Needs one thing fixed, other then that perfect. Seems like the computer will give you only three shapes, but… honestly i think one shape will not fit the puzzle no matter what you do. If only the app will actually show you the jigsaw that you needed to put together to solve that one grey piece after you loose then it will be a different story, other then that there’s really no way to validate the fact that you were unable to solve the puzzle..highest score i’ve gotten is 2,710. I want to keep going but without the computer showing what you did wrong then there’s no way to validate your loss.. :/ basically it’s all LUCK as opposed to actually solving a PUZZLE.

Why did you…. Make changes to the way this game plays? It’s not as challenging and that makes it rather boring now. Before the changes, the big block would show up at the end of a long session…it was difficult and sometimes I lost. But that made it interesting, trying to anticipate when that would happen. Now they pop up all the time and I haven’t see a single block since the changes. Why did you make it so easy? What’s the point of playing now? You were getting great reviews the way it was!! Ugh I hate when you developers mess with our games! Put the CHALLENGE BACK IN!!

Just mean. This game is astoundingly addictive, and it’s been hard to put down since I got it, but I think I’ve finally been pushed over the edge to uninstall it due to the games setup. I finally beat my previous high score of 2,510 and I was on a roll I made it all the way to my now current high score of 4,281 which is awesome and all but the way I went out was caused in a huge flaw in the game. There was an incredible amount of open space left almost enough for 2 3x3 to fit but the game somehow gave me the only combination of blocks where there was absolutely no chance of going further. If I could put a screenshot I would. Very frustrating but overall fun game! I am happy I not only beat my high score but also my girlfriends, so it is a great day!

Please offer an ad-free version and allow screen rotation. I absolutely love this game. It’s the single game I play most on my phone and my iPad. There’s nothing about the game itself I would improve. However I constantly irritated by two app issues: 1. I really, really, really, really, absolutely HATE being interrupted by obnoxiously loud ads. I would be very happy to pay for an ad-free version. I would prefer it, very very much. Please offer this. 2. My pet hates with iPad apps is not allowing screen rotation. I almost exclusively use mine with an Apple Magic Keyboard which makes rotating the screen the accommodate apps that don’t accommodate me very irritating. Please don’t make choose between the awkwardness of holding a keyboard at 90 degrees or removing the iPad from the keyboard, which I never want to do because it’s so slippery.

B.P. is the goat. I did not know what it meant to be addicted until I came across this game. When I close my eyes to sleep at night, I don’t see dreams but rather blocks. Whenever I go to the bathroom I spend hours playing block puzzle with the floor tiles. In class I draw out a game on my notes. Memories of my darkest moments have now been replaced with the loss I feel of losing a game of block puzzle. My happiest times are when I get a new high score. No matter how hard I try, I can’t stay away for long. I no longer ask people how they are or where they’re from, rather I ask if they know of block puzzle. Block puzzle is how I met my wife, what we named our child, it is our way of life. There is no escape once downloaded. I am haunted by the girl I once was without block puzzle, and I am scared of the woman I am now with it. 10/10

Fun game but….. I love the game itself but the ads are so annoying! Sometimes I just play other games just because I hate the ads so much. If I have the sound off on my phone, there are some ads (PayPal) that the sound still comes on. I have to turn the volume all the way down because their ad is so loud. If I’m listening to an audible book or listening to music, the ad will turn off whatever I’m listening to. When the ad is over, my book/music doesn’t come back on. I’m forced to restart my book/music, which then brings up another ad when I go back into the game. It’s a vicious cycle. I get that the ads bring in money, but there is not even an option to pay for the game and turn off the ads. Please give us the option to turn off the ads. Even after paying for VIP status, it keeps asking me to upgrade to VIP status and the ads are still there. Random ads lasting 30 seconds… I think they will finally be done but another 15 second ad pops up. Very annoying. No help from customer service.

Love the update!. I love the recent update! I can’t believe that everything I love about the update is what everyone seems to hate! The “boom”, “flash”, all of it. I did notice the one piece blocks are missing, like, why? But they did add a couple of side pieces that I loved from a similar game, 3 blocks together with one piece sticking out from the middle block and the other has the one piece sticking out from an end block. And is it me or did they change the scoring? I’ve been trying to beat my last high score for months, now it seems I’m scoring higher quicker.

W. This game got me my first body in high school. Before I played block puzzle I was a nobody and everyone didn’t talk to me. But once I downloaded and I got the highest score at my school that senior u know what senior I’m talkin the baddest girl in my school asked to hang. Soo when we was hanging all she was asking about was block puzzle and how I was soo good. So eventually she invited me over to her house when she was home alone. And she said if I can beat her high score for her she would let me beat the dunnies down. And you know me I did and the head game was a 10/10. P.s the update was not it the new scoring system makes it too easy soo she ended up leaving me soo thanks a lot for that one

Almost Perfect. Firstly i’d like to say thank you developers for making a game that is not just “watch ad to revive” or “buy this item an become good at this game”. Everything about this game is good, from the gameplay to the mechanics to the visuals, its all just pleasing. But I do have some things i’d like to say, first is a personal problem, the new combo system is so addicting . Stacking the combo is so fun that it become a problem and I frequently lose because i have no room for a 3x3. Another thing is WHERE ARE THE 1x1’s! I don't know if this is a glitch but i cant get any 1x1, where they removed??? It was such a useful block and now i keep losing just because of 1 random hole i cant fill, PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!?!

Disappointed. I’ve. Been playing this game for quite some time on my iPad and on my iPhone. My high score on the iPad is 4838, and on my iPhone my high score is 5940. The game will not let me get anywhere near those scores! It can only go up to like 1600 or the most 2000 and something and then I lose it, not through my fault but because I believe that the game is purposely giving me pieces that will not fit in, and that causes me to lose! It’s getting very frustrated even though I really enjoy playing this game! I would like to beat my high score at some point and this game makes it impossible to get anywhere near it. I don’t think this game is playing fair! 🤬

Great Game!. I have given this game 5 stars several times, but recently I realized a small problem. So, I’ll be playing this game and then a block will come along that allows me to get a lot of points. However, when I put it in, my hand my slip and the block will land somewhere other than where I was trying to place it. Now, I do realize this is human error and there is nothing wrong with the game itself, but I believe there is a simple fix. An undo button would be great just in case these little mistakes are made. It’s just a suggestion, but it would be great if it was put into consideration. I still love this game so much! It is addicting and fun to beat your high score! Highly recommend, just the one complaint.

