Level 21 = deadend. The game is extremely fun but I made it to level 21 and there’s no objectives all of my hospital is built and not it just seems like the game is over. I read through the reviews and it looks like everyone is having the similar issues. How am I supposed to get to 1000 points to complete the level if there’s nothing to do?! The doctors are greedy and keep asking for raises but there’s no incentive of giving them the raises. I didn’t have an issue paying for the dumb researchers and builders but i haven’t used the researchers in awhile and everything is built soooo now I feel like it’s a waste of money. Probably going to delete the game if nothing changes. It feels poorly built out and unfinished

Lost progress. I love this game. However one day I log on and almost all my progress is there but all my research had been reset my rooms were still available but all my doctors were gone all of my medical supplies my ambulance and helicopter all disappeared and my vault was reset I’m currently trying to catch back up on everything my hospital went from a 80% complete to 23% complete I’m honestly very disappointed I’ve uninstalled and reinstalling to see if it corrects the issue but I tried to force close the app and reopen nothing changed. I’m really upset that I have to restart all of that and the amount of time it took to do all the research and it’s like starting all over.

Nothing else happens. After playing this game for a fews and buying a couple of add ons this game became easy to beat in a short amount of time. I was able to upgrade everything and do the events, which there wasn’t many at all. This game was fun but now it’s a waste of money. To the people that want to put money into this game PLEASE DON’T it would be a waste. It’s like the developers design this game just to collect money because there are no more events after the 2-3 in this game. The sales are always happening, I’m still seeing new player deals when I’ve already played this for a month and complete it.

I finished the game?. I liked this game a lot at first. I have probably had it for 4.5 months. Just like a lot of the other reviews I definitely put some money in this game maybe $20? After spending some money I got the flow of it and it was to the point where I would check in every other hour do do something for maybe 5-10 minutes. And more recently It would be a few seconds. There was a side task that happened and it was nice but then it stopped after having the game for 1 month. So now I finished all the upgrades, tasks, and maximum amount of money and now I can’t literally do anything. Probably going to delete the game.

Fun game. Fun game but it’s almost impossible to play without spending money. Not just $1 or $2 here and there but massive amounts of money. You either have to pay for builders to speed up building which is $5 a builder or you have to use gems which again to get the amount you need you have to pay for it. You have to use gems twice once to start the build or wait for the hours to run out and again once it’s built. It would be a great game if you weren’t forced to purchase $100 a day to actually play it.

Amazing game and developer, but…. I wish you could skip the game. That’s all! Literally it’s a great game. The developers should never change because you only have to watch an ad if you choose to, and it rewards you! The tutorial is really long and unskippable, but after that you can watch an ad only if you want to which will give you a great boost and help you get started very quickly! 10/10, always liked these game publishers Want me to be brief? Ok. No forced ads, they give good rewards, but tutorial should have a skip button

Stuck with NO TASK left. I have done EVERYTHING I could think of to fix this error in the game. I fired all the hires, removed and added docs back to exam rooms and deleted the game on several occasions. I just added the game back today after deleted it for 3mos thinking it will reset itself….nope! It still says I hv to build room 8 which is already done. As a matter of fact I finished EVERYTHING! There’s literally nothing left for me to do. Crazy thing is it says 1 task left to build room 8 (left 5/8). Wouldn’t that mean I have 3 task left? They seriously need to fix this bug. I’ve written a review b4 but NO REPLY. I just want to move on to the next hospital or clinic. Just please fix it!

Glitches. I really like the game but there are so many glitches. On the second Hospital the dentist rooms are added but not really supported. The objective list won’t clear even though I finished everything. This is very frustrating. Now I have done all I can but the last two rooms won’t open up. Please fix. Update Same glitches apply and I feel I will have delete and start over which is so frustrating. I made purchases and will lose everything!

Fun but glitchy and flawed. Overall the game is really interesting and fun. Lots of potential to grow but it’s ridiculous that you have to pay so much for an extra building or research team to make any significant progress at a decent pace. Sometimes the upgrade costs and times for rooms are quite high too. Also it’s quite glitchy. Rooms will sometimes get stuck. My number of surgical instruments won’t show. I’m on level 21 for reputation but haven’t gained a new reputation point to spend on upgrades in many levels? also now it’s telling me I need 1000 stars to get to the next reputation level. How is that even possible?!

Used to be fun... now it always seems broken. The game used to be really fun but the second hospital isn't good at all. So many missing features. Like no dentists for the dentist offices, no emergencies, broken objectives, not getting rewards. And plus, this hospital is bigger but I have the same about of distributors so it's impossible to keep patients happy. I reached out to support multiple times and they always say they will fix it as soon as possible. I've read other reviews and have noticed comments from months ago complaining about the same things. I think i'm gonna go abead and delete this app. The game seems incomplete and I doubt they are planning to fix it. No point in waiting around while it takes up storage on my phone. It was fun for a little while but if they won't improve it, there's no reason to keep playing. If you want a game where you can actually finish it, this is NOT the game for you. All of the error will extremely frustrate you.

Bug needs fixed. Love the game but there’s currently a bug when you put too many “skills” on a radiology room I'm not sure if it’s happening to anyone else but so far that’s been the only room it’s happened in. The distributors don’t deliver the last medication to the room for some reason the doctor just stands there and the patient is glitched out on the table. When the ambulances drop off patients they head straight for that room even if I’ve removed the doctor all together from that room. I’ve restarted the game multiple times the same patient is on the table and the doctor is still standing there. Please fix this bug I’m trying to get another skill but I can’t if the ambulance keeps trying to drop off patients to that room :(

Great game but... This game is great and it keeps me occupied when I play it. Recently the game has been glitching. It has been taken the gold diamonds from me when I am trying to complete a task. The builders continue to work with the timer. It has also taken money from me when I am trying to upgrade. The upgrade does not start but it takes the money. When I refresh the builders are still building and money and diamonds are still gone. Serious glitch very upsetting.

