Broke the Game (I thought). The game was going great and at breakneck advancement. Then at Cestus Island which is a carnival that floats up in the sky, I was exploring and slipped off the edge. (I thought) there was no way for me to return (I tried the drone but it explodes before it gets high enough and the wires up to the Island are too narrow to climb). I had already played multiple hours and did not feel like starting all over on a different server. I had lots of luck with the weapons that dropped during the lottery draw and I’m not sure I would get that lucky again. Resolved: I had thought I tried finding a spacerift (transporter) for Cestus Island itself (maybe they added it with the update). Now I am able to continue with the story line because I discovered it actually does exist. I’ve never tried playing a game like this so I’m surprised how engaging it has been.

Genshin’s Sci-Fi Clone. Overall there’s plenty to like here but let’s just address the elephant in the room right off the bat.. it’s almost the exact same game as Genshin. The combat is a little flashier but it’s also not as fluid and at times can be clunky. The graphics are a little better in places but I’m running this on an iPhone 13 pro max and have frame rate dips as well as stuttering on the UHD at 45 fps more often than I would like. The Verdict - While overall a really good game if you’ve already sunk hundreds of hours in Genshin then this will be like just starting over.. that being said, for those of you out there that have yet to play Genshin Impact then this game will definitely be a 5 star experience. Best advice I can give personally is to not worry too much about trying to spend a bunch of money on the gatcha. With unlimited rerolls do your homework, find out which of the summons you really want and re-roll till you get it. It takes about 15 mins (give or take) to re-roll so overall that’s not so bad. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars from is because it’s basically the same game with a different look but that doesn’t mean it’s not a great game. Good luck all! 😊

Very fun, despite its early bugs. Another welcome addition to the open world MMO genre. The storyline and characters are unique, and there are lots of fun ways to get around the beautiful landscape, such as jetpacks or surfing along the water. The character customization is pretty good too, though there is a small lack of skintones and hairstyles. It runs very smoothly for me, with the exceptions of random crashing, especially when I open the achievements menu. Though, this game is newly released, so I’m sure that the constant crashing and kicking from servers will be fixed soon enough. I also like how generous the game is with giving you freebies, and the gacha system. Also, the daily level cap makes it easier to pace yourself rather than binge the whole game, which some do not like, but I do since I tend to lose track of time gaming if I am not interrupted. Cannot wait to see how the game progresses. (PS: This is glades server propaganda. Join glades server. Glades server supremacy.)

[fixed!] Cant even play the game :(. Edit: this has now been fixed and the game is so addicting! 5 stars!! [When i saw this game, and some videos about it, it looked amazing! And i knew i had to try it, but i cant even play it. ] [It would keep saying that I disconnected from the server, and wouldn't even let me in. All i have done so far is the tutorial, 4 TIMES!] [I do understand that the game is new, but it still bothers me that i cant get in. You would think this would be solved before the release, but its not.] [I have emailed the creators to try and solve this, but they were sadly no help (no offense)] [This game has a LOT of potental, and it looks great! But there are still some bugs left that are bringing it down a bit.] [4/5 stars for me, once this glitch gets fixed, i will change it to 5.] [P.S. dont listen to the people who keep calling you a genshin impact ripoff, your not. Trust me they say that about every anime style rpg game thats not genshin impact.]

This game is much more than just a “hoyoverse game ripoff”. Yah. I get it. Pretty much a lot of people found this as just another genshin, and honkai ripoff. Bet really it’s not what you think. Getting into the game, yes there are lot of similarities, and some of the characters do have same features. Yet this game has more to offer. Character customization was absolutely stunning! I had so much fun creating my character, that It took me right through the queue without knowing it. The gameplay was just amazing. And there’s so much more to game if you actually just play it. If your looking for something like honkai impact or genshin impact to play while your stamina and resin charges up, then this game is probably going to be the best substitute. Before playing this, I was one of those people who claimed this as a “rip-off” But after playing it, it’s one of my new favorite games! Definitely try it out no matter what you think

Servers. I’ve been trying and trying and trying and trying and trying but no matter how much I try, “ Disconnected from Server. “ I mean like I haven’t even started the game and it’s very frustrating. I downloaded this game because I thought it looks great and has a lot of potential but, how can I know that if I can’t even play the game in the first place. I’m giving this a 2 star, only because of the bad servers that doesn’t have room. I suggest making a server or making a offline mode for beginners that’s just walking into the game and want to get the real feel of the game. Not having room I’m not 1 of the 40 servers you have is bad. You either have to make a entirely new server only for offline use only, or create a time and show the amount of players in one server and have a notification system where it sends players that has been waiting notification on a opening in the server their character is link to or other servers. You’ll lose beginners like this, do the offline or server information. Because I’m very upset to the fact that I can’t even get inside the game after waiting 14hrs for a opening in any of the 40 server.

My favorite game for the longest time.. I’ve been playing this game for a little over a year, and I haven’t put it down since. I love how there is the option to travel between different worlds, so there is always a variety of different gameplay to choose from. I usually get bored of games quickly, but I’ll never get tired of this one. The characters are so beautiful and I’m obsessed with collecting as many as I can. My only complain would be that the gacha part of the game is a little tiring. In-game items are so expensive, especially when buying the currency used for gacha pulls. There aren’t enough collectible resources in-game either. Dark crystals used to be easier to earn, as you could easily find them in supply pods or as exploration rewards. But now, they’ve removed DCs from pods, and the number of dark crystals you get from exploring maps has significantly lessened. It used to be at least 300 DC for reaching a certain amount of exploration points in a specific area. Now it’s been lessened to around 75, and it’s harder to gain ex points, since the points are now locked behind timed puzzles that take a team to defeat. They do give you free DC with bug fixes, but only enough to buy 2 nucleus (gacha pull tickets). I love this game, but I wish they would make it a little more accessible for F2P/light spenders.

Really nice game couple problems tho. For the most love the ppl always complain about the and compare it to Genshin saying it’s not as good I say they’re right it’s better. Most of the characters I love or want atm and can’t wait to get. Character customization is great already I think hope there’s some updates on it to be greater. The only thing that bothers me is that global got some censored stuff like sherli her original design fits nemesis a lot better but the new design is almost like it’s different person altogether or based off of different person. Don’t know y there’s censorship at all considering the first outfit from pass is quite showy for ur avatar. So would definitely prefer these censorships removed or a way to remove in settings. Also it can be quite laggy even all of the sudden even the server is supposedly smooth. Other than these few things think the game is great as mentioned earlier and top of that getting a variety of weapons is awesome. Hope it has a bright future

Very impressed. I love basically everything about this game. People will obviously always compare this to genshin but I find this is able to stand on its own two feet without being compared. I really only have a few small issues I found with the game. The chat box is right underneath where your joystick is on the screen so you end up hitting it sometimes on accident in the middle of doing some thing you don’t need to pull the menu up during. The others are a lack of solid team matching (hard to auto match with people to help with harder missions) would be nice to be able to spawn with others same level/same mission. Also the updates are quite frequent (every other day it seems) and if your internet is on the slower side it can take up to 4 or 5 hours to update each time. It’s a huge game though, I understand and appreciate devs working hard to fix things in the updates. I will continue to spend money and support this game ❤️

Unacceptable. This game is amazing. While I haven’t even gotten passed the start of the game I can tell it is. But during the tutorial or the part with those dog things, the game kept logging me out and resetting me back to the beginning. Eventually that stopped and I could actually play. Everything was fine until I was doing a mission and then when the cut scene was over all the enemies disappeared. Then a loading screen popped up and once it finished I was taken back to the Home Screen. It then asked me TO LOG IN, even though I already created an account. After signing in the tab for my character was GONE. And I thought maybe it’s a visual glitch. I clicked on one of the servers and I was at the very first cut scene for the FOURTH TIME. Seriously that’s unacceptable especially by creators of such a cool looking game. Having to restart from a bug is one of the most annoying things that can happen in a game. Not only that IT DELETED MY ENTIRE CHARACTER. And this is in no way a device issue either, I have an iPhone 13 pro max so this game should be easy to run. Shame shame shame shame.

Long queues. If you wanna pick a server. i suggest looking it up online or joining the streamer server Solaris. All the small server which is 2/3 of them have a queue time not to enter them but to play the multiplayer modes and even some solo modes like bygone. I know the company doesn’t express themself much but hopefully this gets fixed and the servers affected by it in a prolonged period of time get some compensation. 400 DC minimum please we legit can’t play the game without spending time waiting and the queues are 30+ min most of the time. It this point it’s better to queue solo than with ransoms because if just one leave well you also leave the queue so you just wasted 20 minutes of time. Might as well be an rpg and not include mmo at this point. Ok enough of my rant this really needs fix thoughz I love the game I recommend playing it but like I said join a popular server. Luckily my Smurf that I play with my friends on Solaris isn’t experiencing this so I am able to enjoy still using my vitality in important areas i that than beacons because those have no queues. Please fix this dev team I am rooting for you and give us some goodies because this is really bad and it’s driving people away from playing the game.

Unlucky. Honestly, I really do like this game and I got to play it for a little bit but after a while, it just kept kicking me out. I will try to load the game on my phone multiple times trying to see what the problem was and I couldn’t figure it out, I wanted to try this game out and see what it had to offer but I couldn’t because it kept kicking me out. I don’t know if I’m the only one that’s having this problem and I don’t know if it’s my phone that’s making it a problem but if it is, I’ll just get a new phone but if not, then I really would love to know why it just keeps kicking me out every five minutes when I try to play the game I’m gonna try to download it one more time to see if it’s gonna kick me out again and if it does, I’m gonna try to see what the problem is but I get fed up then I’m just gonna try to get a new phone and see what happens then rather than that I think it’s a really good game. It just keeps kicking me out so I can’t see how good of a game it really is.

Finally.. A proper open-world action mmorpg with no auto-play options, one character with unlimited customization, and swappable weapons to keep up the variety. It’s nice to be able to play on pc but also a controller and mobile when I want to chillax. In the world of mobile mmorpgs, I can confidently say this is the best one out there that has finally done it right. It doesn’t feel like a crap game made for mobile but rather a game that has taken advantage of the possibility mobile offers. I’ve been waiting for a long time for a game like this. To the devs, thanks. One request, give an ability to customized controller input and screen input. To others with game crash issues, lower your settings to minimum, close all background apps, keep device cool. If it keeps crashing, you need an iPhone more powerful to handle it. Playing on an iPhone 13 mini.

Amazing game. I second the review. That someone posted Glad that there's controller support from the start but it does need refinement and polish in some areas. So please take in these suggestions 1. Include the option to invert camera controls in the settings. (It be great to invert the y-axis.) 2. I believe the confirm button when pressed creates multiple inputs, this can unintentionally skip dialogue near the end of cutscenes. 3. Allow us to change the button layout on the controller. 4. Show what buttons are assigned to what action on the Ul. You have the icons of the actions during normal gameplay so include the buttons for them too. 5. When aiming down on bows, guns and other weapons that can aim down sights, have the fire button on the right trigger. Using the face button to fire while using the right control stick to aim is incredibly cumbersome and honestly terrible. 6. There is no way to switch targets using the controller when locked on to enemies. This makes attacking other enemies harder or virtually impossible since you attack in the direction of what your forced to be locked on to. The Left Button (LB) would a good button to assign Lock On to and then using the right stick to change between targets. Or simply have a soft lock on like Genshin Impact. I hope you guys read this and take these suggestions to heart. I like the game these suggestion can only improve the experience to

Wow. This game is amazingly polished and fun right from the get-go. My only criticism is kind of a nitpicky point, but for some reason, in the English language, setting, none of the voice actors seem to be able to properly pronounce the word “simulacrum”. Fyi it’s “SIM-you-LOCK-rum”. Not “suh-LAY-ah-crumb.” Or any of the other mispronounced iterations of the word. It happens to be a word that is used a lot in this game, so it is strange how every character miss-pronounces the word in a different way. Seriously, though, other than that, I am having a blast. It is definitely a “gacha” game, in that you are constantly earning little orbs that allow you to roll for New weapons or new characters (those are the simulacra— BTW, that is the plural of simulacrum.) I have been getting all sorts of trading good”, new characters, weapons, and there is so much to do. It’s easy to get lost, just grinding or playing around in the open world and forget the main objective or the main story. That is always a good thing in an open world game. Lastly, although the games structure is completely different, I understand the comparisons to Genshin impact. In some of the core gameplay, they can feel a bit similar. Although I actually think it is more reminiscent of Honkai impact.

Not a serious problem but a bugging moment.. So I’m trying to play tower of fantasy and I try to log in but it says I don’t have enough storage to download the game even though I have much storage to download the app and even if I try to make my storage go down and try to play the game and see what it is about it still says the same thing and I’m still as pressed and bugged about this error if you can workers please help me and let me know what’s going on or what I did wrong in order to not process this game correctly but the overall reviews looks nice so I decided to download it but I still can’t play so ig I’m just gonna have to buy 2TB storage now.. for TEN DOLLARS A MONTH so expensive and for what? Anyways that’s my short issue if you see this please tell me what to do and what I did wrong again. Because I just don’t understand why it won’t let me in the game and I have so less storage to download it

GAME CRASHES EVERY 5 (OR LESS) MINUTES!!!!!. ‘I play on an iPad 8 with the latest OS as of the day this review was posted and it just keeps crashing so I’m less inclined to keep playing.’ I was going to post the above as my review about a year or so ago and as of now the issue persists. A lot people say just to play on PC but forget that not everyone has one, and why make the app available on iPadOS when it’s virtually unplayable because of the constant crashing??? I reached out to customer service about this today because the game kept crashing after I tried to go to the ‘special order’ screen and while I write this, the game crashes after it loads on startup and I get a glimpse of my character. I’ve reinstalled the game more than 5 times now and nothing seemed to work. The graphics are on the lowest setting and I disabled the world chat to reduce the ‘strain’ but none of that worked still. Like what should I do to get this to work?? And will this issue be fixed anytime soon? Aside from the CONSTANT crashing the game is pretty good. But seriously what are the devs doing to fix this?? I’ve seen at least one year-old review about the crashing with a developer’s response but it seems no progress has been made.

