Super helpful. Learned about this from family, so I decided to try it out! I was shocked at just how much of my information is out there. They knew about my address, phone number, relatives, and so much more. It was honestly scary thinking about how many people could stalk me. I decided to try out their automated data removal and it was so smooth. It saved me hours of going through individual data broker websites. My data was finally safe. So upgrading to premium came as a no brainer for me. Great customer service as well.

Great idea very buggy doesn't work. It's very buggy. When I click on a button to check market, it takes forever or freezes the apps crash multiple times. Emails that I thought I've sent I have not been sent. The app doesn't do any work for you and only just send an email automatically and then you have to talk to that company and tell them what you want. A lot of companies asked me to confirm if this was true or not. It's not worth the money it's just extra work and there's other retails out there they do a better job. I can put all that aside, but the actual application just doesn't work at freezes it crashes and heated up my phone. It's unstable and every time I click a box it's delayed as if there's a 10 second delay. I have a brand new iPhone latest model and it's not my iPhone it's the stupid app.

Totally worth it!. I heard about this from a relative, and I figured I would give it a shot. It’s crazy how many different companies they can find with your personal data. I can’t stand the fact that these companies are selling my data. So I ended up upgrading to premium, and I must say that I am very happy with the service. They’ve already removed me from dozens of data brokers, and there’s a whole bunch more that are in queue to be removed as well. Will definitely be keeping this service!

Good app. This application permitted me to find out precisely which sites had my data posted and immediately safeguard and eliminate all touchy information from free. I had no thought my data had been made accessible on 35 distinct sites. I feel considerably more safeguarded and a feeling of security because of this application! Privacy Hawk is an awesome app, easy to use. I downloaded this app and ran a free scan and it let me know where my personal information was being exposed so I was able to take care of it, I could have upgraded and they would have done it for me.

Works great, easy to use. This app is awesome. It’s the first one I’ve found that protects my sensitive data from both data brokers and corporations that no longer need my data. With so many hacks and data leaks, I’m grateful there’s an app like PrivacyHawk. So sick of all these scammers and hackers having easy access so much of our private sensitive information.

Love it.. Ended up installing this app after a friend’s recommendation. Honestly, so far I’m pretty satisfied. I did the free scan and was appalled at first. I had my data on 200+ sites! And this is highly personal data. I ended up doing the removal and it was a pretty smooth process. Ever since I have had basically no spam texts or calls on my phone, so I am happy so far

CAUTION. Be sure you understand how this works before spending the 75 annual fee to have the “advanced options” that will “remove your data”. Once it scans it directs you to the major data brokers where you submit “opt out” forms. When it comes to scanning your email to protect your data , the app sends emails on your behalf. You then receive auto generated messages, multiple stating the mailbox cannot be found, or requiring additional verification directly. In my experience not worth the hassle as it just generates voluminous messages without producing the desired results.

Great App but pricey. Great App does exactly what it’s advertised to do. I found 50 exposers just in my case long. But what it doesn’t tell you when you’re reading on all these reviews is there a cost you $50 to delete everything . So state that the beginning so people don’t download this app thinking you’re actually offering a service for free. yeah but you can only see what’s out there and not be able to delete what’s there without paying for it.

Super Easy To Use. Very easy to get set up and use. If you are worried about your information being exposed and used all over the internet get this app. It shows you places you never knew existed that has information about you. Easy to download, easy to set up, and easy to get started.

Useful app. This app allows you to find out where your information has been leaked and gives you the option to have your information removed automatically for a fee or to manually remove the information yourself for free. Very helpful.

Easy to use. If you’re concerned about your private data being on the internet available to be viewed or purchased, especially for marketing or more nefarious uses, this app will help with that. It’s simple to set up, and then use to scan across a broad range of data broker sites that display and sell your personal info. Once the scan is complete, it will show you the names of matches found with your info. You can then use the information and research yourself how to opt out and remove your listing from their websites. Privately Hawk then offers a service where they take care of this for you, removing your information from all services and monitoring ongoing to make sure it’s not later added again, which is common after a period of time. The app also explains more on why removing this personal data is important.

