Great Game. For the most part this has been a great game. I love the fact you can play it without the micro transactions if you so choose. I hate games that make it impossible to play unless you want to wait 8 hours for something to be built. 4 hours for rewards if fine, however it would be nice if the longer you played the less time you would need to wait. I would also like to see a few thing in the next update. It would be nice to see some sort of purchase history to keep track of what you bought a house for and what value each addition will add to the overall selling price. And a screen when you sold it to let you know what your profit was. It would also be nice if to see a tad bit easier way to earn more flip coins. Maybe make them available to earn at the end of a project and not just when you level up, and some more varied projects. It would be great to be able to tear down and build walls. I feel like the free projects (the 3-4K projects) that don’t require flip coins and cash are the same house doing the same things. I am on the cusp of shelling out for the starter pack because I think the instant reward is worth it, but I like to know that the developers instead to keep updating and improving a game before I am willing to put real money into it. All in all great start, just needs a bit of refinement and variation.

Glitches need fixed, but amazing game!!. I’m not a huge game person, but I love this game! I’m so addicted. I love that there’s a weekly update with new items, however, there is a glitch that seems to be overlooked. Whenever, adding new items, but mostly when painting, I noticed, I will finish painting my a wall and no matter how I exit out, when I come back, it will be missing sections of the painted wall. I’ll have to buy an entire new can of paint, or I will purchase several chairs and come back, and the chairs are not there, but the money has been spent. Very frustrating, it happens, very, very often. I’ve tried to exit back to the main office and go to the homepage and then close it out, it does not seem to make a difference. Other than that, this is a wonderful game. They are doing a great job. It’s just simple into the point, don’t have to do all this other extra crazy stuff. Get to go in and flip the houses, do some challenges if you want. Great job!

Love it but….. Generally, i love it. It’s a game that doesn’t require wifi connection, so it’s a travel friendly game for my fellow limited cellular plan friends. However, like most games there is a secondary form of currency difficult to get. There are a few ways to get this (in app purchases, completing achievements, and leveling up). My concern has to do w/ the achievements. There are 5 stars that you can earn for certain achievements and once you reach the fifth star, it marks it as 100% completed. The achievement does not get replaced with a new one, so once i complete these achievements it seems my only way to make this secondary form of currency without paying real money, is by leveling up; which obviously gets progressively more difficult without this secondary currency. Five stars would’ve been given if achievements were updated or if there were more “free” ways to earn what’s called flipcoins (the secondary form of currency)

Super duper fun, but beware a major glitch. I love this game! It’s so fun & relaxing. There’s something very satisfying about cleaning up messes and beautifying ugly broken houses: But there are a few issues with it. I don’t like the fact that there aren’t enough new houses or new customers to keep things going. Doing the same exact jobs for Robert over & over & over gets old. I also don’t appreciate the fact that the game has a major glitch in it where it re-locks items you’ve already previously unlocked and purchased. This has happened numerous times to me. The most recent one was a window setting. I had unlocked this particular window style days ago and had already installed it multiple times in many different houses. Now the game has it locked again & wants me to pay again to unlock it. I don’t think so. That’s not right, considering I actually paid real money for the flip coins to unlock it the first time. That’s essentially theft. If this sort of thing continues I will simply quit playing the game and delete the app. I would have given 5/5 but the frequent re-locking of my items is aggravating and not worthy of a 5/5 rating.

Best Renovation Game Ever. This game is a great time killer, not only that they let you be the person who is cleaning and doing the actual renovation process; gives you a great perspective on what it’s like to renovate an actual house in real life. This is almost like a blueprint you can use to renovate an actual house and see what it would look like without starting the actual renovation. Almost a real Minecraft except more modern, because you have to work for your money and put a little money here and there into anybody’s house that your working on. There is the problem that I have to wait an entire four hours or pay 10 - 20 coins in order to get my money with more instantly. But in order to make money from an app thats free you do have to put some IAP in it, so can’t blame you for that. Even so this isn’t a pay to win app, the IAP are more for the impatient ones and five bucks isn’t really that much for a game, because if you pay the five dollars you pretty much pay for everything you would ever need with this game. Anyways really thank the developers for this game, did this for the 25 Coins originally but I genuinely think this is a great game for anyone. Can’t wait for the next update to see what you guys will think of next. Love, Your Loyal Fan

Good but stagnant. I really enjoy this game and the concept of it. It’s a lot different from other home renovation games and I like that. There are a few issues I have though. First, the flip coins are a little annoying. I ran out of flip pins and got stuck in the game for about a week. I had to keep doing the contract with the tutorial guy over and over until I completed an achievement that rewarded me coins. Once you run out you’re kind of stuck doing that unless you’re willing to spend some money to buy some. This is annoying when they are so vital in the game. Second, the contracts are kind of repetitive. I’ve done the same job with the tutorial guy (Robert, I think) at least 50 times. And some of the other clients have popped up again with the same story line and the same renovation needs. The only reason I keep repeating these jobs is so I can buy better office spaces. That’s a saving Grace in that aspect. Finally, there needs to be more added to the store. I’ve noticed this especially in the furniture, appliances, and fittings. There’s not a whole lot of variety to choose from after a while. But I understand that these things take time and I’m hoping for an update in the future. It has really high potential and it just needs that extra nudge to get there.

Haven’t done it yet but looks real fun. This looks real fun but I haven’t played it but it’s so cool that I’ve been watching it basically every day and every night but there’s one thing it’s gonna be hard trying to make houses for you just know that so you’re up for the challenge it’s gonna be a little hard for me at first but I’m gonna go be fine but there’s other things you can put in this game like you can put blood and stuff and nice to make it look like a murder house but it’s like different things like showers she can make so many different things but no the bathrooms have toilets and drains you can’t get rid of them so you’re gonna have to deal with Siri and I have to keep the bathroom there so I just want to tell y’all that because I’m about to play with and I don’t really know how to say just letting you know bye

I’m pleasantly surprised!. I have this game on my Xbox and I loved playing it to unwind in the evenings or even to just burn some time. I honestly didn’t have high hopes because I didn’t think there was anyway the app could be comparable to the full version game, boy was I wrong! I might not go back to playing it on the console! The only thing I could think that would make this game better is if there were a better selection of items in the “store” on the game! Although for what it is I’m very impressed. Also you do not have to do in game purchases if you don’t want to, you can play the game just fine as is. Which is kind of a big deal now a days. If you enjoy any type of renovation games then you’ll enjoy this. And you don’t even have to play any puzzles or anything like that to move forward in the game. Hopefully with future updates we’ll get more items in the store and that will make this a 5 star game!

Way better than expected. I didn’t think this game would actually be as detailed as it was because I’m going to be honest, the style didn’t really pull me in. But the amount of detail this game goes into and the fact that you can decorate your own properties outside of task is one of the best features I’ve only ever seen in this game and the sims honestly, and I’ve paid a lot for the sims. My only complaint is that one, a lot of the decor and houses are outdated and appear to be British if I had to take a guess. There needs to be more options for decor and furniture that apply to recent day so I can put my Pinterest likes to live. But also just the fact that this money does need a a lot of coins to keep the game moving and you don’t get many opportunities for coins, which is why I’m writing this review in the first place since it gives me coins if I write one and I’d be stuck otherwise lol.

It’s good but kinda annoying. There are too many parts where you have to simulate placing stuff and it starts getting annoying, also the amount of cash you gain isn’t much while the amount of most stuff in this game costs quite a bit, I think it would also be better if in every house there was a pc or a laptop instead of the tablet wherever you go. The waiting time when it’s for free is a lot considering this is supposed to sort of simulate flipping a house, it would also be nice if there was a little more lore behind the game, there isn’t much of a story here. I feel like there could be a feature for pets and maybe instead of the player always being alone, there can be an NPC in the house too, in the entrance, and then they tell you what to do and then leave the house. If there does end up being pets then it would be nice to also have all the furniture for pets as well as a way to either buy or save pets. When you level up there could be an animation where you walk on the streets and then spot a stray pet. The possibility of sleeping in beds to speed up time would also be nice, and if there was another way to expand the area without buying a new house. Also a way to earn in game cash from playing mini games would be nice. If you could eat and drink just for fun, restocking fridges and such. There is also a few bugs.

Amazing at a cost…... First off, I absolutely love this game, I played House Flipper on Xbox and when I beat the game I wanted MORE and was so happy I found this. Of course, like all games it has its flaws. Pro: updates weekly adding new a new contract, house to buy, and furnishings to buy using FlipCoins. One big update monthly adding in an event. Con: FlipCoins are in game rewards used to unlock a lot of furnishings, wallpaper etc. They are hard to earn and easy to use. Ive invested a lot of money purchasing FC packages so I can keep playing. The events added spend more FCs than you earn for completing it. There really is no return investment when buying, renovating and selling the homes unless you spend FCs to make your reward larger and as mentioned, FCs are spent quicker than earned. I’ve reached the point in the game where I have 1 contract left to complete and many homes I cannot afford to buy/flip. Recommendations to developers: 1. Add a few more contracts on the updates that aren’t part of the monthly event. 2. Give us a little more return investment on the the houses we flip 3. Figure out how to reward the player with more FCs, especially for us so far in the game. 4. I would love to see some more Reno’s that are schools, offices etc. With things like lockers to purchase etc. It’s a great game and I want to keep playing!

Surprisingly Great. I had low expectations starting it as I assumed it would be a game riddled with ads and inability to play properly without spending real money. Instead it turned out to be one of my favorite games ever. No ads, great graphics, variety of options, lots of rewards, many incentives to keep you playing, and the over all game is quite fun. If you are looking for a game that is first person and let’s you do the painting, vacuuming, cleaning, etc. and designing, plus budgeting your money and choosing clients, then I think you’ll love it. My only wishes is for more events and such that bring variety and a new aspect to the main game. I would love to see this game continue to grow and expand, and also new events and tasks. Other ways to win flip coins or money even if not by much or is difficult. It’s the added challenge and Time limited events that I think would really add to the fun, and beauty of this game.

