Best Sleep App Ever. I have had Sleep Machine since my first generation iPod touch and have been loving it ever since. The sounds are high quality and the selection is amazing. Dozens of sounds, the ability to integrate music from your iTunes library, and volume control makes any combination possible. It is awesome to save sound mixes for playback later and use the nighttime clock feature. I will continue to use Sleep Machine as long as it exists. I love all of the current sounds and can’t wait to hear more new ones.

Sleep Machine rating. I have had this app for a number of years. It looks like they have a new updating, which is good. Hopefully it will include new sounds. The feature of being able to mix sounds is something I appreciate. It would be nice personal sounds could be added to the sound list with being able to export them elsewhere. It is a good product that has remained reliable and functional for a number of years. I would purchase it again for a one time fee.

My favorite for at least 6 years. I can’t remember exactly how long ago it was that I downloaded this, but I have used it consistently for at least 6 years. It’s the oldest app on my phone. I have dabbled with similar apps but I keep coming back to this. It’s the easiest one to use and it has an enormous selections of sounds. I enjoy creating mixes. More popular apps that do the same thing have fewer sounds, in-app purchases, and the interfaces are awful. Small issues: I might improve the search feature a bit, although it still technically works. And the task flow for creating and saving a mix isn’t very intuitive, but one can still figure it out after a couple of tries. But I still love this app and I hope it sticks around for many years to come. I want to be listening to my mixes on my deathbed when I’m 120. Keep up the good work!

Best Sound App out there.. Let me start by saying I have/had several "white noise" apps on my phone and iPad, both paid and free, and this one is the tops, no doubt about it. Of the top rated sleep apps that i have tried, including White Noise and Relax Melodies, this one has the absolute best sound quality and most intuitive controls. It blows the dedicated white noise generating stand alone machines out of the water. When I travel, the normal hotel noises are drowned out pretty good by mixing several styles of white noise, or sometimes I will mix in a comforting rain or the relaxing sound of the shore to help me get to sleep in a foreign place. Now, I get home and am disappointed by the fan we use in the bedroom...it's just not the same as the perfection you can tune with this app. Guess its time for a docking station in the bedroom! I highly recommend Sleep Machine if you won't settle for anything less than the best.

Like no other.. This is the only sound machine that my mind won’t pick up the sound track loops and drive me nuts trying to sleep. Just mix the different sounds in a customized personal mix and sleep like a baby. I’ve used it for years and just now reviewing while I reinstall it on a new device. Just get it. If this one isn’t for you it’s probably just because sound machines aren’t for you and nothing wrong with that. To each their own. Sleep well.

Sleep Machine is by far the best. I have tried tons of sleep aids apps and most contain artifact or identifiable sounds that my brain identifies as a sound loop. If I think the sound is just a loop, I’ll notice it over and over again and guess what? My mind is no longer at rest. Sleep Machine is reliable sounds with many many options. I use it with my Shokz Open Run Pro headphones at night and the rain surrounds me and I’m off to dreamland! Best app available!!

The Pinacle of Sleep Machines. As to be clear I have been using this app for over 8 years now (Starting with an iPod Touch and eventually an iPhone) and, despite it not being updated to fit my screen, it works more than 100% of the time. I use it every night and I never recall having it crash and stop working. Over the years I have customized the sounds to fit my needs. As per new users, give yourself a week to work and customize what exact sound you like. This is the best app on the app store.

Great and Free. In a day and age where it seems that every app is charging for its use, this is a wonderful option. I’ve had the app for MANY years and it has been consistent and great quality. I tend to like the music over the sounds and would love to have more options available, but what IS available is sufficient to get the job done. At home or away, it helps me quiet my mind to drift off to sleep. The options to personalize u to your sleep session are just what is needed. I highly recommend.

Unreliable don’t waste your money. It used to be a good app. This app is now useless. Do not pay for the upgraded version as it will be money down the toilet. It has not been updated for two years, which is sad. I paid for the paid version. Wish I could get my money back. Hate it when app developers have a good app, get you to turn over your cash for upgrades and then they ditch the app and run with your money. I go to bed with it running in the foreground and screen on like it says to do. The alarm never fires when it’s supposed to and when I looked to see why I find the app has moved itself to the background and shut the alarm off or I set the alarm for 8am and 30 seconds after I set it it starts firing. What good is that? Last night I decided to forget trying to use the alarm since it never works anyway and just decided to play cricket sounds. It did great until 4:30am, then for some reason just stopped. I looked at the app, it appeared to have the same settings I went bed with and should have been doing cricket sounds but no. I swiped the app off the main screen in disgust and as soon as I swiped it away the crickets started again. I gave up and just shut the app down completely. It’s a big fat tease because there are sounds on here I can’t get anywhere else but I can’t use them because the stupid app decides when the alarms will fire in the middle of the night or when the sleep sounds will be turned off to ruin my night of sleep. 🤬

Great app - horrible update. I've used this app for years and it's been great. This recent update has been terrible. I use this on my dedicated iPhone 5 and since the update about 2-3 hours into sleeping the app does this click thing constantly. I've tried to close the app and re-open but that doesn't work. I have to completely reboot my phone in order to reset the app. It then works again for a couple hours until it does it again. I find myself rebooting my phone usually twice every night, disrupting my peaceful sleep. This kinda defeats the purpose of the app. I hope the developer fixes this problem.

The BEST sleep app, hands down!. I've been using this app for a few years and I can't sleep without it! I've always used the white noise and now I use the brand new addition, recently added in the last update--Brainwaves for deep sleep! AMAZING. My husband has PTSD and had terrible insomnia until I introduced him to this app. We never go a night without using it now. So thankful for this app! It's worth the purchase for sure. It's also great for masking noises such as snoring, loud neighbors, etc. 100% recommend.

Back and Better than Ever!. Oh my goodness, I'm so happy! I had to delete this app last year after having it for YEARS, because it didn't work after one of the Apple updates to my phone. I just thought I'd check on it again after about a year, and BOOM! Updated! This is BY FAR, the best ambient noise/sleep aid sound app out there. The variety of sounds is awesome, and this girl is so happy it works on her phone again! And now there is even MORE variety! THANK YOU!

The best and most realistic!. My husband and I both have tinnitus, so a quiet room is actually the noisiest place to be! We use Sleep Machine whenever we sleep, even if it’s just a nap. I love to use the sound of the clothes dryer and the crackling fireplace together. Cancels out that high pitched noise that both of us hear (from tinnitus), and let’s us go to sleep and stay asleep to comforting sounds. Each sound has it’s own volume control and you can choose up to 4 sounds at a time to truly customize your experience. This app is the best we have tried and we have stuck with it for several years. Thanks for making a great product!

