Uber pro card & APP are both amazing !. This application & card are impressive to say the least… This interface is intuitive, making navigation a piece of cake. The app loads quickly, and I haven't encountered any glitches or issues so far. It's been smooth sailing all the way through. And makes my job easier & my performance on deliveries consistent. I Definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet, espically being an Uber delivery driver.

Cash back rewards not accurate. Going to Exxon and paying at the pump does not get you the extra 3% cash back and neither does going to Advance Auto Parts get you the 15% as stated in the terms and conditions. At least not here in Utah. I have contacted Branch through the app's support feature but have only gotten run around answers saying that the the issue has been escalated to the next level of support and a fix has been deployed but the problem persists. I have been reporting the issue since February and still has not been resolved.

Customer service non existent!. Renting a Tesla through Uber via hertz. I used the Uber Pro Card to pay for the rental, initial payment and deposit plus 3 week extensions for which they took money out each week. Closed out the rental and wrote up a new contract. Not only did they take out the new initial payment and deposit, but in addition the price of the whole previous month of rental even though I had already paid more than the what was owed. This left me with a negative balance of over $2000. Multiple attempts to contact support were made and was told it would be escalated to next level of support because the payments I previously made were on hold and can take up to 30 days to clear. Days later I’m still waiting for my money. Never had this issue with my previous bank as I’ve been renting same car for 3 months and this was the first using Uber pro card. Don’t know how they expect an Uber driver to have an extra 2 grand sitting around in order to rent a car through Uber using their branded cash card.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the most infuriating banking app I’ve used. Just trying to log in I used the facial recognition but it asked for my passcode as well which I entered and it wouldn’t move to the next screen. I tried again and the same thing happened. I attempted to reset passcode to see if that would help. I got the email to reset passcode and it directed me to a web link that redirected me to the App Store. I opened the app and tried this process multiple times but it never moved past the page to send the email request. No matter what I did I got redirected to a page that would redirect me to my web browser that then would redirect me to the app which wouldn’t move past the send email page. There’s no customer service either which makes this even more annoying. Supposedly this last update would’ve fixed the issue but it just made it worse. The developers need to fix this issue ASAP.

Great Card for Drivers. I got my card and I see my earnings in my account within minutes. Really like the fact that there’s no charge AND the cash back incentive to purchase gas. I mean every cent help’s, especially in with gas going up and down so frequently. If you’re a driver, I’d really consider ordering your own card.

Impressive, problem free!. I was hesitant at first because this is the second bank account/debit option Uber has rolled out. First was w/ GoBank and that was horribly disappointing. Branch/Evolve Bank are definitely better banking partners as I haven’t had any issues yet. They even offer advances with minimum $700 in fares monthly. ($50-$150) No complaints here it’s nice to have Uber related financials in one spot

Risk vs reward. The Risk is having happen to me like many others the white screen of death. When I open the app it lets me log in but only to be greeted with a white screen. I cannot access my funds from my past few trips and I’m sure that many of you know this could make or break you if you’re betting on your next cash out to get you some gas. Thankfully I’m not but it’s clearly a big error on their side and getting in touch with support can take a long time. Hopefully Uber sees this and will help me out but I know I’m not the only one this has happened to. Peoples money cannot be something that can’t be reached or seen.

Self Direct Despsit. Many banks provide benefits for reaching Direct Deposit quotas. It would be nice for this card to allow us to set up our own “direct deposit”, allowing us to choose: weekly/monthly timescales, day of the week or number day, cash out or preset value (with on/off to utilize directly, available umbrella funds) this would add a layer of security for drivers to leave their money with you, and for people like me who want to use as many eco banks as possible, to meet these various quotas. Thank you for your consideration.

Life saver. The extra money allows me to put more fuel to be able to make more money for my family and is also an initiative for me to put more effort into myself to provide for my family as long as incentives are available anyways. Good luck Uber drivers and Uber eats providers! Way to go! Keep going! People usually tip after you deliver the order anyways.

Gets the job done…. Money from each trip is there instantly. The savings option, and rewards are useful as well. Back up balance is great but it would be nice if I didn’t have to take the full $150, sometimes a smaller amount is Conley needed, being able to choose an amount would be better.

DO NOT GET THE UBER PRO CARD!!!!!Missing Money and Uneducated Customer Service. I never write reviews but I felt it necessary to warn you all before someone else falls victim to this practical scam. Since getting this card a week ago, I have had countless issues; from missing nearly 160 in deposits (even though my statement reflected it, my balance didn’t), to duplicate transactions, to rude customer service agents trying to gaslight me about my issues. It has been three days and I need my money for bills yet it has disappeared into the cosmos and I have been on hold for an HOUR trying to get in contact with customer service for the THIRD time this week because they lacked the capacity to fix my issue the first two times, said they would escalate it, and then it was never escalated. Do not waste your time, it is not worth the headache.

