Garbage app. So stupid takes 100 try’s to work

Scam. I would give 0 stars. It’s asking you 24/7 especially during a round. This is the worst

Worst company on the planet. 5 minutes later still waiting for this thing to load. No other company does this to their customers. It’s absolutely bizarre. Why is there not a zero stars? Now they’ve changed the way to load this moronic app and made it more complicated. What moron runs a company this way.

Horrible. This new authenticator has cost me hundreds with potential of thousands of dollars. It kicks you out mid game when playing auto on live casino. Ive emailed them and they act like they dont understand. It also takes 5-6 times to authenticate Garbage. Fix it or get rid of it

Horrible. Terrible for in play betting, takes forever and by then odds have changed. On top of that its glitchy as can be.

365 fell off COMPLETE TRASH. They closed my account for no reason. I asked for an explanation and the couldn’t provide one. I did win 10k and 20k and a few other times smaller amounts. But they have taken way more in the long run!!! My cousin downloaded this app for his account and ITS GARBAGE!! It suddenly crashes when you are about to make a selection on live sports!! More than half the time we were right!! SMH…FYI we caught them cheating before too. One of the times I won large I was on a hot streak playing live tennis sets betting large and all of a sudden it greyed out on me and wouldn’t let me bet! However on my girls app it was working perfectly fine!! I took videos and screen shots …at first they told me it was my internet and tech issues. I then took it higher and sent them the screen shots and videos and they gave me a $200 bonus credit!! SHADY !!

Authenticator works maybe one day a month. Not sure why but the Authenticator rarely works. So instead of getting to use my PC, I have to use my phone… which is really annoying when wanting to work on a bigger screen

Terrible !!!. This app is incredibly broken and is the reason you will never make money gambling on the bet 365 casino it pops up in the middle of hands and usually crashes 3-4 times before you return back to your game causing you to force quit hands and force you out of tables/games. Stop with the 5 minute authentication. Absolutely ridiculous how often the app wants to authenticate. Usually as soon as it’s a bonus round or you’re doing ok. Frustrating and inconsistent

Garbage. It takes you about 45 scans for it to finally work, just for it to pop back up mid game. Take your money elsewhere for live games and if you’re betting, only use your phone or another site. Horrible app, should just be removed

Remove the App or Fix the issue.. Every 20 minutes I have to use this auth app. It’s gets very annoying when your playing live casino in a middle of game and boots you out. At this point i don’t know if I want to continue to play on Bet365. I rather move my funds somewhere else.

Scam. EVERYTIME the game actually payout, this app will push to authentication then you will lost your machine.. when you open a new one. You won’t get anything from machine.. so what this apps does when it detect the machine is hot, it’s will cut it out.. that’s all there is to it..

Scammed my wager. Placed a bet on blackjack, as soon as I was promoted with hit/stay/double it went to the green authenticator screen. I’m never putting money in my account again. Lost the bet and proceeded to lose all my money.

Awful System. Make your Authenticator built into the app like many others. Not continuing to use bet365 for online casino play due to it kicking me out of lobbies mid game.

Worst app ever. Please stop it. It’s garbage. It’s extremely painful to scan every 2 minutes for every each bet.

This app is used to steal bets. You have to use this app to start the games on your desktop, but after you place the bet and the game starts or the slot machine starts to spin, it shuts off mid spin/game asking you to authenticate your location again. By the time you shut off and reopen this app(only way to authenticate again) and get back in the slot machine will reset and If you by chance get back in they won’t let you into the game room esp for player input games like blackjack, roulette, baccarat etc. And when you finally get in your wager is gone and supposedly you lost the game they never let you play. That is theft or to use the legal term “conversion”. Your wager just becomes their profit they don’t have to earn! I am collecting evidence i.e. video taping my self playing on their site and will submit to anyone that gave them their licence to operate. Apple: you are guilty of being an accomplice if you let this app continue in the present iteration

Really bad way of authenticating, will only let you authenticate once then u have to reset the app but it forces you to authenticate all the time, and the app is an absolute battery killer, just by it being in the background and me not using it, it killed 50% of my battery, do not get this app

Liars Scammers. This authentication app was developed by a human with low brain cells …. You have to scan every two minutes… as others have said if you thought you had a gambling problem this app has just cured that. Updated still garbage. Still have to scan the code numerous times to get things to work, and then it cuts out mid game. Spent hours on the phone with support and still no success.

I think this might be the worst app on the AppStore. Bet365 has hired some nut job to solve an issue and he made an even bigger one out of it. This app is a complete joke. It is impossible to last second bet and/or bet during live games with this nuisance of an app. Don’t use bet 365 if you live in Ontario. Use any other betting app.

Scam. They are using this to scam people. The site will shutdown and make you scan during mid hands so you can’t play the hand or during spins on slots. I recommend using a different site.
