Lovecast - Event Livestream App Reviews

Mr and Mrs Bryson Frades. This app was incredible, we weren’t able to invite as many people as we would have liked to our wedding, due to our smaller venue and Covid. So live streaming seemed like the next best idea. The app was super simple and user friendly. We setup a tripod and I asked my daughters boyfriend to man it. The streaming quality was on point and I loved the live chat option. Also, it was so cool to watch later that evening with my wife, so we could catch all the highlights of the ceremony together. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family!!

Exactly what we needed. The Lovecast app was exactly what we needed in order to livestream our wedding to our friends and family back home. Like other couples, we had to find a way to share our special day with our loved ones and the app and the accompanying service exceeded our expectations! The Lovecast team was very attentive to answering all of our questions before the big day and even helped educate us on some of the new features they were rolling out so that we could use them for our wedding. They made could have been a stressful process into a relatively easy one. Our guests loved the quality of the livestream and the fact that they could watch it anywhere without having to download an app. We received numerous videos/pictures of our guests watching our wedding on their living room big screens back home and the quality was perfect! Our guests also commented how it was better than other “zoom weddings” they had attendees because the focus was solely on the wedding and there were not any distractions. And for us, it was as simple as starting the livestream on the phone and not having to play the role of “zoom host.” We were able to just start it, have our ceremony, and then end it without any additional administrative tasks or unnecessary headaches. If you simply need to livestream your wedding the Lovecast is exactly what you need!

Just perfect. We just had our wedding in Medellin, COLOMBIA, and we used this app, it was perfect everyone loved it and they were able to watch it, even when the internet was a little slow people was able to see it perfect. We loved it loved it and would recommended always. Couple of ideas to improve. 1. Have a setting that helps translate website to multiple languages, specially since the app can be use overseas. 2. Make sure the notifications of the even can be schedule to start sometime before the wedding, some of our guest said the got the notification at the time of the even and sometimes people forget and they would love to have time to enter the event. Everyone was “there”!. We had to significantly downsize our wedding last year due to COVID and shared our Lovecast link with our original guests. It was easy to set up and share with our friends and family. Many expressed how happy they were to still be “there” at our ceremony. We loved being able to view the chat after the event and the videos. Fast forward 1 year and I realized the videos didn’t download to my phone. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me right away, with the links to download all videos and chat. I would recommend this to anyone, even outside COVID, so those who can’t attend can still be “there” to share in the happy day!

Great platform, easy to use. I used LoveCast for my wedding on Jan 16, 2021 and absolutely loved it! We were hesitant to live stream our wedding but very sad that friends and family wouldn’t be able to be there in person. Lovecast was easy to use, video quality was good, chat/rice/guest book features were really fun ways to engage our guest, and ultimately such a blessing on our special day. Only negative for us is that we should had gotten an external mic like it suggests and we did not. You could hear everything, but at times our officiant was difficult to hear over noise from wind/dogs/people etc. I highly recommend using a mic.

Great quality and very easy to use!. We had to keep our wedding super small due to COVID but still wanted to include all of our loved ones. I was so nervous about streaming it because I heard so many horror stories about live streaming weddings. I am so glad I found Lovecast!!! So many virtual attendees told me it was easy to get to and stream. I didn’t want people to have to worry about turning off their cameras and mics so Lovecast was the perfect option for us. I’ve already had a couple of brides ask me what to use and you bet I recommended a Lovecast :)

Perfect for my backyard wedding. We were looking for a high quality, easy to use app to livestream our backyard wedding. Lovecast worked perfectly!!!!! Our guests who were tuning it reported back that they could hear and see clearly. It was a huge bonus that our guests didn’t have to download anything. All they had to do was click a link and they were there! I loved that the recording was automatically saved and that guests could chat us cute little notes during the event. Highly recommend this app!!!!

Great livestream app. Lovecast was a great option for streaming our ceremony. It was very straightforward and easy to use, and I was very thankful for the recordings saved on my phone! Did have a few glitches - not sure whether that was the app or the venue WiFi - but the stream cut out right at our kiss! We heard this from all the guests, but thankfully had the backup recording to prove we did actually get married and sealed it with a kiss! I loved having the live chat - reading through everyone’s messages after the ceremony, and for other people to be able to see everyone else watching and commenting live, made it feel like our loved ones were closer despite the changes we had to make because of COVID-19. Would recommend this app for couples wanting to livestream their wedding! Definitely a necessity in these pandemic times!

Amazing App!! Must try!. I used it for my wedding which got moved to our backyard because of COVID-19. Lovecast makes wedding live-streaming so much easier. We just need to enter the event information and share our website link to the guests. Guests can subscribe and get notified when our wedding starts. On the day of my wedding, we just set our phone on a good location, push the live button and our guests get to see our wedding this way! Also enjoyed looking through the “guestbook” section on the website and the HD video playbacks after our wedding.

