Service is great, app is terrible. The one star rating is for the app not the phone service. I love the Boost Infinite service and their great plans like the new iPhone every year is a great deal. However, the app is not very well developed. It does not update to what the current current status of the account is. If it indicates an error such as in payment it is stuck on that screen and does not let you progress to any other screens. Please make a Phone app that matches your phone service.

Highly disappointed. From the day I signed up for service with this provider, I have had nothing but problems. Just using the app, or trying to, is a nightmare. Can't open it with the thing just spinning for minutes on end. If it's not that, it's being logged out and getting error messages that login credentials are incorrect despite not changing anything, and it's just as much of a headache trying to reset passwords. Can't contact support with the app constantly disconnecting and reconnecting during the session, and waiting 10 minutes on average for a reply. Needless to say, I don't enjoy getting pop up messages saying payments failed when it definitely went through. I only signed up because I needed a second line for work purposes, and I couldn't beat the cost—$25 a month bringing my own device is a steal considering the amount of data compared to paying $40 month prepaid with another provider and getting only 15 GB of data. However, it certainly shows this is a "get what you pay for" deal, and I do plan to cancel at the end of my current billing cycle.

Excellent customer service!. I was able to receive calls and texts, but not make them from my phone. The customer service tech solved the problem by patiently walking through troubleshooting steps with me. Just as we finished, I accidentally disconnected with her and did not get a chance to thank her. She was wonderful.

Beware, Dish will never refund you, no matter what.. Because of dish’s massive hack, they were unable to provide me service when I switched phones and needed to update the esim/activate the line. For 25 of the 30 days in the billing cycle, dish was 100% non-responsive to my requests to get service on the new phone. They refused a refund by saying when I signed up I agreed to the terms and conditions which states “Ultimately we aren't responsible for any interruptions, delays,or limitations of your Service”. Garbage company. Anyone else would have credited the month when 90% of month was unable to use service paid for. Buyer beware!!!

Updating Credit Cards. Due to a compromised credit card, I had to enter another card, but the app wouldn’t let me delete the previous (no longer to be used) card. Perhaps a future update could correct this issue. This is a minor detail to an otherwise seamless app experience.

Negative Stars. I have been dealing with Inifinite since I received my phone. The “smart” signal is no good. I have to hop from WiFi to WiFi and it’s been now a month of constant tickets with customer support and IT who say every time they will fix it in 72 hours, yet nothing happens. They won’t even let me return my phone because it’s past the 10 days. Is it legal to force someone to stay in a contract when your not providing them the service (data) they are paying for ???

Service. I switched from consumer cellular because of slow service and unfortunately this is not any better. I thought for sure is it getting a new phone having 5G that I would have better service but I don’t sometimes I can’t even call out. Their customer service is great but they can’t do anything about the service.

Poorly Designed App. If I could give an app negative stars, this would be the one. It’s a 4 year old app, with 4 year old navigation problems, 4 year old bugs and glitches, and 4 years of the designers neglecting to fix any of it. My biggest pet peeve is the Data Usage; I get that it’s not supposed to show real-time data usage, but it doesn’t show any usage - ever! One could deduce that, after 4 years, there must not be enough customers to warrant the release of funds to pay the developers to fix the app.

So far so good. Was easy to switch over. Only took less than 10 minutes. No issues with the service. I actually had better service in places that I haven’t had good service in before. First month went well. Waiting on the Iphones to become available to purchase with this plan.

Customer service. I spoke with a rep and attempted to speak to her supervisor Leo , unfortunately I was unable to , however she was GREAT ! I was a supervisor for customer service and she was GREAT ! I hope they are able to find her I spoke to her on the 13th and I was supposed to receive a call back but never did . Just a shout out for some great customer service !

Works as it should. I had been a Verizon and AT&T customer for decades. I was a little anxious about transferring to this new brand, but I was sick and tired of Verizon’s expensive bills. The incredible iPhone deal got me to give Boost Infinite a try, and I’m happy I did. The porting process went smoothly. Customer service was very effective in helping me set up my eSIM. Speeds have been way faster than Verizon. App works as it should. So far so good. Happy that I switched to Boost Infinite!

Useless. Can’t update anything in the app personal info, billing address etc. been in contact with them for over four weeks at least three or four days a week on the phone with them and even their tech’s can’t change your update anything in the app for me. just useless.

