The greatest app on my phone. I cant recommend this enough. The food is amazing. My wife is pregnant and can’t get enough of this place and the app makes it so easy to just transport Tacombi to her constantly. The food, like the app, also amazing.

Love the food. App no longer works.. I’ve tried several times over the past few weeks and I can no longer place orders with the Tacombi app. It stalls out and won’t let me place an order. I’ve signed in and out. Deleted and ré downloaded the app and nothing. It’s a shame, I live these tacos.

Doesn’t work for delivery. Great food but I get an error message every time I try to add an address for delivery stating that it is an invalid address (despite nothing missing). Because of this, I’m unable to use the app.

Great food+ Easy to use App + Loyalty $$. Tacombi’s food is excellent and they have great options for vegetarians- thank you for that! I’ve been using the Tacombi app for a while and I really like it — it’s easy to order, it will select the nearest Tacombi for your order based on your address, and as a bonus you collect loyalty dollars that get applied to subsequent orders. After reading a recent article that detailed how much money restaurants were giving to other delivery service apps (an outrageous sum of money), I’m always hoping to order directly from a restaurant so they can avoid those fees. Tacombi app lets you order directly from the restaurant— download it and order today!

Customers pay tax on delivery fee!. Total of each delivery order gets a $4.99 delivery fee added to total then get taxed on the new total so you have to pay the restaurants tax on their delivery fee, it’s at least 3 buck more paying their tax. Then you have to tip as the delivery fee is pocketed by the restaurant not given to the delivery person who it should be going.my $28 order is $43 after a 15% tip! Pretty sure this is illegal.

Great graphics & easy to use!. I love this app. It perfectly encapsulates the aura of Tacombi. Retro Mexican travel themes, super colorful, and quite importantly: super user-friendly. Probably the most aesthetically pleasing app on my phone! Plus you can earn points and order delivery straight from the restaurant!

No way to log in as a new user. Only as existing. ?!?!?!?

Food is great app is awful. Cannot update or change my password after getting a new phone. Very frustrating. No help page. When I clicked on link for forgotten password site asks for your old password! I don’t know it! Site keeps telling me my phone number is already associated with an account when I try to create a new account, yet it won’t pull up my old account.

Great App. Beautifully made and a great alternative to Seamless. I love being able to order directly from the restaurant. Supporting the community is a plus!

Horrible UX. App AND site have horrible UX - nearly impossible to place an order without signing in, signing in again, zeroing out tip for pick up order, choosing payment method, and so on.

App does not work. Will not let me order anything. Every change I make times out. Terrible.

Reward Balance Tweak. Please add a function to choose when to use your reward balance. I order late night meals through work and would rather use the rewards at another time.

THE BEST TACO IN NYC!. Tacombi is a true Mexican place with street style tacos, the food is magnificent but the service is even more.
