Such a fun game. I love that the developers actually care about their players. I love how the new update offers us to keep playing the old version if we don’t like the new updates. I love how everything is so fairly priced (with in-game currency). I love that we don’t have to buy the currency with real money and that it’s relatively easy to earn enough coins through regular gameplay. Overall this is the most fair game I’ve played. Great and addicting app. This app is great! I have been addicted to this app and I love how it works with the island! Current high score is in the 30s. One suggestion I’d have is in dark mode make the puck and the ball remain dark, so that it fits in with the black notch/island. Besides that, love this game and have recommended to friends already, because it’s awesome that it works even if you don’t have a 14 pro!

Don’t get me wrong, I love this game… but. The idea and premise behind this game is awesome, and I really love playing it, however there are 2 problems that have come to my attention. For reference, I am on a 14 pro max. The first issue I have is the stuttering. The ball is almost flickery at times, though I believe the developers are working on fixing this. My second issue is that the game is considerably easier on the 14 pro as opposed to the pro max. This is because the island module is the same on both phones, but since the regular pro is smaller, the island is actually bigger in relation to the screen itself. This means that the hit box of the island is much easier to hit on the pro than on the pro max. This makes it frustrating as a pro max user, as competing on leaderboards and with my friends unfair, as anybody with a normal pro has an advantage over anybody with a pro max. Now for my suggestions. As for the skill difference required for the 2 phones, the hit box could be made larger on the pro max to compensate. Another suggestion I have is for a new mode where throughout play, the island itself will change shape. I think there are so many opportunities for other modes and stuff that could really make this game shine. All in all, I love this game, and I am excited to see how it hopefully continues to develop. I hope the developers see my review and take some of these things into consideration.

Amazing game but I cant leave the score screen. I got this game like 20 minutes ago and it’s really fun, but when I lose and get to the score screen the replay button is under the screen and I can’t get to it so I have to leave the app and go back to start a new round. I’m probably just missing something but I can’t figure it out.

Super fun but one little flaw. I like this game and especially appreciate how it isn’t killed with ads. Has this old classic feel and is good for killing time. My only issue was that it erased my high Score w few times and I am not sure why: this is not the only game that does that, just something to point out. Overall very good.

Great game but I have an idea. Sure it’s good and I love it but i thing you should adjust it for the 13 pro and pro max it works fine on the 12 series but I think you should add a hard mode for the 13 because it has a smaller notch and with the big notch on the current version it doesn’t look right I hope you take this idea thank me later

Last Update wiped out all my power ups. Update 2.1.0 wiped out all my points and power up I’ve collected and purchased throughout the game. I’m back to zero that’s not right. Also I’ve paid for no ads and still see ads that got to be apple policy breach, will be reporting this two faced bate and switch. Restore purchase does nothing! This game used to be excellent and would give it 5 stars but looks like the original developer sold out and now the new owners are scum. Will be deleting this app ASAP.

Good but…. So I used to love this game/play it every day, for me it was always great quality no glitches or flickers or anything. But once I started playing it alot( meaning every day) it started popping up ads every time I would die or let the ball touch the ground. I really would love this game if it didn’t give me ads every time I died, because the ads we’re starting to pop up every seconds it felt like I just stopped playing this game because you couldn’t skip the 1 and a half minute videos.

Very fun but a couple glitches. This app is very fun and creative however I have encountered a couple bugs. One is this I cannot watch a ad to revive myself even when I’m connected to a strong network, and when I change some settings then go back and select play it opens settings again

Review after playing the game multiple times. When losing a game and watching a video the ball should start off slowly by the time your ready you already lost. Their should also be a pause bottom just in case I need to use the bathroom

Why the update???. At first it was fun and for the first time ever a game with no cosmetics or power ups but then that's what he added so now instead of loading to the game itself I have to get greeted to a spin wheel and a BUNCH of ads. I miss the old version better so if you want to keep the game going I suggest to make a old version of the game. But on a sencere note I do like this game and the way it works with the notch with the new iphone is brilliant keep up the good work ❤️

Nice but it needs more ideas!. I really like playing the game specially when I’m traveling, its very entertaining. I have some ideas it may help you guys a lot. 1. First I would suggest a nice calm relaxing music while we play it will really entertain people playing it more. And the noises when we hit the ball and the dynamic island is a bit annoying. 2. If you guys would add the iOS emojis instead of the boring balls that hurts our eyes lol it would be so much fun and it will literally fit more the concept. And we need more interesting backgrounds and Live Backgrounds too. 3. Add more fun options on the mystery box like : animals on top of the Dynamic Island moving kinda slowly from the start of the island to the end and if don’t hit the island on time the animals will fall and we would lose some extra stars. That’s a very nice idea, Cash app me lol. Add a laugh sound if the animals fall that would be very funny lol. Thank you ,keep it going!!!