Phone does not ring. My phone most of the time does not ring when I’m waiting for a call. It goes straight to voicemail. I was told before that that means that I am not getting the signal from the tower. I think there’s an upgrade that needs to be done where I reside or whatever the case may be to get a signal from the tower. That’s my input.

New to boost ! So happy I switched. I was unsure of switching after being with Verizon for over 20 years . I got sick of my bill keep going up and my service getting worse !!! I got the plan where I get a new phone every year ! I have service every where I have gone ! My bill has no hidden fees and I am saving so so much money ! It was super easy to sign up , customer service was great when I called to sign up . I am so happy other people in my family are going to boost !

RUN!!. Apparently it takes a team of nasa scientists to figure out how to activate a brand new iPhone out of the box. Spent 8 hours over three days talking to 5 different support reps just trying to activate my service. I’ll give credit when credit is due; the support reps are mostly friendly. But man, it’s clear that nobody knows what they’re doing. Eventually, like I said, after 8 hours of my time spent dealing with this crap, I was eventually told that I’d have to return the phone in the mail and wait for a new one. So now I’m just waiting on a refund. I’ll update with how long that takes because I’m sure there will be some kind of issue with that as well considering. I would highly highly recommend that you stay as far away from this company as you can.

Carol Harris. I’ve been with Boost for several years and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting excellent service with great phones. Customer service is outstanding. Boost infinity is such a great deal. I have a new iPhone 15 plus pro and my bill is around 70 and that includes unlimited everything. Why go anywhere else. Give them a try

Customer service is great switching from old plan was super easy you do most of it yourself service on the network is great I have it everywhere even places my old plan didn’t but they need to add cellular device service I have an Apple Watch and it’s not compatible with this network still works but would be nice if I forgot my phone and could still use my watch

WORK IN PROGRESS. You get the essentials. This app is new and constantly evolving! For what it is right now it works. I am so happy with my boost infinite service. Why should you pay so much money for cellular service. Make the switch I did it and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you boost infinite for being honest with your service.

Errors, errors, and errors + worst customer support. I have been trying to process a payment for 3 days and all i get is a error after a error and when i contact the support they told me to use different payment options which I already did use 3 US banks payment methods + paypal and nothing work. When I reached put to the support again they told that they can’t do anything without mentioning any farther details. And I'm willing to show a screenshot of the email I received and I'm still stuck with the issue. I’m switching to a different provider after less than 3 months of signing up. Without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced

Great Customer Service. I have recently made a decision to change my carrier and have been totally surprised at the excellent degree of customer service displayed by each representative, I have communicated with during the order process, through the activation and on to a very informative live chat with a very courteous representative named; Justin. While I am very satisfied and will more than likely recommend “Boost” to my friends and family.

Great For My Account Control!. It shows me my data usage, which I always like to keep an eye on. Wish they can make a live widget for iPhones just to show data usage, so I don’t have to log in all the time just to check. It makes it very easy to make a payment with autopay on by default. It allows you to add up to four additional lines to your account easily. Plus, the Dish Wireless 5G network will be excellent when it deploys country-wide. Sign up now while you still can!

Great service until…. I am really enjoying Boost infinite. I love my phone and the service is amazing, but only until you hit 30gb of data and then it basically becomes like sloth speed. It is supposed to be unlimited!! It shouldn’t be such a significant drop once 30gb has been reached. I switched my service from Cricket and they also had unlimited data with slower service once 30gb was reached, but it was incredibly faster. My phones takes minutes just to load a page. I want to give 5 stars but for this reason, I will give 3.

New to Boost. I just received and activated my new phone. I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years. After reading some reviews I have to say that so far this has been the best, easiest experience on a switch (which I was dreading) I’ve ever experienced. I did 75% myself online, so I only needed support to be sure the port from Verizon would go as smoothly. The team member was top notch, who also went above and beyond, even making a call for me to get previous account number and held on with me while I awaited that text with the number. She never made me feel rushed and I could tell she truly cared about helping me. After being with a major airline as a Customer Service representative and new hire trainer for almost 20 years myself, I know good customer service when I receive it. I hope you/they appreciate her as much as I did, for I surely would have loved to have had her on my team. The app is working wonderfully. I LOVE my new phone!! I am certainly going to share with everyone I know about my wonderful experience. What else can I say except Thank You Boost Infinite…keep up the awesome work and be good to those awesome reps you have!! You’ve got another very happy customer here.