Great game!! :). I think this game is great! However one thing I’m noticing is a lot of people comparing it to Genshin Impact. While it does totally have similarities to it, the game also takes after a ton of other games as well! The fluttery music reminds me of Zelda, the technological/apocalyptic vibe reminds me of Borderlands! There are tons of games it takes after but it also is unique to itself in a few ways as well! Certain uses of weapons, the ability to have your own character AND even characters unique to the story. So while it’s totally like Genshin in a lot of ways, it compares to other games as well :) To address why I only gave 4 stars, for obvious reasons the game is glitchy, choppy & slow. It just came out! I hope this will be fixed in the future, however I’m unsure how much they will be able to, bc like I’ve seen others say, this type of game isn’t meant to run on mobile. If you download, make sure to free up a TON of space to help it run. Otherwise, I like it a lot! I really hope to see improvements and more to the story in the future :)

It’s a solid game.. Yes, it’s a gacha game very similar to Genshin Impact. Personally I’m loving it though. People on here giving bad reviews over bugs and in-game glitches, but the reality is, that is just their experience. Doesn’t mean it’ll be yours. The only issue I ever ran into is when I tried to log in at launch. Pretty sure that was just because of the volume of log ins at the time. There hasn’t been one issue since then. Not one. Are there things they need to fix? Yes. Are they game breaking? Absolutely not. Like how some of the voice acting is missing in certain parts. Overall the game is great, and you get a lot of opportunities to earn the items needed for getting weapons. I haven’t spent a dime and have been getting Ssr, and Sr. Just fine. It’s free, so try it for yourself and don’t let negative reviews influence what could be a positive experience for yourself.

fun game, stop taking everything so seriously. coming from genshin impact, i am so tired of the constant comparison to genshin. it's an okay game packed full of incoherent lore & confusing information, and its style plucked right from Breath of the Wild. it's good, but it isn't the best, and the genshin supremacy is tired. tower of fantasy is a VERY fun game that has a compelling main story that actually makes you want to play it rather than avoid it like most, the characters ARE lovable and the connection between the MC and them feels real, and is actually shown in scenes and not left to be interpreted by fans. the open world is stunning and so much fun, the character customization is INCREDIBLE and you can keep editing after you start which i think is amazing! constant rewards, more opportunities for pulls unlike MANY gacha games out there right now, and GENUINELY FTP (free-to-play). it's the best gacha game for me right now. the character pulls are really fun too, they're all unique and you get a real chance at collecting them without needing to open your wallet. it's so much fun and i wish people would stop comparing and just enjoy the games for their individual personalities!!! please play so i can actually make friends on here :) give it a chance. the only thing i will complain about is the crashing. every vault crashes, every event. i lose all my progress. if you want ppl to participate in these events & unlock towers, at least make them work.

Going downhill.. I feel like the game is dying already. There is too much for too little. If you’re a F2P player, you’ll grind tediously for little rewards. What is the point of having multiples SSR if leveling them up is a hazzle, since the lack of items is abysmal unless you pay real money. Why does every weapon need the same 2 times to level up instead of having unique items dropped by enemies like in Genshin Impact? I don’t even know what is the level cap of weapons in the game, as I, currently, got a few weapons on level 100+ but the more you level them up, the more you need. Another thing is the vitality. There is too much to spend it on & the rewards feel lackluster. In the server I’m in, nobody plays void rifts or frontier clash anymore, & I’m not changing servers because I don’t start from zero again. Also, the mini bosses in Vera are way too strong. Some one-shot you & there hit-boxes are unfair. This game desperately need a makeover, in the systems, gameplay, graphics. I had high hopes for this game, believing that it would surpass Genshin Impact, but at the rate the game is going, I hardly believe it anymore.

(Screaming noises). Positive part of my review: the game has incredibly graphics fun characters and cools and entertaining weapons and attacks. Not to mention the breathtaking design or scenery. Other part of my review: Here’s the gist of it, I open the game,I log in, I click to go into my backpack, the app crashes and closes. Thank you for watching my Ted talk. No but seriously the game is fire but it’s so fire that my iPhone X cannot handle 2 minutes of it. I’ve tried everything(obviously I have probably misses something). I deleted and redownloaded my game 4 times. I even restarted my phone and yes this may sound desperate but I deleted every other app. I have cleared the cache so many times. I have forced closed the game and heck, I’ve restarted my phone at least 12 times. I can’t even have the satisfaction of getting dailies anymore because the moment I try to click it the game cancels me and sends me back to my home page. I’m starting to think it’s personal. Please tell me what to do. I don’t even know anymore. My phone is very new and only has 3 other apps that I installed on it all under 4 gigabytes. The game used to run so well on my phone but then something changed. Anyway thank you.

Keep getting kicked out of server and logged out. I really love this game and would have gave it 4 stars if only I could just freaking play it! I play on pc and mobile however my sibling also plays and we only have one charger right now. I let them play on their pc and I play on mobile when they’re on. Yet I can’t even play due to getting kicked out every second! It’s not my internet because it works perfectly well for the other people in my house. I can’t get anything done on the game because it keeps spamming ‘not connecting to server’ or I go through the loading screen only for it to bring me back to the home screen and log me out. This is really frustrating and annoying. I don’t have these problems with other mobile games like this! If it continues I’m just going to have to drop this game or play on pc whenever I can.

Don’t sleep on it. I’m a die hard rpg fan. I’m a die hard anime fan. So it was natural for this game to be interesting to me. The interactions with the simulacrum are not bad. I like the Nuevo scifi vibe of the game. I left it for a while because I like games with skills and special attacks that extend past weapon swap. But after playing all of the other garbage out there this one is best bang for buck fun. Never land was ok No no kuni was ok, even to me genshin was ok. I like customization and you get that in a metric ton here. It’s like a direct upgrade from Dragon Raja which was amazing in the begining as well. Add some types of space magic to the game and it will be the perfect mobile mmo. Still worth 5 stars, not pay to win, and exploration is rewarding just like Elden Ring. Either way I am returning to the game the new cyber city update intrigues me. Keep up the good work, and maybe think about some skill trees eventually if possible. I love trying new builds.

Good for what it is…. I’ll start off by saying that this is a fun game. It’s always fun to run around an open world and explore. And the idea of being able to obtain ssr weapons from boss fights is very smart. That being said, this game has definitely died off since it’s release. The game is buggy and crashes near constantly. Not to mention that the team has been caught stealing assets from other games. The animations feel a bit clunky at times, and some of the character designs feel a bit underwhelming. The story and writing too are less than impressive. The biggest issue though is the lack of players. In an mmo type game, the playerbase completes the experience. The world bosses in this game require cooperation between players, but there are few people on who speak the same language at the same time. Most of the chat is filled up by spam bots. Ultimately, this game struggled with being too ambitious. Not from a gameplay perspective, but from a marketing one. It advertised itself as the ‘Genshin killer’, but came out mere days before a major update to Genshin Impact that added a massive new region and quests. Genshin Impact feels incredibly polished, and you can see how much they invest back into the characters, animations, and music. The same cannot be said for Tower of Fantasy. It is an enjoyable game, but it is one with no longevity. I would like to see this game succeed, but it does not feel like the developers really care.

This game is…... This game is honestly good BUT. Do not get this game on an IOS platform. It would be sooooo much better on PC. I say this because unless you are a masochist or a psychopath and are willing to put up with constant game crashes, the occasional T posing, lagging, and a broken leveling system all the way to level 45 ish; then just don’t bother 😅. I enjoy this game especially since it’s not a pay to play kind of game. You can do quite well in this game if you just play it and don’t spend any money on it. My absolute biggest gripe with this game is the crashing. My game crashes every single time I play it sometimes even two or three times while I play the game. After about lvl45 ish you can’t really defeat enemies in domain 9. I find my self (currently at lvl47) constantly running from enemies because the game leveling system is very broken. Enemies go from lvl10 and lvl20 all the way to lvl45 in like 2 seconds. Pretty much as soon as you get to Domain 9 you might as well give up on fighting anything that doesn’t involve the main story. Vera and Asperia are still pretty easy since the enemies can be quite low in level and usually go down with a couple hits. Domain 9 on the other hand is a constant grind to get their health down just to survive or hopefully escape. Anyway that’s my review. Have fun and enjoy the game. Just don’t spend any money on it.

A great game.. I really like the game. It has been fun and I've spent countless hours playing it. The idea about the simulacra stuff is pretty cool, its not like genshin where you have to try and pull characters AND weapons, they are all in one you could say. And the pull rates are really great too, on my first day of playing I got all of the SRs and 4 SSRs. Though what I'm sad about is there aren't many weapons, though they will probably add more so I wont hate on them about that. I also like how you can genuinely play free to play. I haven't spent a single penny and I've gotten amazingly good stuff. I also really like the story, it is amazing with lovable characters ( especially Mi-a :] )and some nice lore. I really love the combat system too and how cool the chains are. I also like how there is so much to explore and so many rewards you can get doing it, it makes me really want to explore forever. I also really love the online features in this game. I have met so many friends playing. But overall I would say this is one of my favourites, no, my favourite mobile game. keep up the good work devs :)

Quite A Good Game. So far when viewing most of these reviews I kept seeing how everyone believed that this was a Genshin Impact rip-off which I think is quite bias (and I myself have played Genshin Impact before and loved it but I stopped playing it since it had the powers of the gods and I did not enjoy that). While looking for a game similar to Genshin Impact but also different this was the game but in sci-fi and I quite enjoyed it. I was reminded as a writer that just because it seems the same doesn’t mean it is. It goes the same with writing stories and drawing while using inspiration instead of copying the artist which I can fully comprehend. The game has a few glitches during combat and bugs during cutscenes and fighting scenes and could be quite time consuming with waiting for the cooldown jetpack when climbing but that’s how most games are so overall this still great game! It has an interesting story, characters, map, and I liked the fact that I can make my own character when considering that in most games you can’t change the skin tone or looks of that character. So overall I see a lot of potential in this game and can’t wait for more updates!

Not bad, but needs work. I’m normally not one to make reviews for games, but I feel this one needs it. Overall, the TOF isn’t a bad game, the character customization isn’t bad, it runs fairly smooth, and it’s visually appealing. However, there’s issues with certain aspects of the game. 1. Characters in or out of cutscenes failing to say their full audio lines before saying their next line. 2. Character subtitles not lining up with what characters are saying 3. Characters clipping through themselves or other textures within cutscenes. The list goes on. I also feel as though the story is a bit fast pace and doesn’t give you enough time or information to get to know the characters you meet (only made it to around LVL 12, so maybe I didn’t play long enough). There’s a lot of running back and forth as well as fetch quest, but that could be because I didn’t see enough of the game due to how long I played. There’s a lot of potential within this game, but there’s also a large amount of work to be done before it can compete with games of a similar genre. I’ll definitely be following its progress and hope to see it do well as time moves forward.

Better than Genshin lmpact. I highly recommend you play both games with the Japanese audio. MiHoYo should really pay attention to the writing in this game. The only things Genshin has going for it is beautiful regions (minus Inazuma), graphics, and gatcha system. However these people actually know what they’re doing. The characters are something worth caring about. That basically happens instantly. Others claimed the lore to be convoluted but that’s because they’re used to Genshin. A game that forces players to comply with immoral decisions the Traveler and her flying pet make (one of which, is happily assisting with the murder of a really good person.) While spoon feeding lore like a parent teaching their kid to read. ToF has faith in players’ intelligence. Using world exploration to show what the story’s about. Which is to be expected. This is the development team behind Goddess of Victory: NIKKE after all. While the graphics could use work, these things more than make up for it.

Tower of fantasy. Let me just start by saying I’m a day one global player ,whose about ready to quit I like the game it’s just the gacha is beyond any that I’ve played before, gear ,stats, rng on top of rng to any new player wishing to start don’t it is not worth the time ,an example of this is grinding for stats I ,we meaning the community have been getting such low scale gear and stats it’s like the game stopped even caring about even throwing a little crump , even buying gear trying to get higher stat’s doesn’t work not only because of rng but because it’s seems developers have forgotten about stats that are needed to partake in some events that are maxed so high it’s not worth the try. Feel free to play the game, it can be fun but you will understand what I mean by low stats, unfair leveling enemy design, levels that are resistant to every element even going up to 80% resist, enemies with iframes that can’t be-halted but u can. The game is starting to lack appeal and balance game play , can’t wait till 2.4 maybe they will nerf more characters and give us harder enemies that 4 to 5 high damage players can’t even beat. Besides the sarcasm go play something that rewards you instead of kicking you for loyalty ,money and dedication. Level 5 is just not it on the global side.

Needs some work. I feel like the concept and game design along with characters is really cool. I’ve enjoyed playing and exploring the maps but I feel a lot of game mechanics need work. First of all a popular one people mention is the stamina. It’s a challenge to climb around the map (which contains lots of cliffs) with limited stamina and a jet pack that takes a long time to recharge. I find myself sitting and waiting if I’m stuck for my jet pack to reload and I feel like the time should be lowered slightly. Also, climbing mechanics are another thing that needs fixing. I’ll be climbing and every now and then my character will either, randomly fall off (not from stamina or me pushing anything) or get stuck on something. Some cliffs on the outer edge of the map are very steep and I have found the most problem with climbing those. I tend to get stuck on the top of the cliffs where the game acts like there’s a rock or something in the way. My character has died multiple times falling from these bugs and they’re just really annoying.