I love this game. I got this game two days ago and have been obsessed with it. All my friends and family members look over my shoulder to watch me play and tell how how fun it looks. I’d really like to see a custom setting to adjust the paddles sensitivity, where we could increase or decrease the sensitivity of the paddle sliding back and forth. Overall great game

Great game. Overall, it’s a great game. Minimal ads and something to play to pass the time or when your bored. Idk if it would be possible, but to let the music animation keep playing when I’m listening to my music on Apple Music while playing the game. I feel like that would be awesome

Omg amazing game! But…. I just installed this game, and it is AMAZING. Everything was easy and fun, and there were unique powerups! I personally liked the multiple ball one, the one where it spawns multiple balls. The only problem I have is with the pinball version has to be downloaded separately. I think it would be better if it was in the same game itself. Either way, I love this game, keep making this game amazing!

Brick Break. This game was 5 stars until I tried the brick break. Not only is it poorly made with me getting constantly stuck and having to quick the game and doing it again, to just having it take way way too long for a mobile level. Honestly the brick break game-mode should be removed altogether. I do not see a way of fixing this. It is very lazy and clearly not player or person tested because of all the glitches and just how boring and bad it is. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because of that game mode, otherwise it would at least deserve 4.

Harder on Max devices. Scale the island!. I know it’s not necessarily meant to be an overly competitive game but the addition of leaderboards unless they are per device means it should be equalized. For example on a standard 14 Pro the island is a larger percentage of the top of the screen than on the Max. Having an option to equalize it would be great. (This would mean making the island bigger on the max so that it is the same ratio of dead space to target as the pro). Alternatively have the leaderboards be per-device max and pro on separate boards for example. Awesome game otherwise!

Very satisfying. The game is very smooth have had any bugs except that sometimes when there is a add it kicks you at when it’s finished, overall very good game, just wish there where mode game mode or something like maybe 2 player or something other than just classic. Also for some reason I can not check leaderboard.

Simple yet surprisingly entertaining.. I’m digging it, I think you should have a go at it. 2 suggestions, a sensitivity slider in options to control how fast the player controlled island moves. Also, dark mode! Black background, white islands and moving object the player hits the island with, basically flip the b&w around.

Really Solid Game! 😊. I’ve been playing this for about 10 minutes now and I’m honestly really impressed. One neat thing is that although this is called “Hit the Island” after the iPhone 14 Pro’s Dynamic Island, this seems highly optimized for the notch on my 13 Pro Max. Another great thing about this app is the fact that in the 10 minutes I’ve been playing, I haven’t had to deal with a single advertisement. So overall, this is a really nice app, and I find it to be quite enjoyable. 😁

Decent game while standing in line. A good game to play when you’re standing in line at the grocery store or something. I just wish it didn’t cause my music to pause when I open it. It would nice to play the game and listen to my music at the same time. Update: I’ve been contacted by the developer telling me to update the app to fix the problem with music stopping when starting the app. I updated. It DID NOT fix the problem.

Small issue. This game uses the notch very well and I enjoy how simple it is, only one issue is how when I watch an ad to revive, my ball stays the same speed before I died, which I think is unfair, could you make it so the ball slows down to a normal speed when reviving, so I don’t immediately die afterward.

Fun distraction. This app is a fun distraction - especially when you need to kill a little time and turn off the brain for a bit. Can’t wait to see what you do to make it even better. One issue I’ve discovered adds to comments in another review. While it worked fine with Display Zoom set to Larger Text on my iPhone 12 Pro, things don’t quite line up with the Dynamic Island while in the same mode on my iPhone 14 Pro.

The game is works perfectly fine to me.. I personally don’t see anything wrong with the game. Graphics are perfectly fine, you can see the ball clearly(until it speeds up obviously). literally just a came to play a few times until you get bored/rage quit.

