Getting started is simple. Download the ONE app now and sign up for a free 30-day trial. We have monthly and annual plans available.
ONE Premium costs $0.99 per month (monthly plan) OR $9.99 per year (annual plan).

Stopped working after 2 months. Paid the $10 and stopped working after 2 months!! There seems to be no support for this app.

To much required. First of all the app required way too much to sign up it wasn't as easy to use, they wanted a lot of information from the user. Secondly I live in Miami Florida this should be an area that you already have pre-programmed and I should not have to write a review to have it added.

It’s broke.. App won’t open after most recent update. I rebooted my phone. Nothing. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and still nothing.
No DC???. How in the world do you not have Washington DC??? I know we technically are not a state, but still! I’m also licensed in Maryland, and focus on Montgomery County, again not there... I only Gave you one star because it would let me give zero stars!

Best Closing App Ever. The greatest tool to have on the go, office and at home. When ever you need a net sheet or a just to pull numbers for a client to quickly show a client, This is the app 😎.
Favorite closing cost app. Getting numbers for my clients was always such a headache, but with PalmAgent I’m able to get the numbers they ask for quickly and make adjustments even after running the net sheet. Support is super helpful too!
Review. Tax prorations are way off for Bay County FL
Crappy app. It simply doesn’t work. Says it redirects me to a site but that site says it has expired. Frustrating

App Won’t Open. This app hasn’t opened the last few times/days I’ve tried - fails when I need it most! I’ve deleted it and tried again - nothing.
Net sheets in seconds!. Quickest and best net sheet and estimate tool in the industry - by a mile! I love how it uses local title fees and rates, and the pills taxes for a specific address. Amazing!

Stellar Support!. This was my original review: As of late it constantly locks up in the middle of use and doesn't recognize my password. Asking for my password to be emailed to me results in you guessed it...The same password I had been typing over and over and over. I reached out to the developer in hopes that they would respond. Not only was I contacted via email almost immediately last night about my concerns, they texted me this morning for as much information as possible to address the issues. I received both a follow up phone call and email to let me know they had rectified the issues this afternoon. That level of service is rare. Well done PalmAgent! Well done!

Best real estate app. What a great way to give an instant estimate to any buyer/seller who may want closing cost/ net sheet information right away. This app is a great way to get leads also.

Okay app, needs improvements. Going back to the home screen annoyingly deletes any custom closing costs that were just entered. Also, the payment cost breakdown sheet that is sent by SMS as an image is low resolution so when you zoom in to see the tiny numbers, they are pixelated.

BEST app for realtors!!!! 🙌🙌🙌. This is a must-have for agents looking to be the expert in convos with clients! It’s the quickest way for me to make net sheets for my clients (takes like 15 seconds) and the printouts look so great!!! There’s so many different calculators (rent vs buy, extra payment, flip, etc.) and with all the social media content that I use this literally every day! This app is truly amazing and I could not recommend it more!

Update Still Not Working. Latest update won't allow me to run numbers on a purchase. It crashes when I goes to calculate the monthly payment. This is on a 6s! Really bad.

Has potential. This would be a great resource. Problem is, in MD, the contact info for the title company should be updated. Also, some of the marketing material is dated for 2021.
