Use a readable font. This is a mobile app, so I bet people are *probably* gonna be using it on mobile devices. The only app I’ve ever seen that uses a little font so cute I can’t even read what’s presented— everybody else gets it right. Bet I’m not the only one who didn’t see where to enter the promo code. Simple UX design, people. FIX IT

Doesn’t work. Made me create a new account, forgot all my previous orders. Can’t order from Redmond or Bellevue. Can’t find the old app.

Love Zeeks!. Best pizza ever and love the user-friendly app

So much is broken!. I could get through the required new sign-up, w/o getting restarted several times. Finally had to go to the new website. There again it took several tries to get signed up. Finally accomplished, only to discover that they did not include the Bothell or Woodinville sites, so I can order! URRRG!!! This clearly hasn’t been well tested and they are using the public to do the Alpha test. While doing that, they have provided no way to report bugs.

Good app. Zeeks Pizza is awesome, and the app was very easy to use, organized, and complete. Nice job. Some apps can be confusing and hard to find items or are incomplete in regards to the menu. The Zeke’s Pizza app is well made and fully realized. Niiice.

Really hope they didn’t charge a lot for this. I work in the software and all industry, this app is straight out of 2005. Really hope they didn’t charge Zeek’s a lot to build. It works but the user experience is very poor. Zeeks is great though, so this review is 100% related to the app

App review. Thank you for the new app! You didn’t import your current customers into the new app database. Not sure what your using to authenticate the addresses but we live in Sammamish and it loaded my address as Issaquah…

Offered discount. The app is pretty buggy. Offered a discount but it would not apply it if you edit the order in any way before you pay.

Clunky. It’s a new app, hopefully they work out these issues!

Major upgrade. I order Zeeks a lot. I liked the old app fine, but this is a major upgrade. It’s faster & easier than the old one. More intuitive. Graphics look better and the overall customer experience is better. Plus, rewards will be nice. I order enough that it will be cool to have pizza on the house every once in a while…

Can’t enter a delivery address. When I go to enter a delivery address, it tells me it’s an invalid address. Doesn’t tell me why. Completely stuck and can’t use the app.

Local Zeek’s not listed. The Zeek’s five minutes from us isn’t listed, and when ordering through the app we are outside their delivery area. Which is a weird since I could walk there. Love Zeek’s, but hated the old app. The new app is equally befuddling, though I guess for different reasons…? Like the veggie Thai my wife just ordered over the phone: two stars.

Your lucky you pizza is the best. Difficult to use. Had to start over and re-enter information twice. Second time did not give me opportunity for $10 savings when using App. That was the whole reason I was using the app. Your old app was so much better don’t know why you guys had to mess with us something that worked good. Don’t pick up a happy baby!

Doesn’t work. When I try to save my address it says it is invalid. Also, one field for capturing street, city, state and zip isn’t standard.
