Easy to use. It is real easy to use and keeps a record for my Dr.

Edit Possibilities. I have been using this app with my Equate 6000 BP monitor. It was working satisfactorily up until today. When I looked on the history, there are around 15-20 blood pressure measurements. I take my BP twice daily using the Bluetooth function. The extra readings will affect my averages. I can’t find a way to delete the extra readings. Frustrating!!

Really needs to sync with apple health.. App works ok otherwise. Unable to make notes of which days I took medication or remove readings where my daughter used the cuff for fun, skewing results some days.

Needs to be able to sync with Apple Health. Buying this monitor at first I thought it would sync to Apple health but it doesn’t and on top of that it doesn’t sync that well with the app that you have to use with it.

No longer works via Bluetooth. Device no longer connects to the phone via Bluetooth. I have to enter everything manually!

Disconnected. I was disconnected twice after giving all my information. Finally, a young lady helped me. Your instructions for the unit leave a lot to be desired.

App does not work. All this app does is spin in circles like it is attempting to load. I clicked to register and it would just spend i closed it out and reopened it and attempted to register and it said my email address was already in use so I clicked to sign in and again all it does is spin and spin… totally useless

Account. I try to make an account and all it says check network connection. Nothing is wrong with my network connection.

Won’t take temperature above 100°. I have a fever and go to input 100 point one or 100 point 5 and the entry box just stops it. I can’t track my fever this way. PLEASE FIX!!

Wish it would connect to Apple health app. Great app that is intuitive. I just wish it would connect to Apple’s health app.

Perfection and responsibility. Simply put. I keep up with my heart easily with this apparatus. ;)

Is there a way to delete entries?. I like this app but I would like to be able to delete some entries without deleting all user information.

With the Machine. You have to physically be with the machine for it to add your measurements. It does not save the information and you can update it to your device later.

Couldn’t Register easily. I had trouble creating a new account. I entered my email, created an ID and password and hit next and it just sat there spinning away never getting to the next step. I tried multiple times. Called the phone number on the app (same as on the product package) and got Walmart’s service desk. They transferred me to the distributor. They had me delete the app and start over. It worked after that. They were helpful. Someone in the technical department needs to fix this please.

Equate Heart Chart App. This app can track everything you need to give to your doctor during a visit. This will help him/her make good decisions about your health.

New App doesn’t open or sync in old app. New App doesn’t open or sync in old app. The whole point was to be able to sync data to forward to my Dr. Will be returning to store in 5 days if this doesn’t start working. It just spins and never connects when trying to register.

It works well. We like the ease of use and the fact that it stores info on our phone so we can show our Dr. when we go in for appt.

Equate 6000. Love the machine. Easy to use and the readings tight to my phone make it easy to track BP.

Equate 6000 set up. When initially setting up this two person unit it let me log in as user 1 but gave me no ability to set up user 2

Bluetooth connection problematic. Each time I try to use it, neither the phone app or the sending unit try long enough to connect. Each gives up on the connection that I have to turn off each repeatedly, to get the Bluetooth synch. Otherwise a good product, stores my results so I don’t have to write them down. Have not tried to upload for my doctor, yet.

Great blood pressure monitor and app!. Beautiful LCD display and well-designed blood pressure monitor. The app is easy to use with the BP model UA-6000BLEWM. It is the best value in market.

App won’t open. App just shows a white screen App mysteriously shows up. I did nothing. Must be aliens. Thanks for the developer response though.

Helpful Tool. Providing historical results that reflects benefit of prescribed medication.

Disappointed. How can every information point I’ve checked tell me that this app can export data to my apple health app but when downloaded it does not have that ability? Fix that and I’ll fix my rating

Not compatible with apple health. Like every equate product i have to date. Is not compatible with apple health and all readings have to be manually entered. After it breaks I will try a different brand

Complecated. I’m new to this device, it’s been a very slow process to get the device to communicate with my iPhone. But I’m slowly getting it there. Not enough written instructions. Thanks

Does synch with Apple Health. A reviewer named Priscilla said that it didn’t synch with Apple Health but mine did seamlessly. We were traveling and I had an event and needed to take my BP but had forgotten our travel monitor so we stopped at Walmart to pick one up so we chose the wrist monitor 6500. I will do a comparison to my Omron arm cuff monitor when I get home but so far I am pleased with this monitor.

