Great. Have had great use of the APP and fantastic customer service when I needed it. If I could upgrade one thing it would be to increase the speed of retrieving saved files. True I have numerous files saved but It often takes fifteen minutes to bring the content up on the screen to read or edit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Documents. Thanks so much to the creator of this app and those who have made it available to novices like myself who have no clue about technology. This app has given me confidence and is helping me to feel that I can achieve and that there are good people in the world still who are not stingy with their superior God given talents and abilities. Yes yes yes, it is with a humble heart and renewed sense of excitement that I write this review.

Observation. I haven’t been using this too long really. But so far it’s been what I was looking for and seems to have what I require. I often have thoughts that I want to get get down quickly and or things I want to work on. And being away from home with only my phone this works nicely. I have yet to use it more in-depth but it seems to do what I need and was looking for.

‘Documents’ simple yet mighty. This app not only exceeds expectations it anticipates consumer’s needs. The best part is the developers don’t wait till you’re In a jam, and hopelessness is just setting in- they swoop in to save the day and to restore faith by helping you be the best you that you can be. Everyone needs a little help now and again, only the truly strong can admit it and ask for help. Then pay it forward! You got this!

Great App!. I like to save articles, tutorials, inspirations, pictures, and many other things. I use this app for ALL of it. I have hundreds of pages s@ved and can easily access each one of them since they’re stored alphabetically. When typing the app is intuitive and anticipates words as I’m typing, offering suggestions. It’s a great time saver within the app. I highly recommend this app!

Oldie. Being ima person living in the early days of Dos and Windows I was always able to save to a documents folder file. I now work with my iPhone and enjoy Apple bringing in the word app. and learning the word app. all over again. It may sound silly but iPhone rules it is always near and brings my family and the world close in my hand. Jim•aaaaayyyyy

Doesn’t function right. I would have given it maybe a 3. But since I started using it again. I’m super disappointed. I’ll copy my doc. Written in my iPhone notepad. Make all my adjustments to documents.. when I save it’s fine. But it’s hard to just view again without clicking out and coming to the first page. Also. The bold or any other function like that will work for a little bit .. but then it freezes and it’s useless. Super frustrating. Doesn’t make any since. So I’m looking for a different app. Also one more thing. The format doesn’t stay true. Doesn’t stay lined up the way you key it in.

Quite accessible- being that I AM visually impaired!. I have been visually impaired for almost 10 years now. This was a whole new experience for me, needing to relearn to use all of my technology. Thank goodness for companies, such as Apple. I have felt that all of Apple’s products have been incredibly accessible and helpful, by the means of voice over and allowing the programs to remain easy and able to worked with, as a voice over user.

Good App, could be perfect. Very quality, fast, easy to understand, but there are a few tools I think should be implemented to make the app better. Specifically, having a word count, having “undo” and “redo” buttons, allow others to edit my documents at the same time when i allow them too.

Great for Retirees. This block scheduling idea is amazing for seniors. As a retiree I found I was spending WAY too long on Social Media apps and watching tv. This allows me to carve out specific blocks of time for the things I enjoy doing but not waste the entire day on them. Now I know when to stop, which I predetermined, and get busy.

Just amazing and here’s why.... Ok so this is amazing because you can organize very easily here. The design of the app may look old but that doesn’t matter, what really matters is how good the app is. The design of apps can attract people but is the app really useful? This app is very useful and read this review before you install. The design is very simple and makes the app easy to use. You can create folders, documents, upload photos, and scan. Everything is free! I love this app and I would recommend it to people who want to organize their stuff with simplicity. Anyway enjoy the app just like me!

Documents. I've used this app for several years. For the most part I'm very happy with it. After the last update, I've not been as pleased. Whenever I touch the screen to work in a certain section of my document, it jumps to a totally different place that's not even close to the place I selected. This gets very frustrating and makes it where everything takes twice as long to do. Please fix this problem!

