One of My favorite apps!. This is, by far, one of my favorite applications. Tons of games for a pretty small price. The daily web challenges are fun (and addictive). And now, with the addition of the player challenges... even more addiction. Who doesn't love a little healthy competition in their lives. Bottom line, I love it and highly recommend it. Well worth the small price.

Another pointless, regressive update. There are few apps out there that can compete with PMs numerous pointless, regressive updates that insist on bothering users with poor and needless "graphic design" changes and atrocious color schemes, the latter of which have not been user-friendly since the original version of the game. What is this designer thinking? A good collection of games, though I don't play much anymore, as the screen seems to have become some sort of Clockwork Orange experiment designed to inflict pain upon one's eyes.

bug fixes never happened. months ago this app updated after literal years of working fine. dev said they would fix the bugs in 7.1 but the app is still sized wrong for the screen on almost all puzzles, and some have other bugs like mastermind will glitch off screen if you tab out of the app. just fix it already or put it back to the way it was

15 Games for $5!!. Not only are there 15 games, most of them awesome... (haven't tried them all yet) most if not all of them are randomized each time you play. And I can free up many slots for other apps. I am totally addicted to my iPod Touch. I have over 400 apps right now and I am trying to find the best ones to fill up my 9 pages. I still have 3 gigs left on my 8 gig IPod Touch, and that is with about 100 songs and 30 music videos. I hope Apple increases the number of pages that you can have, as long as you have some leftover space for app buffer. As for Puzzle Maniak I hope they improve the graphics in a future update and possibly add Kakuro. It might give those prospective customers that nudge to buy their games.

Excellent variety of highly addictive puzzle games. Now with even more games and more features than before, this game is the one I play most frequently on my iPhone, hands-down. The games are quick to start (sorted by the ones I play most often). Progress and stats are always saved, so I never have to worry about being interrupted by a phone call or taking a break to play a different game. Every game allows you to adjust both the size of the playing field and the difficulty level, so I can vary how hard or how long the game will take to play depending on my available time. Also, don't be swayed one way or another by "Christmas Edition." As far as I can tell, the only thing it has to do with Christmas is that the icon and the start-up screen are covered in snow.

One of my favorite puzzle apps. I really like its simplicity, because it I can play a long time and it doesn't drain my phone's battery. This app has some unique puzzles that I've never seen anywhere else and some that are old favorites. One of my favorites is the lightbulb puzzle. There are a couple of problems with large puzzles on a small screen. I can't wait to get my iPad!

The best value in puzzle games on the iPhone. I've been playing this game on my iPhone for years. It's ridiculous how great a value it is. I've lost track of how many games are in this app. This is my desert island game, seriously.

Update made everything smaller. With this update, everything is suddenly smaller, making it hard to play on my phone. (iPhone 13 max pro.) I've been playing this collection for years. I'm addicted and now I can't get my fix! ;) UPDATE: The size issue is mostly fixed, but Pattern is still small for some reason, and the trees is Tents are oddly off-center. UPDATE 2: Untangle also doesn't work right. The nodes have a limited range of motion making it impossible to solve.

Major problem with the new version*. The latest version (where everything is green) dropped the button to "pencil in" possible numbers in the Sudoku and Unequal games. I certainly can't beat those games without it. Bring back the button and it's back up to 5 stars. *3.1 fixed all the problems I had with it. Great app again!

How to fix. To get the update to work, delete the app from your iPhone, then go to the app store and download it again. After you enter your password, it will let you download it for free, if you purchased it before.

Back to being a must-buy!. After a bit of a hiccup with 3.0, puzzlemaniak is back to greatness in 3.1. There are still dome outstanding bugs, but at least it's back to useful.

Fantastic App, but the crashes spoil it. One of the best game apps. Biggest problem is the continuing crashing especially when in a timed Web game. Having to cycle the wake button before reentering the game kills the point of playing against the clock, when it occurs 3 or more times in a single game.