Y’all are great. I have played every single one of your games my personal favorites are theme park and prison. But something about this game is just not it. Can you please turn off raises? I get asked for a raise about 6 times a day. I also don’t like how you can only have a certain amount of money which just makes the game less fun. Also on a lot of your games I can spend like an hour or two straight and just sit there and grind it. But this game I don’t spend more than 10 minutes on it. There is nothing special or unique about this game. Go back to the upgrading system for Idle Prison, Idle Theme Park, Idle Hotel, or Idle Mall Tycoon. And honestly I’m not willing to waste my time on this game. Personally I think this is one of the worst games y’all have made. I’m hoping you’re next game will have much more to come. This is one of the better idle games. I say that because I’ve played idle games and while I like them, I encountered lagging, missing virtual currency or items, and setbacks where I could not advance in the game. This game is honestly not like that. Of all the so called idle games I’ve played, I’ve only played two that worked for me and kept me engaged in the game. This one and another one by codigames called pet rescue empire tycoon. I especially liked the side story in this game about the little boy who contracted some disturbing disease while on a trip with his political mom. Seeing as I’ve finished the game basically in its entirety(no more objectives but I do have to up my icu room), I feel restless and I want more to do. Also I appreciate that this game, while it has ads, it’s not intrusive during gameplay (by that I mean ads don’t pop up while I’m in the middle of doing things) and doesn’t make me feel like I can’t leave the game. Please update the game to add more storylines or extra rooms in the hospital. I play at least several times a day and I want more. Graphics are way better than other idle games as well. Keep up the great work!!!!

Upgrades. Ok so I love this game love the whole set up of it. However I’m trying to upgrade my very last operating room and consulting. My bank only allows me to spend 4.5 mill. To upgrade that room its beyond that amount so I’m stuck on not completing that upgrade. Same goes for the consultant room. I tried improving the doctor exchanging ,replacing, firing, nothing helps in decreasing the amount of that upgrade. I’ve exhausted all my research that’s needed to decrease the cost of that upgrade but it didn’t decrease it enough to match my maxed out bank. So I’m unsure as to what to do unless my bank increases to supersede that upgrade. Please help

I want to love it. As I say above, I want to love this game. I have had it crash three times and lose all my staff; emergency department no longer works; not gain money, tokens nor stars in upgrading staff. I am installing it for the third time. If it crashes again I’m done with it. I like that it’s not an action game. I can chose to upgrade whatever department I want without having to follow a certain pattern. All three times it crashed I had maxed out my vault so I had plenty of money to build and upgrade anything. I’m a healthcare provider so it’s cute that the OR gives anesthesia prior to operating. Funny though that everyone who comes in with a broken leg/ankle has their injury on the left leg, but the radiologist sets their right leg. Please don’t crash again….😩

It’s good but has some flaws. I like the idea of the game and I think it’s fun to play, however, there are a few big issues. It costs a ridiculous amount of money for a new builder and researcher, 7 and 5 dollars respectively and you can get up to 3 of them! Maybe you can make it so you save up 200 gems or 300 tokens to get a new builder/researcher but the prices are way to high. Also, doctors constantly ask for raises and lose attributes. I think it is supposed to be a cool gameplay mechanic but it is just annoying and not fun. I think it should be out right removed. Plus, the game lies to you about build and research time. I set a four hour build at 12 and come back at 5 and it has 2 hours left! This is total nonsense and outright lying. I also believe that the game should have a upgrade system like hotel tycoon, where you got new items each upgrade. It adds more spice to the game in general.

Love this game, but just one minor nitpick. This game is fun don’t get me wrong, but paying $6.99 for more builders and $4.99 for more researchers? I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. You should be able to buy new builders or researchers with the tokens you collect considering you get them all the time. Having players pay that much for more people just to build and research multiple things at once is a waste of money, especially for people who end up getting tired of the game and deleting it. You only get one builder and researcher so it makes the game drag along because most of the rooms/research takes almost up to 8 hours. So basically you go on the game, upgrade the building on your task, maybe research something if needed, and exit the app. Maybe if you charged $1.99 I’d consider it, but $6.99 and $4.99? Absolutely not. I suggest changing this to be able to buy them with tokens if you can instead of actual money.

Enjoyable …... But is it over?! I’ve made all the upgrades and I purchased the family story pack. Yet, only two of those characters have been introduced, the bank is at max, and game play is now in limbo. There’s no point in participating in the emergencies since the bank can’t accept the money. Is the fungi story the only story and if so is it over?1. Why is there an ICU that’s never used? I will say that purchasing the full game with no ads but still getting the perks or rewards generally offered by ads was wonderful. I’d love to give this game more stars, because the concept is great. However, I spent a lot of $$ on packages to build the hospital, only to be left wanting/expecting more in the end. Will there be more?

Fun but disappointed. So, this game is a blast however I spent some good! Money on this game and wishing I didn’t. I fully upgraded on everything so now there is no point in playing. My money is CAPED with nothing to spend it on. So hospitable is running perfectly but cannot collect money anymore and again even if I could what could I spend it on? Are we going to see an update in the near future?? New hospitals or anything?? I think you will love the game but don’t buy a single thing because it’s a complete waste!

