Good old times resurrected. Like many who remember the original, I’m sad that the old version got removed as well as that some characters weren’t reintroduced in the new one but I’m glad that this type of gameplay is back! At least I didn’t spend any money on said old version. The new version allows f2p skins without any real money spent since I can earn rewards as much as I can. But sometimes there’s the connection issue despite my internet running just fine. The fact that we can’t complete the battle passes in time, the continue button isn’t existing when I finish playing a round and the stupid daily quest limiting said progress. What’s also annoying are the exclusive quests to make the p2w players progress faster.

Massive Downgrade. New Ui looks weird, unneeded summoning mechanic, removed pets which was a staple of the old game, character levels and a battlepass? like cmon. So much more as well. Old version of the game was alot more enjoyable, if that were to be brought back with improvements and tweaks then the game would be in a better state.

Bring back the old game. The Old game is 10x better it had customization and cool pets and power ups this is a complete downgrade from the OG one as a OG player this is so disappointing I hope you can bring it back how it use to be , and newer characters that where in the OG. My childhood memories where brought back but destroyed at the same time. Complete down grade.

Ruined a great game. This game was one of my favorite games I got a new phone and forgot about it one day I r Remembered it about a year ago I saw I couldn’t play it anymore and after all this waiting they made the game terrible it looks like a ripoff of the original game it would be 10x better if you just make it how it was I’m not even sure how you made a game so good pay to win and trash I just deleted the game hope we get the original version back.

Amazing. I remember playing the old version of this game that got taken out of the store years ago literally saw a game that reminded me if this and decided to take a look for any new games they had and found this game it isn’t the same but reminds me of the old version I loved this isn’t the same but I still enjoy it hoping to see updates with this hopefully this will be better than the original at some point

battle run review. This game is really fun and addicting, Not exactly like the old one but it does have its own feel very nice and with more updates this game is going to be a HIT!

Please fix game again!. I’m one of the OG players of old battle run. I waited for this one to become available and started playing right away. It was improving on each update until the last one. Speed booster it’s just a joke now(no speed increase whatsoever) also the speed it’s much slower(noticeable) and special moves are good for 2 seconds top. Love the new graphics and animations when you die but this it’s a FAST PACE GAME, and last updated made it too slow. Also fox bug when you’re half the track and you get kicked out for “inactivity” when you had been playing. Those fixes will make this review a 5 star. Please fix ASAP

Underlying issue. Everything was working fine up until now, every time I complete a race, the continue button doesn’t appear and I can’t go back to the lobby. I exited the game and came back, i deleted it than redownloaded it. When I finish a race, there’s no button or anything to take me back to the home screen. I can still play the game but it’s pointless if it’s not taking me back to the lobby after I win a race, it’s not saving the data so I can’t advance.

Still love it to this day.. I used to play the first one and this one is still amazing. I love it and I haven’t had any glitches that was serious. Another thing I appreciate was the amount of crystals they give you. The game of “wishing” is like Genshin Impact but unlike Genshin Impact these folks are very rewarding for leveling up. I hope they continue to add new characters and maps.

Terrible remake. Battle Run was originally my favorite childhood mobile game and I was DEVASTATED when it was token away, so when I saw this game I was so excited to play it. Not long before opening the app all my dreams turned to flames, I couldn’t believe my eyes. The animation style is a complete total downgrade and looks like it was made for a preschool classroom decor, and the pets are also all a downgrade along with the characters. This game is completely ruined along with my hope of finding an amusing mobile game.

Finally!!. So happy it’s back! At first, I was disappointed, but it definitely has grown on me. Nothing will beat OG BR, but the new one is really fun! Love it.

Wild fun!. Really fun game with easy to understand gameplay but plenty of strategy! Easy to pick up and difficult to master and not a huge sink of time. Characters and customization are all well done and well thought out.

Phenomenal. W game, not as good as OG but glad to be back, yall gotta understand its a new game and the old ones never comin back so just rate this one for what it is and not for what it used to be. This game is good so you guys need to stop comparing it to the past, times change.

I Like the game but there is one problem. I Like the game and all but there is no way to report cheaters I played on match and this guy keeps spamming his ability every second

It’s okay but…. Most of the game mechanics are amazing! Its responsive, quick, and easy to learn. The biggest downside: in the middle of jumps against certain players, the jump “vanishes” and you’ll fall into whatever is underneath you. Because of this I keep a list of players with crappy connections and quit of matchmaking if I’m placed against them. This is the biggest issue with the game. The races are entirely fair, until your jump is taken away mid jump. There are a few hackers, I’m fairly certain the player “inexorable” is a hacker. Thanks for your time.

Great game, hope pets come back. I don’t believe some people understand that this is a new game. While it doesn’t compare to the original, it’s still a great game and the gameplay is fun. For those who want to download this game for nostalgia it’s not meant to fill that. It’s simply created for people to enjoy. The game is still new, I highly doubt there won’t be updates. Pets may come back or they may not, but this game is not the same as before, it’s an entirely different game and that’s fine. Amazing graphics and fun gameplay. Try it out!