I’m satisfied with this app. My notes are very well managed with the Documents app. Only issues that can be improved is, better description or even a slight tutorial would help easy the confusion I had when trying to operate this app. As well, needing a trash bin so if someone accidentally deletes info. They can easily receive the deleted data back. Other than that, I have no issues with the app.

I love document. Document applications allows me to write notes in provided spaces that I am not using for addition. I like the spread sheet adopt ability to my personal needs for doing monthly bills. I can plan my savings with the money not used in paying bill. So when I do my online banking l know what to pay, what is due, how much to put in savings, and how much to keep in checking.

Great Document for daily medical tracking. I was really blown away by how easy it is to set up and use this app. I was looking for some way to track my daily medical information. I kept going through the little booklets they give at the doctors office and just wanted to keep track of it on my iPhone. So now I have it one place. Date, Morning Sugar level along with before/after sugar levels taking Janumet with meals, Morning Meds, Evening Meds, Victoza shot, also blood pressure readings through out the day and any Notes. The only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating was today is the first day. After a month of using it I may go higher in the rating. Oh, did I mention ALL this for free? Great bargain with no monthly fees. Thanks

Thank you....finally!!!! app functions perfectly. I LOVE to copy and paste. Research takes half the time. I have known about Apple's free document app for a few years and have been using it on my phone for every kind of letter, list and note you can imagine. I didn't think about using the document app on my iPad. DUH. I am in the middle of a kitchen/bath remodel and began writing everything down on paper for comparison purposes. I just spent 20 minutes pasting all my hours of research into a simple format. I should have thanked you several years ago when I put it on my phone. THANK YOU AGAIN.

This basically does not work. It is one of several Savy Soda products which I have purchased but found to be completely nonfunctional. This will not open spreadsheets without renaming .xls to .csv and even then all that changes is the error message. Support is horrendous. Usability is zero. I’m not picky, just want the basics to carry an Excel spreadsheet on the go on an iOS device fro sometimes months at a time. Despite many hours I have yet to gain this functionality for a minute. I have actually tried several Savy Soda products and none of them are functional. None can handle the basics... opening or creating an Excel spreadsheet (or other office doc) on an iOS app, editing it and saving it in a Microsoft a Office format. I have contacted customer support numerous times and receive form letter emails. I put the issues where instructed and have never received a response, let alone a resolution. I have effectively paid to be an unpaid alpha release tester for Savy Soda. I will never again consider a purchase of any Savy Soda application.

Quit working and no support. I have been using this app to store important documents on my iPad. I have been satisfied with it until about 6 months ago. For some reason the app will no longer load. It comes up and immediately crashes. I am unable to access the documents. I have been required to try to remember what all I have stored so I can duplicate them in a more stable app I emailed SavySoda support and received an automated reply with a reference number. That is all after months of me sending desperate requests for some help. Save yourself some grief and use a different app to store documents. There are several good ones from Reputable companies. This one is not!

Trying again to post my 2 star review. Funny how they don't post negative reviews. I left a 2 star review a while ago and it never got posted. This app doesn’t work correctly. It doesn't save colors. It doesn’t save with .doc extension, it only saves documents with RTF extension. Spreadsheet files are limited to CSV extension. It does not copy and paste from other csv or xls files. It saves newly created empty files and multiple copies of edited documents even when you hit “don’t save”. It doesn’t save files to iCloud folder even after you set the document storage folder to iCloud. The help files are either nonexistent or they don’t make sense for this app. There is no possible way there could be so many recently posted 5 star reviews of this app! It doesn't work correctly. Very few critical reviews. LOL. Really? By all means, download this app! Find out for yourself. However, if they ever actually fix any of the above mentioned issues, I'll be happy to update my review with 5 stars 😊

Excellent app. This is a great, straightforward app. It's easy to organize documents and their content. My one pet peeve has to do with font size, but that's really a slight-rain-when-you'd-been-hoping-for-only-grey-clouds sort of annoyance. Not substantial in the least. One of the greatest parts of this app is that it doesn't bombard you with ads constantly. There are, at least on my device, banner ads at the bottom when I view my documents, but they aren't overly attention-catching and they don't appear when an app is open.

