Crashes constantly!. Can’t even keep the app open long enough to log in.

Smart Mute missing when using PowerConf H700. Where is the SmartMute functionality? It is not showing for H700 PowerConf headset - which is the main reason I bought it.

Doesn’t work with Ankerwork m650 mics, missed opportunity. Purchased the Ankerwork m650 wireless mic system and I LOVE the mics so far. I especially love the ability to go on the Ankerwork app on the computer and adjust EQ, listen and transfer files etc. I later found that there’s an app on mobile aswell, however to my disappointment it doesn’t support Ankerwork mics? What gives Ankerwork? Now that IPhone 15 has USBC there’s just about no reason to not make support for this mic. Especially if you want to stay competitive in this sphere going against the likes of Rode or DJI. If an update comes out that changes this, this review will instantly become 5 stars, until then, 1 star.

App keeps crashing; update: dev fixed. Tried on two different iPhone devices and app keeps crashing continually. It won't even L let me log in. Update: app is usable again with good connections to speaker. Rating the app 5 stars for what it is intended to do-use speaker and update firmware. Kind of weird as a sales tool also, but also not bad idea.

Easy to use for multiple devices. I love the Anker Work app, it works great for managing my work devices as well as the several we have at our church. I can change the settings in seconds and apply firmware updates easily.

No My50 support?. Had the mic for,a,week, but no software.

App crashes. Just bought a PowerConf S3 and wanted to check for updates, but the app just crashes after ~2 seconds every time.

Have two, want more!. I’ll eventually get the newer version of these, but I can’t tell you enough about how amazing they are.

App is broken!. Won’t connect at all to my PowerConf S3. Turn the device off and back on multiple times, forgot from Bluetooth devices on my phone then re-added multiple times, nothing.

Other than updating firmware, does not do anything useful.. They could have at least exposed sound tuning to limit echo or set the sensitivity of the mics. Does not seem to do much other than try to get you to buy more of their stuff or get spammed. Oh, and you need to accept their “privacy” terms to use the app.

App won’t connect to my PowerConf speaker. I can’t get the app to connect to either my iPhone or my iPad. I followed all the app suggestions even forgot the device and installed it while using the app but I can’t seem to get it to connect to my speaker.

Previous version was better , don’t waste your time. This version of the app does not have all the features of the previous version such as changing the sound mode ie: stadium, conference room etc. This app is worthless and doesn’t actually do anything helpful.
