Don’t Waste Your Time. B365 offers more prop markets than any other sportsbook in New Jersey. Frankly that is about all they have going for them. Their app functions like it was made in the 90s. The most basic, important functions such as geolocation technology don’t work. That’s a significant problem for a business that relies on this technology to accept bets. When you go to place a bet, you’re prompted with a “confirming your location” message. Screen fades to gray. You wait & wait. And nothing happens. It just perpetually checks for your location. Doesn’t matter if you’re connected to wifi or not. I’m an iPhone user, & this technology works flawlessly on competitors’ apps. Bottom line: If you enjoy *scrolling* endless menus of props, B365 is for you. If you actually intend to place said bets, specifically on a mobile phone, then don’t waste your time. In an industry saturated with competition, user experience is important to get right. And B365 fails miserably.

Great selection of games + top notch support. I only recently joined the Bet365 Sportsbook and I’m very impressed already with the breeze that it was to initially setup my account. I had a small issue at first so I contacted the Bet365 team and I mean when I say this that I have never experienced better customer service for ANY book out there (trust me when I say that I’ve tried most all). On top their top notch support, the amount of leagues/games that you’re able to bet on makes me believe that this might end up becoming my #1 sportsbook. Just like in stock trading or crypto, I’m a firm believer in having diversified investments (bets), as stocks, crypto & sports betting are all forms of gambling. The new signup bonus was much needed and greatly appreciated. I’m glad I found out about this company and hope they can maintain the levels of service & functionality that they currently have. Much props to the owner of this organization for not being scammy/sleazy like some of the other books out there. I’m the gambling world there’s a plethora of bullsh*t, terrible service, etc… With Bet365 you don’t see any of that nonsense. Instead, they offer a great service and are a top notch book to bet through.

Idek How. This is a 100% honest non bias review. The app is low key confusing and sometime downright bad when it come to odds, stats logs, and just basic parlay building. I had got in long in enough to get my bonus bets from the promotion win them and cash out. But soon after doing so when I attempted to log back in to the app is said there was an issue for with my account. I contacted support which took multiple agonizing attempts, and they told me that for reasons that couldn’t be told to me my account had restricted on them that could not be removed and that my account would be permanently close without the chance of being reactivated. I was genuinely confused but didn’t care a enough to fuss. It let me cash out the rest of everything that was left over in my account it was like $10 though. And other than that I’ve never thought about it again. ESPN, FANDUEL, and Draft Kings are all better than this app. Don’t waste your time with it. They only get a 2 star for the free $300 I got in them bonus bets.

Wont let you withdraw winnings.. I really enjoyed this app when I first got it. It was easy to use, easy to load money onto, and all around a great betting app. Once football season was one I was trying to withdraw my winnings (until baseball season officially starts) but my bank isn’t one of their offered banks and they wont let me even withdraw the winnings onto the card I used to load money into the account. When I contacted them the only “help” they could offer me was to start a bank account t with one of their approved banks… I’ve had my bank got 13 years… Should definitely be stated when you sign up that all winnings have to be withdrawn through an approved bank from their list of banks… very poor customer service and all around bad set up for a betting app that wants to compete with some of the better apps out there. Should really look into slowing the use of Venmo or PayPal like most apps. This is ridiculous.

Needs more coverage in more states. Hi I really do enjoy the bet365 app and it's pretty user friendly. Could use a bit more moderating though like the odds aren't the best and there are hardly any bonus bets or odds boost or loyalty incentives. But the main thing (at least for me personally) I live in TN but I drive to KY to be able to use the app when the odds are good enough for me to make a nice profit off of. I would love to cut out the drive and just get straight to the bet in the comfort of my own home. So all in all I just wish they were legal in more states.

Great Sportsbook If You Only Want to Lose. This ridiculous sportsbook decided to all but shut down my account without providing any sort of reason why not. One day I log in and get a message that I now get zero promos, have lost the cash out function which I never even used, and am limited to being able to bet mere pennies at a time. I had won a few bets and was only up a couple hundred bucks at most and never once broke any rules that I am aware of (I'm not clever enough to even have a clue how to cheat the system). Their customer support is absolutely worthless as they would not even tell me what I even did to get shut down, let alone give me a chance to defend myself. Try not to win more than a few dollars on here or you'll probably be sent packing like I was. No problem, 365, I will happily give my money to other books that can handle me accidentally winning a couple bets in a row before inevitably losing it all back. Ha.

Poor customer service. I recently signed up as sports betting has launched here in KY. I deposited $10 to unlock the $365 bonus bet promotion that is currently running. Tried to log in today and it said my credentials were wrong, when in fact they were not. After several attempts to contact customer service I was finally able to get through to a “Kevin W.” Via the 24/7 chat. I explained my situation and he replies, “it looks like our trading team has decided to close your account. We are sorry for any disappointment this has caused.” How can they just take my deposit and close my account? Maybe I need to contact my lawyer it sounds like to get my $10 back. However, I do not recommend these shady scums. I’ve never had an issue with DraftKings, FanDuel, or fanatics Sportsbook. Highly no not recommended Bet365.

I actually feel bad…. I don’t understand for the life of me, how these books like Bet365 are failing to realize the things they need to improve and how they seem to think giving out welcome offers is suddenly going to bring them real customers/players that they can RETAIN. It’s like the people at the top running things, have no awareness whatsoever about the things that matter, instead they think people are going to ignore all the little stuff and just play… when there are clearly MUCH BETTER books and apps to spend real money on. They face massive competition, yet put out a product like this? How about trying harder and caring more, and put money into your app and design and technology, rather than giving it away to people who just want to win some money so they can withdraw and go play their winnings on a better app or book.

Was not able to deposit. I tried depositing through 2 banks that the card was issued under my name and did not work. It works on other platforms but I was told because it’s prepaid? Why should it matter when there is money waiting to be deposited to play with you guys. Even with Betr the prepaid did not work but with sites like MyBookie and Bovada always works with no issues. So I guess once I am able to use a bank that works, I’ll give this a try. Until than I’ll continue on with MyBookie and Bovada for allowing me to use various methods of payments.