I love this game. I love this game so much. I have played it for so long now and just got to level 71 a couple days ago. This game is very interactive especially in mirroria. Everything is so beautiful in this game and I always look for games that are like this and surprisingly there really aren’t that many for people that play on mobile like me. I love open world games and it’s even better when it has amazing graphics. I especially love the voice acting and how your character that u create also has a voice as well. I also love that this game has detailed customization. It allows u to be creative and express yourself. A lot of people compare this to genshin. I honestly don’t think u should compare this game to it. This game is like sci fi and genshin isn’t sci fi at all. I’ve played genshin and quit twice. First time I lost all my progress and didn’t bother tryna play it all again. Then I waited for a while and decided to play it again then I quit. Then I came back to this game. Now I’m gonna play this game till the very end.

Beautiful, A lot similar to Genshin Impact~. Tower of fantasy is *chefs kiss* AMAZING! Many people are complaining that it's too similar to Genshin impact. While yes, it is EXTREMELY similar, there are things in the game that just go above and beyond Genshin. First of all, I've always dreamed of an anime MMORPG/RPG that had character customization. And the character customization in this game is next level- from outfit design to the tip of your character's bangs, it is gorgeous. (I love the Genshin presets- LOL!) The gatcha system is also really stable and the pity system is very simple. It really makes getting the characters that you want EASY! While there are some glitches, I need to talk about the absolutely BEAUTIFUL open world! As a Genshin and BoTW player, I find this a close second to those. I've played many adventure games, but this one hits hard. It almost climbed to the top of my open-world games list, up there with BoTW and GI. For those wanting to try ToF, I definitely recommend at least giving it a chance. It is a beautiful game, and it's perfect for those who want an escape from reality.

Bad customer service. Response to developer response: I find it odd you haven’t responded to my in game ticket I made but your presence in the response to the review is unavoidable. I have no faith in your customer service process as I have been ignored. This led to most of my disinterest in the game. Stop spending time here and actually respond to the tickets. My ticket still hasn’t been responded to and I will update my review if they ever do make it right. Until then I’m sure this game isn’t what I originally thought it was and I don’t even enjoy it as much knowing I could spend money and have an issue that gets ignored in game support tickets but I have to write a review that gets a response Vera update: Went to see the new outfits and after trying them on my skin color changed. Tried to change it back and it costs 100 dark crystals. Not even going to bother reaching out to customer support. I used to LOVE this game but it has eroded horribly and the updates constantly mess up stuff that costs money. My crew got deleted randomly one day not by me it just wasn’t there. I spent real money on dark crystals and used some to start a crew. I reached out to customer service and they never responded. It’s been MONTHS as it happened early on in my game and I’ve been playing since release. Now I just login and do daily’s but I can’t feel the same connection knowing issues won’t be addressed ESPECIALLY as a paying customer it’s a huge red flag. Beware

Lovely Game!. Real quickly, to all the reviewers who left one stars saying it was under maintenance, there’s a pop up that you see when you enter the game saying that the reason you could download it early was so players could get a head start, and download before the game releases to actually get in the action faster. Now that TOF is actually released, I would like to say it’s really fun so far. While it may be a bit hard to find an available server, it doesn’t take too long. The gameplay is enjoyable, has great graphics, and I love the character customization! Usually, I put down these types of games because I don’t really like the quality, since I’m used to Genshin Impact level graphics. However, it’s like the graphic quality and those games combined. I personally like this game A LOT better than Genshin Impact. And I’m not really sure what else to say. I honestly expected this game to not be that good, but it received a lot of hype so I thought I should check it out. I’m glad I did.

Awesome game but. Tower of Fantasy is awesome and was definitely worth the wait but not really worth deleting half my apps for it. The good things is that this game is perfect if you don’t have space for genshin impact. And like most mobile user I don’t have space for genshin so I play this instead. This game is really fun and helps pass time. I would really recommend you downloading it. The bad things are that when I try to play the game immediately crashes. But if it doesn’t crash while loading and I actually get to play I get stuck on the watchers fight part because when ever the attack message shows up my game crashes and it happens every time and I don’t know what to do. I tried turning my phone on and off but it never seems to work so I don’t know if this is a bug but if it is a bug please fix it and I’m sorry if it sounds like I’m rushing but please take your time cause I know the game is new so of course it’s going to be a few bugs.

Replace Genshin? Pft. I never even downloaded Genshin.. Tower of Fantasy is absolutely amazing. Easy controls, smooth character progression, aesthetically pleasing, super interactive map, an fun achievements system! This game has everything you need for an MMORPG. Oh, and the best part? You get your weapons through a gacha system; using items collected through rewards or scavenging the map. Then you can upgrade said weapons with upgrade materials; also collected through rewards and scavenging. I’m a fanatic for bows, I’ve only been playing for less than a day and I already have 3 different bows and a cannon[I haven’t used]; my latest bow being of SSR rating!! If you’ve been going crazy about finding an interesting game that’ll captivate your attention for hours, and you’re sure you won’t rage quit, this is the game! P.S. I just took out my first boss by myself; I was only 3 levels higher than it and attack patterns are easy to maneuver[keep in mind I use the bow]!

It’s a good game, but I’m not a big fan of the combat. For me coming from genshin, I don’t think it is going to overtake genshin. The characters aren’t loving and as rememberable as genshin’s characters. The fighting system to me is clunky and could use some work. It just feels like I’m spamming buttons and then switching to a different weapon and doing the same thing. I don’t know what i’m doing. Ive played honkai like 2 or 3 times and I can tell you Honkai’s fighting is more smooth and satisfying than tof. If they should make changes it would probably add reactions whether weapon reactions like shatter or elemental reactions. Or maybe add combos, like there higher the your combo the higher the damage multiplier However a thing that this game does good is the gacha system and its generous free pulls. I got 3 SSR’s in 2 days. The story isn’t bad but it’s not as good as genshins. World exploration is kind of a pain especially since their aren’t enough teleport waypoints. Its also kind of annoying how all the chests are like high up and it forces you to use your jetpack and like the cooldown is like 90 something seconds. The stamina system is not bad but could be way better as climbing 2 feet uses all of your stamina. The energy system is confusing. For genshin, resin is simple, you what to spend your resin on. For tof I don’t know what to use my energy for cause they just shove everything in your face all at once.

Ugly and bad. New cyberpunk 2077? Plagiarism!. The game is basically genshin impact but feels less polished. I ran into so many bug or errors. I have fell through the map like 5 times. Game has crashed probably about 10 times or more one time I was in a boss fight had to redo that area. Action doesn’t feel as good as genshin. I can’t even find something to compliment them about cause so many games do it better. It’s pretty much a dead game In china from what I heard and from my 7hours of playing more negative than positive. Combat is pretty flat. Voice acting is subpar. Character model honestly are bad they’re so basic when you really come and compare other mobile game characters even raid shadow legend has better character and that game is god awful! The enemies are just not inspiring. Climbing a rock I fell through the map flying the jet when dashing down to the ground fell through the map. Game was not ready for a release in us buggy game and just not polished should not be praised. Last game that was this unpleasant and unpolished was cyberpunk 2077. Awful game. IF YOUR GAME IS CRASHING THEN IT WASNT READY. Where are the bug tester this should have been a easy fix sad the game industry has people like this making games. Don’t even get me started with there plagiarism scandal they had! Yes you heard me right.. unoriginal garbage! Hope this game dies fast!

Environment discourages exploration. Man I adore this kind of Ui style. It really has a nice design language that I wish many more games had (along with its sound effects.) It’s cold and robotic and it matches the aesthetic of technology. This game then features awesome rides for you to acquire such as a motorcycle and such. That being said the gameplay is mid, not much worth complementing. I don’t like the lack of climbing, the jet pack, and just the environment in general from the graphics to the chests I found. If the environment is going to be trash tier in layout then the jet pack or climbing should be better. Unfortunately they aren’t. Other games have batter textures (even though they are mobile) and overall much more player accessible types of environments that this game should have brought out with following updates. I’m uninstalling because I noticed I often found myself walking in a wide boring sidewalk with no design or texture. It feels cold and barren and moreover especially when I just see long slopes that I want to get on top of but can’t because then I would have to use my jetpack but it has a 90 second cooldown, heavily discouraging expiration.

Surprised me.. Coming from Genshin Impact, I was pleasantly surprised how generous this game really is with all the currency it gives out through logins, events, and maintenance compensation. I think it’s fair to say this game definitely has the free to play player in mind which in my opinion is incredible. The game does have many events and ways you can spend your money but it doesn’t force you to spend. The exploration in this game is incredible, super fun and relaxing. The characters and weapons in this game are awesome. Finally most importantly you can actually play with a lot of people online. You can join a crew with active players you can match make into activities to use your vitality which is the energy system, but the cool thing is when you’re out of vitality you can still queue and get support currency for participating and that currency offers you some goodies as well. The game feels like a MMORpg. GL and have fun. Spend responsibly.

Another marvel not meant for mobile. First of all, just like in my other reviews, I’m going to try and make this as short as possible and simply explain that this game, like many of the other recent, massive, open-world games, is absolutely brilliant, but Towers of Fantasy, nonetheless boasts its pros and cons. First of all, 12 gb of storage demand should be the first evidential warning that signifies how Tower of Fantasy will encounter lag, crashing, and loading issues, not because the game isn’t developed properly, but because mobile devices can NOT manipulate the thousands of assets in a game like this alongside explicit graphics and dialogue without hiccups because mobile devices aren’t developed like PCs where you have several intricate processors and gizmos dedicated to carrying out hundreds of thousands of different assets at once. In fact, just because Tower of Fantasy runs on mobile doesn’t mean it will always WORK on mobile and I’ve tested this game on both my iPad Pro and iPhone 13 to prove it; both of those devices have over 100 gb of free space left and after playing Tower of Fantasy on mobile and on my PC, the sheer # of crashes and failures on mobile vs the seamless gameplay on pc obviously clarified the issue. That being stated, Tower of Fantasy is absolutely impressive and definitely worth playing, but evidently, with all its demands, best suited to the realm of pc gaming rather than mobile.

Too Similar. It’s a good game I’ll give you that. It’s a bit choppy but most people can overlook that. Something not a lot of people can overlook is how vastly similar it is to Genshin Impact. Even some people that were promoting it constantly compared it to Genshin Impact. It’s just too alike. It has some unique features like character customization and weapon switching along with a mount. But it’s just too similar. Even the opening cutscene is like Genshin Impacts. Big trouble, needs to split up, and slow motion while you choose not only the male or female, but the name too. I haven’t played the full game yet but I’m about 30 minutes in and there’s just too many similarities. Even the item pick up and search buttons are roughly the same. Like the subtitles were bad enough when they didn’t match up to what the voices were saying but to make their area similar to Genshin? Come on. Even the Gacha grabs are overly stupid. The elements? Yeah there are less than Genshin but the way you made them is not unique. Potential spoiler alert too, judging from the opening cutscene, I feel like the person you don’t judge is gonna appear to be brain washed and seem evil, just like Genshin Impact. In conclusion, it’s a decent game, just too much like Genshin Impact

Amazing!! Until I lost all my progress…. I love this game. The characters, the art style, the aesthetic, everything! However, I literally just lost ALL of my progress out of nowhere just 2 minutes ago.. Be careful! Update: I am getting this game again. I think it might’ve been because I forgot to log in. As a Genshin player, this game feels quite similar to Genshin, however it is not Genshin and I feel that it really shouldn’t be compared as such. It’s getting kind of annoying seeing everyone compare this game to it. This is definitely meant to be more of a computer game rather than a mobile one, as the graphics are high and the world is huge, which a mobile device can only take so much of. The game does tend to crash, however it doesn’t hinder it unplayable. This game feels genuinely free to play, and the mechanics are quite easy to learn and get the hang of, despite it being kind of clunky. It’s not hard to unlock characters and it isn’t hard to obtain gachapon currency. The characters aren’t super rememberable, however that’s not the case for me because I had a hyperfixation with this game and I know a lot of the characters by heart. It just depends on the person. That’s pretty much all I have to say. I might add things later if my opinion changes after I’ve downloaded for a second try.

I love tower of fantasy. Coming from an endgame genshin player, when tower of fantasy came out I really did expect a rip off of Genshin Impact. However I was disproven. Instead I fell in love with the game and practically dropped genshin, what most players don’t understand is that there’s more than one RPG game (other than genshin). And I am forced to admit I was within that bubble before I tried out tower of fantasy. I like the combat system, I love the characters, and I am in love with the map. I enjoy the idea of an open map with its many other additions like running into people and hunting down bosses. Tower of fantasy takes a lot of teamwork and that’s what I like about it, I’ve made quite good friends so far and have enjoyed every minute of gameplay. Tower of fantasy isn’t stingy with in-game currency. There’s bugs like all games but those can be fixed with time. I am excited to see where this game goes, I’m now nearing lvl 50, and the game is well worth your while. I would recommend anyone to try it, it has not fried my phone unlike other users complaints. And it’s not that glitchy, though when all players are spamming bursts (roughly 8 players at a time) then yeah, it gets hectic. Tower of fantasy is my new favorite game, I hope others check it out because it really does take the cake for me. :)

Exceptional title, a true competitor!. This game is absolutely beautiful, the world is massive, the environment is extremely thoughtful, it executes a fresh sort of Borderlands dystopian vibe mixed in the Genshin formula, the dialogue is often clever, the pulls are fair, the PC client is very acceptable, and overall its 2nd to one. Read that again, 2nd to ONE lol. We know there is a wave of developers coming to take a stab at the Genshin formula. Yea, I’m looking at you ToF, Noah’s Heart, Legend of Neverland. The bottom line is no one will be able to use that formula better than Genshin. It’s like the Krabby Patty recipe and MiHoYo is Mr. Krabs. Is this a good game to invest time in and explore? Without a doubt. Is this game worth a long term investment compared to the current front runner? That’s ultimately up to you, but I would say no. What I mean by this is, I would stake my long term progression and bigger purchased pulls on Genshin. I’ll still run ToF up to the daily level caps, enjoy the world, and casually get some pulls here and there. But, in the end, the king/queen of the genre still wears the crown.