Bug in the last update (or is it a bug?). Suddenly I can no longer add documents or folders. All these changes have happened to the app and yet there has been no official update since July 2019. I thought the fix would be to uninstall and reinstall the app. The first time I did that I could see the + sign again. But next time I went into the app is was blocked again with advertising and the “Upgrade” button at the bottom which you can’t press because nothing happens. It seems like this app is intentionally being made worse????? To top that the developer site is a dead link. Hmmmmm.

Great Program / ANNOYING VIDEO ADS. I have used this program since its introduction, and found it to be a useful alternative to paying Microsoft again to use Word on my iPhone. HOWEVER, today I went to save a new document and I was taken to an 8 SECOND VIDIO AD that I was forced to watch or I would lose the unsaved content. These are the most intrusive and annoying ads that a developer can select of the many options available to make money. I WILL BE DELETING THIS APP, and after checking out replacements, I WILL POST ALTERNATIVES IN MY FOLLOW UP REVIEW. Deleting and Negative Reviews are the only way we can stop ridiculous ads like this; I suggest you do the same

Please Fix These Bugs That Are Keeping Me from Wanting to Use This App. I love this app. I used this app for three years with no issues. I’m giving it two stars in this review because I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times because of a bug that I can’t figure out how to manually fix. I kept doing so because I was hoping the problem would be resolved eventually. The issue has been that I can’t apply changes to the font. There’s no option anymore to apply the changes I make after I click the font button. I can set it to “Times New Roman”, size “15”, but I cannot apply the change, or exit out of the font changer. It may be just that my device is “behind” (I am working with an iPod Touch 6th Gen), but if I can download the app, it should function correctly regardless of what I’m working with. I love this app, it’s been very useful to me as a writer, so please check and fix this problem.

User. This is a very good app for note taking, document record & various functions on front, colour, formatting. It has been improving from previous version. Therefore I have used it for my document record. Very good work. I have recommended it to my friends. Lovely documentary that everyone like. Thank you very much for your efforts to make this app happen.

Good Things Are Seldom Bragged About. To my surprise, when I began using this App, I thought it would be just good for Storage. But it does what all those that are talked about it has a browser that is, honestly, possibly a weak point but I’m not sure yet as I’ve barely used it. It collects files and allows storage in a variety of other storage. I like the way it is handled as it is easy and simple. I’ve never, personally used any other app like this except Google Drive and that Adobe both of them are great and this should get more recognition for being a multipurpose App that makes life a little more simple but without the fanfare and name recognition of others

Crashes a lot.. I use both Documents apps. The Plus App crashes a lot when changing text size or font style! After the last 2021 update the color blocks for selecting font or highlight color are all Black, but if you can remember which black box used to be your desired color then your ok. I like the app. But considering I’m a paying customer I’d like to see this apps bugs fixed quicker!

Documents is a necessity!. I love being able to save documents quickly. One thing I hope to see in the future would be easier ability to save the document as a title I would recognize, and being able to organize my docs into folders.

Trying again to post review. I try posted a review this morning and it does not appear. It was not a good review as I am having problems! I purchased a new IPad in November and now I can not get the fonts in this app to work. I have a lot of documents saved but can not change them or change the font. I tried doing a new document and still unable to change font and size. Why should I have to pay for an upgrade if the free program is already installed on my IPad? Wonder if they will post this or just delete?

Something in between my iPad and PC. It is awesome to find something that can be a bridge from one platform to another and not have to go out and buy hundreds of dollars worth of software programs to achieve my goals. By using documents I was able to dictate, cut and paste, transfer and print off of word with my standard PC. I have yet to find any issues with this app it’s been great.

