Five Stars: Fantastic..so flexible
This is the best app I have found to track things... I have chronic migraines & this app has been the most useful to track migraine related things as well as much more!

Five Stars: Incredibly Powerful App
Every once in a while you find an app that changes your life. Sounds extreme but it's true ... This program is simple but its configurability makes it powerful. The power comes from configurable items, groups, screens, combined with powerful reporting, graphing, and exporting tools - with everything simple and intuitive. I have selected 12 things across the following areas to track: eating habits, weight, sleeping, exercise, vitamins, etc. Then I set up a screen of the 3-4 things things to remember first thing in the morning, during the day, in the evening, and then a wrap up screen to review before I go to sleep.Even when I get tied up and don't make entries for a day or two, that's ok - I see the overall trend and just start back up again

Five Stars: One of the most useful apps in the entire iTunes catalog!
Track and Share is brilliant! I love it! I have a knowledge of stats so understand the concepts they've used; the implementation is clean, straightforward, and effective and simplifies the process of collecting and analyzing data so anybody can do it, easily, AND use the results for positive change. Congratulations to Track and Share for creating one of the most useful apps in the entire iTunes catalog!

my go to for repeating tasks!. I've been using this app for a long time. it is really good at what it does. for example i use it to track daily care tasks for my elderly parent. i organize them into a category for AM and PM. then separately i track my workouts. I can do this by creating a workouts user and a care user in the app. this app is the real deal. well thought out.

Updated: Horrible. Lost all my information during the backup from email since I have no Dropbox. Bought the Pro version to keep all my info but it wouldn’t update by email. Followed instructions, it just says click on the attachment, did but it didn’t update the pro version. Please return my money ASAP. UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME. THEY REACHED OUT TO ME AND I WAS ABLE TO RESTORE ALL MY INFORMATION TO THE PRO VERSION, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT SINCE I AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND I ALWAYS USE THIS APP TO COMMUNICATE WOTH THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION DOCTOS. THANKS UWE HEISS!!!!!

This is amazing!. I just bought this today, and it is so worth the price. I’m tracking different symptoms and factors that might influence them. You can design your own categories. The summary sheet print out is awesome. I wish I had known about this much earlier.

Crap. The functionality of this app is total crap. Editing and view entries is limited and terrible. I just made a lengthy entry and then accidentally deleted it, with no way to recover except start over. Give the user a more intuitive interface or just forget it.

Can’t live without this app. The most important and most used app on my iPhone.

Favorite tracking app. Unlike a lot of apps geared to one small purpose you can customize this to track anything. Health, habit tracking, pomodoro time management, short diary entries. It takes a half hour or so to understand how to create categories and move items into the categories but once set up it’s great. I’m still hoping for a simple Apple Watch version though. It would be so useful to tap a watch app to quickly add an entry.

Please FIX!!. The field to add an item name isn't entirely visible. It also doesn't trigger the keyboard so a new item can't be added. I also tried immediately above the graph color selection, but a cursor didn't appear there either.

Travel diary. I used this app as a diary during a long hiking vacation. I created a category called “Travel fall 2017” with items for places, distances walked, other modes of transport, names of people we met, weather, lodging, food, highlights, etc. It took a while to customize the items the way I wanted them, but it worked out great. I was able to enter details on the always-handy phone instead of fumbling for paper and pencil, or struggling to recall everything at the end of the day.

Updated review, back to loving this app!. I've been using this app for a few years and I've customized it to track a number of things. I like the simple interface and the ability to customize yet keep it simple. I was very disappointed at a recent update that changed the icon set and messed up my ability to back up and sync between devices. With the recent update, the developer has restored the icons, and the issue with backing up and syncing is fixed! I wasn't the only one complaining, and it's clear the developer listened! This has got to be my favorite tracking app! Thank you!!

Great but would be better with search. I have been using this app for a year and half. It's great for tracking health problems and writing daily journal. It would be really great if I can search my past journal or any records.

Awesome all around. Great app, great customer service. Super helpful. Super simple. Does what it’s supposed to do. I love it

So customizable!. I use this app to track my daily moods, psychosomatic stuff, food habits, desires, and goals. I also use it to write some positive affirmations every night before I go to bed. You can use it for anything, and it’s very easy to click down the list in a couple of minutes before bed! You can make multiple lists of things to track, but I basically use only one. It’s helpful and encouraging for me to see that my bad moods don’t last forever... I can look at the calendar and see the patterns. I feel like this app has taken something that was vague and frightening, and made it into something solid and manageable.

Great customizable tracker!. I love that i can customize everything and follow trends on the calendar. Great app!

Helpful app. Quick and easy way to document your symptoms. Very customizable.

Quirky but useful. I was initially disappointed - it wasn't easy to see how to do what I wanted to do. I almost deleted it. But I kept at it, explored, looked at the tutorial, read some reviews here... And after a while (too long, IMHO) I found I was able to do most of what I wanted to do. There are still quirks but it's usable. Don't give up too quickly. Update: To be more specific about quirks: Entering data is cumbersome - If I enter 4 meds that I took 2 hrs, 10 mins ago, I have to reset the Time wheel for each one. Same problem if i enter two instances of a med: I have to enter the Quantity twice. If data was "sticky" we wouldn't have to reset Time & Quantity for every entry (check out how "iBP" uses sticky data). Also, the choice of colors for icons for "Completion" data type is confusing, the black "completed" circles look empty or UNcompleted to me. Rather than gray and black circles it might be clearer to use a brighter color, say, green, for completed and gray for uncompleted.

Perfect for me.. I have a lot of chronic health conditions and I can add any symptom, factors related to health, or treatments to this program. Tracking them really helps with diagnosis and seeing if I’m improving or getting worse in certain areas. I love how flexible it is.

It's good but.... I wish there were a way where I can jump to a date in the past easily.

Was a great app. Needs an update. This was a great app for so long. It is long overdue for an update. I’m looking for other apps to use now.

Really Works!. The app is great for tracking multiple things and ultimately holding myself accountable. I use it for exercise, water, spiritual reading, vitamins, and it works and adapts to tracking each of these different category items. I did try the free version first and it is a bit of a pain that the free version doesn't transfer your data and I had to re-input. As soon as you realize you like the free version, switch! My one change in the app would be the ability to go back and edit the previous days' entry. It would also be nice if after I've met the daily goal for an item if that item then went to the bottom of my list for the day and then the list returned to normal order at the start of a new day. All in all, love this app and it's on my first screen on my iPhone where I can find it quickly and use it often.

Powerful app. Could use just a few more improvements. This app takes a little bit of time to work with to master but is very powerful in capabilities and customization. Small improvements in how data is presented and entered would easily make it a five star app. One example would be more easily going between entries of a particular type between days. Also would like the ability to hide completed or marked items. Still, I am not sure of anything to comes close to it in terms of flexibility. Great job. Keep up the good work.

Oops!. OS upgrade patch FIXED problem! I am happy again and love ❤️ this app. —.——-.——-.——- Not working consistently with iPadOS 13.7 Shuts down, causes iPad low battery display (even when device fully charged), forces reboot. Then works fine. Have used for years with no way to purge old data. Is that a cause?

All in one!. This app, unlike other apps, has more subjects that you can keep track of in one application. You can also customize what you’re tracking and how you’re tracking it. Unfortunately, once you track it the graphs they provide aren’t easy to comprehend. The labels and numbers they use aren’t that helpful. Great app but could make the graph + data more functional for the user. After all, I’m tracking this information for a purpose.

Just what I wanted. Works perfectly for the few things that I want to track daily. Takes a while to figure it out to set up but it is quick and easy to use after that. I am sure this program does a lot more that I know. It keeps getting better. Thanks, I appreciate it.