Surprisingly good.. I’ve seen this game for pc, but was cautious of the mobile version. But I admit, by the time I’m reviewing this, I’ve made level 9, which is usually more than enough time for a bad game to reveal itself. The free options are definitely there and if you don’t mind going slow and grinding, you can make the most of this and have some fun. I however suggest, if you play this and enjoy it, go ahead and fork over the $5 for the upgrade. Think of it as buying the game. The skins are useless, but the coin and money perks are not. And they did enhance the game for me. This is a basic game. Not complex, very repetitive, and yet strangely soothing. I can play for ten minutes for a distraction or for and hour if I’m in the mood. This is what games like this should be to me. Entertaining, without making you feel as if you HAVE to purchase so much. For once I feel like this game strikes the proper balance between free to play and pay to enhance, versus pay to win. I also recommend linking accounts to this game to keep track of your progress. You wouldn’t want to start over from the beginning if something happens to the game data on your device.

suggestions!. Hey! I love this game so much and have been a big fan of it for the longest time. I have some suggestions though that I feel like would make the game better. I think that in the game we should be able to go outside and clean the yard and maybe a shed/garage. So that we can have more achievements, more spots to clean and remodel, and I feel like the outside would be so cool! I also wish that we could get the flipcoins easier, once you’re a higher level and did most of the achievements it gets harder to get flipcoins without actually buying them, I feel like making them cheaper or easier to get would be better. And I would love to be able to actually play in the game like a simulation, like have pets, and have to clean after their messes, or have children and etc. I feel like making it more a home cleaning/remodeling game would be so good! Again, these are just suggestions, thank you so much for reading this and it would be amazing to see some more updates in the future!

Amazing game but a big issue. Iv been playing for a few days and I love this game. No net involved and very easy and no bugs , but iv stumbled into a huge issue that you need to fix. flip coins , now in order to earn these coins you gotta do achievements that iv finished , and have to do tasks in order to level up and earn flip coins . I’m stuck because the tasks require flip coins to unlock locked items , and sometimes I wouldn’t have enough to do one tasks , and that’s a big problem because if you run out of flip coins you can’t continue the game unless you buy the flip coins , and I’m not trying to spend money on a game … In the new updates coming plz add adds to earn flip coins , or put more achievements, or make the locked items cheaper, or make more cheaper tasks that don’t involve flip coins to level up ,plz add a few of these things I listed and it would make your game a 5 star. I’m stuck at the moment and can’t play bc of this big issue , if your reading this plz make a new update soon, Its not just me but a lot of people are having the same issue. Have a good day ❤️

Awesome game. When I got this game I thought it would just be a game to burn some time when I’m waiting for my food at a restaurant to finish. But really, this game is amazing which I spend a lot of time on. I would recommend this game if you are thinking about it. It’s a great game if you like to make things look better. It have good graphics, and if you are thinking that you are going to be broke in three minutes, this isn’t a game where you lose a lot of money, or it takes a lot of time to get it. No, this is the opposite, I got two house in under four hours. Obviously not all at once 😂 also, if you think that this will have a ton of ads there really isn’t any at all. Which makes this game even better. One thing I don’t really like, is that if I buy a house make it look ten times better. It doesn’t even match up to the original price that you bought it for. I think the more you do the more it should sell for. For example, if you clean the place up replace everything, then it should at least sell for more than a thousand dollars more than you bought it for. If you paint, add more items, get new floors, practically remodeling the home. It should at least be ten thousand more than it would be. Fun But Strange. This game is almost 100% some Eastern European creation with VERY wonky English translations and strange graphics, but it’s definitely fun and time-consuming. It’s very satisfying to play, and to complete tasks, even though it is hard to figure out how to move around and stuff like that when you play at first. It’s a strange kind of first person game, as well, similar to Minecraft- so your avatar is essentially just a pair of hands that can be changed to other tools used to repair whatever home you are trying to repair (like a paint roller or a scanner). That is a little difficult to work with when you first start to play, but you catch on pretty easily. Overall, this is probably one of the most fun games that I have downloaded on my phone, and doesn’t require waiting around or a ton of in-game purchases like some other ones do. There’s also pretty much no ads, which is great. So if you’re thinking about it, I think you should just download it and check it out.

Great with one flaw. I’ve played many apps in my lifetime and most of them are barely worth playing let alone reviewing. I would argue this is one of the greatest games on the App Store. It is very simple but in that simplicity there is a relaxing yet very addicting game that is definitely worth playing. I only have one gripe and it’s kind of a big one. The flip coins. The flip coins are an extra currency and are needed to unlock different items in the shops and upgrade your equipment. The only way to get them is through achievements, leveling up, or buying them with real money. Throughout most of the game the flip coins were rolling in pretty consistently and now that I’m level 11 I only have 1 flip coin. This means I am unable to play most missions since most missions require you to unlock new things. As of right now I’m stuck and unable to play anymore. I thought about buying coins with real money but they run out quick enough were I wouldn’t see it worth buying. If they fix the flip coins and make a way such as watching ads or fixing the prices to purchase them with real money than I am more than willing to change my review to five stars. Until then I am kind of stuck.

Pretty good for a free game. I’m actually surprised, most of these games are completely infested with adds and micro transactions. I was completely expecting that going in. So far, however, it’s been pretty good! Actually a nice, decently paced game that feels rewarding. Only gripe is that you don’t receive your funds for completing jobs instantly unless you 1. Pay with the premium currency, which you can earn (slowly) through normal gameplay, or 2. Pay 5 bucks to unlock the permanent instant transfer option. Also, the premium currency is required for upgrades, which affects the speed at which you do things (ie, paint, mop, lay tile, sell items, etc.) and the cost adds up pretty quickly. So either you just pay your way out of it, or spend what I can imagine would be several hours worth of gameplay (keep in mind, this is just a mobile game, so I don’t expect most of us will be playing this a lot) or, you can just buy the currency with real money. That’s pretty annoying, but nothing new. At the very least they allow you to actually earn this currency through gameplay, something that can’t be said for a lot of other games that use this tactic. Overall, 4/5, a nice relaxing game to enjoy for a while before you go to bed or during your breaks at work.

Addicted to this game!. I’ve been playing this game for about a month or two. I love that we can knock down walls and build the houses how we want, I love the challenges, and I love decorating! I do have some suggestions I’d LOVE to see in the game: 1, Ability to keep put unwanted items or accidental purchases in storage to use later. 2, Ability to “restore” worn out items at a lower cost than buying new. 3, A daily reward for logging in. The only part I don’t like is that once you run out of houses you can afford, the only way to get more flip coins is to do challenges, most which cost dollars, as well as coins. So if you’re out of both, you have to do the free challenge, which is repetitive and doesn’t pay much. That’s where I’m stuck. However, once I save up enough coins, I can go back and add more to the house I’m working on to increase its value and sell it. It just takes some time if you’re low on funds, and I’m not very patient. That’s why I think a daily rewards of 20k-30k flip coins would help. Overall, this is a great way to waste time, I spend hours playing, and I’d love to see some of the suggested updates. :)

yesss. veryyy great game. There are lot of things to like about this game. my greatest dislike of this game is the flipcoin mess. at the being of the game it is very easy to attain them. but as the game continues is gets harder to get them. of course it may work like that but it is SO easy to get STUCK in the game because you have no more flipcoins. i feel as if the should be a way to constantly earn them. yes maybe not as much, but there should DEFINITELY be an EASIER way and less time CONSUMING way to do this. Cause once your stuck with no coins, there basically nothing to do anymore. a lot of the levels also feel repetitive. again this is a great game, but i wish there was an easier way to attain flipcoins and many diff selections of story’s to complete. also i understand you can BUY more flipcoins, but as a normal person i feel it is wrong to pay for things in GAME. it’s a game. also some people do not always have the special or extra funds to pay for things in a GAME. 👏🏽👍🏽😊

Fun and Relaxing. Very soothing game, once you get the hang of it. You start out with horrible, dirty, bug infested houses full of junk. You clean them up, replace the grimy fixtures, paint and tile, and then add nice furniture. At first this is all for other people’s properties, but eventually you make enough to buy your own for later resale. Most jobs are at your own pace. There are some with timers to complete by a certain time, but they’re pretty generous and all that happens is you don’t get a bonus if you take too long, so it’s all still pretty chill. There are also no ads, and you don’t have to pay to win, but there are a couple upgrade IAPs that are probably worth your while if you are enjoying it. You’ll get more coins and more XP, and the timer to wait for payment goes away. These bonuses continue with your new “player” if you decide to start over or someone else is playing. I gather it’s not quite the full console/PC experience, but it’s still pretty fun. I’ve occasionally run into bugs, but contacting the developer got a quick response with a workaround and then they were fixed soon afterward.

Fun Game. I like how you get to do everything in the game. Including taking naps and PLAYING GAMES ON THE TV’s. I think it’s also really cool that you get to water plants and change floor plans. You also get to buy and sell houses too! The best part about this game is that it doesn’t have ads. The only think you can’t do in this game is change your avatar and decorate the outside of the house; but that’s not a problem for me though. I just really like interior decorations. Some advice though if you decide to play the game is: save your coins!!! I know it’s tempting to buy the stuff you want for your house, but you’ll get to unlock the stuff you want the more jobs you do because your going to need the coins to unlock the stuff anyway. You don’t want to go into a job and have no comics because then you can’t finish them. ℙℝ𝕆𝕄𝕀𝕊𝔼 best 𝔸𝔻𝕍𝕀ℂ𝔼 for this game.

Great game but…. It’s my first time writing a review but Im glad it’s this game. I mean it’s fun but you lose coins and the things you need to unlock objects. I wish you could get your money the second you finish working on that persons house. I love the timed challenges but only six minutes I takes most people a good two minutes to find the mold that is sometimes behind an object. I wish that you didn’t use your own money to buy the things for people you use more money that you get from the person you worked for. The game on the computer and tv is fun I wish there were different games you could play but that’s beside the point of the game. But other than that it’s an amazing game if you are looking for something to play offline or something to be addictive like I was than download this game right now. Greed ruins everything. The satisfaction received from cleaning, fixing & remodeling things in a way I’d never get to in real life is muted by the annoyance of the flip coin system. I have to choose between being able to complete jobs & increasing my stats because both cost way more flip coins than I have on hand. That’s right, reader — this game doesn’t just let you level up by making progress & using skills. It makes you use in-game currency that’s also required to “unlock” the vast majority of items needed to keep playing. They give you a path to earn flip coins when you need more... basically grinding the same 2 “favor” jobs from the in-game mentor over & over & over. Of course you can avoid that grind by using real money to “buy” coins! Do yourself a favor & play the desktop version instead. Pay once, get all the items you need right away, & level up without ridiculous barriers that don’t make sense. That said, I keep playing because it’s already on my phone & passes the time. Now, can I have the 25 flip coins you promised me for reviewing the game?

Pleasing but limited on what you get done. Very fun game. My main complaint is the difficulty in getting the coins which are needed for every job. I understand games have to produce $$ in order to operate but I think there should be ways to gain other than buying with real money. Maybe watching videos to get a few coins would be nice. The game controls are easy to use. I personally haven’t had the game crash which is awesome. I’ve already told two family members about the game and they now play. I wish I could play it for longer periods of time but once you run out of money or get stuck on a job, you can’t do anything but wait hours. It’s one of those games you love and want to play but are limited since game currency is only easy to obtain if you use real money and I just don’t have that kind of spare cash. Mom of 3, real money isn’t for phone games unfortunately 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great Game!. I have been playing house flipper for many years now. It is an incredible game and the best house design game on mobile with fluent game play. The game does occasionally experience glitches that can be frustrating and typically are never resolved by the developer, even when reporting a bug. The way to earn more flip coins can often be difficult as well, and at times, you will have to spend your actual money in order to complete events and jobs. They do give you a large amount of flip coins typically when you have gotten an achievement using tools, but it’s never enough to not buy additional flip coins to really design the way you want to. Over all, the game is great and I am always looking forward to their weekly updates with new houses and items! The cons don’t outweigh the pros for me, which is why I have been a solid supporter for years now. The developer continues to grow and bring new stuff, so I’m so excited to see what they do next!