Awful interface/scammed me out of deposit. I live in Louisiana (legal to gamble) and was looking to join some new sports books to get signup bonuses before the super bowl. After downloading the app and using PayPal to deposit my money the Sportsbook informed me that you can only place bets in Virginia. Why would they track your location, allow you to deposit money, then after you deposit tell you you’re unable to gamble. So my solution was, withdraw my deosited funds, and go back to using DraftKings (fantastic app). BUT when I go to withdraw my money that I just deposited bet365 will not let me withdraw it. It only gives you the option to withdraw to a bank account connected through a third party app called trustly, which my bank does not use. So long story short bet365 robbed me off my initial deposit that I now can’t withdraw.

Top Sports Betting App. I really like this app…the promotion may have me a little biased…but with 365 bonus money to play with, Ive had the ability to play with this app a little more than other apps that give you bonus money and soon as you loose all of it (because I’m nowhere near a pro) you stop using the app. I hadn’t found an app that I wanted to use more than FanDuel. And while FanDuel is my favorite…I think this app may be giving them a run for their money. Here’s why… On here I’ve been able to parlay more than I can with FanDuel. (I’m more of an NBA bettor) On FanDuel you can parlay PRA and 3s…where as on here you can parlay that, you can parlay PRA together, defensive options as well. The odds aren’t better than other apps at all…but your options of what to put on your slip is more than FanDuel. One problem I’ve come across with this app is on my phone mainly, trying to place live bets, its always changing odds so I have to keep accepting odds change, and then when I try to place the bet its always saying that its verifying my location. So weird. So then I have to go on my IPad to place the bet which is pretty instant. This app isn’t a one stop and keep it pushing. It’s in my top two. Think I’ll be keeping it.

Decent. This app is decent at very best. The only reason to use it in my opinion is for the bonus bets/promotions. First, the odds aren’t as good on this app. Maybe they try to cover that with early payouts like if your nfl team is up by 17pts you get the win. But if you’re betting anytime touchdown there’s no early payout and the odds are still less than other apps. Secondly, the parlays are heavily restricted. If you’d like to add multiple games into a parlay, you can only choose people they have preselected. This means you don’t have free range to choose whoever you’d like, you have a limited number of players to choose from. Lastly, the overall app function is just super annoying to me. Whether it’s freezing and I lose the parlay i’m building or I can’t click on certain things because the bet slip is covering it and I can’t scroll down further. So, i’m already through all my bonuses and would only use this app again if I was trying to refer someone. However, definitely gonna let that person know they’re gonna want to use their free bets then delete the app.

Account closed - customer service rude. I created a new account with them today and placed $5 in bets. I tried to log back into my account later to check on my bets and it wouldn’t let me log in so I changed my password. When I tried to login with the new password, it still wouldn’t allow me to login and I received an email stating that my account has been suspended indefinitely. I called customer service and the representative that I spoke with said that the management team made a decision to close my account, but there was no explanation as to why and no one that he could transfer me to to explain why this happened. When I pressed him further about it, he said that he needed to terminate the call and hung up on me while I was still talking. There are way too many red flags with this… this is NOT a legit business and if you currently have an account with them, I would cash out immediately before they close your account (without giving you an explanation) and take your money.

So Close To Being a Great App. The bonus bet Referral bonus is great. The multitude of available combinations of picks is great. That’s about all that I have to say good about this app. I used bet 365 for two or three months, and was having fun on it until I woke up one day, and my account was restricted. When I reached out to them, they blamed it on responsible gaming I was exhibiting risky behavior. I don’t understand how when I placed a $50 weekly limit on my account and never went over the $50 limit. When I reached out support, they advised me to take a six-month break from them .. and until I take a break I can’t use that anymore. This is the only place I’ve ever had this problem and when I speak to someone over the phone, they understand my concern, but you can only be helped through their chat feature in their app, which is very difficult to get a hold of someone through. And when you do get a hold of someone, it’s like they don’t understand what you’re typing to them. they need a better customer support team. They need to do better with evaluating peoples accounts before I ever give them anything more than two stars

Would Recommend. I’m seeing a lot of views of people not really liking the app and having problems with it, I’ve had countless and more problems with Fanduel & Draftkings than i’ve ever had with Bet365, I’ve gotten all my bonus bets they offered, always have been able to cash out early when offered. and my money always goes straight to my account after a bet wins, and when i withdraw it goes right to my bank account instantly. I use this app more than any other betting app and would recommend it to anyone. Has very good odds, Real easy to use, and id bet my hard earned money with them before i do with any other app. especially fanduel and draftkings who give me nothing but headaches and problems.

My Personal Favorite. I’ve tried all the big betting apps and 365 is what I use most. Most user friendly. Most better friendly parlay boosts. That $365 sign up bonus at the beginning of nfl season was the best out there and unlike others your bonus bets never expire. Others make you bet them in 7 days. I see some unsettling reviews about people losing accounts or not being able to withdrawal winnings. I’ve had no issues after 9 weeks.

Review. Unfortunately, that app has several problems with it. I can’t get it to open most of the time and when it does open when I tried to open it up to place a bed it says they’re having trouble loading this right now and I can’t make any bets whatsoever. I want a lot of money been paid quickly, but now I can’t even open the app, if they would fix that it would be the best app out there

Do yourself a favor and use a real Sportsbook. The owners of the Sportsbook should be arrested for impersonating all the real sports books out there. They will happily steal money back from your account after paying out, they pull their lines 10 minutes before game start all the time. Constantly trying to figure out my location and I have no idea why it can’t figure it out like every other sports book I have no idea. But this usually happens midway building a parlay which means you have to completely restart the app and the parlay. And the final straw? Building a bunch of parlays all for 1 guy to get pulled before the game which means YOUR ENTIRE BET IS NOW WASHED. they don’t even give you lower odds by just scratching the player they scratch your whole parlay. They idiots spend all their money on advertising but they should spend it on improving their app. Uninstalling and deactivating my account as I have tons of other real sports books to use that won’t screw you over any chance they get. You will not be missed and I will spread the word about this garbage app.