It’s okay. I used the Lite app and guess I didn’t read it all to see it was essentially a trial period and you can only track a limited amount. Of course I didn’t realize this until I was invested enough to try another app. I figured “lite” was just some reduced features. So I bought the full app- as part of their bundle. I do not recommend the other apps- I don’t see the value or difference from the Tracking and Sharing app. Loading the data from lite to pro was painful and it honestly seems like the app isn’t even supported. No help offered (broken links and no additional info). It’s fine for what it is, but not sure I’ll invest more.

Where are my numbers. For the most part I really like it but don’t understand why they took the dates off the calendar in the latest update

No app support. After many attempts at emailing developer and getting no response, it seems that this may no longer be a supported app. I’ve used it for years and enjoyed it. I’m afraid I might lose all the data I’ve collected over years. Bummer.

Long time user - not liking interface design changes on latest update. This has been my most used app for over five years. Like the added features per user requests but you all made some poor choices in the graphic interface design changes. I agree with other reviews who cite specifics. One I'll add to the list is changing the "thermometer" to a circle. (For "a little" to "a lot" scale.) That's just dumb. And hard to see differences. Please change it back. I also don't like the simplified, flattened graphics but that's a battle I can't win since Apple flattened everything years ago and everyone is following suit. But my two cents is I miss shading and depth in graphics. Today's trend is so boring. Like we're regressing to stick figures. Using apps used to be more aesthetically pleasing. Ok, that's all for my soapbox on that topic. Thanks for making such a great app. You are among the most responsive to user feedback and that is so appreciated. Just watch the temptation to change things that aren't broken. Many of us use the app to track chronic health conditions so the last thing we need is the frustration of getting used to graphic changes that really don't improve usability.

Key to my sanity. Many years of logging and tracking health and wellness related data in paper journals and spreadsheets led me to this app. I like the ease of data entry-- very fast. I also like that the volume of data one can track is quite large and would have required multiple paper logs to equal. I also like the note capability for each entry. A couple of additions would be helpful, such as a journal feature where you could write longer memos and have them date/time stamped. I am not overwhelmed with the form of the graphing feature, but not sure what else to suggest. I thought that if I output the data, I could graph it elsewhere (say, in the "numbers" app) but the date and time come out in separate fields and it will take me a bit to figure out how to concatenate them and then calculated data point time intervals so I can create an x-y plot. Also, you don't seem to be able to share multiple datasets at once, so if you want to plot elsewhere, you need to output each item individually, which is a hassle. It the share feature output an additional column with the item name, then it should be a simple revision to allow multiple item dumps to the same cvs output file. The user could then split the file by sorting on the item name. Overall, this is a very good app. With a few mods, it could be a great one!

needs significant improvement. first of all, it's a great idea to track multiple things and find out the pattern. This is especially good for tracking exercise, sleep, smoking, drinking, etc. Track and Share is the best app I have found so far. But honestly speaking, it needs big improvement to become a practical tool. Cons: 1. it is extremely time consuming to input a record. e.g., to record my sleep pattern, I want to tap to start the timer and tap to stop the timer and automatically get the sleeping hours calculated and recorded. Hell, no. I have to memorize the time I go to bed, the time I leave bed, do my calculation, use the awkward gauge in this app to input the information... 2. you can export your record to PC and open it using excel. This is great. But you can not edit the file (e.g., add your physical therapy record of past 6 months) and import back to the app. You can imagine how painful it is to manually input so many records on iPhone. 3. I want to quickly browse my calendar through the past 6 months. Moving forward or backward by clicking the small arrows is really a bad idea, why not using finger wipes? that's the biggest advantage of a touch screen. And a yearly axis below the calendar would be very useful. Minor suggestion: I have both iPhone and iPad. The former is always carried in my pocket, so very convenient for keeping record, while the latter has a large screen to view the records. If the two devices can be synced, that would be really wonderful.

Needs work. I like the concept but I would also like more graph options. I would like to have a master graph with all the items combined to more easily track trends and see everything at once. Also there are several glitches. Not what I expected

Bugs. Sometimes when I switch between categories the app won’t let me track any items. It just goes back to the first category I had selected.

Keeps me on track.. I have a tendency to forget when and even if I took my medicine. This helps so much because I can look back and see what time I took them. Also helps me see when I’m due for my next round. This app has also been very helpful in journaling.

Great App. Super app which allows you to track all kinds of things. Many different choices for what you track: hours and minutes, a counter, checkboxes, etc. can also tie a note to each entry. Definitely recommend.

Update spoiled a good app. Re: New update. I don't like this new interface at all. The icons are now bland colors that are difficult to distinguish from each other and their designs mostly make no sense. On my iPad, the margins of the page for notes are too small. There is no space along the side of the page. My main criticism is that on the iPad, the keyboard covers up the text of the note I'm writing. After a line or two, I can't see what I'm typing. That never happened previously. It's so annoying I am considering giving up on this app, but I've been using it for years and hate to do that. I've written the developer several times. Despite promises to fix these bugs, they haven't fixed anything. Here's my original review before the makeover. You see I used to love the app. "I've been using this app for a long time to track my moods. It works well. Wish it had an automatic backup or a reminder to backup. Also the graphs could be more user friendly, for example to show dates better. It would be nice to click on a graph date and see the entries."

Everything I was looking for and more!!!. I have multiple chronic illnesses and keeping track of all my different meds and symptoms has been a nightmare! I've been using Evernote to keep track of what pills I take & when, but in order to keep tabs on everything I needed multiple notes and I honestly don't have the energy. With this I can track meds, symptoms, food, sleep, stress, pain-anything and everything I need to know and, most importantly, what my doctors need to know-with a few taps of the screen. I love keeping track of random things like books I've read, movies I've seen etc. and I'm pretty excited to start being able to create new categories on this app and then view the graphs. I think being able to view all my various health stuff as one comprehensive graph will go a LONG way toward helping me help myself and hopefully I'll start feeling better. I've just begun to scratch the surface of what this app can do and I'm already thrilled with this purchase. $5 to be able to get a good handle on my health AND feed my nerdy data addiction? That's the best deal I've found in quite some time. <3<3

Key to Managing Chronic Illness. REAL LIFE MYSTERY DIAGNOSIS: My doctor requested I track my symptoms; because I have a complex illness, the tracking software makes my life more manageable, and has helped us find problems and trends. This software been instrumental in diagnosing a disease that we had been looking for for over 15 years. It keeps me from getting into a danger zone of overdoing it, by watching various vitals, and helps me stay out of the hospital, and also prevents a life threatening respiratory event. Worth every penny spent! I set up a second copy on my husband's phone for his business's office to track his employee's hours, who were starting to fudge on their hours on their time cards. This app is VERY USEFUL!! The reports could be improved, but it is difficult when you have an app like this where one size fits all, for the reporting to work off the shelf without being able to customize it for your specific data format for specifically what you want to see, otherwise I'd rate it 5 stars.

Very Customizable!. Definitely recommend this app for making life changes or understanding a condition. Amazing how I can add or delete categories and items, rearrange them, then put an item under several categories (like Sleep Quality under My Health, Mood, and Food categories). I can use it to track almost anything plus has Notes items for more details. Each item in addition to placing a value can also have a short note (eg. Sleep Quality = Bad. Note: awake every hour with hot flashes.) Wish List: 1)Love that I can change a tracked item time, value or note, but don't love that I cannot change the date or figure out how to delete it if I tracked something on wrong date. 2) Be able to see the graph of an item like Mood or Hot Flashes within a day, not only across a range of days/weeks/months. 3) Be able to change the value type for an item without deleting and starting over.

Useful app, but needs better graphing. This app has been super helpful while I navigate a medical diagnosis. It is easy to log symptoms and there is good flexibility, but the graphing of these symptoms over time is not very good.

Fantastic, track anything, make your own list. I like it because you can track anything! I even made a tracker for my ketosticks where it’s a spinner and you choose the color of the ketostick. And you can add a note to anything you’re tracking. Is brilliant!! And you can export it to csv.

