Much faster now!. The app loads quickly and I’ve never had it crash on me. Once drawings are downloaded it works perfectly offline or when I don’t have great service. I love how easy it is to add new people to my project when subs come onto the job. Performance is way better than it was a few years ago so they must have made some changes.

Potential. Potential to be great but isn’t intuitive, crashes all the time, sync issues, and constantly needs updating to no prevail. There support team is the only reason why they get an extra 2 stars because they resolve issues almost instantly. Please contact them so these bugs are worked out.

Company is worse than their product. They have a slick sales presentation, tell you it will fulfill all of your requirements, take a large initial investment, and once we get into the detail setup find it doesn’t come close to meeting basic requirements. Company is going the the mat to enforce a multi year contract on a product we had to abandon. Proceed with caution

Simple and so helpful for contracting!. I was looking for something easy to help with managing projects and my Dad’s contracting business. Found this and it’s been so great and easy to use - if my Dad can manage and use this, I promise it will help you tons too!

Good for drawings. Easy to open drawings, good for dailies too.

Doesn’t let me log in. When I download the app and press login, it brings me to the Trimble page, but no text Box or username field comes up for me to log in on. Useless…

New look and feel!. I like the new layout of the app and the fact that it’s now free and open to everyone. Excited to dive in further.

Crashes all the time. App constantly crashes and since the GC makes us use this program it is very difficult to do lunch list when it doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work at all. Downloaded. And tried to log in both via my Trimble account and through my gmail account and through my auto desk account. But nothing works. Just looping endlessly again and again to log in screen. Waste of time

Pleased to far with free version. I’ve been considering ProjectSight so I was pleased when I learned that there is now a free version. As a small business this is a great way to explore this app that is highly rated by my associates. My initial comments are that it is easy to set up. I was all ready to go in about two minutes (I had to create my Trimble ID first). I’ve already created my punch list for a current project and shared it with the team. I look forward to exploring and using this app further. Thanks Trimble for this!

Easy to get started. Most project management apps I’ve tried require months of configuration and training to get up and running. This app needs a few more tools, but it was simple to set up and start sharing drawings with my team.

Great app. Very fast install

Love the new version. The new version is intuitive and easy to use. Thank you for the huge improvements. Love the AI drawings feature — such a massive time save.

Doesn’t work on iPhone. Syncing doesn’t work on iPhone. Downloads up to around 56% then fails every time. Unusable.

Operations + Accounting. Connecting ProjectSight to Vista has provided us a single source of truth. Everyone is working from the same information.

Uniformity. When accessing the tabs on the site on the iPad, the information does not look the same as the iPad as it does through the website on line, there is missing tabs in the Document Control. There definitely needs to be some uniformity when accessing information online and accessing information on iPad.

Easy to get started. Getting started in the app was very simple. The interface is sleek and intuitive. It has everything I need to access critical project documentation from my mobile device.

Easy to use Drawings Management and RFI tool. I’m finding this a very easy to learn too to manage drawings, keep our project photos and track RFIs

ProjectSight has come a long way. Some significant updates in this version. The UX is snappier and easier to navigate. Overall we are finding a lot of utility in this updated version.

Thanks for making it better!. This new version is like night and day from older versions. Stable, tons of new features, and I love what you’re starting to do with AI!

Easy to use. This app has been easy to use. Easy to view drawings and other documents

Reality. App is very limited on its capabilities, submittals are read only and can’t print anything from it. Logs off numerous times throughout the day and if you can’t connect to network you can’t use the App at all. If the App had the capabilities of Project sight through the web browser they’d be on to something.

Great Project Management App. We’re long time users of ProjectSight web. We started our field users on the mobile app and they are happy which is always a good thing. Impressed to say the least.

Nice!. My company recently went to ProjectSight because our last apps cost kept increasing. Was worried about their selection. ProjectSight has been great. It’s easy to use and does what we need. We use primarily for the Plan room and RFI’s. The sync capability is pretty nice.

Love the new features. Very pleased with where the ProjectSight mobile app has gone in a short amount of time. It’s intuitive, robust and continues to improve.

An easy start to managing our project data. ProjectSight is simple to get started with. Three steps and Boom! our project communication is 10x better than before. I also like there’s a free version so we could test it out to make sure it works for our specific workflow.

Completely Worthless. Every time I attempt to log in to my account it asks which region I’m in and then says session expired please log in again after I select North America. I’ve cleared my cache, set up a passkey, deleted the app and reinstalled it; still nothing works at all. Completely useless product and now I’m prevented from keeping up to date on the latest revisions to the documents for the project I’m on. ProCore will at least let you log in and use the service, don’t waste your time or money trying to use a subpar product.

Awful. Worst app I’ve ever used. Truly hate it. Worst support. Crashes and deletes you work.

2.5– Needs work. This app is alright, considering improvements are made slowly but surely, but needs more work. It can be very limiting compared to the web application. Some actions are not intuitive and require many taps/clicks to complete. It tends to be very glitchy and skippy.