Update Problem. I still love this app 👆 the 5 stars and still very worth them. Just a heads up since the update there’s been an issue with changing font and size. For some reason it gets stuck in the screen. There’s no way out but to close down the document and start over. So I’d suggest save frequently. I had a mishap and hit the change font icon and lost a lot of a document I was working on. Other than that it’s a terrific app

Documents app.. This app turned out to be pretty nice, I could not find how to take my document and put it loaded on my picture category on my iPhone. I would like to pull up my photos and have the document along with my photos which then I can forward two emails but I haven’t found how to do that. I did find how to email a document, it came back undeliverable even though I typed it correctly. But it does let you type of document on my phone like I was using Microsoft word, thank you maybe they’ll get back to me with this issue but I’m sure it works for many people for what they want, Thank you!

Cannot edit Microsoft Word files!. I copy/pasted the following from this apps Online Help section under the FAQs: “Unfortunately, you cannot edit a .doc or .docx file at the moment. However, you can view the content of .doc and .docx file.” As a result, this app had the shortest life span of any app I’ve installed on my iPad 5. I downloaded this app for that very reason: being able to edit my Word documents while away from my computer. No can do. That statement above belongs in the description & features so it’s clear before installation!!! One star for NOT stating the bald truth in their description instead of their dancing around it!

Easy!. Fast and easy to download. There’s no account that has to be made like some of the other sites which is a huge plus. This will definitely be my new go-to for all my font needs! This particular time I needed a script font with a little attitude for an apron I’m custom designing for someone. I usually search numerous sites, going over tons of fonts, picking out the specific letters I need and like most. This site definitely makes my job much easier!

My “Go To Doc” App!. I love Documents and have used this app since 2013! It has seriously been a lifesaver when working on portable devices before and after having my Google acct. I’ve been able to use this app with my iPad, iTouch, and iPhone as my main document repository for many years. Even now, it is one of my main docs app, and I back up these documents to Google & iCloud. Thank you so much for this app, and I will continue to use it for as long as it exists.👍👍👍

Suggestions on improvements. Hi, I appreciate this App, and like it very much. I have the following suggestions on improvements for your consideration: (1) Suggest to add a function: when tap the top of an opened document (maybe the document name), it will automatically bring the document to the bottom line. If would be helpful when the document is really long. (2) Suggest to NOT alway popping out a dialogue box to choose “save” or “not save” when closing a document, IF the document was only opened and viewed without any revisions or updates. The save/not save options should be only given when a document was modified. (3) Suggest to add a function of “bullet” for editing the content of a document. Thanks!

Loving it for Years!!. I keep all my documents mostly word docs on this app. I rarely every have any issues. And I know I’ve bn using it for over 5 years. I’m a pastor and I’m always looking for my sermons. I have the app on my iPad and phone. Have no trouble pulling up sermons or documents from either. I’ve also used it for school. And have had no issues there as well.

Shuts down. I really like the app, holds a lot of the documents I need, instead of having to wander all the way back to my shop. Recently though the app just shuts down. Sometimes it lets me open my document, then closes mid read, and sometimes it doesn’t get that far. Curious if it’s the latest iOS version causing the issue or something in the app. Would really like to continue using.

Nice but very limited compared to OfficeSuite by MobiSyatems. After all the great reviews here, I hoped that this compared with OfficeSuite because I hadn’t yet found a work around to a recent change there. I was very surprised to see how limited this app is. Very small feature set, very basic UI, and saves only as rtf from what I could see. The free version of OfficeSuite has some ad annoyances, but it’s SO incredibly capable and bug free in the year or so that I’ve used it for word docx creation and pdf viewing. Also views / creates Excel docs and PowerPoint.

Getting better all the time!. It started out fairly decent for an app that my IPad worked fairly well on, but they continue to upgrade and improve it and it gets better and more useful. Looking forward to the next upgrade.

Free easy all-purpose docs app!!!!!. This app is my go-to for its simplicity when using it and editing or filling in a document…it’s also the easiest to use when it comes time to save & share electronic documents/file-types…super time saver/efficient/well rounded…gives Adobe Fill & Sign a run for its money!!!!