Best Puzzle Collection!!!. Something I was waiting for long. It contain all my favourite puzzle games with a very good interface. Those who loves sudoku, loop, bridges like games this application is a must buy. In short the best collection of puzzles.

This is still my go to puzzler.. I have been playing these puzzles for years now. It has a lot of puzzles with varying levels of difficulty. Whether you have 10 seconds or 10 minutes, there's a puzzle for you to complete in that time.

New Version is HORRIBLE - Please fix!. I made the mistake of downloading the new version and wish I never did. The new green color is horrible - it's so dark and dreary. Second, the game has so many bugs that I don't want to play it anymore(I'm seriously thinking of deleting it). Two bugs I found in Pattern so far: the numbers don't line up with the boxes; I solved the puzzle but the game won't stop. I have to hit solve and it's the same thing I had. Please fix the bugs and rethink the colors so I can go back to playing with the games I enjoy.

Lots of Fun, a few minor problems. Most of the games are a ton of fun, however some of the instructions were confusing (like some other reviews stated). But I still enjoy most of the games, and I don't have technical problems like other uses stated, but I have an iPod touch, not an iPhone.

Great app with some problems. The puzzles are great, there's only three that I don't enjoy playing daily. I've gotten countless hours of enjoyment for my 99 cents. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. I've had to play some of the games several times with using the "solve" button to understand what the point was, and I still can't remember which of the yellow or white dots means a color is in the right position in the memory game. A wiki with better instructions and solving hints would be nice. The main problem I have is that taking a call or exiting the app erases my progress. Some of the difficult puzzles can take me upwards of 20 minutes to complete and taking a call returns me to the main menu and a new blank puzzle appears when I select one. If it weren't for this I would give it 5 stars.

What happened?. This used to be a great collection of games, well worth the yearly fee, but now it feels like it’s been abandoned. Games crash all the time, graphics wonky. It’s a shame.

Not worth the time and money.. It seems like the puzzles are computer generated (not artist created). That it a bummer because many times the challenge is taken away by obvious solutions. The user interface is very buggy. Selecting a box and then a number can be very frustrating. The number may be 300 pixels thick but only ten of them actually select the number you are trying to select. Then, ten number selections later that box that was giving you trouble before returns to plague you by mysteriously changing numbers on you. That requires you to once again find those ten special pixels, but this time the box changes back and laughs at you every time you finally manage to correct its spiteful shenanigans. The app has many fun puzzle types to choose from. But until the developer chooses to put some time into making it work properly, the risks out weigh the fun and is therefore not worth its time and money.

Great games but network error for online. I like the games but can't play any of the daily ranked or update the online name due to a network error :(

Nice, but.... A very well presented app with a fantastic collection of puzzle games. However, I am experiencing a lot of trouble with the controls. I often have to press/drag/whatever several times before it finally picks up on what I'm trying to do. Boxes in some of the grid games are much too small and it is very difficult to select the right one. Also is a bit slow to respond, which makes for *extremely* frustrating gameplay on many puzzles. Fix these bugs and you've got my 5 stars.

Love these games. The games are very fun and having a daily, ranked challenge makes me play almost every day. These types of puzzles keep my brain sharp.

Awesome 'cept themes. Amazing app. The original theme was less than ideal. The green theme is stunning. I love it, only it can get pretty hard for colorblind people. The new original theme is even worse though. The look isn't as smooth and the colors are a nightmare. Such an amazing app otherwise.

A masterpiece of classic puzzling. This app is a masterpiece. Each puzzle is a creative, well-crafted gem that could easily stand on its own. Having all 20 packaged together in this low-cost bundle is a gift. Many of the puzzles are familiar classics, but several are original delights (new to me anyway). The user interfaces are clean, multiple difficulty and board-size options are provided with each puzzle, and the bundled instructions are both clear and elegantly brief. Bravo and Thank You to the developer!