Being charged twice a month. I literally just came off of the Boost Infinite app trying to talk to a representative which was not giving me the correct answers. I’m telling the representative that money is being taken out of my account twice a month for my phone but she claimed she only sees once a month, but I have proof and screenshots that in the beginning and at the end of the month money is being taken out of my account two times, but she claims I’m only supposed to be charged once, so what’s the problem here why is my money being taken from me?

Excited to be here!. My experience so far has been great. The people that work for boost infinite are great and they know how to speak English!the lady help me with my porting of my number from other carrier. She got on a three way call waited on their reps. To get on the line. And talked to two different people to get it done. She was very patient with me get all the information she needed. And was very knowledgeable about every question I had! I hope to be with them a long time to come!

Basic Starter App. It feels like a template starter app for someone who just learning how to make an app. Everything is basic and it feels like I’m going in circles trying to find the information I need. To the point where I’m forever contacting someone through chat to get a very simple basic questioned answered. Which in my opinion should be easily accessible to find. Infinite has no actually Website to view your account online..like seriously Infinite that should’ve been something that was developed way before launching the app. Me personal, I rather look at my accounts on my laptop, wider screen, less scrolling, bigger words. Bottom line there’s a lot of work that still needs to be done with Infinite App to make it user friendly for ALL.

Best Phone App and Co.!. Onboarding was a little touchy for me but they’ve been working through issues and the second, third and fourth lines for my family was much faster. I love the 3 networks Boost provides! I have really good service and love the new Iphone deal. Can’t wait to see what comes next!

App really needs more. App is too minimalist and has almost zero self service options, this is the first company I’ve been with that does not let you self restore eSIM. This review is for lack of self service, slow/not enough customer service that understands how to really help you. As far as the service itself it’s been great, but beware if you ever have an issue support is next to little to nothing. Only options they really give you to self serve is pay bill, turn off your phone and back on or wait for customer service, in my case they were closed for 4 hours until I could talk to anyone and the chat support I chose kept asking me as I waited if I was still sure I wanted to talk to someone, the AI couldn’t help and I couldn’t self service, so of course I wanted to continue. I’d like to note I’ve been with much smaller MVNO than this company before with a lot more options. I’d also highly recommend boost to offer browser account access, they assume heavily you have access to your phone and potentially more than one phone at that. Through app 99% only is less than ideal. Overall I’d still recommend the service for the price, but it’s not without annoying issues if you run into a problem, I didn’t have a problem for almost 8 months.

Do not use them!. I tried activating two lines, the phone porting process did not work correctly. I called their customer service, their agents are nice, but they created a third line to try and port the number over again. It never ported in successfully. I expected to pay $50, that first month. They still charged me for that ghost line that was never activated by them. So my first month bill was $80, they then tell you their company has a policy that they can’t adjust any bill even if the error for the charge was on their side. Absolutely corrupt company, DO NOT USE THEM.

features. This app shows current cellular plan you are subscribed to and details of plan cost. Also keeps current count of data usage and able to manage add-on(s), change plans or order new devices.

App is Lacking. The application is minimalistic to say the least! Not at all impressed with the lack of accessibility or lack of options available within the application. I understand the whole give up something to get something, cheaper. However, it is not much cheaper then my previous provider. Not cheap enough to give up the application functionality I left to move to Boost. I truly hope you spend some money on programmers to move this application from a preschool level to possibly a high school level. Not asking for college level or degree, but I do hope something changes with this cheap application. Seriously, camper access the application if I’m not doing so from the phone associated to the bill. Seriously, this is ridiculous!

New to boost infinite. I agree I am very disappointed that I still cannot view my account. I have no idea what’s being paid where and when if I can’t log in and see it. Porting over was not easy from boost mobile. I want to be excited but I’m just not there yet however I’m super excited with my new iPhone 15 promax. Boost mobile lost my business since they got rid of the boost up program and lack of good customer service. Sister company step up your game and give us a working app to view our account!!