Use any other betting app. This is my first review of an app in all the years I have had an iPhone. Do not waste your time, I am convinced they call it “BET365” because it takes 365 days to get your winnings. I was deliberately lied to by the chat agents the “less than 24 hours” for withdrawal via debit is extremely misleading. I reached out to support yesterday night and was told that my funds would hit my account 48 hours after creating the withdrawal. So I assumed this person knew what they were talking about since they work for this company. 24 hours later 48 hours total, no movement I reach out to support once more, I am told 1-5 “banking days” with no further information to be provided. Dishonesty is terrible for business, will update this review when I actually receive my winnings.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!. I’ve been a bet365 user for YEARS!!! Past couple months I’ve been placing bets and there’s been some that i cashout(just like every Sportsbook) I’ve had a great ROI until they removed my cashout option!! They removed the whole tab. ANY BET I MAKE NO MATTER WHAT. I DO NOT GET A CASHOUT OPTION. I called customer support and all they did was give me the run around. Then eventually told me they are able to remove the cashout tab if they want for certain players and when i asked for a reason why i was told they cannot disclose the reason why… So now every parlay i place i don’t get a cashout even if I hit on 4 legs and the 5th game hasn’t started or anything!!! I WILL NO LONGER BE USING BET365 and honestly Draftkings is way better!!! Do not download. I warned you in advance. They will take your money!!!!!!

Flawless system. I wrote five stars because I want people to see this message. Use the promo and kick rocks because they have a issue you with not standing by there system. It kept crashing while I was in a very good win then bam my bet ended up canceling for what because I played a dollar on a dumb ticket and was going win 3500 yea they said they have no control over there errors on the app to check my Wi-Fi. So believe me if your up and you try to cash out and bam the bar disappeares on you but if your losing I can promise it doesn’t blink unless your really losing to the point there’s no catching up. I rather stick with a more reliable app draft kings where it’s more trust worthy

Terrible management lexis. I spoke to someone by the name of Kendall she did not help me at all I asked to speak to the manager Lexis or LexsusShe clearly told me with an attitude that the manager was not going to take my callI told her just close my account I don’t want to deal with people like this I’m a valued customer I don’t like the way I was treated I was also left on hold to fix an issue with the promotion that I had a misunderstanding about I was on hold for one hour and the person representative did not assist me neither so with that being said I close my account because I’m not gonna sit here and waste my time with ignorant rude people unprofessional I do not recommend this to no one don’t waste your money on this please they are terrible customer service I would think they want to keep the customer happy and the way they treated me that is unacceptable

Dialup of sports betting.. The initial sign up bonus is what got me to use this app. The interface itself is very slow and sometimes completely unresponsive so if you’re thinking of placing live bets, this is not the site for that. Sometimes it will track the progression of a bet, but most times it will not give you any information on how your bet is playing out and you have to use outside resources to keep track. The biggest issue I have is a bet that I won was settled as a loss. I contacted customer support, showing them my proof and got a response validating my proof just for me to never get a response after that or get the issue resolved after admitting they were in the wrong. They’re intentionally being slow with their interface to maximize profits by slowing peoples ability to place and cash out bets accordingly.

Really with these reviews ?. Upon reading the reviews for this app I really wasn’t sure I was going to download it but they had an amazing offer for a deposit $10 and get $200 in free bets- I have had nothing but success with this app and while I’ve lost a game or two (which is only normal) - the customer service couldn’t be any better and I have found the app smooth sailing. I’m honestly thinking the people who have left negative reviews have some type of affiliation with other betting apps - 365 has been smooth sailing and wish you all the luck in your betting

Does it work? Yes. Is it exciting? No. 365 is not the worst sportsbook app, but it’s nowhere near the best either. They offered a very nice signup bonus, but outside of that, there are no real bonuses or promos to keep you engaged. The app is very easy to navigate and placing bets is easy as can be. It offers a tons of wager options & is extremely easy to use any bet credits you have, but it’s just such a visually boring app. I think it’s a mix of the bland color scheme and also the fact that since there’s no new promos advertised, it’s the exact same bland look every time you open the app. I find myself wanting to open it, place the bet I’m already thinking of, & close it, not look around for any other ideas, and with the lack of any promos (bonus bets, bet insurance, etc.) this is compounded even more. The app is like the coworker that you don’t really talk to: it does its job, it does it fine, but you don’t want to spend any more time with it than you have to. I wouldn’t tell people to avoid 365 at all costs, they’re are just much better options, especially if you’re looking for excitement or bonus offers to keep you engaged. 365 is perfectly usable & there are definitely worse sportsbook apps, but this is certainly the least “fun” of the multiple different sportsbook apps I’ve checked out.

One of the best betting apps hands down. I've used Draftkings, fanduel, BetMGM, betespn, and this. The only two I have nothing but great things to say about are bet365 and draft kings. Both payout fast and easily have nice props, and odds. Customer service is fast and helpful ( betmgm is the worst) and they resolve any issues quickly in my experience. Milestone betting on parlays is great on 365 and they have a great list of sports betting options. As far as sports betting they're heads and shoulders above everyone else other than draftkings. Also I'm in the U.S and was skeptical about payouts etc using a British app but it's been solid.

TERRIBLE HATEFUL PEOPLE. My wife called in because they refused to let her withdraw the money that she won. They made her sending all sorts of supporting documents for absolutely no reason which she sent in anyway. Over a week later she still couldn’t withdraw the money so she called in to see what was going on. The first person hung up on her in the middle of the call for no reason. The second person accused her of being a man trying to pretend to be a woman, even though she kept giving them all the verification that they requested. Obviously, this upset her very much and made her cry. Once he accused her of that he hung up the phone on her and they locked her account. Now the money we won we can’t withdraw or get to the account. Don’t use this app they will let you deposit all the money you want but withdraw it in the same bank no matter how much you give them. And when you call them about getting your money. They will be unbelievably rude. I wish the call was recorded I still can’t believe that happened to her. Terrible people and company.

