FAKE. So I’ve been playing this game for over a month now and I’ve put in real money to play. I figured it would be a nice alternative to spend a little money and have fun instead of going to the casino but so far they won’t allow me to cash out any of the money I make because everytime I try to cash out it’s considered “Bonus Cash” even after I’ve supposedly won money from a game like one day I was playing all day with the money I had on the game and I won about $35 playing the real cash game when I went to try to cash out it said it was considered “bonus cash” and I wouldn’t receive all the money I had just won I would only receive a couple of dollars. So even if you win a game that’s let’s say you win $20 they will only try to give you about $2 of it and say the rest is considered bonus cash and if you try to withdraw you won’t get any of that money back even to play with you’ll only get a couple dollars and the bonus cash will disappear. It’s a fun game and all but I don’t expect to ever actually win any money on the game since Everytime I do win money it says I can’t have it. Kind of waste of time if you’re actually trying to win money from the game and not just having fun. I just hate the false advertisement so I just play for fun now instead of expecting anything out of it

Just for fun if you dare…. I put $10 in and they matched $10. I apparently won $1.60 at some point then unlocked the next games which keep going up in price. So you play robots and it seems like a scam. EVERY SINGLE GAME IVE PLAYED I ALWAYS HAVE TWO SPOTS ON MY CARD I CANT DO. A few games I had multiple numbers left, those were games I paid $$ for. I don’t think this is rigged in anyones favor but the apps favor. And the 5 star reviews are either bored out of their minds rich or never played the game. It’s timed and made me nauseous. I like games and I’m pretty quick thinking. This one I’ll delete. I was kind of excited to actually play for cash, and I’d certainly keep adding $ as long as it was legitimately fair. But it’s not it’s a terrible algorithm.

There’s *technically* money. -6 weeks for a withdrawal. At least that’s what it says in the app. First time I tried to withdraw money it was “frozen” for a week until i just canceled it. You can’t do a few things in game with a pending withdrawal. -You have to spend almost all of your actual money before you make a dent into your “bonus cash” -it’s impossible to tell what will give you real money and how much. I entered a $30 game that’s listed with all of the others, and I won the $30 back. In bonus cash. That I can’t use because you lose all of your bonus cash when you withdraw. So I lost money by winning. -but you can win money without depositing anything -in terms of design and game play, not cheap like some of the others. Sound design is especially good

Don’t believe the “no fee for withdrawal” claim. Don’t believe all the five star ratings. This game is absolutely no different than any other online bingo game. The problem is when you go to get a pay out. Your balance is a combination of real money and “bonus cash“ that you earn from certain games. If you want to pull out your real money, you have to forfeit all of your bonus cash. In addition, when you go to the withdrawal page, it lists the amount you can withdraw, right under that it says “fee free withdrawal“ and it lists the same exact amount. That indicates you can pull out that money with no fees, right? Wrong. If you look farther down the page it tells you the fee they’re going to charge if you choose to go ahead and withdraw. So, where is the “fee free” part? The game is fun, but like I said, it’s no different than any other online bingo game. I wouldn’t get this thinking you’re going to make any money. The few times I’ve withdrawn funds, I’ve paid much more in fees and forfeited bonus cash then I got.

Fun yet frustrating. While this app is real and you can win real money, it is very difficult to do so. I have played many games of this and can tell that they add bots to prevent people from winning. They finish with scores that don’t make sense. For example, their score will be 50,000 but I’ve never gotten a score of that. Sure it can be possible, but I’ve played over a thousand matches and never gotten it myself. Also even if you get a ‘full house’ with your power ups you still get beaten very easily. It also seems like you can go on winning streaks where you are winning most games but then right after that you are loosing every one. Withdrawals are simple but can only place one at a time which is annoying, and takes me 3-4 days to receive it.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. Very disappointing. When I first started playing this game it seemed fun. It also seems like I would have a chance to win sometimes, which is great. I then purchased some credits with my money. After I did this, three different games had an issue. All three would not let me choose the “x2” Power up, and one wouldn’t even let me click bingo. This caused me to lose all three games, which I would’ve won if these items had worked. I was very upset, as this made me lose money that I had actually contributed to the game. I tried to write support, and have never heard back. We’re now going on over three days with no answers. I supplied pictures, messages, everything you could think of to make it as clear as possible. But still nothing. This game will rip you off. As soon as you place money on it, it magically doesn’t work. And then you lose the money that you put in. Absolutely a scam

Customer Service. I’ve been trying to reach customer service for over a week now about a issue that has just started happening to me in the game and they haven’t reached back it’s been very frustrating cause i’ve been trying to play the money games but it keeps telling me verification failed and this has never happened to me before. Overall the game is great just very bad customer service it’s been very annoying having to constantly send a message to customer service once a day to tell them the issue is still happening in game and them not responding. If you guys could please reach out to me and fix this issue that would be great but something needs to be done too customer service or it’s just going to end up with more bad reviews when people need help.