Awesome game just have a bug. So after every game my continue button to go back to the lobby isnt there. Every game i have to close app and go back. I hope this bug can be fixed soon.

To easy. After a days grind you can get one of the ur characters and you can’t lose with them. Plus not enough characters ways to upgrade.

This game brings back so much nostalgia from the original game I hope this game gets some updates as well I found out about this new version of Battle Run like 3 days ago and the nostalgia is so cool i love this game I hope the creators do so many good updates! Nice but I miss the Original. The backgrounds and general vibe of the original game are burned into the back of my mind. My family and I used to play together on long road trips. We would all try to press the go button at the same time so we would end up in the same server. I miss those days!! I would actually start a petition to bring back the original look of this game. Other than my nostalgia factor, the gameplay is still pretty much the same and it's fun as always.

Been playin tbis game since beifre it got taken off the play store , definitely would recommend implementing a lot of similar features as you once had, it was almost a perfect addicting game and there was no way you could play the game and not enjoy it, now having more resources this game definitely has endless potential please keep updating lol

Love the game but. It’s pretty unfair the abilities a little bit to over powered it’s kinda making the game be more foused on chance and luck instead of skill like maybe add more to the terrain. Also making the rolling for charecters a little more Cheeper or else your game could die out because of to many whales just some suggestions hope it helps

Miss the dragons. fun game but i feel like the game is very uneven now where it used to be even through the whole game and more fun. I really hope we can get the old version back🤷‍♂️

Still in Beta :]. For what the game is right now, it’s pretty alright. Not a lot of players so you end up playing with bots 😅, I think we all definitely do miss the old version but my requests would be to add the pet egg hatching system again, universal clothes and accessories instead of specific outfits belonging to characters and maybe the old maps redesigned for nostalgic factor! Also I find it a little difficult to get coins right now, so maybe a more available way to get them :). Can’t wait to see what it becomes in the future!

Disappointed but still fun. The old game trumps this by every mean. I wish the old system would be back as well as the old runners and old power ups. Everything about this game lets down my childhood. Still fun to play however.

Not as good as original. The original version just had a better feel to the game and had that special something.

Fun but glitchy (also suggestions). This game can be addicting and fun but sometimes there are annoying bugs that kick me randomly. Also if you are off the game for 1 second, it will kick for inactivity if in a group. I think some features should also be added such as leaderboards and more. It will also be fun when more people play.

Great game but. I cannot stand the space character and its rockets. theres no way to avoid them and if theres more than 1 in a game at a time its like getting hit by rocket after rocket. even if im in 4th place i still get targeted.

Future. Hi, I am glad that your add this game in a new design and etc. But I want that you add last system with pet from egg . It was a very interesting thing . Also I can suggested to do movement more faster than now , because it game need an arcade thing and more faster gameplay. I really fun of this game but it need a lot of update . New things. I used to play battle run back then and I must say, this one is great just missing some things. Please if you can add the old characters we had and make the customization more customizable and not just set to one outfit. More pets would be amazing and some more game modes. Otherwise the game feels great.

Nostalgic. Games very nostalgic to me as I played it when I was younger still just as fun just has a little bit of a different feel to it.

Great but…. Im still getting used to this version! The old battle run was more Epic in the sense where it felt less like a “kid” game like it does now and more blood and thrilling those old power ups were so fricken cool!!! Props to who revamped it I guess but the old version had me playing hours back to back and the chats were so hilarious.

I miss the old one. This isn’t bad for what it is but when compared to the old one I played in middle school it’s kinda weak. I miss the old customization where you can mix and match outfits along with the runner skin, this game does have one thing over the old one and that’s how easy it is to earn currency but other than that I’d pay money for the old one to come back.

missed this game. i use to play this game forever when i was smaller it was and still is my favorite mobile game this new game is almost as perfect as the first one there just a few thing i’d like to be put into this game from the old one the pets that you could use in a match and also the customization options skins and stuff are cool but it doesn’t feel like it’s my character if i can’t customize it on my own the customization is my main problem with this game but other then that 10/10 game for me

Ragdoll. I love game so much I play it all night and day is it ok for like when you guys update it again can you put ragdolls Just like the old game and make we’re the ragdolls don’t disappear.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD GAME. All you needed to to was keep the exact same game as you had it was the one game I played and I consistently kept checking to see hoping it would get updated for the newer iPhones but now I’m disappointed into what the game is no multiple customization for the characters and pay to win

There is potential here. So basically this game is a massive copy of brawl stars but, it is a good game. If you keep adding constant updates and maybe don’t copy brawls stars so much then it would be an amazing game to grind. Thanks

Excited for what else to come!. I really liked the original battle run so when this game came out I couldn't be more excited. The models are completely different compared to the original and that’s not a bad thing. Although there are a few things that I would like to be added. First is the pets from the original and second is the clothing and maybe a rework for some of the other characters, overall I’m curious to see where else this new game will head.

battle run. i personally liked the old battle run a lot better this one is abit confusing dosent have the animals or any of the old skins would be good if u brought it back as i loved the game when i was younger, got disappointed when i found it again and it wasn’t the same..The old maps were alot better in my opinion i do personally like the old one alot better then the new one especially the maps and a few of the old play.