Temu. As for 365bet - me and my friends all took them up on their new customer offer to deposit $10 to get $365 in bonus bets to use for the first weekend of March Madness. We all downloaded the app and made our deposits and after some time waiting on the slow app to process everything, got our bonus bets and started playing. We noticed immediately that the app really sucked compared to others-it was glitchy, it froze randomly at times, and it looked terrible. But hey, we thought it was worth it for the bonus bets. I used about half of the bonus bets over 2 days and won a little money, then went to bed. When I woke up in the morning and tried to place a bet, the app said there were restrictions on my account. I called customer service, and after being placed on hold for a while, was told that their “trading team” decided they didn’t want to do business with me anymore and that I could never make a bet on their app again. My friends had used all of their bonus bets up quicker than me so they avoided these shenanigans. Clearly Bet365 realized they weren’t making money off of me and decided to take their ball and go home. Also my withdrawals on the money I did make still haven’t processed after multiple days, so they may have just stolen $10 from me. Do not give these crooks any of your real money. If you want to take your chances and use bonus bets to take their money, fine, but once that’s done (hopefully quickly) take your business elsewhere.

DON NOT USE. I downloaded their app because they had the promotion where you bet $1 and got $365 in bonus pets. When I got the $365 I placed three bets one of them was a three leg parlay for $25 that would’ve paid out about $150 the second one was a six leg parlay for $5. And the third one was that same parlay but I made it a round robin for $40. I tried to sign in about an hour later and they said my account was suspended. It just seems real shady that once I gave them all my information, my Social Security number and access to my bank account. I’m locked out. I also got a notification that my information was leaked and that I should start changing passwords to certain accounts after using this app.

Discriminatory. After I created my account and uploaded my identification. I received an email from them stating I’d been banned from using the app, with absolutely no explanation. When I reached out to support, they said they couldn’t give any info. I told them the banning occurred after I uploaded my identification (I am African American) and it felt discriminatory, still no reason was given. They made it near impossible to delete my information, as they said they do not provide confirmation numbers as proof of account closure. Total scammers for your information, seems like a prejudice organization, picking and choosing who they want to have an account based on their own reasoning. If I could give negative stars I would.

Worst betting app of them all. I have tried almost all of the betting apps provided for my state and I find this by far the worst. For starters it glitches all of the time. It deletes your bets as your making them. It constantly logs me in and out of the app while I’m actively using it. Sometimes it shows you the progress during the game of where you are at with what you clicked for your parlay and sometimes it doesn’t show you your progress. Those are just a few glitches that happen all the time. When you try to make parlays, it adds everything to a bet slip, however unlike the other apps it doesn’t show you an approximation of say a $10 bet would give you and outcome of “$X”. So you have to add everything you want and then click add to bet slip. Once your done and you decide you want to take something out, you can just click the X to take it out. You have to redo everything you just added in to your bet slip. Making it not user friendly at all. Very frustrating. Overall I am more annoyed and frustrated with the way the app works than anything. I do like the boost it’s gives you all the time but that’s probably my only pro of this app. I highly recommend a different betting app! Not Bet 365.

Love it !!!. This tbh is my favioret sports betting app honestly has great customer service as well and your pay outs are INSTINT you do not have to wait 24 to 72 hrs for your money when you cash out it’s instantly in your bank !! The ONLY problem is the app never wants to load anymore idk what is going on but I haven’t been able to get on it for hours now it’s making me mad I got quite a bit of money on it right now and it’s making me kinda restless I’ve used this app since they started it and it’s honestly my favioret !!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It is glitchy beyond reason. Whenever you’re on the winning side of a bet or cash out, the app will randomly stop loading and give you the spinning wheel of death whenever you close it out and try to open it again. It regularly glitches when trying to make in game bets. It will say you have added a selection to your bet sheet but it won’t show up. It never works if I’m on anything but my home wifi. If I’m on my cellular network (LTE or 5G) it tells me I’m in a restricted location. (I am in the UK where gambling is legal). There are a fee times I tried to access the withdraw feature and it would not load. I regularly try to cash out a bet but it does not work. I have emailed these people and tried to have all of these issues resolved and never got a response to my queries. Take your business elsewhere. This app is horrible and visually so unappealing. They also never give bonus bets or any incentive to keep playing or to not go elsewhere. Please do not waste your time with this terrible app.

Horrible Interface. Bet365 covers up a lot of its faults with a nice sign up bonus. Anytime a player is injured or doesn’t play they reserve the “decision” to void the entire parlay. Cash out option is a scam, they offer you a cash out and then you have to submit it for a review before they approve it. Player milestones is the best feature they have but more times than not they will find a reason to keep your money. The rules they hold themselves to are extremely loose and change at their discretion, zero to no integrity on their part. Advice, spend your free money and then delete the app. Black hole!

Got banned after making my first bet, I’m so confused what happened.. I registered my account, deposited $30, made a bet, then it logged me out. I tried to log back in, it said my password was incorrect, so I reset it, it logged me in, then immediately logged me out and the same thing happened again. I finally got back in, it said my bonus bets were in, so I tried to use them and it said my account was restricted. I contacted customer service and they informed me they would be banning my account and they wouldn’t provide details. I asked for clarification and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They said there was no one to talk to about it and no reason to provide. I literally just wanted to gamble a bit. I don’t know what happened. This just isn’t how you treat customers. I know im mot a huge spender and I don’t matter to them, but this was a bizarre and frustrating experience.

Void MMA events take 30 days to register!!!. The reason for my 1 star review is bc I placed a 6-leg UFC parlay, 5 of the legs won, but the 6th leg (i.e. the 6th fight) was cancelled. I reached out to customer service and they said that the bet will not be awarded to me for 30 days, bc if the cancelled event is rescheduled within 30 days, then the outcome of the rescheduled bout will affect my parlay. In other words, for UFC bouts that are cancelled, if the cancelled no it was part of a parlay, you’ll have to wait 30 days to get paid for that winning bet. That’s utter nonsense. Who would want to use such an app. The other apps (like Fandual and Barstool) use common sense and automatically void an event once it’s cancelled, none of this “waiting 30 days” nonsense. (I also don’t like the fact that you need to go through an extra step before having the winning money added to your account. With fandual and barstool it’s automatic.) One and done for this App.

