Very confusing, mostly unusable. Do not recommend

Literally NOTHING for the money. Paid for this app using my iPhone through the App Store. Downloaded it , then when I opened it and started to set it up, it kept trying to get me to pay for it. Again. I have the receipt with apple and my credit card company, but this app won’t let me do anything if I don’t pay for it again. Complete waste of money and time. I’d give it negative stars if that were an option.

Not a great app - but needed. This app works 50% of the time. Ive officially downloaded a different Authenticator as a backup because I cannot trust this app, and I need it for work purposes.

Locked out. It was great until I got locked out because of a phone reset and I can’t seem to recover my information for this app and am now locked out of everything.

Not getting enough support. I emailed so many times but didn’t get enough help and my issue is not solved yet

Not compatible with other 2fa apps. If you have another 2fa app like google, you can’t import the codes. Pretty annoying as they don’t make that clear until after you pay them. 4.99 wasted on an app that thinks you’re starting to secure logins the day you download it

Directions are too comfusing. I am not an IT person. Just a person with a simple mind. At this point your instructions may be simple to some but I am not able to program the authenticator. There has got to be a simpler way.

Can't cancel. Account information is hidden and not readily available. Very difficult if not impossible to cancel the service

Awesome Job!. I’m pretty sure this app help is tell the codes if we ever need help if we get logged out or hacked from an account you own so this app has really helped me whenever I need help when I need the codes 😁

No notification and no auto entries. This app is a complete waste of time and resources. the fact that Rippling speak volumes about their security philosophy. I should GET a NOTICE that’s new keys was issued. But no I have to manually unlock the phone, OPEN the stupid app, give biometric scan and THEN after wasting 2-5 minutes doing I finally a stupid lame 6 character number. Again what a waste!!!!

Locked out. Set up Authenticator today and I can’t sign into WordPress of which I am administrator. Backup codes won’t work either. Bummer of a program. Wish I had never decided to use 2FA. First two backup codes still resulted in “incorrect Authentication Code” or words to that effect. Finally the third one worked allowing me to reset 2FA. Not prepared to take the risk of being locked out again, as no one else could let me in, I set up 2FA with Duo Mobile which I had used before and works fine with WordPress.

Authenticator push in AppStore. This tricky Authenticator app was pushed to me while I was trying to get Salesforce Authenticator. I Didn’t realise on time and paid annual fee! Dishonest way of pushing an App. Would like my money back.

Face recognition clunky. Face recognition doesn’t work again if you miss looking into the camera the first time. The app goes berserk and you need to close it and reopen it again. Cheers

It sends me around in circles. I cannot use it. I am given 2 digit code from site I am trying to access and authenicator is giving a 6 digit code and no place to put in the two digits.

Too complicated!. I have made every effort to get this 2F Authenticator to work for me. I’m not sure if the app is known as, “Google 2F Authenticator” or just “2F Authenticator.” I’ve never seen a QR symbol, so I opt for a six-digit number I was supplied out of a list. It’s not clear if all the six-digit numbers are valid, so I just copy one at random and paste it. The final issue that is unclear is which of my two email addresses I should supply. I’ve tried modifying the name of the app, I copy a six-digit code and paste it where I believe is the only place that makes sense, but I am never successful. I wish I had never opted for this 2F authenticator app, indeed I wish I never opted for a sign-in process that requires 2-factor authentication in the first place.

Difficult. I am having an extremely hard time signing in to an account that I have to have. Says it needs a QR code but says I’m not un authorized. Can’t find answers on locating this QR code and locked out of my account.

After one day I checked and the code was gone. I can’t even log into my account anymore because the codes just gone

Can't use app. I'm forced to use this app to get to business email!!! At every turn I'm not able to sign in. "Scan the QR code." It doesn't appear!! Use an different app?? Why use FB or anything else??? This is an MS issue.