Not the best update. Loved this game. Would have given it 5 stars as it is one of three games I play daily. But the most recent update is very buggy as well as harder to use. 1. Saving a game by exiting and then going back often doesn't work or makes incorrect changes to state. 2. Playing the inequality game on the red background with light yellowy green number is really hard to see. Would love to see an option for no background and just plain black color. 3. Really difficult to find the daily challenge. Loved that I used to be able to access it from the puzzle itself. I liked the puzzle first idea of the previous version. Now I have to decide quick, local, or global. And they each have different game pickers. 4. Get off my lawn. Seriously I loved this game but the most recent update dramatically decreased the playability. I do love the addition of some new puzzle types but the ui updates were not good. I'll reach out in email with an image of what I mean.

Penultimate Puzzler. I have been using this app for almost a year. It has a great variety of apps at different difficulty levels. There is always a challenge if you want. It is one of the best apps I show my friends and has earned a place as one of my "essential" apps on the first home screen - I use it almost every day. It is well worth the cost!

Online games not working last 2 days. The app just crashes when I try to go online for anything within this app. Games, online rankings… I have tried on iPad, iPhone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cannot play any online games now, and my subscription is good until February 2022. Sent developer email and no response yet.

Paid for original version years ago. Now the new version requires additional payment to play against others? I already paid.

Stonking collection of brain-stretchers. I used to play PuzzleManiak obsessively on my jailbroken iPhone, and was disappointed when only a couple of the games were made available in the App Store. Now that the whole collection is available at a bargainous price, I can't recommend it highly enough. A widely varied gathering of puzzles, there's something for everyone here. My current fave is Bridges, but that changes regularly. Add in the daily challenges (which pit you on a scoreboard against internet strangers), and you're always wishing your synapses were just That Bit Faster. There are a few minor niggles (when a puzzle is small, the finger-touch recognition is a bit sloppy), but nothing that stops me for heartily endorsing. Give it a shot!

All the favorites plus new!. I kept wondering when someone was going to do Hi-Q and some of the other "oldies?" But they are here with some great new ones. Not overdone on the graphics; just brain challenging puzzles. This will keep you busy a LONG time....

So sad!!!. After literally years of using this app as my go-to time killer at airports, doctors offices, and such, this last update has killed it on my iPhone 11. The game boards and icons are all much smaller, sudoku seems to be pretty much unplayable. I certainly can’t see the small numbers, and the row of buttons along the bottom is under the “sweep up” bar and very hard to hit. The other games all seem to have the same size issues, and the touch screen precision it takes to play is just frustrating. I will miss you so much, PuzzleManiak!

Still my favourite app. The 3.0 update has some issues, but I believe he has addressed most if not all of them with 3.1.

Too many bugs to bother with. The latest update continues to not save times, even though it indicates that it is supposed to. On any device that is newer than an iPhone 8 the buttons are at the bottom of the screen and causes issues when trying to tap on a button or closing the app.

Great, but.... Ive been waiting for this package ever since I saw it announced on their website. Unfortunatly, the games are all much slower than their free counter parts, let alone the ones that aren't free. Basically, it might be a smarter idea to download the free versions of the games to try them out, if you like only a few, of the apps, less than 5, than only buy those, if you want more, get this version. Just be warned, these versions are not as smooth as the dollar versions of each game. Good games, but they still need to be fixed up to the quality of the full versions.

The only puzzle app you need!. Although this game costs more than some others, it is still a fantastic value! With 20 different games at 3 difficulty levels and random puzzle generation, lovers of logic puzzles will be in heaven. Couple the offline gaming with online leaderboards and daily web challenges and you have a gaming package that will never leave your front page. Light Up! is my personal favorite, but I play several of these games on a regular basis.

Like it. Heard about this app on the security now podcast. Purchased it yesterday and am liking it so far. Seems to be worth the price.

Yay!. So glad the developer listened to popular demand and released this set. Love so many of these games and they are of such quality-- speed issues mentioned were minor for me and I'm sure they will be addressed by this developer.. He's got some serious talent!