Nice game. Wish it didn’t stop music playback. Update: Developer responded and mentioned they had added the ability to continue playing audio (music/podcasts) while playing the game. This indeed can now be accomplished, however, it is still not quite correctly implemented. For example, if you’re playing audio (again, music or podcasts) and you launch the game, the playback immediately stops. You can then swipe down control center and hit play to resume audio playback, and that works. But why does it stop the playback when launching? That’s annoying and i wish they could fix that. It’s still a really simple and fun app to play, and the developer continues to improve it. That’s great. ————— I like the game. It’s simple and yet very enjoyable. One thing I wish for it is that it didn’t stop background music playback. If you’re playing music, on a flight, for example, and you want to play the game, as soon as you open the app the music stops playing. This is doable for the developer. The right implementation is needed to not stop music playback, but rather either not play the game’s own sound effects, or overlay them in the audio pipeline. Right now, even if I disable sound effects on the app, it still stops Music’s playback as soon as the app is opened. Really annoying.

Needs a dark mode. Tried playing at night and was blinded by the white screen. Please add the option for a dark mode. And also if I paid for no ads. Please remove the Watch add option after a failed attempt. I don’t like it.

App has gone downhill. Don’t know what changed recently, but since the update where it shows the voodoo and unity logos, the app has gone downhill. Graphics are slower and lower quality, and in app purchases I have made have had features removed - specifically in the no ads feature. I paid for the no ads feature so I didn’t have to watch an ad in order to try again, instead I had to pay 30 stars. Now that option is no longer available, replaced with the ad option, despite having restored the no ads purchase. Not cool to take away features I paid for. I also don’t like the increase in data used to track me. I might just remember incorrectly, but I don’t think this app used to track as much. I try and avoid downloading and spending money on apps that track, so I was surprised to see recently that it tracks so much.

One problem. This game is pretty fun to play when you’re trying to pass time. I love playing, but recently there’s been a problem. In the middle of a game, I’ll get an ad. It’s really frustrating because I’ll be getting close to beating my high score, then an ad covers my screen and the ball goes past my paddle resulting in the game ending. I really have no other complaints than that.

Fun and Creative use of the Notch/Dynamic Island. I am playing this on the iPhone 11 Pro Max how well it works with the notch is impressive and the creative aspect of being able to use something like the notch which is typically seen as an annoying side effect of a device as a part of a game makes you feel like you stream really creates this bridge between hardware and software. Edit: a feature that I would add is the ability for system to switch to dark theme for when my phone auto goes into dark mode when it gets dark

Fun Concept Extremely Unbalanced. I love the concept but the game is very unbalanced. After you get a score of about 30, which happens very fast, the game speeds up so much that it’s impossible to play without power ups. But earning power ups in game requires stars which you gather very slowly. You can purchase stars with real money but the game is clearly designed to milk you of as much money as possible. If you can’t play for more then 2 minutes without power ups it’s not worth it. It’s a real shame because the game runs very smoothly and it well built.

The ads are great therefore addicting game. Title is weird yeah. Ads aren’t good but the ads in this game are. They aren’t in your face or long in duration like a lot of other apps on the store. It’s very bearable and they are easy to exit out of. Therefore I keep on playing the game because I’m never annoyed with the ads. Only complaint is sometimes mid game I switch out of the app to do something on my phone and when I get back to playing the ball gets stuck and I have to start over. I don’t mind starting over so I didn’t feel this app deserved minus 1 star.

Took away all my progress. I really enjoy this game and play it frequently. So I was annoyed when I saw that the game took away all the backgrounds, balls, paddles and stars I had gotten. The first time it happened I let it slide because I was early into the game but the second time was so irritating after losing all the stuff I had gotten. They are other glitches where it is slow and flickering but this is the one that takes the cake I’ve decided to delete it it’s not worth it.

Great game. When are you going to allow starting the game at the highest level you were able to reach? I’m sure that’s going to require some leaderboard reworking, but having to start at level 1 all the time if you don’t continue playing is a bummer.

I like the game. I’m kinda obsessed with this game recently I played it before the update and I will say it’s harder to get higher scores if you aren’t using any power ups which is a bummer. I think getting an extra ball as a powerup would be cool. the mystery boxes getting annoying sometimes but they are helpful most of the time. Overall it’s a decent game :)

Was a good game, now not so much.. The game was good when it started out just as a fun brick breaker sort of game but now it’s different. The game is full of ads and has an overall cheaper feel than the game it was. Some changes were also made to make the game easier but that’s not the point of a game, it’s meant to be a challenge. I feel like all mobile games now are just copies of others and are too easy. And most of all, they are money grabs with watching ads almost a requirement to unlock certain items or levels. I don’t think I will be playing this game again as the devs messed it up.