Been playing for a while and it’s a very good game :). I don’t necessarily write reviews because I wouldn’t know what to say but this game is really fun, it has so many adventures you can do, many mini games you can play and the exciting thing is that this game usually updates every once in a while which it isn’t a problem to me. However there is something that really really annoys me, when the new update came out I was very excited to play and then the game always crashes in every like 5 minutes so sometimes I would miss the cutscene or lose some progress during the story. It’s really annoying i don’t know if it just the game itself or my phone storage. But it’s getting annoying now, and I hope you (the developers) can see this and fix this immediately it’s becoming a problem to me. But all that aside, this is a very good I recommend playing it for you’re looking for a good mobile game to play. Keep up the great work. :D

Hear me out.. I don’t usually go out of my way to make a review for a game because end of the day, it is what it is, BUT I’ve experienced something amazing here. There is a lot going on in regards of this game. Drama/Accusations/etc. and all I can say is give it a fair try first. I do have my complaints gameplay wise but it’s things that I’m sure will get fixed as the game ages. Those complaints is translation errors, time-gated content (which gets less and less as time goes on), and weapon variety, which again will fix over time. But as the game now it’s a solid MMORPG, that respects your time. You don’t have to FOMO out of your mind to keep up. You can play a couple of hours and go do something else. The Sci-Fi anime aesthetic is enjoyable, and if you see someone trying to compare this game to something else it’s not comparable because it’s doing what it does on a different level.

Fun game that needs improvement with controller support.. Glad that there’s controller support from the start but it does need refinement and polish in some areas. 4. Show what buttons are assigned to what action on the UI. I like the game these suggestion can only improve the experience to everyone!

Lord I’m suffering.. Okay so the game is ‘alright’ (but I hate to admit it’s far worse than Genshin). The graphics are kinda meh and the character system isn’t as generous as I thought it would be. Pulling several times would probably guarantee you around 1 or two new team members and even then the results are quite underwhelming. The fighting mechanics confuse the hell out of me and I honestly don’t exactly recommend it, I would only download it if you got bored of better games like Genshin, honkai, etc. Another aspect is that world exploration is extremely underwhelming. Sure, the main buildings and such are quite beautiful but other structures are repetitive and annoying. There are so many things that waste your time and I genuinely don’t recommend it thus far. Hopefullly the game gets better as it updates.

It’s really fun at the start. I’ve been having frustration because it keeps on crashing and it makes me really really angry. Please fix it my tablets, updated over 12 so I can’t be my tablet

Meh. Well let’s see cuts scenes can’t be skipped when dying, game movement is way to sensitive, camera movements are on meth an so far recovery items do little to no restoration, characters stop talking while they talk, game boots you randomly, an the only good thing so far is the background. Did over look a lot of these but decided not to anymore after I’ve died 6 times so far due to unskippable cutscenes that showed little to no value or point that also took way to long to move on from. What a waste of a game

Nice. This game is really good. It is different to other MMORPG. For example, Genshin is very oriental and very authentic and this is very different. It is more technologically advanced like jet packs. Also, I heard lots of people complain about the crashing and the bugs. I UNDERSTAND THAT. This is a new game. Who would expect a game to run like a charm immediately unless you are a game critic. Anyway. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR LAUNCH AND RELEASE. P.s I love the early SSR on 30 pity ;)

Buggy. Incredibly buggy, movement controls unintuitive, heck, you can’t even climb a ladder properly, this game does not value your time, mechanisms make you wait, gadgets make you wait, even chests make you wait. Not worth downloading. The gacha isn’t as generous as you think, the currency you can get for free in the overworld is used for summons that DO NOT HAVE GUARANTEED PITY, the rate on that banner are also HALF of other banners. Game looks ok on the surface but has many flaws the more you play. Not to mention the cutscenes are clunky, plot is boring and characters motivations cringe inducing. Guides are unintuitive, markers on the map are confusing and not to mention the stamina depletes incredibly quickly, you’re better off playing genshin or whatever at this point.

Great game. This is the best game I saw and this game is very good but 2 things I think you need change the first one is level the level growing up very slow and the 2 is the exp the exp going up toooooooooooooooo slow so pls change

Profoundly disappointing. The gacha rates are even more stingy than Genshin which is completely unacceptable given that the lack of mechanics such as the elemental system means that you need more weapons (comparable to characters in Genshin or PGR) to stay engaged. But the pulls that can be earned in game are worse than the paid ones and don’t even have pity. All that would already make this game borderline not worth while but the final nail in the coffin is that it takes up like 12GB and more to install updates. No thank you

:/. This game is really fun the only issue is that the game will keep crashing and I cant even get in the game I do this over 10 TIMES but it will crash repeatedly so I have been really sad and annoyed so please fix and remove the crashes cause this is very ANNOYING and it looked cool I mirroia but I cant even go in hykros to go to Vera cuz the crashing is making me have a bad day

Can’t even play it. So when I first downloaded the app it was working for 5 minutes and I got through a little bit of game play then it got out of the game completely and sent me back to my Home Screen, I thought it was just my storage so I undownloaded a lot of apps and some photos but when I tried to log in same thing happened but in less time, I have an iPhone so I know it’s compatible with my device, I’ve tried 6 times now and still sends me back to my Home Screen before I even get to enter the game, Pls fix this when u can because the first 5 minutes I thought were really good, I know a lot of time was put into this game and I appreciate the work, if only I could see it for myself, Really wish I could actually play it and see how amazing it actually is.

IOS iPhone players. after Innars(2.5) came out it’s been borderline unplayable, unpleasant and horrible crashing every 10 seconds, a person should not have to upgrade a device to play a game that they have invested so much time on? You’d hope as a company you care about your players but your self-serving profiteering interests are absolutely abhorrent, I gave this game a chance because I saw something in it and now I just see what everyone else sees. You should look at the subreddit of this game if you wanna see where you’re really going wrong as a company.

Good so far, but…. I’ve been playing this game for about 15 minutes and it’s really good, except.., It kicks me out when ever I join, I can’t even get in the game anymore. The main reason I got this game was character customisation, and it’s a key feature too being advertised is most if not ALL of the adds yet I get kicked out constantly the moment I get to it. I’ll keep the game installed for now as it’s only an new game being released a couple of days ago. Not to mention, I’m on a good server and it’s happened multiple times now. So if this is a GOOD server what could the bad ones be like? My iPad is quite old but if I can download it, it should work? The game really needs to fix the crashing problem I’ve seen a lot of other reviews saying stuff like this, if it’s not fixed in the next couple of updates I’ll definitely delete it. I mean it’s not playable why not? Basically please fix the crashing problem, it’s such a waste for what looks like an amazing game! (I must say if it gets fixed from what I’ve seen it would be five stars)

genshin debate. so tower of fantasy is fricking awsome ! i really love it and it’s the first time in awhile i’ve enjoyed a game so much, yess for the genshin players that now moved to tower of fantasy we can all agree it is much more enjoyable then genshin. Even though the artstyle in genshin is more up my ally tower of fantasy has so much more 2 do 🫶🫶🫶🫶💕💕💕💕💕

Good MMORPG. However currently as I’m sure you’re aware the game is crashing constantly. I sometimes crash 6-7 times before I actually get into the game and if I suddenly move the camera it crashes again. Running on iPad 9th gen. Genshin and other high quality games have run super smooth with max graphics so why can’t this? Even on low graphics i sometimes crash more

it’s ok.. it’s not good or bad. it’s somewhere between the middle line. on one hand, some aspects (e.g. character customisation) of the game are phenomenal, while others are extremely lacking. i’m running this game on the iphone13 pro max with it’s a15 chip yet i still see some issues with the frame rate and overall cutscenes. it’s extremely disappointing. the soundtrack is decent, the world is decent too, character animations could use some work (it does not feel smooth). i can’t help but think this should have been left alone to be polished up just a bit more. given time and updates, hopefully this game will improve.

Great!. I’ve been playing Tower of Fantasy for a few hours now and I have really been enjoying the gameplay and customization. Even npcs all each have a unique design, which I think is really impressive and nice to see. However, there are a few issues with the game, as all games have The game (seems) to advertise diverse skin coloring (I’m not sure if it actually does that’s just what I was told), but outside of a few ashy shades there’s not really any room for making a non pale character. What was the reason for adding 17 different shades of pale but not in dark skin? I just don’t really see a reason for it imo. The npcs and playable characters are also lacking in more diverse skin tones. Recommendations for the character customization could perhaps be a wheel and color slider thing similar to the clothing color picker? The other issue is with lags and animation. The animations are a little choppy and it was hard to get into the game right at its start up, but that’s understandable considering it’s a new game that already has millions of players. Other than that, I really enjoyed being able to skip through the story and hunt for chests, I find the fighting gameplay really fun and can’t wait to play more, keep up the great work :)

Crashes a lot. I really want to play it, I’ve been waiting for it’s release, although I played a bit and then my game crashed. So then I was getting back into the game but right before I loaded in my game crashed, I tried again and it crashed again. I don’t know if it’s because I have an iPad 6th gen, so please tell me if it’s the model

Great game. I love it. Been playing over a month and of all the mobile/tablet games of similar nature, I like this the most. There is so much free upgrades in open world content. The open world content also grows at rapid pace. Been able to find people to help at all levels of play so there isn’t the mad rush to end game pressure compared to other games.

Súper fun and very rewarding for F2P. i have not spent a single dollar on this game and I have already gotten 4 SSR. The rewarding and pity system is insane in the good way. The game does not feel lonely at all, everyone is super nice and the current map is full of activities. Top game for me.

Great game, lots of fun and some good stories too. Good story line, some characters are very complex which adds to their intriguing arc. Controls and HUB interface are fantastic for a game limited to touch screen only. Some content is very time consuming, some can be completed in 5-10mins which I like as it’s dealers choice. Obtaining characters can be a grind, money helps but isn’t a sustainable option for myself. Now in saying that my goodness when you do get new characters or you duplicate those already in your roster it’s a wonderful feeling! Some of the main + side story missions, along with quests, challenges and open world interactions can be tough to remember. I think it depends on when you first learned it (weeks, months etc) and if it was written well enough (in or) during the tutorial. Overall I’m enjoying the game a lot, one of My Offspring plays the game along side and hopefully a console very of TOF is possible… -13C

My 2c. i played this game a while back and just remembered it i played using a controller but the controls were confusing and didn’t make sense and you couldn’t change the controls the gameplay itself was janky and the storyline made no sense to me but i might’ve just been impatient this wasn’t for me which is sad cause people hyped it up so much and it looked pretty fun :/

better device support please!!!. I’d love to play this game, but it’s super frustrating when I try to load but it continues to crash on 99%!! Mind you I’m playing on an iPhone 8 with 65GB storage… I try the lowest settings for graphics but it makes the crashing worse? Please add a feature that optimizes the game for your device, this would be great. Thanks!

It’s OK. At first when I saw the cutscenes and the gameplay I definitely liked it but as I got in like 10 minutes I got to the scene were they take my memories away and then it just freezes then crashes I’ll Maybe keep the game for now maybe, but if it does not get fixed when October comes I just delete it and play genshin impact instead and never come back.

Copying genshin..?. Graphics is the same the controls even look basically the same (on mobile) and I have seen some ratings on how genshin is boring well in my opinion if genshin was new everyone would atleast kinda want to down load it I mean I’ve seen so many apps tryna copy genshin and I don’t get y it can’t be a bit inspiration? Than just basically changing and adding a few things I’m sorry if this offends you in anyway cause I’m over reacting or something but to be honest I don’t get what the hype is alll about over this game?.

Issue. I have been playing the game for a few days and i absolutely enjoy it. However, the game keeps crashing and it turns me off. It makes me not want to play it as it is annoying. I checked my iPad storage and i have plenty of storage left so i dont think thats an issue. My iPad is generation 7 and is always up to date. It’s a really good game. I love the graphics and the gameplay. But please fix the crashing. Thanks

Yeah nah. Can’t even play it due to device incompatibility. I was able to do the download it and get through the tutorial (?) but I can’t even go past the point where we meet Celine. It would be appreciated if they could expand the availability of this game to comfortably suit older devices. Even being able to play with crashes here and there would be preferable, but I am unable to even enter the server as it overall crashes the whole game. Ig I’m staying with Genshin since I can actually take a few steps before crashing.

Disappointing game and disgusting design. Long story short, game is worse than I have expected 1. The control is very troubling, the battle animations is rather very stupid and can’t even stop once started. Plus the input lag and dodge mechanics, the battle is vey mess, confusing and boring. 2. The story is ok but far from interesting, some of the cut scenes are not even finished or very jumping. 3. The game gearing system is very confusing to a level it become very annoying. 4. The design of using dodge to activate skills are really killing game, dodge in MMO, you must be out of your mind! 5. Too many other negatives comparing to Genshin, the game is NOT even smooth, it is more like bunch of unfinished functions stick together and become an disgusting monster. 6. Asian server didn’t support Korean or Chinese ? Are you kidding me? This game is a freaking money grabbing rubbish! Don’t think it can even push a free 5stars from genshin impact.