Won’t give me what I won. I am enjoying this game, don’t have to deposit money which I love. I hate that when it says I won some money but it doesn’t give it to me. It just says when I open the gift better luck next time. Will be 5 stars if this is fixed. Update still not fixed. I want what I earned. I played another round and it says I won, no other players still playing. Says searching for opponents. If the game has ended for awhile they shouldn’t get to play that round and win. Only the players that are in that round should have a chance, not fair! Update: I love this game regardless of the flaws. This bingo game is the best. I have played other bingo games and they haven’t gotten close to being this good. You don’t even have to deposit money to win cash, like the other ones. I highly recommend this bingo game!

Free Real Money Bingo. So I seriously have to admit, this game really does give you a chance to win real cash. I love Bingo after Covid came and ruined so much this game right here has really made me happy again. I miss being able to go to the bingo halls and winning big jackpots, but the Bingo hall has been brought straight to us in our homes at work, on vacation, or to those dreadful appointments we all just hate going to this takes the time and gives you fun and joy while winning some extra cash!! Now you don’t win real big right away if you don’t add your own money but you definitely don’t need to add your cash you can work your way up. As for the other games that say you can’t cash out until you have 15 or 20 dollars not the game you can cash out around 3 or 5 bucks. You have nothing to loose I promise get this game and enjoy friends.

It’s entertaining BUT. This bingo app used to be if not my favorite bingo app now it’s dropped down quiet a few notches. 1st of all the rave reviewer who wrote you get paid to your PayPal is mistaken. The app doesn’t allow you to withdraw all your winnings. It’s only the money you put into the game so whatever you win from the app is “forfeited” meaning you win but you don’t really win any additional money because they retain any money won so it is fun to play but at the end of the day you go home with empty pocket & only a good ol time playing bingo. Also what’s upsetting the app allows a commercial by another app game that is about hunting (Hunters Clash I believe it’s called) animals & it’s beyond disturbing even though it’s a fake cartoon animation but to see animals being shot in the wild is not something i would support as an game app provider.

The game is legit. I have been going through a lot of fake games to see which ones actually pay out. This game is basically gambling you don’t always win. I did end up depositing $3 in the game and eventually I decided to withdraw $16 in the game. I didn’t know if it would actually pay me, but I waited about a week and it was actually sent to my PayPal acc. It can be hard sometimes to win but I can attest that I won money from this game. I actually quite enjoyed playing with the tokens instead of actual money. But if you wanna play and end up win money they will actually cash out to you.

Fun to play. I currently have this at 3 stars until I see the withdrawal in my PayPal. I played without putting any money in. I spent $30 of the ~$33 dollars on a game. I got the top score and it said I won $60. I go to withdrawal. It says 25 was bonus cash and I could only withdraw $37. I find that messed up. Not all of what I won was actual cash. Part was bonus. I hav pics of it. Surprised the review doesn’t allow for pics. It’s still $37 when I didn’t put any in to the game. Waiting to see if the money actually appears Update: money hit the account and it only took 2 ish days. I withdrew on July 4th, woke up jul 6 and it was in my PayPal. 5 stars!

And if that is all you care about, by all means, download and play it. It’ll pass the time. However, if you actually want to *win*, or obtain actual cash… no. This is not the app to do it. It advertises real money, but here’s the catch: you are very, very seldom allowed to actually WIN. By which I mean place 1st—and soon enough, 2nd or 3rd either. The good part is that it really is free to play, and you can start to build up a very small bank. Then you can enter the cash games. But DON’T deposit any of your actual cash into it. You can play a perfect game. You can fill your card completely, a “Full House,” as the game calls it. You can double your points on top of that with the 2x booster. The game is pretty good about calling your numbers. BUT! BUT! You’ll hardly ever place. There will always be BOTS with higher scores. THAT is how this game is rigged, unfortunately. How do you know they’re bots? What kind of actual user has a name like “ToneMileFour” or “Skkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk” or “SlewFiveJump”? In short, if you just want to play for fun, go for it. But the impossibility of actually winning takes the fun out of it for me personally, so I’m finished with this particular app.

The fraudulent misleading ads, the clearly paid for reviews, taking $20 dollars out of my bank instead of the $5 I put in (other people fell for this too), who knows if y’all are still going to use my card in the future regardless of me deleting the app. I got a new card anyway, so good luck fellas. I never and neither has anyone else got their pay outs either, if this game is like this, your other games are like this too since they all look similar on the App Store. Good luck guys! Also, threatening to close someone’s account down for exposing you is also highly illegal. I’d be counting your days and hiding as much money as you can. You guys realize your HQ’s address is easy to find on Google right? Heads up, deleting this message will be adding to a long list of possible charges against you guys, because you are deleting a review trying to save people, which makes you look worse and makes me more likely to win. I totally forgot about asking for my ID too, that’s hella illegal if I don’t know what it’s being used for. Good job trying to steal cards and identities. It worked for a few seconds, now it’s over gang.