Amazing game but a few glitches. The game is amazing is almost as great as the original layout. Pure nostalgia while playing the game as I can play for hours. Few suggestions like fixing a glitch when you are mid game an you freeze. Also bring back character customization and ability customization. Overall great game though.

What are these opponents?. The game is really fun, don’t get me wrong. Unfortunately the matchmaking once you get to 200 trophies is terrible. I’m at 200 trophies and I’m getting matched with people that have 6000+. Their characters are so much more upgraded, and so much faster that I don’t even have a chance to get first and sometimes even second and third. Most of the time I’m not even able to finish the race. Please fix this, the point of the game is to win, and with matchmaking like this, it’s impossible.

Please bring back the old one!. The new one looks nice and the game is fine but using just characters that are better than others, without focus on skill just ruins it. I miss how you could dress up your specific character too. And the pet eggs were better.

Almost good. Good game but needs more content like runners maps ability’s and weapons. Don’t like the trophies system or battle pass. Getting to be as good as the older games used to be.

Cool. So much fun

A great game overall. Glad to see this game come back to the App Store. A very fun game, but lacks balance. It’s no longer about skill and now about how much you’ve upgraded your character. Not to mention some characters are extremely overpowered making this game a sort of pay to win kind of game. I would recommend a mode that lets you go against the same characters to balance out the abilities, or maybe putting characters in different tier lists to create more of a balance during the game. Overall a very fun game but still needs much improvement to be a fair, balanced and fun to play.

You had to do 1 thing right. Everything else is inconsequential if the timing of jumps and power uses is bugged. Quite frustrating to lose continually because of game issues. Had to uninstall.

Battle run is still alive!!!. I really liked the original game back in 2012, it was really fun and was a pretty unique game at the time. It’s basically like if you took an auto-runner and added items and multiplayer, and BAM, you get Battle Run. I was sad too when the game was no longer working on iOS 11. But just a few months ago, I realized they made this sequel. It was very fun to see that the franchise wasn’t completely gone. Because it’s still a recent, it has a few issues, like a few glitches, the characters aren’t always very balanced, and it could have more unique levels. BUT, the game is really fun to play. I really recommend it for the OG players. 👍

Great game with loads to strive for. Great game! Races are fun, and there a re loads if things to try to get outside of races too such as other characters, levels, and power. I hope the developers bring back pets too

Great but needs content updates. I loved to play Fun Run back in the day and this definitely measures up in terms of responsiveness and tight races! It’s unfortunate to see so few players in the game with most races being against bots. Repeat battlepasses and lack of new content are hurting its chances of succeeding.

Back up. Glad to see the game come back , but its not the same … the to bring the eggs back and remove that character status .. we should be able to chose what type of ult/car we want ok our characters like the good old days

Not as great as before. Honestly, I really enjoyed the original game, the animations were smooth, items were fun, characters were well designed and customizable. This game feels like a bland copy of the original, the animations are boring and stale, there are few characters, and the small amount of violence that made the game unique has been completely removed. I wish the original game had just been re released, because this is pretty disappointing.

You guys could do better…. Now I love battle run I played the old one when it first came out. I spent countless hours on the game got to the highest rank. When it got shutdown I was very sad to see it happen, come back to 2022 this game was a surprise to me because i thought it was done I played and saw a lot of features that were missing, here’s a list of the missing stuff or stuff I don’t like. Number 1 the pets. The pets were a great feature to the game and they were fun to get and play with them. Number 2 the customization. The customization was so good in the original battle run you could have different accessories on the face top of the head the pants the shirts, I feel like these are missing in the game. Number 3 the battle pass. I hate how you guys added a battle pass. Developers nowadays are like “we need to add a battle pass to keep our game good” which is not true at all. You can easily keep a game alive with weekly updates and content drops monthly. Number 4 ranked play. Now this is a controversial thing in gaming but I believe you guys should add it. This game is perfect for a competitive genre and it is a good addition to the game. A lot of people would be happy if you added this but as a different mode. Number 5 don’t ever add sbmm. If you add this multiple people will leave this game including me. This game is great the way it is now if you add this a lot of people will be enraged so don’t add it :). Number 6 different modes. Maybe add modes you can only use a selective amount of items like rockets only or land mines only. Finally number 7 add the old characters in. The old characters had a very unique design, now yes some old characters are in here but most of the cool ones are gone so please make sure to add them back. Anyways that was the list I hope one of the developers reads this and puts some of these into action thank you for remaking the game I waited so long for it 🙏 And have a lovely day.