Great reliable that I use nightly. This app is incredibly useful for me and my family. I use it just about every night to help my kids fall asleep. I also use it to block our background noise when they are napping during the day. The pay version with the run in background feature was worth it for me given hours much I use it. I’m not sure if this is possible but it would be really cool if the white noise could come out of the iPhone speakers while my headphones were plugged in so that I could watch something on Netflix (without white noise audio) at the same time.

Best white noise app out there!. I was pleasantly surprised to find an update to this app after having it for I don't know how long. I got it when my daughter was an infant and we needed white noise on the go. Now my husband and I are also accustomed to having white noise to sleep so when we travel we like to use an app. I tried many other apps after this one stopped working, but none of them have the variety or quality of Sleep Machine.

This is July 3, 2020 and the app does not work.. The app was last updated in 2015. There’s a number of features that do not work. On several screens you can’t press the “done” button to close the screen. On the share button a window pops up that is gobbledygook and ghost images. You can’t select a recipient to share and you can’t close the window. For these features it is only possible to close and reopen the application.I tried to fix these problems by deleting and reinstalling the application and restarting my iPhone. However you can use the application, create and save new mixers and load a mix you’ve saved however you can’t close the window on the “SAVE” screen so you can only do that once then you’ll have to close and restart the application. I tried to send the developer an email using the email address that is shown on this page but my email was rejected because it said I didn’t have access. So you can’t contact the developer.

life saving app, love it!. I do not rate stuff but I have to tell you how much this app has saved me. My tinnitus started about 6 month ago and has never stopped. Sometime it is so loud it hurts. I put my headphones on with some mixed sounds from SleepMachine and I can breath again. I purchased it (I cannot stand ads) and it is worth every penny. I love the way it lets me add my own music with other sounds. Classical music works well with it. I cannot believe people have to live with this, tinnitus, it is sad and scary.

FANTASTIC!. This app is so awesome! It turns your phone into so many different gadgets! It is a clock that you can fully customize (24-hour time, alarm, Etc), A music player, a sounds-for-meditation player, a brain wave stimulator (very interesting), and a machine that makes an almost infinite number of ambient sounds, including such unusual things as a heartbeat (maybe good for infants), a cat purr, a humidifier and so much more. When I travel, my phone becomes my alarm and my go-to for comforting sounds and music. LOVE this app!

Love the look of the new update but has issues. At first I loved the new update but after the first day of use it locked up the sound on my entire phone. Had to reboot to get it working again. The next day it made me late for work as the alarm didn't even go off. Giving it 5 stars anyway as the developer is working with me to fix the issue. Plus this has been an outstanding app for years and I seem to be only one of very few having issues with the new version. Could be something limited to a setting on my phone. It's a top notch app with top notch support.

Hands Down The Best Sleep App. I’ve tried at least a dozen other sleep apps and I keep coming back to this one. Reasonably priced and works the best. Best variety of sounds and I love, love the deep sleep sound. When I don’t have that on, my deep sleep time drops by over 45 minutes a night! I’ve been with this app through all the updates and I can say the developer listens to feedback and makes changes and improvements accordingly. I know I sound like I’m being paid to say all this but I assure you I’m not. I’ve been on a journey to improve my sleep for the last 8 years and I track it closely with my Fitbit. My sleep apnea has also improved significantly thanks to this app, which was a big plus for me due to afib. In summary, get this app, you will be extremely happy you did!

Great customer support, superior app. Recently updated my iPhone 5s with the latest software and my sleep machine app would no longer play any sounds. I emailed customer support and received an almost immediate reply and update of the app. I just updated the app to 4.1.2 and it's working beautifully again. In the mean time I had downloaded a couple of other sleep apps to try and none compare to the range and quality of sounds and functionality. I really appreciate the update! Makes a world of difference in my sleep!

A Lifesaver!. I’ve been using Sleep Machine as a sleep companion for years. I love the variety of sounds as well as the fact that you can mix them into something custom made just for you. Probably one of the best apps ever made for the sound- sensitive people out there. The quality is there, too. Most of the “loops” are seamless, so if that is a distraction for you with other sound machines, this is the one to go with.

Relaxing. There are a variety of sounds and pre-made mixes. I like that I can create my own special combination (up to 4 sounds) though I have a fav go to, wind with rain and lightning. Why I like this, I have no idea as I honestly don’t wish for the real thing. You can even separately control the volume of each individual sound. Works great for meditation, sleep and just plain relaxing after a stressful day at work. Easy to use. Bring some peace into your life and get this app. You’ll thank me later. 👩‍⚕️

One of the best user experiences on the App Store.. I’ve been using various “sound machine” apps since the birth of the App Store. I’m not a great sleeper, and when I travel it’s even worse. This app is by far the best of the best— and if I could shake the hands and personally thank the UI (User Interface) team I would. They get it. The UI is perfect. Not too much, not too little. Easy to get quickly. Brilliant. And the sounds... the mixing... the clocks... wow. Nailed it all. THANK YOU. I am absolutely sleeping better.

Can't sleep without it! Most sound options. This is the best sleep out there. It allows me to mix and match my favorite sounds to help me fall sleep and stay asleep. And there are so many different sounds to choose from, many more than other apps have. It's easy to use and even has a timer and alarm. I prefer to keep the sounds running all night but you can set to fade out. If you use earphones there are so cool ambient sounds (heartbeat). Highly recommend this. And if you run across any questions and contact SM, you get an immediate reply!

Excellent sleep aid, needs work. I have serious insomnia, so I use this with a custom mix to help get to sleep at night. And it helps, a lot. Overall, it's very good, the loop tracks are excellent, but the UI needs serious work and upgrade. Developer has not updated in almost 18 months now and is unresponsive to feedback. For these items I deducted 2 stars. Suggestions/Complaints: • The UI is very confusing, it needs to be simplified. Some of the settings should be in a Settings panel and the App currently has none. The mix panel seems to appear and disappear for mysterious reasons, perhaps because the App needs to updated for iOS 10. • App appears to assume all sleep activity is preplanned, which is ridiculous, if I take an impromptu nap in the afternoon, it takes minutes for me to trick the App into engaging. • Some of the clock screens are nice, but most are mediocre or just silly. The developer can do much better, trust me, I used to do UI work for a living. • Six weeks or so ago I asked the developer to consider a tvOS version (and so far no response), I encourage others to do the same. If I need to nap in the family room, I'd like my Apple TV to handle the sound and display. All that being said, this seems to be the best or a top sleep App in the store. In many ways, this App has what the Bedtime feature of the Clock App needs, and vice versa (hint to developers and Apple).

