The Neighborhood Stop!. We have become regulars at Capital Grille as they always make us feel at home! We have becomes friends with many of the staff and enjoy their care of us. The food is great .... love the Chicken Parm! LOL! The A5 Wagyu and Caviar are great treats! Absolutely love the Grand Plateau! Winemaker dinners are great too!

Great App. I have used this app multiple times and have enjoyed the convenience.

Trouble with credit cards. I tried to order gift cards, app continued to reject card. Called credit card company said no request came through. Went to web site, logged in, saw my cart with gift cards, put in credit card info, and immediately accepted. Something wrong with app.

Excellent, every time!. We have dines at the Capital Grille in Ft. Lauderdale frequently for special occasions. We are never disappointed. The food is delicious, the service has always been exceptional, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I’ll be making a reservation in a few weeks to celebrate another milestone birthday. I’m so looking forward to my dining experience!

App does not work. This app, does not work. You can’t access locations, it just sits and spins. I’ve deleted and reloaded, same issue. Too bad.

Anniversary. Jeff Spivey took care of us and was absolutely outstanding, personable, and attentive to us. He made our experience at dinner worth every it and more enjoyable. Highest Standards. The Capital Grille is “the place” for business lunches, birthdays and any occasion for all your special dinners. The menu is extensive, fabulous and has something for even the most discerning palate. The service is consistently 5 star!

Wine List Crashes App. I installed the app so I could review the wine list. If you try to change locations within the wine list part of the app it crashes the app

Fine Dining. Always first class, food and service.

Can't Create An Account. App won't let me create an account. An error message comes up asking me to enter a valid zip code every time I enter my zip code. Can't use the app. WORTHLESS.

Can't sign in. Won't allow me to sign in. Get a message saying something went "awry" and can't complete process. Login info is correct. No use to me if I can't sign in. Update.. Opened app on 07 Feb 17 to be rescued for valentines and I get an error code at the top of the page. Garbage app. Deleting it

Dinner Last Night. We had a fabulous birthday celebration for my aunt at Capital Grille last night. Everyone truly enjoyed the food, the service, and most of all the good feeling, when we die here. Death is wonderful, and Mr. Bryson is it true assets your organization.

Management. We were in this area for a wedding, decided to have dinner at your facility. It was amazing, the staff was prompt & professional, we asked for the chef Mr Dandan because we wanted to let him know exactly how much we appreciated his special meal. Mr Dandan was a pleasure to speak with, he discussed the cuts of steak we choose, how it was prepared and the restaurant history. He’s a treasure, so personable, professional and humble. I seldom get the opportunity to commend restaurants However, by far yours is a Definitely a five star restaurant from the upbeat location, to the great selection of wines. The waiter recommended what he liked best was the Mac & cheese which let me say it was amazing. We only wish you would consider opening one closer to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mrs D. If you haven’t been, it’s a must visit!!! Now, it won’t be the same, unless you have Danny as your server, he makes your meal just perfect. The food is delicious but a good waiter makes a whole difference, ask for Danny.

Simply the Best. We have been celebrating our proposal and Anniversaries for over 15 years… as well as numerous other occasions… by far the Best .. food… service… ambiance… care…and attention to every detail ❤️❤️❤️

Generous pour. July 13th dinner and generous pour. I had dinner at the Hartford location. I am only giving it 2 stars on the wine in the generous pour. I love the capital Grille food. I have been to a lot of generous pour events at the capital Grille. The July 2019 wines were substandard to me. The wines were very harsh. There was only one that was tolerable. I have enjoyed the generous pout in the past. I don’t know who chose the wines this time around. But, most of the red wines burned as you swallowed them. Even some of the whites were not very good. The only wine that I cared for was the Chardonnay. Which, surprised me very much. I am not a Chardonnay drinker. There are so many wines out there, that are not costly. Yet, they are smooth. I have to say. I am highly disappointed in the wines this time around.

Not on par with Steaks!. The steaks and service are truly great at Capital Grille. This app is not (locations search not available most of the time, hangs up frequently). Has been like this for a year. A really cool feature, paying through the app, was on there for a few months and then disappeared without explanation. In my use of travel apps only Hertz is worse. Otherwise, this defines bottom of barrel...

Capital Grill Chestnut. MA. My husband and I celebrated. Our46th anniversary . They went beyond our expectation. Rose petals in shape of 46. Personalized menu and desert. We had a great time and thank the hostesses

The best ever!. We’ve been going to the Capital Grille for the past 19 years - ever since we moved up from NY. Our Christmas Eve dinner was, without a doubt, the best ever! The food, the service, the attentiveness, and the ambiance were off the charts! Daniel and Andrew are just awesome! I’m not sure how the team there continues to out do themselves, but they do! Looking forward to celebrating our anniversary and having our first dinner out since the beginning of the pandemic!

Pushing overpriced wine. I enjoy Capital Grille. The food and service are always good. Many of their wines though wines are designed for those on expense accounts. This app, while providing some solid basic info, pushes overpriced wines as "recommended" when less expensive wine options would have been wonderful. I saw recommended wines listed at a thousand bucks. Really??? We attend over a dozen wine dinners a year so we may be entitled to suggest that one need not get a 2nd mortgage to get good wine. I plan to delete the app as the "pushing" offends me.

Andrea Schuman. I refuse to go to any other restaurants! I’m treated like royalty when I go to the Capital Grille! I will give you some of the names of the fantastic people who are so special at the Capital Grille: Richard, James, Jackie, and Sam. The food is the best on the Island! Whether I go there for lunch or dinner, I know my meal will be superb, and the service will be unquestionably the best!!

The Experience. Good evening, My name is Mike Pignatello, I’m 46 & I am a new yet already loyal customer of The Capital Grill. Recently I had dinner with a friend that I haven’t seen in quite some time. My friend suggested this establishment & I fell in love almost immediately. The service was outstanding, the ambiance extremely comfortable & the food was magnificent. Being from Queens I was hesitant because I wanted to go somewhere comfortable and close to home knowing the food would be great (Morton’s in Great Neck is my usual suspect). After dinner I was literally shocked and subsequently hooked. The following week I took both my sons (Anthony 18 & Michael 14) Michael had thePorcini crusted ribeye with lobster mac & cheese and the crabcakes for an appetizer. Anthony had the cut bacon appetizer with bone in filet and mashed potatoes. During dinner we were approached by Amy Condron and she introduced herself as the manager and greeted us with a warm spirit & gentle tone. I introduced both my children indicating Anthony was a student at ST. John’s University and Michael a freshman in H.S. in a debut culinary program in NYC with a specific, focused and heavy concentration on the culinary arts. Amy kindly engaged Michael showing a keen & genuine interest, making him feel like he was networking and creating contacts (Amy was truly gold). After dinner we were surprised with a personal greeting my Chef Mohamed for Michael (arranged by Amy) as he gave some tips, advice and general discussion regarding our dinner that evening. My experience could not have been more pleasant. I consider myself a regular now & will be booking a 75th birthday party this fall for my Uncle. It’s an actual breath of fresh air experience at The Capital Grill with outstanding and delicious food, a warm staff and a clean & beautiful ambiance. Michael Pignatello