Liked it years ago. Hate it now.. I loaded this puzzle game several years ago and enjoyed playing it. My highest score was 25 thousand something. I got a new phone and decided not to add any games to it for a while. In my travel time (for work) I needed something to pass the hours waiting in airports so I reloaded this game and holy Hanna banana, I don’t know how they did it but they made it more addictive. It’s super fun to play…at first! Now he’s the crappy part. I know how to achieve a high score. I know to keep space open for the random 5 and nine block pieces. However, as soon as you get to 2500 they toss a stupid Z shape or 3 horizontal blocks with one block above the center of the 3. Most of the time will be able to fit these stupid shapes but more often that not there’s only room for 2 of the new new pieces. That’s when your round is over. If they’d just hold the ugly pieces until we reach 5000 players would stick around. This puzzle leaves me with a feeling of constant failure. Im now deleting it.

Adds adds adds But very good game. This game is very nace, But what’s really bothersome is the right out of the gecko wen you open the game you get hit with adds!. Recent Update Ruined Game - One Star. I’ve been playing this game for a few years now, but after the recent update, it fundamentally changed the gameplay, making large points inevitable early on but after you approach a certain point, around 4000 pts in my gameplay, it systematically gives you unplayable pieces forcing you to lose the game. It’s not a question of skill, but of playing against an algorithm in an always losing game. On top of that, I can count on one hand the times that I’ve been given a single block piece that would be crucial at many points, especially as you approach that point where the game forces you to lose. I have recently deleted the game, as I no longer derive enjoyment from it since this most recent update. Prior to the update, I may have even given it 4 stars, but now only one. If I could give zero, or even negative stars, I would.

Onto something but missing something. Great concept, love the simplicity, but at a certain point the game becomes just a gamble. The fact that at any point you can get three 9-block cubes at the same time and there is no way to predict or prepare for it is disappointing. You could be doing well, and preparing you board for something big, and then three of those blocks show up and there is nothing to do. Game over. I feel like if you added a “here is your next three pieces” foresight, or made it so the algorithm will only ever give you one or even two of the same piece at a time, might be worth looking into in terms of balancing the system and not making players feel robbed of a good thing. The fact that every game I played I got a new high score, but then one to two moves after that achievement I was hit with something I clearly could not handle feels rigged. And because there is no foresight mechanic to let me know what my next three pieces are, the game very well could be rigged to give me a win, a frustrating loss, a pat on the back and encouragement to do better, and an ad for my trouble so the creator can collect their revenue. No judgement for trying to make money on an app game, but it feels a little too systematically stacked against the player for my taste. Good luck 👍🏼

Great puzzle game. Honestly, This is the 2nd app review I’ve ever written, but this one is worth my time. I downloaded this as a brain game to play when I fell like I need to go on social media (a habit I’m trying to kick). I went through a lot of other puzzles first but this is the only one that stuck, not only because it a a fun game but the ads are not bad. Seriously, most other apps the ad times are unbearable and super frequent. This app of course has ads, but they are 5 seconds long before you can skip or move it. WORTH IT! And thank you!!!!

It’s a good game but where’s the ad free charge???. I love this game, it saves where you left off, it’d addicting… however I’d be willing to pay that $2-$4 charge for an ad free experience. I personally hate the ads & I know that’s how the developer gets consistent money but where is the option for that??? It’s ridiculous. I usually have to go offline so I don’t get these annoying ads that redirect my browser to another website or something. If the developer reads this, fix it please. A lot of the reviews have the same complaint. Such a shame you don’t provide that option.

Great game, terrible ads. First of all. The game play itself is fantastic. I can close the app mid-game and pick up whether you left off next time you open the app. You can turn off sounds and music. All good things. I have no complaints about thr game itself..and my only complaints may have nothing to do with the app nor the developers so I'm not "taking away stars" for something that has nothing to do with the game. As much as I love this app I can no longer play in bed or certain situations as the ads are so crazy loud regardless of game settings. I cannot turn the volume down as I need not fall asleep with the volume down lest I miss my morning alarm. If I play while listening to something else on my Bluetooth the add will interrupt that so the BT does not negate the loudbad issue per si..but at least it won't jolt my dude from his sleep while I play next to him. Also. Some of the ads are impossible to close thus opening the ad in a window. Just really annoying. It would be cool to have an ad free version..I'm all for supporting developers when it's within reason.

No silent mode. I love this game. I’ve played it a thousand hours over the past year and have recommended it to others. However over the past few months, something has changed with the ads being run. Before when my phone was set to silent or vibrate, the ads were muted. Now, even with the phone on vibrate, the ads play at full volume. There is no way to mute these ads, and half the time I can’t click the X to close the ad without opening the ad link. So, no more playing the app in bed, or with others in the room, or during a meeting or whatever because of the ads that blast music out of nowhere. It’s so obnoxious and sad because I miss the game. I wish the developers would fix this issue.

Fun but flawed. This game is fun the first time you download and maybe a few times after. But you start to quickly realize the flaws after a few games. I like games like this so I can turn my mind off and relax, but with this game you can’t just keep going like you would want to. Eventually it will give you a combination of shapes that you won’t be able to fit into the square no matter how long you sit there and think about it. It makes it very frustrating when I’m having a nice enjoyable time and then get 3 of the 3x3 blocks and suddenly ruins my game that I thought I was doing good at. It seems like it’s mostly around the same point limit that it does this a lot too. And it seems like they do this intentionally so you have to watch more ads. Just my thoughts about it anyways. Download it or don’t. It will be fun for a little and then it won’t.

