Fun game but has glitches. This is a fun game but when I try to cash out my 500 tickets it keeps giving an error message which makes no sense since I’m connected to WIFI! Very frustrating since you can’t even go above the 500 ticket mark!

Can’t redeem tickets. Earned 500 tickets by playing. I was unable to redeem the tickets by submitting them to my email. it says I’m not connected to the internet but I am. I tried in various places over several days and verified I was connected to the internet every time, but this app says network error, not connected. So the part of this app that lets you redeem the tickets by sending to your email is broken.

Chuck E Cheese Racing World. I like the game the only problem is that it only lets you get up to 500 tickets and that’s it no more because I got first and second and also third and it didn’t give anymore tickets

Hard. Don't get angry when you’re about to get second, and all of a sudden you’re flying. It is 100% impossible to get 1st place. Both the cars start in front of you, which is totally unfair since the robots never mess up. Make the game easier, add outfits and more cars. EDIT: So now we start in 2nd place, but as soon as you start, the other cars are immediately ahead. The robots never mess up, which is unfair. There is no outfits. This app is pretty bad.

Game is Okay. The game is good quality and pretty easy but you start in 3rd place which is not fair. You also can only earn up to 500 tickets then you have to redeem them which is stupid. I thought the first place prize was 500 tickets. At least that is what the tv ad makes it seem like.

It doesn’t let me redeem my tickets. I was playing the game for like 30 minutes straight and I got 500 tickets so I was ready to redeem them but it says there is a internet issue but my internet is perfectly fine and it’s the game so I got scammed and I cannot redeem my tickets

This game changed my life. Before I got this game my life was terrible. I had very little friends and almost nothing to do. When I downloaded this game it changed my entire life. I would spend hours and hours playing this game so I could show off to people how good I was at Chuck E Cheese racing world. Eventually I landed a contract with a professional esport team for the game. All I can say is that this game changes who I am forever please download this game right away.

It robbed me. I have been playing this app a lot and it is really fun don’t get me wrong. But here is the part where I rate it one star. It robs me. I am on hoedown throwdown on my second day and it says it will give me a reward, but on the last two I completed it didn’t give me one ticket. This is why I rate it one star Can we make it better?

Eh. Overall glitchy, but I worked through it so I could get my 4 year old tickets for his birthday today. Unfortunately this app will not send the voucher to my email. It keeps stating there is a network error when there isn’t. I tried it on two different WiFi’s and nothing. Irritating and very frustrating.

Can not redeem tickets. I did not know tickets expired. I lost earned tickets. I now have the max 500 tickets and a network error message comes up every time I try to send them to my email! I have been trying for two days. My internet works just fine. I tried with my cellular data, home internet and a friend’s home internet. No luck! Disappointed!

Perfect Except from the presentation and lack of content. I really care about the Chuck E. Cheese Brand and want everyone to learn more about him and his friends. This is a great game and great way to market the franchise. It could use some extra content. and overall quality. Here are some suggestions. Pasqually as an announcer. Maybe commentating on the current status of the race. also a possible unlockable character. Bella as a playable character Chuck E. Cheese themed power ups such as Pizza Slices for Boosting SkeeBalls For Attacking other Racers Controller for Controlling other racers and making them crash. Maybe Online play? Sorry for the paragraph! Thank you!

Great if we could actually redeem our tickets my son gets from playing 🙄. When we try to redeem tickets won’t let us say internet error but we have WiFi and obviously internet on our mobile phone and still won’t allow us to redeem our tickets to our email😔

Could be good but is bad. 1 good thing is that it Gives good Ticket amounts. Now here’s the rest of it: Horrible Controls, Robots are nearly impossible to beat, This game is aimed towards young children and is very violent for a game for young children even though it is a racing game, (small nitpick, below average graphics,) and has ZERO variety in their character choices. This could be a good game, but it’s not. Skate Universe and Pretty much every game that USED to be on their website were really good (with fair ticket amounts) (Party Galaxy isn’t the best Ticket winner, but fun anyway.) Also, Tickets are really hard to get. Do NOT play unless you don’t mind frustration. But maybe there’ll be a good update.

Ticket redemption still not working.. My son is so disappointed. He put time into the game and won 500 tickets, or so we thought. When trying to redeem the tickets, we received an error saying “network error, not connected to Wi-Fi”. This is wrong as I’m typing this on the same iPad that he played the game on. We are connected to Wi-Fi. I also saw reviews on Google that said this has been happening since the beginning of this year, so this tells me Chuck E Cheese Corp. doesn’t care. Update this game to fix the issue or delete it from the App Store. You’re upsetting kids.

Ticket Error Still Occurs. It ate 500 tickets I tried to redeem. I never received the email. I definitely put in the correct address and I waited over a week. I checked all my spam/promotional folders as well. Disappointed. Clunky controls. Not many item options. I gave it two stars because it was a free app, but a major motivator for playing it was the free tickets. I will not be playing it again...