Everyday player for years. This app is so awesome. I had this when my phone was jailbroken(hacked) and I always said I would of paid for this, and now I have too. It's honestly a great collection of games, I'm still learning to play most of them. This has a great deal of replay value and it well worth the 5 bucks I paid. Thank You. Ps. Doesn’t work after update. After happily playing this for years, I got a mysterious message apologizing for an update. And the developer might well apologize—the app no longer works on my 5th gen iPad Pro because parts of the puzzles are off the screen.

Best app for puzzle freaks. I just want to say that the "average" rating for this app should really be at 5* (people who loved the app but were troubled by a bug gave it 1*, wrongly so!) and if you're thinking about buying it, know that it will give you hours and hours and HOURS of challenging entertainment. There are so many different kinds of puzzles and the creator is constantly working to keep the app at its best.

One of the best game values in the store. This is a terrific collection of puzzles, at a very reasonable price given the number of puzzles you get. I love the variety. Minor issues: on "Guess", it is not easy to grab those little dots and move them; and there are a few (i.e. bridges) where it seems like you have to "undo" your steps in the order you took them when it would be much easier if you could just double-click (or some such) where you want to make a change and have it do it. Minor things, though -- again, this is a GREAT value!

Really nice collection of puzzles. There are enough puzzles, with enough options/levels, to keep you busy for years. None of them claims to be original, but I doubt that there's another such complete collection of solid puzzles available for the iPhone/iPod touch. Since each puzzle is separately available for about a dollar (last time I checked), you'd need to like at least seven of these puzzles for this to be a bargain at $6 (alternately, you could just want to have several good puzzles exist under a single icon on your device). So far I've liked at least 5 or 6. I suspect with time I'll like at least seven. :-) As far as I can tell, you can't (yet) compare your scores to those of other people around the world. That would be the only significant feature I'd want to see added. I have not encountered any bugs or crashes thus far in my testing. I'd give whichever individual puzzles you like best 5 stars apiece. I'd give this whole collection 4 stars when it costs $6. It's a clear 5 stars when it's on sale (I saw it for $3 recently -- a real bargain!).

Terrible. This new update is horrible. I've played this game daily for a long time but hate it now. There are many bugs in several games. I hate the pictures and you can no longer tell if you've played the web challenges which is one of the better parts. I'd give negative stars if I could. I've talked several people into buying this game but today I told a friend not to waste their money. In fact, I'd like my money back if things aren't improved for the better this time!!!!!

Very satisfying. A must-have for puzzle addicts. There's a puzzle or three here for every mood. The variety of puzzles is great, and the variable difficulty makes it perfect.

My very favorite iPhone application. I've been playing PuzzelManiak since it first debuted in Installer. This application is the reason I waited so long to move to the 2.0 firmware. It took a long time to get into the App Store. I play every day. The interface is fantastic and the games are engaging. The web challenges help to keep this interesting.

This new version blows. This ugly green version breaks necessary features that were in the previous version. It makes it much more dificult to begin the correct game. It makes it impossible to complete 2 of the games. The user interface has regressed in usability. The one upgrade is that the Bridges game is more responsive. After spending money on this app and using it every single day I would have appreciated usage enhancements, not a regression making it half as enjoyable. Just keep using the Lite versions until this version is fixed. You're not gaining anything but a headache by spending money on this version until it is fixed.

Best puzzle game on the iPhone!. Fantastic program. Keeps your mind sharp while providing short distractions for those moments in life where you have just a few minutes to kill. It is as unobtrusive as you like, but always entertaining. I used to play this on my jailbroken 1.x iPhone, and I have been a fan ever since. This is a fantastic adaptation of the original! It has been fun to watch it grow, while the concepts behind the games remained the same.

Bridges. I can't stop playing bridges. Oddly the counter for games won and lost don’t work properly. I win every game but it says I’ve lost over 300. Oh well i like it anyway.

Awesome until.... I love this app! All the games included are great and fun. However with the update I can't even open it. Lame...the update NEEDS an update!!! *******Update******** Even after I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, it still crashes at random places. Due to all the crashing it's lost another star in my book. :(

Where is the zoom?. I like the updated look but what has happened to the ability to zoom in on some of the puzzels. Please bring this back!