Stop pausing in the middle of the game. Why would you stop in the middle the game for ads and to ask for positive feedback after you keep interrupting my game and closing me out to start all over again! The game itself is good and captivating but the interruptions from 30 second disruptive marketing ads and constant asking me for my feedback when I’m focusing on trying to get past 300 because your algorithm is set up for the player to hit the wall figuratively after they reached a high score it plummets you down lower than your original score even if you are able to fit the blocks in the square. Just leave the joystick alone and let players win and have a fun and enjoy the game . If I wanted the developer to be part of the game as judge and jury ida chosen another game to play

yes!!!. This game is the most satisfying, pleasurable game known to man. I was originally hooked because of my friend advertising it to me. I decided to give it a download just for funziez and might I made a GRRREAT choice. I have not been able to put it down. From the looks of it you might thing this game is boring, but to your surprise it is all but the opposite. The excitement I feel when I am able to clear the board is fantabulous. And i have had more commitment to this game than any man in my love life. I HIGHLY recommend if you want to spice up your life with some excitement download this game and enjoy the satisfaction of piecing the pieces together.

System Flaw. I want to start by saying this is a great game! BUT it is still flawed. If developers can fix how the block system works for when you are given a new set of 3. I hate when the i am trying to beat my high score an I am given blocks that inevitably results in a game over NO MATTER WHAT I DO. It would be a great idea to show what you've "SHOULD HAVE" done to stay in the game. Without this feature, i feel as if these are simulated outcomes. I extremely dislike it when I've been stuck on a puzzle for many minutes just to realize there is NO CHANCE to win the game. It feels like a huge waste of time to lose in this fashion. I want a feature that shows proof of where the player made a mistake OR a sneak peek into the next set of 3 blocks because you can not actually strategize if the "new block" system is flawed. Im the absence of these features, it is almost certain that this game is one of luck and not strategy. I hope the developers see this and take this information into consideration as I have been trying to beat my high-score for over two months and I have come to realize this minor flaw. Thank You!

Perfect game for middle-of-the-night feedings!. I have literally never left a review for anything on the App Store before, but felt like I needed to add my opinion. This is THE PERFECT GAME to whip out during those middle-of-the-night feedings with a baby. Seriously. Here are my reasons: • There aren’t many ads at all, and the ones that do come up are skipable within seconds. • It’s slow-paced and not timed. Timed games cause way too much stress at 2am while you’re just trying to stay awake long enough to feed a hungry baby. • **My favorite aspect** is that you can close the app in the middle of a game and the next time you open it it is right where you left off. When it’s 3:23am and the baby is finally asleep again, usually the last thing you’d want to do is HAVE TO keep playing a game just so you don’t lose your progress. You can put that baby down, put the phone down, crawl back into your warm bed, and the game pauses for you until an hour later when the baby is awake again. Seriously. This should be marketed to new parents.

Easy and Fun, Until It Decides It’s Over. Highly addictive, despite the fact that I know the game provides you all the perfectly matched tiny pieces you need until you get to about 3 or 4 thousand points, when it all pretty much ends, no matter how careful or clever you’ve been to keep the board open, because those tiny pieces that you had early on have completely vanished and you’re getting nothing but a relentless onslaught of only the largest pieces. Managed somehow to get to about 17,000 one time, and I keep thinking I’ll do it again, but 95% of the time it’s the same scenario. Just wish you could get rewarded for strategy and skill, but it seems as if the game is programmed at a certain point to drop so many big bombs that there’s no surviving it.

Ughhh. This game is fun don’t get me wrong I love the game even… BUTTT!!!! It will definitely cheat you. You set up moves to try and be able to clear the board and when the fresh shapes come up your not able to use 1 or 2 of them and you have to try and figure a way to either clear the board or you just fail. I wish it would atleast show like what shapes would be coming up next that way you could try to work around or atleast even give you shapes you can actually use to help you. Like let it be like ok you will be able to use all three but you will have to figure out what to clear to be able to use them all…. Again that’s my only complaint about the game that’s why I rate it so low but other than that it’s actually ok game to pass time.

AD per play equals, you seeing a lot of ads. So here how this works. You believe the parts randomly, and you fit those to the best of your ability. Then all of a sudden, you are staring at 2 shapes that already say they won’t work, and one shape that will not clear enough to make room. This means, it’s time for an advertisement. It’s how they make their money. If you’re on one of those magical sprints, it actually means, you have seen enough advertisements that you can play for a bit. It is a tactic that has been used for a long time. I just wish they were honest about their game play. For instance, “we had you in an ad loop, we have made enough off of you, you can play for a while now…and no, we are not fixing the sound issue.

Addicting, but…. This game is so much fun and so addicting that I literally imagine shapes fitting into everyday spots (in my real life). It’s so fun and the great thing is, it’s not timed and provides for a relaxing but brain-building activity. In my addiction to Block Puzzle and extensive hours playing the game, I’ve come to want to beat my high score each time. However, the problem with this is that the game KNOWS I’m getting close and intentionally gives me pieces that may fit in my puzzle, but will not clear the way for the “gray” pieces that “won’t fit.” It’s quite infuriating as one time I was 20 points away from beating my high score (at the time, 2819, but it is currently 3140) but physically unable to destroy any more blocks. I know one of the “helpful tips” is to “always leave room for more blocks” (Block Puzzle, 2021), but this is not always a possibility, or I was working on a bigger block to gain more points. Thus, I’d really like to see an update in which the game doesn’t stop the player from beating their high score. Also, I personally find the ads a bit obnoxious, so I’d love an option to buy an ad-free version of the game. It would be a perfect opportunity to use my iTunes credit lol.

