Terrible. Like everything related to communication in Canada, this app doesn’t work well. It’s a nightmare. Just pick another country to live! Here, communications ARE THE QORST but chatr and this app, are another while level of mediocrity l.

Worst app ever. If I could put 0 I would definitely do! Trying to log in with correct information and I get the message that I put incorrect information! I tried to change the password for like 500 times and still wouldn’t allow me to save the new password! Tried to put my birthday on a question that I was asked but it didn’t work (couldn’t text but there was not a date to choose from either)! Very frustrating! Now I have to get my toddler and go and find a store near by to do my payment on time because they just don’t offer the comfort that they promise!

I try to log in to my account it doesn’t let me it says password incorrect even tho I have it written down and double checked and the security answer to reset my password does the same I even screenshotted my security answer so I can keep in mind worst fkin app ever you guys needa do better

Problem with registration. Not via mobile app nor via website don’t work registration! All time error comes. It means no way to refill card. (One month operator only). Strongly don’t advice this mobile operator!

scammers. don’t provide you credit card details. provided my credit card details to top up 5$ as soon as they got my credit card details i was signed up for a monthly payment of 25$ had to call to figure to cancel it l, and just too much drama to deal with. customer service is very bad and refund of the money god knows if it will happen. scam. if you are going to use to one month fine. more no. stay away.

Won’t do anything if you’re trying to reset your password. So I’ve tried this on 2 phones now. Both times when I try to reset my password using my phone number, it texts me a link. See that’s the okay part, but the annoying part is when I press the link. The link just brings me back to the login screen with no changes, nothing filled in as a “temporary password” or anything. I just want to login🥺

Garbage. Awful excuse for a mobile service app. My experience with this app has been incredibly lacklustre and has made me regret ever signing up with chatr.

So I used to like chatr until…. Everyday I would go to my local Walmart to top up my phone until one day I was out of town where there was no Walmart, so I decided to do it online, long story short I forgot my password and security question and it made me call someone who wouldn’t help me because my mom made my account for me and she wasn’t there so these people should send a link to an emergency email without having to ask a security question. Piece of advice you can do a whole lot better then chatr cause these idiots don’t know how to run a company or make an app

App needs Updating. The only issue I’m finding with Chatr is the app takes forever to load or when logging in it’ll sit there and load and load without logging into the account.

Bonus data scam. I received a message which says I’ll receive 10gig bonus data as a loyal customer for the next 3 months ,but I never received that bonus. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send an email with screenshot from the message. I sent the email and after 2 weeks still waiting someone to contact me. I’m really disappointed !

Just Ok. App is just ok. Need to add a “remember me” feature instead of logging in every time.

Stay away. Worst provider I’ve had in my life. I pay for 3G but it’s very rare to actually have 3G. The app doesn’t work and needs multiple tries of deleting and reinstalling for it to work. Last, customer support informed that I need to pay 5cad to have any technical issue (from their end) restored.

Literally not working. Just like the tittle says. The app just says “we’re sorry something went wrong. Check back later” ?? Like so frustrating

SCAM Co, ROBBER YOUR MONEY. Be aware. Don’t choose this company. never! once your payment was withdrawn, there is no refund even it’s their mistakes. We used to be the customers of Chatr Mobile, and me and my sister left the company to Virgin in Nov 2019. Only my mother is still an active member. And since the accounts were preauthorized payment in the past, this year 2022 I realized that they didn’t cancel my preauthorized payment accounts, and continuously charge one of the deactivated accounts for $45/ months for almost 27 months, which is more than 2 years. It robbers us $1220 for all these years. And when I called them, they said there is no refund policy . isn’t it ridiculous? ? It’s not our fault, it’s their responsibility to deactivate our accounts properly and should STOP charged us since Nov 2019. And they refused to refund me because they said “we don’t have refund policy.” BE CAREFUL. After me being so upset, they made a decision to refund me $500. And they said “we refund you even we don’t have a refund policy.” ?! 500 dollars ONLY. If it’s our fault I could bear it. But Chatr still continuously charges us after the opt out. And TD Visa can only refund customers for the amounts within 60 days. Second, their personnel is very unprofessional. Seriously they don’t know what they are doing. Here is why: 1) in the beginning of Jan 2022 I called the customer service to stop the preauthorized payment. They confirmed. And on Jan 8, 2022, $45 dollars was withdrawn again. I am Virgin customer!! I am not Chatr customer since 2 years ago! And I got charged again ! I called the company yesterday, a person confirmed that he would cancel the pre-authorized payment immediately. I believed. And I called today again—- Nope! My billing information and all the cards are still in their system and I was still enrolled in preauthorized payment. LOL! 2) the customer service give me random answer and being inconsistent and not helpful: One person confirmed I left in 2019 Nov. Another person said I am still their active member as of 2022 (which is wrong). Then I asked a person to please send me un-enrolment confirmation letter to my email to confirm that I won’t be charged again. And that person kept sending totally irrelevant emails ( instructions of how to download Chatr App etc). 3) the attitude is bad: The back office isn’t even willing to talking to me personally. They just told the front desk person that “this is our final decision. No more refund. It’s done”. I never met such company before which is this rude and unprofessional. And seems it’s always the same person that answered the phone. I am speechless and so sick of dealing with this garbage & junk company. Basically the situation is like this: Some company can simply refuse to refund the customer for the money they steal just because they make “no refund policy” from their side. It means I can robber another’s property and simply refuse to refund that person legitimately because I told him that I have made the“ no refund policy” . Does it make sense ?