Some very good games here. I like this app a lot - about six of the games are real favourites. I have one complaint - in the MAP game, will you PLEASE change the colours! The two shades of brown are too similar - just distinguishable on the iPad mini but hopeless on the phone. It seems to me the colours have got murkier with each update. How about some brighter colours please??? If there's no change with the next upgrade I'll know you don't read your reviews xx

Excellent, but could be better. I agree with the other reviewers, there are a lot of great puzzles here. But I would like to see the layout more like ArcadeManiak! PuzzleManiak has more puzzles (20 or so) compared to the nine in ArcadeManiak, but the ones in ArcadeManiak are updated with a glossier interface and audio. I would love to see PuzzleManiak evolve into a similar (or identical with more puzzles) style as ArcadeManiac. So in summary, great puzzles 5 stars for that, but 1 star for layout (ArcadeManiak is 5 star layout) average 3 stars - rounding up. Pls change layout.

Love the update. I've had this app for a while, and loved it. It looks a whole lot better now though! One question about the previous background though... What does "it's demoniak!" mean??

Best puzzle application on the iPhone. This is a great set of puzzles. I'd already bought 9 of these when they were released individually, but it's far more convenient (and takes up less space in your menus) to have them all under 1 icon. A lot of intelligence has been used in these puzzles. They're all generated on the fly (as opposed to other aps that have a fixed number of puzzles). Plus there are lots of different options to vary the difficulty. Since I've been using these aps, I have basically thrown my old puzzle books away. And to have them all bundled up for AU$6 is a bargain.

Extremely Confusing. The descriptions for the puzzles are extremely confusing. The only puzzles I've worked out are Untangle and Sudoku. The fact that PuzzleManiak Legacy exists adds even more confusion; is this a new app, or an old version? You are continually timed when trying a puzzle; even if you're reading the help section! The whole interface needs re-thinking.

Latest version need work.. The recent update has introduced a few visual glitches. For example, the guesses in MasterMind don’t line up with the background grid.

Amazing. Very good game. But on pegs my octagon shape won't work. And it's one of my favorites. If this gets fixed five star for sure!

Great App!!. Great application, my favorite, but the new chrismas version doesn't work on my iphone... I tried reastarting it, it doesn't work. I don't know where to say it... But please fix it fast! I pass more than 1-2 hours per day on this app.

My favourite game!. The variety, the value, and the thinking behind it is shocking. I love it! Oh, and, by the way... I love the icon! As sad as it is, the icon attracted me to purchase it. I believe it's very relevant, the cogs are a great touch! (and is that a neuron?)

Excellent. If my previous review (complaining about the crashing of the new update) got posted, I rescind it. After uninstalling and reinstalling the game a few more times (out of sheer stubbornness), it finally works, even though all my previous scores and stats have been erased (whatever), and PuzzleManiak remains one of the best games on the App Store, worth every penny and then some. Anybody who likes puzzle games should buy this right now, and then get ready to lose a whole lot of hours playing the many games.

Best value for price. This is by far my favorite app on my phone. It's a deal at any price. Been playing it for over a year and the latest version 3.1 makes it better than ever. 20 great games to compete about with other players. Whether you have just a few seconds or an hour to kill while on the train, there's a game for the occasion.

Every game is great. Another Update: I still use it after FOUR YEARS and there are new games now,in addition to the ones I love. Brilliant. Update: I first reviewed this app THREE YEARS AGO. it's still one I use regularly. Well worth the price! Original review: Well worth the money - would be nice if sudoku could override the screen's automatic turn-off. That's a long game and it keeps disappearing while I'm thinking. This is certainly my favourite download ever.

