Long time. I have been using Wix for over 10 years. Alway enjoyed the quality of the templates Because it felt personalized and professional. I suspect using this app for both my Resturant will be helpful. My only issue is Wix’s name all over everything. I pay for my service and I feel it’s minimizes the quality and individuality of my business. I have tried to find a way to remove it from the app download. If this dine site is the same that may be a deal breaker for using it. Wix is getting it right but tagging their name all over my business app is not appealing.

“Sign in with Apple” not functional. Unable to use “Sign in with Apple” to access or create an account.

Need fixed. I’m a Wix fan. I have several sites with them where I use their mobile apps. This one however is a work in progress. Half the time it doesn’t open. I think there’s another fix needed with the menu area when you have multiple menu selections, but I want to be sure it’s not a user error before I comment on that. Right now it seems to get stuck on the blue page when trying to go into the app.

Annoyed. Downloaded the app because a place said it was preferred. After entering my address and my first order I waited and waited for my delivery. I called the restaurant they said I ordered for pickup. It seems the app defaulted to pickup, I did not see a screen that gave me the option of choosing. I deleted the app and tried again after picking up my food. This time I got a screen that gave me the option. Not sure what happened the first time. I deleted the app.

Does not work. Update (12/23)— 3 stars. Tigran from the Wix app approached me to rectify the issue with the app and followed up. This is being investigated. Original— 1 star. It made the payment through my credit card and did not send the order to the restaurant. Completely useless.

Cannot login using my Apple ID. I have tried, I’ve tried, I’ve tried. If you try to join or login using one’s Apple ID by pressing “Continue with Apple” on the login/registration pages, literally nothing happens. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help, nor does rebooting the phone, etc. etc. The Google and Facebook buttons work just fine, as does “Sign up with Email”, so it seems there is a quality problem with this application, which does not thrill me. if you can’t get your app basics right, why should I trust you with my email address and password, because the quality of one’s app is indicative of one security overall. I’m very disappointed with Wix.

Wrong Address. Instead of giving the restaurant the address I wrote in, it gave my address based on GPS, which was wrong.

Liars and thieves. I ordered my food today at 12:59PM today and I they fulfilled my order without delivering the food and they took money from my bank account it’s a good thing I know the restaurant I called their and they said they got an order from them but no one came to pick it up but yet I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and they answered my text only once saying “it’s en route right now”. Yet I am still waiting up until this day to get my food sad bunch of thieves never again.

Not a happy client. I hire this casa hibachi to cook for my mothers party. On there page it’s says show and cook best experience. Never the less the food was salty no one was happy, the cook didn’t do a show at all! His wife and him both had no manners or education. When the food was done they didn’t even told us they just picked up and left when I try to reach out to them they block me on IG and phone. I would not recommend them at all or the food. Please save your money.

I regret ordering via the app instead of just calling. This app is terrible. While I intended to order delivery, the app defaulted to a delivery address of the restaurant itself? After calling to update my order I went back to the app to add an address and after filling the form out multiple times it just won’t add my address. Then I tried searching for local restaurants (like the one I just ordered from) and all the results are restaurants I’ve never heard of and I don’t think are even local (despite selecting my address before searching). This Wix offering is half baked or just terribly broken at the moment and I don’t see myself using it again.

It’s acceptable but need to add some finer points. Didn’t give me a chance to review order details and cost breakout before confirming. Also the custom tip amount need to be cleaned up.

one star. i got scammed and now i’m scared to get my bank account scammed, be careful

Doesn’t work. Places my order on the app. Paid for my order and received a confirmation. The restaurant never received my order. There is no way to contact Dine to inquire or to receive reimbursement. It’s the worst.

Missing contactless delivery. Need to add contactless delivery, as in the website (restaurant app)

DO NOT USE!. No customer service and it defaults to random addresses. I was out $100 no one to contact and no food ever showed. Deleted the app. Do not recommend. Is not a legitimate business.

A Step in The Right Direction. I’m a restaurant owner and I spend a good half of my time building my website for my restaurant using Wix. Lately I’ve been feeling like they’ve been neglecting their restaurant section of wix and still feel like that because so much needs to be done to improve the restaurant portion of wix, but this app is a step in the right direction. Restaurant owners have been calling for this and they’ve listened. Keep up the great work and please keep updating and improving on restaurant features and designs.

Not very good. I can’t put in my address without giving the app my location. I should be allowed to manually enter my address, automatic inputs are never correct. Frustrating

Wrong menus. i ve dealing with the customer service for weeks, nothing changed The wrong menu is showing up at the wrong time, I was on the phone with a technician who witnessed the problem and after 2 weeks no improvement, my customers are confused and we loose business Please fix it

Can’t sign up. Wouldn’t let me save my password…. I couldn’t get past this screen. No error messages, just kept refreshing the screen.

Can’t save restaurants?. Every time I open the app I can’t find the restaurant I am looking for and have to manually add it with the invite code. Don’t know if this is a bug or deliberate design feature but would make more sense to have a “recently visited” “my places” or similar section where you can easily navigate to the restaurants you order from frequently or otherwise save for future ordering without needing to remember an obscure invite code.

Doesn’t work. Not clear prior to download that this app does not off delivery. When you do go ahead to order for pick up, it forces me to pick up at the earliest prompted time spot with no ability to change option, and then upon checkout, it tells me I can’t order because the restaurant doesn’t offer specific time ordering. This app is a great tool to remind, that you really don’t need this app, because it’s easier just to pick up the phone and call the restaurant.

Can’t even get delivery to my place. I really wish I would’ve know that not 1 single restaurant on this app is apparently a ale to deliver to my house and no I do not live in a rural area whatsoever I’m quite close to downtown actually. I’m upset that I had to go through the trouble of connecting it to my personal Facebook and allow all these permissions and access to my data before I could even know that nothing would deliver to me.
