App doesn’t work. The app doesn’t even work on my phone. Not sure why but it doesn’t even Load. Idk what to do

App doesn’t send email for account setup. App doesn’t send an email to verify account so you can’t log onto app. Also won’t send an email to change password. I see a bunch of other people have the same problem guess they aren’t maintaining the app any more. A waste of time to down load and try to get it to work. Useless.

Doesn’t let me register. I’ve been going to donate for a while I tried to bring someone on the referral program but since I can’t register it won’t let me refer anyone every time I try to register it just says record not found

App not installing. I used this app before and had it for a while and this morning I Chili’s not install it back when I uninstalled it because it wasn’t working now it’s acting up and declining all the cards it asks me for I don’t understand why and I hope it gets fixed soon for when I go back. :(

Pretty good app. Only thing about the app that I don’t really like is the fact that it doesn’t show all of your transactions under the transaction history most of the time. Other than that it’s extremely easy and helpful.

Review. They lie to there donors about when they are to rollover to a new donor they told me for two days straight to come back after March 19 to start a new donor i returned on the 19 and they said I had to do a physical to roll over to a new donor the nurse wasn’t there on the 19th of March I showed back up on the 20th and they did my physical the whole time they was sayin I was a new donor and I would be getting the new donor pay but after I did the full donation they only paid me 20 because the obviously didn’t pay attention to the dates and the will fault you and make you pay consequences for their mistake

OctaRewards. The octarewards program is trash, you have to save up a lot of points just to exchange the points for some weak gift cards, GIFT CARDS really?, that’s pretty lame, you should be able to use those points extra cash on your donations not for no stupid gift cards 🤦🏽😑🚮

It works….. when it works. App is fine when it’s actually working. That’s the kicker here.

Blank screen. Downloaded app blank screen every time

Not counting my previous donations.. Only got 50 points for downloading the app but none for my donations I’ve made before hand that are on record on this very app. Feels like a dirty move. Why show my donations and show that they were all worth 100 each and yet none of them are actually being counted? I’ve donated for 2.5 years straight and that’s not including the 3 half years of donating I did before then. Am I really being forced to start from the very beginning? I don’t expect all my donations before the app was created to be counted. That or maybe I get like 10 points for each of the donations I made before downloading the app. But nothing at all is ridiculous. Especially with others complaining that y’all are moving the goal post while not moving them at all.

I can’t fix my OctaApp. My OctaApp don’t work can anyone help me is all blank it crashed and I can’t refresh it I tryed everything nothing I can’t refer friends I lost out on the money I’m extremely upset with this it seems like nobody can fix it is a shame

Updated app and stopped working. I’ve been using the app fine without any worries I updated because it asked me to update and now all I get is a blank screen for the past three days,won’t be using this anymore

Stop whining. I gave it 5 and I only used the app once .. some of if not all of you that are complaining are just ungrateful! Period! This app is supposed to do you a favor by making things more convenient but bc it doesn’t that’s a problem! Work smarter not harder .. there’s others ways to get better results! Or atleast close to what you had in mind in the first place! If this app doesn’t work for you then so be it but don’t act like they didn’t try! Be grateful what you have not ungrateful for what you don’t

Terrible app. Your better off waiting. This app only works on the sites WiFi. It’s pretty garbage and freezes constantly when it does work. 1 star is me being generous

Fix the app. From the bottom of my soul I HATE this app I upgraded all the way to a stupid iPhone 13 which I don’t want just to see if it would make this app function better it doesn’t it takes forever to open if it opens at all which like rn it won’t

Not working. Screen goes black after opening the app

App doesn’t load. I tried to check in with the OctaPass and the app just keeps loading with the black screen and spinning circle I can’t see my card balance or check in which means I have to wait in line for the 2 kiosk then wait in line again for screening then wait to be called it’s my only day off and I’ll be there all day waiting now

Rating. I come to donate plasma and it’s so different now because it’s understaffed and it’s crowds that come all day and it takes more time to wait to donate den the actual donation smh

No email being sent for new password. I’ve been trying to get a new password with my email but I never receive the email at all

The worst donor place ever. They take forever to call your name and connect u,This has to be the number 1 worst place in the world,Every one act like there tired all the time this place needs to be shut down asap.