Missing deposit. Just unconscionable that I had my Social Security direct deposited on here nine days ago and I still don’t have my money just super frustrated with the nonexistent customer service. My case has been escalated for 4 to 5 days and no one will answer my emails or the phone don’t make the mistake of getting this. It’s horrible the worst I’ve ever seen.

Liars, cheats, and thieves. This app/bank is garbage. I’ve been with Uber for over a year, consistently maintaining diamond status and earning well over the required amount for backup balance. Yet they will not give it to me. I constantly call And message about the problem but no one ever and I mean never ever answers the phone I just get placed on hold for hours. when I do get a response from Chat, I am told that a request for a callback has been placed in on my behalf, but lo and behold no one ever called. Now, my account has been overdrafted and I don’t even have overdraft option on my account. These people are liars, cheats, and thieves. The only reason why I use it is because It is who Uber is partnered with

Horrible card. This card has the potential to be something great, but has many many issues. 1. When I pump my gas at the pump, Uber claims that in order to get your cash back reward you must run your card as credit. I have done this a few times already and I have ZERO cash back. So you’re telling me you can’t do what was advertised on this card? Wasn’t that the whole point? 2. To make matters worse, after you’re done pumping gas, they take out a 150 dollar hold of your hard earned money for days! This is horrible for many drivers that always need the money right away. 3. The instant transfer fees from your card to the bank are absurd. Way too overpriced so I have to constantly go to an atm to take cash out which can be a hassle from time to time. I don’t plan on using this card again until the issues above are fixed.

Multiple issues but overall okay app.. Okay so I love being able to get my money right away and be able to spend it immediately. First complaint I have is you get notified on the Uber app when you finish a ride how much you make then you get another notification on this app. Why get double notified??? Second issue I have is on the Uber app you can instantly transfer to any debit card for $0.85, why does Uber charge more just because you have their card. Seems like they are punishing you for having their card. Stop the double notifications and make it be similar across the platform for payouts.

Good Features. Very well organized and doesn’t miss a beat with the earnings and expenses. Very detail oriented and no delays. When u get earnings and/or use the cars for expenses, it is updated right away. Also has some really good features. The card also provides ATM’s where you can withdraw funds without any fees being assessed. Also, the card offers the options to transfer funds to a bank account (3-5) business days without any fees and a debit card with a $2.99 fee (instant transfer). Overall, I’m enjoying it.

Ok, but…. Once you sign up for the account, Uber puts you on automatic transfer to go to this account for each transaction. Meaning you’ll get a full break down for each deposit including order pay and tip pay. It’s convenient for those that don’t have a bank, and it’s cool that there are options to earn cash back on gas. It would be nice if there were other cash back rewards for shopping. If you want to transfer money to your personal bank account using the debit card method for instant transfer then there’s a $3 fee which means it would be better to just add your own personal debit card for payout and only pay a much lower fee for instant transfer from the Uber driver app. I would also prefer Zelle as an option to transfer money.

Best of the best support team.... Had a minor situation with a payment to my rental car company, contacted support over the phone and in less than 2 hours Bob and Jayla resolved the misunderstanding and my funds reflected into my account immediately... Branch is an institution I would greatly recommend for your business needs and not to mention the amazing support team who are extremely professionals...💯💯💯

Uber Pro Card (My)Review -#UPC. I am writing this review from my experience of using the Uber Pro Card for 30 days, I am extremely happy with the service. Firstly I get instant rebate when I get gas, food, or regular store shopping. After all my uber trips once I turn off my app my funds gets send to my upc account without the wait. Secondly the UPC app is very interactive which is what I love mostly you can check your funds, save money in a special part of the app, check your rewards earn for using your card even deposit money on your card 😍. In conclusion if you is still debating to yourself on getting a UPC I hope this brief summary will be of great benefit to that you will enjoy the status of having this platinum instrument in your position. I have no con about this card.

Surprisingly Great Card. Instant deposit after the trip makes it very convenient. Able to withdraw up to $1K same day for free at certain ATMs that their map will allow. Instant withdraws to your own personal bank acct with a fee is pretty standard but also convenient if you don’t want to go to an ATM. Great perks when using the status tiered discounts. My supercharger cash back is currently 8% per transaction. Almost to Diamond and will be bumped up to 12% so looking forward to that. I use it to pay bills like car insurance and even everyday purchases. If you drive Uber, it makes sense to use the card. $150 cash advance is also really cool and helps. Easy to pay it back too.