Honest review. For a few weeks, I really enjoyed playing this game. I’d put money in and sometimes I would win, sometimes not. I put money in weekly. They were really good about payouts. It was never a huge amount but they held up their word. A little over a week ago, I deposited $10 with the $1 a day bonus cash. I won a little bit. I needed to get the money back (never been a problem before). Suddenly, I got a message saying identity verification failed contact customer service. It also won’t let me play any cash games. With bonus cash, my account is at $22 but I can’t play or withdraw. I’ve contacted customer service SO MANY times! I sent them screen shots account numbers email mailing address no response. I got a canned message at first but now silence. I hyped this game to friends and family honestly and totally enjoyed it. Now I feel like an idiot I tried to get an answer for 3 WEEKS! Today, they blocked my account! They not only took the money I won, they took the money I paid and never got to play with!

Still no payout. I wrote an earlier review, but I see it has mysteriously disappeared… no problem, I need to update it anyway. I am STILL waiting for my withdrawal money. Since March 8. This is actually one of my favorite games of this type, BUT prepare for the usual bots and less than ethical practices. You can play a PERFECT game with a blackout & still get last place (lose all your money). Sometimes while waiting for other players to finish, it will show the player name & it will state that they are “now playing”… which is fine. However, other times after you finish, as your waiting for other players to join and play— a player and their score will populate your game results / leaderboard without that player ever “now playing”… meaning that the app is likely choosing which past players and scores to place against you— an unfair practice since they know the scores beforehand and wait to see your score before adding these finished games to your current game, likely using past scores multiple times to have less winnings to pay out. Not surprisingly, those instances are the aforementioned games where players and their scores populate without ever”now playing” are the games that my perfect score will come in last place.

Was good in the beginning but now won’t let me deposit. Game has been good while it was working. Up until a couple of days ago, I am able to deposit and withdraw my winnings with no issue. But now it won’t let me make a deposit. Keep getting error messages with depositing funds so can’t participate in cash games anymore. Left messages on chat support and still waiting for response. Is this an app bug that needs to be fixed? Otherwise, I totally love this game app. But until the deposit feature is working again, I may ditch this one. Are the developers reading this? If so, can you guys look into it? This is fairly new and I see now in the version history that the app has been recently updated to “fix some bugs” and I wonder if the fix broke something else in the process. Fun but don’t pay in. I enjoy this game, but I have learned a valuable lesson. Do NOT put a single cent of your own money into this game as bots are designed to beat you. Take what you can when you can, but again, do not put any of your own money into the game. Let the advertisers pay you in the rare case you are allowed a higher score than the game’s built in bots. Also, do not download anything you see in ads as they are all fakes designed to get your attention. Make the advertisers spend money without making any. The dev bots are in full force on this game, so play it for fun, not money. You will barely get a dollar if you spend nothing. Cheers. Also, all the dev responses to comments are to their internal bots and other internal reviews by those who have a vested interest in this game. Note: if you see an ad with poor English (any level of poor) it is likely a company out of China trying to get info. DOWN WITH THE CCP BY ANY MEANS! Also, bonus hint: whenever you want some bonus cash but don’t want to look at ads, accept the ad-based bonus cash games, after 5 seconds, shut down the app completely and restart. It will launch the ad-based game without you having to watch the full ad.

This game is a total scam!!!!!!. Players put way more money in than bonus cash received, but when you attempt to withdraw your cash their math says the bonus cash exceeds what you have available to withdraw - right down to the last penny. In the games there are no replays so you can’t see what your opponents do, if they are even real players and considering some of the gobbledygook usernames, I suspect this game has players that are computer generated which would make the game fixed. Thus morning I played perfect game after perfect game and almost always lost anyway. I have pretty fast fingers so not sure how I lost so many times. It can’t be a truly level playing field if other players regularly have opportunities to get so many more points than I ever can playing at a high level. When you get a blackout with as many as 20-30 seconds to spare and still come in 3rd, 4th or even 5th place something seems really fishy. It’s a SCAM!!!! Don’t waste your money!

Sincerely, The Bingo Arena Team” Uhhhh, no? How about CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. People assume the risk of losing money in a GAMBLING game. There is nothing to “maintain” about the account. So, just a fun little warning to everybody. App is force feeding a gambling addiction so you spend money on something you only make pennies with IF you do make any money on it.

Fun game but. Don’t play this game if you expect to make any sort of money. It is quite deceptive with its gameplay and “bonus cash”. You never know what is going to happen. I suppose if you’re really committed and save the bonus cash to enter enough games that have big payouts that would be different. But at that point you might as well just find a different way of earning money because it would be more worth it. The game is built to hound you about depositing money and more often than not you lose it. I’m playing because I just think it’s fun. But if you’re thinking you’ll make money maybe try a different side hustle cause this isn’t it.

Waste of TIME and MONEY!!!. So let me just start by saying, I never give bad reviews, I always delete the games when they’re fake but this is the last time I’ll be playing stuff like this. I’ve just downloaded this game, deposited the $5 as the game said to, played the game for 3 hours. I won up to $14 and some change. Once I hit $14 I seen that I could only take out $6 due to the bonus cash take off and also the withdrawal fee. Before I pressed the button I decided to continue to play to earn more but the game got harder to beat. So, overall they take more than half the money you make, and when you try to continue to make bigger amounts, you can no longer beat the “people” you’re against. Who I think at this point are bots because no matter how fast you go your score never place top 3. I’ve played games like this a few times and they all are the same.. TERRIBLE. The false advertisement has to stop.