Awesome But Could Use Content. Okay so I haven’t played very long. But I can already tell that there could be more added content. Like I think there’s only five to maybe 6 or 7 houses you can buy and do whatever with. There could totally be tons more. Also like maybe you could make it where we could do the outside of the house as well. And add yard things like grills and pools and stuff. And of course the missions/contracts or whatever could include doing stuff in peoples yards as well. This kinda stuff would also add more things to the store that we could buy while doing a house. And also. I’d really like a feature where we can take down walls and rebuild them where we want. I think that would be a huge addition to the game and would be much appreciated by everyone playing for sure. But other than this. This game is really awesome. I’ve been waiting for a house flipper game like this and to be honest this is definitely the best one for mobile right now.

Nice game.. I honestly used to love this game. I introduced this to my second oldest and she loved it as well. This was so fun making the houses look beautiful. Although my apartment was messy still… lol… I used to always play this game. And, I still, would recommend this to some. But, from the start it is easy. But, like most games it gets harder. I know. I know. All games get harder. But, it gets harder to play without having to pay. My daughter and I soon figured out that when she came up to me and said “can you buy this?” I was amazed when she showed me a pack of money in house flipper. She told me she had no more money. I bought the pack but I was still shocked that—that my house flipper was making people pay. I didn’t come to the point where I had to pay real money. But, I do think that the in game upgrades and items are a little bit pricey. The paint and plaster are very expensive. I eventually stopped playing as the levels got harder. But I may download again. I will not present this to my second child again so that I don’t have to pay for anything else.

Love this game!!!! But a couple of problems. I love this game so much and now I’m addicted! I was trying to find a game similar to this but I love this version way better! There are a couple problems though. First thing is, Flipcoins. The flipcoins get annoying at times because you use them all up and then you either have to buy some with your own money or every once in awhile the guy with the beard will pop up and give you like 1-10. (Doesn’t happen very often) I know you can exchange Flipcoins for money but could you make it where you can exchange money for Flipcoins aswell? Second thing is, glitches. One time I was going to buy plaster with $300. When I saw the price of the plaster it was $300. So I thought, “Perfect! I can plaster the walls now!” But when I tried to buy the plaster it said, “don’t have enough money” I was really confused! (Still am) I mean if I have $300 and the plaster is $300 then I should be able to buy it, Right? So please fix this glitch. Other than that the game is great. Very good game but prices are too high for a flip a coin. AMAZINGLY RELAXING. UPDATE BELOW: This game is awesome and helps with my anxiety so much! There’s plenty of levels and things to choose from when you’re decorating. This is the first renovation and decorating game combo I have found like this plus there’s no adds! The only issues I have is the graphics could be a bit more realistic and I wish there were more levels that you can be creative/decorate on your own with what you want and not have to do the tasks. Great work you all! Update: When I wrote the review I had just started but now that I’ve been playing it, I had to take a star off. You must have flip coins to unlock new materials and if you don’t have any you just can’t finish the job. There’s not very many ways to get the coins unless you reach a milestone, level up or do a job for Robert but even then you only get 5 to maybe 10 coins. To unlock items it’s 5 coins and each job requires anywhere from 40 - 70…. This game would be more stars if there were more ways to require coins and not spend cash. Please update with more coin options because this game is amazing!

Great Game! But, one thing!. First of all, this is a GREAT GAME! It is a great time killer and it is very interesting. It’s not like the other house flipper games, because the other ones just have the same exact storyline, and all the same houses. But, this one is 1. Realistic, 2. Different (A different story-line) and 3. Fun! Now, this game is an amazing game, but I have one suggestion. Could you possibly add a before and after picture? So like, this is how it would work: You would have an in-game video area, specifically for the before and after mode, where you can walk around the building and it would record the areas you are looking at, and in the end, the game would choose some rooms to show in your room album. Then, you would go back into the game camera and take a video of the after building. Then, the game would collect pictures from the video and compare them to the same pictures you recorded before! So, yeah! Oh, you can also have a contest online with the before and after pictures. The person who wins can get 1 million dollars and a free house, or anything else but yeah! ( I chose the prize so high because if you added this, a lot of people will want to join, so the chances are slim of someone winning.) Thanks for listening to my review. Bye!

Enjoy…BUT. I really like enjoy playing this game. It has really good simulation and graphics…BUT…the coin prices for individual furniture, fittings, decor etc is high in comparison to the amount of points (to level up) you get for individual tasks. I think items should be priced differently (3 coins for furniture item, 1 coin for decor item etc) or get more points for different types of tasks (5 points for throwing trash 25x, 2 points for cleaning windows 6x etc). I would have actually paid a set amount for the game if it came with at least half the items unlocked. Also, we should have option to skip orders that would cost too many coins to complete or that unlock items that we would not use when buying/selling. People probably stop playing the game or delete it entirely when they can’t complete 3 out of the 4 orders because they don’t have enough coins. We should also be able to generate points to level up (after completing tasks) when decorating what we buy/sell. Lastly, would love to have more “farmhouse” furniture color, decor, and wallpaper options instead of only being able to pick bright red, blue, green sofa and kitchen cabinets etc (neutral/lighter colors for furniture, lightly checkered curtains or wallpaper w/ lighter stripes etc). Super fun!. Took another star away because it’s near impossible to gain anymore coins once you have earned all of the achievements. There should be a monetary amount to unlock items as well. I’m not going to buy coins with my actual money so if it doesn’t change anytime soon to make it at least within reach, I’ll change my review again and delete the game. I’m well aware that the creators are trying to earn a profit and I’m more than well aware that they can’t cater to everyone, but making a game that forces people to use actual money instead of making it harder to earn them need to reevaluate their business practices. Games that require actual money are usually rip offs in the long run. Although I am writing this to get extra coins, I do like this game a lot. There’s other games that have the same gameplay but there’s really no comparing it. This game is easy to play, it doesn’t repeat areas over and over again, and has plenty to unlock. I have 2 complaints. The first is that if you don’t have enough coins or cash, the level will allow you to cancel or use coins to unlock it anyways. I have twice cancelled instead of use coins and it went ahead used coins anyways. The second is that you have to wait to get paid. That’s kind of silly to wait 4 hours for money. You can instantly get paid for coins so I get the point behind it, but 4 hours is pretty silly.

Great game play (Pros & Cons) 🤭. Pro: The animation for replacing appliances, the different choices for decorative items and appliances. You can still enjoy the game without any in-app purchasing. Though it may be better to actually purchase a pact tho it’s still enjoyable without it. Cons: You have to spend more coins for client missions, as well as, to unlock decorative items ,appliances and upgrades on work equipment which shortens your game play when you run out. Yet most times you will receive 1 to 5 coins for completing missions or achievements (still not enough). Your earned money is on a loop (discouraging gameplay). When it’ll be nice if somewhat appealing appliances and decorative items unlock with each level (extending gameplay). You already have to spend money on these items; why use coins to unlock them as well. And the most appealing items (paint colors, tile patterns, modern/upscale items, etc) should cost coins (influencing more affordable and reasonable in-app purchases).

House Flipper suggestions. I love it! My kid loves playing it with me. I do think there should be more jobs with construction and building. Also earning flip coins shouldn’t take as long as it does once you reach a certain point in the game. And why can’t we add rooms to the houses and stairs aren’t an option to add on even though they are included in one of the updates and when replacing items why can’t we replace two single sockets next to one another with a double socket if we want too. The same for the fireplaces. We should be able to add a fireplace to a house that doesn’t have one if we’d like to. Overall it’s a great game for me to enjoy with my 9 year old son who loves it and spends hours on it. Those are just suggestions that he came up with and since it keeps asking for me to rate it I have added them. Thank can’t wait for you guys to come up with another game like this one. It reminds me a lot of my favorite game “Gearhead garage” only with houses and interior design which my children love. (My daughter,15, likes the interior designing parts of the game) Thanks again for the great game!!!

Really fun and addicting but death by micro transactions. The game is really good and addicting I just got it and I’m already level 9. The controls are smooth and the game plays well. The graphics are clean and the game is nice to look at. My only problem is the flip coins. I understand that a game that has no ads these days needs to make its money somehow but after doing jobs that require coins and upgrading your tools and unlocking task specific items you run out pretty fast. Receiving flip coins isn’t easy either. Implementing some ads will still make the game playable and enjoyable as long as it isn’t every 30 seconds like most games. That way developers make money and consumers can play the game without breaking the bank. Implementing ads to receive flip coins will allow players to enjoy the game more and make it easier to play as well while still allowing developers to receive income. Lowering the wait time for income would be nice too. The game is really good at release and heeding to some of my recommendations will make the game even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Pretty fun. I downloaded this game a while ago and played through a good majority and had fully upgraded items and brought all the available houses and sold them. I recently came back and noticed a new tool (vacuum) new houses I can buy and new missions. One of the main things I would change is the coins are a bit hard to acquire, that is the reason for the 4 stars, since I don’t like buying stuff from free to play games. And I would like more achievements to be added, I also noticed that an event has started, I haven’t finished event because lack of coins. I start another profile just to start over and I still enjoy the game. But please add more achievements for coins. This game also has minimum bugs and issues and that I appreciate a lot, I hope this game gets more updates in the future because I do enjoy it lots.

Fascinating game that’s very delicately detailed!. Ok, I loveeee this game! It takes up time and it makes me relax. There are so many tiny details that no game would usually incorporate. Although much is detailed perfectly not all things are realistic. Like using a mop to clean cobwebs and the wall. It doesn’t teach true information all the time. Like I get they only want so many items to use for cleaning, but I think they should add a duster instead. It’s a little more true and they can then use it for other things. I also love their backstory’s of why the people need their house cleaned. They also tell you the estimate cost of money and coins it’ll take to finish so you can prepare and make sure you have the right amount. This is a very accurate and fantastic app. If any of you need a realistic time killing game this is definitely the one for you! And preferably I don’t like things that you have to get money by playing the mini games, well luckily this game doesn’t have that either. They give you money to start with so you can clean the houses and you can learn on the way. They also let you decorate a apartment or house of your own! How cool is that? Other than the little bit of false information it’s perfect! No glitches or anything. I’d definitely give this game a 4.9/5!