Uber Pro Card. This card has too many cool features to mention them all here so I will tell you about the most impressive feature of any card in the world that I know of. I literally just got the card out of the mailbox and activated it. I was immediately allowed to accept a $50 loan from Uber. This came at just the right time as money is really tight right now and I needed this little boost to help me with gas money. Before all this happened I thought my Uber driving would be restricted due to lack of extra cash this week to invest in gasoline so I can earn an honest income to help pay for college. This of course would snowball into not earning as much side money driving for Uber and not being able to pay all my bills on time. Thank you Uber. Driving for Uber has always been the least stressful job I have ever had, I am my own boss and only drive the hours that I choose, great benefits, and now to top it all off, this new card is so convenient as our earnings are immediately deposited onto the Uber Pro Card with no fees to cash out the hard earned money that I spent many hours of my “free time” after getting off work at 5pm from my regular job as a Warehouse Manager and immediately turn the Uber App on and drive for 4-6 hours. This is what helps to pay the hills and put me through college.

App still needs a lot of work. The app is very disappointing. From user interface to user experience, you can tell whoever designed it doesn’t have to use it on the day to day basis. The most recent issue I had with this bank was when I tried to pay my credit card bill. The money was taken out of my account and my credit card payment was rejected for insufficient funds. I called in and the rep told me this is an known issue… After days of dealing with them, I finally got my money back. Overall it’s a very bad user and customer experience.

Thankful. I decided to give the Uber driver app a try whenever I got laid off, and I was needing some type of income until my unemployment started. Since using this app, I’ve had no issues at all whatsoever. The app is easy to navigate, and any questions that I’ve had about some thing the answers have always been easy to find. Then getting the luxury of having the Uber Pro Card with a back up cushion is an even more motivation and incentive to want to drive more. Thanks Uber you guys have been a lot of help!!

To the CEO of Uber my choice and opinion of Uber Sucked but wait there’s more.. I fought against ever driving Uber. Now it has given me life I now understand the value of an idea. And that good ones can hurt us also. But mostly when we choose to make it that way! Thank you and I will shake your hand soon. I have a few things you need.

Needs some improvements! ASAP. I will give this bank credit for be convenient but when it comes to disputes, it’s the worse. I was on hold for so long that I had time to shop at 4 different stores, drive home, put away the groceries and was still on hold. Approximately for 4 hours and the battery of my AirPods died. I just wanted to stop a payment on something that I did twice (my fault) but to contact my bank and wait this long for answer, then get an answer then being transferred and wait some more is ridiculous. I think I will take my money somewhere else who got it together. It’s stressful and exhausting. I hope you guys hear this review and do better.

Uber Pro Card. I’m enjoying my Uber Pro Card. I will be even happier if other services like Zelle or other money services are included because Uber Pro Card charges me a fee to transfer money to my other banking accounts if I need it immediately. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD*. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD* I used this card for direct deposits from my employer. Everything was fine until January 2023 when I didn’t receive my monthly direct deposit from my employer. I contacted my employer to see where my direct deposit was and they provided me with the account number for Uber that it was sent to AND with the Trace ID # to provide to Uber to locate the payment since it never bounced back to my employer. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD* I have contacted Uber for months now with no response other than “someone from accounting will contact you”. No one has contacted me yet or ever. I have email proof that I have reached out to Uber pro card again and again and again, providing screenshots, detailed information relating to the missing direct deposits, the Trace ID # to locate the direct deposit (my employer told me to provide this number to Uber to locate the payment), and all they say is they “can already see where my request has been escalated” and they ask me if I want them to escalate it again. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD* My entire paycheck is with Uber pro card and they are apparently stealing my paycheck. I have received direct deposits before and after this instance but they stole my January payment. You may have to take legal action in order to receive a response from this company. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD*

Thank you Uber for the Pro card!. I have been a partner with Uber for about 2 years now. Before the Uber Pro card was created and made as a payment option for us, I still felt that the option to instantly cash out 5 times per day with a .50 cent fee every time you do cash out was actually quite convenient. I had no problem with doing it that way. That being said, I was shocked by how much more convenient and beneficial Uber made their Pro cards! I love that everything I make each day is instantly deposited into my Uber Pro account after every trip with zero fees, I love that there are so many fee free ATM options with the Uber Pro card, and I love all of the helpful tools that the Uber Pro account has to offer to assist you with organizing and saving your money! I am HIGHLY satisfied with the Uber Pro card so far and I couldn’t be more glad that I signed up for one as soon as it became available! All Uber partners and drivers, I absolutely suggest applying for the Uber Pro card! You will not regret it!