Block puzzle. I think this game is very fun and can not only entertain you but also challenge your brain to make you think more about what to do. This game is fun to do and always makes me want to beat my high score. I do think that sometimes it can be boring doing the same thing over and over by making a puzzle the whole time. I think that you guys should change the colors once and a while to make it more fun and to keep people playing. You could change it to more brighter colors to attract more people by the eye to make them want to play more and have then download the app. Sincerely, Jegekavaksv

10/10 All day, Every day. This game is simple to say the least. But the fact stands that this game is very good. It keeps me from boredom, gives me something to do on my phone when every other game is boring, and so on. But what is really awesome is that there ARE 0 ADS! Like most games like these are packed full of ads ad make it no fun to play. But here, you play, you finish, then do it again. Notice how no ads were included in that? Yeah, its awesome. I really think these devs deserve a round of applause for giving up the chance to make a lot more money by allowing other apps to play ads in between games or even for set times, sometimes during games. But this game is seamless, I haven't experienced any bugs, its fast, and looks nice. I found this game by searching “game” on the App Store, and this was low on the list, but I am soooo happy i found it, because this is an amazing game. Deserves more attention than it already has, and it has a really good ammount.

Simply Fun - How Games Should Be. No special coins, no special prizes. A great no frills game that is fun to play but hard to master. I haven’t paid a dime for anything and honestly I’m not even sure it’s possible to buy anything on this game. I would be willing to pay a few extra bucks to get rid of the ads, but even those are very short and only PopUp at the beginning of each game. This is a super fun game and I play it daily! Please note colors do not matter only shapes! They should make that clear at the beginning of the game. I wasted some time trying to match colors when it didn’t matter. Love the sound effects and a look of this game as it is a throwback to the 1980s. No problems with it so far as far as bugs/glitches. Don’t expect anything fancy and you’ll really enjoy the challenge…One of the best!

The Best & The Not Best. The is the best and most relaxing video game. We don't even mind the ads. We gave it a 3 because the more you play the more often you get dealt a group of blocks to olace that have ZERO chance of working out - so you never get back to anywhere near an original high score AND with ads between each game it is like a machine creating ads time in fast succession. We are watching oennies so we watch ads (and enjoy ads) except when there is more ad than game. In the end, we figure this for a strategy to make paying for the app or payments from ads create a profit - at the loss of enjoyment for users who are poor thx to a lockdown. So enjoy the first games and then plan to pay alot either way.

Great games but recent updates made this game incredibly hard on the eyes. I have played this game daily for the past 5+years and I have always loved it. It calms me down, engages my mind and allows me to pass time when waiting places. It’s always been my fave but a recent update messed this bliss up mightily. The game is now incredibly hard on the eyes because they Messed with the graphics and the blocks shake now when you complete a line. I literally cannot play longer than a few minutes anymore when before I’d sit for much longer. I have sent the developer an email about this asking if they could please return to the quieter graphics but I sadly never even got a return message.

i’m obsessed but i have notes. okay so i love this game in general and cannot stop playing it!! it’s a simple concept that’s fun and consistent and the ads are not intrusive or frequent the way they are on *some* games (looking at u, tetris😒). HOWEVER! TELL ME WHY I COULD BE 1500 POINTS INTO THE GAME AND GET A SET OF *THREE* 9-BLOCK SQUARES??? WHERE WOULD THOSE EVEN FIT AT ANY POINT EXCEPT THE BEGINNING??? HOW IS THAT FUN??? WHY WOULD YOU RUIN MY SUCCESSFUL STREAk WITH AN ANNOYING AND IMPOSSIBLE TASK??? i live this game and i will die playing it, but i would enjoy it even more if there were some changes made to make it more user-friendly. maybe make sure there’s some variety in the sets of 3 blocks u get per turn? sick of getting three of the same thing, especially when they’re particularly big pieces. overall though, huge fan.

It figures the only app that I would actually pay money for an ad free version of there is no option. This game is a lot of fun and it’s a really good way to pass time and keep your mind occupied or calm down. It’s a perfect ‘in between’ game but the ads are very annoying and pop up every single time you lose. If you’re listening to music on your phone at the same time they’re going to pause your music every single time they pop up even if you have your phone on silent. I would pay legitimate money to have this game with no ads. I would play this game much more if there weren't ads or if there was a way to get rid of them to be honest

Warning!! Do not download!. This game is created to be addictive rather than created to be a brain game. If you download this game, it will be impossible to get a high score from the start no matter how good you are. The game prevents that from happening. The game will allow you to get higher scores the more you play. You will be stuck around 2,000 for awhile until you play more. If you almost always get a score of 10,000+ and think it’s because you’re good, try downloading this game on a different phone. I guarantee you will be stuck around 2,000 points again for awhile. I’m sorry to break the news… my husband was pretty upset when we found out. He thought he was way better than me but really he just was more addicted to playing it.

Too many ads. I love logical puzzles and the rainbow graphics is great for testing friends for color-blindness but it’s too many ads on this perfectly free app:( I like that it reminds me of Tetris but I gotta be honest that it’s not challenging enough so hence the one star. I would love for the developer to come clean about their sponsors because this game was a free download that I downloaded as a favor but after years of trying this game, I noticed they’ve probably adopted multiple sponsors if the ads and requests for 5⭐️reviews have become so frequent! Please stop distracting or chopping off time it takes to finish the game just because you’ve stopped developing to get more sponsorships and ads❣️I might end up uninstalling this app and calling apple support because they hire lots of rude and inpatient geniuses who require one feedback per conversation without actually solving any problems and I have a feeling what they call developers have actually resorted to sell out:(

Addicting, BUT... Frustrating at the same time! My annoyance/ complaint is the same as many others. First, this game is very addicting and my husband and I play on our phones trying to beat the others high score. Downfall to this game is that the algorithm of the next pieces to be played is weird. It’s like it knows you’re doing well, so it sometimes gives the same big piece several times in a row. I just how had number 7 looking piece three times, fit then on the board (barely) then got 2 more the next round! This, while I had a healthy set up to knock out tons of pieces. Anywho… aside from that this game is fun!

Excellent game.. Let it be known that I NEVER review things in the App Store. I literally don’t care lol. But seriously? This game deserves the hype. It’s so simple, yet so challenging! No back button, no bonus moves. You fit shapes till ya can’t anymore, then you lose. You beat your own high score. I don’t even think there’s a way to make an in app purchase except to remove ads (which are rare, and not the ones you see everywhere else. They’ve got some weird ads.). This game tickles my brain like Tetris does and it has the same effects on traumatic life experiences as Tetris does. Best game. Love it. Thanks!