New glitches. I have loved this app and in the past when I have questions I received a response within 24 hours that resolve the issue. Now I have a new problem with it and I am not sure if it is because of an update on my phone or an update with the app, but my emails have not been answered after a week or two. I am very disappointed and at the current time cannot use my app for an alarm or to schedule sleep sounds to go off after a certain amount of time like I used to be able to. Hoping things get better soon.

Great selection of white noise & nature sounds!. I’ve been using SleepMachine for about 5 years. Love the ability to mix various sounds and make one sound louder and another softer. Up to 4 sounds at once if you want. I believe you can even mix in music. Easy to use, intuitive. Have occasionally downloaded other sleep apps, just to see, but return within a few nights to this one. Also useful for blocking out noise at office occasionally! Works equally well on iPhone & iPad. Grateful for this app!

Best sleep ever!. I love this app!!! My favorite sounds are in here to help me fall asleep or just to relax. You won’t be disappointed! And the fact that I am not bombarded with adds or having to purchase a bunch of stuff to get what I want makes it even better!!!! Hands down my favorite app totally. Just one thing recently my favorite sound list I made disappeared and I can’t save a new one. What’s up with that guys?

Spaceship problem. Hi Sleep Machine team. First, love this app. Great sound palate. Very easy to use and customize. Been using it for a long time. Want to report a problem. One of my favorite sounds is “Spaceship.” It’s fun and surprisingly soothing. Lately, whenever I play it, after a few seconds I get a strange clicking sound. I tried deleting and reloading the app but the problem is still there. Hope you can fix. Again, love the app overall. Thanks!

Great white noise app. I travel a lot, and it seems like I end up next to noisy “neighbors” or kids running in the halls a lot. Now, I can flip on my Sleep Machine app on my phone and block out a lot of the annoying ambient noise of a hotel. I use it at home too when I need some rest from my odd work hours and the rest of the family doesn’t feel like sleeping during the day. The choice of sounds is quite good. I am positive that you can find something you will like. You can layer multiple sounds, and with this latest version, there is a “master” pause or play button. If you are happy with the sounds you have selected, just hit play. In the morning, just hit pause and all of the sounds stop playing. I am very happy with this app! Keep up the good work on enhancing this product!!!

Can't travel without it. I am so thrilled with this update. The new features are great, and everything that started to break down in the last version is up and running again. The addition of a clock and alarm is super handy. The fans preset is great for hotel rooms, muffles the noise of people in the hallway. I have a spaceship theme mix that really knocks me out for plane trips too. I checked out a couple other white noise apps but this one is by far the best. Easy to use, good selection of sounds, and awesome features.

A must have for travel. Hotels are noisy. Loud talkers in the hallways, TV’s left on all night, and traffic’s constantly volume through thin walls and windows. Other hotels are dead silent but then the AC kicks on and off every 5 minutes. This app has been the difference between very poor sleep and at least a ‘less distracted’ attempt. I’ve tried many other options but this one proved to have the best variety of sounds for blending into a good amount of background noise without the sound repetition I noticed with others. Many others seemed to have few sounds all composed of only a few seconds of repeated loops that create an annoying rhythm. With this app, the sounds blend and don’t create the patterns from short time loops.

Best app of it’s kind. I’ve had this app for a number of years, at some point in iOS update was in compatible with it, and I didn’t realize how much I relied on this app until that happened. The developer got it figured out and I’ve returned to being grateful. This most recent update is amazing, much cleaner UI and so many great sounds. I love being able to create combinations. Often I’m sleeping in a place that isn’t quiet and the constant sound covers that so I sleep sound.

Great app!. I used to have a sound machine, then a couple apps. They were good, but the waves were obviously a loop of sound, and sometimes my alarm didn’t work with the apps. Because, with this app, you can mix up to four sounds (and actually, some of the sounds are already mixes of two or three sounds) and can change levels for each sound, it doesn’t seem like a sound loop. The app doesn’t drain my battery and doesn’t overtly advertise or try to sell me a better product. It’s already great. I run it through my bluetooth speaker at home, and just on the phone on the road. My regular iphone clock alarm works fine with it. No issues. Highly recommend this!

Latest update drops a star. I love this app and have been using the paid version for years. I totally would give this five stars before the latest update as I use it every night and it has been so much better than ear plugs or pretty much any other option. Why did you change the app so I now have to search for the sound I use every night instead of keeping it where it was continuously saved from the night before? That is a terrible change and so easy to correct. What possible benefit could it provide to now have customers need to search and load every night. Even with the save feature I have to go and search for my save. This sounds so petty but it is just an unnecessary inconvenience that could and should be corrected for your paying customers.

It used to be a great app. I’m really disappointed that I have to write this review because this used to be a great app. However, the last updat was 4 years ago and there is previous functionality that no longer works. For example, if you want to set an alarm you cannot go back to the main screen. The “back” hyperlink no longer works. So no longer can you use this app as an alarm clock with the time showing. I’ve contacted them and complained about this issue with no response at all. There must be better solutions in the marketplace now. I will be searching for them soon.

Great support, fantastic app. I had been using this app for years. When ios9 first came out the previous version stopped working on my phone. I tried other sleep sound apps but they all sounded fake or had patterns in the sounds that would keep me awake. I contacted sleep machine support and they told me they were working on a fix. They even allowed me to beta test the latest version. I am very pleased with the new options with this latest version.

Fantastic update. I travel extensively, a significant portion of which is international, so sleep issues are something I take especially seriously. For years I relied on this app as indispensable but it became nonfunctional as new iOS updates were rolled out without a corresponding app update. I nearly deleted it from my iPhone but left it there in hopes an update would come. In the meantime I tried other apps including the ridiculously expensive SleepGenius, none of which were near what I got out of Sleep Machine when it was functional. Last night I couldn't believe it when my phone indicated an update for Sleep Machine was available just before I was heading to bed. I immediately downloaded it and all I can say is FANTASTIC! This update is incredible and represents an amazing amount of thought and work. I am grateful to the SleepMachine team for version 4.1.2. It is a "gift" at its current price and worth much more. Well done, guys, stay with us on future updates - we need you and this fantastic app. Lookout sleep - here I come.

