Waiter. Food was great and our waiter Ty was the best here in Orlando by the Icon.

Rewards. When I first went to BB they had a rewards program that I signed up for. I never got to use it. Apparently they no longer have rewards. Everything on the app I can do on the regular website without signing up.

Salty food. I ordered the grilled Salmon yellow rice with broccoli and empanadas and clam chowder. The broccoli and chowder was so salty we threw it away and the rice was mushy. Service was as always good but I’m disappointed in my meal.

Multiple unsubscribe requests are ignored.. Companies that ignore unsubscribe requests should not be allowed to have an app on the App Store. This does not reflect on the food, If this was Yelp, I would easily give the food and the staff at all the locations I’ve been to 5 stars, and complain that I could not give the Key Lime pie 6 stars. Please clean up your act, I want your app on my phone to easily get a location while I’m on the road, but since I do not have a location within 45 miles of me, I never care about specials or bands. The mail is just annoying mailbox stuffing.

App crashes when choosing. App crashes every time I try to choose the jerk chicken pasta for the valentines dinner for 2. The other 2 entrees don’t crash the app when selected