Amazing App. This is amazing app. This App can delete your information from the web. Wow it’s frightening how much of your personal information can be out there into some strangers data base. Well with This App. There is $50 A Year Subscription to fix your problems.. Now you can go to sleep with less worries about some stranger getting hold of your personal information.

Free scan. The free scan gives you a great awareness of just how many weird people search platforms are out there. There were tons more than I could have named. Even if you don’t upgrade and feel you’ve got time to approach each of these sites, it’s valuable information.

User Friendly & Get 10 Free Data Deletes. The scans are free. It will scan your emails and Apple account. I was able to scan my Google account and see what lists I was on. I could then ask those sites to delete my personal data and unsubscribe from them up to 10 times. I need to upgrade in order to do more and to have my info wiped from other questionable sites. I haven’t decided to do that yet but probably will. The app is easy to use.

Needed this!. PrivacyHawk's free scans offer a valuable glimpse into your online footprint. Seeing the lists of apps that has my private data caused me to want to do something about it immediately, and PrivacyHawk was there to help. While the free version has its limits, it gives a good taste of the app's capabilities. Upgrading was an absolute no brainer for me given it saves dozens of hours of manual tedious work.

Great app. I would definitely say that this is the best privacy app I’ve tried. seriously so helpful. It helped me keep my personal data private and it taught me how to be more careful in the future with who or what has my personal data. Wish they had a family plan so I can get my whole family protected!

Really Useful and Intuitive. It’s amazing how easy this app makes it to delete your data. If you were to do it manually it would take weeks! Privacyhawk did it in a few minutes. The initial scan was honestly shocking. So many weird websites had my info (including my relatives, address, and more). But PrivacyHawk helped relieve that stress immediately.

Wow, I never knew my information was everywhere! 😭. I was not expecting all this leaked data about me! Once I started scanning, I was expecting a few apps, but had over 40 websites with my information. Thankfully, I was able to remove this information from these websites <3 lifesaver

Super helpful. I had no clue this much of my data was out there. I saw some videos about how dangerous it is to have your data all out there in public and decided to do something about it. I tried out a few services but privacyhawk was the only one that actually delivered on its promise. Highly recommend. Design is a bit outdated but it works!

Feel Safer. I think this app is cool. A friend told me about it and I have not paid attention to what’s out there about myself. PrivacyHawk automatically removed me from a bunch of different sites and what I guess is called “privacy hackers.” My info feels more protected. Thank you!

Update: a more helpful description. I had previously left a negative review here that said that I was frustrated by a misleading description regarding the free trial. I actually ended up in an email exchange with the CEO of PH, who admitted that this language needed to be updated. I appreciate this company for being attentive to its users and engaging in good faith. I will be using the app now, and I will update with my experience!

Fast and easy!. I was very impressed with how fast it performed the scan and found so many places were my information was exposed. I know the information is gathered from public records, but knowing that I could ask for removal game me peace of mind.

Just another scam. Saw this by 3 different tik tokers magically all three, plus mine and 4 of my friends had exactly 75 issues. The only way to have any sort of remedy is to pay a crazy fee which one of us did and they said it was removed but if you go to the site of the removal you are still in their database. Just do it yourself little bits at a time. For our part we live in Minnesota and have a great Attorney General’s office and forwarded our info to them. We got an email back stating they have opened an investigation already and would add our complaints to the others and reach out when they had more info. This may be a legit thing just saying be careful, trust your gut.

Nah~ completely incorrect. It searched the web with my name, loc, email and stuff… came back with 85 risks. Problem is none of them were me except for one. Even that one barely had any info. If you have a common name like me, don’t bother using it. It thinks all these people with the same name all over the country is me and asks me whether I want to pay money to remove them all. Why would I pay money to remove info for other people with the same name? It says so much about this app, it really doesn’t know the difference and just wants to scare people to get money.

Very useful. It’s crazy and quite concerning how many companies/websites have our information. It was very easy and quick to do the free scan and see where exactly my private info is and then you have the option to upgrade and PrivacyHawk will have your info removed from these databases so that you can feel more secure online and in control of who does have your information. The app is very well designed, helpful, and easy to use!