Easy and Comprehensive. I'm finding my way around this app easily. Each different entry type is highly customizable and easy to adjust. Charts are easy to generate, and categories can be set up to include a variety of tracks. Great for tracking fitness, diet, moods, pain symptoms, gratefulness, any kind of tracking or personal recordkeeping. Other apps I've tried either weren't so easily customized, were geared to only a limited type of tracking, or weren't very intuitive. One of the only things I would change is the possibility of syncing data between devices. For example, I have an iPhone and an iPad, and I can't sync between both. Alternately, however, the app allows you to back up your data to an email file, and upload it to the other device. It's sort of like a manual sync if needed. The Lite version works well, fully functional, for a period long enough to determine whether you will want the full version. It was enough to assure me this was worth the few dollars it cost.

nice app. is pretty nice, has a few bugs because it’s old though. when you move your items it goes to the calendar for no reason every time. also if you saw my review on the lite version: the data transfer didn’t work for me and I lost 11 days. but honestly that probably doesn’t matter in the grand scheme.

Very useful, needs an update. This app allows you to track many different things in many different ways, so many tracking apps only allow a simple checkbox. Track n Share allows numbers ( weight, miles walked, etc) multiple different kinds of scales, ( to track moods), physical symptoms etc, journal entries, percentages complete, about the only thing missing is a timer. It also allows you to group related things together, like hours of sleep with caffeine intake, or exercise and then shows a graphic representation of those trends so you can really see how one affects the other, which is really useful. I feel like it hasn’t had an update in a while, could use the ability to sync between devices, some color scheme choices, more icons. But nothing else really does what it does.

EXCELLENT Tracking App. I have had this app for several years and I use it to track DOZENS of things - at home, health, work, environment, etc. It is, BY FAR, THE BEST tracking app out there. Others might be prettier or more recently updated, but this one has functionality that is UNMATCHED. I keep trying to find a replacement and no other app even comes close. Seriously, Apple should hire this developer to make their Health app more useful and user-friendly. Anytime I have to interact with a graph in ANY other app, I wish it was available in the format of the graphs in this app. Pure PERFECTION right here! Thank you so very much for this AWESOME app!!

Amazing App - Does Everything I’d Imagined. I needed something to track weight, caloric intake, exercise as well as sleep quality and a bunch of bespoke factors associated with a complex health problem. I’d spent many hours trying to adapt an IOS database to do this just as I wanted it. This app totally nails my specs and will allow csv export of all these time series so I can infer correlation/causation in re the health problem. Very powerful/flexible and takes a few hours to figure it out, but well worth it!

v2.2 Working fine however, my old data not displaying (is is lost?). UPDATING MY REVIEW - First I would like to thank the developers for this latest update. I appreciate the support. This version seems to be working like it is suppose to, however I still cannot see any of my old data, I really hope I haven't lost this old data forever and the developers get get it to display. Inside the app/About still says v2.1. If I get my old data back, I would give this app 5 stars. Sept 29, 2010 v2.1 upgrade - LOST all date/time info on my data in TRACK & GRAPH I have been using this app on 64MB iTouch 3rd GEN running iOS 4.0.2 and I use frequently during the day. After upgrading to v2.1 the date/time portion was missing from of all my data. The sequence of TRACK "My Items" changed and the TRACK date/time field was blank (normally app automatically generates this data). In GRAPH mod the date/time is missing on all "my items". I have rebooted 3 times and resync'd in iTunes now the date/time is appearing automatically when I click to enter new data in TRACK and appears in GRAPH for new items that I have entered after the upgrade, but date/time still missing on all my history in TRACK and GRAPH.

Powerful. Takes an investment of an hour or so to really learn how to to navigate customizations. Once you figure it out, oh my gosh how useful this application is!

Track lots of information, quickly!. I have been dealing with several chronic health issues, and wanted a convenient way to track a broad spectrum of symptoms, treatments, physical therapy, and other lifestyle factors. I had bought about 4-5 different apps for that purpose before I found this one, and my search was finally over. It is wonderfully customizable, and allows me to record (lots!) of data quickly on a daily basis. Other apps were less intuitive. I found that they either were not flexible/detailed enough to track the information I need, or were so detailed that they required too much time and energy to actually enter data regularly--especially since the reason I am tracking this information is because I have very limited amounts of time and energy! This app has really helped me to identify patterns and triggers, and prioritize the best ways to support my health. I have not fully figured out the best way to export data, but am confident I will. This is easily the best app that I found. All in all--this was what I was looking for!

Highly Customizable. Very helpful for tracking a variety of things. There are many different types of icons as well as the ability to add notes and see data in different ways.

Needs an update. Developer seems to have forgotten about it but still raking in the cash. Dropbox connection no longer works, so if I lose my phone, I lose all my data.

Love this app. This is the first review I’ve written, ever because this is a wonderful, useful, functional, intuitive app.

Hardware an. I like the App it is helping me a great deal with the care of my wife Be nice though if we could select metric measurements in lieu of imperial for countries using metric

Very handy app worth the small outlay. I’m using the app not just to track but to prompt me through my daily routine.. I’m tracking emotions, physical pain, and sleep in relation to hormone medication, amongst many other things . It’s the complete flexibility to customise my own priorities that I like the most. A great little app!.

An excellent app.. This is one of the most professionally written apps I have found. It is simply excellent, very well thought out and programmed. For tracking medical and other critical situations this is by far the best I have used. It is an excellent multi-purpose visual factor analysis program. Well worth the price paid. The only improvements I would like is the ability to change the units for an item, and to be able to sync between devices.

Whaaaat?. Can't believe they fail to mention it doesn't sync across devices BEFORE you buy. So you either have to try and set up quite involved tracking on your iPhone or do it on your ipad and then not have access to it all day. Rubbish ! It's a pretty basic 101 of app feature. And this is $6.50.

Handy. A handy little app that lets me track various things and compare them day to day.

Great but some glitches. I love this app but it has been a bit glitchy for a while on my device. Quite a few of the icons have frozen in the calendar view. Still giving 5 stars generally but I really hope you sort this issue

Brilliant. Brilliant way to track complex medical conditions. A great tool to gather information to work with doctors.

Worth the money. Very intuitive and well thought out. Highly recommended.

Terrible. Paid $10 for an app that won't save my data and has woeful help instructions. I want a refund.

Great app!. Very user friendly

I use it every day.. This app is so useful. For someone who is having trouble remembering if I've taken medication, this app is perfect. If I have one criticism it's that it's a bit difficult to go between the different screens. But I can track everything I need to, and send it to my pain management specialist. It is customisable and easy to set up. I use this app every day.

Cool as. Awsomeness

Fantastic. I have MS and have tried a number of similar apps and have found this to be the best. I do use it in conjunction with iMoodJournal and Symple to have a complete record of all my symptoms, moods, pain etc...

Excellent tracking app. The functionality of the app is excellent. Once I played around with it to customize it I realised it did absolutely everything I could want. There's multiple rating scales and types available, each item can be in multiple lists and everything is very quick to input. If functionality is what you're looking for- this is the app. The aesthetic is probably not to my taste, but the functionality is outstanding. Play with it and customize the inputs and you'll see!

Great versatile app. Great app. Very versatile. Lots of freedom. Easy to use.

Excellent!. Love this app. I tried lots of different apps to record my activities & pain. This one was the most complete package. Has everything I need. I just made my own category for 'Activities' to record household tasks. Having been unable to perform many things due to illness, I now record Make bed, load dishwasher etc. In a way it helps me try harder to do something so it shows on my chart.

Fantastic..so flexible. This is the best app I have found to track things..so many kinds of things & so easy to set up perfectly for whatever you want to track. I have chronic migraines & this app has been the most useful to track migraine related things as well as much more!