It tried I guess. I’ve played it for a few hours which doesn’t include the time I attempted to even launch the game without crashing. The characters move so funny, I understand they wanted to make them more expressive but it’s kind of distracting. It’s not a genshin copy necessarily but it sure did take tons of inspiration, so the experience is similar but worse. I will compliment the game design and visual because it fits the style, also good gacha rates. However, the loli…. Play if you want I won’t stop you just don’t have high expectations

Nice game. 4.5 stars. Similar to genshin impact but easier for f2p player, simple gameplay, but looking for black nucleuses feels repetitive. And for those that think dodging is “hard” I would like to tell you that’s ur skill issue, just get better at the game. Game is not laggy for me if it is for any of you out there that’s ur device’s problem, Tof is much easier to run than genshin. Improvements can be the climbing, sometimes I’m on a climbable wall but it character just won’t grab on, characters turning feels bad because when you’re on an edge and looking over, you can’t turn back because you’ll fall cuz character can’t physically walk back one step but instead they have to walk forward to make a turn.

Honest review. It’s a decent game with good graphics and thought out play style. Rates are generous and although they had a rocky launch, it happens and the main thing is that they’ve mostly fixed that issue. It’s a great game but I find myself losing interest as one of the more important aspects of an open world (in my opinion) the exploration aspect, is somewhat lacking in this game. There’s a few unique puzzles and interesting structures but not enough for me to keep wanting to go back to it often. Overall a decent game and good luck to the devs!

Ok. I love this game and it’s one of my favourite games to play, but when I need to get the doctor Claire, I can’t get up to Circus Island because it’s very unclear on how to get there. I follow the blue Trail and it stops at a certain point, I can’t go up or climb anything, because it’s too high up and my energy levels would go low.

Crashing. Keeps crashing every few minutes, usually when I open the menu or the map. I like the game but the crashing is rlly making this unplayable at times. Hope this can get fixed at some point :)

I need help!. I downloaded this game and I was really exited! But as soon as I was in the loading page it said error try again or something like that. Is there any way to fix this? and I’m playing on phone. I have no other games on my phone it’s new and there is no way I have no storage I’ve used it like 5 times!!! But I have seen good reviews on the app so I’m exited but please help!!

Average game. A comeback player here! I used to whale a lot in ToF, but now, I just enjoy myself as a friendly F2P player. The first reason for me to stop whaling into this game is because of its P2W system. For a game that has PvP content, it's understandable that the developer need to make stronger characters over time so the company can earn more from the players. Sometime, the powercreep problem also happens in PvE, I'm not really happy with this as well. But still, I hope that some old characters still has their place to shine. The second reason why I decided to stop putting much effort into this game like I used to is because it's always takes me decades to update the game. I've been waiting for like... a whole hour just to reach from 1% to 95% at the in-game updating screen. Other reasons are: the UI is still bad, the translation are also not that good, the game connection when there are multiple players in one place is ridiculously bad, and the story is mediocre. Some good things about this game are: I like the character designs, I really enjoy them, especially the idea of weapons variety. Each characters has their own combos and their own weapons as well. That's... everything I can say about the bright side of this game. Over all, I want to give it a 2.5 over 5 star, but I can't do that. So it's a 2/5 for me.

Some character glitches. The game is amazing, like a futuristic version of Genshin Impact! However there was a glitch or sort I saw. During some of the cutscenes, my character was displayed as short even tho I made my character really tall

Same mechanics as Genshin with lots of bugs. Game play isn’t too bad, can’t invert y-axis controls. Bugs where the missions don’t update and I’ve progressed to character L14 and now it appears to have a bug where the food source animals don’t die no matter how many times you hit them. It has potential to be a reasonable game if it wasn’t for the bugs and need to restart each time a bug occurs.

No. Just no.. When I first downloaded this I was really excited but it completely failed my expectations, the game was full of bugs and the animations looked really bad. Storyline was uninteresting and was just a simplified version of the Genshin storyline, characters had no personality and had no interesting backstory and the lore didn’t add up. The storage was twice Genshins storage and didn’t even include as much details, voice actor clearly did not put in any effort and sounded dull with literally no emotions. The style and placement of icons are exactly the same as those in Genshin. I’m sorry to put a low review but I’m sure I’ll play this game again if you can fix up some of the bugs like maybe improving the battle quality and wishing animations.

It’s OK. It’s alright for what it is, and compared to other mobile titles it’s obviously great, but it shows its influences a little to obviously. It’s pretty obvious this game is trying to be like Genshin Impact. From UI design to progression systems, gameplay mechanics, and even the story’s motivation for the player, it’s pretty blatant. There are some larger differences like combat which feels a lot more satisfying with extended combos and aerial combat, along with the weapon system, but to achieve this the game seems to sacrifice a lot of the depth found in Genshin’s elemental reactions and character builds. There are also things like certain mechanics and enemy animations that seem heavily… inspired… by other games as well. One early boss in the story has the exact same move set as a character from Devil May Cry, to the point where I could literally name each combo being copied from that game. This sort of thing isn’t usually that big of an issue; Genshin itself gets a lot of flack for taking heavy inspiration from things like Devil May Cry’s animations and Breath of the Wild’s game design, but with Genshin there’s always enough to make it feel distinct and the execution is always top notch, where as here it starts to feel like just a collage of different games and, without the polish Genshin has, it starts to feel a little cheap.

Good game hated by toxic fandom. Don’t let genshin players ruin your opinion of a game. This game doesn’t have the best story but has a unique co-op charm to it that makes it unbelievably fun. Character customisation is fun and the MMORPG concept is very nice. Not only they but I feel that the game only improves as time goes on with each update and Vera being a significant improvement making the world feel alive. Many negative reviews would either point out the bugs or are just Genshin fans who have nothing better to do in their content drought. Play the game and formulate an opinion for yourself

My personal opinion. I thought it would be a game I just try the beta for then just drop but it has been very addictive. After completing Genshin impact I wasn’t expecting much from this genre but then I tried tower of fantasy and haven’t been less bored since. It’s a fresh start and not very complicated it is probably a great game for beginners to get adjusted to this genre.

Quite boring. This game, although it has cute characters, is really boring. It lacks the special “something” that many other similar games have (Genshin Impact, Zelda BoTW, Punishing GR). The landscapes are cool but it got boring after only 12 days. It just lacks the element which brings you back. Also drop rates are really low.

It was better then avarage. The game is very good I especially like how u can attack mid air. I really like the characters they are really nice I like them more then the Genshin ones however it always kicks me out of the app my device I’m playing on is really good, and has allot of storage so I really don’t know why it does that it happens every 5 mins and it’s really annoying

Cannot change the visual gender of avatar. Due to the game being laggy at launch I inadvertently selected the incorrect gender model. I read online that you can change your gender a little Into the game. I have now found that it doesn’t actually change the avatars model and is only a gender tag for other player to know your gender. Aside from that being terrible this developer doesn’t even provide an option to delete your character. So I guess 1-star until I can either change my gender or delete my character to remake it.

has good potential. so been playing for a few days, won’t lie, the start was a little rocky, didn’t really find the story too interesting, but it definitely got better later on. love the mechanics such as double jumping and the combat airtime. the mmorpg side of the game, guilds, meeting other players and fighting bosses is super fun, can get a little laggy, but hasn’t really interrupted or bothered me too much. my only really, well, request i guess is to up the graphics, i think the game could look so much better and really make it even more enjoyable to explore. anyway, i recommend giving it a go, the community and people i’ve met in game have been really friendly so far, hope this game lasts 👍

Good, not in quality. ToF has a concept that is right on the money. Open world, combined with QTE mechanics, combined with Devil May Cry-esque aerial motion and Hoyoverse aesthetic. While this is all exciting, the game itself is not up to standard. Ladders that (unintentionally) throw you off at the top, movement delays after grappling and a completely broken anti-cheat are just a few to name. If you come from a Hoyoverse title, prepare to be let down a little; this clunkiness and lack of security will take some getting used to. Great concept, poor execution.

The game should be called tower of not working. I need help because like when I go onto loading page like I downloaded it and I was really excited loading page it says error try again not enough storage and like the most deleted all my games I don’t want to delete more can I delete photos as well is there to do it because I don’t want to delete any more of my game 😥 like I said I can’t even get in to the wording but it says error destruction of update please get more storage like I’m deleting every single game of gotten it still says it like a re-downloaded it 16 times and I’m not getting any luck if you know what to do can you tell me because I can’t download it please!!!!!,!,!!!!,!!!! Ok

Such a fun game. I love this game it’s so fun! However could you make more ways to custom your character (especially the skin colour) also the game tends to crash al lot 😫 and the servers, are hard to find smooth ones. That that I love this game it’s very fun

It’s good. I played it when I first came out and there was really no story guide and the graphics where bad! But they’ve really upped themselves I love this game now the graphics are amazing the character customisation is great! I really do love it

Everything I wanted it to be. Heaps of fun and very Free to play friendly compared to genshin! The Chinese version gives us a glimpse at the upcoming content… and wow, we are in for a treat. The studio is also very transparent and great at communicating to the player base

Crashing still needs to be fixed. I just started playing this game yesterday, but crashing is still a major issue in this game. I cannot get passed the stage when Shirli gets inside the machine and comes back with monsters. She screams,”I hate bugs!” Is it okay if you can still work on that if you’re not already, cause it gets boring when I can’t get passed that stage. Thanks

it's so bad. Every game is different. Can't compare Genshin with a newly released game, but frankly, the game still has too many bugs, even just released, it needs to be completed in the opening. However, it is very disappointing that a game like this for me looks very good, but when I experience it, it is like a half-baked, incomplete game. I will wait for the future and will return to the game when the bugs have been thoroughly fixed.

can't play at all. it says that i don't have enough storage available but i have over 20go left...

No Chinese. In language they show Chinese but in game on options for chinese

"Not even disk space"... are you sure?. Upon downloading for the first time, the game tells me I don't have enough disk space. I looked online and found that there's about 12GB of stuff to download. I have more than 20GB of free space. Perhaps the game could, firstly, tell me exactly how much storage I need so I know when to stop deleting stuff; and secondly, actually work when I have space.

Horrible. I literally just got the game and every time I open it I kicks me out I mean the game is so bad it won’t let me play it

Can’t even play. The game looked so fun but when I start it it does nothing, theres a progress bar but it doesn’t move

Bruh. Are you serious they literly took SO MANY THINGS from Genshin Impact like character designs some of the story idle animations and more if you want a better game play Genshin.m

Get ur own designs. U did not add a desert with pyramids almost the same as genshin impact’s

Why???. I downloaded this game but it won’t even load and it doesn’t have any space to download not that type of game to download and a copy of genshin impact crazy.

I simply love it. The moment I have free time during the day or night, Its all I play!!

Same crash point as others. Crashes after the first electric door, as pointed out by others.

Kicking me out of game. I keep getting kicked out when i click start

I actually like this more than Genshin!. I think I might get a lot of haters for this comment but honestly as someone who has played genshin before I think this game has the two main things I always wished genshin had: avatar customization and the multi-player functionality. I love the animation and graphics and the controls on mobile are pretty much the same as genshin. So compared to those who say this is a genshin rip off I look at it more as an upgrade from Yahoo 360 to facebook. My only complaint about this game though is: Its servers: for some reason it disconnects and glitches from time to time. The double arena mode is basically unplayabledue due to the lags (the developers should have already noticed it by now). Also for some reason I don't see many people in the server I am in. I'm not sure if it's related to the specific server I am in or just the way the game is right now but that kind of defeats the whole purpose of the multiplayer function. It would have been great if we could switch servers without having to recreate our characters from the scratch and loosing progress.

Kicked out. Evry 10 min or so I get kicked out of the game for no reason and it starting to get on my nerve •v• fix yo game

low quality. the game is low quality. and there's too many similarities to genshin impact and honkai impact

Dum players. To anyone complaining about tof copying of Genshin, just know that Genshin has the most basic attack patterns, and has literally copy and pasted off of breath of the wild. Also for players complaining about disk space, graphics, lag, etc, get a pc cuz this game ain’t for mobile. My experience playing was quite enjoyable, but I dislike the amount of people hating on it with ill reason too.

tof bugs. not smooth playing.. i’m enjoying this game but a lot of bugs. the climbing thing makes me annoyed so bad. My mood for this game is going down. annoying

Crashes a lot. This could have been my new fav game; but its hard to get into when it crashes during every story cut and ur having to reload every 3 mins.

A retarded ldiot developer thought. The dimension level can only go UP... GENSHIN IMPACT since the launch they put the Choice of lowering the level world but you ldiots can't And every time I need to hunt a whale I need to ask for help with 80k of gs when your fkng text said that my dimension was just good with 50k xDDD 50K of pure atack???

Simply Will Not Work. Just like in another review, with over 10GB of space on my iPad, the game still will not work, saying there isn’t enough “disk space” with no further explanation.

Nice. Tower of Fantasy is actually a really fun game for me (do not listen to the 1star comments). Yes, people may argue that ToF is not “original” but I partially disagree; while gameplay wise is rather similar (and even then there are clear differences in combat) to Genshin, its character development and story is completely different. Graphic wise, scenery is a bit worse but the customizable skin for MC is really nice. The gacha rate for ssrs are better than a lot of other games so it’s considered to be more f2p friendly, apart from PvP portion. I still like PvP though it’s rather p2w (I haven’t spent a single cent… yet). If you have enough space to download, I highly recommend trying it out, if it’s not your jam then move on. We are all here just to have fun, right? (At least I am)

Sad. I don’t have a computer so I tried My iPad on its not letting me in :(

Why. I was really exited and I started the adventure but after the phase with the electric door it load but it directly crash

Kicking me out.. I use an IPad for when I’m okay Tower Of Fantasy, but whenever I press onto one of the tiles from the 3 button on the top right side it always kicks me out of the game. The sever I play on is green whenever I play, and I just started so I don’t really like going back in and out again just to play the game.

