It’s not all it used to be. Can’t pick 2 of the same drink in 2 drink combo, and they took away mustang ranch dry rub, and afterburner. They took away most of what I love.

Glitches. Cannot track order or log in

They Don't Want To Take Orders. I have never ordered from Wings Over Worcester. When I called, the message was to order online or via the app. The web app did not allow me to place an order. The app crashed constantly.

Great experience w Chapel Hill Wings Over. Love the store and the food! Wings Over is the best place for wings in Chapel Hill, by far!

poor navigation. on one tab of the app it says I recently ordered an item that I have not yet paid for. I assumed my order went through but never did.

Can’t order. Can access my account just fine. None of my orders are processed. I get an infinite loading circle. None of my debit cards work but if I call the store or pay in person, works no problem. Extremely frustrating.

Love it. I was sitting in bed one Wednesday night very very hungry. I spontaneously opened this app and seamlessly ordered myself a delicious dinner. I am from buffalo and have not had as good a wing as this since leaving home. This app and store are AMAZING

BEAUTIFUL. Aside from the FIRE wings at the Ithaca location, this app made me fall in love with the franchise! I study design and it is extraordinarily easy to navigate and make my order. And it's not ugly to look at!

Doesn’t work. I can’t finish an order, after I hit “confirm” button to complete my order, I see a circle going around a chicken head until I get sick of it and call. Restarting app and going through motions causes same issue.

No Apple Pay. Why is it that I can use Apple Pay at the location but not in the app? I’m not about to store my card on any app. Add Apple Pay and I will start using the app.

Terrible quality. App is terrible

Meal option. It doesn’t give me the option of changing my regular waffle fries to cajun waffle fries on my meal but I can do it over the phone. Other than that my first order was placed fast simple and easy.

Wings Over Knoxville. I happen to love Wings Over. I have been multiple times. It was sad that they had to close during the Covid 19 outbreak. The flavor of their wings is spot on in taste and heat. You won’t be disappointed with Wings Over.

Favorite wings!. Love Wings over! Hangers all day. App is cool. Tons of points. Much cheaper than going on Grubhub. I usually go to the Springfield location!

Tries to be convenient, mostly succeeds. Trying to reorder a previous order was a little convoluted and I had to backtrack a lot. Having an account is nice admittedly.

Maybe criminal idk. So weird. The food was good… but, they called to confirm my order as the app said it was about to arrive. Then they subbed out the delivery to Uber eats and kept the delivery tip for themselves. Now I’m getting weird emails and texts with suspicious web links asking me to review the service. Will never use again. Very creepy.

can’t order. I can’t complete my order through the app. It just has the loading sign and never goes through. Can’t use my rewards or anything. Pointless.

Account locked. No way of reopening it.. Don’t know how my account was locked or deleted. It’s saying my phone number is registered to an account but yet, when I type in my email to login, it tells me to create new account.

Can’t login. No option to Sign In with Apple. I sign into the website with Apple account. Can’t use the app now.

A turn for the worse. I used to really enjoy Wings Over. They were convenient, quick, tasty, and pretty good bang for your buck. This new website and menu though is outright atrocious. The previous names gave Wings Over their own flair on ordering. This new bland menu that doesn’t have the same sizes(but still charges more than before given the quantities listed) is a poor excuse for an update in response to “hearing what we wanted!”....no one who’s been ordering from Wings Over wants this.

King of Chicken. Best in town

Decent app needs some changes. Good app but it needs a extra order instructions tab. Sometimes my phone doesn’t work inside the hospital so I need the delivery person to call a fixed landline.

Logging In. Love Wings Over, but it won’t let me log in to my account to order. Continually asks me to sign up but I already have an account. Should be a guest checkout at the very least to get around it until the issue is fixed.

The App Finally Worked. I think I had a stroke when the app accepted my order for the Ithaca Wings Over for the first in about 2 months. I have been waiting for this moment and the day finally arrived. Thank you Wings Over App. Without you, I would not be able to accumulate my desired calories in such a magnificent way…The Original Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal . I love you. Thank you.

Used to always eat here. Now the app doesn’t submit my order and i have to start over and it still never works anymore. Junk app

Always the GO TO spot in gville. Never once has a bad order and even if I did I know they would always fix it with no issues. Always great food and always great service. The honey mustard wings are always in my order.

Incomplete Menu. I couldn’t find crinkle cut fries on the menu.

Fix the tip function. Solid app definitely easier interface than the prior version. The app functions well but has reduced my local menu-onion rings come back! More important a it does not allow to tip a dollar amount. Just because I order less does not mean I want to tip less for a delivery. Fix these issues and I will be totally on board.

Great food :) just pricey:(. When another company took over wings. Things all went up. Can a soda before .99 cents now 1.99. Stupid. Though the food is good and will pay the price once in a while. I feel they would have made more money leaving it the way it was. Which was pricey to begin with (except the soda 😳)

Awesome!. Awesome app but I really think yall should add delivery instructions. I have to call every time to let them know to call/text when they get here because I can’t hear the knocking upstairs. The last girl I talked to didn’t even want to leave a note. Other than that, love the food!

Fees are crazy. Food is great. $4 delivery fee as well as forcing you to tip between 15 and 25% is crazy. Customer should decide what to tip!