Critical reviews. I absolutely don’t need or want a debit card that has any of the issues that folks are describing in the less than stellar reviews. I was in the process of getting on board but comments like $150 credit holds for a day or longer to issues with purchases and paying bills made me slam on the brakes and cancel my decision. IMO there should absolutely be no fees for any reason and more choices where to buy gas and there certainly needs to be more locations for free ATMs. Hopefully these issues will be resolved or improve then I’ll consider getting on board.

Corrupted coding on Lock Card. This happens on any Apple device I have so far, I’m on my second iPhone 14 Pro and I bought a backup iPhone 8. I vaguely remember the iPhone 12 having issues where I force the app off and reopen while it should be plain and simple. I use the lock and unlock feature because I do not want to see how long a missing card can go because I have automatic deposits.

Uber Pro is on point. Iam an uber driver and have been for just under 2 years. The uber pro card is amazing, I love the fact that after every job my money is automatically deposited into my account free of charge and that they provide a backup balance of $150 that you can use for anything and then it is automatically paid back from your earnings and as long as you reach the requirements you can use the backup balance as soon as it has been paid back. This is a great feature!!

Love the Uber Pro Card. This is such a brilliant idea from Uber to have this option . The way it instantly pays you without waiting two weeks is so helpful . It instantly goes in to your account . And you can have a separate savings account. And also it lets you know where the fee free atms are wow what a card !!!! lol . Thanks Uber your awesome :)

Home Run !!!. I’m glad to see there’s card and app designed by Uber to manage our earnings. The app is very sleek and easy to use. I love the idea of auto payouts which are free. Plus the ability to pause auto payouts if I want to instant transfer to a different account for .85¢. Nice attention to detail. Now if we can get these same designers user experience team to redesign the Uber Driver app I’ll be even happier 😆.

Uber Pro Card not working. I have spoken with numerous Supervisors here at Branch and for Uber Eats and still must use my own debit card even though I am paying 85 cents often when it should be free with the Uber Pro Card instant cash out. Whenever I go into the Wallet section of the Uber Pro Card, it says apply for new card even though I already have the card and it appears correctly in the Uber Pro Card app and has been verified as such. Lastly, the branch customer service agents say its a problem within the Uber Driver app and the Uber Eats priority support say it must be a problem with the branch app. I have had this issue for nearly a year and am fed up. Will anyone solve this issue?

Great experience. I recently decided to do Uber eats. I lost my 18-year-old son in an accident three months ago and I needed to get out of my house. I also needed the extra money I signed up for Uber eats and it keeps me occupied and I’m making money to help me. It’s an easy app to use & any time I’ve had an issue w/ an order or question, the live chat agents have been very helpful & help solved it quickly.

Works as intended but…. This app and card is awesome as an uber driver. The notifications at the end of every trip induce dopamine very well too. My only gripe with it is that I can not instant transfer to other cards for the low fees anymore, hence I has to stop auto withdrawls. Also, I use Yotta savings to get free lottery kickers when doing direct deposit. IF this app processed as a direct deposit from our business account paying our personal account, then it would be best in class. Since deposits to other banks from this card does not process as a direct deposit, we are not allowed to benefit from direct deposit perks from other bank accounts. Create a creative solution to make our business pay us as individuals via direct deposit and it lets us properly separate our business expenses from our personal expenses. Presently, this business debit card is good, but it’s too easy to fall for the trap of using it for personal use also when instant transfer fees are so high and there is no “direct deposit” option into our personal accounts.

Instant pay hasn’t worked for me and support team unable to assist to fix the problem. This card does not work as advertised. I received my card and switched to instant pay on the app. I have yet to receive my money to the card. I reached out to support team several times over the last 2 days and they all say that’s not my dept or they send me info that doesn’t even pertain to my problem. The support team has been unable to assist so I’m going back to my previous payment method even though it costs me extra, at least I can have access to my money since nobody can help get my problem. The support team says that instant pay can take up to 24-48 hours how can someone call that instant. Instant to me means within minutes. I guess that’s where the confusion is, instant to Uber is 24-48 hours and I highly disagree with that statement. It’s just not worth the headache. I’ll pay extra to alleviate the headaches.