Great stream quality and an amazing service!. I just used the app for my wedding on November 22nd, and it worked perfect! I used it on my iPhone12 for our outdoor ceremony, and had it run on data (the WiFi from the venue did not reach the spot where we said our “I do’s”). A friend of mine videoed the entire ceremony from start to finish. The stream did not interrupt or glitch out and all of our friends from around the world (US, Canada, Japan, Europe) were able to watch! The best part about Lovecast is that it is simply a stream that everyone watches. Your guests click the link and they can view the ceremony. There is no need to worry about anyone else accidentally sharing their screen, not muting themselves, or ensuring that those features are disabled before the stream goes live! There is no option for them to video-in or speak/interrupt. What we do like though is that they can write comments on the message board that you can read afterwards. It was fun to see our guests write about the little things that occurred during our big day. My wife and I are so incredibly thankful for Lovecast making it possible for our guests to virtually attend our ceremony (reception has been postponed until late next year). For those couples looking to have smaller ceremonies this pandemic but want their friends and loved ones to still be present with them (virtually), Lovecast is the way to go!

Great, easy to use service. When my partner and I decided we wanted to go through with our wedding at the beginning of January, we knew the vast majority of our friends and family would be unable to join us in person. After looking at reviews and researching various streaming platforms we found Lovecast and couldn’t have been happier. We ended up purchasing the upgraded package. It was so simple and our video turned out great. We loved getting to go back and watch our ceremony as well as read all the nice notes our guests from afar were able to leave on our virtual guestbook. We got many compliments on the fact that it was so easy for guests to watch, no passwords or app downloads necessary.

Excellent support team!. Lovecast worked wonderfully to livestream our wedding. I used a paid account. Before the event, I sent the support team a couple of questions. Their answers were super helpful and prompt. They even helped to customize the wording of the registry page. None of our guests had any issues with accessing and watching the stream. The rice toss option wound up making the comments super interactive for our group, which was fun for us to read after the fact. We used a complicated set up (including an Ethernet port to iPhone adapter and microphone) to stream from a rural area with no 4G/5G service in the area, which was compatible with their app and resulted in a great video/audio quality. 10/10 would use again!

What a life saver!. I used this for my wedding this past weekend. Due to COVID-19, we had to change plans and make our wedding smaller. This app really saved us. Our remote guests watched our wedding live on our live stream page and really enjoyed it. They could chat with each other while watching our wedding ceremony, and I enjoy reading all the lovely wishes they wrote on our page afterwards. It is like a digital guestbook too! The whole setup process using the app is super easy, much better than other things we tried. We did buy a tripod to make our phone more stable and asked one of my close friends to actually handle the phone during my ceremony.

So happy to have found LoveCast. With planning a wedding mid pandemic, and omicron making its appearance a few weeks before our date, we obviously had many family and friends that couldn’t make it to our actual ceremony. Not wanting to Facebook live our ceremony, I was on the hunt for a live stream app that didn’t cost and arm and leg. I am SO happy I found LoveCast. Their app works seamlessly and was SO easy to set up and use. All of the people who couldn’t make our ceremony were so thankful they were still able to be a part of our wedding, even better it was live as it was happening! I am so happy it was totally free and it saved a recording automatically to my phone that my husband and I could watch later in the night! I am so impressed and thankful for LoveCast!!!

Best Livestream App!. This app was so easy to use and provided a bunch of resources on how to best set up your livestream. Because of the blog/resources, we went with using our iPad on a stand and a mobile hotspot and the quality was perfect. It was so nice to be able to test ahead of time at the rehearsal to figure out the best location for the stand. We sent the link to relatives all over the world and they were able to access it with no problem. It was so easy and I was skeptical it would work, thinking that there would be a catch but no catch at all it really is that easy and FREE. After the event I had my saved files and people who missed it live could go to the link and watch the recording. My mom has rewatched the ceremony 10 times via the link. I can’t believe it’s free for the amazing quality and the recordings that we’ll watch for a lifetime! 100% recommend using this app and I’m so glad I found it!

Perfect for Weddings. I was THRILLED to find this app two days before our wedding because of all the awesome features it offers: rice tossing, easy streaming, saved videos, and more. What set us over the edge? It was definitely the ability to feature our registry with the premium version. We could have used another platform but this functionality made it easy to have people sign our guestbook digitally while also stumbling upon our registry. There was no need to tell everyone to check it out since it was easily found. Love that! Thank you Love Cast team!

Great way to share our special day!. This app was amazing!! It was such a great way for both sides of our family to see our Big Day. With the pandemic, unfortunately a lot of our family and friends couldn’t attend and this was a big life saver. The quality was amazing and it was great way for my husband and I to look back at our special day. It was nice that there is also a messaging board where our families are able to congratulate us through the app. It was easy to use and it was great that our guests didn’t have to download the app in order to watch our live event.

Alaska wedding. This app completed my son’s wedding ceremony. It was easy to set up, do test runs and on the day of the wedding, our remote family was able to clearly watch as if they were there. I do suggest if using a sound system, keep the camera close so you can have a clear visual as well as audio. Don't hesitate to contact them, cuz they provide excellent customer service and work to help you with any questions you may have. We are so grateful and pleased with our experience.