Fun game — too expensive and storyline is short. The game is super fun and the graphics are really nice. It’s definitely a good way to pass the time. But the price tag on everything and lack of ways to use the gold and tokens you earn makes this game a bit of a money grab. Also the game gets super boring once you upgrade everything to level 5. There should be some storylines added in and new goals to earn to keep the user interested.

Can’t wait for more. I agreed with some of the other reviews about changing the extra researchers and builders so something different. Even just lowering the price but I adore this game and play it every day even set up building and researching around working hours so I’ll be able to add more on break. I really loved the update with the icu so I hope we get more of that because I bought the season pass thinking it was gonna be a regular thing. However what you got from the season pass was definitely worth the price and I hope we get more events like that every week!

Unfinished game?. So, this game is really fun, but like others said, there’s too many micro transactions. Alas, I ended up spending quite a bit so that I could progress faster, and from then on the game was great. Until I reached the end. At this point, I’ve completed all of the objectives, and I’ve almost upgraded every room completely. Is there plans for expanding the game in the future? It’s irritating that I spent money on a game that doesn’t feel complete.

Not bad but needs work. Its a great game addictive actually but the wait times to build something takes forever after a while and ruins the fun. Also i cant get my consultation room 1 to go to rank 3 not sure why but i haven’t figured it out yet. I think the game should have a chat to get others involved in the game and to offer each other pointers but over all its a cool game just need some bugs fixed and updating on a few things i think the developers will do it soon

Latest game brought back university style simulation. Hello, I honestly love the combination of university tycoon and law firm tycoon into a hospital tycoon. I recently bought the starter pack and having fun with it. However It would be nice if we could have ATLEAST 1 more hospital with half of the same functions but a little bit of more rooms like having actual patients in there own wing. Overall great game hope to see more success in these indie games.

Pay to Play. The game is overall fun. There is a lot of tasks to complete to keep you busy. However, you are only given one builder and that builder can only upgrade one thing at a time, and the build times vary based on the upgrade level you’re on. Unfortunately, in order to get more builders, you have to pay $6.99 for EACH of the 3 other builders available. There is definitely a lot of idle time as you get further in the game, which honestly makes me forget to come back to the game more often. Builders should just be hired with cash like in Prison Empire (made by the same company). We shouldn’t have to waste real money, (or game diamonds to “rent” a builder for a few hours) when other Codigames don’t have you pay a ridiculous amount for things that should already be available as part of the gameplay.

Unreasonable. I don’t feel like it was necessary to make the game all about money. Everything you want to do ask you constantly to either buy more builders or researchers just to get things done faster. But I was fine with just being patient and just playing the game even if it took eight hours to upgrade a person or a building etc. But I have completed almost the whole game but I cannot finish operating room #3 rank 5 because it requires your vault to hold at least 32.1 million dollars just to upgrade one of the perks. So I would need to buy people that give me the perk to hold more money in my vault. Which I find really stupid that it caps out at 4.5 million

I like the game but……... Honestly I like the game but I spend too much time watching ads to get more money because everything is sooooooo slow I need to watch the ads to get the money. And be careful the upgrade time is horrendously slow. You can only upgrade one at a time. The ambulance is so slow I have now got too many things that desperately need upgraded now! I also have the money to upgrade but in order to get anywhere I need to spend my money to get extra anything. You earn gems but it costs way too many gems to speed up the upgrades so once again your stuck waiting for a day or more to upgrade things, one at a time. I like the game but I’m spinning my wheels and I am now bored of it. So I’m moving on.

Love the game so far but…. I really do love this game, Its a good pass time when you don’t really want to think. But like many others i have an issue with the fact that we are only allowed one building and research team. And if we want to get another it costs money. And it’s not even just 1.99 its 6 dollars for a building team and 4 dollars for a research team. It’s really annoying because when I have to upgrade something I can’t due to that limitation. Also the second thing is not really an issue just a bit frustrating and funny at times. When the ambulance timer runs out people week out patients out of the front door. Which to me is odd because it’s like “oh you got in an accident and need medical attention asap? Woops sorry! The timer ran out guess you’re on your own!”

NO NEW CONTENT. Overall, I like the game. But like most have written, the developer comments about new content and challenges but it seems as if they are able to devote the time to make the upgrades. You have to wait 8 hours for a lot of simple upgrades (and of course if you don’t want to do that you can always BUY more builders). Why do that and help them make money if they aren’t going to live up to their promise and keep the game interactive with new challenges. I go in once a day just to check on anything new…..NOPE! I’ll wait another few weeks and then I’ll more than likely delete the game. It was fun in the beginning, now it’s just boring.

Fun but need more options. Great game. Paid for one upgrade. My vault is maxed out. I wish I could actually keep accruing the income or have options to invest and start in expanding hospital to maybe have separate practices or some other facilities to be able to spend the accumulated Money. It’s a shame I accrue so much money and can’t keep and use it. I wish there were more ways to expand. I see the option for other hospitals but I haven’t been playing long enough. I also think the patients transported via ambulance should they not be on stretchers instead of wheelchairs because in reality that’s how most patients would arrive. Could doctors have different specialties such as oncology. Radiology etc. specialty units at the hospital.

Ruined by overly-greedy monetization - $10 isn’t enough to play. I’m really disappointed in the direction Codigames has gone for their last few games. They’ve gotten way too greedy with their monetization. I spend about $10 per game on average. I took the chance on this one and bought no ads. Might as well have not because it’s basically now just a game where I’ve upgraded everything I can and have near infinite game currency (I am always at the vault max), but I’m constantly waiting on hours-long wait timers to do ANYTHING. There’s no strategy other than to log in every 2 hours to make a new build choice, and then wait another two hours, rinse, repeat, endlessly. They want me to spend more dollars on more builders, and no way. I’m sure if I do I’ll just hit another artificial progress-stopping bottleneck. I’ve already spent $10 and they want more from me to just play the game? Sometimes I’ll spend more than my standard $10 on a game but only if I feel like I’m getting “more”, not just so I can continue progressing. This is not my first such experience with a recent Codigame, but it will probably be my last unless they make some major changes to their business model. They’ve gotten greedy and killed this Golden Goose. Very grouchy, disappointed, and filled with regret that I gave them a single cent. It’s sad, too, because years ago I could count on a solidly fun game from y’all. Restaurant Tycoon was a blast. So much wasted potential.