Fun, but inconvenient flaws. I first got the game because I thought it would be a great time waster, and it was! Very fun and despite it being a bit repetitive, the different costumers always was kept it interesting. Even put a couple dollars on it cause i had a ‘why not’ attitude. It was just that fun of a game. However, recently, I’ve run into a problem that has completely turned me off from this game, and it’s that I had recently went through so many orders cause of how much I was having fun and exited the game as per usual (went to office then the main menu.) I recently came back to the game the next day, and low and behold, all of my previous hard work was completely gone. There were a couple of things that had stayed unlocked during the process after I bought, but a majority of the stuff I had purchased were locked again. Even worse, all of the orders I had done returned incomplete. 10 whole orders! I tried to figure out if it was an internet problem, but that can’t be the case cause I was home, where my internet is perfectly fine, and I’ve been stationary as I played. Only thing I can explain it as is a horrible glitch that needs to be fixed. I’ve deleted the game because I’m just absolutely disappointed that had happened. I might redownload it in the future, but I highly doubt it if such a problem persists. I don’t even know what I’d do if everything I’ve ever done was deleted in that moment. Can’t believe this.

Great Simulation. I was definitely surprised by how much detail was put in this game, given that this is an iOS mobile version of the original game. Game is very addictive and you’ll be surprised by how much time you are actually using it. If I could give one area for improvement it would be that the flipping coin should not be so hard to come by. These coins are needed to upgrade your tools and skills as well as to unlock items such as the vast amount of furniture, decorations, paints, etc. You will also need these coins to complete story missions because you will need to unlock a specific item needed to complete your task( ex. A specific color of paint ). There have been times that I’ve been stuck on a certain missions because I don’t have enough coins to unlock a specific bed that the client request. In different circumstances this would have made me frustrated to the point of never playing the game again, however because of the quality of the game I will grind it out just to continue playing. Devs please give us more ways to collect the flipping coins, otherwise great job!!

So many bugs and glitches. First off, love the game and on a surface level I could only see a few things that you could do to improve; like add the option to change gender or ethnicity for those who wish too; but over time glitches and bug started to pop up. At first it was small, the store popping up when I’m placing a wall or something else like that. My mom also has this game and says that she regularly has things disappear or glitch when she places them. Lately, I haven’t been able to even play the game longer than five minutes before every pop up menu; like the store, profile menu, where you would buy more money or flip coins if you want, and the settings; will be stuck and I would have to re open the app just for it to happen again. I’m seriously thinking of deleting the game completely and just moving on even though this is my favorite mobile game at the moment.

Awesome. I was watch yt videos of this during quarantine when this game on mobile wasn’t out yet and I saw an add a while ago and I got this and was thinking this is probably just a rip off but no it was the real deal almost everything about it was the same I would just like to see that we can dismantle and assemble the stuff the the washing machine just like how you can do it on the laptop or computer! Ok so it’s a day later and I have some more info. I’m pretty mad right now I changed my 5 star to a 2 star. I’m mad because I wanted to play right now so I got on the game and guess what?! The whole game reset! All my hard work that I put into it was gone! I played for 5 hours or more in total! I moved my office to a new house, I had tons of money and I spent a ton save with the flip coins, I was on level 11 and I was happy with the game. Today this morning I was playing and I was just renovating my office. But now all the money and everything that I worked hard for was all for nothing and I wasted all my time of that when I could have been doing something better! I want this changed and I want all my data from the game back! So please if there’s something you can do about this then please fix it and soon!

AWESOME game but.....😂😱🥺😍. I like it a lot but I think you should add in buying pets from the store and I think when you run out of money on a job you should be able to finish the job and since there is kid stuff I think you should add kids to and if you do add pets don’t forget to make beds and food bowls and water bowls for the pets. Fun, but finite?. Positive: It’s fun, and oddly satisfying to clean and remodel the homes (even though I am currently flipping a home to sell, so it’s maybe weird that I enjoy this so much?). It’s also very modern/realistic ... for example, toilet paper is in short supply and sells for $50/roll (Haha). Negative #1: There are a lot of achievements, for which you earn coins (ok, that’s not the negative part), which are absolutely necessary for fixing up most homes. However, once you run out of achievements, do you stop getting coins and you’re done playing for good unless you buy more with real cash? Of course they need to earn money for making the game and for upkeep, but most games give–for example–a daily login amount or tasks to earn more. That’s how you earn loyal customers. Negative #2: You can’t drop home improvement requests. So if you don’t want to spend major coinage on a flip, but that’s all you have left ... too bad. You do get a certain number of easy tasks from the main home improvement guy, but those become very repetitive.

A great game, but i know why... This game is a copy of the pc game house flipper, which is naturally better. have not experienced any lag, but my iPad is quite new and runs amazingly. The only bug so far is when i try to close my blinds, it says open blinds when they are visibly already open, but i am sure it is just a bug that i can fix by closing out the game and restarting it. An idea is to have an outside front and back yard, and be able to add on other rooms to your house to help raise the property value, as well as a nice yard. In other words, great game, keep adding on to it. I think flip coins could be way easier to get, i had to start a new profile because i went broke from not being able to finish my orders due to no flipcoins. Many ways to improve, hope you keep making it better! 🏠 🏡 🏠

So much fun!. After playing this game for many months I had to rewrite my review. I love this game so much! I found it totally worth it to sink a few dollars in at the beginning to skip wait times and up the exp and coins you get because those coins are essential. When I ran out of jobs to do I was thrilled to learn that they update the game every week with a new job and new items! I still haven’t unlocked everything you can buy yet. This game is so nice to play it runs smoothly and there are no ads. I think they are doing an awesome job with it. My only request is if there could be more regular jobs to do that don’t involve the new items that you could just do to earn money, because those beginner Rob Jobs just don’t pay the bills😂 I find it hard to level up anymore even though I do have the beginner boost package because you only get experience when you complete a task. That’s why I wish there were more good jobs. Just like generic ones but higher paying. But thanks for this awesome game and keep the updates coming!

Fun but not so much. This game would be a great and addicting game if it wasn’t for al the flaws. I’d like to start out by saying the orders lie when they tell you how much to spend. You might as well not upgrade your office because of all the money and flip coins you spend on the jobs. You also don’t get payed anywhere near as much as you should. Sometimes you’ll spend 50 flip coins and $42,000 but only get paid $48,000. And once you run out of money your screwed unless you want to sell everything in your office. I get that the game is called house flipper but this might sound weird I wish it was more about your office and not all about doing the jobs. You also don’t get paid until it’s been 4 hours unless you spend flip coins. You don’t get flip coins nearly as much as you should with how precious and needing they are for the game. It’s not all about the bad things, there are some good things like no adds and no lags which I love because they always bug me. In general I wouldn’t suggest it and if your deciding to get the game or not DON’T GET THE GAME, TRUST ME.

Very good adaptation with common mobile game flaws. I loved the PC version of this game, and I was pleasantly surprised when this game was released. It plays almost exactly the same, except with easier controls adapted for mobile devices. The game runs smoothly and I’m using an iPhone 6 for this. One thing that bugs me, however, is the monetization. I understand that mobile developers need money somehow, and their only two options are either ad breaks or micro transactions. Maybe both. This game chooses micro transactions with a 2-currency system. This would normally be fine; I don’t mind when games have exclusive content only reachable for people that pay. However, these coins impact which jobs you can accept and which ones you can’t. There are ways to earn them, through achievements or special deals (I’m getting 15 just by writing this). However it still bugs me that they play such a big role in this game. It’s a small thing that all mobile games utilize, but I would rather have a 30 second ad after every level than the current situation. Still, it’s a good game that I will continue to play!

Love this game. This is the best version of house flipper I have ever played, and I’ve played the version that’s available on ps4 and switch. The controls are easier to use, the tasks are simple and the graphics are really cool. Love love love this game, I just wish the coins were a little bit easier to earn.

Good. It’s a good game, the variety of tasks is interesting and the different properties you get to do are cool however the flip coins take a long time to get if you don’t pay for them and there’s some things you can’t do without them. Maybe a different way to unlock materials we need would be good or have it so not all of them need the coins.

Addictive. Love the game,is addictive but one issue…. if the developers can retook at the way in which you interact as the character. I get the concept that you are the builder but the zoom in zoom out features and moving around the room creates so much motion I actually find myself limiting play due to motion sickness. Maybe see if you can still complete the same functions but no need to zoom in and out so much, example when repairing all fittings

Fun!. I’ve been trying to drag myself away from this game all day. The most challenging part is managing flipcoins. Running out is either expensive if you pay real money to play, or boring when you have to wait for the flipcoins. I was going to play the PC version, but can’t drag my laptop everywhere with me. So glad I found it! The one thing I’m stuck on is a dirty part in the ceiling of the bathroom in my office. I can’t clean it and I can’t paint it. It’s just an ugly grey two squares. :(

Why do real chores when you can do virtual chores!. Games stands well against its computer counterpart. Graphics are more than acceptable and game does not chew through phone battery quickly. (iPhone 12 mini) I did pay they extra 20 $ for the standard and advanced packs for the added perks of no wait times plus extra flip coins. In my opinion this price is perfectly acceptable considering it stands well up against its computer counter part, but has the convenience of being in you’re pocket. There are extra micro transactions for flip coins but they’re not really necessary. Overall great game, and worth the couple of extra $$$ for the no wait time rewards plus a little extra.

So addictive. I’m so happy with this game, hours of fun designing your house and decorating then completing fun tasks to earn money and rewards to keep flipping those houses!! I highly recommend upgrading your entry level tools for the pack this game is on Pc as well and it’s great there too. I wish I could break down walls in the app game but you can’t yet.

Awesome game. This game is so much better than the house Flipper game on PC and in tendo switch. It doesn’t to through battery cover of the quality of the graphics and overall gameplay is second to none. The developers listen to what the players want. as a visually impaired person, this game is really enjoyable to play. Yes I do struggle with some of the font, but that is very small issue in the overall theme of things. I did buy the first pack but at the time didn’t have the chance to buy the second pack. It would be nice to be able to do so further down the track. The packs are fantastic value value for money and if you are someone who really dislikes in game purchases the cost of these is reasonable considering what fantastic value for money the content is.

Great game. I really enjoy this game and how there’s loads of different decorations, and how with the heaters and the switches and that are realistic enough. You can really get creative with your office and I really like that. It’s also easy to get money, and that’s something that I really appreciate. You can also get upgrades on tools, that can make it faster, and it makes the job way easier. Great game!. I love this game. You have options between doing fixed missions which give money or you can buy houses and decorate them how you like. It is likely that you will need to purchase a few packs to get enough gold to unlock the decoration options but I feel this is the equivalent to paying outright for the game. The devs aren’t greedy, just paying the wages. And the cost for the game is absolutely worth it. Nice graphics. Takes a little to get used to the mechanics of moving around etc but overall, I highly recommend the game.