Used to be great :(. This was my favorite iPhone game of all time (when it first launched). It was so wonderfully simple. But now it’s got so much spammy crap taking over the game and screen that the simple game is barely accessible. I loved the simple single ball island game play. No expanding paddle, no multiple balls, no extra points crap on the screen. It was so simple so amazing. Now I don’t even like to open the app as you have to wade through endless spam screens and options just to get to a lesser game. Developers took all the fun away.

Great game! But some updates would be nice…. I love this game! I play it daily just to help myself wake up in the morning. I have been playing Hit the Island for a long time and the introduction of “Levels” was a game changer (literally and figuratively)! I also enjoy the option for classic mode and occasionally pinball. Developers: my only complaint is that I have one Game Center achievement left but it’s impossible for me to get it because it’s the achievement for “complete 5 levels in Pool Category” …..I have completed all levels of Pool Category and still haven’t gotten it. I’ve tried playing all of them again too… any help/advice would be great! Overall, amazing game - very entertaining and creative! Would recommend 💯

Can’t remove ads?. This game is excellent, one of my favorites on mobile at the moment - but I paid the premium $9.99 tier and am still seeing ads left and right. I’d gladly pay this if it removed ads as promised but does not appear to. Edit: the latest updates seemed to have fixed it. It also runs much smoother now overall thank you! Really, love this game.

Best game ever. This game is pretty good but I want it so it can be like if you you’re using an iPhone that doesn’t have a notch nor the dynamic island like an iPhone SE the and older phones that don’t have the notch. Please make it so you can switch between all of the notches if you want to iPhone 12 notch you can get it if you want iPhone 13 notch you can get it if you want iPhone 14 notch you can get it OK but still great game Make an update, OK

i loved this game... not anymore. since voodoo bought this game is has caused me harm. I loved this game. It was the best game and was my #1 played game. Then voodoo changed it. the notch doesn't bounce like it used too, very bad. it reset my stuff. everything is gone my backgrounds, my paddles, my balls. My high score of 156 is gone. forever because of this stupid update. The game doesn't hit like it used too. it used to be so fun and i would play it every day. now i can't even stand to look at the laggy gameplay and horrible bounces. they made the game worse quality. if you are also upset about this, they, they have another game called HTI (hit the island) pinball. which is not owned by voodoo and is much better quality. voodoo ruined this game for me and my siblings.

Glitch that caused me to lose all my stars and removed ads. I paid $2.99 to remove ads and everything was working fine. Less than a month later I lost all progress on my game with high scores and I lost all the stars (in game currency) that I had saved. On top of that ads have come back to my game. Restore purchases did nothing and when I tried to pay AGAIN to remove ads it says I have already done so and if I would like to remove ads for free. I accept and the ads are still there. I have contacted Apple and they said there is nothing they can do and I need to reach out to the developers. I have gone to the developers website but I cannot find any kind of contact info via email or social media for help. This has been so frustrating.

Creative and fun use of the dynamic island. I think this is a very creative use of the dynamic island. The game is super easy to learn and understand, and it is a great way to pass some time. I recommend this app to anyone with a device that has the dynamic island who enjoys playing games. The app runs very well and has had no performance issues in my experience.

The Apple Watch compatibility. I don’t know why you guys made this game no longer playable on the Apple Watch, but I’m sure it was for a pretty good reason. Though if there was any way it could be available back on the Apple Watch that would be great considering how fun this game is when you’re bored and don’t have you’re phone. Edit: Thank you guys for responding to my review and bringing it back on the watch. I love playing this game a lot.

My notifications aren't for your app. Wish there was a way to block it by default so I didn't have to one star every app that thought it had the right to spam me, but Apple doesn't do that. I'm doing my part by 1 star-ing every app that does this to me. 🤷‍♂️ Update to the dev: You should ask if you can spam my notifications, not do it by default. THAT is why you, and all devs that do it, DESERVE 1 star. My notifications are not for "Hey open our game!", it's for "so and so texted you" or "you missed a call".

iPhone XS dark mode bug. I was playing the game on my iPhone XS, and I found the dark mode button, so I turned it on and played it. I saw some white stick out underneath the notch. Other than that it’s great! Apple Watch version is kind of hard though. Thank you for creating this great fun game! Edit: even after update 1.1.4 this is still occurring. I’m pretty sure this bug is also on iPhone X, XS/XS max, XR, 11/11pro, and 12 and 12 pro. Also suggestion: make it fully available on iPad, and add support for the Mac (with notch) and Mac (without notch, digital notch/dynamic island) and Apple TV!