Game was great until update. My game updated overnight and now I have a completely different game. My room levels are wrong, the research that I have an have not researched is wrong, I’m not earning the rewards when I go back and upgrade room or employee attributes that I need to upgrade again to get back to the levels I had them at before the update. Improvements and research are now taking seconds where they used to take minutes or hours, so I guess I should be able to get back to where I was quickly, but it’s almost like I ended up with a test version of the game the designers were using.

Good, but….. I like the game, I really do, maybe even more than some of the other tycoon games they’ve come out with because they threw some new stuff in there. I didn’t mind the raises for doctors because it was new, but after awhile it just becomes crazy exorbitant. One of them said they’d give all my secrets to another hospital and so I declined their raise of like $350+ and fired them. 😂 I hope you update soon and take into consideration what the other reviews say, they all make very good notes for improvement and to keep your gamers coming back instead of deleting after they complete all they can for the time being

Inaccurate time. Overall the game is fun definitely something to do in my spare time. However after reading the reviewsI tested out the time. I took the time that was counting down from the game add it to my stopwatch knowing that I was a few seconds later than the game. However when I return to check The time difference I have noticed that even though I started it a few seconds later somehow the time on the game ended up having four more minutes than my timer. I can definitely see how this game adds more time to get you to want to buy into the game to finish quicker. Other than the time I definitely don’t have any other negatives as of yet I just wish that if I decide to wait the time then I’m actually waiting the accurate time and not being forced to have to wait extra time that was not originally anticipated.

Fun until it deleted my progress. Got this game as something fun to do every now and then, got to the second hospital and got up to 88% completed with it when suddenly I logged on and all my doctors had disappeared, all workers were gone, all research had disappeared and 11 of my already built rooms were gone along with sporadic stations for my distributors and suppliers were gone. I’m not sure what happened or why but I will be deleting this game. Gave it two stars since it was fun while it was properly working.

eh. fun to play, and possible to play the game without spending any real currency. BUT, they don’t make that easy. One set of builders that take 2 hours to do anything in the game, and you have to pay for more. For any of these buildings to be done, you have to drain over half of your updated vault & watch weird ads for more if you don’t want to wait 24 hours for it to refill. This is very much a do one thing in the game and then come back to it in a day or 2.

Has potential but waited too long for updates. This game has the potential to be a great game but hasn’t been updated for 7 months now and it’s annoying. I can’t do anything, the money is just piling up and it’s keeps telling me to come back, but come back to what. 7 months is a very long time to wait for something to be updated in my opinion. But it’s whatever. I want to delete the game so bad but I just keep checking for that update.

Great game, slow updates. I’ve spent a good amount of money on the game, I love to play it practically every day. The graphics are great, and there’s not much of a lag. I like the whole idea behind it, I’m just a little disappointed with how slow it progresses. Compared to other idle games that update and add new content regularly, I’ve reached 80% of the 2nd hospital in no time and have nothing exciting to do. I’m progressing quicker in the second hospital than the first but have no access to ICU yet, though it just tells me “soon”. The research tasks are also lagging when it comes to actually completing them (I’ve maxed out all 12 consultations rooms and I’m still waiting for the rewards from the task of building room 8).The support channels are pretty lacking seeing as it could be 72 hours before you hear back from anyone as well, so it’s not like there are quick troubleshooting options available either. I’m worried that this is a game you'll be waiting on updates for because of how quickly you can progress through it.

What’s next?. Start off by saying I love this game. The graphics are great, and I love the emergencies and controlling how to complete those tasks faster. BUT, I’m to the point in the game where all I have left is to upgrade the staff…so I’m losing the want to play. What’s the point of the ICU if it never gets used?! The interactive story line with the mayors son was great, can we get more of those? Or can we integrate the ICU in normal game play? After a major surgery some people truly do need to spend time in the ICU, this would increase game play.

Enough with the raises!. I am someone who has played your games until the end, and I do like this game, but there is one issue- doctors continually demand I raise their salary, and I am fearful it will eventually get to the point where their demands for raises become so great that basic salaries becomes more than the amount of money the hospital makes. Can you please remove this feature and reset their salaries? After all, this isn’t in Idle Law Firm.

Not enough new content 😟. Well I finished everything in the game, and it took less than a few weeks. It needs a huge expansion. All the upgrading and employee raises just keep going with nothing at all to do. I guess I have basically beat the game. The ICU was cool, but thats over with 😟. I like the game, but with nothing to do and you can’t even collect all your money, because the vault stays full. Definitely needs more specialities, maybe orthopedic, neurosurgery, NICU, pediatrics, rheumatologist, even a pimple popper doctor, lol just as suggestions. Walk in emergencies, and more would be great. Less upgrading times, ughh several hours to wait or tons of coins to upgrade. Thats what it all boils down to. NEEDS more content soon or just another deleted fleeting game!!!

Boring. I agree with some previous reviews. This is boring because I have lots of money but really all you can do is go in, pay for upgrades and then go away for hours while waiting for them to occur. Games like Hotel Empire Tycoon, Prison Empire Tycoon and Idle Police Tycoon were more engaging. I wish the developers had spent time adding content there. I have bought upgrades in all the games so far but this is the last one I will play if they continue with the current format.

