Great App !!. I have had this downloaded as a podcast and am so excited that it's an App now ! I love David Spencer's teaching method and have learned so much in the two years that I have been listening that all of my Spanish speaking friends can't believe it!! Keep up the good work and thanks for a killer App!

Mr.. I would give it 5 stars if the order of the podcast was logical but at te same time the teaching and tips are fantastic. I tried contacting wizzard media to see if there was an answer to the order problem but Something glitched on their site and I'm not sure the question got through, so this my alternative. Let's see if we can fix this please. Even a table of contents or suggested lesson plan or course of study through the podcasts would be helpful. Thanks.

Disastrous Grammar. While his pronunciation is acceptable, his grammar is horrendous. My husband who is a native Spanish speaker overheard me listening to the app and was appalled that I was learning Spanish from something riddled with errors.

Solid Spanish Lessons. This is a great way to listen to the Dave Spensor Learn Spanish Survival Guide podcasts. I'm a big fan of Dave's lessons. They are easy to listen to, I've been listening every day on my drive to and from work, and they have been very helpful in my learning. I would have to say they are not geared to a person who has never been exposed to Spanish before but being a total new comer to the language following along was not difficult. I really like Dave's explanation of each word he teaches you, explaining it's root and literal meaning. Also with each phrase he provides ample context and often a small story or situation, this allows me to visualize its use and helps me to remember the word or phrase. Very helpful. I also find the audio controls extremely helpful. Half speed is helpful for comprehending word enunciation and I use double speed for review.

Great Concept, But Needs Improvement. Please get rid of music at beginning of each intro. Also, confusing as it seems each new lesson is not in order. Would give 5 stars if not for the above. Would also recommend to others if fixed!

Not user friendly.. K.I.S.S. keep it simple stupid I have 9 Spanish apps and this one was quickly tossed!

Conversations that make sense.. I have been learning Spanish on various apps and websites and have learned many words but I still struggled to have conversations. This app really helps me listen and speak better. I am putting together simple sentences with words I already knew but wasn’t sure about the grammatical structure. These simply sentences are really helping me feel better and progress in my learning. I love the way he explains the grammar as he goes so I can better form my own sentences.

Does not work. First screen comes up Flashing circle says loading Let it run for hour still loading 4g 4s 64gig

Services aren’t as promised. I have paid for the yearly subscription and the lessons are still locked and I can’t get to the advertised pdf files. I click on website and it says this domain is for sale. How can I contact the app provider?

Fun, easy and energetic. Along with a Spanish class that I'm taking, I stumbled across this podcast and just love it. It's got great info and is short enough to keep my attention. **Not sure about that other review saying "his grammar is bad..." if that's the case, my native-speaking teacher is also bad. That's a crappy, incorrect review!

Great app!. David is the the best! I've used several language learning tools. Still using duo lingo but use spanish2go everyday!

Hate it. This app used to be half decent, now it's garbage.

Not as Promised. Great lessons but app does not live up to original promise. First description of app led one to believe that pdf's for lessons would be attached. New lesson pdf's are not added in a timely fashion so that David can sell them from his website. This was misleading!

Never saw more money but..... To open sessions where you see a pad lock you have to upgrade.never read this when downloaded but a lot are free but some of the ones you find yourself saying that looks interesting are for the most part locked. Be prepared to spend money

Love it. Best game you can ever have

Used to be great. I paid for the .pdf files. Well worth it to go a long with the lessons. However it's almost the new year and I haven't seen new content since August and I haven't received a reply email from Dave. I wouldn't even mind paying a few bucks for the app itself, but really Dave get it together brother...

Not working. This app has a lot of potential. But I haven't been able to do anything with it. At best, any given episode plays for about 4 seconds, and then goes back out of the episode. Most of the time, nothing plays at all. I have emailed the creators regarding the issues, I must say they have replied promptly. But nothing has changed, nothing has been fixed. I love the podcasts Spencer does, was very excited about this app, but its not working.

Awsome app. It really helps me to better understand the Spanish language.

Totally Lame App - Don't waste your money. The sad thing about this app, is that I love this guy's podcasts. His podcasts really work for my learning style, so I happily signed up for this app thinking that his app would be as good as his podcast. There is very little new here if you have the (free) podcasts already. This app is just an interface that takes you to his on-line podcast content plus a few pdf's as bonus content. What is the most irritating and truly laughable is that as you use this app, on your screen you read the same content that you would see if your were downloading the podcast from the the associated website, including the words "Check out our new app in the iTunes app store" - Yikes, I have to read an add for this lame app as I try to use it. An endless loop of mediocrity. The creator of this app should be ashamed. Get an editor. Get a proof reader. Test drive the app on actual users to get some feedback. At least give this app a facelift and get rid of the ads for the app. We already bought it, we don't need to check it out!

Spanish 2 much self promotion. Very good instructor. Easy to learn and understand Spanish sentences and vocabulary through this app. However, I would get tired of the amount of time he spends promoting his app and web site during each lesson. 4 stars because of the quality of instruction.1star loss because of 2 much dialogue in self promotion.

Sometimes a bit too long with explanations. I think this is a great learning tool, especially for someone like me who studied Spanish years ago and needs a refresher. I am not sure how easy it would be for a complete beginner so cannot comment on that. It is very good in explaining why the sentence is structured the way it is. However, sometimes I feel as if it is broken down a little too much--but, again, probably because I have studied Spanish in the past. Of course, I do not expect this learning tool to be tailored to my level of knowledge alone but find the reviews are great because they cut back on the explanations and focus merely on the expressions. I wish there would be more reviews because I believe I would skip a lot of the podcasts and go directly to the reviews. Then, if I wanted more explanation, I could refer back to the podcast. Nevertheless, I am really enjoying these lessons and highly recommend them!!

Great App!. David Spencer does it again. An engaging professional teacher who makes it easy to remember phrases. There is sufficient space for you to repeat phrases and sentences on your own. I absolutely love this app with its easy links to both the podcast and the associated PDF files.