Fun and creative game!. I LOVE this concept. It’s such a unique spin on an already unique spin. I think it’s so simple and a great time passer for lines and other just general “waiting” times. Just a quick suggestion:This could be because I haven’t scored higher than 17 yet, but it would be cool if you changed the size of the Island dynamically during the game. Like pop out different pieces and parts of the island as Apple has shown (so a longer island, or a Long Island and a little circle, etc). Could add some fun to the game!

Love the game-but…. I do love this game! There are minimal ads and it’s cute and fun, BUT-up until only like a week ago, it was run by some company that I didn’t know of, but now, it’s run by voodoo, (which isn’t a problem but like) is glitchier, i lost all of my progress (the stars you get, free slow downs and stuff) and it’s not available on Apple Watch anymore! The whole reason I got the app was so I could have a game to play on my watch during school when phones aren’t allowed, and now that it’s not on my watch I’m upset and there’s nothing else quite like this app on the Apple Watch App Store, so I am very disappointed in the ownership being transferred.

Fun for a bit. Fun little notch game I like it. Just came across it and I was worried it was just for the 14pro but it works on my 12. I love that it makes my notch jiggle. Not something I could play for a long time but so far enjoy playing this when I feel like and go on to something else then I might come back later see if I can beat my score. ETA: since updating I came back to this game and I noticed that eventually you get 2 balls and if you lose one you have the other still and can keep going. I think is is great and will make it more fun. I’m gonna give it another go!

Addictive and Challenging. This game is different from a lot of the games you’ll find on the app store. I find myself playing a couple rounds once every few hours when I’m bored. It’s very simple, the objective is to bounce a ball back and fourth and hit the black box and the top. Every couple of hits a power up box can pop up and change the game in a variety of different ways. It is quite challenging for sure, but it’s not impossible. My only issue being that sometimes the ball will go right into the corner and the only way to hit it is to basically swipe your finger right off the phone. This becomes annoying when you reach later stages when the ball is going super fast. It leaves you with no recovery time.

lags and ads. the game WAS great, it was fun and simple and had very few ads. it was a great aesthetically pleasing app but after recent updates it has changed completely. there are SO many ads and you will get ads in the middle of the game which causes you to die, then when you restart you get another ad. the game is also super laggy even with perfect wi-fi. if you get too high the game often crashes and you lose all your progress. the ball will also lag a lot and just give you a headache. despite all these cons, the game is really fun and very cohesive. the game is very fun to just distract yourself and even calm yourself down. i will definitely not be deleting but if the ads get worse, so will my patience. overall, great game!

Started off great, - what happened?. Loved the original idea and classic mode. Loved the upgrade with weird power ups and backgrounds. Paid for the original version and all. Now somehow my purchases aren’t recognised, - so I’m seeing “Watch an ad to revive”, none of my unlocked backgrounds or paddles are unlocked any more, and there are a ton of new IAPs and other garbage in the app that spoil the experience. What a shame, - great idea that’s been spoiled

Great mechanics but video ads allow cheating. This is a great fun game with a beautifully clean design. However the fun is ruined by allowing you to revive by watching video ads. For a game that is simply about getting a high score through skills, the revive feature dilutes the entire meaning of the game. I can no longer fairly compare my score with friends because their score could be higher simply because they tolerated watching a few video ads. I really enjoyed this game, but now that scores can be “boosted” artificially via revives, I has lost interest in playing it. Thanks for the fun while it lasted. Goodbye.

Great game!. What a simple fun game. Haptic feedback made me want to pay for the game! Well designed. Only issue is that if i’m listening to music from Spotify etc, and then I open the game, it pauses the music i’m listening too. I have turned off sound effects in the game but it still pauses the music! Otherwise, fantastic game!

I absolutely loved this game before it was bought by voodoo. The game is super buggy now and it’s just lost all of its polish. I’m very upset about this.