Super chill!. I enjoy playing this game whenever I need a chill out, it’s pretty relaxing and satisfying to play, although I wish you could unlock more of the items by levelling up instead of them all having to be unlocked by the special coins. Other than that I think it’s a great game, keep up the good work :)

A Really fun game but one problem. I love this game so much it gets addictive I love everything about this game it’s so much fun there is one problem though it’s very hard to get enough money to buy new spaces when you’re doing your builds you always spend a lot of money you do get some money back but I’ve never been able to work my way up to get an apartment space I would love if every time you logged in and you could get a daily bonus of money and if you login for a certain amount of days maybe even better prize overall I think this game is my favourite game and I can’t wait to see what happens thank you so much for the creators

You should download!. This game is very addicting, with the graphics being outstanding for a mobile game. Plus, there are no ads and the game is not laggy and doesn’t take long to load at all. This is probably one of the best mobile games I have ever come across in the App Store, so well done House Flipper!

great! but... alright, so this game is absolutely amazing to make time pass (it’s offline too)- everything is good, I have no complains besides one- every one of my purchases have gone through successfully without any difficulties. The downside !! // It’s getting quite boring, because of how repetitive the houses, tasks, etc are. I would love to have MORE clients that have DIFFERENT houses.

Awesome!. The game is honestly awesome! I like designing my office and trying not to waste all my flip coins and money. I had to make a new account cause I wasted all my money and I couldn’t do anything. I think you could make receiving the money quicker: cause u waste a lot of flip coins paying to get ur money faster. Also could we get more flip coins instead of one each time? Maybe like 5 or something.

Enjoyable. And there are incessant ads. Possible to play without purchase, but the beginner pack does make it significantly easier to progress. Only complaint is all the renovations you do come out of your bank/earned money, not a seperate budget for each job (which would make more sense imho), and the estimates that are provided for some renovations aren’t accurate—you’ll generally need enough in the bank to purchase plaster/paint/flooring at a minimum for each job. Overall this is a good game to play though.

Why can’t I stop playing this?. I’m really enjoying this game as a ‘wind down’ sort of game. It’s easy, not stressful and strangely satisfying. You can also play it totally offline which is neat. I will say though, the grind is REAL before you get enough money to even buy one house. And the jobs do get a bit repetitive. However I love that you level up each skill and unlock a TON of stuff to buy. Good job devs. I hope you keep the updates coming. And thank you for no forced ads!!

Need to fix bugs. It’s a really fun game but no matter how many times I try to refresh it my office is glitched and won’t load. It will only load me into a black lobby with two doors. I’m not too sure how to fix this I’ve gone in and out of the game. Gone into the home page and back in and it still doesn’t work.

Really fun. This game is really fun and keeps you occupied for a good amount of time and doesn’t have adds which shocked me, you do have to pay for different perks to add to the game but the game is still really enjoyable without them and all an all I haven’t really found anyone I hate about this game.

Love it!!!. I love this game, but please add a few more features. Like making it easier to get coins because after a while it gets very hard and doing the same mission gets annoying. Fun game, but have to wait for money to clear and the coins are quickly spent. Good game, I’ve spent some time on it and have enjoyed it since downloading yesterday. I noticed the gold coins are forced to be spent, but hard to gain in a decent quantity. I know that’s a challenge for the game but it’s fun just being able to play and decorate. It doesn’t give you heaps of options and becomes repetitive but hopefully more is introduced as you play.

Good game so far. I really enjoy this game so far, however I can’t judge too hard case I’ve only started to play it. But so far I quite like it and buying the starter pack makes things much smoother, I understand it’s a free game however it is a little annoying having the flipped coins and having to use them to unlock items, I would’ve much rather the be one currency then two because I think the game would be easier and less complicated but overall so far it’s quite enjoyable

Great but annoying. It’s an amazing game however to get flip coins which are a crucial part of the game you have to get achievements and it can take days to get an achievement then it’ll give you like 5 coins so 90% of the game is spent doing the practice room just to get flip coins which gets boring and repetitive they should make it so that when you complete orders you get some flip coins as-well as money so it’s not constantly doing the same thing over and over

Great game, but one problem.. I absolutely love this game, I play it everyday! I love how you have made updates just to add tiny items, like watches! But I would really like it if you could just add a daily reward flipcoin bonus. So if you come back everyday, you get, say, 20 flip coins? Please add this it would mean so much! New Interactive Items. the game is great, very fun, pets and pet houses would make it more fun though, especially if you could feed or interact with the pets. another thing that would make the game better would be if a light source only covered the room it was in so you could have lights on and off in certain rooms. interacting with items would be amazing in this game too, such as the shower and bath, or the coffee machine or fridge, and if you could close the curtains and not just the blinds. one problem i do have with this game tho is how hard it is to get flip coins, there should be boxes you can win in game or watch videos for extra coins but overall good job, the game is amazing and i can’t wait to see what else you come up with in the next update :))

Great game. I live this game! It is one of my favorite games and I like how you have to work to earn money a lot of other games I played like this was to easy to get money or started you off with a lot. This game has also fairly priced items other games items were to expensive to finish the job! Overl 10/10 recommende.

So fun!. This game is honestly so fun and entertaining, I usually don’t enjoy cleaning in real life - but I love playing this game! It’s enjoyable, time consuming and it’s a real challenge. The only downside of this game however, is that if you run out of money - you almost certainly have to pay for more to get back on your feet. I had to make another profile because unfortunately I ran out of money, and I couldn’t afford to buy coins or cash. Overall, this is a pretty good game! A suggestion though, maybe implement a way to get cash by watching ads. I know I’d definitely watch some ads for money. Cool game! 👍🏻

Favourite game but....... I love this game but I’ve done all the jobs for the 4th rotation, maxed the level of my tools, bought all the houses I can (for some reason new ones won’t show up :(. I’ve also unlocked most of the r achievements and most of the decorations. I need more content to continue playing and others feel the same way. We also need more children’s things, like classrooms and things, people’s homes are boring

Not what I expected!. Expecting any other typical flip game. But the immersive moving around the homes changes things. Only thing that would be good to add is perhaps a learning mode where the player has to aim for 5 stars for a job by manually looking for the jobs in the rooms based on the budget and requests and get less stars if you do a bad job or forget things like leaving empty paint cans behind how unprofessional! On the review at end of each job or great job 5 stars did above and beyond expectations.

I LOVE THIS APP!!!. So this app give you a way to play and be creative the game to me is very nice i CANT stop playing it the game is so good you can you I even got my friend to play it and her words where “its so good” not only can you do the task but move stuff freely! You can fix the house like they want you to and you can design it yourself it has so many good things and new updates!

Good, but too much holds you back. This game is amazing, and I love how it lets you be so creative. But the big problem is flipcoins and money. You can't unlock anything without flipcoins and they are rare, and the houses are SO expensive, it takes way to long to save up. I know there are in game purchases but I really don't want to have to spend real money. I would love it if they made a mode where you can just design your dream home (which is why I got the app in the first place.) Also it would be awesome if they made a mode where you can design houses for people and sell them, not just follow their orders. But it is still a great game, worth getting 😁

Spent many hours playing this. Love this game. Wish it was easier to earn coins. Once you’ve gotten the 5 stars on achievements it becomes tedious earning them. Leaving you unable to play the special events.. with out buying coins. Once you’ve amassed dollars though you can keep buying and selling homes. Just can’t get new items. Maybe some new achievement milestones would help.

I love this game!!!. This is probably one of the best games I’ve found in a while, the graphics are absolutely amazing and you don't ever like run out of energy or anything in the game. The more you play the more things you can do, I’ve probably only renovated 5 or 6 houses in the game but its absolutely amazing and there is no lag at all. I would DEFINITELY recommend this game to anyone it is so fun and entertaining!!!!

I love it!. I really enjoy this game! I’ve been playing it nonstop for hours now. However, while working through it normally is okay, you have a huge advantage if you pay for the starter kit. I know that many people don’t like games where you have to pay for everything, this isn’t one of those games though, the starter kit is good but you can play without it just fine. Even the money packs aren’t overly expensive, but you can progress without buying them either, you might just have to spend a little longer working on it.

Awesome but a bit repetitive. I really enjoy this game and how you can decorate so many houses. I haven’t progressed far so I probably won’t think this in future but I found I was doing mostly the same thing in every house. I don’t think I would change the game very much though because every order is still unique in different ways. I 100% recommend this game if you want to play a fun simulator in your free time. The developers did an awesome job!

Enjoyable. Second time around playing this game….very addictive. I’ve played a few other flipping/decorating games and this wins hands down. The only improvements I would love to see are: the ability to build half walls, move/create windows and being able to knock down framed openings to put in walls. Other than that the developers have done an outstanding job!

My Experience. I feel like this game is really fun and it doesn’t have any ads which is good so that means you can just play with out any worries of having to watch an ad every minute. One problem is that you run out money things really quick so you have to wait and do other jobs which cause you not to finish the job. Overall the game is great

Great fun. Good use of tools to fulfill the ‘flipping’ tasks, and rewarding when you upgrade and get to improve. Some challenges when you start to run out of cash, but obviously made to make you make in-app purchases. Be better if there were some more decor options, but perhaps something the creators can add as time goes on. Might be worth a small price for some extra features and ongoing play.

Awesome game but…. Ok so this game when I saw it I thought I would hate but I don’t it’s really good! you can build and flip houses and creat amazing houses. Only problem is it has is that it has a few bugs and you always run out of money/flip coins which can be really annoying. But honestly I really recommend this app for anyone and everyone! 😁

I played this game about 4 months ago and then I’ve redownloaded it now and it’s twice as better, easier instructions for beginners which I remember trying to pick it up by myself with little to no explanations on how to even play. Amazing game; I’m obsessed!. Finally… a renovation game that isn’t a match 3 puzzle game! This is a simulation renovation game where you complete renovation/cleaning jobs for other people while also buying and flipping house interiors on the side, both are optional and how you make money to do more renos. It’s a neverending, first person sandbox simulation game that reeeeallly satisfies your creative side. Absolutely love this game and it’s all free! No ads! Exactly as all games should be. 10/10, highly recommend!

Great but needs a major problem fixed.. Game is awesome, especially for someone who can’t play the PC version but there needs to be an easier way to get coins, they are used to unlock everything so unless you’ve unlocked something before an order can be left sitting undone for ages. Would like to see either an easier way to get coins, everything unlocked another way or just go to one currency and use the notes for everything. Otherwise, awesome game

Fun!. I’ve always wanted to play house flipper, so when I saw it was free on iOS I just had to download it and finally try it out! It’s a pretty decent game, and it’s very relaxing. The major downside to it is the flipcoins. You shouldn’t have to spend so much money on inapp purchases to get more. I find it ridiculous that so much content of the game is locked and ONLY unlockable with flipcoins. Why not add the chance to unlock something with videos? It honestly made me stop playing it for a long time because of it. Flipcoins make it difficult to complete any tasks to the full so you end losing half the profit! Disappointing aspect but a relaxing game nonetheless.