Easiest document app. This is the easiest and best document app, for my iPad mini to use. Fairly easy to navigate the different options. Only feature I wish was available, is a search option in an open word document. To find a specific spot in the document, and not have to scroll forever, if its a large document. This is the only document app I use for my iPad. Absolutely love it. I use the free version, I am not sure if the search option is in the paid version.

Great document app, love it. This is a straight forward easy to use app that anyone can use. Helpful to keep thoughts and ideas organized. Like to keep a journal of things that are happening, and it works great. Lot easier to use than Word for iPad and doesn't crash like Word does. Glad there is an app that fits my needs. So far so great.. So far no Complaints. It is free. It has no advertisements. It is quick, with no lag time. It integrates with drop box and google drive — which are the ones I really care about. It also Integrates with some Other applications . All you have to do it give the other cloud services permission to give access to Documents. I wi update review if anything starts going wrong, but so far so good. Thanks a bunch for this. Photos of my self and my deceased wife. The program allowed me to gather photos of my wife’s and my lives. The photos were when we were very young, when we were growing up, and during our 63 years of marriage. Then the photo’s are combined with stories in book form for our extended family can see and read about what our lives were like.

Missing true Dropbox integration. To edit a file in Dropbox, first you have to find the document, but there’s no “search” features in this app. So I search in the Dropbox app. Then I have to download the document, which loses the context of which Dropbox folder the document was stored inside. After editing locally, I tap the “Save” button and all I see is “Local Files”, not Dropbox. I suspect that even if I could save to Dropbox it would make me find the folder again. This is way too many steps, and I never know if the local copy is the latest version (others may have edited the file in Dropbox) or even if I’ve saved my version to Dropbox. IOW, this app doesn’t sync changes in both directions, which treats Dropbox as just another disk without collaborators, which is not the point of cloud storage.

Documents is great app. After several years, I’m happy using this simple, but versatile tool. It lets me easily back up files to Google Drive and OneDrive without having to open the latter apps separately. The one disadvantage is that Documents (spreadsheet) won’t let me edit files created by other apps, just view. But overall it’s a great app.

I’ve used this app often & for maybe a decade.. I've used this app after trying other ones. It has become so dependable and exactly what I need that I finally purchased it a few years ago. There are a couple difficulties using it but it still is my go to.

Good, easy to use. Easy to use. And I like that the app can grab a file from dropbox as easily as a file sent to you by email. It works nicely with excel spreadsheets and word documents. Even pdf files! And a huge thank you for having all your buttons properly labeled for use by blind voiceover users! I cannot stress how much I appreciate this. This is actually the ONLY app I’ve found that can handle pdf files and work with voiceover. Highly recommended!

Don’t download this app. My experience has been that any data I created was deleted when I deleted the app. I think the data should have been able to be preserved outside of this app and can’t believe it wasn’t. I am writing this review so people will know they will steal your data or delete your data without your consent. If you don’t save it to iCloud if you keep it on your device and use this app to create your content, they will steal your data or disappear your data. So kiss it goodbye there’s no way to save it if you use this app. It would also appear that their review history is completely bogus. If you will notice all their most recent apps, reviews are five stars from unrecognizable accounts that are bots. BEWARE this app! Apple needs to remove this app from the store and ban it permanently.

Documents. This App has Blown me away, the fact I can use this program FREE is ever so NOT the way Businesses work these days. Sure you can get ALL Free APPS and you go to Play the game and it’s in your face ALL the Time with Purchase In Apps, offering you different ways to get Higher, Faster. Where I just take my Time and get used to the Game if I really believe that I Love the game, Then & Only THEN will I buy extras. Love documents but now crashes. Was great to be able to keep everything in order but can’t access anything as the app crashes as soon as I open it. Please fix. 😓

Easy and efficient. Easy to use and excellent for organising and finding all your documents and downloads. Far better than other ones I have tried. Thoroughly recommended

Ease of use. This document was easy to produce and save with good options for saving and moving this important statement for future reference.