Forget Zoom and Facebook — LoveCast is the best!. No login, no confusing event pages!! From start to finish we loved everything about this app. They are constantly adding features to make it better, the support is available constantly and is extremely polite and helpful with any questions. The $100 premium was no doubt worth it and we would pay more for this awesome service. We were able to have guests stream easily in the US and from Europe, no one had any issues figuring it out because you just go to a website. Super easy to embed in a custom or template website, as well. The guest book and chat features are great, we had a lot of fun reading them and our guests also felt very involved in our event. Thank you LoveCast — we would give more than 5 starts if we could!

Perfect for my wedding live stream. I wanted a small wedding to keep costs down and make it more personal for our closest friends and family but still wanted to share the event with those we couldn’t invite or those who couldn’t attend, I found Lovecast on a whim and I am so grateful I did!! So many people watched and complimented the quality of the stream. The app was so easy to use for me and my guests found it very easy to understand on the web front. I am so pleased with the experience! Highly recommend!!

Simply Outstanding, Incredible Unifier. We used Lovecast to livestream our November 2020 wedding that took place in the middle of the pandemic. Half of our invited guests were unable to attend, but the livestream really made us feel as if we were all together. Virtual guests posted questions and comments throughout the ceremony and reception that we were able to hear and respond to. International guests in a different time zone were able to witness the event the next day online. Lovecast is creating an adaptive and revolutionary way to experience events. So grateful.

Frozen video. I was very excited to use this app and stream our destination wedding to our friends and family that were unable to attend. Leading up to the wedding, the wedding website and details were nice, and we enjoyed the ability to update guests. However, about five minutes into the ceremony the video froze, and our guests were only able to hear the audio for about 90% of the ceremony. We had a perfect Internet connection throughout, but the video was frozen. I also had a brand new iPhone 15 with plenty of storage that we used to record. It should not have been an issue. Very upsetting to have learned this once the ceremony was over that none of our guests could see it.

Great quality video & easy use. I was unsure what to think of this app originally, since there weren’t any reviews on it, but gave it a shot & I’m so glad we did! It was user friendly for the guests watching virtually and for my friend that was recording. I was able to add the live stream link to our knot website for easy access and it worked great. I also love that there is a chat feature for guests watching. It was so nice reading back through the sweet chats the next day! I would recommend some sort of tripod set up to get the best video possible. The video quality was amazing for guests and also the video it saves to your phone. I am so impressed and would recommend this for any brides wanting an easy live stream option for their guests.

Highly Recommend. I can't say enough good things about the Lovecast app! We decided to do a desert destination wedding and let all our loved ones join us via the Lovecast app. We had people watching from all over the world at one time, and with so many great features that everyone loved. Plus those that couldn't watch in real time were able to watch the replay later. Our guests had great things to say about how the app worked, and convinced my brother to add it for his wedding too. Lots of love over the rice throwing feature by the guests. I had some questions while planning the wedding and the communication was excellent! The app creators are husband and wife who really do care about the experience of the Lovecast users. I highly recommend it for all weddings. I will say we were looking for a way to share our wedding live and it was highly recommended to us from a friend who was a guest from another Lovecast wedding. In the desert it wasn't the best internet connection and windy, and so we used an external microphone attached to the minister which works amazing. A bit of buffering, but not much. However, we were able to upload the recording afterwards which was beautiful. And we were able to download it afterwards as well. So much fun to go back and read all the guest comments! Plus the digital guestbook was fun to read, and was also downloadable. My advise is to definitely use the feature to do test videos from the site. It was really helpful. Definitely was a wonderful part of our wedding!

Easy & high quality!. We used Lovecast to stream our wedding on Nov 15th and it worked like a charm! It was such a relief to have such an easy and affordable tool that WORKED amidst the drama of COVID wedding planning. We used the external mic that was recommended and a tripod, and our guests had no problems with audio or visual during the streaming. We even used cellular because the WiFi wasn’t great at our venue. I loved being able to watch the stream back after the ceremony and see all of the comments from our guests. I’ve already recommended this app to other friends looking for a streaming tool, and can’t recommend this enough!

Mother of the Bride. Lovecast was very user friendly and simple to use. I am technically challenged and it was easy for me. We chose a friend to be co-host during the ceremony and it went off without a hitch. We did use a tripod. We had planned to use a microphone but had issues with it and went without. The sound was still fine! I think this is very easy for your guests to use as well, especially since all they have to do is click on the link. We upgraded to Premium and guests enjoyed joining tables, etc. So glad I happened upon this app rather than using Zoom. 💕💕

Lovecast App Review. We found and utilized this app for our daughter’s big day so that we could share it with our friends that couldn’t be there. Everything seemed to work great and most gave good compliments concerning the video they were able to see. The downside was that the video would stop periodically for no apparent reason. It was unfortunate that this happened as my daughter and me were making our trip down the aisle. If you decide to use the app, test it well before hand to make sure any bugs are worked out. The app and features are great and I would give 5 stars had it not been for the drop offs in the video.