Rip off!!!. I give them zero stars ( found out it won’t let me post my review with zero stars. Have to at least give them one!!!) My husband and I both got this app and we put $10 of our money in and therefore they got all of our debit card information then overnight they closed both of our accounts and won’t give us any reason as to why!! Also there is no way to go in and delete your debit card out!!! we both earned a $365 bonus but were never able to place any bets since they closed it out. I chatted with them. The chat representative must’ve known what they did wasn’t right because as soon as he told me, he ended the chat, didn’t give me any chance to ask any other questions. Called the customer service representative. Nobody can give any reason. Just keep saying the Trading Team made that decision with no further information. Very poor customer service when they won’t give you any reason!! I would not recommend this app at all!! Scammers in my opinion!!

Terrible app, corrupt company. Me and my friends all took them up on their new customer offer to deposit $10 to get $365 in bonus bets to use for the first weekend of March Madness. We all downloaded the app and made our deposits and after some time waiting on the slow app to process everything, got our bonus bets and started playing. We noticed immediately that the app really sucked compared to others-it was glitchy, it froze randomly at times, and it looked terrible. But hey, we thought it was worth it for the bonus bets. I used about half of the bonus bets over 2 days and won a little money, then went to bed. When I woke up in the morning and tried to place a bet, the app said there were restrictions on my account. I called customer service, and after being placed on hold for a while, was told that their “trading team” decided they didn’t want to do business with me anymore and that I could never make a bet on their app again. My friends had used all of their bonus bets up quicker than me so they avoided these shenanigans. Clearly Bet365 realized they weren’t making money off of me and decided to take their ball and go home. Also my withdrawals on the money I did make still haven’t processed after multiple days, so they may have just stolen $10 from me. Do not give these crooks any of your real money. If you want to take your chances and use bonus bets to take their money, fine, but once that’s done (hopefully quickly) take your business elsewhere.

Love this. Have only tried this and draft kings so far but have been more impressed with this app. Honestly the interface bugged me at first because it’s basically a website in an app lol but the betting system makes up for this. I love the fact this app tracks live bets and is super user friendly in terms of cashing out and early payouts. Wish this app showed user bets like percentage placed on each team but other then that this app is awesome! Take advantage of every promo you can people.

Scammers. I placed a $10 same game parlay bet with odds of +5000 and a $510 payout. I WON! But because ONE leg on my parlay was voided (because the player did not play) my whole bet was voided. Super frustrating and sad to have watched my bet hit every leg and jump for joy when it won, only to be crushed to see my $10 returned to me. Their rules under “House Rules” and “Same Game Parlay” rules state that if there is a voided leg/player, the odds will be recalculated and paid out on the remaining winning legs… yet customer service tells me otherwise based on terms and conditions showing on their “website”. They’re scammers and this is just a way to not have to pay out their bettors. I do not recommend this betting site.

Disappointing lure.. I saw an advertisement for bet 365 being ran saying bet $1 and get $365 (clever marketing) in bonus bets to enjoy on the app for new users. I contacted in to make sure and had 3 different representatives tell me the exact requirements for the promotion confirming I would receive this offer once completing them. The 3rd rep I spoke too, when asking about a specific detail in the verbiage from the 2nd representative I spoke with told me “ we no longer run this promotion , see the email we sent you on the new terms and conditions for what we offer. Not only did I not receive such an email but why is an inactive promotion being advertised to lure in customers if it doesn’t exist. Also why did 2 representatives confirm if it is not existent also!? This was a terrible experience in sports betting for me.

Closed account. I opened my account on Friday, made a few bets and won less than $75. The next day they closed my account. Their response below. Guess if you win more than $60 your account gets closed. Great business practice. Thanks for waiting John. Your account has been closed as a trading decision. Our Trading Department reviews customers' accounts regularly and sometimes conclude that they no longer wish to accept a customer's business. Accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and for a variety of reasons. Your account has been closed with no option to reopen. I understand this is disappointing to hear, and apologize for this. However no further information can be provided.

Avoid, use any of the other legal sports books. This book appears to be the best, some of the “juice” on money lines and spreads are lowest among all of the US books. Also, if you like betting favorites this would be the book for you, as payout for favorites is higher than other books more times than not.(Other major books know public loves favorites) HOWEVER, Bet 365 is dishonest to the core, they will use tiny house rule technicalities to avoid payouts or pushes when there are rain delays or cancellations. LITERALLY I MADE THE SAME BET ON BOTH DRAFTINGS AND BET365… SAME WAGER, SAME GAME, SAME DAY: WAS A PUSH ON DRAFTKINGS WHICH IS FAIR GOT MY WAGER BACK, BUT THESE WEASELS ON 365 TOOK ALL MY MONEY! USE DRAFTKINGS, CEASARS, POINTSBET DELETE THIS APP asap or it will happen to you. It is robbery pure and simple . If you use 365, read all of their sneaky unique house rules, which will take all day, otherwise you will have your bet robbed just like mine.

Denied before ever placing a bet. I’d advise not to use this book. I opened an account didn’t use the book at first then lost my sign before ever making a bet or deposit. So I contacted support they ask me for all my information then proceed to tell me my accounts been canceled and I can never have an account with them in the future. I’ve never heard of someone built on making money deny money but this book clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I can only imagine running into a problem with a bet or payout. If this is how they treat you before becoming a paying customer. Hope you take this in consideration when choosing what books to use. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOK!

