In a Day Where Games are Riddled with Garbage, This Game Shines Bright. If you love micromanagement games that allows a great deal of freedom regarding decision making, but still emphasizes attention to detail in regards to resource management and how all those interrelated decision can lead to an ultimate end of success this game lays it out really well. I’m so jaded by games with loot boxes and pay to win I forgot how wonderful a game that focuses on gameplay alone can be. Knowing I have time better spent doing something else productive, I find myself want to open the game up and start tapping away seeing my gym, businesses, and boxers develop and grow. Good fun. Simple in execution, but at the same time multidimensional and therefore complex if you look at the underlying mechanics in the game.

Addictive w multiple replay value. Simply put, probably my most played Kai game since Game Dev Story w awesome replay value. Suggestions for improvement, once a fighter clears all available weight classes, adding some additional fights besides Wairo. Great game!

Great game. Love this game. A lot of fun but very time consuming if you want to beat the game. Took me roughly 3 days to complete and that was at almost constant play lol

Probably the best Kairosoft game.. This has the most depth of any game I've played from these developers. This is how you make a game. It's hard to say that this is better than Game Dev Story, but I just might.

I like games like this mostly all the time but did this game takes wayyy to long for anything to happen the only fun part about this game is the matches and it takes like 30 minutes just to get a match started let alone actually do anything while it happens u just sit there and watch them fight which is cool or w.e but why not add a speed up option

Same format, still works. Great game, same as any other minus some of the building combo stuff (which I don’t like doing anyway). Fun as ever!

Best boxing game on mobile. The game is great all the devs need to do is add a way to skip match’s in the later game and make it to were the boxing gloves show the different designs. Other than that maybe a few more attention to detail and the game will be complete.

One of the slower Kairosoft games. I typically love all of the premium Kairosoft games. I never attempted to download or play any of the “pay to play” ones. So when I saw this game pop up at full cost I bought it without hesitation. Man, this game is a grind. Literally. The whole game is based around leveling up your boxer and while I would normally enjoy doing that as that’s typically the premise of most of their games - this one leaves a lot to be desired for. There really isn’t any interesting aspects of the game besides the matches and each match takes so long to begin. I found myself putting my phone down and doing other things as waiting became sort of boring. There is really nothing to do in between matches besides run the same training options over and over again or buy items from the shop. I’m really surprised this got so many good reviews. I’d pass on this one.

Amazing. Great game with good replay value. The carry over items work well for multiple play throughs and it’s pretty addictive and fun to play.

Great Game. I’ve been a fan of Kairosoft for a long time and have always thought a boxing game would be right in their wheelhouse for the style of games that they make. This one doesn’t disappoint, and I appreciate them releasing one that isn’t freemium!

Another awesome hit. Im so glad Kairosoft went back to their standard instead of trying to play into the free “spend tokens” and such gimmick. This one was clean, simple, and extremely fun to play. I was able to make it all the way through each division, and the final fights are always super entertaining. I hope they do more of these sports versions, and honestly, i would love to see a sumo game from Kairosoft. I think itd be very interesting and fun, and would give users a fresh take on other sports.

Love it!. I am a HUUUGE fan of Kairosoft since I was a teen. And now that I make my own money, I don’t have to wait to buy the new releases. Definitely love this sim game.

bug in the game, restart phone randomly. it will randomly restart my phone. it happened at least 3 times and i only finished one boxing game.. too annoying.. last time it happened due to continuous training. It could be a bug at training.

New game plus?. Love the game. Although new game plus is unsatisfying. Really shooting that you have to pretty much start over. Otherwise no complaints.