Wow!!. PrivacyHawk removed dozens and dozens listings of my personal information - age, every address I’ve ever lived at, ALL of my family members and every phone number and email I’ve ever used. Rather disturbing to see all of that just floating out there! Thank you PrivacyHawk for giving me my privacy back. $75 is such a small price to pay for such a great service.

Based on the 10 opt outs before subscribing. I’d say this is not a slam dunk app as the creators would have you believe. In theory it sounds great! But In my 10 requests to “not sell my personal data” 7 of the financial institutions I chose came back to me (via email) stating that the email address was invalid. For an app that claims to make it easy to purge your information, I’d expect their data to be quite up to date (obviously it’s not) and there is quite a bit of legwork required manually on your part. I don’t see the value. If someone could care to elaborate? Otherwise this seems like a money grab for an already broken privacy system/non-standard regulations in the US.

Wow! Very valuable. OH MY GOODNESS! I didn’t know there were that many search sites that people could use to get info on you! What an eye opener. Worth it just to subscribe and get rid of all that exposed info. This app offers really detailed information on what sites are available for people to use and what info is out there ready for them to use against you and your extended family. It’s getting scary out there and it really helps me understand why I need to know what information is out there and where it’s coming from. I couldn’t be more disappointed!. I looked at this app for a while before purchasing it, and then decided to get it for the year… Big mistake. It only works for Gmail accounts with your emails, and since I have private websites and do not use Gmail, it only covers less than half of the “exposures“ out there. Also, I was disappointed that after putting in my information initially, I was sent several links for me to then personally request all of my information to be removed from their site… Which is basically something that you can find on your own, it’s just that they compiled it for you, but then did none of the work, and it was time-consuming to fill out each one of those things, and again main portion, which is tied to my email, doesn’t even work because it’s not a Gmail account. They say they’ll be adding you email servers in the future, but that hasn’t happened. I had really high hopes for this and would’ve recommended it to you like 1000 people and would have happily paid the fee for many years to come, and maybe it was written somewhere and I missed that, but anyway, I can’t recommend it. Unfortunately.

Regain control of private data!. This app makes it so easy to understand who has your data, including lots of companies none of us have ever heard of! Even more important, it makes it really simple to take back control of that data by automating ways to unsubscribe or delete it.

Helpful information!. After a quick free scan, I found several instances of exposed info. I have the option of tracking it down and removing or upgrading and letting Privacy Hawk do it for me. It also let me know which of my family members had exposed info out there too. Impressive!

Protected. I am a huge fan of this app. Not only does it delete you from data brokers, but it also has a nifty digital footprint scan where it identifies all the companies from your inbox, for me there were like 150, and I deleted my data from a whole bunch of companies that no longer need my data. And I have to tell you, it’s very satisfying deleting your private data from all these places. Makes me feel much less exposed. Plus, the app is so easy to use that tapping the delete button is kind of fun!

As expected. I used to search my name all the times. Of course there is no time to click on each link to see our exposure. This apps confirms that what we see was true, they had our old address. As well as how other similar search website contained some information without visiting them. Including how many website there is.

Get your control back. This app was easy to install and use, it’s very user friendly. It scans, and lists all the websites, then you decide what you want to do, make your choices and let PrivacyHawk do all the hard work for you. After the scan showed me a list a mile long of businesses that were exploiting my personal data, I was stunned, I got to decide what to do about it for each website, that felt good. I feel a lot better knowing I’ve taken back control of my data privacy and you will too.

Nice. PrivacyHawk is easy to use. Much of it is automated but some data brokers make it more difficult with multiple steps required to limit/remove your data. Surprisingly Revealing!. I generally am someone who thinks that I am quite careful with my data. I found out today I was wrong! It's insane how much data people have held onto! There are STILL records of my father and grandfather who both passed away years ago, and the location of where I grew up, which is a little freaky Honestly, an amazing app, and at the very minimum give it a shot and see what it can dig up for you! You never know What is floating around out there!

Privacy Hawk. If you value your privacy this app is for you. In one scan it shows all the privacy breaches that come up on different websites. I was astonished at how exposed I was. Not to worry. With the help of this app most of my information is secure once again.