Overly complicated.. As a millennial, I’ve grown up with tech. Even new tech shouldn’t be this difficult. I went from bringing a device, to needing to buy one, and no one I’ve spoken to could help me. At a boost mobile store, I was told they didn’t sell phones without plans and she couldn’t sell me a phone. Via the boostinfinite app chat feature, Arsenio told me to buy a phone from the website. The website wouldn’t let me buy a phone since my email address was already linked to an account. Went back to chat, and their solution was to sign up for a second line, and pay for a second account with a different email address to order a phone. We should just be able to sign into our accounts on the website!

Worst company ever. This company has been trying to activate my phone for over a month I have spoken to several people been told I’ll get a call back I sit by my phone waiting and waiting no one calls me I call back they tell me someone will call me again nothing this happened multiple times and now they are going to charge me for the whole amount of the new phone even though it’s their fault it’s not activated. The guy I talked to today on the phone told me he didn’t know how to get me to a supervisor and kept telling me he doesn’t know what’s going on. Worst customer service and it’s a huge scam altogether. Stay away!!!

Chat support function causes app to freeze. The chat support part of the app does not work well. Currently, when I try to use it, it asks if I want to ask a new question. After selecting yes, the app freezes. Hard closing and restarting the app does not help. Restarting the phone does not help either. Also, when in a chat with a rep, they send a secure form to submit sensitive data. The forms have yet to work correctly. Nothing happens after pressing “submit” and eventually gives an error message that freezes the app.

My worst experience. This whole change was a nightmare. First they sent the phone to the wrong address and it took a week before they retrieved it and had UPS deliver it to me. The service went out frequently. My calls went directly to voicemail and I missed many text messages. I canceled and they gave me the info to port my number to a new carrier, then disconnected it before we could complete the porting. So I lost the number I had for over 20 years. Oh and the app was hard to use as well.

Excellent chat customer service. In last spoke to Warren and I was floored by his ability to answer all of my questions politely and with an obvious grasp of how to help me and accomplish what I needed. Most cell service providers have lackluster, even abominable customer service. Not Boost Mobile. I choose my service providers based on customer service and Boost Mobile is a shining example of how it’s done. I am impressed.

Nothing but agony since switching. My bill is NEVER consistent or what it’s supposed to be, we NEVER have service, after 3 MONTHS our data still has not reset like it’s supposed to when it’s paid, during chat with customer service it randomly made me update app and now it doesn’t work just keeps telling me to update. Was supposed to get the promised new phones when switching but now being told it’s not available in my area! What does that even mean! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! PAY A LITTLE MORE AND KEEP YOUR CURRENT PROVIDER!

STAY AWAT FROM THIS COMPANY!. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD HAVE!! We have been with these guys since October of 2023, and it’s been a complete nightmare! First they set us up on the wrong network, then started the billing issues, missing credits, incorrect charges! Every single month we have had to call and file a complaint! Only to be lied to by their representatives that claim they submitted a ticket and escalated it, then within 3-4 weeks, same thing happened again and again no resolution! This last time they hit my husbands account for over 1k and put us 500 in the negative! For a device payment for a phone that they kept arguing with me about owing on it! Stay away from this company unless you enjoy having money taken from you WITH OUT CONSENT and having constant issues and have them pretend to care about it when clearly they don’t care because they never fix the issues!!

I wouldn’t recommend this service.. The app is fine so 5 stars for that, I guess, but the service is not great. And I don’t just mean like it’s slow or whatever, because I understand you get what you pay for $25 is pretty cheap. UNTIL they nickel and dime you. I tried adding on a new line and it finally worked on the 25th of the month so they took the money out of my account, but then the first comes around and they charge me again for that line. So I paid a whole months worth of fee for 5 days and then again a whole month for the start of the next. Bogus. Plus I think they try and confuse you on purpose with billing you in the middle of the month. And while the persons on their chat feature are so so nice, they do not have a better understanding of what is going on than you do. Overall not a great experience.

Service is okay, app is trash. I switched to Boost Mobile a few months ago and so far the service is nothing special. I get the new iPhone so I guess that’s cool but whenever I want to do anything in the app, it’s extremely buggy. Payments don’t always work, I tried shopping for a new phone and it only showed me iPhones. Also, just wanted to see how much I had left on my payment plan and the page never loaded. Pretty disappointing

App has a lot of critical bugs. 1. Activated data hotspot service can’t be deactivated because “deactivate” button exists but do nothing. 2. Unexpectedly I was logged out and can’t log in, app opened web view to login but input fields was without keyboard so I can only “paste” into this field but this ugly trick also didn’t help to login. 3. I have 2 lines in my account, when we both started chatting with support all our conversations are mixed into one and it is totally messed up, every user should have separate own chat session! As I can see dev team working without appropriate tests coverage.