WOW! 20 Hidden Gems!. I was only looking for a small picross app when I found this collection. Phenomenal selection of games, a great interface, and top-notch tech support! Best $6 I will ever spend in the app store. Very impressed with the random puzzle generators - they're better than anything your competitors could come up with. I'll be recommending this app to everyone. Keep up the great work!

amazing but new update.... I love this app and it is a very good price for all these games, although I know the last 5 games were recently added and now when I open it it crashes right away, I have done restarts and restores...I have deleted the app and re-added it but nothing works! please help! i went to the site for support but could not see a spot to email so I'm writing it here! please fix soon thanks!

Arrrrgggghhhh. Tried despite iffy reviews bc I love puzzles, but I'm sad. The instructions are inadequate and the controls don't respond well at all. Needs some tweaking big time. It could be so awesome, but as of today.... It's not.

Thank You!. 1st of all, this is by far one of my favorite games, so thanks a lot! I'm looking forward to the update to see what's new. There is several bugs I have noticed though, and I thought I would let you know (not complaining, trust me) so you can make your product even better. Here is my list: -Blackbox: the instructions could be updated. It was the first time I played it, and I actually had to google it to figure out how to play.. very fun once I got it though. -Map: method of playing could use some work, maybe use an interface similar to Sudoku and Unequal with the four colors popping up when you click on a piece? Maybe even adding in a 5-color difficulty because I have beaten it many times on the six star level. -Mastermind (Guess): the green and white pegs illustrating if my choices are correct don't match up with the answer key. Couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting anywhere with the pegs on one game, until the answer came out and it had nothing to do with the pegs. -Pattern: many times, it won't register that a black or white piece is placed, so after you finish a puzzle, sometimes you have to hit undo and refill in the ones that didn't register (sometimes 7 or 8 spots!). Also, when I just start a game, sometimes some of the grid is missing on the bottom and right side. Other problems that involve all of the games: -sometimes the buttons on the top switch when my finger is no where near them, like from flag to select on Mines (which usually makes me lose) -after playing some player challenges, the difficulties are messed up when I go back to the offline games, and sometimes the 'New' and 'Web Challenge' buttons are unclickable, but going back and restarting that specific game fixes that problem -it has crashed or gets slow occasionally from time to time, but a restart of the ipod usually fixes this problem -the larger puzzles sometimes stall and have crashed Thank you for your time! I posted this on your website as well. Thanks for the game!

Simply addictive fun! A great app that's also a great value!. I purchased and played many of the separate PuzzleManiak games before the whole package was available. I was hooked then, and it's only gotten better with the release of the whole collection. There's really something to be said for puzzles that are never the same twice. Other games have gotten me hooked for a short while until I beat them, and then there was no point in playing them again. But not with PuzzleManiak. These games are just as addictive once you've played them a hundred times. Maybe even more addictive...because once you start getting good at a puzzle, beating the clock can become an all-consuming goal. Any single one of these 15 games would give me more playability than most other $5 games. But 15 games in one for that price? It's really incredible to think how much you get for your money with this one. Just playing the 15 daily challenges would be enough to keep me occupied for a while, but then going back and playing my favorite puzzles over and over again means I'm seriously getting my money's worth. One thing I love is that they're mostly short games that you can do in couple of minutes, or even 20 seconds. That's a great thing when you're just trying to kill time waiting in a line or ignoring a boring meeting. You can do a lot worse with your $4.99 here in the App Store. When you look at all the duds out there people are wasting their money on, it's refreshing to see a gem like PuzzleManiak at a great price. For the money, I don't think you can find more engaging and addictive fun.

Fun game but NEEDS SOUNDS!!!. WHY in the heck are the no sound effects. Would add a LOT to the gaming experience. And the BlackBox game doesn't really work as advertised. POOR ingame explaination on that on.

FINALY!!!. Soooo happy this came out! It was such a great app on my hacked iPod, but now I get it legaly!

One of the best puzzle apps. It has a wide variety of different puzzle types -- four new ones in this release alone. All the puzzles are generated in the app, so you never run out. Each puzzle has several different difficulty levels so you can start simple and go from there. So whether you like sudoku or dominosa or galaxies or... PuzzleManiak is the best!