The worst. Couldn’t change plan on mobile app. Tried to use my laptop same thing. I can see the plans but no where to choose. If i call them to make the switch they charge me $5. I really am beginning to hate this company.

Terrible app. I accidentally took my money off my bank account thinking it was from my chatr account and it wont refund me and I needed that money.

Customer service. Wrost customers service .....can’t pick up the call...I was waiting for one and half hour

Just stupid. So how is someone supposed to contact you guys on your app if they don’t have Facebook and Twitter?? I’m not starting either up just to ask a question!! You guys are a bunch of retards!!!! This cellphone company is a waste of my money and time!! What a load of crap! And trying to reset my password but every time I hit the reset part of the email it keeps bringing me to the sign in page of the app

Data. Even tho i had 10 G of data, and tried it for 3 months, it rarely connected me to it unless i was in a city. Once i left the city i had no connection. Went in to office for customer support but there was no way to fix it. I was rarely in the city so i was unable to use data while driving to or from work during my commute. If i lived in a city it might work but it was very very slow in connecting.

Don’t work!. App won’t allow me to creat account !! It’s a permanent glitch and I tried doing this on 4 different devices with the same issue. Unable to entire the requested info…

Déçu. Terrible application. Ça fait 1 ans j’essaye de me connecter mais sans succès. J’essaye de réinitialiser le mot de passe à chaque fois puisqu’il est « incorrect » mais c’est toujours la même. Je répond au question correctement puis on m’envoie un lien par message mais ce lien m’amène toujours sur la page de connexion. J’essaye de réinitialiser sur le web mais la même chose. Encore pire, mon nouveau mot de passe n’est jamais bon alors que j’ai utiliser le max de caractères avec des majuscules par-ci par-là, des chiffres en voici en voilà et des signes(exemple: _). Il est impossible de voir il me reste combien de données mobiles et cela devient agaçant. J’utilise l’application sur un iPhone XR ce qui ne devrait pas posé de problème et pourtant. J’abandonne et j’ai désinstaller l’application.

Remember me. A great app. Also can you guys make it remember my account and password so that I won’t need to type in every time?

Have to enter usr and pw everytime. I know this is required on ur side, but why? It was a bad decision to have this as a requirement in the first place.... think again why it is required everytime......

Infinite loading. No loading = no payment. that’s all it just doesn’t load for whatever reason no matter if I’m in on wifi. It will load when it feels like it but it’s a huge flaw.

Log out. Whenever I try to change my plan or do anything I get logged out and back in so I’m stuck on the main page

Why a security question I don’t even remember?. I forgot my chatr password to my account and it asks for a security question I can’t even seem to remember or know.. I am just trying my best to access my account.. 😕

Garbage company and app. I can NEVER PAY THROUGH THE F-ing APP. It won’t let me ever use my codes over the phone. You call customer support and they can’t do anything with your codes either. This is the worst fkin phone company I’ve ever dealt with. Your app developers need to be fired, absolutely useless. Can never get anywhere with getting my phone topped up. Not spending another dime with this garbage company.

Piece of ….!. So many glitches on this app. I needed to call customer service to get a password to be sent for the app. Worked perfectly for 24 hours, then it bumps me out. Nothing has changed and the app says my pass is wrong. Big big piece of ….!!!!

terrible app. I have an account. All passwords work fine when using a browser, but in the app it says the password is wrong. I’ve tried many times with different phone number formats, but nothing works until it says too many attempts, game over. I’ve tried to reset password, it sent me an email with the link. When I click the link it just opens the app and nothing happens. I’ve wasted two hours of my life on this garbage app. And I’m not talking about functionally of the app, you can’t even login. Shame on you.

Can't log in on app. The app will not let me log into my account. It says invalid username or password. The same login details work on the website but not on the app. Even after reset password same thing occurs.

Date broken?. I'm trying to register and when I press on date it doesn't show the year, month, or day.

Garbage. The app doesn’t allow me to sign up and thinks I’m trying to log in to my account even though the form I’m trying to submit literally says “REGISTER” on the top. Don’t get me started on their website - the same form is missing input for “First Name” there. Amazing service