A quick & basic view of docs. Does the basics fairly well. Struggles with rich content in files (such as images, special alignments, comments, callouts, special effects, embedded objects such as excels in a word or ppt...)

My review. I must say documents is a pretty good tool to have if you need to write an essay or do hoe work or just write that’s what it’s perfect for but sometimes I can’t be bothered to actually go there but when I do I can’t stop writing and it’s easy to concentrate I don’t and do like the fact that when you click in it has all your documents but for me I have a lot and I never name them so I have to scroll through them I also get carried away with the other thing like the postcard the theme that I never use all these themes I usually just end up with the plain one nevertheless it’s great So my suggestion for my sake and any other people like me maybe just lower all the things we can do after all we really need it just to write

A needed app. This app allows what ever is saved into it to be viewed and very simple to use, including videos

Great for preserving memories. I use Documents every time I travel. It’s an easy way to commit the various memories and activities that occur. It’s easy to forget some of the little things if they are not recorded.

New author. Microsoft tools a huge asset. I’m a big fan of the microsoft software, apps and some. Recently launching my first book and using my older habits with oppositional products, I’ve since started experimenting with microsoft. The good old office suite headed me into all the other options that Microsoft offer. Congratulations microsoft, I think you are stealing the market again

I'm not 100% PC savvy, never had to be due to age, but I'm grateful that there's an App which allows me to produce a letter most of all that I could previously only create by going to the library and by using a computer. If you only have a tablet as I do then it's an essential tool to have, thank you!

Easy app. Needed something quick and easy for my business to be uploaded from my main computer. This app allows me to take my files anyway and work anytime anywhere especially in meetings.

Documents. Had to ask Siri to find documents which she did, then asked to write a review, why? Now I have to try and find my way back to documents. Seems quite pointless!

Photo and documents. This is a great way of finding them very quickly and very he’s good idea thanks

Great resource. Documents is a great resource in the Apple family of apps. It keeps all your written information in one easy to navigate spot. You can “come and go” as much as you need to; with or without wifi.

Works as expected. No nonsense spreadsheet that is easy to understand and use. No pesky in-app purchases required for basic functionality to work. Haven't tried the other modes yet, but like what I have seen so far.

Upgraded to Pro. I’ve had the free version of Documents for years and have loved it. Each update has improved the app so now I’ve finally upgraded the app and hope I will be equally impressed.

Happy. This app does what I need but there are way to many drop down ads trying to get you to pay for premium. If you use the free version be aware you have to watch ads

Helped me to work on the go.. This app is great with its ability to create folders and different forms of documents. It also easy to share/send documents that I can then edit whilst on a computer.

A decent and workable free app. So far it has been very useful. It would be helpful to jump to certain places in the document more quickly but that might just be an iPhone restriction.

Documents. It's great to have an app on hand that allows me user to open and to retain its formatting. I have been able to keep documents and compare them over time. Since the upgrades I have a little mor difficultly opening and saving pages directly to the app. It would be good to restore its ability to keep these documents on file until I wish to manually delete as was always the case in previous versions in the basic app as well as being able to save as a PDF to upload and send. Moreover, it would be good to be able to edit items in the basic version.

Great Document Manager. I only had it for a few days, but it does everything I like it to do.

Use it all the time. This free app is fantastic! I make notes frequently and it has lots of good features like being able to highlight, use colours to make things stand out. Excellent.

Can’t get back to my folders. For some reason there is no < back key to go back to main folders 😡

Documents for ipad. I was told there was no programme for word application for an iPad . I don't have a PC .only an iPad. So I've been struggling to maintain some kind of correspondence with notes and emails . It's been difficult to say the least and to have a profession Application finish a nightmare. I have been struggling for years as I'm that certain age where We got caught in the middle of the evolution of the PC and iPad .K had not training and were all self taught. No digital natives by any means . So when this document app show up on my screen filled me with great relief as I could now make a letter /page document look like everyone else .