Can’t use. I can’t even register to you the app! Keeps saying that I don’t have network connection 🤦🏻‍♀️ how do I not have connection when I just download the app using internet and all my other apps are working just fine! So dumb

Need an edit method. Took an inaccurate measurement due to various reasons. App needs a way to manually correct reading. No edit method is available.

Brand New Way. So far, it is working better than my other device.

Would make it better had it had auto record. My heart monitor had the auto record feature on the app by connecting through the BT. Equate would be a 5 star device if a user doesn't have to prompt the record function on the app.

Did not copy old records to my app. I was use without my cell phone, so with I sync with my cell I wasn’t bring my old record and the first reading it was pull-up form them last record.

Simple. It’s simple and easy but I wish all the information would download.

Blood pressure equate machine. I hate that it does not automatically register your heart rate when you do one. You have to always hit add. Other apps just auto register it.

Need to be able to correct date on a reading.. Wish I could remove or a reading’s date - mistakenly hit the date/time button while taking a reading and can’t fix it.

Easy to use. So .. I like the unit, easy to use, easy to change user, goes on with the start button - no need to to switch on and off to save battery. The app is smooth .. but! very disappointed that I could not find a way to transport readings to the “apple health app”. I called the help # mentioned in other reviews - they would not answer my question, they said that I needed to call Walmart. Walmart was very nice, however did not know how to answer my question, so tried to connect me with the help # with no success. Too bad. Will return. btw: I have the 6000. Addendum: now upon researching, I see that I need to buy the 8000 - it would have been nice to learn that from the 1st help number that I called! before spending a half hour on the phone with Walmart!

Great app for multiple medical data charts!. I normally use a computer & spreadsheet, but now I can simply export or show my doctor the phone. Easy set-up & use! I’m 69 but familiar with high tech, but IMO even a non-techie could use this!

I like it but…. It does not keep a accurate history of my previous bp. It skips days.

App doesn’t export data to iPhone or Apple Watch. The other Equate Heart Health app that links to Equate Blood Pressure monitors links data directly to Apple devices. This App should as well. If this is not going to link with my devices I will return this monitor and purchase something that will.

Was pretty excited, but now let down. I’m not sure why, but there is absolutely no way to connect to Apple Health. This is a health app. It’s in the title. It’s on an iPhone. Not sure what went FUBAR with your planning, but let’s get this app updated to work with Apple Health. YOU CAN DO IT I BELIEVE IN YOU EQUATE DEVS

Turner. Cant get bluetooth to stay connected

Functional but needs updating. A mostly decent app, certainly better in many ways than some of the apps used for other brands of BT blood pressure devices. Unfortunately the lack of syncing with Apple Health, especially given how trivial it is to code, is a critical issue to me. Combined with the lack of any updates, it feels too unsupported to rate more than two stars.

Wrist blood pressure. I don’t feel like this is accurate.

Bluetooth problems. I have to reconnect device to Bluetooth every use

Fix in order. This app is garbage. Difficult to connect to pressure monitor and won’t send data to apple health.

Nice app but blue tooth doesn’t work. I’m on my second unit and can’t get any of them to synch up to my phone. But everything else works fine.

BP cuff 6500. Extremely hard to make the app on my phone connect to the BP cuff on my wrist. It took an hour on the telephone to make it work. Poor app or poor device.

Accuracy. Always compare with your Doctors readings in office.

Data import. While i love that i can have a bluetooth blood pressure monitoring data import. I wish the device could import to Apple health as an benefit. Not just the equate app

Could use a delete function. I made a manual entry and it turned out to be a double entry. I called Feedback and Support. The lady I spoke with was great. She asked “The supplier” if there was a way to delete/edit an entry. She was told that IF it could be deleted you would swipe left and have a delete option. I informed her that it doesn’t work like that on my iPhone. She again spoke with “The Supplier” and was told there was no other way if that method didn’t work then you can’t delete/edit. Surely writing the code to add a delete/edit option isn’t impossible.

Syncing Issues. The device does NOT consistently sync with this app. Device has brand new Duracell batteries installed.

Blood pressure waste of money. Will not pair or record information called and tried all trouble Measures. Walgreens don’t know

Register. Cant register. It doesn’t go past the creating username and password.

crashed and failed login. crashed after just two days. locked flashing screen. rebooted phone and had to login again. wouldn’t recognize my login had to reset password.