So far, so good!!!. I signed up and activated service at work on my break. I now have service in all parts of the factory instead of just along the outer walls like with my previous service. App actually works like it should and so far, I’ve had a great experience with Boost!!!

Not Reliable for me. I transferred my number from AT&T and everything was working fine but the app logged me out and every time I try to log in it saids “ Oops something is wrong. Please try again later “ I need the app to activate my other line and to manage my account & it’s not allowing me to log in. I hope this is fixed because if not I’ll have to abandon boost infinite and transfer my number out to another carrier. I believe people should wait before signing up for boost infinite because they have so many problems right now and I’m uncertain about their future. due to the cyber attack that happened a month ago and them not addressing the problem and millions of people had issues with their accounts and services, this makes boost infinite not reliable or trustworthy. Plus you have customer service agents who don’t really know what they are doing. The system is still new that most of the time the customer service agents are not helpful. If the app doesn’t start working properly I’m gonna transfer my number and my mothers number out of boost infinite. then I’ll probably be back with them in a few years after I see they improved because right now it’s not looking good

Missing basic functions. Working on your account on your phone is NOT acceptable. This is a basic function that should have been provided before any roll out of phone service. This is a function that belongs on your web site. This BUG has been around for months. How about you get to work and let your user’s know some timeline. You don’t seem to be listening to this review page.

Worst cell phone company ever. I was with them for about three or four years everything was fine, but then one of my phones broke so they referred me to my insurance which I had been paying. You know you think to yourself the whole reason you pay for the insurance in case something breaks, they wanted me to pay $175 more to fix this phone that I had paid for, nope and then when I went to come back into the company, it was even worse they couldn’t even set up my account talk about failure

Getting better, but still has bugs.. The app is informational but is still a work in progress. I use iPhone 11 IOS 16.6 and have had same issue since switching over 4 months ago. The app upon attempting to open each time will not open, it just spins forever. Once I close app and immediately reopen, it spins for 10-20 seconds and then will open. This isn’t a once a day, it’s every time all the time. The app is not, but should be secured by password or biometrics.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!. I ordered a new phone from here and I patiently waited for 3 weeks without even knowing they had already cancelled my order. They took my money and cancelled my order without even saying a word to me. I had to reach out and ask them why my order was taking so long and that is when they told me that my order had been cancelled on their end. I would still be waiting right now if I never reached out to them about my order. All of this has happened and I still haven't even received my refund. It’s been another 3 weeks since I was informed my order was cancelled and since then I have been waiting on my refund. They told me it would take 7-10 days for my refund to process and it’s long been past that. They’re not even responding to any of the emails I have send them over the past weeks. This place is such a scam and anyone wondering if they should purchase something from here well my answer is no.

Boost. All working well, as my neighbor hood as spotty to no signal. WiFi kicks in we are fine. As for when out and about we are getting the same to better service as Verizon without dishing out 60 to 80 bucks a line for the same service. Please add a tower near me Ironwood crossing Queen Creek.

So far so good.. I just started with Boost today, and everything has been smooth and easy. I was able to activate and set up the phone myself, which is a feat. I will adjust the rating as needed, as I go along. But so far so good. Thinking of changing my TMobile phones over to Boost, if all goes well.

Great Cust. Service! cell service not so much. Customer service is very helpful. There’s no language barrier and they work to make sure the issue is resolved before ending the call. Great job there. My service is hit or miss I drop calls all day for no reason that I can pinpoint as it’s usually happening at home.

Great service, great app.. For $25 you cannot complain not to mention the cheap add-ons for more of what you want and need. I cannot complain with these guys.

Hot garbage. Please!!! Don’t waste your time with this company! They couldn’t port my # over, which is a simple task. Then when I canceled service I had to call not once, not twice, but 3 times and a live chat just to get the to disconnect service. Otherwise they keep ring your card on auto pay. If I didn't know a few people with this service I’d think it was a scam!!