Reformed hater. Ignore my previous review am happy again they fixed my issue with an update but their contact was also dodgy which made me think was no longer supported.

Ad changes are awful!. I used to love this app and use it daily. But the introduction of distracting ads in the file viewer screen means I'm looking for something else. They take too much room and are distracting. This app has been my fav for years but no longer.

Will not open a simple docx file. Frustrated as documents will not allow a simple opening of a docx file on my iPad for signing. I have word on my iPad so this should not be a problem.

Just what I need as a mobile user. I have found this app to be perfect for quick access to making form documents for my clients and quick print outs. I’ve never had it crash and it has nice features and is easy to navigate.

Great App!!. Great little app that performs ALL the time without glitch or problem.... Highly recommended for keeping track of and viewing your docs that you need with you on your mobile device. All apps should work like this.

Documents. I like that I can transfer an idea directly to this app, access it or edit later and still have it available when I need it. I'm not savvy with technology so having an app literally at my fingertips where I can save my thoughts or send them or even print them easily is great.

Great app. Use this for everything PDF or office files also keep exported contacts excel file. Helps set up phone after clearing all data when I emailed all these files to myself loaded the apps and imported contacts from files maintained using this app.

Simple & indispensable - very recommended.. A great product, easy to use, compatible with other programs. I have been absolutely happy with this program for many, ,many years. Elegant design remains, w/o additional updates or new features affecting or cluttering the ease of use this app always has had.

Beware. I am very upset with is app. I’ve had it about a year. It was hard to set up but finally was able to make it work for me. They waited till I got all my documents imported set up & wanted us to pay for it. I have to do a lot to maintain it so paying for it is not an option. Now they have made their color coding and texting totally useless until you pay for it-app blackmail. I haven’t tried copy & paste yet. My guess is that isn’t working either.

Not user friendly. It’s just a pain you cant delete rows or change columns without going through a whole process and yo have to constantly tap the box you want to write in then tap the top bar to enter the text then have to tap the different bar then tap the top bar again to write the text. Just a pain takes forever to alter something definitely more work then necessary it makes what I have to do take longer than it should.

Keeps me in touch. I use this app all the time to jot down notes and to be able to access my google account with my office info. This info is always with me and it allows me to manage phone space. Thanks, Dr Ron

Excellent App. I use this app many times a day, both for text documents and for spreadsheet documents. I’m not sure I could live without it! Also want to praise the support team. The many questions iv asked, only the last one failed to lead to an email from them; it only led to a change that resolved my problem.

Useful and straightforward. I use documents for many things, ideas for quilt, I use it in my research to keep ideas and thoughts together before I blend them into a paper, which I can type directly on Documents. I can download PDFs that I want to keep, etc, many uses for this program. I highly recommend it

Observation. I haven’t been using this too long really. But so far it’s been what I was looking for and seems to have what I require. I often have thoughts that I want to get get down quickly and or things I want to work on. And being away from home with only my phone this works nicely. I have yet to use it more in-depth but it seems to do what I need and was looking for.

Love this app. I just had a failure with both my iPhone and my IPad. A lot of data has been lost. I now can sleep comfortably knowing my ICloud data will be kept for good. Helps a lot when it is so easy to find what exactly is where I need it to be.

Was good, but latest update is a brick!. App was working very well. Developer dropped a download and now it does not work. App launches, stalls, and then shuts down. I’ve tried a reinstall, but to no avail. So frustrating...should have left well enough alone!

What I need.... I've been using open source programs on the windows platform and wanted something equivalent for my iPad. This seems to fit the bill. It lets me access documents and spreadsheets stored on the cloud which is helpful for access from any device.

I have just started using Documents, but it looks great so far.. I am an author and I write every day in Google docs. It looks like this may be even better, at least I was able to access all of my files on Google docs and download a test of each type. Very easy!