Great game!. I love this game but my only problem with it is I wish it was easier to get money and flip coins because without them it’s really hard to play the game, you can buy or unlock items to finish houses. But overall I do really like this game, I can play it for hours on end I just wish I didn’t have to spend a lot of actual money to get stuff in game but this is common in all in game purchases. Best game!. I rarely spend money on app games but since I’ve heard this game is better than the house flipper on computer I thought it might be worth it and it definitely was. I have sat down and played this for hours and there’s no annoying ads! If I had one suggestion, it would be maybe to for a ceiling feature in so you can make two story houses. I only say this because in my now deleted file, I bought one of those two story houses where only one part of the house overlooks the down stairs. There was no bathroom so I tried to make it somewhere downstairs but as I was reconstructing walls it wouldn’t allow me to connect certain walls because there was no ceiling above so it was disappointing because I couldn’t afford to do any clients or buy another home so I had to delete and start over.

good but it needs.... new additions to decor, I am really hoping for an Open/closed LED/regular sign. and fairy lights. i would love to be able to hang string lights like the banner above a bed. More Work/Retail shop options for design. As well as some new shoes options/kitchen (food in specific). It would be cool to also add in an outside perspective so we can do landscaping and exterior upgrades. I love this game. it’s seriously my favorite. these are just my hopes for future upgrades. but seriously. favorite app so far. edit : I still want to see exterior design abilities. it would be cool to be able to see what the house looks from the outside, and maybe where you could have a patio or porch where you can put furniture on. or decorate the outside with flowers.. Love it. I love this app so much, I don’t feel like buying the real house flipper so I play this one for free instead and it gives you almost the same gameplay, but different at the same time. Some of the items have so much detail and the games actually really fun and interesting! Only reason I rate 4 stars is because it’s hard to get those yellow coins unless you want to buy them, you kind of have to decide whether you want to use them on orders to unlock furniture and make money or use them to upgrade your items and things like that (mop, hands, etc.) plus you have to wait 4 hours to get your money unless you use the coins but that’s not too big of a issue, but other than that i think this game is really addicting and i totally recommend:)

Average. Very addictive game but easy to achieve. However, I’m stuck. I’ve completed all of my achievements besides 2 which are “Buy 10 Houses” and “Sell 10 Houses”. From the beginning you can see you are only offered 8 houses to but/ sell. I saw where the game developer mentioned there would be an update 2 weeks ago but it has yet to be released. So I am stuck. I have bought my last house and cannot sell again until I buy another. The jobs are repetitive which is fine when you have a goal to work toward but boring when you don’t. Will be deleting soon now that I’m at the end. I’ve waited on the update but, again, it has yet to be released so not sure what else to do. It was fun while it lasted but like I said, the achievements are very easy to reach. I did enjoy this game though. I don’t like how your Flipcoins are spent on jobs and you don’t get reimbursed for it but for the repeated jobs it is easy to gain them back. I spent many hours on this game and loved every second. But now that I’ve done all I can do, the excitement is gone.

Lost Purchases. This game is very addicting. Now that I’m far enough along I can buy and flip for fun! Only problem: I purchased flip coins to finish a few orders and events, but the paint I bought, and the items, are not available anymore! Tried restoring purchases but nothing happened. Really upset about thins. And, the orders I finished, still there! Not completed. Hope to get feedback and reimbursement. *Contacted Apple and was reimbursed for the purchase. New problem: worked super hard to move up to more expensive houses for 2 days. Went in last night and the game bumped me back to where I was 2 days ago! Lost purchases and flip coins, have to redo everything. I had seen the screen save “saving”randomly that day so you’d think it would have saved. Disappointed.

Great mobile version. I’ve played this on the pc and was nervous to see there was a mobile adaptation but this is a great version that is true to its roots. The main difference and my main issue with it is that you have to wait to receive your rewards for completing houses. This means you can only play a couple houses at a time (at least in the beginning) before having to wait hours for more money needed to complete any other jobs. Of course, true to most mobile apps, there is also that one currency that seems impossible to get enough of and that can limit your gameplay too if you’re not willing to make in-app purchases. Otherwise, it’s a great game that I, personally, find very satisfying.

Glitches and no support. Initially I loved this game. It’s one of the few I’ve played where I don’t have to spend real money to advance, there are no annoying “match” games that need to be done, and there are no ads. The graphics are good, it’s a fun game, and you get to be creative when designing the houses you buy. The reason I gave it 2 starts is because there was some sort of glitch that reverted my progress back by a few days. I had already sold a house, purchased another, and had it almost all the way done and it reverted me back to the very beginning of the previous house. The main reason I’m upset is that I was liking the game so much I did spend real money on it just because I wanted to get done faster. There’s no easy way to contact support. I had to Google to find it. It’s been 48 hours and still no response. I’m deleting it and they will not get another penny from me.

Bug in the map and a suggestion. The “Ruined Kaleidoscope” map/house has a hole in the floor (I suggest putting a way to report problems like this in game). Also, may I request more ways to earn coins without having to spend actual money, in my opinion, while it’s initially easy to earn coins, after you reach the first few levels it becomes harder to earn coins unless you start grinding repeatedly doing the repetitive renovation house/request until you level up, and even then you don’t earn enough coins to do one or two of the more interesting renovations before you once again worked to level up. This honestly became a very tedious, frustrating , and to some extent boring, very quickly after the first few run throughs of the repeated house/request. But besides that I honestly love the game.

I’m pleasantly surprised!. I have this game on my Xbox and I loved playing it to unwind in the evenings or even to just burn some time. I honestly didn’t have high hopes because I didn’t think there was anyway the app could be comparable to the full version game, boy was I wrong! I might not go back to playing it on the console! The only thing I could think that would make this game better is if there were a better selection of items in the “store” on the game! Although for what it is I’m very impressed. Also you do not have to do in game purchases if you don’t want to, you can play the game just fine as is. Which is kind of a big deal now a days. If you enjoy any type of renovation games then you’ll enjoy this. And you don’t even have to play any puzzles or anything like that to move forward in the game. Hopefully with future updates we’ll get more items in the store and that will make this a 5 star game!

Micro transaction failure, not pc/console version. I’ve been anticipating the game since I heard it was coming to mobile. I was expecting a straight port to mobile, just as other developers typically do. I was quickly let down when one of the first things that was presented to me was an offer for a “starter pack” for $2.99. The game is weird compared to the real versions on other platforms. You can tell right off the bat the game is watered down and altered into what is in my opinion, a spin off versus the full game I was expecting. Why go this route versus releasing the real game ported over just as other developers do? Why make a watered down mobile version when the original was perfect as is? I feel you guys could have done really well on the App Store releasing an actual port with the addition of controller support. I’ll continue to try and give the game a fair shot but this is my initial impression after the first ten minutes or so. Either way, the micro transactions are deeply disappointing.

Love the game but…. I love this game, its simple and fun, and there are a lot of different options for different designers and as far as app prices go ultimately not the worst Ive seen. Besides I dont mind giving a game I like money. However, I personally wish there were more wall hanging options. Sculptures or posters or even prints that are less formal then the mona lisa. I wish every item was tagged by color so I could type a color in the wallpaper catagory(which is hard to navigate) and get a variety of options based on the color and not on the name of the item. I wish dining room was its own category. And Im sure I could think of other things. But I really really do love this game. Its a great thing to do while listening to a podcast or audiobook. Review. I LOVE this game. Not only do I LOVE this game I LOVE the fact of cleaning and painting as well as decorating everything. I’m the type of person that loves a clean and tidy house but it’s hard because of my anxiety and depression. If my depression gets the better of me and my house/room (because I’m still not old enough to have a house by myself) gets dirty and messy my anxiety will get so bad and will get worse when I start cleaning. It’s happened like at least 2 times a year sometimes even more than that, so I’d have to takes very long breaks like could last weeks. So I try to not get sad that much so me playi my this game let’s me explore my creative and artsy side. This game also helps me with what color looks good with other colors and what furniture looks good with decor. I’ve been plying this game since 2020? I think, but I’ve had to delete this game because my home life got so stressful to the point I was getting irritated and mad at the game so I deleted it, but I’ve recently re-downloaded it and I’m so happy. So thank you for making and publishing this game I love you guys as much as I love this game😘🥰❤️❤️

!. i am absolutely obsessed with this game. it’s so calming after a long day or when you’re just hanging out at home. i love the realism and all the different things you can do from contracts to flipping your own houses and reselling them. two things though: 1. flip coins. they drive me kinda crazy. you basically have to make IAP to continue with the game unless you want to spend hours doing the same task over and over. flip coins need to be easier to obtain. maybe as a daily log in reward? 2. some of the contracts get extremely repetitive, especially the one offered by the tutorial guy that you’ll eventually have to continuously play to keep getting flip coins. i don’t even have to look at the task board anymore because i already know exactly what to do

Not great but not horrible. So I downloaded this game after seeing someone play the switch version. While I know that there is no comparing the two, I was actually surprised at how well functioning the game actually is. My only complaint is the amount each job costs compared to what you get in return for finishing the job. You have to spend a large amount to finish a job, but only really make a small profit from it. I have found other similar games where you don’t have to pay for the clients requested items and only pay for extra items that you use. I like that model better, you are able to actually flip properties that way, rather than being a slave to the odd jobs. I also don’t like the amount of coins needed for a job, some jobs you need to spend 90+ when you only get less than 10 for an achievement!

Great game but…. The game is great but, there’s some things that I think should be different. I like everything except for the fact that as soon as you make money, you spend it and run out of it so fast doing other projects. You have to wait for your money and then you spend it all doing projects so you have to wait to continue playing for a couple hours til you get more money. Another thing is it’s very hard to get coins. You have to use the coins so much in order to buy new things but you rarely get any. I spent money to buy 500 coins and I’m already down to 93 from having to use them in order to buy things the customer wants. Please make it easier to get coins and help with not losing your money so fast.