Exactly what it advertises. Honestly wasn’t expecting much out of this. Figure it would be some complex system. Works very well very intuitive and the link it sends out is so simple to join that even the less technologically inclined people should be able to use it easily. I recorded a wedding for a family member and sent the link and all the other people had to do it click it and it would open and start playing. There are ways to test the stream and upload a hd copy later. The invitees can also chat which is nice.

There is no better live streaming option. This app was too good to be true until i realized it in fact is true. Stop your search and use this. The app never cut stream, never quit, allows chat, and saves the entire stream on their website AND...AND...emphasis on the word AND...the entire stream automatically saves on your device also every time you end stream. The quality on the website of the saved stream is superb. There’s no choppiness in the stream saved, high def video quality, and the audio quality is impressive. Something that would make this app better (I’m being greedy here for a free app though that is already the best option out there): the ability to stream the same event / link from multiple devices at the same time showing multiple views points.

The best!. We used lovecast to stream our wedding to our family in Ireland. We upgraded to have the videos saved and to have it for 24 hours. We streamed multiple times during the ceremony, speeches, dancing, etc and it was great they could join us. The quality of the videos were amazing and we loved the chat/guest book. We could print it after and read all the lovely messages. Would highly recommend this app! It was incredibly easy for our guests to use as well.

Don’t think twice!. I just had my 15 year vow renewal on Eagle Beach in Aruba. Im so glad we had this live stream app so our close friends and family could watch us and be “there” with us in real time. We didn’t have good WiFi on the beach, but our planner connected my phone on his hot spot and streaming went on perfectly! This was the best part of our day, was that it was recorded and that those who weren’t able to watch it live were able to view it later. I am forever grateful to have had this app!

Wedding Day Bliss. I was able to go through and show my now mother in law how the app worked so she could start it during the wedding. We were so busy leading up to the wedding I had to show her the day of!! She was able to easily get the hang of it and was so excited that it allowed family members to experience our wedding that couldn’t make it in person! Some people mentioned the video was a little choppy but I believe it possibly had more to do with their connection. They still enjoyed every minute of it! We had a pretty solid cell signal even way out in a country field. Thank you so much for giving us the ability to share our special day with so many people that couldn’t make it!

Amazing and Easy. My grandmother couldn’t come to our wedding due to surgery and then some other families were exposed to COVID and had to miss it. This app was amazing! The free version was perfect for us deciding to do a stream 3 days before! My husband’s uncle got a tripod and it took us 2 minutes to get him logged in. Bonus is I was allowed to download the ceremony after and now I have a gorgeous video of our ceremony. It is difficult to hear so I highly recommend getting a microphone if you have time :)

5 stars!. We recently got married and my husband is from Australia. Due to travel restrictions, none of his family could make it. We found LoveCast last minute when a company we hired to live stream our wedding backed out. We can not say enough good things about LoveCast. It worked out perfectly for us! The quality was much more than we expected and now we have that piece of our wedding forever. I highly recommend using them for any live streaming event. It was much better than anything I’ve seen out there and it saved us a lot by not hiring a company to do it. We bought the $100 package and set it up on a $20 tripod. Not only was the quality good, they have the invite/RSVP option and the option for people to comment throughout the live stream. We can’t thank LoveCast enough for bringing our Australian family front and center at our wedding!

Highly recommend!. We are so happy we chose Lovecast to live stream our intimate beach wedding. Paying the extra money for the upgraded version was worth it in my opinion. The whole process was easy and efficient. I loved that our guest were able to throw virtual rice and sign the quest book. Me and my husband loved being able to watch it back as if it were live comments and all. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone planning on streaming a wedding or an event.

This app was PERFECT!. I used Lovecast to broadcast my small backyard wedding due to Covid-19. We wanted something very user friendly for our guests, but after looking at other popular applications and finding they required viewers to download an app, create an account, or were just too complicated, we were starting to lose hope. After a spur of the moment websearch, we found LoveCast and it was love at first sight!! Our backyard site had no WiFi, so we needed something that could broadcast directly from a cell phone- check! Great quality video and audio- check! A backup video saved directly to the phone while broadcasting- CHECK!! Bonus: Our ceremony started late, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the LoveCast Bot had left a message for our guests to stay tuned! The creators of this app are truly dedicated to helping couples connect with their loved ones! I cant recommend it enough!!

Perfect for virtually viewing!. Due to COVID (surprise!), we had many people not able to attend in person. I saw this app and took a “chance.” It was so simple - doesn’t require any log on, so perfect for ease of access (the lazy or technologically challenged). The video saved immediately after as well, so I’ll have it available to look at for years to come! One nice part with paying the upgrade is that you can get a custom URL and link your registry. Definitely would recommend this app over Zoom or Facebook Live type viewings.

Perfect for our last minute elopement. This app really saved the day for our last minute elopement!! Since we did everything last minute and we have family in a different and state and our local friends couldn’t join because COVID, we were trying to figure out a way for our family to watch and celebrate in real time! Since not every one uses FB we were not interested in using their live function and Zoom didn’t seem like the app we wanted to use. I did a quick Google search for free wedding stream apps and this one was my favorite since it was FREE!!! I loved that it saved the video onto my phone so I can share with anyone who wasn’t able to make it, no one had to sign up or download anything to watch and the guests could chat amongst themselves. :) 5/5 stars!! if you plan on live streaming your wedding/elopement do yourself a favor and use LoveCast!!!