The new Update ruined it :(. I used to love this game but its only annoying now. When I started playing the blocks were simple to start with and there were like 15 different block types in the start and the higher your score, the more block types you unlock. But now after the update you just get every single combination of blocks and it isn't nice. It gets so frustrating so fast because the second you start to have a messy board with lots of holes in it, you have no chance. Theres too many “odd” blocks and they overpower the filler blocks so you barely get the blocks you need. I haven't reached 4,000 points since the update. and i was used to getting up to around 8,000 on average before the update. Very disappointed. The game was perfect. They didn't have to change it.

HATE the update!. I used to love this game before the recent update. The new giant graphics, shaking, and explosions that obscure the screen after every single freaking row that is cleared is SO INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. Sometimes I just quit in the middle of a game because I can’t stand it anymore. Who wants this? Why on earth did they add this? It hides half the screen so you have to wait for it to go away before placing the next piece, so it slows down game play and gets on my very last nerve. Also before the update, new shapes would be introduced as you gained points and got further into the game. Now they’re all the same from the start, and the single block pieces have all but disappeared. Change it back! It was sooo much better before. Booooo.

Love the game, but ADS and glitches…. Love this game. I love the organizing, the risk taking to get higher points, and especially the way it holds your place when you need to close it so you don’t have to start over when you come back to the game. BUT, the ads annoying. A forced 5sec ad before the game, a forced 5sec ad after the game… the same ad 4 or 5 times in a row… even more annoying, it shuts down in the middle of the game and takes you to safari, then to the App Store to purchase other games. I get ads make money, but enough is enough. The glitches are also a problem. The game closes when loading and sometimes when I close out an ad, and it freezes during play. The freezing causes the pieces to be dropped in the wrong place and can cost points or even worse, losing the entire game. I don’t know how to fix this. I’ve tried both closing the game and reloading it, and completely deleting the app to reinstall it several times. It just keeps happening and seems to be getting worse. Love the game, but I’ve given up on it and deleted it from my phone. Between the ads and glitches, I’m done. I would’ve been happy to pay for a low or no ads version this game.

Challenges grasp of spatial relationships. The game forces planning. The challenge is irresistible. HOWEVER The constant, unmanageable insertion of promotions for other games after every game has assaulted my sense of pity and created an image of a gaming genius (or team) at the extreme limit of poverty in an unheated basement of an unnamed fifth world country. I have striven to ascertain the country: one that is perpetually frigid, no social programs, no community culture or family structure … such rare areas normally would not have access to the internet or gofundme. Because I have spent my life working with desperate needs on four continents, because I have downloaded a half dozen of the promoted games and each one continues to put out an empty hand, because I can do nothing, I regretfully have begun the process of uninstalling them all.

Hate the cash ad; might delete the game. I like the game but hate the cash ad. I often play at night to help me relax before going to sleep and keep the game volume turned off AS WELL AS HAVING MY PHONE VOLUME TURNED OFF AND ALL THE WAY DOWN. Random ads pop up after losing a round which is fine because they are silent but the past few weeks one ad has been a cash gambling ad that OVERRIDES YOUR VOLUME CONTROLS AND PLAYS THEIR AD AT FULL VOLUME, scaring me & my spouse awake and leaving me scrambling for my volume button to turn it down, which does not respond for a few seconds. As a result I’m reluctant to play this game and may end up deleting it because you never know when that infuriating ad will pop up, not do you j it how many times it will happen. PLEASE MAKE THIS STOP.

Fun Game… Hate The Ads. Honestly. I play this game every single day. It truly is addictive. BUT! The reason why I can’t rate it five stars is because of the ads… Most every app I play today I am willing to pay a couple bucks for no ads if it’s something I play every single day (hint hint: like this one). However, there’s no way to do that! Anytime I open the app I’m scared of what ads may come up around children, and it’s just annoying how easily a finger slip opens the links to my web browser. Please please please at least give the option to get rid of ads Also. I think the daily puzzles are a fun concept, but I don’t like how you can only play it once a day. It would be a great easy puzzle game for little kids, could just have lots of levels of the shape puzzles instead of one a day.

Fun, but new animation is too much. I was LOVING this game, it is fun, strategic, and relaxing. Also the ads aren’t so bad. But my feeling are changing after a recent update (or a delayed feature maybe once I hit a certain number of points?) introduced this “combo” thing happening. It used to be a chill, relaxing game, and now the screen has a mini earthquake and multiple animations on almost every move. Also, the point system has changed, so every move on a combo is multiplied by that combo number. But the numbers are off. “Combo” = points*2, “Combo 2” = points*3, and so forth. I wish I could turn off the “combo” feature and animations and go back to casually fitting blocks together.

The best game ever. If there is ever a game that would feel like “home” it would be this one. Every time I open this app, an overwhelming feeling of comfort soothes my troubles. No matter how bad my day was, Block Puzzle always guaranteed to put a smile on my face. I’d say about half the time I spend on this game, is on the toilet. The other half? That is when I feel down, low energy, and gloomy. The comfort that this game gives me is immaculate, no other game has ever compared. Now, I know what you’re thinking, “oh it has ads, you have to pay to remove ads”. big deal, Just throw your phone in airplane mode and vibe out. “Oh I can’t text my friends blah blah blah” so what if you’re playing block puzzle, block puzzle is all that matters. Playing this game without internet is a benefit because you enter the realm of the game.

Way too many and stupid ads that increase the longer you play!. This actually has been my favorite little game. It is colorful and well designed. But they have gone to inserting video ads that come up one after the other that you can’t click out of in order to play. It exploits the player requiring that you watch video in order to play. I dealt with it for awhile but am DONE! This has been such a pleasurable game for me that if it were offered for a small one time fee without any ads I would buy it. But for now I am very done and will move on to another game to play. Too bad because it really is a nice one to play when you have waiting time and need a diversion.