Could be better. The game is ok but only to a certain point, no matter what you do in the game everything relies on th medical supplies to be delivered, all the consultants will ask up to 6 medications an doctored will ask for 5 plus other medical supplies for them to complete one patient… but the they only let the supplies be produced one at a time , an they take so long it make the game drag out…. You level up the staff an they still ask for so much, but the warehouse will only produce one at a time no matter how many time u level up if they allowed medications to at least produced 2 at a time then maybe things can run better…. But until then its just a drag

Fun game. I really like the game the only thing I dont like is how they try to get you to spend money, no where near as bad as other games. But you are only given one building team which is okay at first but as the game goes on and it starts taking 6 hours and 8 hours per build it gets annoying especially because you can only build one thing at a time unless you pay 6.99 for 1 additional team and 6.99 for every team after. Also the most money you can store is 4.5 million which seems like a lot until you get towards the end of the game and things cost 30 million.. how will you get the money easy you have to spend real money to increase your storage.. overall the game is fun you can play without being forced to watch ads. Of all the Codigames I personally prefer the prison empire it has more levels and more things to do. The hospital dont advance pass what you see once you unlock everything thats it, no extra floor no other hospital.

Once you beat it delete it. It’s a fun game to play. They held two events back to back haven’t seen any further events ever since so it has been a couple of months now. I am usually on the go so it took me a while to beat the game but now that everything’s updated, it seems as though they’re not going to keep doing events like they do in the prison idle game, there’s just not much point to play anymore. So it’s fun until the end then into the next kind of game

Go Back to Being Unique. This game is really good. Have followed and played ALL of your games. I love the new character design and the game layout. But we have so many hospital games it’s really the same thing. A revamp of you plane game would have been nice. The concept of delivering goods would have done wonderful things for “jet fuel” “baggage handling” and “plane maintenance”. I hope you drop this game and do a airport/airline game. A game besides your prison game that you can update for years to come because it’s that good. Don’t stop with a one building layout. Let’s plane hop and airport hop. I have a lot more ideas on this and hope you guys listen. Be that game developer that listened to the community and become number 1. But great job !!!!

Great game. Some upgrades don't make sense.. I dropped $10 on a starter pack that was actually a great deal. Was worth the money in regards to the game. The general flow of the game is very good. However, I don't understand why you need a "builder" to upgrade your employees. That has nothing to do with building the physical hospital space. And unless you're willing to consistently drop gems on helpers or fork over more money for more builders.... You will find yourself waiting a considerable amount of time before being able to do anything else. This is the first idle game I've ever played where in-game currency isn't a roadblock, but the actual time it takes to do relatively anything in the game is pretty hefty. I enjoy watching the hospital work but you also can't minimize the build times unless you wait a certain period before you press the button. And even then it only does a slight percentage. I get that it's an idle and the whole point is that you sit there while it idles. But it makes it hard to come back and do anything when all you do is get on for five seconds, start a build upgrade, then wait hours for it to finish.

I finished the game.. Well I’m sure I did! I upgraded everything and everything is on max. I thought after I did all that the upgrades the hospital would get bigger but It left me with nothing else to do. I literally don’t have to go on anymore, since there isn’t any upgrades. The main reason I left a three star was because I only need one room to decrease the wait time of the room. To decrease the time I need to pay $32,087,072 which makes no sense since I only have the maximum amount of 4,500,000 to spend!? I don’t understand how I’m suppose to pay that amount if the maximum I can get is 4,500,000 , which leaves me unsatisfied that I can’t complete the game.

Unadulterated money grabbing. Played this game for a couple days. Has the potential to be a fun idle with the hiring mechanics, different rooms, emergency scenarios, etc. But the game doesn’t let you play it. The next step is always either a very long time away with nothing to do in the meantime, or just pay for it. It still looked fun so I dropped 14-ish dollars on it iirc. Didn’t do anything but launch me into more long boring waits and pay walls. This is what playing this game is. You get money from a patient, you use that money to upgrade something. You make more money. You can’t hold all that money til you upgrade the vault, but your “builders” are still working on upgrading that other room for 30 minutes, sometimes up to hours. So you either pay for the upgrade with real cash or turn your phone off and wait. So let’s wait, we got time, heck it. 30 minutes has gone by and we can now upgrade the vault! While we’re waiting on that let’s just…. Oh never mind, you CANT do anything. Ever. At all. This game is garbage. Even calling it a game at all is a big stretch. Idle games are wait-a-thons but generally you can tweak things, or wait for a big upgrade and then it opens a lot of options for you to have more gameplay. The only thing this opens is more time to wait or pay. This game was made by a company called Digital Things. Remember that name and if you see it, avoid it

Second Hospital has major glitches. This game is addicting!! Love it! But when I unlocked the second location hospital I started to get a lot of bugs. Doctors freeze after getting the meds, ambulances not coming back, skills button has fully disappeared, and people freezing in the hallway. This game is fun, I hope you fix these bugs soon.

Fun but now it’s at its end. This game had me hooked I must admit but once you upgrade everything, you’re basically done! There was only one event since I’ve had the game, and although fun i think the devs will have to expand this game to either include new hospitals or extra floors with different type hospital rooms to make it more interesting and keep people hooked. I’ve now upgraded everything and there’s nothing to do??

Add glitch!. Seems like a really fun game but there is this really annoying glitch where every time I try to watch an add it glitched out and my screen just turns black and the only way to resolve it is to close app and restart then I don’t get the benefits.