Absolutely, unequivocally, amazing. With minimal preparation and amongst the chaos of the wedding day I literally just handed my sister my phone and told her what button to push and it worked off if my cell 5G network. The audio and video quality had absolutely no right to be as good as it was for a random wedding streaming app we found a day before the event. We steamed our wedding to freaking Iceland and the Netherlands and it was fine. I wish all marketed products in general delivered as well as this did.

Great app!. My husband and I got married this past weekend and tried this app with family that could travel and it worked great! We took the link and posted it on our wedding website for easy access. No login or anything needed for the viewers! We used my husbands iPhone 12, connected to the venues WiFi, and our officiant used a microphone and those that streamed told us they heard and saw everything perfectly! The full 90 minutes covered our ceremony, group photo, and some of the reception dancing! Once the streaming was done, the video was automatically downloaded onto his phone. I was even able to go back to the app and download all videos onto my phone! We were also able to see the comments from some of the viewers and that was great! The only feature I wished this app had would be to see a full list of all of the people who viewed the ceremony live. This app was great! No regrets at all and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable streaming site that won’t break the bank. Just be sure you have reliable internet.

Perfect lifesaving service for our wedding abroad!. Lovecast ticked all the boxes for what we needed to broadcast our wedding abroad to friends and family — a dedicated link, test streams to check our AV setup, a guest chat for people to chime in during the stream, reliable and high quality streaming, and quick and super helpful customer service! We were so lucky to find this (FREE!) app and highly recommend it to anyone holding an event during pandemic times or wanting to broadcast to far away friends and family. Mother of the groom said it was probably even better than being there in person! Thank you Lovecast!!!

Wonderful App!. Another corona virus wedding story! We were a bit skeptical about having our wedding live-streamed, wondering if people would really watch it and concerned that figuring out the logistics could distract our immediate family (who were able to be at the wedding) from being present at the Mass. But lovecast was so simple to use, and we couldn’t believe the number of family and friends who tuned in! They all had very positive things to say about the quality of the livestream, and it really helped us to feel surrounded by people we love on our wedding day. 😊

Lovecast is awesome!. After planning my daughter’s wedding for 2 years during the pandemic, when we postponed from Feb. ‘21 to Feb. ‘22 we were sure we would not be affected by Covid then. But then omicron hit early in ‘22 and we started getting many cancellations of close family members and friends who were not willing to travel to a destination wedding. At that point, I searched for a solution and found Lovecast on a FB wedding group. Not only did the app work perfectly ( everyone raved about being able to see it ), we were able to include many additional friends, neighbors, relatives in our special celebration. My 91 year old mom, sister, brother in law, nephew and wife even had a watch party complete with champagne and hors d’ouevres and were so grateful to feel a part of the celebration. A special shout-out to Neil for awesome customer service in terms of a zoom call and emails to answer all my questions since I’m not a tech savvy person.

Great Streaming Quality. We had the wedding in Seattle and live streamed 9.5 hours from Alaska to South America for relatives of the bride and groom. I used & recommend the premium service. I used an iPhone 11 on a tripod and the streaming quality, color, clarity was phenomenal at 1080p. The Lovecast support was great sending me a link to download a very large .mp4 file of preparation, wedding, and reception. We could not be happier with the quality of the service and the quality of the end product. I would strongly recommend this to everyone getting married!

Made our COVID wedding dreams come true!. My fiancé and I were originally planning to get married near Toronto where his family lives but also close enough for my family in New England to make the trip. When COVID hit, we had to cancel our plans. The two of us live in Florida and made a last minute decision to have a small wedding here, but neither of our families were able to make the trip due to travel restrictions and their own personal health and safety. LoveCast allowed us to livestream the entire event for anyone and everyone that wanted to share in our magical day. The app worked flawlessly with great quality on 4G, no wi-fi needed, and saved the entire video for us all to rewatch and relive the moment. There was even a chat room so everyone could virtually interact while streaming. It was amazing.

Incredible experience!. I cannot rave enough about our LoveCast experience. We opted for the premium version so we could have the custom URL as well as the photo guest book (which I’ve converted to JPEG images and had printed through Shutterfly!). We chose to use LoveCast over Zoom cause of just how simple it was. The test website was incredible, we were able to do 2 test sessions within the allotted ~80 minutes we had which allowed us to test WiFi and setups and then test again on the rehearsal night to make sure our friend handling the streaming was all set! I used an iPhone 12 Pro and the quality was incredible, both in the stream and the HD uploaded video. Both us and our guests loved that the video was almost instantly uploaded to the website and to our phone. It was also sooo simple for our friends and family to watch, just by simply going to the URL. Like I said, I can’t say enough good things- I would highly recommend using LoveCast for anyone looking to stream their wedding or event!

