Nearly Perfect. My only complaints are more like desires- I just wish there were more options for customizing the content, and more admin control vs customer control. The calendar/agenda, for example and applying coupons to a customer yourself. Things like not really offering different views of the calendar are infuriating in the face of such an otherwise robust interface, and not allowing you to apply and/or remove discount codes to customer orders yourself makes for a cluttered and inaccurate system when half your clients are elderly and will NEVER go online to apply their own coupon. When there’s something lacking, it feels entirely confusing why they’d overlook it since Wix has so much to offer and is so proactive in their design and ideas. Frustrating.

Great app. Very easy to use fitness app. Classes are easy to sign up and pay for.

Glitches. My yoga studio uses this app to book classes. The “book now” button has disappeared entirely from the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping to fix the error. Still not working. Very frustrating.

Easy to use. Very user friendly!!

No reschedule feature. This app would be close to perfect if only it had a simple reschedule feature. My clients can only cancel their classes on this app, which causes them to lose their credit that they paid. In order to keep their credit and reschedule the class, they have to leave the app and log into my website directly. I’ve called them to submit a request for this seemly simple and obvious feature, but they’ve still not made progress on it after several months.

Can’t add to calendar anymore!. Ever since the recent update a few weeks ago, I can no longer book a class and add it to my calendar. I have an iPhone and it worked perfectly before the update. It’s still working for Android phones though. App developers, please fix this!

Needs to fix bugs. With the new iPhone update you can not see the blog details. Needs an update.

Absolutely Amazing. Zay is THE BEST trainer anyone could ask for. Whether it is late in the day or early in the morning, he comes in with great energy that keeps you pumped through the whole workout. That is what is needed to get through. If you choose him you WILL see results!

Issues with viewing blog post. Hello, I am a gym owner and I usually write the workout of the day in the blog posts. However, my members are constantly complaining these days that when they try to open the blog post it doesn't show up. Who am i supposed to get contact with to get this issue fixed asap? Thank you

The app is great but…. I don’t see the notifications for upcoming classes

Not a reliable source of workouts. I paid 295$ for the 24 months, and who ever is in charge of sending me workout Routines only send me 1 week! Joke! I message him and I get nothing in response! I’m suppose to be on week 3 technically and still noting . I will be doing a charge back to my bank! Don’t waste ur time!! I mean I paid that much they should be on top of sending out weekly emails and updates

Good vibes. The app is super user friendly. Very easy to use and set up your classes that customers want to do .

Like your website but an app. I’m really enjoying this app, as are my clients. I’ve been on MindBody and everything in between and this is the most simple and effective. Sure it can have a glitch now and then but the support staff are always willing to help and honest in their approach. It looks professional, easy to use and navigate, and I like that you can mimic your website without actually having build your own app. Ticks all the boxes for me! Bravo!!

Not happy. I’m struggling to get into the fitness part of app. I keep getting to the wix app , not fit by wix. Going round in circles trying to download it!

Latest update is worse. There are so many problems with the latest update. My members can’t book without the app asking them to pay again. Makes me look very unprofessional and is very annoying with me now having to book my members in manually. Change it back!

Missing the filter. I prefer the old website version where I can choose the filter like “CBD” or “beginner”, much time saving and more convenient

Amazing!. I love this app, I use it for all my online personal training. Some stuff I wish they could add: - A volume calculator for workouts - Easier way of clients to add their weights they used (rather then submitting as a questionnaire at the end) - More on the performance tracker, also a way to allow me to see their performance tracker results

Do not download this app if your Space by Wix is working. I was notified by WIX that my “Space” app by WIX was outdated and needed to be upgraded by downloading their new app called FIT. It has never worked and now my Space app no longer works. I have deleted and re installed both apps. And reinstalled just one no fix The business ( studio/gym)has uninstalled my profile and reinstalled no fix. A lot of time has been wasted trying to fix this problem