Severely Limited. This is a BIG sportsbook that happens to have one of their headquarters near my hometown. I had recommended Bet365 to many friends. The ease of depositing/withdrawing and the smoothness of browsing the app were big factors. Not to mention some of their promos and special bets with odds boosts were awesome. Then I received an email from Bet365’s trading team stating that they were imposing bet limits on me and making me ineligible for all promos. I hadn’t even been a career winner in the two years I had the app downloaded nor did I bet more than a hundred bucks or so per game. Yet either they couldn’t handle my action (despite being a big company) or did not want my action. It was very disappointing. I phoned customer service venting my frustrations and emailed the trading team back but nothing has changed. Now I am literally only able to bet $15 at most on anything. They only allow me to bet $2… yes, $2!… in most player prop markets. These days I stick to FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM and Caesars. They all treat me like they WANT my business. I even have a VIP status on a few of them and they go out of their way to give me bonus bets, deposit matches and other promos to show me their appreciation. So in conclusion before the limitations Bet365 was good, if you enjoy betting sports. Just be aware that down the line what can happen to you. If it can happen to me it can happen to anyone.

Did not receive my referral bets. I was scammed, I referred someone and never received my free bets. He received his and went on to refer 3 other people and received all his free bets. We called and they said that they are not sure what happened if all the qualifications were met then I should have received them and they have no further information. If he received his first time user bets and he made a deposit and placed a bet then I should have received them. I feel like I was ripped off especially when I brought them a new paying customer that they are gonna make money off of. They should have fixed it and given my free bets. I will not refer anyone else to Bet365 unless I get my free bets. I’m pretty annoyed!

Shady. Let’s you sign up and deposit after checking your location and taking down all your info but won’t let you place a bet unless you’re in one of the 5 states they operate in. So they have it set up so you sign up deposit and active the limited time period to earn the $150 sign up bonus that requires you to place a wager but once you try to places wager denies you I’m in Arizona almost every sports book operates here so now if bet365 ever becomes available for me to places wager in my state I will not be eligible for the sign up bonus. Why allow someone to sign up and deposit if you only operate in 5 states 😂 poor development and customer service

Worst experience ever. I join 365 because of the promotion; and was hoping it could be another good betting site; this was furthest from the truth. I put in a withdrawal at 12am on the 27th and it’s 4:39 on the 29th and I have not received my payment. I called customer service to be told it’s under review and that they don’t have a time it’s coming just that it’ll be coming. The reason this is puzzling is that if you link my bank account to your system why is it this hard to prove it’s me. Try your luck though you guys some of my friends where paid instantly. I will be deleting my account as soon as they issue payment. The payment team need to have they own customer service so they can explain the problems rather than have someone else tell me I can’t get an answer for that. I wish I could gamble and pay them their money 3 days later but they make sure to take the money that’s theirs instantly. Was good at first. Problems with my location. I never have an issue I live in a good area and for some reason whenever I have a pet already to place it always says verifying my location doesn’t go away and I have to close the whole side out and it isn’t saved so I have to go back and make all the wagers over againkind of annoying I missed out on a few beds because of this

Forever to respond. Have been waiting 3 weeks to be able to cash out $100. Talked to multiple people all who repeat the same thing, even after you explain that you’ve done that or don’t have this. Bank account took forever to sync and wouldn’t allow me to withdraw my winnings. My brother however, was able to withdraw to his account with no issues which has led to the funds not being processed for weeks and no one ever being able to assist with why my own account wouldn’t link to Bet365. Not worth the time.

Horrible, would not recommend, bad customer service. As a new customer, I won my introductory promo offer to bet $5 and receive $150 in bonus bets. I won my bet and logged back into my account after getting back in town from vacation only to see the bonus bets were not there. After contacting customer service they told me it was written in the tiny terms and conditions nobody fully reads that you need to use them within 7 days and they would not credit my account. Inoperable. I have been checking out the various sportsbook apps. Bet 365 isn't as polished or user friendly as most others. But, the real issue is it is basically UNUSABLE for live betting. It locks up trying to "confirm your location", which for some reason takes a long time. Then, the odds will have changed. If you accept the change, it locks up again to, again, confirm location. This goes on indefinitely. I suppose if you didn't ever want to do live betting, you could make it work? Otherwise, I'd advise using a better functioning app.

F the customers service people. They suspended my account and can’t tell me why? I’m on and off the phone and live chat for over a hour waiting for them to give me a short answer and as I was typing the chick ended the chat with me. Decent App, Awful Sportsbook. I bet regularly on bet365 for about 2 months. The odds were competitive and the app worked fine - some glitches around cashing out and live odds but decent overall. The problem comes if you actually start to make money on the platform. They will boot you "as a trading decision". Hopefully you don't have any open bets at the time, as I did, because you lose all access to those, including the ability to cash them out. It's hard to imagine how that's legal. Recommended if and only if you are committed to losing money.

Suspicious AVOID!!. Signed up because of their $365 pre registration because it was coming to my state. Placed a bet for Sunday football a couple days prior. Ended up getting a “account restriction” (banned) BEFORE the game even starts. I contacted support and they said trading management weren’t interested in me as a customer… like what? So in order to get the bonus you MUST deposit and have an entry successfully go through in order to get the $365 bonus cred, so looks they’re attempting to scam by banning you after they take your money. Please avoid Bet365 and use a different app!

Almost perfect App. Amazing app! Switched from FanDuel and I have enjoyed it so much! I’ve recommended so many friends to sign up and they have left FanDuel also! Only getting 4/5 stars due to no rewards system . All the winnings and betting you do it’s all for a simple cash grab. Shady shady sportsbook. I opened an account with bet365 nine days ago. At first I was very impressed with the app. It’s quick, it’s clean, it’s intuitive. I deposited $2000 and went to work betting. Today I received an email saying that my account was restricted. It didn’t say why. I guess it was because I won a few hundred dollars. But I can now bet no more than five dollars on any line. This is another shady sports book that is only looking for losing customers with gambling addictions. If you do not fit that description, then move along to the next app.