I loved this game with all my heart. After the most recent update, this game has become more and more of a total nightmare for me and my family. For context, this game was a fun way for my friends and family to connect and share scores with each other. This recent update has made the game completely unplayable. The game looks great but the core gameplay feels off. There’s something about it that’s not quite right. Getting new blocks over time in the last version felt better suited for the gameplay but getting all types of blocks at once is too much. I rarely see a 1x1 block at all throughout the game. So you can understand that I’m serious about this, my high score was 11,995, my average score per game before the update was 7k-8k. Now after the update I get to 3k with nearly 5 board clears and then the game sends in big blocks that don’t match well together at all and it ends insanely fast. This is how it is in every game. Please go back to how it used to be Block Puzzle there was no need for an update on how the core gameplay mechanics worked. The game looks pretty yes but you guys changed how the blocks spawn and now it’s lame. Thank you -Mike Broccoli

Very Addictive But......... I love blocks and get addicted to hours of trying to beat my own high score. Only thing I would like the developers to know is when writing games a suggestion is please stop the noisy ads I can handle adds if I have to but when I am in a doctors office or waiting in an office etc I am trying to play discreetly and last thing I want is a loud commercial blaring all over the office I appreciate the mute button but still yet takes time to get it muted by then the whole office is glaring at you. new update is poo. this new update is horrible, i haven’t seen a single 1x1 block and it is too easy to get up to around 3000, but once i get there it then becomes too hard and impossible to keep the board clear. mid update

Same complaint as others. I really don’t mind the ads, some are annoying and difficult to get rid of, but what has been more frustrating it the shape-drop system: when I first downloaded the game a few months ago, I would routinely get to 10k every few games, but within the last few weeks, the shapes I’m getting start becoming extremely difficult to place at 3k points. I routinely get the same shape with the same orientation 8 of 9 drops. This would be a better game if the shape drops were actually random, and if the orientation of the shapes changed as well.

Fun game! Retro 1980s look!. This game is lots of fun! It’s stress free since there’s no time limit and you never lose your place if you close the game. My only complaint is that you can’t mute the ads - and there are lots of ads. I get that developers need to make money. But the loud ads blasting you back to reality in between playing an otherwise relaxing game is really awful. That one change would make this game just about perfect!

Update trashed the game. When I first downloaded the game, it was a blast. Started off easy and difficulty ramped up. Certain pieces are know to create challenges, while some are great at filling things in. As you increased points (usually about every 1,000) points, new pieces would be introduced and the difficulty would increase. My high score was something in the low 4,000’s About a week ago, I logged on and it started up as if I just downloaded it (my high score was gone). The difficulty is flat out stupid now. You will get 3-5 sets (of three pieces to place) that are all 4-9 blocks and the challenging shapes. The difficulty right out the game is such that you will be lucky to reach 1,000 (and will find yourself losing with less than 200 points). Given that this is a free game, their revenue is made from ads. The only explanation I can come up with such a dramatic change to the mechanics is to make the games shorter, allowing more ad revenue. In short, what was a great game is now a game that is fun for 20-30 minutes. Sadly, they made it a husk of what it used to be.

Impossible to advance. I use to love this game. I played constantly, my high score is over 20k, and it was challenging. However In the last few months I have not been able to get a score over 5K. As soon as my score is above 5,000, even if the board is mainly open and I have a lot of placement options, suddenly Ill get like three of the big 9 block cubes, or it’ll be multiple pieces that are hard to fit in a row, and I lose. I’ve made it to very low 6,000 once or twice, but it’s rare. Prior to this I was getting 10k, 15k regularly. It’s just not challenging anymore because I know that no matter what I do or how good the game is going, I’m going to lose as soon as I hit 5K.

Enjoyable, But.... This isn’t a version of the classic game that lets you rotate pieces OR times you (with falling pieces that fall faster until you can no longer keep up). You just play & clear until a piece has nowhere to go. I’m not sure if you get “harder pieces” (to place) as your score climbs or they’re completely random, but it does SEEM to get more difficult. This version is fun, and the ad rate IS reasonable (which is refreshing and my main reason for 4 stars instead of 3), but I prefer the classic game.

Good game, but…. The game is good as well as addictive. Fun to play. But the big problem I have with it is that you can’t always see the shapes that’re coming up next, which prevents you from being able to use sufficient strategy to optimize your points total. In my view, this was an unnecessary design of the game: even knowing what shapes are next the game’s still difficult. Makes me wonder if the game isn’t rigged (that word has a whole new meaning with the current political landscape), so that you’ll only be as successful as it wants you to be

Love it, but the ads…. I really like the simplicity of this game, and the sound effects. I find it addicting and enjoy increasing my score. I do wish that the pieces could be turned to fit, but ok fine. The main problem is the ads. You can’t get rid of them by paying, and the skip ad button appears, but does not work. This means I am stuck watching a 1 minute ad between games - usually for some other dumb game that I would never play with annoying sound effects. Where is the ads free version?

Game glitch?. I really enjoy this game, however I have noticed, after playing for months, that certain shapes only pop up in the same orientation, over and over again, and never in other orientations. (I even reloaded it, thinking I had an old version, hoping it had been fixed.) Ironically, some of the orientations I have never seen show up in the demo, and one is even in the game logo on my Home Screen. I still play it, though, and enjoy it.

It’s always there for me.. This game isn’t for extreme gamers. It is mostly for the simple on the train, or in the middle of a meeting gamer. This game is always here for me!!! Just when I feel like I have nothing to do or need something to take my mind off of some thing else, I can always turn to this game without any ads and enjoy it completely. No special missions, no crazy purchases, just a really good game.

Good spatial strategy game. Wish there was a way to turn the shapes around! Also wish there was an initial “How to” before the game started. Took a bit for me to mostly understand the basic principles but sometimes the “wins” and how much gets taken out isn’t consistent and clear. I am still enjoying it and it’s close to a week of downloading it. It appears the total is never added in. Only your top win stays until you top that. Small annoyance but still enjoy this brain break a lot. Pretty good and very different kind of game to play. Refreshing for this ingenuity. Thumbs up.

