👍👍👍👍. There is nothing great about it but there's nothing bad about it to change the date all u do us go 2 settings and if u want the hour date and time until then buy the full version.

Ughh.... I was trying to do a countdown until the sims 3 comes out but I looked at it three times today and it gave different amounts of days. The first time it said seven days, the second time it said six days, and the third time it said seven again. Why is this? Does anyone else have this problem? Help!

AWESOME!. It seriously is my go to when I need to keep track of something. The only thing is, you can only keep track of one thing unless you pay. Other than that, ITS AMAZING

You get what you pay for. This app is awesome and it only has one thing cuz it's the LITE version. If you want more, you have to pay.

Big Day Lite is my fave countdown app....for iPhone. However....I can't give it a five because when used on an iPad it's missing two important features....full screen and horizontal viewing. When you turn the iPad, the picture and countdown number gets cut off. They need to come out with an iPad version of this app.

Works great!. Just what I was looking for! Wish the icon would show a days since/until count.

Very nice👍. Set the date, and the days count on since! Also a great feature is it allows you to set a background image, which is symbolic for me and my reason to keep counting. Thanks for the simple clean app.

Sobriety Calculator. I use this app for a completely different purpose than the developers had originally intended. I have put a date in that occurred in the past and now it counts upwards... every single day. I gave it a custom background image that is a picture of me looking out to sea, contemplating life. I look at this nearly daily to remind myself just how far I've come... 1675 days since my last drink, as of this writing! For this, it is the absolute perfect app for my needs. For its original intent, I'll have to refer you to the other reviewers. Oh, and I've had this app for about 1645 days (I got it when I hit my one month mark and wanted a better way to keep track).

Perfect to use. Clean and simple day counting app. One of my essential apps!

Does exactly what I need. And it has the added feature of allowing a custom background picture.

WHY ARE THERE BAD REVIEWS. All you have to do to figure the app out is to go to settings and change the name of the event and the date. And the picture to if you want. That's it! Then it works!! I love it!

Awesome. Really simple to use, hi quality and it's fun to check everyday until the bug moment. Also, if your event passes, it'll start counting 'days since' your event, which is nice and sweet esp if you're the sentimental nostalgic kinda person. The lite version only does 1 event @ a time

Love-one suggestion. I wish you could set the countdown to your lock screen or home screen so you could always see it!

It's ok. Simple and basic. I like it let's me put in my own pic and like widget feature just would like different ticker options

Cool. We are using this to countdown to our family beach vacation. Wish it could be viewed in landscape. I was able to add the picture of the beach house to customize which is neat.

Pretty good!. Its a pretty cool little app, but you really need to upgrade to get everything it has to offer. I personally don't really need a countdown for anything, but if I did I would probably upgrade. *To the people that are complaining: THIS IS A FREE APP. DEVELOPERS DON'T SPEND THEIR TIME AND MONEY TO MAKE AB APP JUST SEE YOU SMILE. THEY HAVE BILLS TO PAY JUST LIKE THE REST OF US. IF YOU AREN'T GIVING THEM MONEY OR SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT THAN YOU ARE USELESS TO THEM..

Just takes a sec. If you tap the Bottom of the screen you should see a bar on the bottom tap the sign on the bar and it will take you to were you need to go....

Works great but..... I like the capabilities, interface, ease of use and widget .... but ultimately I chose to use another app that gives me the option of a notification/reminder each day of how many days I have left. Would gladly pay for a version of Big Day with daily reminders/alerts. Thank you :)

Cool. You guys do realize that this is the free version? The paid one is probably a little bit better;). Anywas, I think this I'd pretty cool. I mean it's just a simple count down app. And to whoever said something about counting down to school days, I don't think this was intended for that. Good idea though.

Please Update!!. I don't know if this is in the full app but it would be nice if there was an update where you could have more than one event. If there is someone tell me! But other than that it is a good app! I love the ways the numbers go when you get on the app! I'll give this 3 stars and if there is an update I'll give it 5 stars. Thanks!

Nice App. Originally was going to use for one time till my birthday, but I may just have to use for many other things too. Very nice, clean looking app.

Not worth it. You only get one reminder for the free version. Others have more. Not worth the download.

Better than what I was looking for.. This app is exactly what I needed and more. Yes, it's only for one event, but that's all I needed. The title and wallpaper were more than I had even considered having and are very cool features. It's a well-designed, good looking program too. If you need more than one event, I'm guessing the full version can do that just as well as it does what I need. Don't expect EVERYTHING for free, people.

Best one in store but..... I really love how the days flip until the final day, I just REALLY wish they could make an app like this that you can actually put the countdown thing on your lock screen. That would be so cute! But other than that I love it!

I love this app!. I love this app! I used it to countdown the days for my Justin Bieber believe concert and now I'm using it to countdown my vacation! The day I went back on the app after the concert I noticed something cool that I didn't know it did, it counts down the days since the event! I thought that was cool! So I would recommend getting this app it's good for big events.

Nice app!. This is a great app and I have no idea why it being rated so low. Anyone who says anything starting with "I don't know how to..." fails. I figured everything out without reading much of the description. This app is sooo easy and is amazing for a Lite version. Keep up the great work.

Love!. A fun way to count! This is one of my daily apps. I use this app and its widget to remember my important event.

Good Idea/Needs work. I have been looking for an app like this to keep track of important dates. It would be perfect except there is no way to chronologically arrange events once entered. Too time consuming to delete all and enter them again. It would be nice to be able to arrange events. I have scoured the internet to find if it is possible…should need to waste time for a simple function.