Wow! Best update ever!. I love this app! New sounds are great! Love the addition of brainwaves and 4th track of sounds! The clock is amazing too! So versatile! And the look and ease of changing the face by a simple swipe is great. I really like the option of dimming the clocks brightness too! I have had difficulty getting my music to play on this app with the other sounds since the last iOS update, but this update has fixed that and was well worth the wait! Now it remembers my music too! Love it! Well done Sleep Machine!

Best White Noise App!. I used this app every night until it was no longer supported by the current iOS. I tried using different apps, but nothing ever came close so I slept with only my humidifier. I’ve not been sleeping well these last few weeks as the temperature rises. I’ve started sleeping with the window opened for fresh air and have been disturbed by the birds in the early morning. In desperation, I decided to try the app again. I was so pleased to see it was updated, and I slept better than I have been able to in a long while. Thank you for updating!!! I cannot recommend this app any higher!

What a great tool for sleep time!. We live across the street from a disco. It’s very difficult to not concentrate on the bass and drums while trying to sleep. Even our own relaxing music won’t stop our minds from trying to perceive the disco beats! Here’s where the app really helps- the soothing sounds have just enough irregularity to them, which together allows our concentration to shift away from the disco, allowing us to sleep- and stay sleeping well! Dance all night, but when it’s time to quit, turn on your sleep app! Thanks!

My Nightly Trips. When I went looking for a sound application, I never knew I could find one that was this perfect. The mere fact that you can select various sounds and work with their levels in a mix put this application far above the others. Amazingly, I could picture in my mind where I would want to be, and I could mix the perfect sounds. Every night, I hook my phone up to my sound system and put myself to sleep with a mix. I'm afraid to say I might be addicted, because I use it every night to go to sleep. And they have answered my emails and have added sound requests. These people are great! And the application is even greater!

Listen while programming. I am a computer programmer. I love to listen to SleepMachine while I'm writing programs. I find listening to music distracting, but SleepMachine with its binaural beats and terrific Contemplate background sounds drowns out the chatter of the office without the distraction of songs. I like to plan out my day by selecting which binaural beat I'll need to get through the day, Positive Mood is usually my Monday morning go to. Anyway, it's a GREAT app! I simply can not say enough good things about it.

So happy it's back!! Thank you!!. So my first Apple device was an iPod touch and this was probably the first app I ever paid for. This app and it's sounds have sentimental value to me, as I have listened to them for many points in my life. My surprise and sadness when this app no longer worked on my new iPhone made me quite sad, causing me to reach for my old iPod Touch when I wanted to use it. Thank you so much for updating this application. I can't tell you how happy I am to have it working on my device, and even with new sounds (and brainwaves!). Again, thank you so much.

Disappearing selection. I’ve been using Sleep Machine for a couple of years. I made a selection of the sound I liked for going to sleep, and every night that selection would still be on the main page when I accessed the app, just waiting to be turned on. With the latest update a week ago, that selection now disappears every day, and I have to search for it every night. Could we please keep the selections that are made and not clear them every day?

Best Sleep Machine and Alarm of all!!!. I have used The Sleep Machine for a few years now and absolutely love it. I have tried others, but when this one came available I have only used it! I use my phone for everything so having a nice big, readable, alarm clock on my iPhone is perfect. You have many colors to choose from and scenes. You will not be disappointed with The Sleep Machine. They also respond quickly to any questions you have. Download it today!

Easy to use, great sound collection, easy mixing. This app is great on its own and even better when used with a small Bluetooth speaker (like the compact smart speakers from a well-known online shopping site). It’s easy to combine multiple sounds and adjust the volume of each The only downside is that the app doesn’t appear to be actively maintained at the moment. It could stand to have a minor update to fit the screen aspect ratio of modern iPhones, and some screens within the app appear glitchy on the latest iOS. Fortunately, as a self-contained app with no need for a remote “cloud” component, even abandonware is still mostly usable.

Best sleep aid app on the App Store.. Update: Just got the updated version of Sleep Machine. The new interface is great and now you can mix up to 4 sounds. The preset mixes are make it really easy to use if you don't want to come up with your own. I think the sounds are even better than before. This is a big step up for an app that was awesome to begin with. Sleep Machine is great. It is so easy to use and I love the ability to mix different sounds together. After years of leaving the TV or radio on for a little noise as I try to fall asleep, this little app makes it easier and gives such variety. The timer and alarm features are great and easy to use. The best part of this app over other sleep apps out there is the sound quality. These are very high quality recordings which make the experience that much better. Great app! I can't recommend it highly enough.

Good work!. I recently had to delete this app due to the newer IOS making it obsolete. I was sure that it was no longer supported since the previous update had been 2011. (Which is actually pretty fantastic considering how long it worked without an update...) Anyway, after trying numerous other sleep apps to no avail, I was ecstatic to see that it is still supported and has been updated!! Seriously though, I use this frequently with noise cancelling headphones when traveling (more than 2x per week.) No other sleep app/white noise product compares. An essential app for sure.

LOVE THAT!!. This app is like the barbie doll I always wanted. Compared to the nights without SleepMachine I sleep so much better with this app. I only downloaded it on Thursday and it’s Sunday but I can feel an GIANT change. Thank you SleepMachine 😇😇

Needs Updating. I have been using this app for years and it is really great. BUT it now needs, finally, an upgrade because it is NOT compatible with iOS9. How about it guys?

OMG, an update is finally here!!!!. I can't tell you how long I've waited for this update. I downloaded the last one 4 years ago, and I thought this app was lost, buried at the bottom of someone's to-do list. But, all of a sudden, an update appeared! This one has updated to include a few more sounds, as well as binaural beats, which is extremely helpful no matter what you're doing. They changed the look of the app and you can now pick 4 sounds, instead of just 3. They kept all of the old sounds, and it wasn't hard to get it back to the way I had it before the update. If you have trouble sleeping, or would just like some sounds to relax to, get this app. Been using it for over 4 years, and counting. :D

Good app. I like this app a lot, great to have a library of soothing sounds to sleep to. One small bug I find is that often if I set my own iPod music as the alarm noise, often it plays silence at the alarm instead of the song. Not a thing you want if you gotta get up for work on time! So yeah.. maybe... sort that out. Tha's all, good app.

