashes constantly on authentication. Any login within app crashes every time even after update. Awful and wretched experience this tortuous app is. Rogers stop sucking so badly!!!
Billing issues. I have multiple accounts with Rogers. For the past two months I’ve been unable to pay my internet/cable bill. I keep getting an error message which is highly annoying. I have to call in to pay it over the phone. I can still pay my cell bill. Which is why I gave it 2 stars. Fix and upgrade your app features Rogers! It’s an inconvenience for a one- stop shop app!
Now useless. Prior to April 2016 this app worked for prepaid as well as monthly contract customers. After this upgrade the app would just error on login. For two years the bug was never acknowledged or fixed. Today, with the latest update the app now returns a message that it “does not support pay as you go”. I don’t know if we should be happy that the bug is finally acknowledged or disappointed that it apparently is never going to be fixed. Either way a poor approach to change management and customer support.

Very disappointing. Cannot log into my account. The user id password prompt goes into a perpetual loop.
App is always “under maintenance”. Can’t get the info I need because the app says it’s undergoing maintenance all the time. Doesn’t matter when I open the app!
Stop selling customers’ my data. Send SMS to Rogers STOP when you open this app, Rogers is asking you to share your data to sell your data and make profit out of it.
Much better but alerts need help. I like the latest rendition. But I should be able to set an alert for any number. Not just an alert at the end of my regular data amount but also my promo data etc. What good is an alert that can’t alert me when I’m at 300 megs left for the month? Is it a corporate trap to encourage overages?
Worthless. Designed only for the iPhone, will not rotate for the tablet. Provides minimal information. I tried to find out my data usage for last month, not available. Navigation is confusing and, to my eyes, poorly designed. This app was not ready for release. I don’t see any reason to keep this on my ipad and am uninstalling it. I wanted an app like this for my ipad and iphone, because checking data usage is important to me. But I need something that is more useful than irritating.

Can’t pay bill.... Really frustrating that the app has been under maintenance for the past 5 days not allowing me to pay my bill. I don’t have this account setup in my online banking because it’s always been the best option to pay in the app. Please fix ASAP!

Session keeps timing out!. I keep getting signed out and when it try to log back in, I get a message saying my session has timed out and I can’t sign back in.

Errors often. The app often glitches where when I try to sign in, I receive an error that says “session has timed out”. It may be the first time I’ve opened it in days or the same day. I check to ensure the app is “updated” and it is, so that’s not the issue. If I try again another day it may work and sometimes I still get the error.
Crash. It does not work at all . Can’t see my bill , says sign in then it shuts off ...
Don’t like. I much preferred the old app that allowed me to see all my services at a glance, which was somewhat seamless. This app only allows me to see the usage of my phone, seems like you’re going backwards with this one.
Latest fix is not enough. The last fix mentions the correction of the error message “Your session has timed out”. Guess what…I still receive this message whenever I go to MyRogers :( Try again !!!
Bring Face ID back please. The app works fine, but I would really like to see the return of Face ID for log in. It was way quicker. What was the reasoning behind the removal of Face ID login?
Login sucks. After the update whenever I launch the app i get session expired error and the new login now is done via browser which is a major step back. i can’t use Face ID to login anymore.
Can’t sign in. Every time I try to sign in, the app tells me my session has timed out. This just continues over and over again in an endless loop.
Worst phone provider app. Every time I try to sign in, it gives me a message saying “Sorry, your session has timed out.” I have been getting this message for a couple of weeks, and then it starts working for a day, and then get this message for like another month. Works for a day or so in between. I am able to log in to my account off of my computer or browser on my phone, just not through the app. Super frustrating.

The worst customer service. Rogers is simply company with the worst customer service I ever dealt with. The only time you can talk to someone without hours of waiting is when they are trying to sell you something. Now, when people are upset, they included new feature that they can terminate the connection with the slightest sign of what they call harassment. Like when you ask “are you still there” more than once.
Problèmes de connexions constantes!!. Depuis que l’écran de connexion de l’app a changée pour une page web, je n’arrête pas d’avoir des erreurs de sessions expirées!!!! J’entre mon e-mail, mot de passe sa fait « votre session à expirée » au lieu d’entrer dans mon compte et de retour à la page de connexion et je suis pris dans un cercle qui va nulle part… Sa peut faire sa plusieurs fois en ligne et après 5 fois, sa barre mon compte 30 minutes pour 5 tentatives invalides quand c’est le bon mot de passe!!!! C’est vraiment énervant.