*** THEY DONT MAKE FULL PAYMENTS ***. When I did my 1st 2 donations, they both showed that I got a hundred dollars, but as soo as I used the card for the 1st time “ less than 5 dollars” and once for 15, all of a sudden I had 8 dollars left! On my second donation i used for 4 dollars and second for 35 and now I have a 60 dollar charge! The system is soo sketched out! I’m missing over $140+ and from the octapharma to their card partners, they just send you in circles! No one is trying to fix it and the phone number you get always drop the call when you select to talk to a representative! They are literally lying about the five in take in the entire process and this makes people not want to come back! I would recommend doing business somewhere else! They are not paying correctly and not fixing accounts!

app that doesn’t provide accurate payments. App has positives such as being able to us octapass to do screening questions ahead of time and provide locations however payment amounts on next visit are inaccurate and frustrating

Poor customer support. I reached out to the app developers, my local donation center, nobody can understand why I can’t get an account created. So I’m stuck with using the kiosks and calling the card company to get my balance. Cant redeem any donor rewards either

New version won’t load. I have tried everything under the sun to use the app will not load ever since I updated to the newest version

Problem Accessing the App. I downloaded this app several times. It will not open, it just shows a blank screen after showing a pop up screen that asks if I want to allow the app to send me notifications. Please fix this issue as soon as possible please and thank you.

iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a donor and the systems works great. Until now. I had just got the 13 pro max and the app just loads and loads. Does not let me do anything.

When it works…. App works great—when it works—for bypassing the line for the *one* working sign-in kiosk at the center. Have re-installed, changed my p/w, and the app just stalls on the loading page. This is a deal-breaker for me, unfortunately.

Spyware Bundle! Do not download. This thing wants more permissions to access the phone functions ,pictures ,photos, text and web history and GPS locations and your phones contact list way more than Facebook and it’s just for a little plasma donation center I don’t think so. they’ve also canceled the referral program unless forcibly going to install this is the only way you can do a referral

You have to wait until the next day to get your money.. This is by far the worst plasma center in the state. Do not go to the one on Lafayette Road. I still haven’t got paid for my donation no one is picking up the phone to talk either. It’s not the card service they use either. It’s the workers. They so quick to leave once 7 o’clock come that they will push bottles to the side and process them the next day. And all you get is I’m sorry. That is unacceptable for your workers to be doing. I donated hours again they was not pack at all and for me still not to have my money is unacceptable. I advise you all to stay away for this plasma center

Octapharma donor. I am a donor , i loaded the app and get to accepting the agreement and it will let me click on it but that’s far as i can go.

Octa rewards scammed me. How are you guys gonna change how the point system works and not back credit me for the donations I’ve done, i almost had the highest tier prize to unlock which is well over 100 donations in a year just for you guys to change the value of a donation from 1 to 100 and now I require 10,000 points. You guys have no idea how to run a app

Broken app. It's ridiculous that password resetting just doesn't work, and I get randomly logged out. So I either have to play the guessing game with my password or I just can't use the app.

App won’t load.. I started donating plasma with OctaPharma this autumn, and the app was working fine for the first few weeks. Then a couple of weeks ago, the app wasn’t loading properly or letting me check my balance, but I could still use the OctaPass feature. The staff at my local OctaPharma branch suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which I did. The result was the OctaPharma splash screen followed by a blank white screen. Reinstall action has not resolved the issue, nor has restarting my device, nor disconnecting and reconnecting to WiFi. Please fix this.

Audoban location. I want to give tia a high recommendation.She is someone that is knowledgeable about her job. Every time I am there she never complains about her job and always willing to lend a helping hand. She treats the the donors with the utmost respect and she is a team player by training new people on the the job.I feel she is the reason why I like to come there. I think you made the best decision to hire her.

Not sure what happened. I have the App on both my Android and iPhone but for some strange reason the App shows a blank screen on the iPhone. The App works perfectly fine on my Android which is appreciated but I would rather carry or keep up to date on my iPhone since it has replaced the Android for daily use. If this issue can be resolved I will gladly and gratefully give the App the 5 star rating it deserves because it is really great.

Password reset. I have been trying for a week to reset my password and not once have the code link been sent to my email. I’ve checked spam, checking back throughout the day….still nothing. I’ve asked an employee if they could reset it at their facility and was told no. I tried a customer service number on the app they said they could not help with this matter as they do not have access (why put the number in contact us) to Octaapp. The computer systems at Octapharma are alway malfunctioning and I was told it’s best to get the app. This is now becoming a task and very time consuming. I would stop going here just because of this due to having to wait longer in lines caused by the checkin systems being down. They get way too much money off our plasma not to have a resolved this issue by now.

Easy and Simple app. Hard to believe that plasma donation has come this far, but yet we are in future now, no need to walk in and lose time signing in or have to use a QR code to get to a website, now this app has made it really easy to see all the info we use to guess at. It is so simple to view data and check even my card balance, checking in made easy all by the app, even more so on how much I will make if I go again that was a hand clapper to say ok time to return again. Not only does the plasma helps others in need but this app now helps us volunteers make life even more easy to know when it is time to return to give yet again!