Good sounds/loops and interface. I have bought several sleep apps and I keep coming back to this one. Sure, it doesn't have every feature under the sun- it seems like none of them do- but this one has the right balance of good quality loops and a sensible interface. Am I satisfied? Yes.

Love this application!!!. The sounds are original and when combined they create a soothing melody that relaxes me SO much... It helps me go to sleep EVERY night...

Anonymous. YES an update is finally here!!! I bought this app a few years ago and have been using it most nights to help me fall asleep but when I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 9 I found this app wasn't compatible with the new update anymore and was quite disappointed....but I decided to go to the App Store for a quick check if you did update for iOS 9 and you did!!!! So glad you did and I love the new layout, and the choice of 4 sounds instead of 3 is really great. Been using this app for at least 2 years and is very good if you can't fall asleep easily at night or if you're just stressed the sounds are very relaxing to just listen to. Thanks for the great app and the many great sounds to go along with it, definitely the best sleep app out there.

UPDATE NEEDED. I have grown to be extremely reliant on this app and have tried to find something as close to similar as possible and I just can't, pleas do an update and quickly!!

Useless alarm. Alarm function does not work if phone powers down which means this component is entirely useless. Would also have thought the sounds would contain more music and less white noise.

Great app!. This app is great! The ability to mix your own sounds is fantastic. So nice to sit to relax or sleep with the drone of different sounds. If anything the ability to add your own sounds & create new playlists & tracks is the only area that could use tweaking eg. Add tracks to playlist etc etc .If you have problem's relaxing after a stressful day in a very unnatural environment, put this on & chill to a beautiful natural environment. Well done Dev's.

Excellent ambient sound application.. Absolutely delighted with this app!

Constant companion. Use it all the time - it is a regular fixture now. Great variety of sounds and is very stable. It is a little RAM or processor hungry if you leave it on in the background during the day, but if you just kill the app in the morning and fire it up again at night, battery life is still great - unaffected. Really is a great app.

Worth it. If you travel often or struggle with insomnia, this app is a wonderful solution. The app allows you to combine various sound effects which is by far the best feature. You can also play music simultaneously which is perfect for those who like to listen to music as they drift off.

Brilliant. By far the best “white noise” generator I’ve tried. I love the ability to mix different sounds to my mood and still play my music over the top. I frequently use this app when I’m working nights or even when I’m just relaxing and reading a book. Highly recommended.

Loved it before it stopped saving my sounds. Used to listen every night to this. Not since the update because everyone i close down the app it now deletes my preferences and i have to redo them so we seldom use the app now. I could not close it but im not that person, i shut down my apps.

Everyday. I use this app every single night to help me sleep. I find it very difficult to sleep in complete silence, and the rain sounds have to be one of the best sounds to fall asleep to. Calming, inexpensive, and functional. Fantastic.

Sleep Machine - 5/5. This truly is a top-notch app, and I cannot praise it enough. One slight problem however, in the most recent version of Sleep Machine, the digital clock does not show when it is supposed to be active. Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

Back button. Everything is great expect the ‘back’ button in the timer section doesn’t work.

Traveling is easier. When traveling and suffering jet lag, this app makes miracles for extending sleep hours. I like Mysterious, Moon Harp, Soundtrack 1 and American Harp specifically. It’s totally changing my brain waves.

I use it every day!. I downloaded some audio tapes of spoken meditation and sleep talk-downs and I use the app to mix in sounds to play at the same time. I love the timer feature and the ability to mix several sounds at once. Worth every penny!

Works great. Finally music works again on iPhone. Great to go to sleep with music or your favourite sound in the background. Highly recommend it!

Update equals constant crashes. This used to be a great app. Had used it for years, ever since the update however it is constantly crashing which ends up waking me up because it's too quiet into the room. Very disappointing, contacted customer service, they never bothered to reply. Basically useless to me now. If you managed to not get the last update, DON'T, it also erases your favourites, which double sucked for me because it ended up that it updated right when I was going to bed an I not only had to wait for it to finish nit also had to find all my sound combos again while exhausted and frustrated.

Not much better than the free version. I really enjoyed the free version so I thought I would get more from the paid version.I was surprised to find that there was very little difference.

Amazing, By Far Best Sound Machine App. I never leave reviews, but this app is so good I had to. I don't use this for sleep usually, but rather as background noise at work and on the bus, or other crowded places where I need to focus. What really sets this app apart is that the sound quality is amazing and you never notice when a loop restarts. You can select from a large variety of sounds and then vary the volume for each. Only today did I realize you can have precise control over the sounds via the tiny equalizer icon next to each sound, this is what actually motivated me to write this review. You can change the balance and pitch of the sound with this tool, I haven't used the pitch, but with balance I can now really make myself feel like I'm in the locations I'm trying to simulate. Like I said I just discovered this today, after having this app for years. It is 100% recommended, my most used app by far.

Sleep Machine. Very good. Better than my other sleep aid apps and I thought they were good. Favorite sound combo so far is spaceship as the dominant sound then wind dream in background. Prop plane good too. Thanks to the makers of this app from a very sleep challenged person. 6 years on now. Had to install on new device. iPod 6G. Hadn't used for a time. See the updates now and it's better than ever. :)

Best white noise app by far!. I have tried many apps and been using this one for years. It is by far the best. The control over the sounds and the choices of sounds are the best it uses hardly no battery and works for flawlessly.

Please fix this already. Can you please fix this app? It hasn't been useable since the iOS update. It's so frustrating having to have gone without this for months now.

Downloaded update - and Presto, it does NOT work anymore. In an attempt to solve the issue, I deleted it and then tried to download again from cloud. However, the app was no longer listed under my purchased apps... Under on this iPhone/ iPad. Ended up having to buy the app again, and sure enough the configuration is all phucked up and does not work on my iPad. Pos

Mourning. I used to use this every night. It was wonderful and put me to sleep quickly. Sadly, I am mourning the loss of it as installing iOS 9 has made it stop working!

I love this app.. Are use it all the time. It’s a fabulous see you made up great quality everything about it is great the only thing that I have to complain about is, the developer has not updated the app in over 2 1/2 years. Just stick with the light out and don’t bother the professional version in my opinion because the pro version is never monitored or updated and is a waste of money.