Uber driver. I love that there is rewards if you use the card and I also like that there is a back up balance of $150 that you can take anytime you want I rated at five stars because it’s been very helpful and accessibility is very easy and you get paid instantly, and there’s no wait time when it comes to paying for gas and other things that might require processing the only thing I kind of have a problem with is that $150 loan only stays at 150 I wish they kept track of it and rewarded those who paid it off or paid it off quickly and they would increase the amount other than that very great company very great banking very great pay and very useful tools can be used with them

This card is vulnerable to fraud. I was scammed thru the app and scammers easily withdrew all the funds from my card posing as Uber support. Branch has not returned my funds and the investigation will be at 90 days on 12/13. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this account. I am a platinum driver and have been driving Uber for over 2 years. I lost my home because of this incident and they more than likely are not going to refund my stolen money. They are now forcing me to continue to use it until I repay my $150 back up balance and I can’t even log into the app and I don’t even have the physical card anymore. After all of this I am done. Between risking my life driving in areas where cab companies won’t even send their drivers for fear of being penalized by Uber and being forced to use this service I am done. Please learn from my mistake. If you have this card they don’t allow cash out to any other account except the weekly payments to your bank account.

Booooooo. This card is great if you have your own car for Uber. However, I rent through Avis and the pending charges they put on hold every week is ridiculous. When I first rented the car I paid the deposit and for the first week. Sometime in July I was triple charged and ever since then I have had nothing but problems from this app. Every week there is a new pending charge and to get it removed I can either wait a week or email them to get it dropped. I email them and it takes anywhere from 2 hours to 7 days for them to view your case. That would be fine except I don’t have and extra almost $400 a week to just let the charges pile up. Calling them will get you nowhere because the department that handles the disputes and pending charges can only be reached by email. There should at least be a phone in the department so we can call. In the emails you have to go back and forth, back and forth before they will even escalate the email to department who actually removes the charges. They say they work 24/7 but you could fool me. This app will be the reason I no longer drive for Uber.

Horrible app. When using the payback balance. When repaying the balance you have to repay it all before you can start making money. The bad part is the app glitches way to much and doesn’t add all the money you make. My payback balance was $45 due I make $41 and it’s still saying I owe $27 this is a horrible app now I don’t know where my money went because it’s adding way less than you make to your account. Please fix this issue!!

Retired & Love Uber!. The back up money has bailed me out for the first time. I was leery about using it, but I was saving anyway for the bill it just paid for me with the cash advance! A lifesaver! now I don’t have to pay a late fee. All I have to do is continue to work for Uber and pay this off which will be done between tomorrow and the next day! Thank you so much!❤️

Excellent!. This is a great card to have! Instant payments directly from rides and deliveries to the card. Back up balance available to get you through a temporary shortage of funds (recommend to only use for delivery related expenses such as gas and maintenance). Have been very happy with this card and program. If you’re an Uber driver….it’s a must have. 🙂

26k 5 star reviews? Suuurrreeee..... I love that Uber is buying reviews for their payment card. Anyways, here's my take on this app- RUN. The instant payouts and cash back on gas was nice while it lasted, but somehow I've been locked out of my account. I have attempted to call their support number numerous times, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Today I found an email for them so I will update if / when I receive a response. EDIT: Their Email support will give you the runaround, literally copying and pasting support articles instead of solving the actual problem. They claim the issue is with my phone despite their app being the only one I've had a problem with.

One thing after another. First of all, support for this card is horrific. They are closed most of the time, if you make the unfortunate mistake of trying to resolve an issue through e mail … expect 20 e mails with no solution. So you call. They are closed most of the time as they are central time. Your account gets flagged again and again and again for things like taking a scooter past 8pm , buying a cake for a friend’s birthday party. I was locked out of my account time after time and high and dry with no money. Careful borrowing money! Each cent you make after borrowing goes to Uber. You CANNOT make ANY money until the debt is satisfied. God forbid you lose the card. Make sure you have another bank account to transfer the funds before reporting it, or else you are held hostage for 10 (TEN) days minimum without so much as a cent to use. Simply not worth it. Trust me! Awful experience for 8 grueling months.

Easily Accessible. The Uber Card is so user-friendly. I have never had a problem in two years. It can give you advance pay once you have trips and time under your account. Very flexible, easy withdrawal at several ATMs deposit any time. I’ve truly enjoyed and will stay a remaining happy customer.

