Fast, slick, and my favorite exchange app. It has all the cryptos I want to trade, from Bitcoin to Dogecoin to Algorand. And I love the responsiveness of the design, the ease of reading, and the speed of execution. Can’t wait for more features over time.

I lost my money. I don't know how a hacker got into my account and took my money without me. I do not recommend this app! It's not safe!

Red flags throughout app. Blockchain will eagerly accept your USD deposits, convert into coin you want. Tried to send August 4th to my external wallet. “Manual review” listed in status of withdrawal since that date. No live support chat, robot chat goes nowhere. Biggest flaw is that with $50k left USD in account I was unable to cash out!!!! Since not processing withdrawal decided to move funds to another exchange. Clicked the cash out tag and link took me to ADD CASH FROM BANK, with information needed to send more cash to Blockchain?!?!?! This is unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM BLOCKCHAIN

App doesn’t work. App doesn’t work it keeps Saying refresh to connect to network. Also I’ve been waiting 1 and 1/2 weeks for Identify Verification. Can’t get a reply from them.

Best crypto trading app. I’ve used more crypto trading apps than I can count. The Blockchain.com Exchange app is by far my favorite. Intuitive enough for the crypto newbie and powerful enough for the crypto pro. I also use the Blockchain.com Wallet app. The combination of the Exchange and Wallet apps give me everything I need to trade, store, and earn crypto!

Fast execution. Impressive tooling for rapid trading and asset analysis. Will use frequently.

Why latest update does not let me withdraw. I’ve been using this app for 7 years, since the latest update few months ago, the app isn’t let me withdraw crypto, I got to sign up in the web to get a verification code, each time, so annoying, and I sent a message few days ago to support with no answers, this used to be the best wallet, now I’m forced to use a new one, save yourself time and use another wallet

Blockchain hold my coin for more than a year now 😡😡. Blockchain has got my crypto stocked for more than a year and didn’t accept my verification even after providing every necessary information and document , they got me feeling so depressed and scammed, almost 2 years now I have been sending mail but they won’t reply after saying your ticket has been received…..

Unable to withdraw. I have been using this blockchain application for years but I think the application is not working generally I can’t send out my funds which is very frustrating and bad plus I can’t use blockchain in West Africa country too bad

Allow people withdraw their funds. Hello, I'm not allowed to withdraw my money that's stealing, and doesn't make any sense why you guys are not allowing people to withdraw their funds yet you created the app.

I have balance on my BTC but I can’t send out. I have balance available $6 but if I want to send out is have 0 balance

Clean fast interface for trading crypto. All information needed to trade is readily at hand and the interface is easy to use. Good liquidity and pricing also.

Blockchain is a SCAM. Blockchain allowed me to buy paxos and then rejected my identity so I can’t link my bank account, most importantly I can’t withdraw my funds!

Worst app ever. Worst app ever,coinbase is much more better than block chain

Terrible- don’t waste time or money. It’s overall a decent (at best) app. Easy to navigate, a little confusing at first for beginners. HOWEVER… it will cost you at least $9-10 in Fees alone to withdraw your money. So unless you’ve got thousands to play with, don’t bother!

Favorite Crypto Exchange. Blockchain.com is one of the oldest businesses in the crypto space. Unlike some of the fly by night or outright scam exchanges out there, I can trust them to deliver great service.

Great for a novice trader. Newer to trading, find that the UI is very intuitive and sleek.

Stay away from blockchain. My account was moved from silver to Gold level by blockchain without requesting for it. I used my private keys and I was asked to verify again. Which I did and got a verification failed response. It’s been over a year now and blockchain support don’t seem to know what they are doing, my coins are still with blockchain, please stay away from blockchain if your verification fail ones, they won’t give you another chance to verify and your coin is gone!!

Recover my founds please. I just reset my password and I can’t find my founds again what’s going

Bad news. Please my funds is not appearing in blockchain dashboard but I get emails saying my fund is confirm in my wallet

Withdraw issue. I’ve been using blockchain for years and I never have any problem withdrawing my funds but after introducing DeFi wallet. I couldn’t send my funds out, my account has been under review for months. I’ve provided all the requirements they requested few months ago yet they never allow me send out my funds, I don’t advise anyone to use blockchain. They are criminals.

Blockchain is a joke. I had Sofi and I could see all of my investments on there. They moved everything to blockchain and it blocked me from being able to see my investments. It’s been 3 months and I can’t get ahold of anyone. I can’t log on. I go in circles trying to create an account. No help whatsoever. I just want my money back.

Not fair!. My resident is west Africa and the app won’t let me register, always coming up upgrade excuses, the developers should fix the problems please.