Trash. This game sucks the only good thing about it is the character customisation. People hyped it up so much so i was expecting more just for it to have terrible voice acting, terrible plot, terrible gameplay etc.

Just play genshin. Tower of Flop is just Walmart genshin. If you like this game, or like how it looks in the ads, get genshin! It takes up a lot of storage but it’s worth it I promise

Bruh. If u fr gon copy. At least make it look good. Aint smooth bad animation fight style all similar to a particular game(if ykyk)

Genshin this is not.. Controls are really finicky, and it can be hard to land on platforms to get items. In addition, relics you need to complete puzzles have significant cooldowns, so often you are waiting to do something simple. Combat is monotonous and I can’t tell the difference between one attack and the next so such spam and it works out. There is production value here, but overall it falls short of anything memorable.

It won’t load. It says update error try again but when I try again it says that again ☹️

keeps crashing. Once I got in the game and finally started playing it crashed the game every time I try and go in, please fix this!

Decent. Overall it is a fun game to play with a lot of activities to do, it has plenty of raids, dungeons, exploration and some daily missions. However the concept of damage is tied too heavily with your matrices and the stars of your characters. You need 7 of a single unit in order to reach 7star and it can cost a decent amount to reach that with rng being a massive part of whether or not you will get the character you want. Afterwards the matrices you need 4 of each slot to get a full set to 3star matrices which means you need a total of 16 of the correct matrices in order to get a full set. This is also governed by rng as well and you could pull 20+ matrices and still not have a full set due to rng playing a big factor. They have some currency to negate some of this rng but it is not enough to avoid paying $1000+ in order to get a good matrice set and another $500-1000 for a 6star unit. The game relies on these way too much in order to do decent combos within the game and progress properly without begging for help. The “catch-up” system is very lopsided as well and heavily promotes experience but not power gain for new players making them have a harder time catching up to long standing players which makes it harder for the game to grow as anyone who starts a month late will catch up in levels but not in power for at least 2-3months even if they spend $100 a week on the game itself. It is going to be a dead game if these problems are not fixed.

not original. probably the most copyright thing ever. genshin impact is way better, and now you have to make this crappy copy of the exact thing, but worse. the beginning is the same, with the two twins, and the preview pictures have the EXACT DESIGN as genshin put. plus this game is unstable and confusing, and the servers are so random. it keeps kicking me out, and is definitely not as good as genshin. if anybody ever considers playing this, go play genshin first.

Can’t play. Insufficient space or error. Downloaded multiple times, same results. Attempted on iPhone 13 & ipad .

Towered of fantasy. Good game

Do not play this!. While most of us were initially hopeful this would be the kick to make G*nshin add more quality of life updates, the opposite basically happened. This company has been exposed to use dead peoples IDs for foreign testers, stealing assets from Honkai and plagiarizing reviews. Do not support this game and do your own research!!

Make it faster 🙏🙏🙏🙏. I tried going into the game, but I was on the loading screen for over half an hour, I tried twice to see if it was my wifi but it doesn’t work, unless I sit there for an hour. Please fix 🙏🙏

trash. Tried to give it a chance after beta but still just trash and complete copy of genshin got bored of this shi faster than any game playing for like a week and you would have endgame experience like genshin with no motivation to do a shi and can play for about 10min and log off tried to wait for update but just didnt have motivation to download any more knowing whats after the story you could just skip with a skip button DO NOT DOWNLOAD complete waste of time and space id rather stay in genshin doing my 20min dailies

Awesome! Ignore the Haters. Amazing game! Lots of customization and choice for the player! More generous than Genshin and so much better for coop play! Combat mechanics are more in-depth and fun than Genshin as well - animations are better too. The environmental art style is a bit more like Fornite than Genshin. And yes there is OG mechanics, concepts and story in this game! Ignore the haters and folks complaining about space. ToF uses less space than Genshin.

You’ve gotta be joking…. Nothing, and I mean absolutely NOTHING in this game is original. Every concept was stolen. It has the same opening as Genshin, took so many animations, designs, and concepts from genshin impact, and has taken various ideas from other franchises as well, such as Metal Gear Rising. If you want this style of game, go play genshin impact instead. The designs are much more appealing, the animations are exponentially smoother, and it is original. This game is a borderline infringement of copyright, but they made it so that you can’t sue them because it is not a complete copy. Absolutely repulsive, do not waste your time and storage on this game. I would absolutely 100% not recommend.

Can’t even download.. Can’t download game. Says I have insufficient sick space. Makes no sense. Waste of time. Shame.

Do not download. First of all, it is a literal copy of genshin, and I try to put a name for the female wanderer, and it keeps saying name is taken and I literally put in my own name, and I put in Lalaland, so how are those taken? I don’t really recommend downloading but if you guys like it, then I don’t care, because this is my review for this so sorry for all the misunderstanding developer, I hope you all have a great day!

Too many bugs. theres way too many bugs and the cutscenes and game play are too laggy even though i have secure wifi and the device that i play on is an iphone 12 mini, the game also kicks me out every 5 minutes so i have to rejoin over and over again

Takes too long. It is way too long for it to download the bar goes way too slow😡

Great game 💕. Great game but it keeps crashing ones I hit a certain point In the storyline and now it’s not letting me in the game at ALL 😞

Very buggy.. Game is very buggy and i find story to be very tricky to follow. This game wants to be too many things at a time

Game crashes too much. Game is great but it crashes way too much especially when the game get an update it got worse overtime and when I try and do storyline mid story it crashes and hard to bounce back into the game even though my storage space has a lot space and my internet connection is great, also when I reported to the customer service they never helped to fix the issue the devs and they’re team don’t care for the players

Better than Genshin Impact. Best game

Crashing!!. I actually really want to play the game, it looks pretty fun and I know you guys improved A LOT since release, but, every couple minutes I crash. Its not very annoying, but i cant even go into the weapons section, i cant pull for characters or anything else like that, without crashing! I have enough space and I put my graphics low. I’ve tried other bigger games but don’t have this problem. Im looking forward to get help so I can enjoy the game!

Good Game But Needs Some Work!. Honestly, the game is awesome. In general, the scenes, gameplay, is great, and much more. But my game keeps crashing and makes me leave, not letting me get past the start. I would love to play this game! But I unfortunately can’t since the game keeps getting crashed!!

Extreme power creep. Almost every new character released will outclass and at times make past characters completely irrelevant. If you want to keep up, you will have to drop hundreds to thousands, only to realize that money will also become wasted in a few months.

Great game. I dont know what half of these 1 star reviews are cuz the game is great. Some people keep saying “too much bugs” well yes the game just launched what do you expect? Another point is that most the people writing these reviews are genshin fans complaining about the game being a copy. First of all if your gonna call this a copy of genshin you can technically say genshin is a copy if warframe or some crap but wit gacha. Games like valorant and csgo are technically the same but who cares? Genshin is not the only mmorpg anime game on the market so of course its going to have competiton. Personally, this game is great for something that just released and will most definitely grab more attention that genshin has in the years it has been out. Even Tectone, a genshin whale says that genshin is killing itself and not Tower of Fanatsy.

If you do some research, you will find that there are hacking problems everywhere, so you’re likely to run in to multiple hackers in a single day. If you honestly don’t care about your PvP rank, and you don’t care about the rewards and losing, go ahead. However, I can easily find another game that is more fun if I had that mindset. Don’t waste your time.

It tries but it fails. The game is far too convoluted. The controls are confusing and crowded. The missions are scatterbrained. There are far too many currencies and items to learn and manage all at once, and the weapon system is … weird. It makes no sense. Plus, on mobile, every font is microscopic. The “joystick” is jittery because if you don’t put your finger right on the circle, the character flinches. The circle should adapt/recenter when you touch near it. The bow aiming flinches when you let go. This game should still be in beta. Oh, and it obviously tries to be a Genshin/Honkai Impact hybrid along with a couple of other games all at the same time. There is hardly any originality to this game. It gives no reason to invest the time in this instead of elsewhere. The developer responds with try the game, and I did. Give back my 4 hours.

Used To Be a Fun Game. I was playing this game for closed to a year and I got got pretty far into it. I became stuck at one point and decided to take a break from it. When I returned, there was an update for the game and after uploading the update, it erased my progress and sent me back to the beginning of the game! Since then, the IOS version has become a nightmare. Frequent crashes have occurred. When I log back in after a crash, I can’t get back into the game. I’ve changed servers several times and I can advance to the point where the main character faints due to their suppressor running out of power. As the next scene uploads, the game crashes again and I’m back to square 1. What’s the definition of insanity again? Stick a fork in this game as I’m done with it! Any further ‘improvements’, ‘bug fixes’ and ‘updates’ will never convince me to take another chance on this game again.

Better than you think. I’ve seen many people saying that it’s a ripoff of genshin and other rpg games, and it’s kinda true. But! I have noticed the quite interesting terrain and customization. It is an open-world game like genshin, with gameplay and combat like honkai. I feel the terrain and the overall setting is much more interesting and filled with mysteries. Its not just full of grasslands and cliffs like genshin. The combat also hits different. It’s really well made and the effects make me feel like i’m actually controlling the elements (kinda hard to explain). The character customization is such a huge plus, and the amount of storage it takes compared to genshin? So much better. But yeah in conclusion I def think you should try it out at least once, because it’s probably better than u think.

Honestly a good game!. It runs pretty smoothly on my iPad Air. The combat system is flashy and has high quality animation. I love that we can create our own character. And the double jump and vehicle make for a fun mechanic that lets players travel the open-world game fairly easily. The story line isn’t bad. Lots of people say it’s a copy of Genshin, but I’m not quite sure if that’s necessarily a bad thing. Lots of people love and play Genshin, and I feel that they would genuinely enjoy playing this game as well. Compared to Genshin’s pity system, Tower of Fantasy pity system is much much better. It’s much easier to play without spending and not get sucked into those micro transactions.

Honestly surprised. This review is from a endgame genshin and honkai player. Of course, because of the hyped release and avid rumors, I downloaded this game the day of. While no, it’s not better than genshin, it’s a very good game in its own right. Personally, I really enjoyed the exploration and fighting aspect of the game. Exploration is smooth, with markers to indicate where a certain collectible is, and negating the need to scramble around a area for hours. Fighting is satisfying, with each hit being smooth and controllable. I’d say this game combines a perfect mix of flashiness and playability. The gacha system is also very lax, with a generous pity system. Just playing the game can hook you a couple SSRs, and it’s very F2P. Each weapon also has their own charms, with a wide variety. That being said, it does have its own flaws. The graphics can most definitely be polished further, and switching in relics is pretty clunky on mobile. Sometimes the gameplay feels extremely repetitive though, especially with the insane amounts of farming for a rare drop. I hope that will be adjusted in the future, but all in all, this is a very fun game.

Satisfying game, wish it wasnt that big. Spent a lot of time on Tower of Fantasy when it first released as global version back in Summer 2022, left cause the game seemed kind of sluggish in storyline. Coming back almost a year later, so much more content, though noticeably less users online. However, now I couldnt even play the game as I would like to because of the expanding downloadable dependencies, which now I dont even have enough space on an iPhone despite barely using any space—TOF is the largest source of taking up space. Cant even play this game on mobile anymore, and even if it did wont seem optimal or possible in the future. Hopefully this runs on desktop but that I feel is something thats putting a stopper on user activity on this game. So far the current size of the game is a barrier for my playing on it unfortunately so

Good game truly! But the gameplay is a little weird. I’ve been loving this game since I played but I don’t like the fighting and some of the mechanics. The fighting feels like you just gave a 5 year old a controller and let them go ham on it. It feels like pressing buttons randomly waiting for something to happen, I do not like how much stamina the jet pack takes up when you use it as well. The voice acting also is a little on the rough side but I can let it pass by a smidge! I’m not a big fan of the fact that you can use 3 weapons although many people might like it, it’s not for me since it again feels weird to just press so many buttons waiting for something to happen. I look forward to see what is next and maybe some events in Tower of Fantasy!

Amazing game but……... Great graphics. Great rolls. Not P2P. Unfortunately tho, the game is a little laggy sometimes and I have a brand new iPhone with lots of memory and this is only my second game on this device. Also, this is the ultimate reason I cannot bring myself to give a 5 star rating because whenever I try to “match” and get joint operations or teams together I get nothing. Absolutely nothing. This game is all about joining forces but I cannot do that and so a lot of play is simply “out of play” for me. I am currently at the highest level at 67. I have finished the campaign, waiting for more AKA “coming soon”. I’ve played a lot. It’s fun. I really wish they made it easier to do joint play tho. Thank you for the amazing game nonetheless. Cheers!

Worst Customer service. Recently my account got banned for unknown reasons, I filled the form and they just sent me an automated response where it says that they determines that my account was actually banned. Now I’ve spent a good amount of money because I supported the game even with the hack I’ve seen and experienced (a giant boss in the middle of the fight, my weapons disappearing, giant players). I didn’t even wanted a refund, just wanted my account unblocked but still no actual response. My suggestion for them is better customer support… and for everyone else, be careful what you buy here, if they get to ban you you can’t even get a refund because there’s no response from them. From what I’ve played the game has a lot of potential, and I understand the banwaves because they need to protect their game. But if they can’t determine if you actually cheated or not they shouldn’t ban that easily. I’ve read I’m not the only one with this same problem so I’ll leave it to you to get your experience from the game, this is just a little warning.

One of the most free to play friendly gacha games. Tower of fantasy has one of the most generous gacha systems I’ve seen in a gacha game, and I’ve played my fair share of gacha games. Being able to get multiple ssr’s before hitting pity is one of best systems I’ve seen, not only that but you can also buy any permanent ssr weapon from the shop once you have enough of a currency you get from ordering weapons, which is a great system. It’s exploration is very rewarding and the combat is a ton of fun, and there’s a lot content for new and end game players. Tower of fantasy definitely has the potential to be the best, the only thing that’s holding it back is the optimization and the bugs, once those problems are dealt with, tower of fantasy will makes it way to the top.