Real payouts. This is the only real money making app out of roughly 15 I’ve played that actually paid me out 30 dollars to my PayPal and only took about 4 or 5 business days. I didn’t have to deposit a single penny either. Only legit game to win actual money I’ve played. Thanks. If it would let me if post a picture of the deposit that went into my PayPal Update:First deposit took about a week. I then a couple weeks later just playing causally got up to another $30 I could cash out. That one was deposited to my PayPal in 2 or 3 days. I’ve received nothing from the devs or anybody to say this, and I almost never write reviews, but I have been promptly paid out twice so they deserve it for being honest. I would guess there’s some issue behind the scenes going wrong, not with the devs, when others are having issues getting paid (such as routing issues, area of residence not allowing real cash payouts, etc). Just to add even without the winnings it is still one of the better bingo games I’ve played out of dozens over the years. Thanks devs.

They will take your money. I started playing and enjoyed the game so I deposited 10 bucks. I got up to $20 and cashed out half. Then I played more (i was getting pretty good) and won $48 of real money. I went to withdraw (my second withdraw ever) and the app couldnt verify my identity. They couldn't verify it EVEN THOUGH THEY VERIFIED IT A WEEK PRIOR AND PROCESSED MY PAYMENT AND WITHDRAW. I thought, "surely there is some sort of mistake", so i emailed the company and messaged costumer support. I have been ghosted from both outlets for around 5 days now, and I am finally realizing that this "error" is no mistake. Do not be fooled by your first few "wins". After you deposit money there is no guarantee you will get it back; in fact, there is no chance of getting it back. It is a shame because I really enjoyed the game style and other logistics. However, the game has scorned me and robbed me of $60. BEWARE!!!

When do these ****s get in trouble?. Nothing but lies. This is the game that goes with that imbec*** who crosses his arms telling you to “delete” the other games that are a fraud(like his). So when this ****in game shows you am example of what it looks like as youre playing it, they show different amounts of money on the bingo number cards. As if to say, if you hit this number this amount of money($10 or $20) will go to your winnings! ****in lies. Win $10 in an hour I think I heard him say in the ad? Have not received my winnings. I’m a real player I’ve been playing for about a month now and I like the game really like the game so much I even play it knowing I haven’t received my winnings I cashed out at $40 and it came out to like $39 and some change to be paid in my winnings but I have yet to receive my cash payments cashed out at the beginning of march the first couple of days and I have emailed about my earnings but have not gotten back with me that’s really my only reason for making this review I don’t have much money to play around with but this game gave me hope for a sec I will be discontinuing this game if my winnings aren’t paid to me I’ve put at least $100 of my own money into this came to not get what I’m owed back

Beware. So IDownloaded this game about a few weeks to a month ago. For some reason it won’t let me play with Cash so I started to play the free $.60 games. I put so much time and energy into playing because I really liked this game that I won about $62. Do you know how much time and energy to get to $62 by winning $.10 ,$.20 or $.30? So when I went to cash it out it would not let me verify my email. Every time I would hit the withdraw button it will tell me that they sent an email to me to verify my email but there was never nothing there. So I sent them a message in a couple days later they told me my email is verified and they wanted me to give them five stars. So when I went to withdraw the $62 it’s telling me it’s bonus cash!!! And that I cannot withdraw the money!! There is nothing and nowhere that says you are playing for bonus cash !!This game is a joke and a fraud beware!!!! Do you not play this game unless you’re just playing for fun if you think you’re winning money you’re not winning anything because they won’t give it to you. I give this game no stars!!

Scam. Who ever has given this app more stars than what is the least possible are not real players on this application. This game (and beware) is gaining finances from connectivity to ads views. I’ve made my 1st withdrawal 7 weeks ago of 86ish $ and customer service has ignored my request for updates on my withdrawal two time over the weeks mentioned. Now today the game app has denied me to play anymore games. Note: reported and will continue to investigate wire fraud by this game application. Have been civil wholeheartedly this entire encounter of attempts of communication. This will remain a problem for many other players that join here. You will not get paid money earned/won. Waste of time and is no longer fun after trying to collect and being shunned by customer service. They hide the truth like many other gaming apps and time to make necessary changes against these applications for breaking the agreement of terms between each parties involved on platform. Negative stars are actually given by me. Update they do not pay out cash. If Apple is supporting this app it makes them affiliated. They gaslight players on application by blaming them and as to why they are unable to verify identity. Why is this app the only ones who cannot verify me? This app and anyone who supports should be looked at by transaction exchanged as to taking other peoples money from bank card but unable to identify when withdrawing cash. How convenient this is for them.

What’s the point of only being able to win money by spending money?. It’s straight up gambling; why not go to a casino? If you want to stay home, why choose this app out of 10s of other bingo games? At least the apps I’ve used before asked for a surplus of ‘secondary’ currency for a chance on winning money. The only time you can do it ‘free’ is through events. But if you don’t win the events/make your money back, you won’t have enough to play the next day. Indifferent on how fast the numbers are called; keeps you on your toes, but the game is made to fluster you at the last 10 seconds because it starts throwing your numbers at you while you’re trying to use the rest of your powerups.