I paid for a great app, unfort that’s sadly hidden among ads. Soon as I got my 14 pro I saw this, and paid for it straight away, been a handful of updates pushed out til now.. So I thought I’d see what’s changed over the months as initial ads on paid app was frustrating but thought it could only get better.. But, I played it today, it’s got more ads than at the start.. I thought maybe it’s just needing a restore of the purchase in the app, but nah. And it’s Unfortunate, it was fun, it was simple, easy on the device/battery, as far as game play goes, but the ads do compete opposite and drains the battery, then my brain, the fact I have to sit thru the ads either way, just to play again, even without a revive, and paying $ for that, has made me want to get my 14 pro and frisbee it across the street again, I’ve tried hard to keep my cool !¡

Not good. I downloaded this game because it seemed fun but the once I got in the hype died.The ads ruined the game.I would start the game but then once I started playing an ad would pop out of nowhere deleting my score.Thank you for the annoyance.

A classically addictive game. After seeing this game discussed on 9 to 5 Mac I knew I had to have it. I’ve spent far too long playing it, but just like pong it’s terribly addictive and I’m not complaining! Also, ITS AD FREE (except for a tiny little add on the score card when you lose) it’s so refreshing to see!

Game breaking glitch. It displays ads in the middle of play and you lose because you can no longer see the ball and paddle due to an ad covering the whole screen.

Honestly one of the best games out there. I have so much fun playing this, and with the new game modes, I am genuinely obsessed! It would be nice to make the Apple Watch app better tho cuz I play on Apple Watch when I’m waiting in a line or smthing

Love the game! OLED mode?. This game is so much fun thank you. One suggestion, can you make a permanent "black mode" where it would just stay as a black background (not becoming different colours). I also think if you made this OLED black it would look so nice with the white as the current "black" is more dark grey not true black .

Loose all progress in update. When this game updated I lost well over 200 power ups along with that it does not always keep track of high score, there is also no support or fixes for these problems

Ads are still there!. Do not get fooled by the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase! After you pay, the ads will still be there - less, but longer (20 sec!). Avoid this app and all other apps by this developer! I’m deleting the app!

Game Crashed at 2,584. it is a really fun game but it is really predictable and you can easily crash the game if you're trying to get the score. In my case the crash 2584 score. I have a screenshot also and it looks dope. using the fireball effect and the whole screen is bright orange with the tall island. The only part that sucked is that my score was not updated which means that I didn't receive points also.

Recent Updates. Whatever you’ve been doing these past couple weeks makes no sense. Stars and unlocks are all gone, the frame rate is terrible and the amount of ads are absolutely absurd. Started off as a good game to play when bored to getting bored playing the game. Good job.

Dark mode not really dark mode. Hi, just putting up a review. To make sure it makes optimal use of amoled screens and save battery as well, the background should be black and not grayed out.

Optimize island for iPhone 13 Mini - Fun Game!. The island does not perfectly line up with the shape of the notch when I get the power up’s that make it wider or taller. Besides this the game is fun! I notice the developer took care to make the movement more fluid. Would like the ball movement to be less rigid, but I definitely still have lots of fun with this!!

Ads still show even after paying. Don’t bother paying for ad removal - they still show up!

Suggestion for player experience.. This is a great game to pass time, love the idea of leaderboards. Just a small suggestion, can you add a regional leaderboard? Examples: Canada, USA, etc… Also another suggestion would be to make the starting launch of the ball more random as currently there are only 2 angles and it’s very easy to memorize the patterns of the ball trajectory. Thank you.

Was great, then dev sold it and it’s bad (see update). I loved this game, but now it seems that it has been sold to Vodoo and since then it has been laggy, choppy, unstable, and I lost my high scores. Update: they seem to have fixed the major performance issue

They changed the game. This used to be a chill game and kinda hard too. Thats what made it good. Now they changed the whole game with these new perks or whatever they call it. In my opinion they should have two modes: classic and another with these new perks. Because now i don't find it fun no more.

Suggestion. Thank you for your awesome game, I like it! Its so simple and fun to play! I also like the new additions! Combining your games (HTI and Pinball) into one simple game (and a option to switch between them) would be so interesting! Fixing Pinball and combining it with the Hit The Island game can be so hit for this game!

Perfect. With a iPhone 12 mini you could get a really really high score super easily a big notch with a small device is just perfect for this game

Simple and fun. I really like the use of the island in the game, it’s creative and does exactly what it should. However, I have slight lag on the tail of the ball sometimes where it glitches and the smooth animations start to look clunky, only reason for the 4 stars otherwise it would be 5

Fun and simple. The game is as simple as it sounds. It’s a good way to pass some time. The slight haptics when the ball bounces around is a nice touch. The sound effects are crisp. Definitely worth giving a try.