They’ve done it again. :). I love Boxing Story. TBH I’ve enjoyed nearly every game kairosoft has released. Tbh tho, I only wrote this review to point out another reviewers misspelling. Basic education tells us that “to” is actually spelled “too” when “too” is being used in lieu of “also” or “very”. Just saying 🤷‍♂️

Love it. I’m on my second play through and will probably do a third. Lots of reasons to play through again. Another classic Kairosoft game. 😁

Great but not like other Kairosoft games. I’ve been waiting years for Kairosoft to come out with a game like this for a long time about 6 years now almost. I’ve even sent them an email recommending them to make a fighting sim such as this back then. I had a lot of fun playing this game but for some reason it lacked the depth of the other Kairosoft games, a lil disappointed because they’re one of my favorite game developers and I’ve been waiting a while for something like this by them. Other than that it was still fun but it didn’t have the novelty as their other titles. However, I’ll always be a fan and support them!

Fun!. It’s a slow start, but give it some time and it’ll grow on you!

No reason to play twice.. Unlike most Kairo games, once you finish the 11 year season you start over again. Your boxers start back at low levels and your unlocked weight classes are locked again. I don’t feel any reason to play again. It was super fun the first time though.

Game crashes.. I am usually a fan of this company’s apps. That’s why I spent the money to get a boxing game. However, I have been very disappointed. Game play is overall what I expected. However, the complete crashes I keep having while playing completely ruin it. I have never had a game that will completely shut my phone down like this before. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great as usual. Kairosoft is the best..thanks for the great games. Manage a boxer and grow the community and your gym, train your boxers and many things to manage. Just get it.

Too Short!. Ah I love this game! But it’s too short! 10 game years? That gives me like 2-3 gen boxers! Sure i can roll over to a new game, but my gym was ROCKIN’ and suddenly its the end! I was assuming we had 30 game years so i fooled off too much! Quoting a judge from Game Dev Story: “Too Short!” Worth playing over and over, though!

Weeks to long :(. Why is the wait so long for a match, the limit should be 6 honestly, you can literally up ur stats in seconds or adjust your moves in a week so whats the point of making the player wait 8 weeks

Had me hooked. I started playing to make the train ride to work faster and it quickly turned into an obsession

Addicting. I have an array of Kairosoft games. So when new one comes out I’m always willing to try. This is probably becoming my top game to play. I just get sucked in but still able to just play for like 10 mins. After each ten years is up I’m better , way better . I’m just rambling but definitely recommended.

Not worth the price. This is one of Kairosofts worst games. It’s boring, there is barely anything to do beside wait for the slow timers then watch a slow fight and pry to the RNG gods that you win. Most things in the game cost millions of dollars to buy and you don’t start winning million dollar fights until much later in the game. Also this game doesn’t do a good job on teaching you what most of the stats actually do. I would put this one in the bottom 5 of the Kairosoft library.

As somewhat expected. As a Kairosoft fan this game is what one might expect. This game is just copy and paste at this point, if you’ve played basketball story or any other sports one, you’ve essentially played this game. Though I do find it fun enough as a fan.

All in all. I’ve played every game you guys have made and I have yet to be disappointed by them. Keep up the good work!!!

One of. Their best. It fun and idle. I try to play all kairosoft games. This one isn’t a place the buildings together for bonus or find recipes type. Maybe ,ore like the horse racing one. I like it allot. I stopped playing wild rift to play this for now.

Wish carry over was better. Love the concept and the sport. It’s a bit too much like Tennis Story rather than Basketball or Homerun High in that the new game plus carry over is kind of underwhelming.

Great game... a little slow first play through.. Another great sports story title from Kairosoft. The first play through is slow with a lot of down time. Second play through was great!

It’s Kairosoft alright!. The first game I played from this company was the restaurant game. It was just fun to watch how the game works. No hard to understand mechanics, simple explanations, can be idle and in general the customization even if it’s just the names. I will say it’s overall amazing, the cost is definitely worth it. If you like games such as this you should checkout all the other games they have to offer.