I'm shocked. What a shock after recently upgrading all my Apps, to find my most consistently enjoyable games turn into something so frustrating and unpleasant to use. The green/black motif is hard to see. Major bugs with Pattens has already been mentioned in another post.

BUMMER. I used to play this app all the time. I was excited about the new games but now it crashed after the title screne. Bummer :-(

Stretch, Wiggle, and Jiggle that puny brain of yours. First exposed to Puzzle Maniak when I saw it come out for Nintendo DS homebrew and was instantly hooked. Now on iPhone pure heaven. Do not buy this if you just want to play these games on your PC/Mac. Download them for free (search simon tatham puzzles). Pay if you wish to play these on your iPhone. Has a web challenge for each of the 15 puzzles and a main daily challenge. Scores are kept on Puzzle Maniak's web site. My advice is don't read rules. Jump right in and click Solve button and try to figure out what your supposed to do. Then if in doubt read the rules which are included for each game. Here's quick overview of how to play each game. Many are of Japanese origin. Sudoku came from Dell Puzzle Magazine in 1979. Japanese just popularized it. Bridges (Hashiwokakero) - connect lines between circles making bridges. In each circle a number indicates amount of bridges that can connect to it. Dominosa - fill entire screen with dominoes. No two can be the same. Filling (Fillomino) - create regions by filling in grid with numbers. Numbers are equal to total region space.ith numbers. Galaxies (Tentai Show) - form 180 degree symmetrical regions so each dot is center within the region. Loopy (Slitherlink) - form one loop on grid. Each number indicates how many lines touch it. LightUp (Akari) - numbers indicated how many lightbulbs touch square. Lightbulbs illuminate and can't shine into another. Mines (Minesweeper) - everyone knows this one. Has zoom so easy to tap correct square. Net - rotate network connections so all are interconnected. Pattern (Picross) - numbers in columns and rows indicate how many squares are filled in. Rectangles (Shikaku) - form rectangles such that the area of rectangle is equal to the number in it. Sudoku - ever tried playing it with 9 unique symbols? I did, it's possible but don't recommend it. Slant - number in circles indicate how many slanted lines touch it. Slanted lines never form a loop. Tents - numbers in rows and columns indicated how many tents you place. Read rules on this puppy. Unequal (Futoushiki) - row / columns only one occurrence of digit like in Suduko. Greater than signs are satisfied. Untangle - untangle the dots with strings. So no strings (lines) cross another. Cat's cradle anyone? Some mentioned in previous versions of the single games they accidently clicked a button at bottom. That was rectified by moving clickable area below actual visual area of buttons. Many colors have been changed to be more visually appealing. Zoom has been added for many that didn't have it before. Disclaimer - I was a beta tester and did Japanese translation. Criticism - I think untangle would benefit immensely if it would visually highlight lines that are currently crossed with another. Also if anyone can untangle 16 dots on iPhone I want to personally meet you.

Version problem. The game is fantastic, but the latest version (Christmas edition) crashes my iTouch.

Great game but.... This is my favorite app, but it crashes quite often. Fix the bug and you get the other two stars.

Terrible!. Terrible! The directions are confusing. And the controls are bad...it's hard to drag things together or link them up. I usually like puzzles, but this was frustrating between the weird directions and inability to properly mark/move/connect things. What a waste!

Excellent collection. This is a great game collection. It's one of the first apps I bought, and one I still play all the time.

Great app. Totally worth the money. The games are challenging, and the player challenges have you competing for the best time.

DON'T INSTALL UPDATE!. One of my favorites has been ruined by the recent update. Can't believe that the zoom function has been removed altogether, and the new graphics scheme is simply awful. Is there anyway to "downdate" to the previous version? M. Minard, please help us!

Superb!. I paid 5 dollars for this, and I love it, so it is definitely worth the 99 cents that it is right now!

Great!. Amazing app - well worth the money paid and more. On a side note for mrbass.org comment above: I am 8/8 victories so far on iPhone Untangle 16 dot difficulty setting - top time is 1:40 and change (average time just over 5 min).