Shady. I signed up to use the new user offer, deposited 20, ended up with 50 after using all the free bets and tried to withdraw since I didn’t enjoy the app (super glitchy, wouldn’t show me live bets/ use cash outs, hard to navigate cause pages wouldn’t load in the app) while the withdrawal was pending I got my account suspended. That’s all I did. Super shady to suspend my account for no reason while a withdrawal was pending. I received an email notification but no explanation. Lame. Good app, company closed my account for no reason. I liked the concept, so I signed up with a $365 in bonus bets promotion. Forgot my password the next day, and had to reset it. I placed 4-5 bets totaling $25, and the 3rd day after creating my account, Bet365 closed my account permanently for no apparent reason. I was able to withdraw my winnings, but when I used their chat feature, their rep refused to give me any clarification for why my account had been closed. There is still $280 in bonus bets on my account which I now can’t use. Smells pretty fishy

Best promo in the beginning but insanely glitchy. Their very first promo was amazing. Bet $10 to get $365 in promo bucks. Also this is the only app that I feel has good cash out options if with your bets. However there are to many glitches. I have missed out on making a lot of good bets because the app crashes or freezes. After trying for close to an hour to make any type of bet I withdrew all my money from the app. I gladly would have bet on this app till I lost every penny but I can’t put up with horrible glitches.

One of my Fav Betting Apps but Bet Slip Glitches on iPad. I really enjoy using this App. It’s simple and easy to navigate. The only issue is, after I place a bet using my iPad in landscape mode, the betslip will stay on the screen and not let me close it out. It will let me select other bets but not let me close out of the actual betslip. The only way I have been able to fix is to completely close the app and re open it again.

New industry standard. First, you have an absolutely amazing app. Its ease of use, stability, features and selections are beyond anything else offered in NJ. This being said, there is always room for improvement. My suggestions: 1. When one goes to the promotions page, there is no option available to navigate back to the betting section. 2. Any chance of adding an option to place an in app feature allowing one to take a picture of a wager that is larger (or smaller) than a phone screen? 3. You provide scores of active games on the screen of active bets, any chance you could add the final score as well? Thank you so much for elevating yourself above the crowd!!

App issues.. The app is been doing fine for me betting wise, but lately it’s just not picking up on location wise of course where it’s legal & I have to keep exiting out of it and try again. But the app also has tendencies where it will freeze up and not let u place your bets right away. Maybe some kind of significant update can be done about this too where it works smoothly at least & can pick up what state your are in.

Awful. Awful app, doesn’t clarify anything. I made my account for the bonus bet welcome thing they have going on, I put my address as Illinois because that’s where I live, they allow me to make the account, they allow me to deposit money onto my account, but when I go to place the bet it just doesn’t allow it in my state. It says I have to be in Indiana to place bets. That’s ridiculous. You accept peoples money just to then tell them they aren’t able to use, and now I have to wait multiple days for my withdrawal to come back through.

Great Book but with serious flaws. I love this book as it's ones of my favorite. However, the constant loss of location and having to restart the app is exhausting. Also it doesn't keep your bets in the slip when you have to close causing more inconvenience. Also the random face ID login becoming unsuccessful and the only fix is uninstall and reinstall. Fix those two issues and this is my favorite book by far.

Joke of a Sportsbook app. What a joke of a company !! Signed up when I was in New Jersey for a weekend trip. Bet the 1 dollar that they advertised so I can get the $365 dollars of free bet. Before you know it, account was closed due to factors that they cannot share with me. Was on a call for an hr and even sent them an email and at this point, still haven’t gotten a clear indication of what I have done that was so egregious. Sent them all my social security info and passport picture and they are just canceling folks for no reason!! Def be careful if you are trying to download this app!!!

Bet365 is a parasite. Terrible app that allows you to bet for a few weeks then blindsides you with shutting down your ability to make bets, usually after you have won a few bucks on the site. They are only after people with gambling addictions that are consistent losers. If you are an even money guy or an occasional winner, they don’t want you on the app. This site is contributing to the worst parts of greed that prey on customers. They pretend to follow the protocols for responsibility with compulsive gamblers but those are the exact people they want consistently on their app. Vultures!

Possibly the best sportsbook out there!. Shows love to their clients, this sportsbook will randomly give out free bets to valued customers. bet365 app. The app is good and I really like the mixing and matching of parlays you can put together but the one major thing I hate and probably many more people about this app is that it removes all your picks out of the bet slip if you leave the app for a few seconds or so. I think that’s crappie you have to remember your bets and do them all over each time you just exit the app. Needs a major upgrade!!

Horrible. The worst sports betting app I have ever encountered. The location services are horrible. I will get directions on my gps and press go which will give me exact location and I will not move in my house where I am at and it will still say they cannot determine my location. I live at least 2500 yards from the Ohio river and i still have problems. Draft Kings as been perfect bet365 not so much. It takes an act of congress to withdraw money after winning. I have $10 left and after I lose that this app will be delated and my account officially close. If I happen to win on my last $10 I am going to cash it out and delete my account. I am so disappointed.

Best Betting App. If you are betting in Sports especially Soccer you have to use Bet365 because they are international company for more that 15 years old with incredible app design, high cofficents and special benefits for gamblers. The only thing you will need to fix is immediate login with Face Id like Fanduel. Because sometimes you can be late for some seconds for loging in and they pushing ok and done buttons. Thanks 🙏

Please read. Worst betting app ever! Please don’t waste your time. They have multiple login issues, Deposit issues, and withdrawal issues. The customer service is by far the worst, they barely even answer the phone. Worst app to place a bet, I regret ever signing up. Easy to use, terrible for winning. The user interface is easy to use and looks good. Their are good as well. My only problem is their alternate lines are garbage and if a game is starting the app will either bug and not let you place the bet forcing you to restart and losing progress or just deletes it altogether. If they fixed those things it would honestly be one of the best sportsbooks

Location Issues. Decent app but it has MAJOR location checking issues. If you are placing a parlay and it grays out for checking my location, you have to completely close the app out (which deletes any in progress parlays being built) and restart it all over again. I’ve never had this issue with any other betting app. Fix the location messages not refreshing and fix the ability of parlays saving even when force closing the app out. All the other apps do it no problem.