Handy tracker. I have a variety of health issues that I'd rather not have. Monitoring my everyday habits and certain stats was advised by my GP. I've found this app very handy for the most part. The graphs can show up patterns that I don't always see by myself.

Quick & easy. Quick & easy to submit regular updates throughout the day. This speed & ease is essential when keeping track of activities throughout the day.

Great app. Will be very useful when I go back to the doctor. One thing when I go into edit items it won’t let me select the last one (needed to change the weight to kg). I worked around it by adding an item called “z” but just thought I would let you know.

Great app. Highly recommended.. This app is fantastic. I was a bit hesitant at the price (10 bucks is a lot for an app) but I started using it straight away. It is completely flexible and it's easy to create things you want to track. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to keep an eye on their health and well being.

Fantastic and flexible App. Can's say enough good things about this App! I'm using this App to help my doctor diagnose certain recurring medical symptoms and also track migraines. I love that you can completely design the categories based on what you want to track, for example, I've created known migraine triggers like tomatoes, citruses etc to work out which are triggers for me. It's so easy to customise, easy to use and best of all, the app support team are prompt and very helpful. I asked about daily graphs which graph the development of the category entries within each day and was told they're working on that now. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the support team! A++++

Comprehensive and user friendly. This app allows my to record all my symptoms and customise them so they are tailored specifically to me. You are not limited by a pre set number of symptoms which is good. It also allows you to make notes for each day

Needs work. This is so close to being an app I would find useful, but there are some very poor UI choices such as action buttons being placed in small type above value selections. Try exporting data, for example, and in the body of the screen you can make selections such as HTML or CSV output. Then you search for the button to do the export. Where is it? In small type at the very top of the screen, not below the options. There's also a few bugs. Getting custom icons to 'stick' for example, is very frustrating. Nevertheless, I'm continuing to try to work with it. It could be very useful, but needs better UI design.

Nice, simple & useful. One improvement I’d like is that you can go back in to edit notes, as currently it deletes whatever you’d previously put in if you want to go back in to add something. Otherwise very easy to use and very useful.

Clean, customizable & convenient!. My only wish is for a web version to add and view my info as well.

Excellent. I like the pro version as much as the trial version. By following the instructions all of my data from the trial version got put into the pro version. I am a happy camper.

Excellent App. Very versatile and easy to use. I just wish it could sync data between devices.

Love it!. This app was made for me. Really customizable. Seemed expensive at first ... But it can do so much. If you want to track your progress toward a goal, manage your food or exercise, monitor a physical symptom, anything really, or all of it at once ... this is the one.

I am already addicted and I just bought it!. So far I have only used the Lite version, but was so impressed by it I jumped through the manifold hoops Apple puts in the way of purchase for a Canadian wanting to use PayPal to make the purchase. I love the idea of keeping realistic track of various parts of life and being able to see trends and progress at a glance. There are only two things I would suggest to improve it even further: a sleep chart that is more detailed than "more" and "less" etc.; one that covered a matrix of 24 hours (i.e. by having 24 boxes on the y axis and 7 or 30 or whatever on the x axis) that could map sleep more precisely (would benefit shift workers, students, new mommies etc.) and the incorporation of a matrix for tasks that have to be done at some point in the week, but aren't nailed to one day in particular (i.e. I do laundry several times a week, but that is dependent on what needs washing, d'uh) It could have the tasks noted on the y axis and the days of the week noted on the x axis, with a visual representation at the end of the week to show whether you really did do all those chores you had in mind at the start of the week. :-) Great app as it is, and god bless you for making it so multi-sided and remembering things like pain and mood. :-) You guys rock!

Disappointed and feel cheated. I bought this in a bundle to support my goals for the new year. It cost approximately $15 for five apps. After opening all five apps I realized that they were virtually identical and that it easily could've been built into one app with a simple toggle between habit types. So - I purchased one out for $15. That wouldn't be so bad but I quickly realized that the interface design was poor and the usability was even worse. Navigation was not intuitive entries were confusing and overall I quickly came to the conclusion that I wasted my $15. I will attempt to get my money back and I would be cautious before buying any other apps from this developer based on this experience.

Does what's expected. This app isn't super flashy but it gets the job done. It's the only true habit app I've found. It would be nice to see some better graphing features but otherwise it works well. I use this app for data collection and then export for review in excel.

Great App. I love this app. It is easy to use and allows me to track whatever I want.

Feature packed and very customizable. I love this app. It blows my mind how many features they managed to cram into this app. And the data available as well as all the visualization options are incredible.

Great App!. Very easy to use and super flexible.

I like it. Just started using this app and have been customizing it for my use. Haven't run into any bugs so far (will update if I do find any). This needs a way to keep data in sync across devices automatically - I emailed the developer and they are working on that now. For now I consider this a 4 star app. When sync comes and so long as I don't find any serious bugs I can see this being 5 stars for me.

User friendly with minor glitch. Easier to remember to track my health and see trends than using my journal. I'm tracking health issues and I just now thought I should track my smoking habits. It's easy to add new items to track and i will add cigarettes after this review. I only ranked this 3 stars since I cannot seem to get push to work. I am a new iPhone user, and if it ends up being something I did wrong, I will edit my review.

Keeps you honest. I love this app. It's fun to use and easy to monitor a plethora of behaviors, moods, etc. Goodbye excel, hello Track & Share.

Sneaky. They let you use it for a while and once you have invested enough time to track your pain, they suddenly say pay! Sneaky app

Whoa.. This is exactly what I've been looking for. Now when I say "i feel like I've been ill or in pain so much this year" I can actually see if I have! So great for tracking pain management and stress.

Love this update but update broke formatting for iPad. The recent update (yesterday) broke the formatting for iPads in landscape mode. Keyboard covers entry field. Otherwise I love this app for helping me track my meds and their effects.

Rather Convenient!!. App's is a bit quirky/buggy, does take a while to get it all set up. Once set, it is very convenient. I imagine it will only get better.

Track and Share. This app seems to have many bugs but the developers seem to be actively trying to improve it. Try the lite version before you buy.Tr

Great app that could add some bonuses. I love the fact that I can track my habits but my progress on anything not just numerical data, but what did I also, like what I used wash my face, oil cleans vs. cleansing milk, vs steaming vs. regular soap. The fact you can look by month or by chart allows for great was to view progress. The fact the line/bar/icon charts are stack make it easy to compare charts to see correlations. Weaknesses of app So what are the down sides it still a little glitchy on icons, if you have to correct your icon it may not always take. You also cannot predetermine how many icons you want which is a big flaw, if you ask me, for an app that is supposed to be fully customizable. Instead you are force to chose from their pre defined list, which means that If you need use specifically 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11 icons you cannot (but you cans use 12, highest amount of icons given). You cannot store icons that you made in the icon library but more of an inconvenience than a flaw. Bonuses this app DOESN'T have but would be great: 1 More graph colours (for bars and lines). 2. A pie chart option so you can see overal scope different icons in a week month or year for item or overall items (of similar data) per category. 3. Library to store your own icons 4. Line listing for notes, great that you can see what days you wrote notes but a list with a title or first line of each note would make it easier to find certain incidences or key notes. Right now you get an icon. 5. Being able to see several icons in day on calendar per category. That would be another way to connect allergies, sensitivities or other triggers to days a person has minor/major reactions.

Ideal tracker. I used the light version before, several times, until I decided I really need it. It really helps keep things simple, and it is very stable.

Like the concept ... Too many bugs. This is a neat concept. The current version has lots of bugs though. The developer said they are going to clean it up. Took me a while to figure out how to toggle graph modes. It's a bit too limited in functionality. The next step in development would be to show some sort of correlation data. Based on bugs, limited functionality I'd definitely say it not worth the 4.99

All I need!. This is an awesome app. I use it to record many different things, and it is one of only two apps that I use on a daily basis. Great job!

