App needs work. Doesn’t take Apple Pay, you add your card and if it declines for whatever reason you can’t add another one without doing the whole order over. Boba will often be out in store but there’s no way to put it on the app.

Greatest boba shop in Sugar Land,TX. I’ve been coming to Feng Cha since the beginning of 2020 and I’ve loved it ever since. Great drinks, great customer service, and now an app?! It can’t get any better than here. Definitely deserves 5-stars.

Good App. Once in a while the app logs you out and you need to enter your payment info again but it’s cool to order online and show up to pick up your tea especially when it’s crowded. There is a mystery gift it was 10000 pts now it’s 100000. That must be a mistake. I’m up to 1000 pts. I’ve spent about $100 at this boba shop. Did some crazy rich person spend $10,000 on boba tea ? What is the mystery gift ?

Inaccessible app. Your app has blue text against a black background. I cannot order anything because I cannot see!

App is not working for me. I love Feng Cha, the drinks are amazing there. The app is not as great. It takes a horrendously long time to type out my location so I can order. Each letter I press, the app lags for the letter to appear. I can deal with that issue but now whenever I open the app it logs me out of my account and when I log back in, an error message appears that states that something happened and I need to log in again. Another issue is when I browse the app as a “guest” the menu is disjointed, meaning that the names do not align with the images. I wish I could attach a photo to prove but basically I can’t order anything as everything is moved to the side and not aligned. When I try to add something to the cart I can’t. I want to contact support but I can’t because I can only use the app as a guest. Please fix these issues. Using the app was really helpful because my Feng Cha location is in a cramped plaza with little to no parking.

Forgot to Scan for earning points. The app is great the one problem is the store that I go to that is on 2645 Arapaho Rd isn’t in the forgot to scan to earn rewards section. That’s the only issue I’m having but I still love the drinks😋