Used to be better!. I used to give this a 5 star rating. It was perfect. Now I think I’ve used this 2x in the past 3 years. The sounds offered are great and this app does help me fall asleep and the alarm was perfect fade in and out to wake me up pleasantly. Then they updated and the alarm doesn’t work anymore unless you have the app running on the screen(killing your battery life), with your ringer ON and Do Not Disturb mode must NOT be on. As someone who reads on my phone before bed and also receives texts & calls late at night but doesn’t want them to bother me, I use Do Not Disturb mode to it full potential- which means I cannot use this app to its full potential. As such I’ve found a new app to help me sleep and wake up. Bring back the old alarm method and I’ll start using this app again and change my rating - it’s too bad this USED to be great!

AMAZING APP!!!. I love this app so much for many reasons; first I have PTSD due to serving in the Canadian Airforce as well as having anxiety problems. When I get an attack, I use the app to help me calm down without having to rely on medication all the time. Second, my mind doesn’t quiet down and I have problems falling asleep at night and I found that by having the app on with 3 or 4 sounds on, I concentrate on the one sound and right away, I imagine myself on the beach watching the waves come to and fro as my mind listens to the fire crackling and within 15 minutes, I’m fast asleep. So I want to thank you for creating such a wonderful app. I purchased the app and I recommend it to everyone.

Allstar app!. This is a stellar app! If you like falling asleep to the sounds of a thunderstorm, beach, or other sounds of nature, this app is for you! So what makes this app better than other similar apps? • wide variety of quality sounds (especially of nature) • ability to combine up to 3 sounds simultaneously as well as vary the volume of each to your liking • the length of each sound is quite long, so you don't hear when the sound is being looped. Combining 3 sounds makes it nearly impossible to notice any sort of annoying loop (that other similar apps have) • as far as I can tell version 2.6 is completely bug free! I originally downloaded version 2.5 and was disappointed I had to keep turning my phone off and on to keep the sound. Kevin (the creator of this app) has been very receptive to emailed complaints and has completely resolved any issues I had previously had! Ver.2.6 is awesome! Overall, great value for this app. I'd easily pay more than double!

well worth the 2 bucks!. Excellent app. Has never malfunctioned at all and I use it a lot! Lots of different sounds to choose from. You can set a timer for as long or short as you want and when the time is reached it just shuts off. I have it set to fade out so it doesn't abruptly stop. Also has an alarm although I have never used it. Well worth the 2 bucks I spent!

Good Night !. To the point. Excellent app. Seamless loops. Great variety. Perfect for people like me with tinnitus. I keep it running all night long, on internal speaker on my itouch, plugged into a 120 volt - USB charger. I don't sleep without it. For less than the price of a coffee at Starbucks, you can't go wrong.

Doesnt work with ios9. Great app. My favourite of all the sleep apps. You can therefore understand why I am devastated that it doesn't work with ios9. I keep stalking the updates and have downloaded it several times with no luck. Using relax m instead which out of all the others offered the most comparable options/sounds but is still not even close to matching the awesomeness of this app. Please fix the ios9 problems!!!

Defunct app. Developer hasn't updated in 4 years and no longer works properly with latest iOS versions. On mine this thing does something in the background that consumes my battery really quickly - phone even gets warm when using it.

Love this app!!. I need background noise to sleep so this app is perfect for spending a night away from home, no more sleepless nights in silence! I use this every night at home as well and it's my favorite of all of my apps. Totally worth the two bucks. I love how u can mix 3 sounds and the loop is seamless. Ios9 no workiey. I can't sleep anymore, not since I upgraded to iOS 9. This sleep machine will no play sound. Wtf? Do I get refund? No! Do I get bug fix update? No! Do I get a new ap to sleep me? Yes? But I will long for sleep machine. Is sad nights for me😢

Love it! says the migraine sufferer. Great blocker of household noise and voices when needing to sleep during a migraine. My favourite noises are rain and water so my personalized combo also relieves some of the anxiety I have during an episode. It’s extremely relaxing.

Great but would be perfect if..... I love how you can customize the sounds in this app. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is if you can make it play on the Amazon Echo instead of wasting my phone’s battery.

Apple Music. I would give this app a 5 star rating if it allowed me to include music I’ve downloaded through Apple Music. I’ve added several soothing tracks from Apple Music, hoping I could play them low and soft behind different layers of sounds to help fall asleep, but the music never works. I’m not sure if this is a licensing issue or something I’m doing wrong. The only music that seems to work through my iTunes is music I’ve purchased before subscribing to Apple Music.

SLEEP!!! MACHINE. I have used this app for years without 1 issue with or without the update everyone refers to. The name of the app is sleep machine...and it delivers exactly that...sleep! If you want an alarm clock use the one on your phone! I can’t remember the cost of the app but if you want an incredible array of sounds you can combine so you get what works for you then look no further! You will not be disappointed!

Keeps outside sound out while promoting deep sleep. Been using this app for 10 years. It immediately stopped me from grinding my teeth while I slept. Now, it relaxes me before sleep and keeps me asleep. When I don’t use it, small sounds awaken me. I use a combination of stream, wind dream, rain (light), and rain on tent. At first, I used the free version, and then bought the app. It has helped me a lot!

Wanna sleep well?. This is the only app that consistently helps me sleep. My favorite sound is the prop airplane. But my favorite feature is being able to combine several sounds, each at custom volume. So I can have the sound of a stream prominent, peeper frogs quiet, and faint crickets somewhere in the distance. So awesome.

Hands down the best. It's amazing how far ahead of the field this app is. Was majorly disappointed when it didn't work with my new phone and I had to settle with another mediocre app. Since I wake up earlier than my wife but stay in bed working, the ability to run in the background while in other apps is priceless. Want a better sleep? Use this app!. I use this app nightly to help me sleep better. I turn it on and I am asleep within minutes. It is so soothing and the ability to customize the sounds and mix them is amazing. You can create the perfect combination for you. When my son is having trouble calling down and quieting his brain, I use this app and it works like magic. Install this app and you will not be disappointed.

Awesome!. I love this. The different brainwaves really can put you into various mental states. Meditative, relaxing, creative, lucid dreaming, deep sleep. It really works!!! Great for sleep or concentrating during studying. You can even play it on speakers instead of headphones- which I like todo. And, if one of you snores it will lessen the other person's problem because the sound will drown out the snoring. And, it has tons of cool, pleasant sound...waterfall, crickets, womb...tons!

Best sound maker app out there—just got better. Sleep machine has been my favorite sound maker app. The selection of sounds, and the ability to mix the sounds is great. A long standing issue with Sleep Machine was its old age. This is no longer an issue. Sleep Machine has re-imagined it's design to fit with today's iOS devices which has ensured my future with the app. Don't do Sleep Pillow, or Rain Rain. Do sleep machine. It's the best one on the App Store!