So glad to have found this.. This has been a Godsend! It covers so many other apps that I have been using and condenses them into one format and allows me to compare them all against each other. I can track my mood, my health, my tiredness, what I've eaten and what time of the 'female month' it is and co-relate them all to see if there's a pattern. I'm using it to build habits such as make my bed, drink enough water and keep in contact with friends. I've set it to monitor whether I have expressed thanks and to note what made me feel happy that day and it's helped my daily outlook. I hope it helps you too. My only complaint? When I have neglected to fill in some notes or monitor my carbohydrate/veg/protein/etc consumption it can tell me how many items I still need to fill in but won't lead me to them - that would be a great addition.

Great medical app. I've used this app for at least six months now, perhaps longer, and can honestly say that it is one of the few daily trackers that ranks high over many others that I've 'auditioned'. It is customizable, so you can track everything pertinent to your health in one place, can be backed up in a cloud format, and synced between my devices. I find it awkward to track pain on one app, fatigue on another, etc., when I can easily place all information that I need to see in this one app. I have not have had problems with the app crashing or anything of that nature. Huge kudos to the people who took the time to produce a useful app that can be used by people with many varying health conditions.

Refund please !!!. My son had spoken so well about this app that I purchased it under "family sharing iOS feature", but the developer has billed me for this purchase while my son had already paid for it last year. I didn't expect this from you. I would re-write my review if refunded. Please Refund !!!!!

Easy to use and adjust to meet needs.. I love this app. Occasionally have tried other similar apps for more specific tracking apps ( sleep, mood, diet, exc.) I always come back to this as I can change it to fit my needs and track what I want to track. Also I can keep track of everything in one app.

Great app!. I use this app every day to track various things in my life.

Flexible. Very helpful app for tracking a number of things quickly and easily. Once you figure out the options it's very easy to customize.

Just what I was looking for. I had almost given up looking for a simple app that could track and trend multiple variables in my day to day life. This app did it better than I hoped. Only one improvement I can think of would be to use a food database for food entries. Otherwise the list for tracking food would get long if you want granularity.

Supporting my Lifestyle. I have successfully used this app for a couple of years now. I really like the flexibility in setting personalized goals. As mini- goals are achieved or built into consistent practice, I simply adapt the category to support the next level. Great tool for quickly measuring progress!

Outstanding app!!. Love the interface, details, comparisons and flexibility of this app. Amazing support. Congratulations on an app I use every day :) Highly recommended!

Execution and graphing lacking. Great concept but the app is buggy and the visualizations are not very useful/appropriate for anything I tried to use it for.

Exceptional. Terrific visual program that is very flexible, easy to use and fabulous support if needed. Thanks, just what I needed to keep track of health issues.

Fantastic. Great app, after surgery it helped me track my recovery and what did and didn't work for my body which helped me recover faster.

I enjoy the app. For the next update…. I enjoy the app and use it daily. For the next update, is it possible to have the rest of the modern icon set completed? I would like for all of the icons to match. Having the older icons for tracking things like water, activity and weather stand out a lot compared to the sleek design of the modern/simplified icons.

Exceptional!!. Been using this app daily for a month now and I have not seen any bugs. I started with the free trial and made up a few things to track. Then bought the full version and transferred my tracked items seamlessly. Created a large set of new items to track and added a category or two. After a week added a few more items. This all worked as expected. Features that stand out for me are that the badge reminds me how many items I have not filled in today, and I can export the data to a spreadsheet to do any fancy analysis that I want. The badge reminder can be set to ignore any items that I deem optional, and the built in graphing is good enough that I have not felt a great need to export the data to excel but I tested the capability. You can make multiple entries for each item each day and they get time stamped and you can add a comment. Also you can change the time stamp so if you want to record your blood pressure at 2 pm but don't make the entry until bed time, you can set the time stamp to 2 pm, and for each item you can add a comment such as "just ran a mile" to note why your blood pressure might be high. Finally, I like that I can go back and edit entries. This helps if I made an error or if I later want to clarify something with a comment. Setting up new items and categories seemed a bit clumsy at first but I think that it was mostly a matter of the iPad standard user interface (got the iPad only a couple of weeks before). My advice is to just experiment and the UI becomes easy and intuitive in a short time. I have now tried hundreds of different apps from games to painting, and this one stands out as intuitive (wrt filling in the tracking data), no nonsense (does one thing well without unwanted bells and whistles), robust (no crashes), and well designed. I haven't seen any iPad app that would compete with this for tracking whatever you want.

Awesome app. This app is totally customizable and very easy to use! Love it!!!! I would love a broader selection of icon pictures but the app does allow you to use any pictures as long as the size is right

Easy to use.. Easy to use and customize. Best way to track health parameters that are relevant for me.

Great App!!. I really love this app. Well worth the money, fully customizable and easy to use. I had to write a review, I use this app everyday and the possibilities of its use are quite endless. I have no idea how anyone could rate his rate anything below 5 starts. Great job!

TracknShare Pro. Fantastic! Completely customizable and still easy to use. I'm impressed!

I hate spreadsheets. LOVE THIS!!!. I have fallen in love with this app. I've been trying for nearly 3 years to consistently track my "DMO," daily methods of operation, for my businesses an always fell off the wagon, never knowing exactly how to duplicate my great months and have statistics on what needs to improve. I've never been this consistent in tracking for this long and I can feel personal momentum building. I'm excited about raising the steaks now. I spent time customizing my icons for the categories I created and something inside of me gets excited to check them all off! I can't wait to update the results I produce in my businesses from using Track & Share! Thank you!!!!

Useful program, this one is a keeper.. I didn't understand at first what it was supposed to do, however, the users guide is very good at explaining things. Support responded to my email questions very quickly. Once you have entered data over a period of a few days the graphs come alive with useful information. I love this program and I find it very useful. I like the idea of giving my iPad more to do, and Track and Share will certainly do that.

Great App!. This is the best app for tracking almost anything. It is more sophisticated than most, meaning that you have to understand the "Categories" and "Items" relationships. I personally use it to track Health - nausea, fatigue, and stress, Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water, and coffee/tea, Pain - headache, back, neck and shoulders, abdominal, intestinal, and foot, BM and Urine output. My suggestions for the manufacture are to provide easier sequencing of categories and items within categories. Also, a larger library of images for items. I bought the IBS companion app and found that T&S would do everything I needed acceot the images. Well worth the purchase for the main app, and worth the time to practice using it to get to know the elegance of the user interface.

Best tracking app. This is about the 5th or 6th tracking app I've tried, and am very confident it will be last one I ever download. Yes, $9.99 is a lot to pay for an app, but this one is really worth it. Frankly, I've probably thrown away almost that much on all those other cheaper tracking apps that didn't work out for me. TracknShare is extremely versatile and fun to use. I really love that you can see multiple graphs in one view, allowing you to detect correlations between things you are tracking. And you can switch among multiple options for displaying the tracking results. Because this app does so much, you might have to spend some time with it to really appreciate all the features (some features are not as intuitive as they could be). But along with your $9.99, your time doing so will be well rewarded.

Awesome except for export. This app is great for tracking lots of things and easily allows you to create your own things to track. The one bad aspect is that to export, you have to send each item one at a time. This is not good when tracking info that you want to send to a doctor or someone else. I had to send over 35 emails, or spend hours trying to combine them all into one spreadsheet. A huge waste of time. Please fix this. **UPDATE** Quick response from developer. They tell me they are working on the full export function, which was apparently lost in the last update. Hope it's soon!