Bring back ticket redemption. I spent all this time playing and earned 500 tickets only not to be able to redeem them. And then the app gets updated, my progress is erased, and I can no longer earn tickets. That’s the whole reason I downloaded this game and told others about it.

Ticket redemption error. As cool as it is to win tickets while racing, the ticket redemption error at this moment is a huge nuisance! We’re going to Chuck E. Cheese in a hour and a half and if this problem can be resolved before then, that would be great!!!

Steering:(. The in-game steering is very messed up, once I was not pushing the left or the right of the screen. Then I had started going left and going out of control. Maybe you could try to fix this? Thanks.

Please read before downloaded and Chuck E. Cheese read. First I don’t really enjoy the way you steer I am 8 years old so please take the time I could be playing seriously it is difficult to steer second the fake characters are programmed to not mess up instead make player vs player it’s better also not many ways to customize I love outfit picking maybe kind of like skate universe also I don’t want you to say the same to others please actually read it this game also make the characters look cuter than they are so please improve that but overall I enjoy the game I like the background I love the lack of grind I need it’s easy to get tickets thank you for reading my response of the game once my issues are fixed I will give 5 stars and play a lot more and go to Chuck E. It won’t send any coupon emails!. Personally I kinda like the game but once I started realizing it was never sending me coupons in my email for 500 tickets the 6 times I did it, it never sent a single one! After that I played one more time to get a coupon for 60 tickets to see if it would send an email. Nothing. I tried again with 40 tickets. Nothing. Then another 60. Nothing. I would play the game everyday if the ticket redeeming actually worked. But if it’s just a bug then I understand, but if you could fix this as soon as possible that would be great! Overall good game except the tickets thing.

Needs upgrading and more options!. It would be nice to have other car options and better control when driving. Really no need for reverse pedals at all.

Great so far!. I’m very impressed with this game! It’s a lot more engaging than skate universe and party galaxy! I would like to see the addition of Helen, Munch, Jasper, and Pasqually as other racers you can use! I also would like to see more race tracks!

More Stuff to do. Developers Your game is very fun but I really hope to see more characters more vehicles more enemies and more stages if you do all of that at your game will be pretty much complete also with more items and not only will your game Will be complete

Not bad. This game is not a bad game. You can get tickets for playing an enjoyable game. The graphics are alright but hey, it is something to do. This helps you earn enough tickets to assist you to get what you desire most. Not a bad game. 4/5 stars.

Ticket Redemption Misinformation. The game is fine, but you need to be more clear about the ticket redemption function. They refused to accept my daughter’s tickets because she didn’t have a printed out voucher. That’s not clearly articulated until you try to redeem it, and if you try to redeem it at the restaurant it’s too late.

Newest Chuck E. Cheese game but worst Chuck E. Cheese game!!!!. The graphics are worse graphics than The older games. Also it is really hard to steer and it is impossible to finish in first place. I am eight years old and most eight-year-olds don’t worry about graphics. Once on this game I was in first place and then fell off the track and five seconds later both other computer racers were in front of me this game is a little stupid .

Ok. It’s an easy game to win a good amount of tickets. I won 500 within like half an hour but I’ve played and beat the missions and it’s not giving me anymore tickets. It’s not that serious to me, I was just getting the tickets for my nephew or niece but is 500 the limit at a time?

A good game but…. I like all the new updates but I miss the old touch option and the ticket redemption. (Maybe there could be three options or like a variation of the touch you could select) That’s one of the reasons why I started playing this one instead of Skate Universe. (If you guys read this please change the sensitivity back pls). Other than that I like the new stuff and you guys should add munch and pascually and a multiplayer option too! Also the buttons on the app are REALLY big now so if you guys could fix all this, that would be great. Thanks for making my childhood!

No more reddemable tickets. Lame.. With the loss of ticket redemption this is no longer beneficial to the sense of enjoyment. My kiddo would play chuck e cheese games the days following to our game nights/visits to our local chuck e cheese cause they knew they had a chance to claim some tickets ahead of time now they just seem bummed out without that reward at hand

Very poor game design. Disclaimer: this is simply constructive criticism that I can only hope you take into consideration to improve the overall finished product of the game. I understand that this is a game targeted towards kids so no one really cares about the quality but this is just ridiculous. The nitro duration is terrible and you can’t even make a comeback if you’re far behind; the roads are too narrow so it’s easy to stray off-course and when trying to get in 1st you inevitably crash into other cars; the airtime is so bad that you can easily fall through the gap between the ramp and the road ahead; the spacing between items is a little to great as you can often go right through it; the gameplay gets boring after awhile since there’s only one game mode and method to acquire tickets; a cast of characters would be a nice addition to give the game a little variety, and maybe even different cars to choose from; more than two power ups would be nice too. As of now, the game feels incomplete and the work of a high schooler and it feels like it was finished in the span of a week. All I’m saying is that with a little more polish, a game like this could go from terrible to decent. If you truly have passion for this title, then you should put more work into it and take this review into consideration. -Evelaton

Ticket Redemption. I have tried to redeem the tickets for my nephews and it keeps saying network error I would give it more stars but what is even the point in having they try and play for tickets if it won’t let me redeem for them.