Might be a waste of time. I started this game a week ago today and I earned $1000+ playing it doesn’t tell you at all about all the ads you have to watch to be able to start cashing it out or “confirming” your payment it doesn’t say anywhere that the game has to recognize you hitting bingo 30 times on top of the additional 10 ads you need to watch on top of that it takes 6 days to “process” and then you have to wait in a queue starting at 2,300+ it could take longer I don’t know how long the line up is or how high it goes and then it counts down by the minute I read through the terms and agreements and it sayings nothing about this I will post an update in the next few days IF I get a deposit to my PayPal and if so I will increase the stars and if not I’ll lower them.

Bingo Must Have. I downloaded this game because I love playing bingo and who doesn’t wanna have the chance to earn money while having fun. I did expect to actually win money because most games claim you can win money but you don’t. Well I’ve been playing for about 2 weeks never deposited any money just used the bonus cash you earn. After I got to about $160 on my balance I was only able to cash out for $62 the remaining balance is forfeited once you cash out. So I tried it just to see if it would work and to my surprise the money was sent to my PayPal. Yes I earned $62 playing a free game. I will be referring my friends and family to this game. I’m hooked and NO I’m not being paid to write this review wish I could upload my screen shots. Thanks Bingo Crush

They fraudulently processed $50 in transactions. I can’t help but feel helpless.. I deposited $10 thinking the slew of reviews proved trustworthy. After submitting my card info, the transaction processing screen buffered. The screen then froze and immediately showed the screen receiving capacitative feedback on the screen the same way it would look when someone is actually interacting with the touchscreen on the phone. I tried clicking to back out to the previous screen, but then it repeated the same transaction processing confirmation I got initially. I could not exit the screen or the app. It cycled through this over and over in a matter of 10-15 seconds before it revealed a “deposit error, please try again.” Just as this appeared, my bank transaction notification alerts popped up and repeated one after another as showing it processed fraudulent unauthorized $10 transactions in excess totaling $50. I had to force restart my phone because it was inoperable. I went back into the app to find none of the unauthorized repeat deposits were even credited. I immediately reported it. Nothing was done. I have followed up a total of 11 times over 4 days and have not received a single acknowledgment. All 5 deposits were taken after pending overnight. I was swindled and have been told nothing can be done by both my bank and Apple. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS. Who knows if they’ll illegally process transactions from my account in the future.

This bingo game app really does pay you. This is the only app I’ve played that actually does pay you. I’ve downloaded a lot of apps. ALOT. Bingo crush really does pay you. You have to be patient on your first withdrawal because they do need to make sure your email and PayPal are legit. They want to make sure it’s really you by having you confirm an email and you can not have more then one account. If you do have more then one email, they look into that and see why you have more then 1 and ask you to delete the other account and that definitely slows down the process. It took about 6 weeks on my first withdrawal but now it shouldn’t take over a week.

Very legit!!!!!. I was was very doubtful at first but I was like I’ll try it and see. I put $20 on the app. I played for a couple hours and had $120 to draw out without the extra bonus cash. I don’t remember how much bonus cash I had exactly. But I went ahead and cashed it out. It took like a week to get my withdrawal but it definitely deposited into my PayPal. Very Fun Game. I love it! I deposited a little money & started playing. It’s fun seeing the money I won go into the account. The only problem I have is when I go to withdraw at $10. My withdrawal amount is only $2 & change & I forfeit bonus cash at $8.68. I don’t think that’s fair. Why is it like that? I thought if I withdraw at $10 I get the whole $10. I don’t understand this. Also, I played for the first 3 days & the sound of the game goes out, yet, my sound on my phone is all the way up. I was still able to play with no sound, by paying attention to the numbers going by. Scam - took my money and then give me no access!. As soon as I downloaded the app, I was asked for a deposit, which I paid, and then only after they took my money did they say I had to register my account to have access to my funds. I tried to do so (only asks for email address and to create a password) and it keeps saying it can’t register my email address. Doesn’t give a reason and I’ve never had any issue like this before when going through this same process with similar apps. Tried emailing their support team and when I finally got a reply, they only told me to reach out to the support team!! So they have taken my money, given me no access to the game or my funds, deny me registering, and then give me the run around when trying to contact them to resolve the issue. They’re thieves and con artists as far as I can tell. DON’T DO IT!!!

Misleading Ads. I was enjoying this game, and ended up depositing money so that I could use it to wager with. However, I feel really mislead by the advertisements for this game, which made it seem like you could instantly cash out to your paypal account. Yes, it is true that you can use you can transfer money you’ve won to your paypal account, which seems much easier and more convenient than other bingo game apps I’ve used, but I just found out it takes 4-6 weeks for the money to go into your paypal account. This makes ZERO sense to me, since its PAYPAL- the whole point of it is that you can move money instantly. I used my paypal account to deposit money to the app, and that was instant, so I just feel like this is some sort of scam. Really disappointed since I actually paid real dollars to play with.