Terrible app. This app has never worked as stated. I’ve never been able to see my usage, even though Ive called support to report this. I was told that they were aware of this issue, and were fixing it on an later update. Since then updates have come and gone, and still no fix. 🙄

The best wireless carrier. So I’ve switched from Spectrum Mobile to Boost Infinite, and this is one of the best decision that I ever made in my entire life. I love that I always have 5G. keep up the good work Boost Infinite.

Great service. I live in a very rural area where service is sketchy at best. I used to have to almost stand on the roof to make a call, now with boost I am able to receive and place calls from inside ! No more dropped calls, thanks Boost !

Literally the slickest mobile setup ever. The onboard experience was simply the greatest I've ever had. I'm running multiple lines in same phone , one with a hard sim and now boost infinite esim and loving the flexibility for personal and business.

Needs a bit faster response time.. The app is great, nothing too confusing on going the place that you need to see. The only thing that does take one star away is that when clicking to see anything it takes awhile for it to load.

Worst customer service ever. They will bald face lie to you, tell you they attempted to call you and left a voicemail 3 days ago. Argue that it’s somehow not their fault that you called every day since then and nobody asked for more information. Day 9 of trying to port a number to them. Everyone that answers a phone is a glorified order taker and has no access to any tools or back end software. Current carrier reports there have been exactly zero attempts to port the number out.

Great Experience. So far so good, good deal to get one of the latest phone, great price for the service, shipping was problem free, porting my number one took minutes, so far I’m glad I switched to Boost Infinite! Keep up the great work!

New to Boost infinite. A rough start up but as soon as I was activated I could tell a huge difference with better, quicker service!.. Hoping this is a good sign

New service. So far so good. Not the phone I’d like to have service on but; I’ve had no issues activating a phone. I haven’t had any service interruptions. First month though. We will see.

Worst Service Ever. This is the worst phone company I ever tried. 5 Days and still couldn’t activate phone, over 10 phone calls each one 1 hour + and still dont have service. I ask for reimbursement and they say it take 2 to 4 weeks for refund after they receive the phone and made me pay for shipment to ship the phone back.

Great service and simple app. I love the app it is very simple to use and the service is great. it’s so nice to talk to a U.S. based customer service center about my bill and I can easily understand them.

My account all in my hands. Love the app I can access everything I need and see usage and check on my payments straight from the app no need to leave the app just to find answers. Awesome!

Best deal I’ve found yet and seriously 25 Bucks. So far so good but there’s gotta be a catch somewhere just haven’t figured out what yet so 5 stars until I find out something different

Quick activation process. Set-up on my existing phone was super quick and took about 15 minutes. So far all seems to be working well after my transfer from AT&T.

Not dependable mobile service.. I am new to this area and I use maps a lot for directions. However, boost is not a reliable network. I don’t go far, still in the metro area, but I don’t know my way around yet. I’ve had to stop where I know there is Wi-Fi just to figure out how to get home! Unacceptable for me.

Left Spectrum. Signed up with boost, and it’s been great! Very easy install over the phone, it took about 25 minutes, no hassles and no problems!

Inadequate app. The app is not giving the correct account statements. Problem was addressed twice to Boost representative and Boost Chat. The mobile app is still not providing the correct information. The IT department apparently is not feeling well. 🤬

Horrible app. Can’t enter numbers from the soft keyboard on an ipad for the account login password even though the password requires a number. It’s a really stupid oversight on the developers’ part and doesn’t bode well for the quality of the rest of the app. Frankly such a stupid oversight tells me the entire system is going to be crappy.

Dish Wireless. I look forward to using Dish Wireless towers after they get built in my local area. I would like to have signed up for Project Genesis, but this is the next best thing.

Scrap the app and company. Worst app ever and if you think it stops there you are wrong. Team of experts is something they truly believe because it’s takes the whole company apparently just to fix any issues and even then still can’t fix it. Don’t waste your time or money on this company their is a reason they are having so much failure and change in their leadership it’s not by accident.

Run Away!. First they need autopay, second their service is horrible! Third, they will charge for full month even if you use them for a few days! Don’t even try this!

Doesn’t work. I just signed up for this service and was excited to explore the mobile app, as suggested by the welcome email. But the app doesn’t work. Every time I try to log in, it just says “something went wrong, try again later.” Feeling very nervous now about my decision to switch to this provider. I hope it’s just a buggy app and that the actual mobile service is better…

More for less!. So far, I’m getting fault- free service from Infinite at a price that is roughly 30% of the cost of my previous carrier. My only regret is that I didn’t change over sooner!