Was okay to begin with, but now not worth it. The game was fun to begin with, however, now there is no point as there are virtually no events at all. I’m starting to max out the upgrades, but it’s frustrating that I need to upgrade the ICU, despite not having any events in months (possibly more than a year).

Forgotten by Devs. Game was fun but I think it’s being ignored by the devs. Only been 2 special events and it’s been 3 months since we have heard anything. They seem to be working on another project. I would suggest you not to play this game as it has little depth.

Overpriced to the high heavens!. I’m what’s known in the video game industry as a “whale”. What that means is that I purchase in add purchases and the like for free games. I’ll admit, I’ve spent plenty of good money of the various “packs” sold in these games. Now, the thing is, usually the price of the pack that contains everything from the games made by this company is about 47aud. That’s a lot, but I pay it. This game however, the big pack in this game is 63aud! And it doesn’t contain every bonus! Those are an additional 11aud and 8aud, and there are 3 each. Doing the math, that’s ~120aud! That’s frankly ridiculous. I’m usually a fan of these games since they are quite relaxing, and the ones from this company are high quality. But not for the price of a brand new AAA game, plus 20aud.

Good game. After playing this game for awhile it has been great however, this game seems to be the only game that heats my phone up and chews through my battery. Good game could use some improvements. I love CodiGames and have purchased a couple of idle apps from them — this is the first one I’ve purchased the no ads on and regret. While it is a fun game and I do want to keep playing, I find it very frustrating to upgrade anything in the hospital as you only get one builder and one investigator, and the only way to get more is to purchase them with real money… in other codigames you’re able to purchase more builders with the cash earned in the app.. so leveling up in this can take a LOT of time, it is way too slow and I’m not buying another builder or investigator for $10 when I’ve already purchased the no ads. Why the change for this game?

Long waits and too expensive. I gave two stars because the game does start off fun but the further along you get, the wait times for building and research take hours! I want a game I can play, not click two buttons and then wait around just to click two more buttons again. Gets very old and boring really fast. There is the option to buy more builders so more can be done at once but it’s costs actually money and isn’t worth $10… make a game that can be played for more than two minutes and people might consider buying builders for a couple bucks but 10 is steep. Overall, I’m disappointed. I like some idle games a lot but this is definitely not one of them.

Fraudulent. I’ve been playing this game since April. I really enjoyed it but have been waiting a long time for upgrades. To my surprised, I saw I could upgrade my Operating Room #3 to level 5 (even though I could have sworn I did it already). All I had to do was make sure my vault could go up to $32,000,000 for its in app currency. So I purchased upgrades, the last being increase capacity to 200%. The MAXIMUM the vault can reach (despite having all members of the Blackwell family) is 13,000,000. My money was STOLEN with false promises. I’ve put in a refund request with Apple but I do not recommend, nor will I play this game again. Absolute shame.

More builders. There should be more builders. In previous idle games we had the option to hire more builders, for example Prison empire tycoon. We should have the same option in hospital empire.

I love this game!. It is very fun, i play it everyday whenever im free. I rarely write reviews but this game is very interesting and I want it to thrive more. I just want to point out some things: -What happens after building all the rooms? We need more areas in the hospital, maybe like laboratories, admit patients, mri?, etc. -I hope there’s different kinds of doctors with their specialty as well. -You actually need to use real money to survive this game. There is no way you can get another builder or researcher by just watching ads or using your gems. The game only let you have 1 each and that’s it. That’s what I did to get my second ones. Or else, you’ll be playing this for months to max everything out. Waiting hours is too long. -After researching everything, is there gonna be more? The research center is very overwhelming, but manageable at the same time. -Few bugs or glitches are present, such as theres no patients coming to the surgery room in my case. They all go either to the consultation rooms or x-ray rooms. -The emergency one is actually overwhelming as well. I just built the 2nd ambulace and it doubled the amount of emergency patients which i can even barely treat all the emergency patients on my first ambulance. -Ads only let you have money for free. I wish there is more options to pick instead of that. Maybe a boost for speeding up restocking the medical admin areas? Or speeding up consultation/x-ray/surgery room treatments? Etc. This game has a lot of potential. It kinda looks like the mobile version of Two Point Hospital. I hope you guys can make it a little bit similar to that! Thank you devs for creating this game. Please don’t abandon this game like the old games you had.

Didn’t sync progress. Was playing mainly on my iPhone but wanted to also play on another device to keep so I downloaded the app on my IPad. Did that and it set my progress back from when the season pass started included everything else I was working on. Usually games connected to Game Center it automatically syncs your progress welp not this game. Not about to waste my time catching back up to where I was no way.

So and so. Overall, the game is fun, easy and great. BUT!! Once you’ve upgraded everything to 5, there’s nothing to do. I think if there was the option to start on a new hospital it would be a bit better but hey, that’s just my opinion. I was able to complete the game in about 5 days and would love to play more but there’s nothing else to do now

Fun for awhile, then broken. I got a 100% on the first hospital. At the 2nd hospital, the emergencies stopped happening completely. It’s been weeks without them. An objective “build consolation room 8” has been done but it won’t give me credit. In fact, all hospital rooms have been built. Summary, was fun until it wasn’t possible to continue. You can quickly make in game money without buying any packs.

Game issue. I’ve been playing this game for months. Almost maxed out everything. Now I’m having issues. My distributors don’t work. And my money isn’t collecting. There’s no other way to report the issue because it doesn’t give me the option and the game doesn’t show on their website. So months of playing this game has gone to waist because now the game does not work. If the distributor doesn’t send meds off and it’s only 1 person working versus the 4 I have unlocked and then the money isn’t even being collected. What’s the point.