Works internationally. I used Lovecast for my June 2021 wedding to livestream the wedding for my family in South America. I used data because my ceremony location and reception were outdoors and the wifi didn’t reach. This was totally okay with me though and worth it! My family loved that there were no passwords involved, and I loved that I didn’t worry about hearing the guests on the livestream talk throughout the ceremony, etc. I am so happy that did not use zoom for my wedding. It would have been too complicated, plus, it limits me to 40 minutes. Lovecast gives you 90 minutes of streaming for free! Thank you Lovecast for making my day perfect and allowing my grandma to watch from across seas!

App worked perfectly!. We used Lovecast to stream/record our 40 person outdoor wedding and were very impressed with the stream quality. We used a Movo VXR10+ stand/mic with an iPhone for video. The app was very easy to use, and features such as having a designated person to stream ahead of time along with the test stream feature meant less for us to stress about. The guests enjoyed the built in chat room also. Would definitely recommend the app over the other non-wedding focused streaming options.

Exactly what we needed!. We were looking for a way to stream our wedding seamlessly and in great quality. Lovecast delivered above and beyond on that front. They were exactly what we needed. The app is simple to use and not bloated with unneeded features. We were looking at competitors and even general streaming platforms. The free version of the app would have sufficed for a shorter wedding, but we opted for the premium just in case. Our recordings/chat history were available for an entire year (longer for an additional fee), and the video auto-saves to your phone anyways, so you have a copy as if it was from the “Camera” app itself. We actually just lapsed the year from our wedding and noticed that we never saved the chat history, and our link had expired. I reached out to support and they gave me a PDF of the history within a couple of minutes, without prompting us to pay for the extension. Had a great experience with the app and even their amazing support team. I think this platform is great and would be welcomed even outside the wedding space (if the company isn’t already using their tech for this purpose). THANK YOU!

Perfect for our covid wedding!. We couldn’t believe how amazing lovecast worked for live-streaming our wedding last week! It was so simple to use and have someone be in charge of, and we love that it saved the clips to my phone so we can go back and rewatch them as much as we want. The only downside is they all saved in 40 second or less video increments, so I’ve got tons of short videos that I’ll have to loop together in iMovie or something. Wedding day live stream. Due to the pandemic we had people unable to attend our big day for many reasons. However our day wasn’t going to feel complete without them. I stumbled across love cast, and it was the most perfect way to include our loved ones without them actually being there! Super easy to set up and use, great sound quality and video! No problem for guests to login via phones or laptops and no app needs to be downloaded for them - even my grandma who doesn’t read English got there okay! Highly recommend!

Our 4/20 Elopement was Perfect thanks to Lovecast. Love in dangerous times! We were able to have almost 200 people see our ceremony and it was so easy. We cried over the guestbook the next day, and people lived being able to take screenshots. I’m so glad we found the app!!!

Great app!. With the pandemic, we really wanted it to be a seamless experience for our guests and we were looking for an easy way for our guests to join without having to create an account and whatnot. With the LoveCast app everything was super seamless! The setup and sending out the link was extremely user friendly. Easy to use!. We used Lovecast to stream our wedding ceremony to guests who lived out of country and could not travel due to covid restrictions. We got great feedback about how easy the app was to use. Unfortunately the streaming quality was not the greatest (fuzzy picture), but this is likely due to wifi/Internet problems at the venue and not the app. The HD recording was amazing and we were able to send everyone with the better quality stream the next day. Just what we needed!. After planning our wedding three times due to covid, we decided we weren’t going to wait and was going to keep it small and intimate. With no one being able to travel it was hard to have our grandparents in New Zealand join and this app saved our lives. When I told my grandparents I was able to stream for them so they didn’t have to miss it it made their day! With the LoveCast app everything was seamless, from the setup, to people joining - no one had any issues. The sound quality was great as well. My favourite was knowing everyone joining could chat together and then being able reading everyone wishes after wards brought tears to our eyes. Best livestream wedding we could have asked for!!. We got married this past Saturday June 5 & this app made it so much easier being a COVID bride.. All we did was set up a tripod, put my phone in it. I ran it off of my data to prevent any wifi cutting out. Everyone commented on how clear the picture was and sound even though it was windy everyone heard everything. Blown away from customer service. Amazing. We had our wedding in the woods and the reception was spotty. We did our test and it was fine but at the time of reception our person who turned it on didn’t see there was no reception. The back up file saved but we were happier with a different angle. So we had my now sister in law upload it to an email they provided and they had it up within an hour or so. They’re quick to respond. Know their product. And although we had issues it wasn’t their fault. I will use this service any time I need. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. One of the best experiences I have had. Amazing livestream for weddings. I can’t rave enough about how awesome this app was to use. With the pandemic, we had a bunch of people who were not able to be present for one ceremony so when my now husband found this app I was over the moon. Being able to customize the page, having a separate spot to do a test run before your big day and to allow your guests to rsvp so they wouldn’t miss anything and to leave wonderful messages. Fantastic App. We really wanted a fuss free live stream option for our daughters wedding as we had to cut so many people from the guest list due to the pandemic. Nigh unusable.. The upload and streaming quality is quite good. However, the app is horrible. Login glitches constantly. Trying to change settings causes constant crashes. Cannot reset password. Cannot press “back” when logging in or trying to change settings and you have to delete the entire event and start again, or compete creating an entire new event just to delete it and start over. Do not recommend.