Can’t Log on. I logged out of the app. Then when I tried to log back on, I get an error that my account is being set up. I tried another phone and it works. So I have no idea why I’m getting an error like that with my iPhone. This is my primary phone and I would hate not being able to access my account

Boost infinite. I am so glad I found out about boost infinite on my Facebook page , I thought I’d give the a try and I love the service

Boost Infinite Experience. Boost Infinite has been a great acquisition and what a way to close out the year than with a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max and a 15 Pro for my wife.

Satisfactory. Jordan, the service representative was so kind, helpful, patient, and courteous in addressing the problems I encountered. I had mistakes and everything is working fine now.

Best Deal in Wireless. $25 for unlimited everything locked in forever! Remember they are building out their own 5G network so the more that grows the better your $25 price tag really is! And if that wasn’t good enough it’s POST-PAID!

Terrible app and terrible customer service. I’m constantly getting billed incorrectly and spending hours on the phone with customer service to get it resolved and it was never resolved I was forced to pay for the line that I’ve never had an order to keep my primary line from being disconnected and five phone calls to customer service and I never received a refund and was lied to every time it would be taken care of

Stay Away from Boost. Connections are slow. Bad decision on my part switching companies. Customer service down 2 weeks now. Wanting to get a port transfer pin to move service back to my original cell plan. Useless to inquire at a store, they will not give any account information. I will leave this company as soon as possible. If Boost stays down any longer, I will freeze my credit card so they cannot make deductions.

Boost Infinite has no cell or text service outside USA. Boost Infinite does NOT work overseas. They do NOT offer international roaming. Your phone has no cell coverage overseas. WiFi works but cell & text messages don’t come through nor can you call out. Their website lies. I went to the UK with their $10/mth international calling plan in place (for international outbound calls from the US - “a prerequisite”). No cell service. Your phone is a complete brick overseas. Boost Infinite also disables WiFi assisted calling. They are a scam.

Worst service. This the worst service ever. If you buy a new iPhone they will give you their best service just untill the 30 day return policy is over so that you don’t return the phone. Once those 30 days are gone, you will have lots of problems with your service and you won’t even be able to cancel unless you pay off the phone whole. Don’t fall for their malicious business practice.

App was never finished….. Beware! You can set up a new account download esim, enter a credit card and service works, but after that your on your own. There is no customer service number to call , live chat is inactive , there is no way to remove your credit card , no way to cancel service. The app only displays your bill and data usage.

Bad service. I was with Boost Mobile for almost 20 years and never had a problem with service, I switched to Boost Infinite and I immediately regret it. I now rarely have service in areas that were never a problem! In 2023, there shouldn’t be dead zones in a metropolis. Although it’s cheaper, the low cost isn’t worth not having working service. Had I know during my trial, I wouldn’t have switched.

Misstee. Love my phone( 15 pro max). Takes amazing pics, mainly the reason i upgraded, but I can’t say the same for the service. My bars drop a lot even when Im in my own home, getting on the internet sometimes is a little slow, which is very annoying. It’s only been 2weeks, so I’m gonna give it a little more time hopefully they will work out the kinks.

iPhone 15. Great phone. I’m just getting used to it. Took awhile to download about 1hr which is good to set time aside like an appointment which most time is less but was worth it once downloading completed.

Best help ever. I’m older and technically doesn’t come easily to me. That being said, you’re wonderful staff were patient and kind. I’m telling everyone about Boost Infinite!

Internet issues when WIFi is not available. My plan is unlimited everything but I often have issues using apps and internet when I’m out and about and not connected to WiFi.

Great service no problems. I’ve been on it now for four months and I’ve had no problems at all. Everything is running very smoothly. I’m build once a month everything’s good I’d recommend it.

Simple, easy, affordable. Simple to set up, easy to access information such as billing, very affordable at the beta price ($25)

Hire someone with some App knowledge. There is way too much lacking. You only get basic broad strokes. For paperless billing, you need to see the details of your usage and billing both. I’m going to stop there. If I don’t, I will be here for the next three hours. The only reason you get 2 stars is because customer support is friendly and courteous.