DONT DO IT. I read the reviews and seen everyone said the same thing. You get in. Get your free $365 then after a few winnings you try to deposit and BOOM can’t log in. Forgot password. ERROR ERROR. I even wrote it down bc of the reviews and says error. Created new password Error. What’s crazy my husband and I set up the accounts same exact time and he got locked out exact same time as I did. Fix the app please!!!. The app has so many flaws. If you’re using an iPhone and you bring down your notifications bar and scroll back up the app signs you out and you have to sign in again. As soon as you leave the app to maybe reply a message and come back it’s logs you out and you have to log in again. Fix it please it’s frustrating. At least get the TOUCH ID so when we leave the app we can sign back with the the Touch ID. You’re the best sportsbook in the world why should your app be so uncomfortable to use.

Suspicious. I created an account and simply went to login and it prompted me to reset my login after I entered all my information. It then locks my account after one login. I contact customer support they said. To reset password I did that 3 times then to receive an email stating the trade department is closing my account. Did not give any reason but did not hesitate to continue to send me emails and offers. It is very sketchy that the trade department could not give me any reason why they were closing my account after I never even logged into it once. Stay far away smells like they are selling our information to other company’s.

My only regret is I can’t do zero stars. They verified my location in sign up saying I was in a legal state. They only tell you AFTER you deposit money whether or not your state allows the app. Then they make it impossible to log into your bank account to withdraw money. Terrible App. I created an account on Saturday 10/21. Made a bet and won to get my bonus cash. Tried to log in yesterday 10/22 to use my bonus cash and make a bet and had trouble logging in. I reset my password and attempted again. Still had problems. Tried an additional time and they told me my account was restricted. Called today 10/23 and was told my account was closed. locked me out of using my own Face ID. was cooking on a sunday and suddenly the app’s face ID wouldn’t recognize me. I called customer support who suggested i use the chat feature in the app, which i did to no avail. they were unable to help me and suggested i do things the old-fashioned way and manually type in my password. at this point, it’s the principle of the matter. i’m still waiting for them to give me a clear answer as to why it happened in the first place and how to correct it accordingly…

Wanted to give them a try but still not sure.. They’re not accurate on their sportsbook lines . The best odds to go over based off of their props for nba, nhl, and etc. will make you loose your bets. Just saying. Wanted to like this sportsbook app but I don’t know . If sportsbook overs are soo high whether its nba, nhl, mlb or whichever sports for the players to score, I don’t understand how it goes the opposite. These books should be highly accurate considering they are made for this. Hopefully next time get lucky or they improve their props. I get they don’t want anyone to win as much since that’s gambling but come on not this extent.

These people on some racism stuff don’t give them your money. I went to set up an account, created my account went to login couldn’t log in come to find out they blocked my account! Now I ain’t the smartest person ever but if someone never ever got to login let alone make one bet and got blocked and then couldn’t get an explanation to the reason why! It’s probably because they seen someone with the last name Lopez created an account I can’t think of nothing else and obviously they didn’t explain the reasoning so I don’t know but hey maybe I’m wrong !

Best app compared to other books. You know how smooth and easy it is to use Bet365??? I have 20 other books downloaded and my favorite is Bet365. The search function, the way you can edit your bets even after you place them, and how nice and quick it is to find exactly what you need, they truly designed one of the best sportsbook apps.

Honestly don’t recommend. Once your done with the sign up bonuses just use another app, they have horrible customer service , also they have kept my referral bonus several times claiming we must have done something wrong even tho after the first two I made sure everything was done correctly and still wouldn’t give me it as they said “they can’t see why they just know the system works and if I did it correctly I would have it so obviously I did something wrong” even after trying to prove it and proving it they “weren’t” able to credit me. Complete hoax and somewhat iffy considering they also don’t have many withdrawal methods.

Go Elsewhere. Please download literally any other app for betting. This is pitiful. I guess they will just keep my $10 forever! I had to “change” my password about 15 times because it would NEVER recognize my new password. Changing it was the only way to get into the account. Then, I get an email they locked my account because of “suspicious” activity. Yeah, changing your password 15 times is pretty suspicious. But even more suspicious is THE APP THAT MAKES YOU DO THAT… The glitchiest site I’ve ever used in 2024.

WORST GAMBLING APP OUT THERE. Reasons to NOT ever use Bet365: 1) will have to reset password after every time your phone or computer screen changes from using the app, very long and annoying process 2) They do not follow through with most of their promos and will simply close your account after depositing $ and using your 1st deposit on your first bet. Account will be closed and do not get promo $. 3) Customer support is very hard to reach, when finally was reached. Their reason for everything is “because we can” with no other explanation. 4) Goal of this company is to get as many new bettors as possible and then close their account soon after they make it, with no access to get back into their promo winnings after their first bet. Basically take initial/new bettors money and run. 5) Terrible lines and bet possibilities for any sport, DraftKings even has better options.

So far so good. It was pretty simple getting verified. I appreciate they were thorough making sure I was the one opening the account. Identify theft is worrisome. I knew they were taking care of business. I have to read the fine print on bonus money- make sure no trap I can fall in. Just made first deposit. Made my choice and I’m excited. Playoff weekend. Amazing. 1000 percent recommend. Not a paid review none of that. Legit glad they came to New Jersey have seen them everywhere. I love the layout seamless interface. CAUTIOUS This book is only for beginners. This book is now giving off standoffs to anyone who they consider to “being able to make a living off betting” if you are even positive they now automatically are marking accounts as sharps and giving standoffs out after refusing to take breaks from playing with them. The reviews and complaints about them are real they turned to scamming. As long as there taken newbies money it’s okay but it’s not when your taken from them. I’m not the only one this happened to either recently there getting rid of the nfl and nba sharps before seasons start.

Lots of bugs to fix. My App crashed purposefully and it’s not allowing to see most of live in games, it pops blank.. it never happened before, I tried get in touch with their support and they tried to help, but huge waits, it took over 2 hours of my time and didn’t get fixed, it seems they do that on purpose to limite your right to browse games live🤮.