The Greatest App. My husband and I recently got married in a very small intimate ceremony. Due to covid we could not have a bigger wedding with a big reception with all our friends and family. We had to cut the wedding guest list by 17 names the day before the wedding (thanks COVID) and I was grateful to see all of those 17 guests on the live stream. This was super simple to operate and the recording on my device is very good, sound quality was also good for both streaming and device copy I can’t recommend this enough for COVID weddings and for anyone who has elderly folks who can’t travel. No invitations, no emails, just a link to click on the wedding website and in the Un-invitations. I’m a 63 year old tech savvy person and I paid for the premium version to have more bells and whistles. Best money I spent for the wedding.

Worked perfectly!. Wow! We used this app to livestream our wedding ceremony after we downsized from 100+ guests to 8 due to COVID. It worked flawlessly and we had nothing but great feedback about the video and audio quality. This is a very stressful time for couples getting married, and it’s wonderful to know this app exists to make at least one thing go smoothly!!

Lovecast App. This was easy to use and my wedding guests enjoyed being able to participate in my wedding even though they were streaming. They also enjoyed being able to take advantage of the upgraded features. I was upset that my family and most friends were unable to be there with us on our special day, but they had streaming parties watching the wedding and they all said they had a great experience.

You’ll Regret Not Using This. I am SO happy we used Lovecast on our wedding day! So Helpful for a Covid Wedding. We used this app to livestream our small Covid ceremony to our friends and family! It was great, pretty easy to set up and share the link to everyone. We really enjoyed the chat function too! It’s great to have this video and the chat saved for us to always look back on.

Worked amazing!. Used a tripod, iPhone, and did a stream test before the wedding. Best streaming platform possible especially given many family members we’re watching internationally. Sound was amazing, video clear, only complaint is the recording of the event skipped part of my husbands vows, it was visible to virtual viewers however during the livestream. We had someone recording on another phone as a back up so that was only a minor hiccup. Thank you to Lovecast!

Lovecast saved the day. We did not plan on using a livestream for our Wedding day but with all of the guests who could not travel due to COVID19... we were so glad to have found Lovecast. Our virtual guest were able to be a part of our big day still and it was easy to use. My only suggestion would that Lovecast implements a new feature to be able to customize the website link to make it easier to shares with friends ans family.

The BEST wedding livestream!. After seeing too many bad Zoom weddings, we knew we wanted a solution to provide our virtual audience with an excellent livestream experience of our wedding. Can’t recommend lovecast enough. I can’t say how much I recommend using lovecast! We found out we needed to stream our wedding three days before due to a family member being hospitalized and the process with lovecast was SO easy. An added bonus was that the streamed videos stay right on my phone so we can watch that while we wait for our professional pictures and video!

Easy for all ages. We streamed our wedding so my fiancé’s grandma and some other family could watch. We found out later that the audio was terrible, but apparently it was bad at the church too and had nothing to do with the app. Overall this was easy to set up and no one had any trouble accessing it or viewing our ceremony.

Great app for streaming wedding ceremony. We had a small micro wedding due to COVID. We were looking for a way for friends /family to watch the ceremony and we found Lovecast. Excellent App. My husband and I used this app for our wedding May 2022. This was during Covid and the app allowed us to share our day with family and friends that couldn’t attend in person. Great customer service. As much as I wanted to use this app we were not able to use it due to the angle we needed since we needed to use a wide angle. They worked with us to see if we could make it work. Very helpful and working around the app was easy.

Disappointed. Everything seamed to be great. Ran the test it worked good. I was looking for a free quality video streaming and I thought I found it. Until.. we get right up to the wedding and it cuts off asking for money. I did not appreciate it cutting off my wedding at 20 min ! Right when the preacher is praying over us. My friends who were videoing were trying to figure out what happened. Then those online couldn’t see it and were commenting how disappointing. I understand that most quality things aren’t free. However I was not happy because I really wanted to remember what was said to us! It’s not like they could tell the preacher hang on a minute. If your willing to pay then yes I recommend. I enjoyed seeing the replay even if I didn’t get to see most of my wedding. If you have it outside just be sure to run it on data. Also get close enough to hear the preacher and the couple. Just be warned!!! It will cut off if you don’t pay.

Perfection. We decided to do a completely virtual wedding with only our officiant and two witnesses present. I was nervous about the sound/picture quality but it was nothing short of perfection. PLUS I got to rewatch our video that night with my husband as we cried all over again lol. I wouldn’t change anything about that day and it was all thanks to this app.

Excellent. Superb. Perfect. We used for our wedding in Chicago Saturday. We live-streamed ceremony and reception to India Mexico Seattle and Florida—just wonderful. Great quality live video, immediate recording, absolutely no problems of any sort. Amazing Livestream!!. We used Lovecast for our church ceremony and it was perfect! Everyone watching said the audio and video quality was great (which I can confirm after watching it back.) PHENOMENAL APP. Had to travel for my engagement so many of my loved ones could not make it to the event. Thankfully, I was recommend LoveCast and I was able to share my special movement with my family and friends in fantastic quality and everyone loved the chat feature. Love this app.