Bloated junk, now send spam notifications. Few useful features, bloated, and will randomly spam you with notifications trying to upsell you on random junk that Rogers sells. Only useful function is the data usage. Disable notifications once you install it.
I’m impressed.. Since the Rogers App came out I’ve always felt it was rather lack lustre. Which was disappointing since Rogers is essentially (Imo) the industry leader for telecommunications. Yet the App they developed was.. very basic and clumsy. HOWEVER, the most recent update has gone ALONG way on improving the user experience with a simplified design AND it runs smoothly. Great job. 👍🏻
Annoying “your session has timed out” bug. Usually the app is great, but rogers introduced a new sign in page that’s just not working well. I can’t log in anymore because I get a pop up saying “your session has timed out” after logging back in. Only way to fix this is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It’s happened several times now. Please fix this bug!

Awful and Useless. I have been getting and error message for months that “there is a problem and we are working on it”. Get your act together Rogers. Since when does it take 4 months to fix a bug in the app that tells me my data usage. I had a support ticket closed saying “the problem is resolved” as well. Worst service ever.

Stuck. I can't update because my ipad software version is 12.5.7 & does not go up further.! Scotiabank shoud've considered this - Like apple, they don't give the damn.. and your device become obsolete. Monopolies has the free choice & you are under their Mercy !

Internet increase. My internet price was increase without proper notification. I’m not pleased about that.
Under maintenance. Has been like this for weeks... tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same message... perhaps get a new tech team in this.
Never working. Have to sign in every time and it’s always under maintenance to “ serve me better” Save the space on your phone and just log in thru the website.
Garbage. There is no sign out link. I come back 24 hours later and I’m still signed in without any updates. When paying there is a QWERTY Keyboard instead of a number pad for credit card numbers.
Can’t login. I click sign-in and it just loads a blank account landing page. Uninstalled and re-installed, restarted device, all the pre-requisites done. Still won’t load, and can’t log in
Cant log in. Since FRIDAY the app hasn’t let me login. Says “timed out”… I have deleted and redownloaded, reset my phone and still the problem persists. Called Rogers and they said it’s my device yet others are having the same issue 🙄Typical Rogers, not helpful. I am on a BYOP plan and weighing my options elsewhere.
Buggy. The data does not refresh every time it’s coming from background. I need to kill it to have the most updated data. It keep asking me to login again even I have setup a faceid and password. As an ios dev, I can help you to fix all theses bugs if you want.
Error when I try to login to roger aap. From past few days, when I try to logon to my rogers aap through my iPhone it keeps giving error message “session has time out” . It was working few days ago.
data usage. The app is alright, but it would be great if the app was able to track the data usage instantly rather than having a 12 hour delay.
Ruined my life for a week by a stupid mistake. I wasted about an hour to just hear sorry from Rogers agents on the phone, it was their mistake for not renewing the monthly cycle, and after I called them they just kept forwarding me to another agents who don’t pick up, so I stayed about an hour on the phone just hearing apologies, with my final exams on the way, after I spent about a week going at night to the university to get access to the internet, as i haven’t set up a internet at home yet, and I’ve been using my phone instead, so after I received a text message from Rogers tells me that I went over the data and then it turns out that it was a mistake, what a shame really!!!!
Incomplete App. This app is incomplete! Nothing functions as it should. I keep getting sent to blank pages that don’t load. Sign in doesn’t work. Not sure why they haven’t fixed it for this long!
What is wrong with the App. Lately…EVERYTIME I try to use the app it says can’t sign in because “ your time expired” yet I haven’t even been logged in or using the app. Just tried guest sign in… got the code and they said they are fixing the issue… this is the same foolishness for two months now and before the app always worked fine. UPDATE. Everytime I update the app, it takes weeks before I’m able to sign in and use my App. Soon as I sign in, it says session timed out before it even opens and then I have to do it over and over and over multiple times and it never ends up opening the app. Annoying. Why make an upgrade if it’s gunna just crash the app.
Sorry! Session has timed out. What’s wrong with this app??? If I don’t sign out, it will time out on its own. Then when I try to sign in again, it keeps saying “sorry! Your session has timed out.” What am I supposed to do with that??? So frustrating! I never seen this before on any other app. Rogers keeps living up to its shutting service name! App not working at all. Every time i try to log in it says “your session has timed out” and when I sign in as a guest it says “ Something went wrong We're working to fix this as soon as possible. Please check back later.” Been doing this for 2 days now. Fix it please ! I’m tired of going on the web to check for stuff !
Junk. I don’t get it. With every update you seem to be getting further behind with more features removed and more junk for the sake of junk. Gone are the days I could just open the app without some pointless sign in screen. Almost every feature and/or setting clicked takes you away from the app to the Rogers web page. Face ID is gone. Info doesn’t properly update. Bills are inaccurate. The app used to be simple with good features that worked, and worked in the app. Now it’s doodoo on top of caca with a pretty ribbon on it, but you can’t even open the ribbon without signing in first. Quit sourcing your work to first semester students to save some money, it’s embarrassing.