GREAT GAME😁…but a little inconvenient. I LOVE THIS GAME!…for a while at least. It was really great decorating my office and doing jobs! But after a while, I would spend money decorating my office, well, it made me lose some money and the jobs also cost money because you have to buy things for them so then I started losing a lot of money and then I didn’t have any money to decorate my office and the only thing I could do was buy a pack and I was not trying to spend my money just to get game coins so it is a very fun game. Just be very careful with your money because let me tell you something it is very fun very time-consuming. Very nice but needs something. I love the game just I have a quick problem. I will be fixing and decorating a clients house and whenever I need something or need something to build I wouldn’t have enough money I was thinking that maybe you can put an update where if you run out of money you can put an option to watch a video for more money. I would personally put it as 100$ because then it gives people a chance to do clients homes and not have to wait. I also have one more thing, this is just a thought but I was wondering if you could put in a daily check in because I am low on money and to make money I need to finish a house but I can because I need 3 chairs that are 400 $ and I can only afford 1 chair because now I only have 32. I was also thinking maybe you can make the prices lower on things please I have a struggle with that.

Great but... This is by far my favorite game. I love decorating houses in my own image but getting coins is super hard. And the jobs cost way too much. When you level up you get like 50 coins but the jobs are always 40-50 coins so you get to do one job then you’re back to doing the same repetitive job that doesn’t cost any coins. The jobs should definitely not cost any coins then you earn a few once you’ve finished the job. If everything cost coins you have to have a balance of earning them or you’re just stuck doing the same thing over and over. I do the same cheap job over and over again just to maybe get a few coins from achievements. Wish it wasn’t so repetitive and you get to decorate more. But other than the coin problem I love doing the jobs and buying houses to decorate.

Amazing, but I have one issue with it.. This is probably the best renovation game out there for mobile right now, and it is really fun to play. My only problem with it is the fact that you have to wait 4 HOURS for your money to arrive after completing a clients request. You could speed this up, but it costs quite a lot of flip coins. The price to speed up the payment is dependent on the amount of money you are getting from the client, so this can get really expensive really fast. It would be great if the developers of this game could reduce the time of 4 hours to 30 minutes-20 minutes. It would be even better if they got rid of the waiting time it entirely! Overall, this game could have gotten 5 stars if it had not been for all the waiting.

Pros and cons. I really love this game. I have nothing to complain about. But I feel like I have to give a reason as to why I’m only giving three out of five star review. I look forward to playing this game during my free time. But I feel like it’s so hard to get flip coins. I feel like the creators could give you flip coins for completing jobs. Whereas, right now you only get money. The only way to get flip coins is by earning achievements. In some other games that I play, it will make him wait so many minutes to earn something. I feel like the creators could make you wait a certain time frame to get flip coins rather than only earning them through achievements. I look forward to playing this game after a long day. But when I get onto things right there is nothing to look forward to other than the money I earned four hours prior. So I feel like there could be better incentives to playing this game but it does make it difficult to play when it’s so hard to earn flip coins.

110% RECOMMEND THIS LOOVEEEE. I’ve always hated interior design games that make you do puzzles for the money bc I’m not a puzzle type of person. This game you can interior design and renevate for costumers for little money. The only time you spend money is for replacing items. You get tons of money in return from that costumer to renevate your own office/house. Turning it from disgusting, dirty, and trashy, to what every you want. I changed mine into a beautiful modern space. I’ve been playing this game for hours and it is full of endless fun and entertainment. Though it did take me a bit it time to get the hang of the game and figure out how to play it, it was totally worth it in the end and I would 100% recommend!

Love the concept…don’t love the dates content. I’ve been looking for a game like this for a long time! I love the concept but there are a couple of things I would definitely change if I were the dev of this app. 1.) I’m not sure if there’s a quick way to earn flip coins or not because I’m not very far into the game but I’m already out of coins and can’t buy any new decor for my jobs. I think there should be a mini game or a way to earn them without spending them. 2.) The content is very dated and nothing in the jobs match! At least make the challenges realistic. Nobody wants toy trains and stacking blocks on their kitchen shelves! Wallpaper doesn’t match the decor and floors/furniture etc. make it realistic and I’ll continue to play. Again, I love the concept of this game. Just wish it was a little better.

A Satisfying Game. I love designing your own space, finishing a job and flipping houses! I love all the color and design options too. You can also clearly tell the developers have a sense of humor. I wish there was an outside portion however. I also don’t like that every time you want express or instant payment the price goes up. It seems a little out of reach. I understand the waiting to make the player play long but it isn’t like everyone can afford more coins to press it every time. I wish that when you finished the job it didn’t instantly which you away because I forget that that happens and candy sell the half empty paint cans which are worth selling if you have a practically full one. This is all really nit picky but would improve the experience. You should really download the game to support the developer on improving this.

Obsessed!. The few things I do not like and feel like could be tweaked a bit is: 1. The amount of flipcoins you receive for completing tasks and level up, as well as the amount of flipcoins you have to spend on projects. I feel like you don’t get enough coins when you complete a task to level up. Also the amount of coins you have to spend on projects, it’s s a lot. I Never have enough. So basically we need more ways to earn coins or earn more coins with the ways that are in place already. 2. The prices of certain houses is just insane I haven’t been able to purchase a nice house yet. Other than that great game. And so much better than the other ones!! Love that you can interact with certain items, definitely makes it more fun.

Great Game-One Issue. I love how interactive this game is and how you can use the tools and also sell things. One thing I’m having trouble with is the gold coins that you get to upgrade and stuff. I haven’t been getting enough and it’s hard for me to go on because I’m waiting so long to be able to purchase orders to do. Maybe it’s because I upgrade a bunch of stuff I don’t need to buy I think we should get more gold coins for achievements and completing certain jobs and things. Especially when unlocking items to use in the homes. If I can’t use the items because I don’t have enough coins, then I can’t play the game for very long which is a shame. Then how can I get gold coins to buy items to renovate if I can’t do the jobs in the first place??

Pretty fun. I personally really like playing this game it reminds me a lot of the house flipper on I believe PC which is great because I don’t have one. So it’s fun to play it the only issue is I feel like four hours is just a bit too long to be getting paid maybe reduce it to one to two hours or just not have it. Also instead of having to pay five coins every time you need to get a different paint or some furniture you should be able to get it when you level up like a few new paints and some new furniture. But overall it’s a great way to waste time while not being bored! I unfortunately have gotten stuck on one of my profiles so I’ve had to start a new one because I cannot continue playing the game because all of the tasks require those coins and I don’t have enough and I would prefer not to have to pay real money.

Exactly the home improvement escapism I wanted. This is a fun and satisfying game (and pretty addictive). I love that there are no ads. The wiring electrical fixtures mini game is neat, but I was grateful to be able to turn it off once it got tedious. A lot of the English translation is, frankly, hilarious. I’d love to see more stuff in the store, and more ways to unlock stuff, or earn coins, since there is a point where coins become exceedingly hard to get in-game. I like that there are no “forced” ads, but I’d definitely watch ads for coins. I did run into a problem the other day where the game just would not open. I ended up having to completely reinstall the game, and start over from the beginning - but that’s my fault for not making an account to keep my progress backed up.

Great game, but with fatal flaws. I love this game! It is so relaxing and fun. My parents make fun of me because I like this game but I won’t clean my room in real life! There is one big problem. Why can’t you change the color of the hands!? The “non-white” hands are still white, but with gloves on! I think the Ps4 version might have had an option to change hand color, but I can’t remember. Maybe there is one on here that I haven’t found, but 🤷🏽‍♀️.Also, even if there are others, why is white the default? You should have a menu at the start of the game with hand colors to choose from. Please someone fix this. Oh, also, one more thing: If you run out of money in the middle of an order, you’re kind of stuck. That happens to me a LOT.

Real review. Most of these reviews seem fake as all get out. I like the game itself- it’s fun redecorating and doing the tasks. BUT it hits a wall and kind of quickly. I’ve already just about finished the accomplishments and I’ve only been playing a few weeks. There is no way to earn coins except by leveling up and accomplishments. Leveling up is easy at first but now it’s a boring grind. Even if you do all the tasks possible at the jobs listed l, you could still wind up with over 200 points needed to get to the next level. There is one job that is free. But doing it only gets you so many points. And it’s really boring doing the same job over and over again. Even with the upgrades purchased, there’s only so far you can go. I wish they’d at least give five coins a day for logging in. I’m pretty sure my time is done with this one unless they make big changes.

Amazing game!. I have been playing this game for a long time now and love it. There are lots of ways to stay engaged, you can exercise some creativity without being overwhelmed by options, and there are little weekly adds. BUT it is way too hard to get flipcoins beyond level 10. I purchased the first paid pack but when you’re at a high level it takes literally hundreds of tasks to level up and get more flip coins. I will not shell out more money for a second pack for the same purpose of getting more flipcoins. Please make them easier to get, it’s impossible to participate in events and keep up with all the beautiful decoration options being added. Thank you!

UPDATE: Broken, lost coins. I am updating my review after only a couple days. The game offers in-game rewards very early on for a review, so be wary of all the good reviews - they are likely people that have only played a couple hours (like my original review). The Easter Event “stole” at least 100 Flipcoins, leaving me with too few to continue playing. There is no way to earn Flipcoins other than playing (which requires Flipcoins), or paying. This is a serious oversight by the devs. A bug that renders the game unplayable should never persist for days at a time. There should also be a daily reward or spin feature. While I originally admired the game for being playable without paying really money, I now see that is not the case. I am sorely disappointed, I was really enjoying this game! [original review] I’ve been playing for a few hours, and I’m pretty hooked, so far. Graphics are nice, and it’s satisfying to clean up. I love that there aren’t a bunch of ads and pay-to-play pop ups. Have not run into any bugs, yet. But what’s with the basements with full sized windows? Lol

Task menu. Everything about this game is as should. One major problem. There is a task called “ replace highlighted items”it doesn’t specify the name of the item. It simply request for me to replace. For instance, a front door was highlighted on one of my jobs for me to replace. I replaced it with a regular door, wasn’t the one. I replaced it with the next one available. Wasn’t the right one neither. The next three doors were locked. I spent “f” coins to unlock them one by one. And brought each door one by one. Finally the third door I unlocked worked for that high lighted item. I was suppose to spend $20,000 on that job. I ended up spending $10,500 extra figuring out what door was needed. The job itself was only $31,000. An not to mention the “f” coins I spent looking for the correct door to purchase. Now I cannot play the game bc I don’t have enough “f” coins to take on new jobs. And the kicker is, the last job I took I have the same problem. This time with a wall lamp.

So many bugs and glitches. First off, love the game and on a surface level I could only see a few things that you could do to improve; like add the option to change gender or ethnicity for those who wish too; but over time glitches and bug started to pop up. At first it was small, the store popping up when I’m placing a wall or something else like that. My mom also has this game and says that she regularly has things disappear or glitch when she places them. Lately, I haven’t been able to even play the game longer than five minutes before every pop up menu; like the store, profile menu, where you would buy more money or flip coins if you want, and the settings; will be stuck and I would have to re open the app just for it to happen again. I’m seriously thinking of deleting the game completely and just moving on even though this is my favorite mobile game at the moment.