Great app and perfect for ceremony. Lovecast was perfect to stream our wedding ceremony to guests that couldn’t attend in person. It is extremely easy to use, it is a “one way” stream so that there’s no problems worrying about people unmuting or not knowing how to get the right view like if you used Zoom. Highly recommend. The customer service was very helpful for all needs. I used the paid service instead of the free version.

The Best. I absolutely LOVED using this program. The online agent was super helpful and answered allllllll of my questions. It was perfect, I have a recording, family and friends who couldn’t come were able to watch, and they could see it again later. I also loved being able to use the practice recording. We had more than enough time with the practice streaming and the real thing. Do you need to live stream? Use this app!

Loved this app. We used this for our wedding last weekend and it worked great! Super easy to use, my family live overseas and we’re unable to travel. This gave them the opportunity to watch the wedding. Even the older, less tech savvy family members were able to log in and watch. Great service!

If I can give a zero I would. I used this app for our big day and within 3 minutes of saying our vows it froze and would not reload or it would play just sounds in robotic form. No one else recorded at our wedding. My big mistake was relying on this app. DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED. The most important day of our lives and all we have is terrible recording from this app, I wouldn’t even count it as a recording it barley shows anything. I’m not sure how this app has good ratings!? Always have a plan B!

Easy to use. I used this app to livestream my wedding. It was simple to use -I gave my phone to a friend, she ran some tests, and then recorded the entire ceremony. I chose to upgrade the service so I could keep the recordings and livestream throughout the night. Definitely worth it! The quality was good, my guests had no trouble tuning in, and it was easy to use. Customers service is also amazing if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

High Quality and Easy to Use. Lovecast was perfect for streaming our wedding ceremony. The livestream was super easy to set up, and even easier for our friends and family (including the less tech savvy members) to access. The video quality is top notch. The virtual guestbook is a nice little keepsake to go along with the recording of your ceremony.

Simple, high quality stream. Lovecast “just works” and makes it easy to share your wedding with family and friends who have varying levels of technical familiarity. We went with Lovecast because we knew it would be challenging to get everyone on Zoom on time. And Lovecast worked flawlessly for everyone. The other features (backups, chat room, virtual tables) are sprinkles on top.

Scotland to USA. I could not recommend or thank the developers of this app enough!!! I have just moved to the states from Scotland in October to marry my fiancé in USA and was unable to have any of my family come here to be with me due to restrictions etc. The love cast broadcast was phenomenal and allowed all my loved ones to be a part of our special day and were able to comment throughout the stream which we then went through the following day. It also saves the stream video straight to your device afterwards which is amazing as we can now keep that with us forever 💕 I highly recommend anyone who isn’t sure if they should take the risk with this app or if it is right for them or not to give it a try, you will not regret it. I would give it 10 stars out of 5 if I was allowed to🙌🏼

Perfect app for live streaming a wedding!. We were able to use this app to live stream the grooms family from Ireland- it was perfect and so clear- just like they were there with us! Highly recommend this app!!! Thank you for making this app available and making our day so special!! It would not have been without this app!!!

Wedding. My Husband and I used this app to record our beach wedding that included limited guest because of COVID! We were able to just send a link to guest and recording was super easy, it also lets you do trial and error runs! This app is very convenient and offers upgrades. I also recommended it to another bride and she loved it!!

App Review. The Lovecast app was perfect for our live streamed wedding. It was easy to setup and worked flawlessly through the hour long ceremony. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to stream their wedding. The customer service team was very quick to answer an email I have regarding downloading the live final stream video. We were very pleased with how our virtual wedding turned out.

Everything we needed. The quality was amazing. It automatically saved the ceremony to our website for people to watch later, plus saved a copy to my phone. The guestbook feature is great, we printed it off to put in our physical guestbook. The RSVP feature is also great, so you can see who plans to watch (and who did watch). All in all, money very well spent!

Super easy and worth the purchase!. I’m so glad I was able to use this app for my wedding streaming! It’s as easy as just pressing start! Also the customer service was amazing! They were super helpful when I wanted to ask about saving my video feed! The actual video will be clearer when it’s saved on your phone. Just make sure whoever is recording has enough phone space!

Easy to use. Lovecast was easy to use and easy to operate for not only the one casting but also the one streaming. We liked the ability to practice before the big event as well as the helpful hints and tricks with equipment needed. A nice touch was the chat that we could download after. It brought all of us together in times like these, crossing borders while being safe. Thanks for also being free of charge for our micro-wedding! Highly recommend!

Thank you Lovecast!. I can’t believe this is a free app. It is really almost perfect. There are a few features I believe they are adding that will make it over the moon, such as the ability to Zoom and dual cameras. But sometimes simpler is better and it did a great job for us. I do recommend purchasing a microphone. We didn’t and it was rather hard to hear our vows.
