Best Pizza EVERRRR. I am a mom of three small girls. All under the age of 10. We come to pure paper often. I enjoy the pizza. Peter piper place is the place where I get my piece. I load the girls cards up hand them out and they play their little hearts out. I have them pause their cards while they eat so the time doesn’t run out. Then when they’re done eating they go back and play for the remaining of our stay. Just a pizza alone is amazing not to mention all the fun games that they have. From the time I can remember when I was younger we’ve been coming to Peter Piper Pizza there’s a reason they say Peter Piper is the pizza people pick. and don’t get me started about her birthday parties. It is so nice my reserve tables. Families show up and I start ordering pizzas we clean up after ourselves and leave. I think this is the eighth birthday party in a row that we’ve had. And I am so glad they started this new rewards program. I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. It is a little on the pricey side. However it’s way worth it.

It’s new and needs a few adjustments. Was unable to upload first offer ($5 off $15 order), so had to pay at store. No problem when I showed the code at cash register. Will the app update when restaurant receives and starts order? I did like that it told me how long the order will take, but status always stayed at “in progress”. Even after picking up the pizza. I liked saving orders as favorite.

App didn’t work. Sent two receipts to the PP team that should have been worth some kind of points in their app, but they never resolved this. Zero points, even though we jumped through every hoop they asked us to. They just quit responding. With their prices increasing, we will go to Golden Corral now instead. 😞

Peter Piper on Baseline and Gilbert. It has been a long time since I’ve been to a Peter piper. I took my grandkids today and boy did they have fun. The location was clean and the food was great, I highly recommend taking your family to this location.

You don’t have breadsticks on the app????. Why does the app not have all the items available? My wife loves the breadsticks and the pizza but for some reason you cannot buy breadsticks on the app?? Doe sent make sense when ther are in a bundle pack you can purchase but you can’t buy them alone? Please add the breadsticks thanks.

Update locations. The new pipers location in Olathe has been open for 7+ months and still yet no location on the app.

No Topping Is A Topping!. The cashier told me she had to charge me a fee if I wanted my one large pepperoni to half pepperoni and half cheese. She stated “no topping is a topping” and my concern is why? Why and how does this make sense? I’m just simply asking to only put half pepperoni and half cheese. Do better Peter Piper Pizza!

Clicking on Deals closes the app,. Once i click on my Peter Piper store of choice. I got to ORDER the to DEALS, Then the App just closes automatically. BUT……… If i use the normal web on my phone i can access the DEALS option without any issues, It would be nice if the app just worked,

The app needs work. So far the app is good. BUT if you need to cancel an order or if you try to write/give a complaint you just can’t. The app just drives you around so much you just give app and write the complaint on google instead. Two stars to the app until this is fix.

Review. To whom it may concern, Peter piper pizza located in McAllen on Nolana St. had exceptional costumer service. The manager in the evening shift was very helpful & cooperative during our order. I would highly recommend that location to future costumers.

Can’t Use Deal Option. Every time I click on the deals option the app crashes.

Pizza order. Pizza is correct but I ordered regular bone in wings and I got boneless wings. I should have checked before I left the store.

Payment. I did not like that it took super long for the store to get my order!! They had me on hold 4 times with different employees!! At the Edinburg PPP

Unable to scan multiple receipts. Why doesn’t the app allow multiple receipts on the same visit? It doesn’t make sense I always make several purchases. AND WHERE ARE MY POINTS ?????? I had several points and they’re gone.

Low Quality App. App is garbage - I spent about 35 minutes trying to order from the app, and it kept saying “error” when I tried to pay. It would get stuck on “validating cart” for about a minute before bringing back the error message. It’s 2023 - let's normalize having decently working apps for restaurants.

APP IS TRASH! Keeps blacking out!. All that money you guys charge for pizzas and parties and you can’t invest in a good decent working app. This thing has had problems since first being available. Come on man, get it together.

Crashes. The first time trying to use and only two or three items available to order but none of them being pizza. Second time trying to use a week later and try to click on deals, immediately crashes. Update…tried using again. The app keeps crashing and now the $5 off promo is expired and I was never able to use it because the app doesn’t work. Tried messaging within app for help and message bounced back as undeliverable.

So difficult to navigate. I dont even know how this app got anything other than 1 star. I downloaded the app and found so difficult to navigate. All the options not not even displayed. Very poor job developing this app.

App stops responding. The app stops responding on a network with an adblocker installed. Why does a pizza storefront app need to connect with ad/tracker servers?

Won’t even let me choose my location. Really love the pizza from here , I am currently trying to place an order but to no avail . Devs really need to work on this app . Very disappointed

I love your pizza but this app is a waste of time. All I get are errors using the app. Punchh.com (whatever that is) has now banned me for trying too many times to get this to work. I’m giving up. Pizza for supper would have been so nice.

Not a good location for games. Food was great as always but I was really disappointed in the lack of games that they had available. It’s slim pickings as it is but they had 7 games that weren’t in working order so it was it was difficult to use the 90 minute game card that I bought for $30

Can’t use to order. There was an advertisement to get $5 off for downloading app and using it to order. However, every time I clicked on deals the app closed.

Now the most expensive pizza. Peter Piper Pizza started in the 80s with a great philosophy: good pizza at low low prices. Today, PPP is among the most expensive pizza chains. It seems Little Caesar’s has taken the low price leadership, and I seldom see PPP have specials to rival Domino’s or Papa John’s. PPP is still good pizza, but its price tag doesn’t make it first choice.

Coupons don’t work.. Tried to use a buffet coupon, took 15 minutes and a lot of anxiety and a dedicated team member to get it to work, so frustrating at times.

Pizza time. Alvaro was professional and courteous just like he was the last time he helped me. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. We enjoy coming here at least once a week. Great staff and atmosphere. You can always catch the game on their 10 different televisions!