Pro card. It is nice to be able to cash out and not get charged for that. And to have a card that offers you back up money right when you need it and the only requirement is pay it back that’s fantastic pretty much the same thing as asking a friend if you could borrow some moneyyou know if you want to stay in good you have to repay it. Time saver. I love love love the Uber Pro App. Being able to use the Pro Card to pay for gas, food and other business-related expenses makes it so much easier to document my tax info at tax season. I also like the added benefit of moving funds into a savings “account” that allows me to create a goal and not have that money in my bank accounts where it can easily get spent. But, if I needed it in an emergency, I could easily and quickly move the money into those accounts.

Makes life easier. You don’t have a fee anytime you cash out. Instant cash outs! They do make you pay a ridiculous fee to put instantly in your bank. But just pay someone through cash app, Zelle, fb where ever to get around the fee…

Don’t fall for it. Uber pro card isn’t a real bank card like the rest . Uber pro Card cannot be deleted from your account like a normal bank card ! Disputed are not even valid with them with real answers . There never real person on real work time . Iits catch me if you can vibe here . Sad how you get treated with Uber pro card . It’s like they don’t even want me to join.. Been trying to sign up for a while now but all I get out of the app is an error message about special characters in my name. Contacted support about it and they just told me I needed to use the latest version of the app, which I was already doing but tried anyway. It’s been almost a week since I started the ticket and I haven’t heard back from them in a few days. Maybe I’ll just hang out with Lyft instead.

Love it!!!!. I receive my earnings instantly. When I’m short on funds I can have some advanced to my account. SUGGESTION…. With the advanced pay it would be awesome if some how that would show on my credit to help increase my credit score. Thank you , keep up the amazing work :)!!!!

Dasher Direct Card is better. Uber Pro Card is disappointing. The only appealing reason to use this service is the gas back, and it doesn’t work. When you try to fix that issue they will say “too bad so sad we can’t deliver on the expectation we set for ourselves”. Says to use credit for the debit card - no rewards and on hold for 4 days. Uses credit at pump - nothing. Uses debit at pump - nothing. Uses credit at register - nothing. Uses debit at register - nothing. The main feature advertised doesn’t work ZERO GAS REWARDS ARE BEING GIVEN.

Cash Advance. It comes in handy when you're in a small jamb but when you start working the money you make first goes on the card then you start making your money

Another way they screw drivers out of the little they let them keep!!!!!. What bank doesn’t have Zelle? Uber charges a percentage to transfer money to another bank. Uber makes money daily with our money because it’s collecting interest. How greedy can they be? And if you change it in the Uber app to go directly to your bank you loose your diamond benefits. They hold you hostage just to squeeze every penny they can. We do the work and make them billions and how do they repay us. By sticking it to us any way they can without lube….

Awesome app. Very pleased with this app not do it uploads my money instantly the app also allows backup allowance for the loyal hard working drivers Uber has changed my life I had to quit my job due to health complications but uber made it possible for me to be able to make just as much money or more!

Nice not to deal with GoBank. This runs so much more smoothly than Ubers old bank. The only thing I’d like to add is a vault/savings option and to bring back the choice of amount of back up balance and a chance to increase back up balance amount.

Inconvenience. Scam vibes. Taking more than the $150 that is owed from back up balance. Placing holds never returning the money. I’ve watched my balance change before my very eyes without any transaction occurring and the same transactions listed as pending. This card and app has inconvenienced me on many occasions. I want all my money returned. I’m going to disable this card ASAP. Would not recommend!! Pay the .50 fee to cash out to a REAL bank. I absolutely hate this app.

I love being an UberEats Driver!. I can’t say enough positive things about being an UberEats delivery driver! There are so many opportunities to make quick and easy money! Working is fun an allows me to work on my schedule! I love the instant payouts they have been an incredible help as well as a lifesaver!!!♥️

Uber Master Card. The benefits for driving for Uber just keeps getting better and better. There new Master Card not only gives you cash back on gas but lets you borrow funds for that rainy day we all have

Honest opinion. You don’t like to like the Uber eats app it’s self though I do but specifically the Uber eats pro card and app, fire🔥🔥🔥. They spot you $100 if you a gold member and as soon as you pay it off you have another $100 available. The 2 following tiers above gold increase to 200 and 300. That’s to fire. This app gets 17 1/2 Michelin stars from me. Lol

Uber review. Best job and pays well. Helps with my needs and concern. Tip me very well give me money for any trips that were not on the wallet when they were supposed to be. Great bonuses and ways to get extra cash are cool how it’s set up. Also let me borrow money and pay it back when earned it. Just a great company!

Uber Eats Pro Card. Very efficient and also allows you receive money the moment it comes in. I would recommend to other Uber drivers! Only suggestion would be easier ways to load money onto card.

