Optum. Loving this app makes medication affordable

Great app, mediocre prices. The app itself is beautiful and easy to use. Unfortunately, the discounts of my medications are at best a few dollars more expensive than GoodRX, and at worst $40+ dollars more.

Easy and convenient!. Super simple way to save money!

Misleading. It states accepted at Costco and it’s not and even when you call and ask they say yes it is. You need to remove the pharmacies that do not take it. It’s wrong to have that and waste so many people’s time. When I first started using it last year it worked a few times at Costco and it was so simple and so reasonable and here is what is interesting, after a few times of using it, it suddenly was being rejected at Costco and that wastes their time and mine just so you can have the Costco name here? it absolutely doesn’t work as I have tried it today one last time and even after calling you to report this months ago you still fraudulently have their name here as one of the pharmacies it works at. It doesn’t, I spoke to the national pharmacy manager and all locations are the same so it doesn’t differ by location.

Great prices. Beats GoodRx every time

Nonsense. The prices that this company calls discount or reduced savings, is a joke!! Good RX has much better prices!!

Great savings. Couldnt believe I saved $20 on my prescription by changing my pharmacy! So Grateful! $240 a year 😀

Competitive prescription pricing. I wish the Optum Rx price for my United Health Care prescriptions was at least as competitive as the pricing on you Optum app. If your company has an explanation why I pay Optum Rx, the provider for my UHC part D insurance three times the price for one of my maintenance prescription that I can purchase at my local pharmacy with Optum perks, same quantity and strength, I’d like to hear it. I’m certain AARP would also be interested, I hope they will be.

The app is ok, the competition always has better prices/coupons. I can only save individual coupons instead of saving which medicine I take which I don't think is the most user friendly nor helpful thing. But after wanting there to be other companies in this sphere of medicine coupons to give us consumers the best prices, I proceeded to look up all of my medicines and ones I don't take anymore in the different zip codes I've lived in order to just find ANY where Optum beats the widely known competition, and I can't find a single case of a better price. Disappointing.

Cheaper than Good RX. I used to used GoodRx to save money on prescription until I discover this one app save even more than GoodRx when I compare prices which the two apps

Optimum Ops a Gem. For me to gather this invaluable information without Optum Perks would have taken hours. Most pharmacists are reticent even in person. You discover the price at pickup. Optum is organized and precise. They cover all of my drugs. Five stars!

No longer in my dos. People still need narco in the 10–325 mg but you don’t have a coupon for it anymore!!

It’s so annoying. I don’t like how it shows up ads all the time but I like the wallpapers and it’s telling me to download this other app so I did and it’s still not letting me get a wallpaper they are really cool but it wont let me!!!

Great App! Yet prices have changed a bit. I love Optum Perks. Especially since I have Marketplace Insurance. However, the prices have went up when they used to match the apps price list exactly.. I hope this gets fixed, or May because I haven’t updated my cell yet. (Maxed out on data$.

Not enough coupons or good deals. Every med I looked up on here either didn’t have the eligible coupon and/or was more expensive than what I already have on GoodRx

Great Prices. I just downloaded the app and started entering my meditation and Everyone of them are much lower that I’ve ever paid. It’s so easy to use. I entered my medicine information, the milligrams, and quantity. It’s shows me all the stores in the area and the prices for each store as well as the distribution. I sure wish I would of had this app along time ago. I’ve downloaded all my coupons. I’d definitely recommend you app. Thank you so much.

Lost my prescription coverage. Wow!!! I can still afford the medicine I need!! Walgreens charges me 40 to 60 bucks without using this discount service... I’m a fan for the rest of my life.

Prices are quoted too high. I deleted this app immediately. The prices are so much better on other apps. This is one of the most expensive I found. A waste of time. Optimum charges more for any drug, rip off.

Lack information. Could give more accurate address and store locations and prices not a range of prices

Love it!. This is great for both my refills and new prescriptions. There are pharmacies with great prices right next to me that I didn’t even know existed. Simple and easy to use.

Does not load some meds. I did a such on atorvastatin and it says error

Spectacular. I get to find cheap drugs. Thank you optum. So cool. A few points. Sometimes I only have the option for generic. Also why so dark? Meds should be happy and bright. Also before I had my coupons the interface with the grey boxes and the cash symbol was slightly confusing. All in all this will be very helpful. I can see which pharmacies are best. Drug prices are very annoying so thanks for the help.

Worst customer service ever. Terrible customer support. Called to ask a question and the guy was rude. Never answered my question and I had to use Good RX, which cost me $15 more. Optum was my go to discount card, but I’ll never use Optum again.

Not the lowest prices. Comparatively speaking, GoodRx has better discount prices for my medications

Use this more than I anticipated - GREAT!. I got this app after being on and off user of the discount coupons. I was using the website, which worked, but once I saw the app was out I went ahead and downloaded. I'm shocked at just how user friendly and slick the design is. Just in the fast few days I have used it for myself and my kids and I plan to use it on a normal basis just because it is so quick and easy. Having the app changes everything THX!!

No Good. Would love to use...but prices are too high compared to GoodRx! Optum’s lowest price on my drug for 90 tablets is $46.00...GoodRx is only $11.00 I’ll stick with GoodRx unless Optum’s prices come down.

Just like the rest. Unfortunately high priced drugs are still not affordable. I looked up 4 of our pricey drugs and coupons came in at $500 to $1500, not affordable and not helpful!!

Coupon. The escitalopram discount coupon would not work so I had to pay the GoodRx price for it.

Amazing Savings. I’ve used GoodRx, GoodRx Gold and SingleCareRx. Optum Perks has had the better prices on most of . And it’s a significant difference.

Custom. It would be nice to ge able yo change to quantity amounts. I can’t change them to what the doctor called in so I can’t get a coupon. Otherwise, prices are fantastic!

Poor Customer Service. I wanted to re-order a prescription I had received from them before and was unsuccessful at giving the rep the info he wanted on my insurance. He would not or could not look up my record. He was snooty, to say it nicely. I am willing to try again, though. Hopefully he has moved on to a job he is better suited for.