Pretty good game!. I don’t play this game anymore and will probably never again, just because I’m so far behind but it’s a really good game. The game designs are really good. The characters are fire. I know it sounds like I’m and NPC talking but I mean it. It’s a pretty good game. I know everyone is comparing this to Genshin but it’s nothing like that. Just because this is also a open world game doesn’t mean that it’s Genshin. Sure Genshin and TOF have pros and cons but they are both equally good. At lest for me. They both are good F2P games or if you P2W. Either way you’ll have a good experience. I’m really hoping I can play this game again but currently my storage is doodoo so I won’t be able to play it. So over all of you like open world games and anime style games. Then definitely play this game!

Not pleased. Been waiting for this to be released, and I finally tried to start it up yesterday, only to be greeted with “Update error. Please try again.” So I do. Says it again. Then I notice at the bottom where the progress bar typically is, it says “Insufficient disk space to update resources.” So I’m like okay, maybe my iPad storage is full. Wrong. I have over 25 GB available. So I decided to try again the next day (which is today). I try to load it up. Even prepared before by deleting some apps I don’t use anymore. Same message. So I try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Still says it. How much space does it freaking need to even play?! The game already seems rather large in size, how is it that over 25 GB of available storage still isn’t enough for it. Or is it just broken? All I can do is give it a one star review and hope the game devs see this and fix it. Cause this is ridiculous and rather disappointing. I would have liked to leave a better review, but I physically can’t if I can’t even play the game.

Personal analysis. Now I know people will continue to compare this with other games, and by no means are they wrong. Even some attack patterns themselves can be directly traced, but I’m not writing this review to compare TOF to other games. As of right now I’m enjoying the game, the story is a little slow and uninteresting to me. But what ruins my experience is the constant crashing, sometimes even between cutscenes causing me to start the entire activity over. This will probably be fixed later on since the game hasn’t even been released for month. But something about the game is lacking, I just can’t put my finger on it. The multiplayer aspect is great, you can definitely enjoy mmorpg aspects in this game. Anyone who plays has the capacity to like it, but there are also a lot of reasons as to why someone might decide to stop playing it.

I tried …. This game has been out for almost 2 weeks I have been highly anticipating to play this game because I know the potential. but at this point thousands of iOS players such as me who are not able to play this game is disheartening and on top of that no one has tried to get in contact with me with my issues all I’ve been seeing every time I launch the game is announcements about new events that I am missing out on because I can’t freaking play because the moment that I load into the game my server, it force closes. and when I am able to enter the game I’m in a different area that I cannot transfer from because of server issues which I have none of that I’m running on some pretty good strong Internet at my house and I’m able to play everything else that server base with no issues as I always have. so I have to change my review from where It was at to this and uninstall this game because y’all don’t care about the players that’s not able to play you’re only giving attention to the players that are and it’s not fair.

It’s OK. The game isn’t bad, but I stopped playing because of the time gates on the story. There’s also some very confusing parts to the story. I didn’t understand half of the things happening. What I really dislike is the fact that you can’t play with your friends unless they’re in your server. If you use a different server and try to switch they force you to restart with nothing. It’s not fun to play for very long. There’s just not a coherent way to know what to grind. There’s also not really a character level up thing. Leveling up characters is capped at your level. Which is kind of annoying. I know Genshin does it, but the characters have things you have to grind for and a clear way to see where to go. In this game it’s not clear what you’re supposed to do for grind or fun aside from the hard to understand story

I hope it’s good. Games like these typically don’t have a healthy mix of male and female characters often making it almost silly to roll a male to begin with. The art style is alright and all, but I’m hoping for some Fist of the North Star, JoJo or Baki inspired models (or just one character pls!) something that respects and pay homage to the classic anime design or even that Saint Seiya/Getter Robo/Devilman kinda style where they’re slender, but have some visible definition. Overall the game looks solid from the streams and global is getting a ton of nice things as well so I am hopeful for this game. I really hope it doesn’t become another “booba or Loli waifu simulator”, but I understand businesses want to make money and that’s the easiest way to do so -_-. Hoping this game will be different, but overall I’m expecting a blast from this IP.

Shameless assets and characters stolen.. I have played many hoyoverse games and decided to get TOF a chance. Just the gacha characters you could tell they stole 2 designs from Honkai and shamelessly put them together to make something “original.” Plus, now most of them are deleted but earlier you could see multiple reviews stolen from genshin impact and pasted into this review section by a bot. Also the game doesn’t give any characterization to the gachable characters. They are just weapons says the game and gives no lore or bio of the character. It’s shameless when they won’t even give the characters you pull for backstorys or personality’s. You just pull for which ever one looks cooler or is rarer nothing else. Overall this is a shameless game that not only stole assets from other games, but even stole character designs not just from hoyoverse itself but also from iconic anime’s. Please do not support this game as it has even stolen users oc’s.

Lacks depth. Ok game, but a blatant genshin knock off. Furthermore, it rips of several other franchises as well and doesn’t even try to hide it. Nothing original. Events are stale and insanely repetitive. Nothing like grinding the same 3 minute fight 5 times a day for 3 weeks straight. Combat is different from genshin which is good, but gets stale quick. Elements in combat are almost pointless. Tries to make up for it by making certain enemies weak to certain elements. No clever and combat defining reactions like Genshin. The game has too much going on. 3 weapons plus 2 gadgets, plus sprinting, interaction button, attack button, jump button, and basic movement controls make this game terrible to play on mobile. Screen is far too cluttered and trying to play on backbone is still a chore since some buttons overlap because there’s simply too much going on.

Try the game before Criticizing. Please give the game a chance if you’re looking for a chill MMORPG. Genshin Fanatics have been attacking this game with bad reviews. Tower of Fantasy may have it’s flaws but the developers have been diligently working to create an environment that we enjoy. Within the game we have communities that support new players and not “Meta” chase to oblivion. My advice stay away from the top 3 high population servers they have very toxic Ex Genshin players. Advice save Gold and Red Orbs for character pulls that supports your play style by demo-ing each weapon that is ingame. Gold and Red orbs are given by just playing the game F2P. When you get comfortable with the mechanics you can choose whether or not to spend money to enhance the character but there is too much to do to worry about character development. Don’t Meta chase you will have fun! Happy Hunting!

Trying to play…. Just downloaded this game and no matter what server I pick I cannot make it past the very beginning where you pass out and the three people find you and say “wipe their memory” — it takes me to the main menu and every time I try to go back it I get “disconnected from server”. I have tried to see if there was some sort of maintenance going on but found nothing. Am I doing something wrong or …what’s happening that I can’t get past this section of the game? I would love to try to game but can’t … please help. And as this review is asking for a star rating the only rating I can give is a two because the character creation bit was fun and I enjoyed the detailed creation but as for content —- I can’t comment. Id love to some day be able to rate this game higher but first … I need to be able to actually play.

I’m in love with this game. This game is pretty great. I didn't have any expectations coming into it, just saw it on the App Store banner and clicked. I’m honestly addicted now. I love how generous the game is with the gachas, and all the events and rewards, and I hope they never change that. As an f2p player, that makes the game a lot more fun to play. I just have two critiques/questions: 1. Please make the storyline flow a little bit better. Often times I don’t want to do the story quests because they’re so boring and tedious, and honestly have no flow. 2. Would it be possible to include a tablet mode for laptops, where if you have a 2 in 1 computer that turns into a tablet, you can play the same way you would with an iPad on your computer?

I just wish for one thing. I really love this game so much that I would be playing right now if I could use my phone data since I don’t have access to my house wifi bcs of family reasons and my only wish was that I wish that this game would work with phone data as well but the only way anyone can play this game is with wifi access. I think if phone data would be allowed to play on this game then I think more people with the same problem as me would give a try on this game. Other than that I really enjoyed playing the game when I was in the hotel which I can have access to the wifi and play. It’s one my fav games so far

Horrible game. Honestly, I only gave it 2 stars because I don’t wanna be too harsh. First of all, the servers crashed on the first day of it being out on servers other than CN. Second, there’s so many servers that consumers become indecisive and just give up. Third, the chat system has absolutely no filter other than minor coverage for some slurs and some cuss words. Fourth, the game is just a straight copy from Genshin Impact. The SSR character available in the gacha currently is a flat out Fischl with an Neon Genesis Evangelion bodysuit on and all the animations are copied in some shape or form from Genshin. Fifth, the game bought reviews on both Google Play and the AppStore. Imagine having to do that. And sixth, it’s overall a bad game. The storyline has the weakest plot, gameplay is a joke, and there is no representation in the character customization system. There are no more than 4-5 shades of black for people of color. This game is only hyped for the character customization and will die out in about a week or two.

Storage Issue…Again. Why so much storage? I would play the game on my iPad however, this app requires a ridiculous amount of storage. I deleted literally almost all of my apps and yet it still demanded more storage. I decided that it just wasn’t worth it, but I really wanted to play the game and I decided to try downloading it on my phone, but there was no point in the end. It kept kicking me out of the app constantly so I just decided to forget it. I feel as if this game was NOT meant to be a mobile game. The storage it demands wouldn’t be a problem if it was on a PC instead. Not to mention some of the features seem like they were pulled straight from Genshin Impact if you ask me. Yea this game is new, but honestly it just doesn’t seem worth it anymore. I’m not sure if you guys can fix the storage issue but if you could then maybe I’ll give it another chance. But for now I’m gonna have to give this a 1 star because in the end this game is nothing more than a storage devouring, laggy, glitchy, Genshin ripoff not meant for mobile. Sorry :/

Great game, controller support needs help. Right off the bat, let me just say that this game gets a LOT right. Between character customization and combat, I’ve already had lots of fun. However, I’ve been playing on my tablet via a ps4 controller, and the menus do not seem to like that, as I have to put down my controller and use the touchscreen for them (opening, closing, navigating, etc.). Controllers also use the same button to attack and interact with objects/npcs, so when fighting in an area dense with npcs, controller players will find themselves , seemingly, more interested in small talk than their assailants. Another small kink, or bug(?), I found is that combat tutorial menus don"t pause combat, leading you to take damage for trying to learn about your opponent. Tl;dr: Game is amazing, but be ready for some small frustrations if you use a controller.

I love this game!!!. I know people are saying the tof is a sci-fi copy of genshin, but I think it’s an amazing game that deserves more love. First off, weapon ordering is much easier than genshin wishing. Collecting black nuclei around the map is so helpful for getting a character you want. Second, lots of free rewards. I was so excited when I found out that the seventh login reward is an SSR weapon box, where you can pick from lots of SSR characters and choose one to claim. You get lots of mail and free items. Lastly, the good feel of the game. When I first played the game, I knew I would like it better then genshin. The combat is smooth and flashy, leveling weapons is easy, and I love how you don’t feel like you need to spend money on the game. Overall, I love this game and I hope it grows in the near future. Keep up the good work devs!!!

NOT A GENSHIN CLONE. I’ve put about five days worth of work into this game and have played genshin for about more than a year. I’m AR 57 and have done about every content that game has given it’s player base so far. Similarities such as a glider and cooking isn’t something that genshin has made so to even think about using that as bad review is a little ignorant I understand that you love genshin but to put down a game and call it a clone is a little far. I’ve found similar aspects but not ones that have originated in genshin. If your on the fence just try it and if you don’t like it you just don’t it’s that simple. This game is easy to pick up and has been very enjoyable. And has a very forgiving pity system my only issue is chips feels a little money hungry but as of now that’s my only bad aspect.

Cannot download. I’m currently using the IPhone 11 and I’ve tried downloading the game for the past 8 hours. It has been unsuccessful and I even went to the extent of removing 27 Gbs worth of memory space to see if this would solve my issue and yet it did not. I would love to download the game but it informs me that there is insufficient disk storage for updates in which I don’t know how much space this game truly needs. If the developers could please reach back out to me with suggestions that I may try, I’m all ears or anyone on this matter. I’m giving it a 4 star since though I haven’t gotten a chance to play it, the photos of the game provide promise and would like to provide a chance to this game.

Needed more care in development. Comparisons to Genshin Impact are inevitable as an open world game with a gacha system, but they are ultimately deserved when assets such as animation seem to be uncannily similar (if not the exact same) as those from Genshin and Honkai Impact. The story is loose at best, and doesn’t make much sense. It jumps from one thing to another so quickly that scenes that are supposed to make you feel sad are bland and confusing- and even though this is typical for most MMOs, I played for six hours but I can’t tell you the name of most of the characters already. I wish the game would slow down with how events are paced in the story, flesh out their characters’ stories. Give me a reason to like your characters, to have favorites, least favorites, rather than all your characters being bland and more or less the same. If this is your first online game, you might really enjoy it, but if you’ve played other games that it shares similarities with, you might understand what I’m trying to say.

My honest opinion. So, as somebody who’s 100% BotW and reached AR58 in Genshin Impact, I can say with confidence that this game…isn’t bad! I was expecting it to have super bad gameplay, but nope, that’s pretty good. The Gacha system is also pretty standard for your average Gacha game. Lastly, the daily stuff isn’t that hard to do. My main complaint is I can’t take my save from one server onto the next, but I’m pretty sure that’s normal for MMOs, the game can get very..glitchy at times. Also, there’s almost nothing stopping hackers from cheating. The last notable thing is that I would randomly get logged out and if I happen to forget my password, I can’t just change it since it fails to send verification emails. Hopefully these get fixed, but overall, good game.