Uber pro debit card is very useful and helpful.. Uber pro card is pretty good. Although transferring funds to your bank account is very expensive. Other than that is very useful and they let you borrow money ahead of time when you need it. You can pay it back with your payments from each ride automatically.

Uber pro card. Just received my card and noticed right after activation funds was available instantly!!! Continues to grow as you work. Also noticed something that allows you to borrow funds if you’re in an emergency… NICE!!!

Need more improvement. Excellent app and idea, but it needs more improvement; like bill pay services and savings accounts, rewards should be deposited in a separate account automatically. And automatically transfer money to the savings account. But so far, the service is excellent. Thank you.

Great benefit!. The Uber Debit card is amazingly convenient and so easy to use. Funds are automatically transferred to my card after every trip with no delay. Moreover, I can borrow against it up to $150 to pay bills or use for leisure activities. Truly a major benefit in my wallet and highly recommend for those who qualify!

UBER PRO CARD. Great options ..however I noticed Uber does not pay the correct fare /earnings that a driver receives on the trip fare notifications screen.. The amount accepted and the amount received is not the same.. please correct this issue… it is a deceitful practice and unfair to the drivers..

Unorganized. Very confusing to use especially when trying to search for certain type of deposit or withdrawal. They just stack on every charges without categorizing what is what. No option to move transactions to categorize them. They call it business debit, when its just pay as you go card

Backup help. I’m so glad that backup is available. This helps get the little bit of help for gas also that bill that’s behind. Thank you for making it possible for the backup advance. Happy holidays and may the new year keep improving on Ubers platform.

Coming Through. Money was a little tight and I really needed a couple extra dollars. The fact that I’m able to get up to $150 is amazing and it really really came through in my time of need. I love this card so far I think it was a very good and beneficial addition.

Pro Card. Update: I miss the old card. Uber puts money on the card every few days and now I have a negative balance all of a sudden. The card is extremely picky about how you use it and it’s driving me crazy. I’m about to quit this gig. it’s much more of a headache now than it’s worth!! and when I called to transfer the balance from the old card to the new one, I was lied to. Like the app, love the card and love the automatic payouts but this morning not so much. I had $44 on my card when I went to bed last night. Woke up this morning with $14.

Just got my Uber Pro Card!!!. Absolutely love how convenient this has already become for me. Such a brilliant new way of being paid from Ubering. Love this new card!!! Thanks again for having such a sweet new way to get my money via using a different card than my debit card.

Pending transactions. Card itself is great!!! Until recently!!! They’re holding double funds, posted transactions are still pending for more than 2 weeks over 200 dollars …. These are not gas station, hotel or rental car charges! Why are you still holding funds in pending when they have posted?! I’ve tried calling for days and have spent hours on hold without speaking to anyone! Again not talking about a couple dollars here! I’ve selected every choice and still no answer!

Uber pro card. I love working for Uber is convenient for my busy busy lifestyle and I also love the fact that they have Uber Pro Card they help you with money when you need and paying back as you work this was an awesome thing they did. It’s help me in many ways.

Happy with this card. I really enjoy the quick deposit into my accounts, and the borrowing availability is awesome, I use it often just for backup sometimes paying back without using but the peace of mind is priceless!

Crap tastic. I been using the card fine, I was getting my gas perks and getting cash back. Now all of a sudden I’m not able to get my gas perks anymore. I look at my account with this Uber pro card it says unenrolled call support. I call this company they tell me, we get our information from Uber so I take a screenshot and show them my tier in real time.. I get a noting we can do but make a ticket. So I call Uber they tell me the same thing a week 1/2 later the same thing. This card is a waste of time and nobody seems to know what they’re doing!

Smart. Actually the best part of Uber and for the most part it’s actually safe to use other parts of Uber could definitely learn from this app but I seriously doubt that being even possible from my experience with Uber. CSR for y’all

Better late than Never - A Career In an Instant. I must say, had I known about the quality of professionalism, customer service and service to driver/deliverers that Uber offered I would have joined the team a long time ago. Yet I realize things get better with time, so now is the right time! The Uber Card has even helped me manage my earnings and spending better than my other accounts and for that I’m extremely grateful! I know the best is yet to come and I enjoy serving my communities in Los Angeles! Kudos Uber Kudos Team!!

It’s great , WHEN IT WORKS RIGHT !!. It work great for about 2 months and my backup balance was always there but now there is a issue and no more back up balance. Yes I meet all the qualifications and made sure with Uber and Uber pro cards people as well. My app hasn’t worked right in almost a month. They keep telling me that they marked my case as priority but they are full of it. They have done nothing to fix any thing.