Better now on the iPad. The update has significantly improved both performance and look & feel--It's now an iPad app. It's still a bit awkward, but finally seems to be worth a serious try. Original review: I really like the idea of this app, but it is ugly and unworkable on the iPad. Basic functions are buried behind multiple screens, which means a lot of clicking. The friendly icons are lost on broad pages of white space. I suspect it's very well designed for the iPhone/iPod, but the developer hasn't yet done the work to make it an IPAD app. Sad. 2 stars

Track Anything - Learning Curve - Useful. This app can track anything and has customizable features; although it tracks, I also use it to gather ideas and thoughts together and clarify. An example might be writing conclusions about what I track to trigger ideas, brainstorming, etc. I can track simple or complex, its up to me! There is a learning curve - much good can come from learning this app if you want to be motivated to track anything. I even tracked fleas I combed off my cats during flea season so it tells me how hard I need to fight them nasty critters. June a total of 95 fleas caught and disposed of; July about 55 fleas. August ZERO! Great App!

Wonderful app. I just love this app. There's almost no limit to how much stuff you can track with this. Do you want to track your daily exercise minutes? How many servings of veggies or protein you had? Or how often you give in to temptation? Do you want to track your meditation sessions or how often you cuss? What about tracking your flossing habits? It's really great. I almost dont know what to do with all the screens. And they plan to add journaling capacity too. The only minor issue to me is that it's a little complicated to edit something you recorded by mistake by it's doable. Developer responded very quickly to my email. All of this for the cost of a cup of Starbucks coffee. Can't be beat! Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

Works, but lacking and inscrutable. Attempting to use this to track pain has been a so so experience. Learning to use the app took more work than necessary, the app is set up with a large number of absurd categories which I felt the need to immediately delete in order to avoid information overload. The reporting charts make very little sense and are fairly hard to read. I can't set an arbitrary report length or period. I would really like a large calendar view that showed all of my entries as icons for the past month. Instead I have to show the tiny calendar to the Dr. page by page. I'm using the app because I haven't found another good option. I would switch if I did. Rating would be lower if there was competition.

Almost there - very good. This app is very helpful. It allows me to track my own pain and treatment as well as my son's. There are a couple improvements I think are essential, though: 1) please make it so I can export graphs to my doc like the graphs I can view within the app. Rather than files I need to create in graphs myself. The graphs in the app are useful so the tool clearly has the capability to create them. Data alone isn't useful. 2) the counter option needs a toggle or something. So when you accidentally hit it one too many times you can fix your mistake. As it stands now it just looks like I took more pills than I did if I'm using it to track medicine, or had more incidents of something than I really did. 3) the graphs should zero as the baseline so it's comparing against that. Rather than against the lowest number selected. So if my pain level has been at its lowest a ver high it appears to be low visually right now. The graph should have none as the baseline so it visually appears as very high. Otherwise great start! Not an easy thing to track with flexibility.

Good but not keeping up. All-in-all this is a good app, but it is interesting to me that it is well over a year since the last update. They are not moving forward with Apple's technologies. First, for an app that has share in it's name, it is not very easy to share among your iDevices. How about iCloud support? I really want to be able to enter and view my data from any of my iDevices. Next is Apple Watch support. For tracking some of my personal habits the Apple Watch is the perfect device. It is always with me. My iPhone, most of the time, but not always. The entry is so simple on this app why not let me be able to update from my Apple Watch? Address these two areas of concern and my rating will go up. While you are at it (since it seems updates are sparse) make sure you support iOS's multitasking and split view on the iPad.

Incredibly Powerful App. Every once in a while you find an app that changes your life. Sounds extreme but it's true. Attempts to build positive habits go well for a week or two, then get sporadic, then I get frustrated, lose track and give up. Then I set up a screen of the 3-4 things things to remember first thing in the morning, during the day, in the evening, and then a wrap up screen to review before I go to sleep. Even when I get tied up and don't make entries for a day or two, that's ok - I see the overall trend and just start back up again.

Could be 5 Stars, but.... I really like this app and use it daily to track my pain and mood. Dealing with chronic neuropathic pain after spinal fusion it is almost critical that I track this sort of stuff and share it with my doctor each month. I would have given a 5 star review, but the app needs to be updated to allow the user to select which items to share and then create a csv file of all items that have been selected. It's a pain and time consuming to have to click through every individual item and then consolidate the various csv files into one to share with my doctor. Please update this and I'll give it 5 stars.

Great app, responsive developer. Prev reviewer is wrong saying you can't delete the pre-existing items. You CAN delete them; it's just not nearly as obvious as it could/should be. You can't swipe-delete them (which would be ideal) but you can open up the edit screen for an item, scroll all the way to the bottom, and tap on the big red "delete" button you'll find there. I've tried most of the tracking apps out there and this one is my favorite. It is the only one with enough customization options to really be useful to me. I actually have had aspirations toward someday developing a tracking app of my own, and this app comes closest to what I would do. OK, so now the negative stuff. Currently the push notifications and app icon badges appear not to be working. It is a bit cumbersome to have to export every item individually when you have a large number of items you're tracking. However, the developer is very responsive: I emailed them with my suggestions and received a reply, no joke, within 1/2 hour, and it was a Saturday! Each time I've contacted them I've always gotten a speedy reply.

New user charmed by interface. I was looking for an app to track my mood and different things that might affect it (did I exercise, did I drink, how much did I sleep, etc), and I wanted it to feel easy and fun to update. All of this works great on this app! I spent a bit of time customizing it to be the way I like it, which was fairly straightforward while having a *lot* of different options to make it look how you like if you poke at the interface a little. I also liked that it didn't try to link up with lots of other apps, which is NOT what I'm looking for. I wanted a system for self-tracking and the little bit of self-reflection caused by doing it yourself, and it works great for that.

Ungainly, plus an annoying problem. Overall, I like the app. I can see how it could be pretty helpful though it takes a while to figure out all the parts of it that you might want to use. There are things in the grass that don't care to graph and I don't seem to be able to turn those off. Be nice if I could change scale, make notes or export those things specifically as a graph if I wanted to. No way. My biggest gripe: if you're typing something, especially a really long thing, and you forget to hit the enter button but click on another category, poof! It's gone. No recovery, no "do you want to save?", no temporary storage so you can go back and hit the enter button later. Gone. Gone forever. I really, really hate that.

Love it. Great app that lets me get my sciencey nerd side on by tracking different variables of my life. The old adage that knowledge is power holds true to this app. You can keep track of anything you can find a way to quantify and dig back to the past to compare and contrast. Find correlations you never thought of. The app itself is not perfect, the interface is a little clunky but the developers listen to the customers and are willing to make improvements based on suggestions. Highly recommend if you need to track anything or everything.

Helps with watching for change over time. I'm currently going through some treatment that is questionable in its efficacy. This app helps me to see if I'm actually feeling better over time or if I'm just thinking I am. I also use it to track some health issues going on with my kids, which seems to be very helpful for me in figuring out what's going on for them. Really appreciate the app. I find it easier to use on my iPhone then on my iPad but works fine in both.

Great app, worth price. I love this app. I tried the lite version and really didn't want to (nor intend on) buying the full version. First, yes, $10 is a little much much but think of the money you'd spend on a paper journal for everything you have here and remember you'll probably use something on your phone that can have badge reminders on it more than a paper version. Plus the icons for those that are visual and being able to look at each item month by month. This is the only way I've ever successfully tracked my moods and what contributes to them. I switched the "express gratitude" to "write in gratitude journal" which is another app I have. I love that you can decide which, if any, items you want to be in the badge as reminders that you haven't filled them out yet.

Track ALL The Things!. Of all my goal keeping and tracking apps, this is the one that sees the most use. It provides for a variety of inputs (yes/no, numbers, notes) so that you can track nearly everything you want to and output it to a handy graph. I enjoy marking things off--like getting a shiny gold star for the day. I track things like medications, weight, migraines, word count, flossing, miles walked, did I study my German, etc. I could see this app being useful for women trying to conceive, as it would be great for tracking basal metabolic and period cycles. I think the addition of goal dates and a timer might be great, but in general, I find this app pretty useful for my needs. And incidentally, I have flossed every day this year. I take a pic of my flossing chart at the end of each month and post it as a sort of reward for myself.