Really good game. Hit The Island is a really good game because I play it with my iPhone 15 and it does that vibration on the Dynamic Island and it looks so cool but I play this game either to relax myself or just to play it because I don’t have anything else to play

Nice for iPhones without Dynamic Island. You don’t need an iPhone 14 Pro with Dynamic Island to play! You can play with your older iPhone. What a fun game! I would suggest making the acceleration of the ball increment slower over time, but that’s just my opinion. Great job

New update crash. Ever since the new update today, I lost all of my progress in the game - my top score, my points, my balls/custom items, etc. The ball also lags and jumps around the screen. Such a shame - had fun for the past few months playing and now everything is gone.

Ads are a little ridiculous at times. I don’t mind ads that are in between matches but I hate the fact that ads pop up mid game and cause you to lose. At least pause the game while the ads are running.

Amazing time waster. Read a article about the devs and this game Wednesday before the 14 was released. First new app I downloaded as soon as I got my new phone Friday. It’s a lot of fun and addicting a great way to kill some time that turns into hours trying to get a higher score 👍👍👍

Fun But Gets Fast Too Quickly. This a a neat concept for a simple fun game that’s a good for killing time however in my opinion it gets too fast too quickly. It would be nice if there were either choices for beginner, novice, expert or just a longer time before the ball starts really speeding up.

Great game tbh but.. Think it can add diff modes overtime to just have diff cool options n be more of a challenge long term because rn it just feels like something to pass time for a few mins with all respect it’s still a good game n looking forward to development.

The game will not let me remove ads!!. I paid the $2.99 to remove ads from the game, but it simple would not remove the ads. I have tried “restore purchase”, nothing happened. I tried buying it again, nothing happened. Please let me know if I’m the only one.

Amazing game (And a suggestion). I freaking love this game! I love how you emplimented the phone into the game. My suggestion is when you get a notification, the notification will give you +2 points if you hit it. I think it’ll be pretty cool to add somthing like that into the game

Game is fun but business practices are questionable. This game is a lot of fun and I enjoy it. However, the reason this review is only 2 stars is because of the developer’s business practices. Back on Oct 27, I made an in app purchase to remove ads. They then updated the app and now I can’t remove ads, despite paying $2.99 to remove them. This is a problem and anyone interested in this app should be aware of it.

My new phone. One of the reasons I got the 14 pro was to get this app. I know it’s compatible with any iPhone, but this is one of the mobile games that I actually play daily. Thank you soooo much for creating this work of art!!!

Cool game with support for notches too!. Honestly it’s a great way to fill short amounts of time. I’d love if there was a dark mode though. A way this could be done is having a white outline around the notch/island and the edges

Could be better. I played the original Atari game as a child. It was much better because you could control the ball somewhat based on where the ball hit the bar. I’ve played this a lot, and no matter where the ball comes in contact with the bar, the flight is the same. So it is a hit/no hit only, no control.

New Update. Did Voodoo buy this?? I loved the game before this and it was fun. It started with a new loading screen and said it’s a Voodoo game, which I have no problem with. The game then loaded and I started. Immediately I noticed ads on the bottom of my screen, but I didn’t mind and started my round and all of my cosmetics, power ups, and stars were gone. On top of that, the game was extremely laggy, it is nearly unplayable now. Please fix this

Nice light game. I thought it only works on the 14 pros but it has the same optimization on every other iPhone and I'm enjoying it on my 11 pro. Also the haptics in this game are from another world

Fun, but not without fault.. The dev added a new start screen to the app, and ever since this change, it’s been really buggy. Noticing way more stutter when the ball is flying around the screen, and the startup animation as well. Not sure what happened here, maybe an update is what it needs. But fun.

No longer honoring previous in app purchase to remove ads. Game seems to be progressing more and more into bloated adware at every turn. I paid the original $1.99 in app purchase to remove ads back in September. App no longer respects this even after trying the restore purchases option and keeps shoving ads in my face and offering a new $2.99 option.