They Rake too much and Too many Bots!. A $7 - 5 person game is $35 minus the $10 they take! A $30 - 5 person game is $150 prize pool but they take $45! Great app but NOT worth that kind of a rake. Fun game but.... I think this game is rigged. You can cash out. I will drain my account to mere cents, deposit and win a little and it says more than 1/2 is bonus cash. How can it be when you deposit real money and win at cash games. No tickets or "bonus" cash games played. The lottery pisses me off. Those are real cash games. Poor Customer Service and Withdrawal Process. I had played this game for a few weeks and made a deposit. When I tried withdrawal my winnings I never received an email confirmation or any notification that it went through. False advertisement…. So, I’ve been playing this game for about a month now. I wanted to give it some time and see if I had to build up my “skill level“ before providing feedback. Please read before downloading!!. So i've seen several of these reviews saying only fake players or people paid to leave reviews etc are leaving good reviews. Well, i'm here as a real player to say I am experiencing differently with this game.. It's not all bad, I have yet to deposit any money into this game, yes you aren't able to withdraw the "bonus cash" i've been playing a few weeks and had gotten up to around $35 in winnings i was able to withdraw, played it all back like an idiot and then got back up to $6 in cash I was able to withdraw. I decided to withdraw after re-reading several good and bad reviews on the game, I got my $6 in about 4 days directly to my paypal, and now it's sitting in my bank account. I never deposited any money and won actual money from this game.. It IS possible but I will say it takes a lot of time and focus but I feel it's worth it in the end! I'm not sure how the deposits work, based on other reviews i'm nervous to deposit any money myself... But I can say I haven't put any money in, and have still come out with extra money in my account, however a small amount. The game itself is fun, I love the look and feel and that i'm able to win some extra money, even if it takes a while to work up to it, there's been many losses for me, but the wins i've earned have made it worth it. Unbelievably bad support. The game itself is fine, nothing special compared to the dozens of other similar bingo games available. This is about my experience with what they consider customer service /support. Absolutely the worst Mickey Mouse operation I’ve ever experienced on any game for cash app ! Cashed out without spending any money. There are a lot of ads to watch but I understand that’s how they keep the game “free”. Delayed game results. I was enjoying this game until it constantly cheated me out of my winnings. The games that you play without opponents should be automatically won but they wait until someone else plays and beats your score. Also on multiple occasions when there are 3 or 4 of us playing and I get the top score there is a delay in being able to claim the prize, then all of a sudden there is another opponent that mysteriously popped up after the game was over and gets the top score. This game is rigged so please be careful adding money. On top of everything else, if you are fortunate enough to actually win some money you don’t get all of it because you have to forfeit the bonus cash that you won!!

Better than others but... This Bingo game is better than others about winning cash. But, like all of them you have to deposit constantly… which the videos they post are of people winning so much money (false advertising) because you don’t win like that. You deposit more than you win. Don’t get your hopes up when you are new and winning a lot… because after you play for a little while you’ll start depositing more and winning less. Another thing with this particular game, if you want to withdrawal you can withdrawal what you deposited but anything you won is considered “bonus cash” which you can not withdrawal and you lose if you do withdrawal.

Terrible!. While the title of my review says terrible, I will say that I enjoyed playing on the app, however, once I decided to withdraw my winnings, my feelings changed quite drastically. Funny. If game time is 2 minutes how can a player waiting on to finish takes over 10 minutes later? Scam! Scam! Scam!. This game is a total scam. There are a few game with the same name claiming to payout real money but this one does not. Support has been giving me the runaround trying to cash out but are happy to keep trying to take money. Then they trick into thinking you have won a lot of cash but then when you try to withdraw, it says it all bonus cash. To matters even more annoying, when you play they use all the money you have ‘won’ and deposited first and the bonus last so you end up losing everything you won and can’t take out anything. Take screen shots of every win!. I decided to give this a try because of the hype. It is a fun game but I am waiting on being paid from multiple wins from playing the game. So if you win take a screen shot so you can report that you were not paid. I honestly don’t know if I will get paid or if this is a huge fraud. Feel scammed out of money. I’ve been constantly seeing these ads of people with a bunch of money saying they win okay this game or games like this. I kept saying how fake that is because no one can will that much money on an iPhone game. Because those ads came popping up everywhere I decided to give it a try. I even deposited $20 of my own money and build up my money on the app to $80 and when I went to withdraw it , it said I can only withdraw $0.20 like are you kidding me ?? What a scam !! You all should be ashamed of making videos about people being “broke” and winning all this cash like yeah I was so broke a month ago and now I’m making $1200+ on a game. People have put actual money into this and can’t withdraw anything.

Does not payout.. I love playing this game, but WILL NOT invest any more money. I have been waiting for over two months on a payout that says it is completed, and waiting for payment. Scam - Don’t waste money. Do not waste your time or money on this game! They will steal and refuse to give it back. I initiated a bank dispute for $465 on this game for the stuff they have been doing in this game and they promised me if I cancelled the dispute to send them letter and they will issue refund. Well I did just that, and now they say they cannot issue refund and the dispute can’t be reopened once the game has been closed. I even sent them screenshots of the messages from their customer support of them asking me to cancel it and they promised they’d issue a refund and they claim they didn’t send the messages. This customer service is a joke and the game is unfair save your time.