Hard to steer. The other Chuck E. Cheese was east to control but this game is hard to steer even the tilt is even harder to steer please fix the steering and add some buttons to go right or left.

Love the game but won’t let you redeem tickets. We love playing this game with our 3 yr old and 7 yr old and the Chuck E. Cheese skate game. But neither one of them will let us redeem our tickets. It keeps saying network error, please check your internet connection. I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. I have turned WiFi off and tried just with data, turned WiFi back on and tried that way. But no matter what I do it still says The same thing as above! My little ones are a little very upset because they can’t get their tickets.

Sigh. I gave 2 stars because they are trying. But it’s so many things wrong with it. I just play to race now. I can’t get more tickets over 500 tickets.. So I recently found out about this game a couple months ago. I get to 500 tickets, I can’t get more for some reason. Is this a maximum or is this just some dumb glitch? This maximum is pretty useless if you can just exploit it and keep doing it over and over until you get enough prizes. If anyone has had this problem or has not been able to get more tickets but at a different number please tell me!

Too difficult, and not in a good way. The “goal” of the game is to get in first place among two other racers. Pretty simple. However, the controls to move your (Chuck E.’s) race car are a little hard to get used to. Simple controls but overall just a bother to use. Arrows or even a touchpad of some sort would be better in my opinion. It’s also very easy to crash in the sides of the race track. There are also no customization options. No outfits or different race cars for Chuck E. to choose from. The only perk about this game is that you can get free tickets just by playing the game and winning the races. Those tickets can be redeemed for real-life tickets. Overall it needs some work but has a bit of potential. I suggest sticking with Chuck E. Cheese’s Skate Universe for now, it’s far more entertaining.

Don’t count on earning tickets. I thought it was a cool way for my kids to earn tickets for when we go to an actual location. Unfortunately the tickets you earn will not redeem due to “network issue” I’ve tried on different platforms and devices without prevail. There is no support function for said issues. You play to redeem coupons but the catch is, you can only redeem 500 tickets at a time, they send to email a certificate of 500 tickets but if you read the disclaimer it states you can only redeem 1 certificate per child and must purchase a FOOD item of $5. Basically playing game for “FREE” tickets which are only free is you buy something. Kind of ridiculous. It’s bad enough the game is hard and takes awhile for my KIDS to earn tickets.

Too hard & not able to redeem tickets. Fun game but it’s not necessarily aimed for younger kids. My son is 5 & it’s difficult for him to play. Disappointing. The game itself is fun but when trying to send the tickets to be printed it is not reading an internet connection. Very disappointed.

I Can’t Redeem Tickets.... I keep getting an error message saying that I need to check my internet connection, (even though my connection is fine). There is no help available to troubleshoot, or report the problem to contact customer support. Very disappointing for the kids.

Decent enough app for the rewards. The gameplay is pretty twitchy and clunky, but it does give pretty generous payouts (40 tickets per race in 2nd place, 60 if first place), so it’s bearable to win my toddler some tickets.

No fun!. I painfully got to 500 tickets and could not get them to submit for use. The app kept saying it could not connect to server. Now the app lost all my progress and 500 tickets! This is highly frustrating not to mention the game itself is impossible and not fun.

a good alterative to mario kart tour. a good raceing game with fun game play, fun missions, good playable charaters and more. the only things that i think they should change are adding mr munch and pasqually and better physics. the best thing is a cec ticket generator so you get free tickets for raceing how cool is that

Network Error when Redeeming Tickets. IPhone X user with iOS version 11.4 cannot redeem tickets as other users have been mentioning. There is no App Support category in your contact form either so I cannot submit the error there.

Will not work on iPhone xr. Upgraded my phone to a iPhone xr from a 8 and the app will not and has not worked since then. Really disappointed my son loved playing this game.

Scam to get you to download. The game advertises that you win real tickets, but it is impossible to claim them. Regardless of your cell connectivity or wifi network, you will always get a network failed error saying you cant claim. Don't waste your time.

This game trash and doo doo. When you flip over it takes like 10 seconds to respawn which gives enough time for the other cars to get in front of you

Ticket transfers. Says can’t download tickets because I have no internet. That is completely untrue. My internet works for everything else except transferring the tickets?! That’s lame. Not sending. I wanted to send 500 tickets to my gmail. I did everything it asked, and it gave me a confirmation that the tickets were sent. Checked my email, nothing is there. Huge waste of time on my part.