Second hospital buggy. The first hospital went smoothly, but the second not so much. There is no way to assign distributors to certain supplies. All the research is complete but the option won’t pop up like with the first. Secondly, if I hire a builder he’ll disappear if I close the game, 75 gems wasted. Cute have though if you don’t mind the bugs.

Love the game but…. Everything is to expensive and takes to long to build… How are you supposed to play the game when your having to wait hours to build something then you have to wait for the builder to get done and then pay more dollar money just for more builders….

Confused and frustrated. I just updated the game and it seems as though there were updates made to progress further, however everything that I had maxed out is lost and I have to now spend the time and money to max them out again. This is confusing and frustrating and now I don’t know if I want to continue playing since my progress has now been setback

Very laggy but ok. It’s a ok game fun but very laggy and slow especially the video ads to get prizes and the video ads are very difficult to x out of They should be just short video ads and then an easy x to exit out of it but I’m finding I’m having to refresh the game a lot for it to not lag and work for a short amount of time before I have to do it again please if possible have tech support fix that

Love … but…. I have to give the game 1 star because everything takes sooooooo long to be built, and the extra people to speed it up is the cost of a Starbucks coffee. It’s not even a bundle price for new people, it’s 4.99 or 6.99 for 1. I can’t justify the cost, so I play, build something, then don’t play til I’m done with my day because some things take 8 hours. Y’all should change this, or offer better specials!

Nothing to do!. After a week of playing there’s nothing left to do but upgrade. And now after everything is upgraded there’s no challenges other than random emergencies. No events or anything. Are the devs going to have more challenges or events!? Seems abandoned.

Wait times are ridiculous. 2 hours just to add an extra chair to a room? But don’t worry, if you spend 30 gems you can skip the wait! This is clearly just a way to get us to waste our gems are its blatantly obvious. You previous games did good cause there were no wait times and upgrades were instant. suggestion. overall i think that this game is super fun and addictive but there’s one think that i don’t like it’s that when you are upgrading like a room or building one sometimes it takes a really long time to build or upgrade and you would probably think that you could go out of the app and wait for it to update but no you have to stay in the app for the time to run so that means that i would have to be in the app for 8 hours to get the helicopter so my suggestion is that we have the upgrades run time while we have our devices off or are in a different app but besides that this game is super fun

Is there a glitch. Love playing this game. But, my consultation room 1 when it was at level 3 would see multiple patients before needing medical supplies. And use to only need like 2 or 3. Now he’s needing 4 or 5 at level 5 and after each patient. I thought when we level up. The need for medical supplies decreases. Not increases. That’s my only problem with the game. Other than that I love it

Repetitive & Major Bug Issues. So I’ve been playing this for over a year now and I’ve paid money to get all the builders, upgrades, etc. I stopped playing for a while and came back to a new hospital. AWESOME! But not quite, I’ve finished missions that it still showed not finished and now my second hospital is stuck at 95% and once I actually do hit 100%, what do I do? Wait another year for a new hospital? There’s no substance at all… And Hotel Empire Tycoon by Codigames is the same smh we need more substance!

Ok Game. The game was fun in the beginning until I noticed glitching within the game that still hasn’t resolved. I still have rooms that haven’t cleared which make it impossible to win those mini games. Highly annoying. Overall still a fun little game. Just not going to put no more money into it.

Good, but there is improvements. This game is very similar to the idle law tycoon so I suggest changing it up a bit so there is more to add. I was expecting this game to be like idle prison and idle hotel where you can actually change each part of the room but overall the game was great

Not a fan. After playing intermittently for about a week realized the only way to increase salaries was when drs were leaving. My vault was full, so I upgraded and it was also full after a few hours. You should be able to increase salaries or give people a bonus whenever you want. This game is fun for about a week, after spending about 15 dollars to make it hopefully better I just deleted it. Also don’t like that the games keep running & no way to pause.

A Good Idle Game. I love the concept of an idle hospital game, and this is my favourite so far. The game has been running smoothly for me, but I’ve encountered problems that are quite major. I don’t know if this is a feature or not, but I have had 8 reputation points, yet it only allows me to upgrade with 5 points instead of 8. Was fun till I got stuck due to a bug… support unresponsive. I’m on the second hospital (paradise hills) and it wants me to build a consultation room 8. Only problem is I already have, and it is maxed out. The thing is, the room is actually called “ check 8” instead of “consult 8” and I am pretty sure that’s why it won’t trigger the achievement. I opened a support ticket long ago. Got a response that they are looking into it, and nothing since.

Now What?. Initially loved the game. I’ve done all the upgrades. Now it’s just boring. Any new updates expanding the hospital coming ever? I heard back from the developer. There are new updates coming soon! I’ve upgraded my review accordingly. Looking forward to new features!

Gets boring fast. I like the style of the game and there are a lot of different facets that makes it interesting and fun. However, you are required to upgrade the room before upgrading the items inside it past a certain point which makes it boring after a while. You are only given one builder unless you pay and the room upgrades take forever so the game gets boring fast. I maxed out everything and am just waiting to upgrade all the rooms. I deleted it.

Bugs and Long Upgrade Times. First, I like the game. There is a glitch where patients will get pass the receptionist, head toward the consultation room, and immediately turn around mad. I don’t know for sure that it is a glitch but it is not fair that they won’t sit down and wait a little bit. This is only happening with one room. Second, the upgrades take too long and the option to rush it by 3 or 10 minutes is insulting.

