Simple.. This app has made it incredibly simple to pay our rent. So much easier than the old school way of taking a check to the landlord or even mailing one off somewhere. It can all be done in the fast and it’s easy.

Not a fan. The app keeps saying it needs to verify my bank account but never does. So I have to use a card which charges an extra fee. It’s not user friendly. Other neighbors on the app are always asking how to use it. Not a fan.

About maintenance It doesn't show the categories we might need. In my case, I need to request that they fix the bathtub drain because the water takes too long to leave. And there is no clear way to apply for it because the categories do not include anything like the bathroom or kitchen or things like that.

Payment. Easy to use and keep track of payments

Great app for easily communicating with property management. Inland recently Took over managing my apartment complex. I was a little worried about new ownership and new management, but found out that they had this app for paying bills and for maintenance tickets, and it has made it so much easier. Whenever I see any bugs or have any issues with the apartment it takes me less than five minutes to put a maintenance ticket in to which they respond very quickly. I love the easy access on the app and makes things a lot easier as a renter.

Can’t do some of the feats. Like Apple Pay orr verify the bank Acc

Awesome. Easy way to pay rent

So easy and convenient!. Paying rent and submitting maintenance requests and communicating with my management team here is so easy! Everyone in our apartment works night shift so having a way to still get things done is amazing!

Not helpful when management unwilling to address requests. Complete loss of AC on Friday prior to Labor Day. Sunday night and management hasn’t authorized contacting a 3rd party HVAC service, which has been deemed the only solution by onsite maintenance personnel.

Easy way to pay. Makes paying rent and request maintenance work super easy

Frustrated tenant. Don’t understand why we are charged a service fee to use the only option we are given to pay rent. And the app is so frustrating to use as is doesn’t update properly.

Constant Disappointment. I am beyond unhappy with the professionalism and communication I have dealt with since the company has taken over. The neglect to details and the failure to accommodate in any manner is unacceptable and unforgivable. I have been patient, I have over communicated my concerns and issues and have been ignored or given countless excuses. I pay rent which includes several different services and accommodations and personally feel unimportant and just another check book. A good job and a bad job deserve equal exposure and this is where I stand.

It’s great’. The app has always been rather reliable and has everything I need especially when I need help from maintenance.

Easy to use app. I love having the app to make payments, see what’s going on in the community & contact maintanance if needed!

Needs improvement. Too many choices that aren’t applicable in the drop down boxes…

Terrible Invoice. Just a dollar amount with no itemization for what I’m paying for. Worst invoice I’ve ever seen

More useful than website. I find it easy to use. Many “extra” features are not utilized at my rental location, which is fine.

Not always showing full balance. Doesn’t always show full balance on the 1st sometimes doesn’t show balance with water till 3-4 days later

Beeping. Beeping from 1202 is driving my family crazy and no one has resolved the issue in months

Maintenance Request Input Screen Lousy. It requires that I type something into three fields at the bottom of the screen, labeled “user input 1”, “user input 2”, and “user input 3”. I can’t “submit message” without there being something in these fields. Not only that but it doesn’t allow me to see all of what I’m required to type in those fields.

Service fee for using a debit card is way too high. To charge 995 for someone to use their debit card and have difficulty setting up a bank account is ridiculous. This system needs to be changed to accommodate not paying $10 a month more than an already high rate for rent.

Zero functionality. It is just a portal to take payment for rent and order Maintenece. No breakdown of billing even available, literally completely devoid of even what your taxes are.

CTS. Site is well-organized and easy to negotiate. My complaint is the black background and light grey lettering - nearly impossible to read. Can we get an option to change that?

Suggestion. Edit capability would be helpful after a ticket has been submitted.

No off hours maintenance section. There is no offline number to call maintenance incase of an emergency

So far so good.. I just started using it, literally like 2 minutes ago, and you kept asking to rate. You should allow users some time to experience the app before asking to rate.

Rarely respond. I have sent 5-6 emails through the app. They have responded to maybe 2 of them, & that’s being generous.

App. Sending a request for work or suggestions never get responded to. They just get closed or no response. Plus it’s not easy to request work because it dictates what to pick and is not user friendly.