Quantum Leap - Great Useful App!. The latest version is a quantum leap! This app is so useful now that I would have been happy to pay a premium for it. I have used many data tracking apps and they are either too general/flexible (e.g. I might as well just set up my own spreadsheet) or they are too specific and limiting. They really got it right and balanced ease of use with flexibility and functionality. I use it many many times per day to track various different metrics (that I can keep separate) such as what I eat (calories), daily weight, running progress, daily workouts, or personal and professional productivity. The app allows me to see the data either in totals, averages, individual entries - and especially graphically where I can compare metrics side by side. There are even nice export options though the app has everything I need. 5 stars. Nicely done.

Great app! Definitely worth getting!. I absolutely love how I can make a category & set up a highly customizable list to track exactly what I need it to track. Then it actually offers a share option which is very useful. It also graphs things out for you so you can see trends easily. I wish they also shared graphs & not just tables but either way it's still worth the investment! Also a little disappointed that color themes are no longer available. The yellowish color doesn't always agree with my eyes(visual issues).

Love this app!. I've been using this app for several months, mostly to track medical symptoms, and it is flat out indispensable. It took me a while to get used to the new look after the last update, but it has grown on me. This app lets you track anything you can think of with handy graphs, cute graphics and notes. It takes a little fussing to figure out everything (especially accessing old notes), but once you know how to use it, this is an app that will quickly find its way to your home page.

Excellent app; totally worth it!. I love this app. I had been using a pretty expensive monthly-fee web program that did not even do as much as this. It took a little bit of time investment to set up the categories, but it is SO easy to use and I am recommending it to friends who are therapists, parents, and anyone else who wants to work toward a goal. Two very minor issues--one is the very limited icon bank. There's a work-around since I can take photos to use as icons, but it seems like this could be easily expanded. And the other is not being able to switch measurement styles for an item. I understand that it would impact charting and may not be practical, but it would help the beginner determine the best fit--a good work around is to end the item and start a new one. Overall, this app is a GREAT investment.

A good start, but needs a lot of work. Update: no significant advances to this app in years. No TouchID, no Health kit integration, no Siri integration, and the interface is still as clunky and ugly as ever. This is the most flexible and potentially powerful app I've found for tracking various aspects of my life. Unfortunately it's got big problems: UI design - the interface is unintuitive and clunky. It does not respect the design conventions set forth by Apple and used in other apps, so it's often hard to tell what is a button or a text input field, and there's a frustrating lack of swipe options. I wish there were better options for visualizing all your data over time as well. Sync - there is no syncing of settings and data between devices. This seriously limits it's usage for me. Luckily you can backup to and restore from DropBox, but I don't know if you can do this across devices. You can also backup via email, but I'm not sure what the use of this is since the backup file can't be opened by Excel. Documentation - there is very little, aside from a tutorial. The User Manual and FAQ items within the app are empty. Icons - there isn't enough variety of icons for all the things you might want to track, and most of the ones there are ugly or hard to read.

Awesome!. This app is incredible for chronic disease management that requires lifestyle modification or identifying relationships. I have RA, OA and fibromyalgia. Through this app I have been able to make correlations between amount of sleep, pain, and fatigue; identify the best time for taking various medications based on patterns in my data; and show these trends to my providers as we collaborate to adjust or change medications and treatment plans. This app combined with my Jawbone UP have been the best investments in my disease management and movement toward reconditioning and health optimization. Thanks for creating this one!!!

Awesome ap!. The upgrade is nearly everything I wanted. You can see your whole day at a glance, track any kind of thing you want as either numbers or a rating. I'm keeping track of weight, exercise, glasses of water and how many hours I work each day. But you can do anything you want. Then you can see a graph of your daily, weekly or monthly progress. If I were to get just one more little tweak, I would like to see numbers on top of each bar in the bar graphs. Best tracker ap I've seen!

Useful, flexible, fantastic. This is the ideal mood/exercise/sleep/food/whatever you want tracker. It is flexible enough to make it how you want while staying uncomplicated & easy to use. I track more than mood. It is great for athletes (sleep, food, intensity and time of workouts), people watching their food intake, stress levels. The more you use it the better and more informative data you get. And best, you can export to share with your doctor, therapist, coach, dietitian, or just to excel to run correlations or make graphs! See what you can learn about yourself!

William Tell. Update review : a big improvement - much easier to add or edit data, i preferred the old graphs which were easier to read but overall a real step change Original review : The app has helped me track email clearance, daily planning, focus on key tasks resulting in solid improvements in efficiency. It has also helped me dramatically cut down on junk food, alcohol and increase my daily exercise routines - this helps me sleep better and feel less stressed and I can also track this. There are some improvements possible but it does what it says and has replaced my excel spreadsheet - the developers responded quickly to queries and it will be interesting to see if they adapt some of my suggestions

Definitely not worth the price.. The 5 star reviews are fakes. The app looks like bad. It's awkward to use unless you like spinner controls for everything. Instead of just being able to type in a number you have to select it one digit at a time. For has a spinner control that displays hours 1-12 twice and you have to look at a different part of the form to see if it's on am or pm. If you record values multiple times per day the graphs are completely worthless for analysis -- they only show a minimum of 1 day, giving you the option of displaying the latest, first, min, max or average value, but not seeing a breakdown by hour. I'm sorry, but why does it have a day graph (as opposed to week/month) if it's openly going to show one value for the entire day. Overall - definitely not worth the money.

Amazing customization, extremely versatile.. This is an amazing tracker. YOU figure out what you want to customize and throw out what you don't. You can use their categories or create a ton of your own. You can also modify or create the WAY that you want to track something. Let's take food, for instance. You can track calories, portions, ounces, servings, colors, categories, food group... It's endless. And because you can create your own categories, you can track everything under the sun. Literally. Great app.

Great for Keeping Track. Helps me see the relationships between all aspects of my life that I care to track. Extremely versatile in allowing as much or as little detail you wish to provide about each category you're tracking. Invaluable for trying to figure out why you feel the way you do, as well as for detecting patterns, habits, areas for improvement. It will be a real asset in reviewing what's happened between doctor appointments, in order to better prepare.

New user. This app is fantastic! I was able to setup tracking of health issues I need to follow for some post-surgery health problems. It was easy to setup, and after playing with it some, this is going to do exactly what I need. I also realized that I could setup some other items, such as tracking my period (sorry guys) and tracking my exercise goals. When I had a question on one small item, I emailed the help and got a really quick response that answered my question. This group seems to be on top of making improvements and responding to customers. I am very impressed. I am also excited about seeing my first month of data gathered and relieved that I can now track my health issues quickly and easily and know that the data will be in a format I can use and easily share with my doctor. Thank you!

Exactly what I was looking for. Been looking for app to document daily occurrences which will then show trending. Read a book called 10 essentials of highly healthy people and wanted to start tracking a number of items. I customized to include quite a bit more including watching tv vs. reading each day. Takes some time out of each day documenting but when you start seeing trends, positive lifestyle changes can be made. I tried to start documenting in excel but this 10x better and easily worth the 10 bucks.

5 stars, but.... The app functions a little strangely. When I delete categories, it removes the one I meant to delete, but it appears like I deleted the very last category on my list. I have to exit the app and boot it up again to fix it. Also, the "Graph" screen/tab runs much more slowly after the recent update. I don't know if this is a bug, or if it's just because I have too much data recorded. Either way, it's a little annoying. Regardless, this app does what it says, and does it very well. It's just a little bit buggy.

Overall Very Pleased.... I really enjoy using this app and recommend it to anyone looking to track whatever they want. A great way for people to help build routines, or if your life is as busy and chaotic as mine to keep track of yourself. But there are a few things I would tweak just to make it even more perfect. I wish I was able to get more detail and have each entry, even multiples of the same tracked item, track separately. And would like the ability to change the entry time in case I am tracking something well after the fact. I absolutely adore the little added touches of ability to change the color themes and icons that make this app not just a helpful and practical one but also a fun one!