Customer Service is Terrible. I’ve had an on going issue since 12/16 and no one seems to care to help. I’ve received so many automated answers. I finally received word from an actual representative and they didn’t help me at all. I have multiple screenshots showing proof of them owing me money and they beg to differ even though my statements show me clearly what I received. Terrible terrible terrible customer service and branch owes me $96 still. Don’t ever sign up for this card!

They will steal your money. They put a hold on for a rental car which is fine. Then they told the rental car agency it was declined. So I had to pay by other methods. If it would have been reversed that would be fine here I am 30 days later they are still holding those funds and because I’m to the point I’m getting angry ended up dropping the dreaded “f word” and was told if I ever used a word like that again my account would be deleted. As soon as possible I’m going back to a real bank. Uber screwed up by choosing branch.

Uber and Uber Eats. If you do your research, and put the time in, Uber can be a viable full time job. I am more than impressed with the company, and will continue to work part time wherever I go. Uber, thank you for providing me with a job, and recognizing hard work where it is represented!

Uber card. I do enjoy not having to cash out at the end of the day and all of the perks I’ve discovered so far. My only complaint is with the cash advance. I don’t need the full amount most of the time … I would like an option to move it in smaller increments also. Most of the time I’m just needing gas money, not a shopping spree.

Do NOT use!. I tried to use the card to make a purchase for which I had plenty of money. The purchase was declined BUT they STILL TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! I went to the merchant who gave me PROOF that the transaction was IMMEDIATELY reversed because the transaction was denied by the bank! Of course I filed a dispute with them but they told me that they will take ten business days JUST to make a decision on the matter. It has been TWO WEEKS since they have taken my money and not returned it!!! They told me that AFTER the first ten days, they may take ANOTHER NINETY DAYS TO RETURN THE MONEY!!!!

Thankfully Blessed. I love this app and the features it offers. As many people we work hard and still struggle to make ends meet this gives us an opportunity to not only help people within our communities but help ourselves financially. Thank you Uber Eats and company

Struggling to use. I miss my bank account that told me who and with contact info on every transaction attempted or completed. While the card has a savings feature to keep money secure, it lacks in details my bank accounts offer. I want to know who and contact info from every transaction so I can research and verify. Love no fees on rejected charges. Would love no charge transfers off of account. Thanks, Banking challenged

Grateful and thankful.. This is an awesome way to earn some money to get you through unfortunate situations that happens during the moth. It helps me with transportation, bills, groceries even sometimes when I’m a lil bit short for rent. It’s very convenient and a really good side job to keep you busy while you contribute good to your community.

Flawless. Love how convenient this card is and the rewards when using it and after a while u can borrow money! Heck yes! One suggestion: if we had the ability to add a debit card to add funds instead of only my bank info.

Best Card ever!!!. I love this card. I have all my funds sent to this card. It don’t delay my deposits and it also gives me loans. Can not beat this card. I recommend this card to everyone who doesn’t have it. I absolutely Love Love Love this card!!!!!

One major issue. The app works very smoothly and it’s very easy to use. The major issue is that it keeps your money locked into the Uber app and it’s very difficult to move your money anywhere outside of this account. And they charge you $3 to move it when it’s a lot cheaper just to cash out and you can put your money wherever you want

Wish to give 5 star Review but NOT Possible. As much as I love this app I hate that I can not search for a transaction and have to scroll!!! Second this app says I can view upcoming bills but that’s a lie! I have several reoccurring bills set up by various companies which is NOT possible to do thru the app itself. This section of the app remains blurred out after a few months!!! Pathetic really!!

Every GIG driver “must have”. I’ve been extremely happy with this card from day one! I have 5 other major bank accounts and I’m canceling it all by the end of the year! Why carry all that clutter when one the Uber business pro card is all you need!! Bravo!

Cool card for Uber Pro’s. Best beach is automatic deposit to card after each fare. Also, although I didn’t think I would use it, the rainy day fun of $50 came in handy recently after an emergency popped up. Very cool feature Uber thank you for considering your best asset, the driver!

This app and customer service is terrible. This is a terrible app with a lot of bugs and customer service is terrible. I waited a full 24 hours for customer service and the guy could not help me. Also this app has a lot of bugs and they are not very fast to update. I could not activate my card because of these bugs. Don’t expect this card to be everything. If this card works for you then that is fine. Don’t be fooled though I’m sure there is a lot of draw backs with this thing.