Love it!!. I can't sleep at all without my fan on, but when the power is off (rural electric service goes out every time a bird farts on the power line) this is the BEST. I love the huge number of choices just for rushing noises - white noise, furnace, three sizes of fans, and many many more, plus the incredible number of other types of sound. It is a life saver when I am on trips or visiting and there is no fan. This is fantastic!

This is my FAVORITE sound machine app!!!. For a while after my iOS was upgraded to 9.0+, I couldn't get the app to work. I'd been using it for years to help me relax to sleep. I tried other apps while waiting for the update. Nothing compared to the ease, functionality and sounds found on the Sleep Machine app. I'm so happy to have my Beach 2 (small waves) back! Best night sleep in months!. I was searching for an app to help mask the annoying bark from a neighborhood dog. I decided on Sleep Machine. I can't say enough good things about it. I have told everyone and I just got it last night! I figured my perfect settings and created my personal southern summer night! I LOVE THIS APP! Worth every penny and more! Fantastic. I've had Sleep Machine for several years and it is the best sound app I've used. It's a must have for me when I travel. I was bummed recently when I needed to use it and found it was not working. An email I sent to the developers was answered very quickly. It's nice knowing they stand behind their product and are super responsive.

Great App. I’ve been using this app for a few years and love it. I had an issue with my sounds being reset each day after this most recent update, but a quick email to support resulted in an almost immediate response and a fix. Couldn’t ask for a better sleep machine app and team.

Sleeps with a snorer. Ok I have to say I complained and they listened. It isn't often that you can say that a program improves your life but this program has! The program wasn't working and they jumped back in and fixed it and improved it. Now I can sleep again. Thanks so much. I tried other but they aren't the same nor do they have the flexibility that this one does. Try it and there is no going back. Well worth the money! I love this program it is relaxing. And covers My wife's snoring. The on problem is the occasional restart needed to fix the sound. It disappears sometimes. NEED UPDATE DOES NOT PLAY WITH IOS9 **Update: ok this app is four years old time update and fix compatibility issues with IOS 9 If you contact support they have no projected date to fix the app.

Great, clock could use improvement. This app is awesome. It has so many good sleeping sounds. You can run three at once if you want. The only area that could use improvement is the clock (see Alarm Clock Pro). If a weather option was added it would be 6 star perfect!

Using for years. I began using this app when it first came out. It got lost in transfers to new devices but I’m so glad I have it back on. Love making my own mixes and being able to save them. I do switch up with other night apps but if the hypnosis one doesn’t work this is always my go to and I’ll be out in a second.

Great Background Sounds. I’ve been using this for years now and haven’t found a better background Sound App or Device. Working Nights and sleeping during the day this helps distract from the Sounds that happen throughout the Sun-Up hours. I even use it on my Days off at night to help me sleep.

Great App but it no longer works. This was a great app, but it no longer works. When I originally downloaded this app it worked fantastic. However, since downloading it three years ago, the developer has stopped doing updates. Thus, since purchasing my iPhone X, I get notifications that this app is not compatible with the latest iOS version on iPhone X, so it doesn’t work. Too bad it was a great app, but clearly the developer is not interested in keeping it up-to-date for those of us who purchased it when it was originally released. So, if you have any new iOS phone, do not buy and/or download this app.

This app is amazing!!! Let’s get more updates!!. The new sounds are amazing but what’s better is the new effects the pitches make my night and the sound adjustments are just amazing!! Please don’t stop updating this app we need this I’m such a huge fan of this app!! I don’t want this app forgotten please keep updating it add new effects and more sounds!!! WOW!. This update is incredible! I've always loved this app and have never had a problem with it before, but I felt like a kid in a candy store looking through all of the new sounds and features. This app is so amazing now, this update took it up to the next level. If you're considering buying this app, please do it!! It is so amazing and helps with my anxiety and insomnia! Full depth sounds. Sleep like a baby when I have storms playing with full rumbling thunder and calm pattering of rain. This app allows for mixing of sounds, and a wonderful amount of adjustments to each sound for an incredible customization for both sleep and just relaxing a bit. One of the best purchases I have ever made. Thank you so much for keeping this app working through the various system updates! <3

Best of all, by far.. I’ve had tried several of these apps over the years and this is by far the best. lots of sounds to pick from, the ability to mix, change pitch, and easy to use controls. Best of all it is a one time purchase.

Great app. I have never struggled with sleep, but decided to try and find better ways TO sleep. Have been using this app for about 2 weeks and have noticed better sleep, heightened dreams, and more energy front the day. I also plan to add to my meditation/mindfulness journey! I like how you can have 4 settings! And that there are a variety of sounds to choose from. I want to look more into the brainwaves sounds! Looks interesting! My fave is Drift!

Knocked out pissy baby. Holly SH*T!!! I've had this app for years and use it to sleep sometimes. However i now have a pissy 5 week old baby. We have this stupid "shooshing" thing that only lasts for 30 minutes at a time then he wakes up. Anyway, I tried this app with the Relaxing Brain Wave (maxed out), and the A/C sound (on low) he went from crying to dead asleep in 10 seconds. Craziest thing I have ever seen happen with him. THANK YOU!

Great app. Wonderful App I have been using it for years and it is great. I travel extensively and have always been able to use the app to get to sleep and use the alarm to wake me for work. It would be 5 stars but having some slight alarm issues with my IPhone 7 I contacted the folks at SleepMachine and the got right back to me and I think the issue is solved I will know after my next trip. Love being able to mix different sounds!

Outstanding!. I have been using sound machines for over 20 years and and spent a great deal of money on them. With this app, I can customize by blending sound effects together for the perfect sound. I worried that so much use would damage my phone. But my iPhone 6 Plus has been using this app for over three years and it’s still going strong!

Time for an update. I mean, it HAS been 4 years since the last one. Like some of the others have noticed, the back button on the timer screen is no longer working. You can set a timer, but cannot back out of it to turn on the Clock screen, or change your sounds. Not only is it annoying, it has crippled the app completely. Like everyone else, this app is awesome and I have used it for years. It is the standard for sleep apps. But it is past due guys for an update.

So glad this got updated!!. I had been using this for years but it stopped working at some point thanks to iOS updates. I was telling my mom about it and was showing it to her in the App Store and found to my delight that it had been updated! Great app and the update is fantastic!!