Don't be tricked by the ads. I think this shouldn't even need to be said, but I know they target these ads at kids who might not know better. The numbers are ridiculously over-inflated. You'll be lucky to get a payout of $20 after a couple weeks, no you're not going to be getting $10,000 a week from this game. No one is. Not even the people claiming to in the ads they post online. It's fine to have a game like this with small payouts for extra cash. That's fun and has its place. But it's disgusting that this company pretends to pay super high amounts of money when they don't. They purposely mislead people and flat out lie to their customers. So I'd never support this app or the people involved with it.

Love the game! Payout is slow…. I’ve had a great time playing! Spent $5 of my own money and am cashing out $55! My only negatives would be that it barely uses any bonus cash (I lost $30 in bonus cash just to get the $55) and that I submitted my payout/withdrawal request on the 7th but haven’t received it yet. Complete Scam. Save your money it seems to go to be true in the beginning you start winning and before you know your best score turns out to be the lowest score they supposedly start matching you with more competitive people who I truly believe are bots just by the way the games played! Scam - doesn’t pay withdrawals. I originally enjoyed playing the game and deposited some of my own money. Fairly quickly, due to winning on a high bet game, I had a large sum available to withdraw. After forfeiting the bonus cash, the amount of my withdrawal of actual cash was 76 dollars. It has been in pending state and won’t release. Contacted support and they claimed I had two accounts. I don’t, and have never had two accounts. My sister, who also deposited money into her separate account from a different source, played on my phone one time and logged out. After I was never paid, she deleted the app. Customer support told me to have her delete the account, which she did, and yet I have still not been paid. So very dishonest.

So far, so good. Since I started playing the game two weeks ago, I was able to cash out and actually get my money and still having fair game plays where I would still win first place here and there unlike other bingo games. Not sure. I played for a few weeks and enjoyed it and then after depositing money into it this past Friday, April 7th 2023, I have not been able to get the app to open. It’ll go to 30% and just sit there. I made sure it was updated and have also uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens-30% and that’s as far as it’ll load. I won $300 !!. I didn’t put any money into this game but just withdrew $300 !!! Most of these bad reviews are from people who don’t understand how the game works or people who are complaining about the bonus cash feature of this game. Yes, the bonus cash is annoying and it is a little misleading when you think you earned $100 but you can only cash out $50- BUT if you learn how to use the bonus cash and power ups to your advantage you can win big money. Love it!. It’s super easy to catch on because you definitely have to be quick with your eyes and fingers! I have yet to win a big jackpot but that also requires you to buy points or put cash into your account so you can basically make a bet and see if you win. I will change this if/when they give me my winnings. So I played 2 cash games in a row 1. I payed $7 for the entry fee and the 2nd I payed $4 for the entry fee. I played the second game while the first game results were still pending. I got first place on both of the cash games ($14 for the first game and $8 for the second game making my winnings total $22)! My account now says I have $24 in it! I went to withdraw and the game says I can only withdraw $15 as I have $9 in bonus cash! How is $7 of that $22 I won considered “bonus cash”? Deceiving. The game itself is fun. It just has a lot of problems. For example, it gives you the option to deposit money and they will give you bonus cash. That’s fine and all, but the more you accumulate money, the more they hold back. I went to go cash out 25 bucks and it told me that it was only going to let me cash out 9. To add to this, it charges a processing fee to even deposit the money into your account. What’s the point of giving bonus money Incentives, if you have no intention on actually letting users deposit that money into their account?

Game play fine don’t expect payout.. Game play is fine and very enjoyable for a Bingo game. Don’t expect to be able to withdraw all of your winnings. This is a very deceptive company saying you will get extra money for a deposit and that you can withdraw your money. The fix of bonus cash being forfeited if you withdraw is awful. I really have no clue what money was considered “bonus cash” versus the $10 I put in to play some cash games. Needless to say about 66% of the money is considered forfeited upon any withdrawal. If you are looking to win money go find a fire hall for bingo or play the lottery.

Scam. The customer service is terrible. You won’t get a response for any issue resolution. I cashed out twice, first taking two days for deposit, and second about a week. When attempting to cash out a third time after winning over $200, I was asked to verify my identity again. After submitting the documentation, I was notified that my identity was denied because the documents were being used on another account. I only have one account, have sent multiple emails to the email address provided, tried using the app for customer service….no response from either. I’m going to report and dispute the charge on my credit card.

It works!. I was very skeptical that I could win actual money, but this game does pay! You have to be patient for the money to arrive on your PayPal and also realize that you cannot cash out bonus cash. Recent changes - no longer a great app. I had this app for awhile and honestly loved it. The idea of every player having the same seed for each game was different from other games, and it made it a much fairer playing field. Scores were close together in games and winning was based on speed and strategy with the boosts given. However, I noticed last week that the name changed for the app, and I’ve noticed since then that scores in games are drastically different. It now feels impossible to win, and the $100 I had previously built up over time was wiped out almost immediately. What happened? This feels like every other app now that’s filled with bot players that will inevitably win every time.