Surprisingly Addictive. I downloaded this game thinking it would be a gimmick but I gotta admit it’s actually pretty fun! I find myself opening this game up more and more Give it a try

High Score and Lost Stars. Really fun game but every so often my highs chore will become a lot lower and/or my stats will reset to a much lower number. On Gamecenter my high score remains the same but in the app it shows different scores. Don’t know what the problem is but yes pretty annoying when I’m trying to save stars

What ads did I pay to remove?. Fun, addictive little game. However, there’s an option to pay to “remove ads” … and I’m not sure what ads I paid to remove. The ONLY ads I’ve encountered in the app are the ones that appear when you want to revive after the initial loss. And those are still there after buying. So, um … if those ads are still there, what ads did I pay to get rid of?

Fun Game. It’s a good game to keep you occupied when bored. My only suggestion would be that it seems a little laggy, would like if the ball was a little more fluid since it seems to skip around sometimes.

Messed up big time. Every since it was acquired/revamped by Voodoo, I don’t even know who that is honestly, I lost all my progress and stars, and the whole game in general isn’t even that good anymore. I don’t know who’s brilliant idea was to do this but y’all messed up big time.

Too many ads now. Uninstalling. The game was really really good. But unfortunately the developers sold the game to voodoo and we know what voodoo loves: Ads. Now there’s an ad after every 1-2 games. There’s a banner add at the bottom which is okay, but getting an ad after every game you play is just annoying. it was just better without the ads. Bye bye

Fun Game. I have just downloaded this game and I love it so much it tests my brain to predictably and it's so amazing. You should download this app if you need to kill time while waiting for an special event.

Pretty good but a lot of bugs. I really like this game and I think it’s fun but there are many bugs that the devs need to work on, like sometimes it will say that I got a power up but then not actually give it to me, and when you get the shield power up the ball can still glitch through the shield.

Challenging in a satisfying way. But not being able to play music in background is not good EDIT(2oct2022): update allows music to play 🙂 Also the revive feature is cool

I really like the game but…. I recently downloaded the game and I like it a lot but when I do loose I am unable to replay the game directly I have to exit out the game then play again since most of the buttons are blocked out, other than that I love the game

The New update. After the new update today, I lost my high score, backgrounds, and stars. This was extremely frustrating cause I had saved up a few thousand stars. I think all of my history got wiped. Overall, a good game besides the ads.

Game slowed down plus progress lost. After the most recent update the game now has numerous glitches and the ball is super buggy. I also had over 4K Stars that I was saving for different items that I wanted that all disappeared. I think this is a great game but these issues need to get fixed.

It’s a good game but…. They had the original and then they switched it to this new version in 2.1.5, I hated it and then liked it after I got use to it, but then they just brought back the original and now o can’t get higher than 60, my main score now that got carried over is 371.

New update is great!. Thank you for updating the app and removing the ads for the paid version. The game runs flawlessly now and is a lot more fun to play.

Used to be 5 star, new update unplayable. New update caused me too lose all my progress and backgrounds. Next, the game became 10x harder by round 40, which makes this game essentially unplayable for people trying to beat their previous highscores. Previous iterations was much more fun and should be reverted to in some way. I did appreciate some of the smoothness upgrades, but playability was very sacrificed unfortunately.

Creative Game. This game is a great and very creative use of the Dymanic Island. Only thing is there is a repeating case in the game. There’s a certain path the ball takes that it will never hit the island and repeats the same path. But, if you make the ball hit the edge of the platform it changes the path and gets out of the loop.

Recent updates have ruined the game. Used to love this game when it first came out. Even purchased the ad-free version. Deeply regret it now. Recent updates have made it a nuisance to play. For example, features such as “double paddle” are just confusing and doesn’t feel like a power-up at all.

Very fun, go-to entertainment. To start, this game is a lot of fun. I enjoy playing it as well as customizing the features. I have had some issues with lags and it recently reset my stars and high score. Other than that, it is a really great game and works well on the phone as well as the Apple Watch. I reccomend!

Fun game. Love game. I really like the idea of the game for the iPhone 14. I’ve been playing it for about 10 minutes on my iPhone 14 pro max and it’s amazing. Definitely recommend downloading especially if you have the iPhone 14.

Dynamically Delicious. Such a simple concept executed beautifully. The haptics are snappy and fun. Colors change. Number of balls and ball speed increases. Enjoyed playing it on my iPhone 12 and it’s obviously even better on my new iPhone 14 Pro. Love it! Well done!

Great but…. I’ve been playing and each time i lose it makes me close the app completely. for some reason i’m not able to tap the replay button or any of the menu buttons. other than that it’s a fun minimalistic game that i’ve enjoyed so far