Love it!!. This is the best app on my phone seriously and my phone is almost full of space. I love this app it is so comforting to me and my family. Just had a new baby 4 months old and she sleeps through the night already and it’s because I have used this app every night. We are all hooked. If I have to delete them all but 1, I’m keeping this one. Bye bye to all of them even Facebook 🤷🏽‍♀️. I choose SleepMachine over All of them. 😍

Best app ever. This is the best app I've ever bought. I've used this app for almost 4 years and it changed the way I sleep. I cannot sleep without it anymore and have even introduced it to other people who also rave about how it has improved their sleep. I recommend this to anyone who has trouble sleeping. It will be the best $2 you ever spend. Thank you to the developers for quickly fixing iOS 9 issue!

Good for sound. Glitchy alarm clock. Been using for several years. There is a large number of sounds to choose from for white noise/background. No complaints there. However, the alarm is glitchy. For example, if I set it one morning for 5:45 but then change the time to 6:00 the next day, the white noise shuts off at 5:45, which wakes me up. Most of the time the alarm is reliable, but a good alarm clock should be reliable 100% of the time.

Far exceeded expectations!. It was a long wait but you guys truly raised the bar with this update. No other sleep machine app comes close. In fact, I had to use a box fan as my sleep background noise until an iOS 9 compatible update was released because nothing else was good enough. The new features and functionality are incredible and I cannot wait to go throw my headphones on and test drive the brainwaves tonight! Awesome!

Great App. This is a great compilation of ambient noises to help anyone sleep. It includes multiple options for which ever sound you prefer to help you relax. My only issue with the app is the back button does not seem to work when selecting a timer so I can’t go back and choose the clock. There is a similar issue in the settings menu. But I still love this app to fall asleep to.

Compelled to write about this reliable product!. I’ve been using this app for at least 7 years both personal and professional (as a licensed behavioral therapist). It’s been a daily go-to as a way to both block out noise (when run through a Bluetooth speaker) & help my clients relax. They can even make their own mixes! Love that feature! It’s been continuously reliable for years & recommended it countless times. I thank you & my clients thank you! One thing to change (& make it 5 stars): ability to resume playing after ending an alarm & timer (which I use in session daily). It resumes when Snooze is pressed, but I much prefer when ending the alarm vs. snooze. Hope it can be done! Cheers!

Love the sleep machine.. The variety of sounds available range from things like thunderstorms, ocean waves, morning birds, train, city sounds, babbling brook, you name it, it’s available. Use it every night. I set the alarm to wake me up every morning. The sound quality is outstanding. I dock my phone on a Bose sound dock at night and have the SleepMachine play white noise overnight. The alarm fades in over five minutes time, so I’m never abruptly wakened by an obnoxious loud alarm.

Cant even open the app 😡. I literally just bought this app like 3 minutes ago and cant even open it because it crashes and closes the moment i click on it! Totally unacceptable! The whole reason I decided to buy it was because the other sleep machine thats i been using drains my battery incredibly at night, so I figured maybe one of the apps that cost a few dollars will perform better and right out of the gate im totally unimpressed! I will certainly be reaching out to the app developers for either a solution or a refund because im not the one to be player with!

Best app I’ve ever had. I rarely write app reviews, but I have used this app for probably almost a decade now and it’s every bit as good now as it was when I first got it. The only thing I would do if I were the developers I’d sell add-on packs with more sounds and add the ability to import my iTunes music. Other than that, it’s perfect.

I was so happy to see that this app was finally updated to be compatible with the newest iOS update. Best noise/sleep app out there! Thank you for fixing it!!!!

Best bedtime app. The best app I have been using this app for years now. I love it and some nights I just can’t sleep without it the I don’t remember if made the mix of sounds that I saved or it is a preset mix. But the dramatic drive mix is amazing I put that on I fall asleep almost instantly. Best thing no annoying ads or in app purchases.

Great app. At home I always have an air purifier or fan on. If I go anywhere else—hotel, family, etc, and there isn’t a white noise option, I always use this app. I like the dozens of sound options, that you can choose anywhere from 1-4 at once, and have the ability to mix the amount of volume for each. I’ve been using this for years.

Phenomenal App. I used this throughout most of my middle school years when I started having sleeping problems. These sounds were able to calm me down and send me into a state of relaxation and eventually sleep. I am re downloading this app because I am having sleeping problems and I hope this helps my issues like it did before. Really would recommend.

A wonderful supportive app!. I used to drag a cumbersome separate sleep machine with me wherever I went due to severe sleep disturbances. I was ecstatic when this app became available and have used it for years! I love the clock settings with the adjustable lighting and the variety of noises available without any additional cost or weight added to my suitcase! Well done !!! I never leave home without SLEEP MACHINE!

Not just for sleeping. The best sound app out there. I’ve tried a few apps before falling in love with this one. It’s very well thought out. It’s actually one of the few apps that I’ve actually paid for; its that good. With four different sounds playing at the same time you can a customize your experience for different occasions. Whether your trying to sooth yourself to sleep, drown out your noisy neighbors or just tune out of your surroundings while you focus on homework, you can find the perfect sound with this app. Other feature about it that I like: Multiple clock faces Timer Alarm Play your own music.

New glitch. I usually love this app and use it every night but lately it has begun to glitch when I set a timer. I’ll try to press “Back” to go to the previous screen but the button no longer works. I’ve tried it on another phone and realize that it’s not just mine. Hope this gets fixed, I am realizing the last update was 4 years ago. Besides this one thing, the app works well and I do love the custom sounds I have made.

Best sleep app available. This is the best sleep app available. It is infinitely more customizable than any items I’ve tried. The only complaint I might have is that I wished you could customize the time between the loop return. Like a distant train happening once every 20 min instead of once every 30 seconds. It would be more realistic. Love the app though.

It's back, better than ever!. I have tinnitus(ringing in the ears), and have used this app for years to help me sleep. But with IOS-9, it stopped working. I really appreciate the people at SleepMachine, who sent me a temporary fix, which I have used this year. Now, I just downloaded the latest version and it works perfectly. Thank you SleepMachine. The best app for getting to sleep.

Simple the Best. This is by far the best sleep app available for iPhone and even the iPad. Easy to use great sounds and combinations. Not over complicated like all the other apps.. I don't need a lot of photos.. Im sleeping not watching the screen. There might be better looking apps but they don't operate better and aren't as user friendly and functional as this excellent sleep aid!
