Don’t Get This App. I had all my important accounts attached to this app. Which was great until one day the app logged itself out. When I logged back in all my accounts that I CAN NOT log into with the passcode that is given to me from this app. Were gone I can’t figure out how to get them back. I can’t login to any of my accounts and since I already setup the account with the app it won’t allow me to do it again. It’s been almost a year and I still can’t get into any of those accounts. Don’t do it!! I promise you, you will completely regret it!!

Login doesn’t work?. Couldn’t even get through the login page because it would constantly return to the first page when I attempt to reenter my password to login. Extremely infuriating.

Looks cool but doesn’t work.. I tried restarting the app, restarting my phone and reinstalling the app after deleting it and it doesn’t want to work after initially opening it for the first time. I can’t even use it as widget or use it on the Apple Watch. I’m just gonna find one the works after first use.

Don’t use this app. Don’t use this app for Discord because they will make it to where you can’t delete any of your servers or delete anything on your Discord account because you’re gonna need authorization codes and then they won’t provide any authorization codes for the things that you email address you used for it or phone number

Microsoft authenticator. Retired military. There are too many apps that are free, and I cannot keep track of all of them. I only want the UK us authenticator, and I will not pay for it.

Almost a Good App. This app had a lot of promise: widgets, Face ID, cross device syncronization. The biggest problem I had was after signing up and paying, everytime I needed verification, it went through the new user process over and over again promoting all the other apps by the compnay, welcoming me to the experience of using the app, etc. I should have only had to go through that process once, but it kept going throught he same process everytime promoting its other apps, telling me about the features, etc. The authentication feature was fine, just took way too long to get to every time.

its good but now i got a problem. so it keeps asking if i wanna switch to pro but the x button slowly got lifted higher and higher till its out of my clicking range, now i cant get past the screen, and now i risk losing my accounts, lucky me for my backup codes tho, please fix this..?

Poor decision. I don’t mean to be rude but the whole 2FA Concept is very stupid and useless, there’s no one and I mean NO ONE who plays this game that would want to hack others and even if they did they wouldn’t hack someone’s account when they could just somehow increase their own in game revenue as a Hacker. You make players go through too much trouble just to be able to gift emotes to friends, at best there should be an email authentication and that’s it, This set up not only causes players to lose their accounts but have to create a completely different one that may not even work in the first place So now you’d have two accounts on which you still can’t send gifts, Not smart at all and definitely not a secure and simple way to keep overpriced in game currency from being stolen which it wouldn’t in the first place unless you gave your password to a random person. On top of all that, this issue along with many others has been going on for years now and the devs completely ignore every one of their players, people putting money in their pockets. I love and appreciate the work you do just not the choices you make with the technicalities of the game, Make signing up more simple and not on par with a subscription or membership of sorts, Heck even getting Netflix for six months is way easier than this.

When I open the app I do all the things blah blah then I accidentally made it so I have to scan the codes so I'm trying to delete my vault with absolutely nothing in it but you can't so you would have to buy a whole new one which costs money. I find that extremely weird because if I can't delete my useless vault with absolutely nothing on it then what's the point of the app if your not willing to spend money?

Nice Design, Bad Widget. This app is very simple and nicely designed. However, the main appeal to me was the widget, which stops updating after the app is closed. Once it freezes, the clock just counts up until the app is reopened.

Worst app in the world. I can’t get a refund on this. I can’t get to the page. I can’t find out what my vault password is. I can’t get back into my Facebook account. This is a complete waste of money and what a rip off. I want a refund and whoever reads this better authenticate who they are what this is for and why they cannot be reached. Most terrible, terrible app and I can’t believe you’re taking peoples money like you’re stealing from us.

Wonderful. Easy and fast set up

Locked me out of my account!. This app is beyond infuriating. I used it to set up an account and now that I’m trying to log in and access my account, the app says I haven’t set up any 2FA yet! 😵‍💫 this means I’m locked out of my account and can’t access anything! I regret ever using them for 2FA! And there support is just an email and no live help desk or contact info (phone, live chat, social media messages, etc.).

Not worth it. I had this app for my games and recently I made a new Apple ID so the app was deleted now I can’t log back into the the old account for this app and I can’t figure a way to actually get my stuff back, this app is not worth it I tried to contact for staff and they send something that isn’t even related to my problems, it’s like some of the staff here have no brain or something and they will not help you at all I’m stuck in this and I cannot get me stuff back.

Privacy is PRICELESS. We all need to feel safe especially on the internet. Look no further. I highly recommend and will no longer feel vulnerable when online.

authentication. The most reliable way of getting the best results from internet. I have been working on this issue for two days now with no success yet the instructions say that I should have googled authentication. I have not used it before but looking forward it will help me.

One of the worst out there. Locks behind changing vaults behind a 50 dollar paywall, sometimes the app will automatically log you out and will force you to make a new one meaning you’ve lost your passwords there’s also no log out button you can’t give your email to them in case you wanna log in with email don’t listen to the other reviews they’re all bots

Not easy to unsubscribe. How do I delete a subscription?? I don’t want this app and didn’t realize just signing up I would be charged with a $39 fee!!

Use at own risk. I downloaded this as an Authenticator for a crypto exchange and as of now the app no longer logs me in and freezes after opening. This is a major issue and should be fixed ASAP.