It alright. I really like the game but my operating room has a picture of scissors and a scalpel and my doctor isn’t operating and I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix it but I’m starting to get annoyed

They do it again. It’s good like the other games the the make court/prison tycoon other then that I warn you they don’t update that often for example the prison game has not had a new prison going on 10 months now

Tricked me. I thought I found a game I loved that I love but as I continued to progress and become successful medical supplies stoped generating for absolutely no reason. All the other supplies still generate enough to care for pts except this one. And it give you no tips or tricks to fix it. Doesn’t even tell you what the problem is

Not up to the hype. Only two hospitals. 2nd cannot be completed due to known bug that will not be fixed anytime soon. Tech support says no plans for updates. 2nd hospital has unopened areas that cannot be opened. Maxed out staff. I can only assume that the known bugs are ways to slow players down. Will not be financially supporting this app…

Released too soon. I think this app was released too soon. You can “beat the game” essentially and then have nothing else to do. It shouldn’t have been released until there was expansions and furthering of the game. There are also several major bugs/glitches. Updates are few and far between for the amount of issues there are in the game.

Broken Game. Don’t waste money on this like I did. You can buy the extra workers and pay for no ads, but the game is broken. You can’t use the operating room because you have to do research for operating supplies, only to find out the research doesn’t even exist in the game. So it’s pretty much unplayable at that point. Patients for operation will continue to accumulate and you have no way to treat them. Broken.

It’s a pretty cool game. I love the game and I would give it 5 stars but there hasn’t been an update for awhile. All I’ve been doing is upgrading things for days!! Which is pretty boring. The game is slow and not really fun anymore. There was a side event that was fun, but there hasn’t been one in weeks now. WHEN IS THE NEXT UPDATE? I’m trying to hold off from deleting the game but I can only take so much upgrading.

Updates needed. I love the game it is a lot of fun but I have hit an point in the game I can go any further which is not my fault. I have 2 rooms I can not access due to their not being an update yet for the game to unlock them. It would be nice if updates more frequent.

great game but…. i love this game I’m constantly checking in and out of it to upgrade everything . Only thing I’m not liking is that it only had one storyline of the boy so literally the isolation room is useless after that story line. I wish there was more that’s the only problem at the moment other than that the game is great.

What happened to the power ups?. Fun, addictive game! I wish there were more special events because it really makes the game more fun for me. However, now that I’ve moved on to the next hospital, there are so many glitches. Delivery management doesn’t work anymore for the distributors for some reason, the power ups are gone and I'm not getting achievements for completing tasks.

Sad. We spend more time waiting on stuff to upgrade than actually playing the game, bc of only one builders & everything is so high to purchase. No we shouldn’t have to go anywhere else to complain. You can forward our complaints to the developers from here.. Also, let it where we can earn more builders, also lessen the time of the updates so we can play more. Too many glitches. Game was fun but at one point one of my radiology rooms, one distributor, and one surgery room all got stuck and distributors would never drop off the supplies to the rooms. I tried upgrading everything and they would fulfill all except for the glitching rooms. Help section in app was no help just wanted me to make sure everyone was upgraded. Now I’m at this point where I just stopped playing because of the issue

Fun game but had to delete. This game is truly fun but I had to delete this game because I already spent some money on this game and then they want you to spend more money for investigators and builders and that’s for only 1 investigator or 1 builder at $6.99 or $4.99 no I’m not gonna do that!!! Wants us to spend money. This game has potential. However, you have to spend $6 to get more builders. NO WAY! You should be able to get more builders the more you level up. I finished the entire game. Once u buy all the upgrades there is literally no other point in the game. It takes a few days due to waiting up to 7hrs for and upgrade bt there is nothing once u finish no other grand level on updated to congratulations. Good, but I miss the old. Codigames has been one of my favorite developers for a long time now. They have shown to consistently improve and change up their games, and while I like the system now, I also prefer the ones like Idle Prison and Idle Hotel. Something they could consider is remaking some of their older games, like Idle airport. I don’t really like tapping games, so I didn’t really enjoy it, but I’m confident that codigames can get it done!

Alright. It’s ok but one big issue I have is after upgrading a room, why does that room require more medication? I know that you can upgrade to require one less medication but that defeats the purpose of upgrading in the first place. Medications take way too long to get made/delivered especially when 6 pills are required for one room.

Ok, but not great.. I never write reviews unless something makes me mad. I am always waiting on something to build. And it stinks that you have to pay actual money to get another team. I wish it was included in the game money and not the real money.

Too little builders. At first, having one builder was enough. But now I have so many things that require builders to upgrade and take hours. The only way to get more builders is with real money. I feel like there should be a way to either buy more with in game money, or using your stats to make them faster.

Awesome Game!. This is an awesome game to play while you have to have patience with some of the gameplay nonetheless it's still a great game. I've made it to the point where I'm just waiting for the next update

Great game but it’s buggy. I’ve gotten my first hospital to 82%. Now every time I leave the game all my staff for hospital one just disappears. Not the room or the room upgrades. Just the staff. Now I have spent money on this game. So for stuff to just disappear like that and I’ve spent money on the game is just a little ridiculous. So maybe don’t waste your money to play the game. Just play it as is.

Progress Issues. I love the game! I’m actually hooked BUT my game save says I need to build certain areas but I’m 95% built. For example, it says I need to construct consultation room 8 but I’ve built all 11 or 12. I just wish I wasn’t stuck so I can build my next location. My rate would be 5 stars instead of just 3.

Love this game. Out of all the tycoon games this is one of the best ones. I wish u guys would make the times smaller and able to get another builder without buying but still my favorite game to play

Game won. I’ll save you the hard work at the end when you upgrade every single thing, every DR, every room, every distributor….. Nothing happens, no celebration, no accomplishment, no next level or new challenge. The game doesn’t even acknowledge that everything is upgraded, Disappointing!