For Healthy People & Those with Chronic Illness. This is a great app for healthy people to use to improve their life and to use for "self quantification". However, I find it most useful for tracking symptoms associated with a chronic illness such as pain. Since things such as levels of sleep, mood, weather, and medication can affect pain levels; this app can be of great assistance in determining variables and associations. Pros: highly customizable, custom graph views, export to share with health/medical professionals, can be used by more than 1 person. Cons: Does not sync across devices, user manual not avail when their servers are down (as is the case at this moment). The most important improvement that could be made is syncing. I use this on my iPad, however, there are times when I do not have my ipad with me. I then have to enter data on my iPhone and subsequently copy to iPad. With the cloud and syncing ability that is so prevalent in today's technology, this is nonsense!

Fabulous app!!!!! Highly customizable. One of a kind.. Love this app!!! I use it every day (and I have bought lots of apps that I barely touch or end up removing). This one is perfect for establishing new habits since it's super easy to set things up just as you want it. I've never found another app with the combination of ease of use, customizability, and great reporting features. Also I've never had any trouble with crashing or bugs. If you're a Quantified Self kind of person and don't want to build your own custom spreadsheets for everything you track, then this is the best option for most types of personal metrics.

Great Little App!. Easy to use and customizable. I use it to track my meds, log my dreams, set goals . . . And because entries are designed to be short and simple I find I'm more committed now than when I was trying to elaborate more. I would like to see better graphing available--or maybe I'm just not understanding how to use what's there. I'd like to be able to compare two categories and see how they influence each other-- like meds and pain, or stress and school, etc. like I said, maybe it can do that and I'm not getting it. Everything else about this app is so easy, I guess I assumed that part would be too and when I didn't quickly figure it out, I assumed it couldn't do it. Anyway, great job! Highly recommend this app.

It does just that: track/share. Track how many miles you ran, how much time was spent doing an activity, how happy or sad you were, etc. The data doesn't really interact or anticipate if you didn't meet your goals like a personal trainer app for anyone who wants to stay on top of their habits. But in terms of "track'n'share", it does just that. App suggestion: -- When you click the +button to "track" an item, it should instead call up a menu of options that asks you if you want to 1. "track" item, 2. view stats in list view (with filters for week, month, year, or all entries), 3. Calendar view, 4. view graph mode, 5. edit item's settings

Awesome, keep up the good work. This app is awesome. Just what I was looking for. The ability to customize all the different settings per item is great. It has worked for me, as I'm actualizing all my new years resolutions (weight/exercise), as well as seeing 'the story' the numbers and graphs tell to track other misc. ailments/behaviors. It is a bit pricey at $10, but if somebody told me I'd get this far in my goals with this app's assistance, I would of gladly shelled out $10 on the spot. Thank you for helping me to get motivated enough to throw out all that holiday candy! I hope at the price point that the developers continue incorporate and improve the app, keep up the great work!

Fantastic Tracking & Diary App. I have spent a great deal of time searching for the perfect app to track number of health, mood, prescription, time, and other sundry items to monitor my progress in life, as it were. I have spent countless dollars in the App Store to find this app and that app to perform the function that this at performs all-in-one. If you take the time to set up your items in this app to do exactly what you need it to do. The developers have done a wonderful job creating a fantastic tracking, graphing, and reporting app. Having a Masters degree in Psychology, I can definitely say that part of changing and modifying behavior is self-knowledge, and then taking action by doing self-cognitive behavioral therapy. Track & Share Pro is a wonderful tool to assist in this process.

This app has literally been a lifesaver!!!. This app has helped me work with my medical providers in so many ways. The app is very easy to customize to track the symptoms, events, etc. you need to track for any medical condition or series of symptoms you may be having. I've developed a habit to quickly track these things at night. The couple minutes I take has created a wealth of extremely useful information for me and my medical providers, which has allowed us to customize my care very precisely. No more shot in the dark approaches to treating chronic conditions. I've used the app for several years and have never had any problems with it.

Great customizable app!. This is really great - I can keep track of a lot of things in different categories exactly how I want to keep track of them. Some suggestions: 1.) With the rolling numbers (0:00 input screen), can you make it go all the way around, for instance start at 0 but you have the option of going forward to 1 minute or backward to 59 minutes? Right now it's a little inefficient. 2.) Can you make a way to do calculations with gathered data? For instance, I keep track of how much time I spend studying Chinese each week, and it's tedious to add each day's times up myself. Can there be options for total/time or how far away you are from your goal/time for different categories, and some page with those results on it? Thanks!

I am my own avatar. I'm not great at knowing how I feel, let alone when and why. Now I have an easy and fun way to check in with myself. How AM I feeling? Oh look, I was stressed out all day, didn't call a friend, then ate junk for dinner to soothe myself. That's why I feel the way I do. This is a great nonjudgmental way to just look at my habits and how they effect my health, moods, and work ethic. It's like the game The Sims, only instead of making sure my avatar is living a well balanced life, I'm taking care of me! Thanks, Guru.

excellent tracking app. If you need to track anything and share the results, this is the app for you. I find it a little cumbersome to use occasionally, but it gets the job done with overall simplicity and ease. The most cumbersome aspect to me is having to recreate an item if I want to change the tracking type. i.e., i originally create an item as a 5 point scale and I discover I would rather track it as a 3 point scale. I can't just convert it to another scale type, but have to delete it and recreate it. I lose my history in the process. Despite this, I'm giving the app 5 stars because it does what it's designed to do very well, which is to track and share. also, I've emailed the developer about a problem and he was very responsive and helpful. 5 stars for customer service, too!

iPhone 5 User. Fantastic app! I am currently tracking close to 30 items (mostly meds, medical symptoms and their triggers yet this app is so customizable it can be used to track anything) and data entry is quick and easy. I love how you can compare all the items quickly in a graph in the app or export in a file you can open in Excel. Interface is really nice on iPhone 5 and mostly intuitive. However, since the app is so customizable, there is a bit of a learning curve, yet the FAQs and videos are very helpful. For example, you can change the time when you are tracking an item by clicking on the date/time at the top. Awesome support for this app too! I emailed a suggestion to them and received a response from the founder within the hour, and it was a very favorable response. This app is well worth the $.

Bit of a learning curve but worth it. I love this app. It's really helped me collect objective data about how well I'm reaching my goals. Because it's so customizable, it took me a few weeks to figure out what I didn't need to track, making it manageable. For instance, I now only use one category - health- and all my items are under that one category. Makes it much simpler for me. YMMV. I do wish they'd fix the back button/edit thing. They're too close together When you try to go back a day, it's almost impossible not to choose the edit button instead. A great app.

Auto lite entries into pro version pls!. Even after emailing my entries from the lite version, I cannot get them into the pro version no matter how many times it says that it's worked and I need to close the app. When I go back into it there are no entries at all. Why can't this be automated for $10? Also, why does it show a number on the app as if it has updates or messages? Nothing about that in the help area & i have no clue how to get rid of & if its important? think the app will be good but wonder why it's not more user friendly or if it simply has some bugs? Hope I'll be able to use it - sent an email for assistance & the customer service will tell if the $10 was worth it

Even Greater graphing capabilities!!. I use it for keeping track of my energy level, sleep, stress, coffee, and workouts. Tracking with this app is very intuitive. The scales for tracking all kinds of things are easy to understand and use. The interactive graphs are my favorite part of the app. I can see at a glance if I am on the right track. If not, I now have the tools to know why and do something about it. I use it on my iPhone & iPad. A very unique way to look at your life. Highly recommended! ☮ & ♥ Update: v3 takes graphing to a new level. Scrolling is very useful to move through historical data quickly. Bug patch appreciated. Thanks! Update 3/13: Getting better all the time. Thanx Habit Guru!