Great game just needs more content. Having played the PC version, I’ve been waiting over a year for a mobile version. I love playing it! I hope more things are added in the future like building/destroying walls, going outside, more items, and more houses in the real estate market. I read ppl complaining about the micro purchases, but I didn’t think it was over the top. I’ve seen way worse games that constantly throw micro transactions in your face, and this one barely asks you. I spent the cpl of bucks it costs for premium, and I don’t have to wait to get paid. Unfortunately, I’m at a stand still waiting for updates bc I’ve run out of houses to buy and flip. There’s always jobs, but the whole point in doing jobs is to flip the house you bought. I hope the third party that House flippers co. used to get this on mobile are good at updating bc it’s my favorite game.

Very fun, lots to do, lots to unlock. I HIGHLY recommend this game, it isn’t one of those match 3 or those puzzle games. You literally just design houses for people, and unlock items to use at your own houses, you can buy multiple houses and redo them or redo them just enough to sell and make a profit. I just wish we had more options to get flip coins, like maybe even watching ads to get them. Once you pass so many of the tasks to get the flip coins it’s hard to make any at all… I love the game and all the options, furniture, colors, patterns and how realistic it is, I just wish I could get more flip coins to unlock more paints, more wallpapers, and more furniture and decor/item.

Great game an Idea to fix the flip coin problem. For the houses that require you to use flip coins to buy&unlock items, the same amount of flip coins used should be included with the reward that way it’s even. Currently doing houses that require flip coins are not worth it because although you get cash, there is not enough reimbursement of flip coins to be equal. Also since cash is easier to get there should be a cash to flip Coin exchange. I don’t understand why someone would use flip coins for more cash as they are extremely rare and cash abundant. It could be like 500,000 cash to 1 flip coin or something ridiculous but still do-able! I do enjoy this game but it does get boring as once you’ve flipped all the real estate houses there doesn’t seem much else to do. Other than that fantastic game!

Very fun!. I saw some of my favorite YouTubers play a different version of this game on a P.C, so I looked on mobile to see if they had something similar- which they did! I’ve been playing this for a bit and it’s really fun! This game almost fixed some of the annoying parts of the P.C game: the painting goes quicker, the dirt is easier to clean, etc. The only complaint I have, which may or may not be preventable, is the ratio to the amount of Flipcoins you earn to the amount you spend. It’s a little difficult to earn coins anyway, but once you do it’s only 5 or so, and some assignments cost 50 or 60! Once you run low, it’s hard getting the amount back up to something usable. But this game is still extremely addictive and very well made, not to mention very satisfying!

Haven’t done it yet but looks real fun. This looks real fun but I haven’t played it but it’s so cool that I’ve been watching it basically every day and every night but there’s one thing it’s gonna be hard trying to make houses for you just know that so you’re up for the challenge it’s gonna be a little hard for me at first but I’m gonna go be fine but there’s other things you can put in this game like you can put blood and stuff and nice to make it look like a murder house but it’s like different things like showers she can make so many different things but no the bathrooms have toilets and drains you can’t get rid of them so you’re gonna have to deal with Siri and I have to keep the bathroom there so I just want to tell y’all that because I’m about to play with and I don’t really know how to say just letting you know bye

Pretty fun. It’s better than a lot of the other games that I have played. But it really needs more items in the store. Why can’t I buy every day items like plates and cups? Especially when I see them in the houses that I clean? And some items don’t have a lot of variety, like tables or rugs... really there are very few options for anything. And what about a preview before you buy option? It’s very hard to tell the color of paint unless you buy it. Also you don’t know if the furniture will fit until you buy it. And if you buy it and it doesn’t fit, you sell it for a lot less than you bought it for. Plus I keep seeing a glitch where if you are interrupted (like with a phone call), the last thing you did is undone, or the last thing you bought is gone, but the money is still gone from your account.

Perfect Chill Game. So, I have anxiety and ADHD, and little games like this make my life easier. Sometimes my brain just gets too scattered and dizzy, and I need something simple, straightforward, relaxing, doesn’t take a lot of thinking, etc.. It helps cool down the engine from being too overwhelmed. I can get comfortable and play for a while when sleep just doesn’t work, and I actually feel so much better. Such a cute little game, too. The stories from the customers are usually pretty funny, the names for items in the store are often puns or references to something that will absolutely make you laugh, it’s just unexpectedly silly. Side note: I’m an artist, and this game helps me design fully customizable indoor environments for backgrounds in my work. Unintentional plus, greatly appreciated though.👌

It’s a really good game but some things could be better. The interaction with objects is amazing. Picking up, moving, placing, and replacing things is very easy and works great. The one issue I have is the money, it’s a four hour wait to get paid for jobs you do in the game. I’m fine with waiting but four hours is a long time. You can use the coins to get money instantly or in fifteen minutes, but coins aren’t exactly really easy to get and you don’t really get that many when you do. Some missions give you coins but usually you get one or two here and there. To buy certain objects and upgrade your tools you also need to pay coins. Even if you’re doing a mission you’ll stay have to pay coins for an item if you don’t have it unlocked. Everything else is amazing though, I personally just feel like you’ll be tempted to spend a lot of money on coins and in game cash.

Great game. Don’t like the concept of spending slow earned coins to get paid without waiting 4 hours. I mean we do the stuff asked yet we have to wait to be paid. Almost a catch to having to spend real money when a lot of us are tired of pay to play games. Don’t mind it here or there but the coins go faster than you can get them. Still a good game without playing the match games to do anything. Edit: gotta pay about $13 total for the upgrades and unless you run out of money or diamonds that’s all the cost. Well worth the spend. Just wish their were more houses to buy and redo than the handful you get. It is house flipper not remodeler. More variety would be nice as well. It gets redundant quickly but still overall a great game

It’s a winner🥳🏆🥇. It’s an amazing game and I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve been looking for a game like this for around 4 years and I finally found the perfect one to satisfy my needs for a good house flipper game. I have downloaded almost every house flipper game on iOS and this one stuck out to me. Their is only two things I don’t like which is the you have to earn a special kind of coin to unlock some items. I also don’t like the wait time after you finish an order. It’s like I’m in the middle of decorating my house and I run out of money. I go work some jobs and I have to wait four hours to get my money from each job except the tutorial. Over all it’s an amazing game and I’ve been playing it almost non stop for a while.

Good. Amazing game! Almost no complaints! I would like to see teardown of walls and construction of walls. Floor trim for walls and more variety in the 5-6k jobs from my buddy. Add a paint color randomizor from your unlocked selection or add random colors and floors. Use tiles in the bathroom but make it only select from your already unlocked stash. This would break the monotony of grinding for levels and may even spark creativity by forcing color and material combos that normally wouldnt be tried. Also please change light switch installation. I love all the other “replacements” but I dread light switches. It’s impossible to do quickly. Make it so you do all the wires then tighten all of them at once. This is how it is for the outlets already and it’s awesome.

Great game, one thing needs to change!. I love this game it really helps me stay calm and relaxed. It helps me keep my mind busy if i’m having any anxious feelings and i realy love it. However i agree with many others that the flip coins are annoying. Once you complete all the acheivements you dont get flip coins until you reach the next level which takes forever. Plus to get to the next level you need to do tasks that require flip coins. So I definitely think you should be able to unlock things with money. I love this gameand will occasionally buy thigs with real money but i cant keep doing that. So if this doesnt chnage i will have to delete: Thank you for making such a good game though. Just wish some things were easier to obtain.

Very entertaining. This game is really fun, I love decorating my own home and it’s very satisfying to clean others, this isn’t like those games where you can have to go through painstaking work just to put one thing in your own house. However, I know that this is a marketing thing but I find it very annoying that I have to wait 4 hours just to get my payment, it feels a bit too long. But then again that’s how you make money… Overall very fun game. Another thing is that there are some bugs in a few houses that I’m experiencing, like Barbra Zus and Patrick Green, in Barbara’s house there is one square of ceiling paint that says it’s undone even though I already painted it, and in Patrick Green the highlighted parts won’t show up. Hoping you can fix this.

Good Early Game. I really enjoy the adaptation to mobile. Everything works really well and smooth, it feels comfortable, I have no complaints about gameplay. I think there should be some challenges to get the coins, though. Once you get a ways in, more orders require upwards of 80 coins or more and it makes doing orders difficult. I also want to unlock more options that aren’t available to me, which are all exclusively bought with the coins. I understand the game needs to make money and thus this currency is a scarcity without paying, but I think there could be more opportunities to incentivize playing for people who, like me, are not interested in the in-game purchases. For example, could there be limited-time orders that get you a specific item unlocked in the store? Or perhaps some orders that, once complete, also give you a handful of coins? Creating these options could allow for those who cannot/do not want to utilize in-app purchases to continue to play while not making it outright easy to bypass the in-app purchase option. If I received 1-2 coins for specific orders, or a monthly or bi-monthly free item, it would make the later-game more enjoyable. Overall, good game, but be prepared for a sometimes frustrating grind post level 10 or so.

Great game just some suggestions. I love this game I just have some suggestions. I think you should be able to go outside and have pools and grills and other things like that. I also think we should be able to interact with things in your house/office like sleeping in your bed to speed up time and get your money from jobs faster. Being able to cook or watch tv in your office. You should also make more ways to get flip coins because I find myself running out of those fast and not being able to play for a couple hours. Maybe side jobs or even just watching and add to earn some flip coins. But I really love the game and I’m excited for any new additions too it! It’s the best game of this type that I’ve seen for ios.

It’s almost great!. If you like a relaxing game about house building or you want that house flipper on the go itch. This will suffice. No Demolition and the need to purchase in game gold to unlock pretty much everything with no real way to earn besides achievements and they come far and few between to take on the bigger clients or make much in your flips. The tool upgrades only upgrade speed and they don’t feel a whole lot different and when maxed out the thing they clean becomes highlighted. The lack of demo and honestly not that many houses hold this game back from being great. The need to use real world money, albeit not a lot to buy nicer appliances and furniture, etc and to complete the high value contracts is just frustrating. It you have pocket change and you enjoy this style of game. It’s still a download for me. If not, this won’t convert you

Progress doesn’t save. I absolutely love this game and play it all of the time! BUT it started recently not saving my progress. This didn’t initially bother me because whatever, I’ll just re-do some of the jobs. But today, I bought some 500 coins and a package with a new mop skin, plaster trowel, and it also included a perk that lets me level up fast etc. I paid about $20 for this. It loaded to my account. I did one job then I had to get off for work. I got back on and all of my stuff I bought was gone. I tried synchronizing it again and hitting “restore purchases” but it won’t load it back onto my account. It basically just robbed me of $20. I really want to continue playing this game because otherwise I love it, but I can’t continue playing a game that literally steals my money. I am disputing this with my bank so I can get a refund. But this should really be fixed!!!!