Not an Encouraging Game. This game is fun, but as others have stated it knows when you are getting close to a higher score it will ensure you are unable to beat that score. I’d rather pay something for the game then to have one that encourages you to lose time after time. It’s like the developers prefer to compete against you. To show you they will beat you. Very frustrating. Because of this I have absolutely NO desire to download other games they advertise within the game!! Why would I want to continue this frustration on another game that’s associated with this one??

Love love. Love the colors and how it glows. Reminds me of those cool glow in the dark necklaces. This game it’s very peaceful. I like how it’s easy to use and easy to understand. You’re actually able to score high without hidden fees like some other games. I love the colors! I love the glow in the dark effects like I said before! No problems. I highly recommend. It’s a good game for distraction when life gets too tough. Love this game!

Not endless ads. I’ve tried several block games but the amount of ads— and no ability to bypass ridiculously long ones— had me deleting them one after another. This app does have ads, which is fine, but they are not excessive and you are not stuck without getting out of them after a couple moments.

Fun Game. I Love this game. I’m literally addicted and I play every single day, longer than I should some days. Of course I could do without the ads (who likes those anyways) I could also do without constant “Leave us a review “ I understand why but let me decide when or if I want to review something. Now a five star game has 2 because I’m annoyed. One thing I would actually change would be to show my progression; you get close to beating your own high score and there is absolutely no proof. I’d at least like to see my score set and not just my high score.

Could Use Some Changes. It’s fun to play but would be better if you could take back a move. Sometimes I accidentally release blocks before I get them in the proper place and they slip into a place I hadn’t intended for them to go. Also, sometimes I can see a better position for them after I put them where intended. It would be nice to be able to go back a move or two. It also might be nice to see how long you’ve played each game.

Amazing but…….. The ads are not good they take way to long but the game is good. I would personally like to have the option of picking the adds but oval all the game is great and I love it but I do wish it was a little easier to beat you’re high score. For those reading to see if you want to get the game this is a amazing game and good when you are bored or just don’t have anything going on.

Simple and quite challenging and fun. I started playing this game on my moms phone and now I play it daily on my phone it is a simple game and is really fun the ads are short and are not frequent the. This game USED to be fun!. I don’t wear bras! I don’t need to watch the same bra ad FIVE times, before I get to play my game! Great game; app less great. I love the game but app has problems. I can’t listen to an audiobook while playing because every ad blares (too loud!) and interrupts my book so I have to reload the audiobook app. ALSO, the phone gets so hot while playing this game (maybe with just some ads?) and the app *doesn’t let the screen sleep or shut off* if I fall asleep playing it, but just stays on the screen and just gets hotter and hotter so now I don’t feel safe playing it if I’m sleepy. Love the game but have started looking for a clone with better programming.

5 star review. This game is very time consuming and makes you want to think a lot. This game makes you think ahead and what type of blacks may hurt your was of breaking you high score or make you high score so high that no one can reach it. This game has the power to change you life and how you look at things. Even in summer you could teach kids how to solve problems with this simple game.

Grey pieces🤬. The only things that I don’t like is, the higher your score gets, the less choices you have with the blocks the computer gives you, and some of the pieces “would fit” , if you had the ability to flip , or turn a piece around And finally the computer will give you one or two grey pieces, with no possible place to put them which ends the game and the computer wins every time. The highest score I’ve ever made was 4906.

Ads. Please fix the ads in this game. It’s not a game that has annoying ads … they are annoying… but every time you get interrupted to answer a call or text, stop for a second and your phone shuts off the ad comes up when you get back to it and on top of it, it’s always set with the volume on. I have the music/sounds shut off on the game and the ringer on my phone up so I can hear it. I just want to play the game quietly and not disturb anyone else. And then the stupid ads at full volume squawks at you. SYMILISAN or HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE MOST EXCITING GAME (that ad is AAAnoying!)… please. Fix. It. No other game with ads does that.

It’s fine (Please read). Hello I am a big fan of Tetris on PCs and on play station. I wanted to play some Tetris game on my iPad or phone so I typed up Tetris I found this game then installed it. I started playing and obviously it would not be as good as the play station ones. I played for a little.I don’t really like it because my highest score was the first time I played which was 542 I played more I got in the 1 hundreds, and when I put something somewhere the game would transfer it to a hole another area! 😡😒I would get if you have time have patients and things.

This Game Saved my Life. My boyfriend and I went on a Carnival cruise and it was awful, let me tell you. There was absolutely nothing to do (for young people) and internet was so expensive. I cannot begin to express how grateful we were to have this game. You can play it offline, without ads, and offers a bit of competition if you're trying to beat someones high score. Block Puzzle is the ultimate tetris-like!

We also have some apps downloaded and I am downloading some apps coming among when I play this game that are ages 4+/any other one. I am 4 years so I will download apps that are ages 4+ but sometimes I download apps that are ages 12+, 9+, and more. Let’s write some more reviews when when I open a app says “Enjoying (app)?” and Tap a star to rate it on the App Store and also more words like this: store or game.

Fun but would like added bonuses. I do like the straightforwardness of this game but I can’t help but want little bonuses. Like maybe for every 1,000 points maybe they give you 3 bonus single tiles- those could come in really handy when the board starts filling up and you just need to clear one spot to keep going. Just a thought! I don’t create games so I have no idea how games are made, I appreciate this one. It’s fun and mindless and the ads are easy to skip through quickly.

Annoying. I realize that Ads are a necessary evil for many free Apps, and that’s fine. However, I just HAD to delete your App because the ads were sooooo annoying and frustrating. Regardless of the number of times you hit the X or arrow, the ads continue and continue and continue — switching back & forth between the ad info & “get the App” OR the pressing the X just connects you to another ad, and on and on and on. What makes providers think that someone is going to be motivated to “get the APP” after being subjected to this???? Not me. It’s too bad. Really enjoyed the game, but not the torture. So bye bye

Love the game BUT. I love this game it’s really enjoyable and relaxing. They sometimes give really hard blocks to place and it’s fun to find the solution. What isn’t fun however is when they give you your next line up of 3 and you can’t place them all. Like instead of making it challenging to figure out they just can’t be placed. I got a row of 3 once that ended the game because none of them could be placed. I really wish this technicality could be worked out because otherwise it’s a really fun game.