4 stars. Typically reviewers go all in or not at all. The game is fun, it is a genshin clone with a few features that id consider better than Genshin (ie, leveling your relics lets you glide without stamina use, the pity system is better, the rewards are in better quantity), the issue i have with it is the mobile version is poorly optimized, i am playing on an iphone xr, the game crashes generally every 4-5 mins, frequently taking even less time to crash. Boss fights with a lot of people nearby gives some unbearable lag (its an mmo but its being featured for the app store come on) the game is fine, the story is lacking per usually mmo style but the combat is fun. Id say stick to pc tho. Mobile is pretty poorly optimized in how it feels, some of the buttons get so tiny its hard to click (looking at you channels button)

had a mediocre start, but then again, don’t we all?. first off, anyone who’s spending their time insulting the game for being too similar to genshin has clearly never played an rpg aside from genshin in their lives— yes, they have their similarities, but said similarities are also things they share with 75% of all other rpgs. as for the actual game: seems kinda scuffed but considering it only just released, i honestly think that’s to be expected, and either way i like a little bit of model clipping and bad cutscenes with low quality character models in my anime rpgs. i think it gives them character. to be fair i personally never experienced any bugs, i just know from friends who’ve tried it out that they do happen. the storyline and characters are kind of a joke so far, but i wasn’t really playing for the story anyway, so that’s fine with me. the fighting gameplay was plenty entertaining though i do worry a little bit about longevity. the only real issue i had was the fact that you need to spend resources in order to be able to customize your character after the first time, which, for a game that has character customization as such a big draw, just seems kinda stupid.

It’s fun, but... I so badly want to get into this game, from the little I’ve played of it it seems fun 🥰 but between the space it takes up and the near constant crashing I unfortunately can’t get passed the tutorial for switching weapons.. I’ve reopened the game maybe 20 times and the second the tutorial pops up the game crashes.. now I’ll be the first to admit it’s probably my phone I’m running it on the older iPhone se with 32 gb.. but it also doesn’t run on my laptop i just get a black screen after launching.. I really wish it was available on PlayStation at least then I could probably enjoy playing it longer then 10 minutes without crashing

Very Buggy and Glitchy. The game started off fine, there was a cutscene and then when it came to choose the character, I couldn’t pick one because it had a limit, and I spent about 15 minutes retrying before it worked. Then, my iPad crashed several times in the cutscenes. Also, the voice acting was terrible, and you ran a lot faster than the girl so you had to stop and then wait. Finally, I got to customize my character, which I heard was great. It wasn’t. Clipping all over the place, limited styles to choose from, and no actually good costumes, they were very fan service-y. Then, it crashed when I tried to save it. Had to redo it all over again. Then I continued and the playstyle was horrid. The attacks are forced and weird looking with poor animation. I figured, even on a high quality iPad I spent a lot of money on, and the constant crashing and poor game quality, it wasn’t worth it. Save yourself the time.

Not satisfied. The introduction is pretty boring and very laggy. Quality isn’t that great either. Character customization is limited for outfits, and you can barely zoom in so it’s hard to see the details. Character customization is surprisingly great despite being limited. I personally don’t like the movement for mobile. The joint stick is too high for the thumb and when you tap to move it resets where your character is facing and makes them face another direction. Combat is quite difficult to understand and might take a while to get used to. The game is very similar to Genshin as well. I was hoping for this game to become competition with Hoyoverse. However, it doesn’t seem like it will at this point despite barely being released. The hype was quiet big which ended up to me being disappointed.

Great but it needs work. LOVE the game from its gameplay mechanics and Dodging to the story and all of its design. A few flaws -characters have dialogue but the mouths don’t move nor do the characters show any true emotion -it’s buggy: There is a point in the game where it just bugs like crazy even if I updated my phone and systems, so it’s a bit hard to stay immersed to the game on mobile as of now - power scaling system and field bosses: Im not sure if it’s because of the actual suppressor that I have or what but even with SSR 3* gear on level 20 I can’t seem to hurt a boss that is only 2 levels higher than my base character. Overall I love it the rates of the gacha are pretty much set in stone and then it has a great UI and character customization. Hopefully after the big fixes there can be an updated version of the hover jet where if you dodge in water you automatically start to ride it or with certain other relics there are a certain set of actions that would trigger it instead of having to press the button, which would allow for streamlined uses of certain relics

Amazing Potential. To address the elephant in the room, yes this is another open world game. Like many other open world/rpg games that have existed long before this one (& prob before u were even born) they will obviously have similar features since they take into account what was successful. Instead of playing with closed mind, I really encourage people to properly play this game before running into conclusions. This game can very much be successful on its own. As a FtP player, this game offers very generous rewards for completing just standard quests. The gameplay itself is very fun, the story is very intriguing and the combat has amazing visual appeal. I enjoy customizing our own character and unlocking outfits along the way. The various gadgets to solve specific puzzles add a nice challenge. Some aspects of the game seem easy to obtain but the side challenges are what make up for it! Being able to play with friends just adds to the fun. As for the issues; there are still quite a handful of bugs I hope can be fixed soon. Although I love the customization of our own character it still lacks more diversity of skin colors and body types. Overall I’m excited to see what new things get added, TOF definitely has the potential of being a very successful game.

A major step back.. When I first made my account in late 2022 the game was amazing. It is my first Gatcha Jrpg game. I didn’t know it was still in beta when I made my account. After coming out of beta the game took a major turn downhill. Now it is *extremely* money hungry. We now hardly get Dc from passive content. Red and Gold Nucs are even more rare. Overall the game is just not good. And not f2p friendly anymore which is what I joined for. I understand this is a game where they want us to pay money. That’s how they make money and have a business. The sr and ssr pulls as well. They were not this bad. It is not just luck, they are definitely more difficult now than they were. The game wasn’t *easy*. However it was not this bad before and it’s honestly disappointing. Please put it back to how it was. Please stop being so money hungry.

Needs a little more fixing. This game is great love the battle mechanics and love that you can spar with friends but some things need a little more work, like the voice acting. When you’re playing the main quest some of the voice acting just cuts out or isn’t even there, it’s like a lot of the voice acting Hasn’t been recorded. Another problem is that the transition between cutscenes. A lot of the transition between cutscene seem to be very random and out of nowhere, sometimes the transition will end the cutscenes early. You should also fix some cutscenes to be a little less rushed since overall the whole story seems to be getting a little rushed. Also please fix the controller setting for iPad users. I really don’t like using my fingers to open up and close menus when using a controller. Overall everything else is great. Am loving the characters crow and king.

similar to genshin on surface, but actually different. as an ar59 genshin player, i tried this game out after hearing about the game from a friend who pre-registered. on first glimpse, you can definitely see interface that is similar to genshin like the navigation and chat box. the prologue to the story also seems similar with the way the game has you choose between a female/male twin; but, as i played more, it was pretty clear that tof had a different playing style, developing story, and concepts. you go exploring in a multiplayer world and discover chests, do simple puzzles for gold/black nuclei (currency to roll on the gatcha banners), and have many opportunities to play with others, through a guild or party. i personally haven’t encountered any of the bugs that other people have been complaining about, but i might just be lucky. the combat (both pvp and pve) is pretty good once you get the hang of it, and movement is very fluid. the reason i’ve given tof a 4-star rating instead of 5 is because there are still areas to improve in, such as balanced weapons, and more diversity/selection in both npcs and playable simulacra.

Trying too hard. I really had high hopes for this game. Everything looked so fun but instead it’s boring. The customization needs more to it. We need body scaling, more and darker skin tones. Speaking of skintones, why do you make the white part of the eyes darker when I choose a darker skin tone? You need to fix that . And you need more make hairstyles. The open world is so boring. The fire bow is literally a copy of amber’s gamestyle from genshin and the camps where enemies spawn. Like honey you are not genshin 💀. The playstyle is the most boring thing ever and makes me wanna because of how boring it is and the open world. I don’t know what other word to use. It’s just boring. And you need more going on with it. The storyline cutescenes are worse. When they characters talk they don’t exactly lip sync to there voice and it just throws me off. Some characters won’t even move their mouth when they talk like ours. Your game really needs a lot going on with its just a cheap cardboard copy of honkai and mostly genshin

❌STOP COMPARING IT❌. ⭐️- brilliant and very fun/addictive game! looking forward to more updates in the future 😊💛 my only suggestion would be to change up/fix the combat system. it’s pretty confusing and clunky, and i also see a lot of other reviews talking about this issue. ❕people NEED to stop comparing it to genshin impact. literally nothing in the game is similar to genshin other than the fact that the graphics are also a smooth, 3D anime style which can be quickly framed as a “genshin rip-off”. and don’t start with me on the open-world and character switching parts because so much other games have those things too, it’s NOT a genshin rip-off at all so stop bringing up genshin when it’s unrelated and unnecessary 🤦.

Non Genshin Reviewer. So I know the name was a non genshin player but I have played genshin impact before. I played it until I couldn’t get any higher and eventually quit. If you like the combat of Genshin impact or other games such as Perfect World (mobile and pc versions) and Dragon Raja this game is a very easy transition. The style is relatively straightforward and not complicated for beginners. I also do like how in this game you are able to customize your character and how he/she looks. It is a lot different than other games. One thing I will say, is that the mix is a little strange. A “dress up game” and a heavy combat game and an open world game is definitely not for everyone. I know a lot of people including those who still play that do not like that everyone else is in the same world. Not only that but the servers are also not added so newer people feel like they need to rush in order to catch up to everyone else which is not the case. I do wish that they had a better system for people who are new and want to be able to play at the speed it’s supposed to be played at instead of missing half the story to engage with other people. That’s really it. If you still aren’t sure on how to feel about it just download it and try it.

mmo with some ideas and many unpleasant flaws. I'll start with the disadvantages: 1) Game crashes + heating. The game is not well optimized for mobile devices even with minimal settings. Nothing may happen on the screen, but you are thrown out of the app 2) Unsmothed graphics. character movements and cutscenes look clumsy (there is no good transition between animations) 3) Dull Main Story. The story goes very quickly + the existing characters do not cause any affection. Add here soulless voice acting in moments and some blant wall of texts. 4) Daily LvL cap's + Time gates for world explorations. No comment - stretching the gameplay does not add quality to it. Without these things, the content was only enough for half a month. Well, there are some good points too: 1) Finally a good assistant for hero. Not annoying, Very cute and Complements the story with reasonable comments. Worthy game mascot. 2) Various mini-games with different themes. Some activities are associated with such mini-scenarios, but their diversity prevents them from becoming a routine. 3) Various gadgets + moving around the world. It is very pleasant to explore the world. You can do everything quickly and in different ways (jumping, dashing, mounts, gliders, airboards and etc)

Great game so far, however could use a few things. I’ve played for about 4 hours at least, I enjoy a lot of what the game has to offer(combat, story, maps, etc.) I’m going to list a few of the things this game could use. The vehicles- When I first drove the frost vehicle you get, it was very snappy and annoying to look at, but after a while of playing you get used to it. The voices- This is one of the first things I noticed when playing this game, they sounded like they were either AI generated, or the voice actors(if you had any) were not very enthusiastic or even trying to do their part. The maps- The maps need some barriers, you can go walk everywhere without limit- now this in some cases is a very good thing! The map is nicely created! However, you can pretty much walk off the map at anytime and it can get annoying when the controller dies. The text and monologue- While listening it would sometimes I would get very confused. The story- This really doesn’t need too much work, but it would be nice if you put a little more time into it. Overall I love the game and will probably continue to play it!

Stop callin it genshin. I don’t usually write reviews but I gotta say, you genshin fans are stupid. Genshin impact is definitely inspired by Legend of Zelda BOTW, not saying everybody is like this but the toxic genshin fans that are calling this game a copy of genshin are literally so dumb. If Genshin was a game without a bunch of inspo from BOTW it would be fine. Please stop callin it a copy anyways heres the actual review. The game generally is good, walking is tough and I glitch a lot. Something that recently is happening is that when I press on the game the screen goes black, not letting me play. I like the variety of weapons and the scenery. Something I do wish is that when you meet the lvl cap it counts all the xp you collect afterwards and lvls you up the next way. I also wish there are new hairs and I also wish the skintones were less ashy. Thats abt it though! I find the story to be interesting and I like most character designs!

It’s good but just one thing. I love the game so far, it’s AMAZING I love it and how it does partnerships with other companies and stuff. But the one thing that I would love is that there were a single player option where you get to keep all your progress on each server but you don’t play with other players because for me, I need to be conn Cree to wi-if to play it therefore when I’m out of my house I can’t play it so that would be a very cool feature in my opinion. There should be little to none comparison of ToF with Genshin impact because they are made by two completely different companies and have completely different systems, just because one came out after the other doesn’t mean they tried to copy the other one people. Other than that very good game! Keep up the great work devs!

Console play. This game needs console play ASAP!!! I would absolutely love to play on my PS5. My experience on iOS has been enjoyable so far. There’s room for growth as with every game. I’m here for the beautiful graphics and action play style. I have not gotten far enough into the game to speak on micro transactions but I can say that is why I quit Genshin Impact and other games with similar economy. I hope this game does better in that regard and does not frustrate players with unattainable RNGs. I want to support good games financially, but that does not mean that I want to gamble my money. It is better to know exactly what you are getting for your money. So far I’m along for the ride! Great job on the art!

Everything was great… until the ocean update. So I’ve been playing Tower of Fantasy for a long time and something like this has never happen before. So I get online to TOF (tower of fantasy for short) and it’s the first day of the update ocean update. I explore the new place and I love it. But it’s constantly crashing. Now, I play on mobile and personally, I like it better that way. But still, it’s getting on my nerves. And finally at this point I had enough and just stopped playing for the rest of the day. The next day I came back and instead of crashing, it just would let me get into the game at all. It just keeps getting stuck at 90 percent loaded and it is very frustrating. Thank you for reading and have a great day. :]