Plz Read KarioSoft. I dont know why but every time i play i get a glitch where i cant switch classes and I'm noticing every time I'm in a fight my player does not fight back(He throws like a couple punches then my opponent just throws way more punches every fight)

PLEASEE I BEG YOU FIX THE RETIREMENT ISSUE. This is a Awesome Game I LOVE IT !!! But the fact that my boxer will retire at age 23 is kind of corny :( .... The same way Basketball Stories I wouldn’t have to worry about running out of time .... My only gripe is the fact that I have to put in time and hard work to max out my character to 999 then only for him to retire the next month .... I definitely don’t like that hopefully a patch comes where I can continuously use my boxer without worrying about him retiring until I want him to 😞🥺

Good. Good game, like most Kairosoft games, however, I have come across a few issues: Feather weight photos aren’t being shown as new when they’re obtained; Learning a skill, but the boxer learning the skill isn’t going to the gym, despite the trainer being there and the points having been spent.

Good fun but.... Solid game. It’s fun to play, and I prefer it over the free-to-play model and the Edo Town Story style of games. But I’m still waiting for Game Dev Story 2 and a TV Show tycoon game where you can run a station, make shows, etc. I mean, we know there’s a Japanese version of GDS2 already. And it’s been years since GDS was released in English. And we got Silver Screen Story and Anime Studio Story, why not let us make tv shows next?

What’s next?!. I love Kairosoft games. This one is a little slower but still just as enjoyable. I hope they make a volleyball game next.

Too slow and repetitive. I’ve loved other Kairosoft games in the past like game dev, hot springs, dungeon village, but this one is really poorly done imo. It’s incredibly repetitive, WAY too slow to make progress and lacking in the magic that these story games usually have. It’s too bad because I love boxing but this one just isn’t it.

Best mobile game. Best game I’ve found on mobile after months of searching. It’s an absolute blast I can’t recommend it enough.

Finally some redemption for Kairosoft. After terrible release after cash grab release we finally have a good game from Kairosoft again. I will update once I beat the game for the first time. So far it’s a definite recommend. I have been playing Kairosoft since .99c Game Dev released and this is one of the more fun games. Back to the original concept and interesting. Get this one it’s totally worth it. Go Rocky!

Super Fun!. I’m on my second play through (got it yesterday) and I’m really enjoying it. The only thing I wish was included was seeing the opponent’s stats first before jumping into the ring. You have no idea how many times that’s hurt my clean streak. Go Silas! Two time champ! Rocky is so proud! 😭

Something missing. I have loved Kairosoft for a long time, and so bought this instantly when I saw it. But there seems to be some things that still need work. For one, you can’t search for trainers at all that I can tell, they’re assigned automatically when you get a boxer and can’t get new ones without retiring a boxer. Love the concept and gameplay, but feels like they’re still missing a couple things that normally come with a Kairosoft game. On restarting a game, you really don’t have that much of a leg up. You may have unlocked fighters from a previous playthrough, but you won’t be able to select them for some time since you’re stuck with the lowest weight class still when you start. So you won’t be able to make much use of New Game+ until a good ways into your next playthrough. Since replay value was always what I loved with Kairosoft (Pocket Stables being one of my all time favorites) it’s actually very disappointing how little carryover there is, and how subsequent playthroughs are not drastically different from playing the first time. Love the concept, disappointed overall. The fact that this was such an exciting concept for me makes this even more disappointing. I have bought many Kairo games over the years, but honestly may not buy another one after this. Seeing them come up with a great idea like this got my hopes back up, but seems to have continued the downward trend. Their greatest games are in the past, and I’m a bit confused as to how they seem to have forgotten the formula that made them great.

No boxers to train.. It seems like all the boxers to train are in weights not unlocked. So I cannot continue. This is the third straight time playing a new game that this ends up happening. Also,why can I not fire trainers if I can’t get boxers to train?

Members fee issues. The whole game is fun, easy to play. But I have no idea what “members fee” is. Since it cost 150k per 1 member and I don’t get any of them. Is it a payment that I should get from those girl members? They’ve using my gym for free.