Love the game but the ads… JFC. The game itself is great. Super addicting and easy to play. But the ads are ridiculous. I don’t mind an ad here and there but there’s so many and sometimes even when the “close” or the “x” button becomes available the click out of it, it won’t let me. I’ve been trying to play the game for an hour now but it keeps making me watch an ad before playing (even if I completely exit out of the app and restart my phone) and the “close” button won’t work. It’s super frustrating. I’d pay money to have an ad free version. This is ridiculous

Frustrating. The game is fun until it throws out three pieces that don’t fit and you have plenty of spaces left. With no options to solve it becomes frustrating when it gives unusable pieces around the same score range. Very frustrating after several games suspiciously send unusable pieces around the same score range or within a hundred points of a new high score. It seems like the puzzle would try to make it solvable with varying difficulty instead of impossible when it gives you three new pieces that don’t fit the board

Good but should fix somethings. I think this game is so fun its make time go bye so fast i like that it will save your progress when you get out of it but i think everyone would agree with me when i say we should have lives like be able to get one more change to keeping playing that would make it so much more fun i play this game a lot and would love to have that but i Also don't like how it gives you three of them you cant fit at once and then you die

Good game. Awful ads.. Game is great. Love that you can pick up right where it was when you closed it. Advertisements however are awful! I won’t let my children play this game because of the nature of the ads. Some are fine, but others that commonly pop up are about adulterous affairs or dead bodies on the floor. I absolutely hate them. I can close them after five seconds, but that’s still more than I want my children seeing!

great app !. tbh , i don’t usually like games like this . i was on a site and was tired of seeing this add over and over again so i just downloaded it not expecting to play it , later that week i handed my cousin my phone to let her play games and she clicked on this one while i was watching she said “ you play “ so i started playing and girl when i tell you i couldn’t get off ! my highscore got to 2000 the first time i played ! this game is awesome but every few months it will restart me . but honestly i don’t care , i am obsessed with this game everytime i tell my friends that i got a new highscore they’re like “on the game you love “ haha , but this game is overall so so good and i really recommend it !

Sound off… should mean SOUND OFF!!. I get that commercials are part of the deal… But if you offer an option to turn the sound off, that should also include the sound of the commercials! Sound off, should mean NO sound at all! It truly creates a problem, where one would like to play quietly. You can’t, because ads play every time you start up the game, or returned to the game. If you’re in a situation that requires silence, it is necessary to turn off the phone features for sound, and not just the game features. Not a good situation! for this reason, only give the game three stars.

Great game, short ads. I’m surprised at all the complaints about ads. The whole point of an app is for the developers to make money. Unlike every other app, this one never makes you sit through 30 second or minute long ads. The ads are all 5 seconds or less! And it’s only one ad at a time and only in between games. Pretty dang reasonable. Fun, challenging game.

Addicting game, a few bugs.. Overall this game is easy to pick up and very easy to get addicted to. Very few ads which is a plus. Some of the pieces seem to be missing and at times it feels like it sets you up for failure though. I’ve never seen a downward pointing T and rarely if ever do you get a left or right T. The large L shapes almost always facedown and to the left. If they did exist it may be more challenging and even more rewarding and may earn a 5* rating

HELP CANT STOP. i don’t usually write reviews but i need the world to know this game is the best and the worst thing in my life. every time i close my eyes i see block puzzle. every time i zone out i see block puzzle. every time someone’s explaining something to me boring i tune them out and see block puzzle. it won’t leave my brain. i can’t stop. this is pain. i even broke my app like twice lol. the game is fully functional i’m just saying to emphasize my point. please help me

Love it. Great strategy game! Keeps my mind busy. No purchases required. The one critique I have is I wish the sound settings applied to the ads too & not just the game itself. I usually listen to podcasts when I play & have the sound turned off on the game but when the ads come on, their sounds play & stop the podcast. Not the end of the world though, the ads are very short unlike other games.

Fun game; ads ruin it. I get that these free apps need the revenue from ads. I don't complain that they exist. But you have to click out of the ad before beginning the game, and the x is so tiny and impossible to click. So it ends up sending me to ridiculous website (opening up my browser) over and over again. I spend so much time just trying to click out of the ads then closing all of the new pages in Safari. I love the game though, and I wish they'd offer an option to pay to avoid these ads. OR not make it impossible to avoid clicking on the ads.

Great game, AWFUL ads. The game itself is really fun, and I highly recommend it if you like puzzles! The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because there is a TERRIBLE ad about making money playing solitaire that will play WITH SOUND every time, even when the sound on your phone and game is off. The #1 inexcusable thing in games to me is when they don’t respect your sound settings— you don’t know what kind of havoc it can cause when your phone is unexpectedly loud! Not cool at all. Get rid of the offending ad, and I will update my rating to 5 stars.

DRAINS IPAD BATTERY. I love playing this game, but it is such a battery hog. I went to open my iPad one morning and the battery was dead. I knew it had been at around 75% when I used it the night before. I checked the battery usage in settings and this app had used 73% of the battery. The ads are beyond annoying, too. I like to listen to podcasts while playing, and the ads cause the podcast to pause. When I leave the app to restart my podcast — even if I swipe down to do it from the control center — that triggers *another* ad when I come back to the app. I don’t mind unobtrusive ads, but this is ridiculous. I’d happily pay a few bucks for an ad-free version.

Can’t turn pieces?. This is a chill game to burn time and play. I like the colors and simplicity. I like how there’s no time limit or a need to rush like the original classic game. I appreciate the original game and the since of urgency with the pieces falling fast, but this is a nice contrast. This version is more laid back, since there’s not much to Tetris in general maybe this is nitpicking. I’ve noticed that you can’t turn the pieces, this makes the game different and more challenging which is good, but it can be annoying at times. It’s not a huge problem though.