Suites My Needs. I’ve always found it rather disappointing that Apple devices don’t natively want to support or let you work with the industry standards out there. Documents fills the void for me. It lets me use and organize, on my iPhone, the documents I’ve created on my other computers. Fits my needs.

Love it!. I am 69 years old and never learned to type. I have been sorry ever since until I got this app. I can type up all of my journal entries, Bible study notes for teaching, etc. I use it at least once a week. Amazing!

Lifesaver right here!. I had a bunch of PDF documents that I really needed to edit but I’m too cheap to pay for software to do that. So I downloaded this app and just read the papers that I needed to edit and created a whole new document that I can do anything with. It’s fantastic!

Easy to use and similar to other product, so easy to learn. I found this app easy to use and appears to be formatted very similarly, making most things easier to find with it being similar to other formats! I greatly appreciate it!!

Troublesome. Recently, the font changing function has a problem, it used to extent only halfway of the screen. Now, it’s impossible to type or change the font after you tap on the symbol. I hope you can remove the bug in the near future

Need assistance. I have been writing a book for the past 5 years using the documents app. and as I was writing, everything suddenly disappeared. I have emailed savy soda 5 times and have received no response. I have called them and their voicemail is always full. I am beyond upset about losing the manuscript and extremely disappointed that no one will respond to me because it is very likely they have my book. I used to highly recommend documents and unless I hear from them, I will never use or recommend this to anyone.

Utilities you need on your IPad. This application works on my IPad series 2. Most common products will not run on my IPad. I am happy this one does, and after all and I can continue using my device. Is as easy to use as any other. Very happy

I use this for my daily notes. After suffering from a Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI) from an accident that I had to be “Jaws-of-Life” out and Life-Flighted, I use this application to write my daily events throughout the day. I then test & check myself to see how accurate I was.

On the go friendly. Absolutely a great work and personal tool to have readily available on something you already carry. I can download briefings, classes or documents and view while traveling or on the go. Definitely an handed my mobile office capability.

Great!. It's easy and handy. I do a lot of reports and writings for my church. This way I can take care of it anywhere and save it for meetings and such. I can also email to the right person or the church file and save lots of paper! I also use it for personal notes when I give a talk or teach my Sunday School class.

File Management. I like the file management so far. Right when I was about to create my first document, the option for first making a folder was there. It was a good reminder. And entitling both the folder and the file were simple.

"Numbers" - Spreadsheets with Numbers. I retired as a Budget Analyst and have used spreadsheets for many years. To me, spreadsheets help me keep my bills and life in order. Documents. I love it cause it kept all my husbands medication list and also his life history and his surgeries. So when we went to the doctors I could just print those pages and hand it to which ever doctor we saw. Made everything so easy! Loved it!

Documents. The Document App has been an enormous help in keeping all my important files and documents in one place. I have copies of wills, trusts, leases, agreements, and any other documents I need in one place. I would give it 6 stars if that was an option!

Excellent free app. I use this everyday. The ads are not annoying which is nice. Only problem I have on occasion is when there’s an update the ad audio will start blasting even though I have audio off on my phone. Small annoyance really when cast against how useful it is

Very Handy for work and personal uses. I have used this app regularly for almost five years. I download pdf's from emails, keep work schedules for my four jobs and carry handouts to China where I teach in the summer. Easy to copy from emails and send docs via email. No complaints, only praise from this iPad user.

Perfect (iPad Pro 10.5). I looked at several different apps before I found this one. It is one of the only actual free apps that I found. It is very simple and straightforward, I personally don’t need much, just to make a few outlines and jot some notes down. It works great with my Bluetooth keyboard as well.

Works well all times!!. I found it the best to use in iPhone or iPad! t works great, reliable with no problem!! The only thing I wish it has (redo) tool; so, if mistakenly delete something you can (redo it). Otherwise it's a great application!

Documents, just easy to use. I’ve been working with this iPad program for years. It’s beauty is in its simplicity. Updates are appreciated as long as they don’t make the program crash or slow down. WithDocuments, it just works.