Thumbs Down. This game does NOT cash out your entire winnings. I actually deposited money to play the games, I’ve won up to $62 but the cash out was less than $30 and the rest was forfeited. They should advertise that instead of false advertisement saying they cash out all your money. The only truth is you don’t have to get a limit to cash out like other games but don’t expect to cash out all you’ve won. If you decide to play this game, only play for your entertainment. Anyone on here saying they won lots of money, GUARANTEED it wasn’t nearly as much as the kept (forfeited). Now I play only to try and beat my last high score. Any cash I win is from the game so I lose nothing else.

THIS GAME IS SCAMMING. I started the game off fine and I played and won $5 and I had to add my card so it could be sent to my account I had got a little skeptical and read reviews but still decided to proceed with adding my card and they instantly TOOK $5 from my account and I went on the app support and I texted and they took a long time to get back to me. The next day I got a response asking for a Tournament ID video/screenshot and as many details as I did and they took hours to respond and so then I went to send an email to them and they took a long time they had responded saying weather I sent the game money or not and I said no and I am currently still waiting for a response to get my money.

Fine by me. I haven’t went through the process of withdrawing but so far the games and matchmaking seem fine. Even if you lose, it doesn’t feel like the game is rigged against you anyway. There are worse choices of cash bingo games. From someone who’s not looking to be putting my own money into the game like that, the game does let you win some nice bonus cash where as a lot of other games are desperate to pressure you into depositing money. App is cheating and stealing winnings. I will agree that you can play this game and get winnings. Here’s what I’m noticing and I had to screenshot a few times. SCAM. This game is a total scam. Can’t withdraw. Although the game is fun, you can’t withdraw your winnings, I tried multiple times and they just keep saying to verify my email but they never sent the verification email. I’ve tried to contact them with no response so if you just play it for fun that’s cool but do not put no money down because you’re not getting it back. **Update** so come to find out the email verification was in my spam so I was able to verify it and I did get my pay out a week later.

Read the real reviews. After reading reviews, I am so glad I didn’t deposit any of my own money, it probably would have been gone so quickly. I watch ads to enter into games, I will win games for $1-$2 sometimes and it will say pending when the game is over and then when the score is processed, I never receive the money I win credited to my account and just receive some golden tickets that I don’t even know what they are used for. All the responses the developer answered with hurt my head because of lack of punctuality and lack of understanding of what other reviews have stated.

The screen freezes and blacks out. The first 2 days I played this game it seemed fun and I was “seemingly” raking in some nice little money. Skill based matching making and star power up is garbage.. You will win a few times starting out but once you hit level 30 it’s almost the equivalent of playing against bots that are programmed to win. I believe there are algorithms in place that let you win just enough that you deposit your own money and then they absolutely destroy you. Fortunately, I’ve never put my own money in but maybe that’s also the problem, maybe depositors get some kind of secret point edge on other players. Who knows, but I’m certain there are bots or algos in place where this company can just rake in money with no questions asked about legitimacy.

It's legit. I normally don't leave reviews but this game keeps its promise. I've played other cash games that never actually paid out. I was skeptical at first but it took no time at all to receive my payout and no I never topped up and only watched ads because I wanted to not because I had to. It’s a Trap! Don’t fall for Bonus Money. I don’t recommend this app if you want to play to win real money. The chance to win big in this app is very slim. You have to be 1st place to win some money, because 2nd place is equal amount you paid for entry, and 3rd place is half of what you paid. On top of that, won’t be able to cash out bonus money, your bonus money will be forfeited once you cash out your winning money. And there will be 1% of the money u cash out taken, plus extra 15% processing fee. So you’ll end up losing more money. Well, the reason I reached out (with photos) is because I didn’t have a game in progress showing when I reloaded the Game, but 6hr later when I returned after work, I showed I had a game in progress that I could not access, nor continue to play, even though no players were assigned yet. Then they wouldn’t reimburse me, even though this was THEIR FAULT- I’ve spent hours and plenty of $$ on this game and I’m done. Absolutely Terrible. COMPLETE Crooks. Don’t even waste your time.

Deposit. I have only been playing for a few days, I put $25 into the game so far but in the second day I won a $60 game and decided it was best to cash out rather than try my luck. So far it’s a profit and I won some bonus cash after and I’m still playing it up. The deposit hasn’t hit my account yet but it’s only been a day or two so I’m not worried just yet. The customer service team is great at getting back to me and understanding my anxiety when it comes to layout games being fake.

Unable to withdraw - Worst Customer service ever!. This game pays well. It will take time but they will pay you. But some many negative in the game! Number 1 is the customer service! It took a 3-5 days to get a reply and their reply is not helping your problem! What a waste of time. Second is tagging you as duplicate! Since my wife is bored due to her vacation leave. I recommend this game. Everything is smooth sailing and when she won and try to withdraw. The funds are stucked in her account! Trying to reach customer service which is super bad. They told us that it is duplicate. How come my wife and I can’t have a single account? Are we not allowed to do that? What a shame!