Does exactly what it says!. This is the FREE app folks, so it only counts down to one event. You can change the background to a pic representing your event. 218 days left for mine!

Perfect. At work we joked with a guy that he was going to die at the age 66. I needed a calender that counted down so everday I could remind him how much longer he has to live. This app is perfect.

Horrible. It wouldn't let me countdown. I wanted it for upcoming shows so I wouldn't forget the date and time but checking on the countdown 2 days later revealed it counting up. Once you start the app to check the countdown, it tallies the days left as if were a manual scoreboard for a little league game. No seconds, minutes or hours to see. And you can only do one countdown at a time. One star for adding your own photo.

Can I create more than one event?. I was just wondering if I was able to create more than one event with this app; if I can't that would be the only flaw about it. Other than that is exactly what I need.

Duh!. This a great free app! For those of you who can't figure it out, tap around the screen and a toolbar pops up on the bottom. Took my three year old daughter about 2.2 seconds to figure it out. If your looking to countdown to multiple dates, buy the full version you cheapos!

Good...but could be better. I love the app because I like knowing how many days are left until an event so that's great but I wish they gave you a choice to add the countdown box thing to the lock screen that way you dont have to keep opening the app to check how many days are left.

please try to change that. I love this app but the only problem is that I don't like how you can't zoom out/in or rearrange the photo the way you want it, other than that it's good!

Best free countdown app. This is my favorite free countdown app. I like that it's well designed and I can add my own photos. I love that I can also move around the numbers so that I can see the entire area of my photo

Love it but 1 problem. This app is so amazing and have downloaded it on every device I have!!! But my only problem is that you can only have 1 and the other app you can have up to 20. That is my only issue so could you try to fix it 😊. Other than that the app is so AMAZING!!! I would recommend to download it on every device that you own. 😄😆😜😋

@@@@ 4 stars. It can't get simpler than this and I was amazed they even had an app like this! The only thing I was SO FRUSTRATED about was that you couldn't import pictures from the Internet fir your countdown! By now you're probably wondering why I rated this four stars ... Well luckily for me the default picture already had a picture of a plane, and it was like it read my mind! I got this app to countdown my trip to Croatia! LOL I also wondered how busy people could possibly be when they complained in the reviews about only having a countdown for one thing, but now I understand why.... There's nothing to this app really it's perfect for your big day countdown as it says in the name 

Best countdown app yet!. It's easy to use, nice design, and definitely worth getting. I'm actually happy it doesn't count down hours, minutes, and seconds. I find those kind of countdowns annoying. It's a really amazing app and I definitely recommend it!

How to get more users. ”x days until y” = good + ”x days since y” = perfection Please make that happen before others do :)

Preview icon. Since this is the free version and only has one countdown, it would be cool if the icon counted down as well, rather then stay stuck on 365.

Ugh. Crops photos and doesn't display the full title of the event if its too long. There are many better apps than this one that do the job much better.

Rotation bug. Everything is fine except when you rotate the iPhone/iPod Touch to landscape and back to portrait, the screen shifts down.

Big days. To record the big days is the important thing for myself. This app helps me a lot.

No point. There is no point in this app. You only get 1 countdown slide and it only tells you how many days! There is way better apps I found. Waste of time😞

Good. Good app. But would be better if the icon counted down aswell instead of just staying at 365

Not good!. The free version is great. All the full version gives you is more count downs and it crops your photos off! Not impressed.

Scammed. Downloaded it and can’t do anything at all with it - you can only change the normal screen to dark mode. You just get a plane on a screen with a date I don’t even know why there is a free version if all it’s purpose is to have a little app on your home screen. I do not recommend!

Scam. Downloaded, you literally can't do anything with it unless you buy features. There's just the one countdown with that plane engine timer.

I don't know.. I didn't like this very much... Couldn't figure it out, had only one countdown and only showed how many days. You have to upgrade to actually do anything fun with it. So how fun is that for a countdown to something exciting? Not for me, wasn't what I was looking for.

Doesn't Update Icon. Really looking for something quite simple - a counter to see quickly from the icon and more details if required but can't seem to get it.

It counts weekends. :(. I got this app so I could countdown the end of school but it counts weekends. Please make an update where you can choose what days you count.

Don't bother. Don't bother making a free version if it only gives you one countdown. Either put some ads in it and make it free, or make me pay for the app, don't let me spend time downloading junk. It's a crazy simple app to create, get over yourselves

Exactly what I wanted. Not only can it countdown but it can countup and tell you how many days since an event.

Fast on 3G. Very sleek, and fast on my old IPhone 3G. Love the sample background.

App cuts out personal photos. Countdown is good but when I put a custom photo as the background, it cuts off at least half of it no matter what I do to fix it.

Great App. I finally bought the full version of the app, I wish that you organize the events in time order rather than by the time of entry.

Falls short.... Just counts the days. No option for hours, minutes, etc. Also, the sample has great looking large photos, but if you add a smaller image it doesn't stretch and looks really stupid. Countdown!!! app is better.

Decent app. I like this all because it's prettier than the other countdown apps, but it's sorely missing an hours/minutes/seconds countdown. If this app had this, I'd give this 5 stars and buy the paid app.

Serves its purpose. For the widget please remove the extra space that says "open in app" it just takes up too much extra space that's not needed. Then I'll give it 5.
